It looks as though the horizontal axis (Category Group) labels have very long values - there may not be room to display them all. I suggest changing the labels to have shorter values.

You can set the sort order for the Category Groups in the Category Group Properties - Sorting section - this may have been previously set; if not, I suggest using this to sort as desired.

This seems to happen to me mostly when the dependency jar is also a Fat Jar. Fortunately I had control over the building of the Fat Jar, after making it a non Fat Jar then things just worked. None of the other fixes on any of the answers or comments here worked for me. Also probably noteworthy is that my code was in Kotlin and the Fat Jar was bundling some Kotlin dependencies as well.

You can query the data dictionary/catalog views to find out when an object was created as well as the time of last DDL involving the object (example: alter table)

I found that the example I was using had an xml document specification on the first line. I was using a stylesheet I got at this blog entry and the first line was

If searching for an element is important, I'd recommend std::set instead of std::vector. Using this:

std::find(vec.begin(), vec.end(), x) runs in O(n) time, but std::set has its own find() member (ie. myset.find(x)) which runs in O(log n) time - that's much more efficient with large numbers of elements

That's a half-open interval.

• A closed interval [a,b] includes the end points.
• An open interval (a,b) excludes them.

In your case the end-point at the start of the interval is included, but the end is excluded. So it means the interval "first1 <= x < last1".

Half-open intervals are useful in programming because they correspond to the common idiom for looping:

I strongly disagree with CaspNZ's approach.

First of all, this invisible view will be measured because it is "fill_parent". Android will try to calculate the right width of it. Instead, a small constant number (1dp) is recommended here.

Secondly, View should be replaced by a simpler class Space, a class dedicated to create empty spaces between UI component for fastest speed.

Break-down:

• 8 says that you want to show 8 digits
• 0 that you want to prefix with 0's instead of just blank spaces
• x that you want to print in lower-case hexadecimal.

in your frontend application use the url "wss://example.com/wss/" this is very important mostly if you are stuck with websockets you might be making mistake in the front end url. You probably putting url wrongly like below.

wss://example.com:8080/wss/ -> port no should not be mentioned
ws://example.com/wss/ -> url should start with wss only.
wss://example.com/wss -> url should end with / -> most important

also interesting part is the last /wss/ is same as proxypass value if you writing proxypass /ws/ then in the front end you should write /ws/ in the end of url.

InputStream.available() shows the available bytes only after one byte is read, hence do .. while

Objects are eligable for garbage collection once they go out of scope become unreachable (thanks ben!). The memory won't be freed unless the garbage collector believes you are running out of memory.

For managed resources, the garbage collector will know when this is, and you don't need to do anything.

For unmanaged resources (such as connections to databases or opened files) the garbage collector has no way of knowing how much memory they are consuming, and that is why you need to free them manually (using dispose, or much better still the using block)

If objects are not being freed, either you have plenty of memory left and there is no need, or you are maintaining a reference to them in your application, and therefore the garbage collector will not free them (in case you actually use this reference you maintained)

For the JS, try

If you use cv2, correct method is to use .copy() method in Numpy. It will create a copy of the array you need. Otherwise it will produce only a view of that object.

I'd suggest looking into fetch. It is the ES5 equivalent and uses Promises. It is much more readable and easily customizable.

The reason for adding both the user port[ tcp://127.0.0.1:5000] and default docker socket[unix:///var/run/docker.sock] is that the user port enables the access to the docker APIs whereas the default socket enables the CLI. In case the default port[unix:///var/run/docker.sock] is not mentioned in /etc/default/docker file the following error may occur:

Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

This error is not because that the docker is not running, but because of default docker socket is not enabled.

Once the configuration is enabled restart the docker service and verify the docker port is enabled or not:

There are different types of shells. The SSH command execution shell is a non-interactive shell, whereas your normal shell is either a login shell or an interactive shell. Description follows, from man bash:

       A  login  shell  is  one whose first character of argument
       zero is a -, or one started with the --login option.

       An interactive shell is  one  started  without  non-option
       arguments  and  without the -c option whose standard input
       and error are both connected to terminals  (as  determined
       by  isatty(3)), or one started with the -i option.  PS1 is
       set and $- includes i if bash is interactive,  allowing  a
       shell script or a startup file to test this state.

       The  following  paragraphs  describe how bash executes its
       startup files.  If any of the files exist  but  cannot  be
       read,  bash reports an error.  Tildes are expanded in file
       names as described below  under  Tilde  Expansion  in  the
       EXPANSION section.

       When  bash is invoked as an interactive login shell, or as
       a non-interactive shell with the --login option, it  first
       reads and executes commands from the file /etc/profile, if
       that file exists.  After reading that file, it  looks  for
       ~/.bash_profile,  ~/.bash_login,  and  ~/.profile, in that
       order, and reads and executes commands from the first  one
       that  exists  and is readable.  The --noprofile option may
       be used when the shell is started to inhibit  this  behav­
       ior.

       When a login shell exits, bash reads and executes commands
       from the file ~/.bash_logout, if it exists.

       When an interactive shell that is not  a  login  shell  is
       started,  bash reads and executes commands from ~/.bashrc,

       --norc  option.   The --rcfile file option will force bash
       to  read  and  execute  commands  from  file  instead   of
       ~/.bashrc.

       When  bash  is  started  non-interactively, to run a shell
       script, for example, it looks for the variable BASH_ENV in
       the  environment,  expands  its value if it appears there,
       and uses the expanded value as the name of a file to  read
       and  execute.   Bash  behaves  as if the following command
       were executed:

       but the value of the PATH variable is not used  to  search
       for the file name.

Date's compareTo() you're using will work for ascending order.

To do descending, just reverse the value of compareTo() coming out. You can use a single Comparator class that takes in a flag/enum in the constructor that identifies the sort order

You need to call Collections.sort() to actually sort the list.

As a side note, I'm not sure why you're defining your map inside your for loop. I'm not exactly sure what your code is trying to do, but I assume you want to populate the indexed values from your for loop in to the map.

If you use a connection script, dont forget to use session_start(); at the connection too, had some trouble before noticing that issue.

If you're on a shared hosting environment you won't have access to the php.ini to make these changes, if you need access, a virtual private server (VPS) or a dedicated server may be a better option if you're confident in managing it yourself.

Alternatively if you create a new file called .htaccess in your root of your web directory (Ensure it doesn't contain a .txt extension if using notepad to create the file) and copy something like this inside.

setInterval sets up a recurring timer. It returns a handle that you can pass into clearInterval to stop it from firing:

Flushing the output buffers:

Can be a very helpful technique. Why would you want to flush an output buffer? Usually when I do it, it's because the code is crashing and I'm trying to debug something. The standard buffer will not print everytime you call printf() it waits until it's full then dumps a bunch at once. So if you're trying to check if you're making it to a function call before a crash, it's helpful to printf something like "got here!", and sometimes the buffer hasn't been flushed before the crash happens and you can't tell how far you've really gotten.

Another time that it's helpful, is in multi-process or multi-thread code. Again, the buffer doesn't always flush on a call to a printf(), so if you want to know the true order of execution of multiple processes you should fflush the buffer after every print.

I make a habit to do it, it saves me a lot of headache in debugging. The only downside I can think of to doing so is that printf() is an expensive operation (which is why it doesn't by default flush the buffer).

As far as flushing the input buffer (stdin), you should not do that. Flushing stdin is undefined behavior according to the C11 standard §7.21.5.2 part 2:

If stream points to an output stream ... the fflush function causes any unwritten data for that stream ... to be written to the file; otherwise, the behavior is undefined.

On some systems, Linux being one as you can see in the man page for fflush(), there's a defined behavior but it's system dependent so your code will not be portable.

Now if you're worried about garbage "stuck" in the input buffer you can use fpurge() on that. See here for more on fflush() and fpurge()

You're only noticing that because you are selecting a single column.

Try selecting two fields and see what happens.

Group By is intended to be used like this:

Knowing the error message would be rather valuable. It is meant to provide info, even though it doesn't make any sense to you it does to us. Being forced to guess, I'd say that the DLL is a 32-bit DirectX filter. In which case this should be the proper course of action:

Using NAT (the default) this is not possible. Bridged Networking should allow it. If bridged does not work for you (this may be the case when your network adminstration does not allow multiple IP addresses on one physical interface), you could try 'Host-only networking' instead.

For configuration of Host-only here is a quote from the vbox manual(which is pretty good). http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.html:

For host-only networking, like with internal networking, you may find the DHCP server useful that is built into VirtualBox. This can be enabled to then manage the IP addresses in the host-only network since otherwise you would need to configure all IP addresses statically.

In the VirtualBox graphical user interface, you can configure all these items in the global settings via "File" -> "Settings" -> "Network", which lists all host-only networks which are presently in use. Click on the network name and then on the "Edit" button to the right, and you can modify the adapter and DHCP settings.

To ignore the error only in the file with the perform selector, add a #pragma as follows:

It doesnt't keep the whole file in memory at once, but reads in line by line and creates a Moulding per line.

To summarize, for me following the two instructions above to change any instances where numberOfLines = 0 to 1 or greater, and manually adding preferredMaxLayoutWidth="0" to each instance of a label inside the storyboard source fixed all of my warnings.

To someone who really understands how JS works this question might seem off, however most people who use JS do not have such a deep level of insight (and don't necessarily need it) and to them this is a fairly confusing point, I will try to answer from that perspective.

JS is synchronous in the way its code is executed. each line only runs after the line before it has completed and if that line calls a function after that is complete etc...

The main point of confusion arises from the fact that your browser is able to tell JS to execute more code at anytime (similar to how you can execute more JS code on a page from the console). As an example JS has Callback functions who's purpose is to allow JS to BEHAVE asynchronously so further parts of JS can run while waiting for a JS function that has been executed (I.E. a GET call) to return back an answer, JS will continue to run until the browser has an answer at that point the event loop (browser) will execute the JS code that calls the callback function.

Since the event loop (browser) can input more JS to be executed at any point in that sense JS is asynchronous (the primary things that will cause a browser to input JS code are timeouts, callbacks and events)

I hope this is clear enough to be helpful to somebody.

Look up the AbortException class for Jenkins. You should be able to use the methods to get back simple messages or stack traces. In a simple case, when making a call in a script block (as others have indicated), you can call getMessage() to get the string to echo to the user. Example:

I was unable to resolve my problem with any of the other answers. I resolved the issue by checking to see if the host matched and returning a 403 if it did not. (I had some random website pointing to my web servers content. I'm guessing to hijack search rank)

The answers above are correct, but I thought I would expand another answer by offering a way to do the same if you require to pass parameters into the query.

The SqlDataAdapter is quick and simple, but only works if you're filling a table with a static request ie: a simple SELECT without parameters.

Here is my way to do the same, but using a parameter to control the data I require in my table. And I use it to populate a DropDownList.

This is something I have needed to do many times and a consistent solution still requires you add a little non-semantic markup and some browser specific hacks. When we get browser support for css 3 you'll get your vertical centering without sinning.

For a better explanation of the technique you can look the article I adapted it from, but basically it involves adding an extra element and applying different styles in IE and browsers that support position:table\table-cell on non-table elements.

There are many ways (hacks) to apply styles in specific sets of browsers. I used conditional comments but look at the article linked above to see two other techniques.

Note: There are simple ways to get vertical centering if you know some heights in advance, if you are trying to center a single line of text, or in several other cases. If you have more details then throw them in because there may be a method that doesn't require browser hacks or non-semantic markup.

Update: We are beginning to get better browser support for CSS3, bringing both flex-box and transforms as alternative methods for getting vertical centering (among other effects). See this other question for more information about modern methods, but keep in mind that browser support is still sketchy for CSS3.

Colspan and Rowspan A table is divided into rows and each row is divided into cells. In some situations we need the Table Cells span across (or merged) more than one column or row. In these situations we can use Colspan or Rowspan attributes.

Colspan The colspan attribute defines the number of columns a cell should span (or merge) horizontally. That is, you want to merge two or more Cells in a row into a single Cell.

You can set a control variable in vars files located in group_vars/ or directly in hosts file like this:

Big difference, TABLOCK will try to grab "shared" locks, and TABLOCKX exclusive locks.

If you are in a transaction and you grab an exclusive lock on a table, EG:

SELECT 1 FROM TABLE WITH (TABLOCKX)

No other processes will be able to grab any locks on the table, meaning all queries attempting to talk to the table will be blocked until the transaction commits.

TABLOCK only grabs a shared lock, shared locks are released after a statement is executed if your transaction isolation is READ COMMITTED (default). If your isolation level is higher, for example: SERIALIZABLE, shared locks are held until the end of a transaction.

Shared locks are, hmmm, shared. Meaning 2 transactions can both read data from the table at the same time if they both hold a S or IS lock on the table (via TABLOCK). However, if transaction A holds a shared lock on a table, transaction B will not be able to grab an exclusive lock until all shared locks are released. Read about which locks are compatible with which at msdn.

Both hints cause the db to bypass taking more granular locks (like row or page level locks). In principle, more granular locks allow you better concurrency. So for example, one transaction could be updating row 100 in your table and another row 1000, at the same time from two transactions (it gets tricky with page locks, but lets skip that).

In general granular locks is what you want, but sometimes you may want to reduce db concurrency to increase performance of a particular operation and eliminate the chance of deadlocks.

In general you would not use TABLOCK or TABLOCKX unless you absolutely needed it for some edge case.

I stumbled across this question while hitting this road block myself. I ended up writing a piece of code real quick to handle this ReDim Preserve on a new sized array (first or last dimension). Maybe it will help others who face the same issue.

So for the usage, lets say you have your array originally set as MyArray(3,5), and you want to make the dimensions (first too!) larger, lets just say to MyArray(10,20). You would be used to doing something like this right?

 ReDim Preserve MyArray(10,20) '<-- Returns Error

But unfortunately that returns an error because you tried to change the size of the first dimension. So with my function, you would just do something like this instead:

 MyArray = ReDimPreserve(MyArray,10,20)

Now the array is larger, and the data is preserved. Your ReDim Preserve for a Multi-Dimension array is complete. :)

And last but not least, the miraculous function: ReDimPreserve()

With Apache 2.4, the syntax for access control has changed. If using directives like:

Order deny,allow
Deny from all

does not work, you're likely using Apache 2.4.

You are using the FTP in an active mode.

Setting up the FTP in the active mode can be cumbersome nowadays due to firewalls and NATs.

It's likely because of your local firewall or NAT that the server was not able to connect back to your client to establish data transfer connection.

Or your client is not aware of its external IP address and provides an internal address instead to the server (in PORT command), which the server is obviously not able to use. But it should not be the case, as vsftpd by default rejects data transfer address not identical to source address of FTP control connection (the port_promiscuous directive).

If possible, you should use a passive mode as it typically requires no additional setup on a client-side. That's also what the server suggested you by "Consider using PASV". The PASV is an FTP command used to enter the passive mode.

Unfortunately Windows FTP command-line client (the ftp.exe) does not support passive mode at all. It makes it pretty useless nowadays.

Use any other 3rd party Windows FTP command-line client instead. Most other support the passive mode.

For example WinSCP FTP client defaults to the passive mode and there's a guide available for converting Windows FTP script to WinSCP script.

To obtain running totals with SUM() OVER (), you need to add an ORDER BY sub-clause after PARTITION BY …, like this:

First issue: findViewById() was called before onCreate(), which would throw an NPE.

Second issue: Passing an int directly to a TextView calls the overloaded method that looks for a String resource (from R.string). Therefore, we want to use String.valueOf() to force the String overloaded method.

I had to do something similar, trying to convert a string of numbers into a timespan by adding in : and .. Basically I was taking 235959999 and needing to convert it to 23:59:59.999. For me it was easy because I knew where I needed to "insert" said characters.

Basically reassigning ts to itself with the inserted character. I worked my way from the back to front, because I was lazy and didn't want to do additional math for the other inserted characters.

Simplest solution is the following:

The SIGN() function will result in -1 if the value is negative and 1 if the value is positive. So multiplying by that will conditionally invert the result if the previous value is negative.

You can specify a time zone offset on new Date(), for example:

Here's what u can also try....

run your application....while it is still running launch your command prompt

while your application is running type netstat -n on the command prompt. You should see a list of TCP/IP connections. Check if your list is not very long. Ideally you should have less than 5 connections in the list. Check the status of the connections.
If you have too many connections with a TIME_WAIT status it means the connection has been closed and is waiting for the OS to release the resources. If you are running on Windows, the default ephemeral port rang is between 1024 and 5000 and the default time it takes Windows to release the resource from TIME_WAIT status is 4 minutes. So if your application used more then 3976 connections in less then 4 minutes, you will get the exception you got.

Suggestions to fix it:

1. Add a connection pool to your connection string.

If you continue to receive the same error message (which is highly unlikely) you can then try the following: (Please don't do it if you are not familiar with the Windows registry)

1. Run regedit from your run command. In the registry editor look for this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters:

Modify the settings so they read:

MaxUserPort = dword:00004e20 (10,000 decimal) TcpTimedWaitDelay = dword:0000001e (30 decimal)

This will increase the number of ports to 10,000 and reduce the time to release freed tcp/ip connections.

Only use suggestion 2 if 1 fails.

There are situations where you can't use the (quite convincing) with... for... structure. In that case, do the following:

I ran into this exact problem on OS X, using JDK 1.7, after upgrading to OS X v10.9 (Mavericks). The fix that worked for me was to simply reinstall the Apple version of Java, available at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572.

[[ expression ]] - return a status of 0 or 1 depending on the evaluation of the conditional expression expression.

And, for expressions, one of the options is:

expression1 && expression2 - true if both expression1 and expression2 are true.

Both of the above two answers work for me with a similar problem.

However, the body {-webkit-transform} approach causes all elements on the page to effectively be rendered in 3D. This isn't the worst thing, but it slightly changes the rendering of text and other CSS-styled elements.

It may be an effect you want. It may be useful if you're doing a lot of transform on your page. Otherwise, -webkit-backface-visibility:hidden on the element your transforming is the least invasive option.

You can't pull in blocks from an included file into a child template to override the parent template's blocks. However, you can specify a parent in a variable and have the base template specified in the context.

From the documentation:

{% extends variable %} uses the value of variable. If the variable evaluates to a string, Django will use that string as the name of the parent template. If the variable evaluates to a Template object, Django will use that object as the parent template.

Instead of separate "page1.html" and "page2.html", put {% extends base_template %} at the top of "commondata.html". And then in your view, define base_template to be either "base1.html" or "base2.html".

What you probably need to do is redirect the user after the POST / Form Handler script has been ran.

In PHP this is done like so...

The fields of your object have in turn their fields, some of which do not implement Serializable. In your case the offending class is TransformGroup. How to solve it?

• if the class is yours, make it Serializable
• if the class is 3rd party, but you don't need it in the serialized form, mark the field as transient
• if you need its data and it's third party, consider other means of serialization, like JSON, XML, BSON, MessagePack, etc. where you can get 3rd party objects serialized without modifying their definitions.

You can use PdfBox from Apache which is simple to use and has good performance.

I have a list of guidelines at http://soaprobe.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/soa-rest-service-naming-guideline.html which we have used in prod. Guidelines are always debatable... I think consistency is sometimes more important than getting things perfect (if there is such a thing).

You can also face this situation if your upstream server uses a domain name, and its IP address changes (e.g.: your upstream points to an AWS Elastic Load Balancer)

The problem is that nginx will resolve the IP address once, and keep it cached for subsequent requests until the configuration is reloaded.

You can tell nginx to use a name server to re-resolve the domain once the cached entry expires:

Update (May 2020): Android studio have new tool called Device File Explorer. You can access it in two way:

1. By clicking on Device File Explorer icon in right bottom corner of android studio window.
2. If you could not find its icon, inside Android Studio press shift button twice. Quick search window will appear, then type Device File in it and Device File Explorer will appear in search result and you can click it.

Then you can navigate to folder which you want to push your file in it. Right click on that folder and select upload(or press Ctrl+Shift+O). Select file you want to upload and it will upload file to desired location.

Push file using adb.exe:

In Android 6.0+, you should use same process but your android application cannot access files which pushed inside SDCARD using DDMS File Explorer. It is the same if you try commands like this:

adb push myfile.txt /mnt/sdcard/myfile.txt

If you face EACCES (Permission denied) exception when you try to read file inside your application, it means you have no access to files inside external storage, since it requires a dangerous permission.

For this situation, you need to request granting access manually using new permission system in Android 6.0 and upper version. For details you can have a look in android tutorial and this link.

Solution for old android studio version:

If you want to do it using graphical interface you can follow this inside android studio menus:

Tools --> Android --> Android Device Monitor

Afterward, Android Device Monitor(DDMS) window will open and you can upload files using File Explorer. You can select an address like /mnt/sdcard and then push your file into sdcard.

git is like UNIX. User friendly but picky about its friends. It's about as powerful and as user friendly as a shell pipeline.

That being said, once you understand its paradigms and concepts, it has the same zenlike clarity that I've come to expect from UNIX command line tools. You should consider taking some time off to read one of the many good git tutorials available online. The Pro Git book is a good place to start.

To answer your first question.

1. What is git remote add ...

   As you probably know, git is a distributed version control system. Most operations are done locally. To communicate with the outside world, git uses what are called remotes. These are repositories other than the one on your local disk which you can push your changes into (so that other people can see them) or pull from (so that you can get others changes). The command git remote add origin [email protected]:peter/first_app.gitcreates a new remote called origin located at [email protected]:peter/first_app.git. Once you do this, in your push commands, you can push to origin instead of typing out the whole URL.

2. What is git push origin master

   This is a command that says "push the commits in the local branch named master to the remote named origin". Once this is executed, all the stuff that you last synchronised with origin will be sent to the remote repository and other people will be able to see them there.

Now about transports (i.e. what git://) means. Remote repository URLs can be of many types (file://, https:// etc.). Git simply relies on the authentication mechanism provided by the transport to take care of permissions and stuff. This means that for file:// URLs, it will be UNIX file permissions, etc. The git:// scheme is asking git to use its own internal transport protocol, which is optimised for sending git changesets around. As for the exact URL, it's the way it is because of the way github has set up its git server.

Now the verbosity. The command you've typed is the general one. It's possible to tell git something like "the branch called master over here is local mirror of the branch called foo on the remote called bar". In git speak, this means that master tracks bar/foo. When you clone for the first time, you will get a branch called master and a remote called origin (where you cloned from) with the local master set to track the master on origin. Once this is set up, you can simply say git push and it'll do it. The longer command is available in case you need it (e.g. git push might push to the official public repo and git push review master can be used to push to a separate remote which your team uses to review code). You can set your branch to be a tracking branch using the --set-upstream option of the git branch command.

I've felt that git (unlike most other apps I've used) is better understood from the inside out. Once you understand how data is stored and maintained inside the repository, the commands and what they do become crystal clear. I do agree with you that there's some elitism amongst many git users but I also found that with UNIX users once upon a time, and it was worth ploughing past them to learn the system. Good luck!

Deep dive

AngularJS uses Dependency Injection (DI) to inject services/factories into your components,directives and other services. So what you need to do to get a service is to get the injector of AngularJS first (the injector is responsible for wiring up all the dependencies and providing them to components).

To get the injector of your app you need to grab it from an element that angular is handling. For example if your app is registered on the body element you call injector = angular.element(document.body).injector()

From the retrieved injector you can then get whatever service you like with injector.get('ServiceName')

Another useful trick to get the $scope of a particular element. Select the element with the DOM inspection tool of your developer tools and then run the following line ($0 is always the selected element):

I solved the same issue 10 minutes ago, so I will give you a short effective fix: Place this inside the application tag or your manifest:

Also set the Theme of your XML layout to Holo, in the layout's graphical view.

Libraries will be useful if you need to change more complicated theme stuff, but this little fix will work, so you can move on with your app.

You could generate a heap dump (with jmap, for example) and then analyze the output to find object sizes. This is an offline solution, but you can examine shallow and deep sizes, etc.

_.merge

   merge is like assign but does not assign objects but replicates them instead.
  (deep copy)

_.defaults

   provides default values for missing values.
   so will assign only values for keys that do not exist yet in the source.

_.defaultsDeep

   works like _defaults but like merge will not simply copy objects
   and will use recursion instead.

I believe that learning to think of those methods from the semantic point of view would let you better "guess" what would be the behavior for all the different scenarios of existing and non existing values.

In this 7-zip forum thread, in which many people express their desire for this feature, 7-zip's developer Igor points to the FAQ question titled "How can I store full path of file in archive?" to achieve a similar outcome.

In short:

• separate files by volume (one list for files on C:\, one for D:\, etc)
• then for each volume's list of files,
  1. chdir to the root directory of the appropriate volume (eg, cd /d C:\)
  2. create a file listing with paths relative to the volume's root directory (eg, C:\Foo\Bar becomes Foo\Bar)
  3. perform 7z a archive.7z @filelist as before with this new file list
  4. when extracting with full paths, make sure to chdir to the appropriate volume's root directory first

The glOrtho command produces an "Oblique" projection that you see in the bottom row. No matter how far away vertexes are in the z direction, they will not recede into the distance.

I use glOrtho every time I need to do 2D graphics in OpenGL (such as health bars, menus etc) using the following code every time the window is resized:

So by flipping, I get a more conventional (0,0) starting at the top left corner of the window rather.

Note that the Z values are clipped from 0 to 1. So be careful when you specify a Z value for your vertex's position, it will be clipped if it falls outside that range. Otherwise if it's inside that range, it will appear to have no effect on the position except for Z tests.

For whatever reason, TWO of my solutions have web projects that spontaneously uninstalled asp.net MVC somehow. I installed it from Nuget and now they both work again. This happened after a recent batch of windows updates that included .net framework updates for the version I was using (4.5.1).

Python actually has a really sweet method that will 'return an iterator over the usable hosts in the network'. (setting strict to false iterates over all IPs)

I had the same issue in a Windows Service. All keys where in the right place in the registry. The build of the service was done for x86 and I still got the exception. I found out about CorFlags.exe

Run this on your service.exe without flags to verify if you run under 32 bit. If not run it with the flag /32BIT+ /Force (Force only for signed assemblies)

If you have UAC turned you can get the following error: corflags : error CF001 : Could not open file for writing Give the user full control on the assemblies.

SHOW TABLE STATUS WHERE Name = 'xxx'

This will give you (among other things) an Engine column, which is what you want.

jQuery's .data() does a couple things but it doesn't add the data to the DOM as an attribute. When using it to grab a data attribute, the first thing it does is create a jQuery data object and sets the object's value to the data attribute. After that, it's essentially decoupled from the data attribute.

Example:

<div data-foo="bar"></div>

If you grabbed the value of the attribute using .data('foo'), it would return "bar" as you would expect. If you then change the attribute using .attr('data-foo', 'blah') and then later use .data('foo') to grab the value, it would return "bar" even though the DOM says data-foo="blah". If you use .data() to set the value, it'll change the value in the jQuery object but not in the DOM.

Basically, .data() is for setting or checking the jQuery object's data value. If you are checking it and it doesn't already have one, it creates the value based on the data attribute that is in the DOM. .attr() is for setting or checking the DOM element's attribute value and will not touch the jQuery data value. If you need them both to change you should use both .data() and .attr(). Otherwise, stick with one or the other.

After playing with the timeit module, I don't like its interface, which is not so elegant compared to the following two method.

The decorator method

This is almost the same with @Mike's method. Here I add kwargs and functools wrap to make it better.

For example, you can use it like:

Conclusion

Using the first method, you can eaily comment out the decorator to get the normal code. However, it can only time a function. If you have some part of code that you don't what to make it a function, then you can choose the second method.

For example, now you have

Now you want to time the bigImage = ... line. If you change it to a function, it will be:

Looks not so great...What if you are in Python 2, which has no nonlocal keyword.

I'm learning to code and I found this same problem. I believe the easier way to solve this is literaly overwriting the list like @kerby82 said:

Where x is the name of the list, n is the index in the array and v is the value you want to set.

If you want to debug your flask app then just go to the folder where flask app is. Don't forget to activate your virtual environment and paste the lines in the console change "mainfilename" to flask main file.

After you enable your debugger for flask app almost every error will be printed on the console or on the browser window. If you want to figure out what's happening, you can use simple print statements or you can also use console.log() for javascript code.

The top voted solution does actually more than requested:

or

move you to the new branch together with all recent changes you might have forgot to commit. This may not be your intention, especially when in the "panic mode" after losing the branch.

A cleaner (and simpler) solution seems to be the one-liner (after you found the <sha> with git reflog):

git branch <branch> <sha>

Now neither your current branch nor uncommited changes are affected. Instead only a new branch will be created all the way up to the <sha>.

If it is not the tip, it'll still work and you get a shorter branch, then you can retry with new <sha> and new branch name until you get it right.

Finally you can rename the successfully restored branch into what it was named or anything else:

git branch -m <restored branch> <final branch>

Needless to say, the key to success was to find the right commit <sha>, so name your commits wisely :)

in my case, I got the same exception because the user that I configured in the app did not existed in the DB, creating the user and granting needed permissions solved the problem.

Basically that's what Facebook is using. Their implementation is a bit behind from the latest spec though.

If you want to be more secure than Facebook (or as secure as OAuth 1.0 which has "signature"), you can use "mac" token type.

However, it will be hard way since the mac spec is still changing rapidly.

I would like to do this without attaching a class to every td

Personally, I would go with the the class-on-each-td/th/col approach. Then you can switch columns on and off using a single write to className on the container, assuming style rules like:

table.hide1 .col1 { display: none; }
table.hide2 .col2 { display: none; }
...

This is going to be faster than any JS loop approach; for really long tables it can make a significant difference to responsiveness.

If you can get away with not supporting IE6, you could use adjacency selectors to avoid having to add the class attributes to tds. Or alternatively, if your concern is making the markup cleaner, you could add them from JavaScript automatically in an initialisation step.

In short:

defaultdict(int) - the argument int indicates that the values will be int type.

text width can be different for different parents, for example if u add a text into h1 tag it will be wider than div or label, so my solution like this:
