We started getting this error on the production server after deploying the application migrated from 4.6.1 to 4.7.2.

We noticed that the .NET framework 4.7.2 was not installed there. In order to solve this issue we did the following steps:

1. Installed the .NET Framework 4.7.2 from:

   https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4054530/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows

2. Restarted the machine

3. Confirmed the .NET Framework version with the help of How do I find the .NET version?

Running the application again with the .Net Framework 4.7.2 version installed on the machine fixed the issue.

I Had the same issue and finally discovered the reason. In my case it was a badly written Java method:

Note the illegal comma after the "date" field. For some reason the compiler could not reveal this exact error, and came with the ':app:compileDebugKotlin'. > Compilation error thing.

Looks like problem of configuration for maven compiler in your pom file. Default version java source and target is 1.5, even used JDK has higher version.

To fix, add maven compiler plugin configuration section with higher java version, example:

All you need to do is to add filter method in RecyclerView.Adapter:

Standard PHP objects

The best way to provide PHP variables to JavaScript is json_encode. When using Blade you can do it like following:

There is also a Blade directive for decoding to JSON. I'm not sure since which version of Laravel but in 5.5 it is available. Use it like following:

When using Laravel objects e.g. Collection or Model you should use the ->toJson() method. All those classes that implements the \Illuminate\Contracts\Support\Jsonable interface supports this method call. The call returns automatically JSON.

When using Model class you can define the $hidden property inside the class and those will be filtered in JSON. The $hidden property, as its name describs, hides sensitive content. So this mechanism is the best for me. Do it like following:

If you have something like

You probably missed a comma in a place like this:

Since you return to the client just String and its content type == 'text/plain', there is no any chance for default converters to determine how to convert String response to the FFSampleResponseHttp object.

The simple way to fix it:

• remove expected-response-type from <int-http:outbound-gateway>
• add to the replyChannel1 <json-to-object-transformer>

Otherwise you should write your own HttpMessageConverter to convert the String to the appropriate object.

To make it work with MappingJackson2HttpMessageConverter (one of default converters) and your expected-response-type, you should send your reply with content type = 'application/json'.

If there is a need, just add <header-enricher> after your <service-activator> and before sending a reply to the <int-http:inbound-gateway>.

So, it's up to you which solution to select, but your current state doesn't work, because of inconsistency with default configuration.

UPDATE

OK. Since you changed your server to return FfSampleResponseHttp object as HTTP response, not String, just add contentType = 'application/json' header before sending the response for the HTTP and MappingJackson2HttpMessageConverter will do the stuff for you - your object will be converted to JSON and with correct contentType header.

From client side you should come back to the expected-response-type="com.mycompany.MyChannel.model.FFSampleResponseHttp" and MappingJackson2HttpMessageConverter should do the stuff for you again.

Of course you should remove <json-to-object-transformer> from you message flow after <int-http:outbound-gateway>.

We've seen in our projects that a post request with JSON and files is creating a lot of confusion between the frontend and backend developers, leading to unnecessary wastage of time.

Here's a better approach: convert file bytes array to Base64 string and send it in the JSON.

I had this message in Android Studio 2.1.1 in the Gradle Build tab. I installed a lot of files from the SDK Manager but it did not help.

I needed to click the next tab "Gradle Sync". There was a link "Install Repository and sync project" which installed the "Android Support Repository".

WIth the Help of @excray's comment, I manage to figure it out the answer, What we need to do is actually write a simple for loop to iterate over the two arrays that represent the train data and test data.

First implement a simple lambda function to hold formula for the cosine calculation:

And then just write a simple for loop to iterate over the to vector, logic is for every "For each vector in trainVectorizerArray, you have to find the cosine similarity with the vector in testVectorizerArray."

I had the same issue between debug and release libraries. The mistake was in the solution properties / Configurations properties / Configurations.

The projects configurations did not match the main configuration / platform.

Can I see your User class? This is just using restrictions below. I don't see why Restrictions would be really any different than Examples (I think null fields get ignored by default in examples though).

I've never used the alaistToBean, but I just read about it. You could also just loop over the results..

Its sort of hard to look into the issue without some more information to diagnose the issue.

I was trying to run .jar from C# code using Process class. The java code ran successfully from eclipse but it doesn't from C# visual studio and even clicking directly on the jar file, it always stopped with ClassNotFoundException: exception. Solution for my, was export the java program as "Runnable JAR file" instead of "JAR File". Hope it can help someone.

The way I typically do it is with sprintf. So for a long you could do the following assuming that you are on a 32 bit architecture:

Modifying, or more correctly, adding additional HTTP headers is a great code debugging tool if nothing else.

When a URL request returns a redirect or an image there is no html "page" to temporarily write the results of debug code to - at least not one that is visible in a browser.

One approach is to write the data to a local log file and view that file later. Another is to temporarily add HTTP headers reflecting the data and variables being debugged.

If you tried all of above and the problem is still not solved then make sure that pushed branch name is unique and not exists in remotes. Error message might be misleading.

In case anyone needs to try and merge two dataframes together on the index (instead of another column), this also works!

The short answer to this question is that none of these values are a reliable indicator of how much memory an executable is actually using, and none of them are really appropriate for debugging a memory leak.

Private Bytes refer to the amount of memory that the process executable has asked for - not necessarily the amount it is actually using. They are "private" because they (usually) exclude memory-mapped files (i.e. shared DLLs). But - here's the catch - they don't necessarily exclude memory allocated by those files. There is no way to tell whether a change in private bytes was due to the executable itself, or due to a linked library. Private bytes are also not exclusively physical memory; they can be paged to disk or in the standby page list (i.e. no longer in use, but not paged yet either).

Working Set refers to the total physical memory (RAM) used by the process. However, unlike private bytes, this also includes memory-mapped files and various other resources, so it's an even less accurate measurement than the private bytes. This is the same value that gets reported in Task Manager's "Mem Usage" and has been the source of endless amounts of confusion in recent years. Memory in the Working Set is "physical" in the sense that it can be addressed without a page fault; however, the standby page list is also still physically in memory but not reported in the Working Set, and this is why you might see the "Mem Usage" suddenly drop when you minimize an application.

Virtual Bytes are the total virtual address space occupied by the entire process. This is like the working set, in the sense that it includes memory-mapped files (shared DLLs), but it also includes data in the standby list and data that has already been paged out and is sitting in a pagefile on disk somewhere. The total virtual bytes used by every process on a system under heavy load will add up to significantly more memory than the machine actually has.

So the relationships are:

• Private Bytes are what your app has actually allocated, but include pagefile usage;
• Working Set is the non-paged Private Bytes plus memory-mapped files;
• Virtual Bytes are the Working Set plus paged Private Bytes and standby list.

There's another problem here; just as shared libraries can allocate memory inside your application module, leading to potential false positives reported in your app's Private Bytes, your application may also end up allocating memory inside the shared modules, leading to false negatives. That means it's actually possible for your application to have a memory leak that never manifests itself in the Private Bytes at all. Unlikely, but possible.

Private Bytes are a reasonable approximation of the amount of memory your executable is using and can be used to help narrow down a list of potential candidates for a memory leak; if you see the number growing and growing constantly and endlessly, you would want to check that process for a leak. This cannot, however, prove that there is or is not a leak.

One of the most effective tools for detecting/correcting memory leaks in Windows is actually Visual Studio (link goes to page on using VS for memory leaks, not the product page). Rational Purify is another possibility. Microsoft also has a more general best practices document on this subject. There are more tools listed in this previous question.

I hope this clears a few things up! Tracking down memory leaks is one of the most difficult things to do in debugging. Good luck.

You've got the syntax for the scp-style way of specifying a repository slightly wrong - it has to be:

... as you can see in the git clone documentation. You should use instead the URL:

According to my interpretation of the implementation of unicode-escape and the unicode repr in the CPython 2.6.5 source, yes; the only difference between repr(unicode_string) and unicode_string.encode('unicode-escape') is the inclusion of wrapping quotes and escaping whichever quote was used.

They are both driven by the same function, unicodeescape_string. This function takes a parameter whose sole function is to toggle the addition of the wrapping quotes and escaping of that quote.

You can create a form in VBA, with code to increase the width of a label control as your code progresses. You can use the width property of a label control to resize it. You can set the background colour property of the label to any colour you choose. This will let you create your own progress bar.

The label control that resizes is a quick solution. However, most people end up creating individual forms for each of their macros. I use the DoEvents function and a modeless form to use a single form for all your macros.

The ApplicationPoolIdentity is assigned membership of the Users group as well as the IIS_IUSRS group. On first glance this may look somewhat worrying, however the Users group has somewhat limited NTFS rights.

For example, if you try and create a folder in the C:\Windows folder then you'll find that you can't. The ApplicationPoolIdentity still needs to be able to read files from the windows system folders (otherwise how else would the worker process be able to dynamically load essential DLL's).

With regard to your observations about being able to write to your c:\dump folder. If you take a look at the permissions in the Advanced Security Settings, you'll see the following:

That's the reason your site's ApplicationPoolIdentity can read and write to that folder. That right is being inherited from the c:\ drive.

In a shared environment where you possibly have several hundred sites, each with their own application pool and Application Pool Identity, you would store the site folders in a folder or volume that has had the Users group removed and the permissions set such that only Administrators and the SYSTEM account have access (with inheritance).

You would then individually assign the requisite permissions each IIS AppPool\[name] requires on it's site root folder.

You should also ensure that any folders you create where you store potentially sensitive files or data have the Users group removed. You should also make sure that any applications that you install don't store sensitive data in their c:\program files\[app name] folders and that they use the user profile folders instead.

So yes, on first glance it looks like the ApplicationPoolIdentity has more rights than it should, but it actually has no more rights than it's group membership dictates.

Use the parse_url() and parse_str() methods. parse_url() will parse a URL string into an associative array of its parts. If you run the command twice, you'll see the second round is much faster since it skips a lot of things.

Somewhere you have to keep track of what button had been pressed. When things happen, you need to store something in a variable so you can recall the information or it's gone forever.

When someone pressed one of the operator buttons, don't just let them type in another value. Save the operator symbol, then let them type in another value. You could literally just have a String operator that gets the text of the operator button pressed. Then, when the equals button is pressed, you have to check to see which operator you stored. You could do this with an if/else if/else chain.

So, in your symbol's button press event, store the symbol text in a variable, then, in the = button press event, check to see which symbol is in the variable and act accordingly.

Alternatively, if you feel comfortable enough with enums (looks like you're just starting, so if you're not to that point yet, ignore this), you could have an enumeration of symbols that lets you check symbols easily with a switch.

An understandable request indeed; I can imagine advanced operations like these might get added over time by the AWS team (they have a history of starting with a limited feature set first and evaluate extensions based on customer feedback), but here is what you should do to avoid the cost of a full scan at least:

In IDP Init SSO (Unsolicited Web SSO) the Federation process is initiated by the IDP sending an unsolicited SAML Response to the SP. In SP-Init, the SP generates an AuthnRequest that is sent to the IDP as the first step in the Federation process and the IDP then responds with a SAML Response. IMHO ADFSv2 support for SAML2.0 Web SSO SP-Init is stronger than its IDP-Init support re: integration with 3rd Party Fed products (mostly revolving around support for RelayState) so if you have a choice you'll want to use SP-Init as it'll probably make life easier with ADFSv2.

Integers are finite, so sadly you can't have set it to a true infinity. However you can set it to the max value of an int, this would mean that it would be greater or equal to any other int, ie:

One point no one has mention that make sure your Host Activity launch mode must not set to singleInstance or singleTask.

For those who are with QT Creator, the issue is same (as described by @c-johnson). Make sure the compiler settings for MSVC in your kit is set to x86 as shown below.

If you store stylesheets/images in a folder so that multiple websites can use them, or you want to re-use the same files on another site on the same server, I have found that my browser/Apache does not allow me to go to any parent folder above the website root URL. This seems obvious for security reasons - one should not be able to browse around on the server any place other than the specified web folders.

Eg. does not work: www.mywebsite.com/../images

As a workaround, I use Symlinks:

Go to the directory of www.mywebsite.com Run the command ln -s ../images images

The issue I believe was corrupted AppPool - we have automated AppPool recycling going on every day at 3 am and the issue started at 3 am and then ended on its own at 3 am the next day.

Unless you're in a specific speed optimization process, I would say use whichever method produces the easiest to read and maintain code.

If an iterator is already setup, like with one of the collection classes, then the foreach is a good easy option. And if it's an integer range you're iterating, then for is probably cleaner.

Based on the syntax I'm assuming that it is some language which is descendant of C. As per what I have seen, length is used for simple collection items like arrays and in most cases it is a property.

size() is a function and is used for dynamic collection objects. However for all the purposes of using, you wont find any differences in outcome using either of them. In most implementations, size simply returns length property.

I had a similar issue on CentOS 7 while a correct version of Java was installed and java -version gave a nice result.

Collecting multiple answers from different SO threads I did the following:

If steps above didn't help, try to make sure all permission issues are resolved:

1. If Jenkins fails to run Java, it could be jenkins user doesn't have permissions to run it, then change jenkins to root in config (described here)

The problem is that Jenkins tries to launch JNA library from /tmp dir which is marked as noexec by default, so we it could be fixed by creating a temporary directory in a /jenkins path so it could be executed. The full way to do this is described here by CloudBees support (thanks a lot for them)

Try javax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword instead of javax.net.ssl.keyPassword: the latter isn't mentioned in the JSSE ref guide.

The algorithms you mention should be there by default using the default security providers. NoSuchAlgorithmExceptions are often cause by other underlying exceptions (file not found, wrong password, wrong keystore type, ...). It's useful to look at the full stack trace.

A not so scalable fix that I used for this is to copy the data to a plain text editor, convert the cells to text and then copy the data back to the spreadsheet.

I did come also in search of how to get input data from the Text widget. Regarding the problem with a new line on the end of the string. You can just use .strip() since it is a Text widget that is always a string.

Also, I'm sharing code where you can see how you can create multiply Text widgets and save them in the dictionary as form data, and then by clicking the submit button get that form data and do whatever you want with it. I hope it helps others. It should work in any 3.x python and probably will work in 2.7 also.

So I have written my own solution. The important aspect is that it only works if you really only care about dates because it's necessary to discard the time information, so if you want something like 25.06.2014 - 01.01.2010 = 1636, this should work regardless of the DST:

As Darin said, you can specify a higher connection timeout value, but I doubt that's really the issue.

When you get connection timeouts, it's typically a problem with one of the following:

1. Network configuration - slow connection between your web server/dev box and the SQL server. Increasing the timeout may correct this, but it'd be wise to investigate the underlying problem.

2. Connection string. I've seen issues where an incorrect username/password will, for some reason, give a timeout error instead of a real error indicating "access denied." This shouldn't happen, but such is life.

3. Connection String 2: If you're specifying the name of the server incorrectly, or incompletely (for instance, mysqlserver instead of mysqlserver.webdomain.com), you'll get a timeout. Can you ping the server using the server name exactly as specified in the connection string from the command line?

4. Connection string 3 : If the server name is in your DNS (or hosts file), but the pointing to an incorrect or inaccessible IP, you'll get a timeout rather than a machine-not-found-ish error.

5. The query you're calling is timing out. It can look like the connection to the server is the problem, but, depending on how your app is structured, you could be making it all the way to the stage where your query is executing before the timeout occurs.

6. Connection leaks. How many processes are running? How many open connections? I'm not sure if raw ADO.NET performs connection pooling, automatically closes connections when necessary ala Enterprise Library, or where all that is configured. This is probably a red herring. When working with WCF and web services, though, I've had issues with unclosed connections causing timeouts and other unpredictable behavior.

Things to try:

1. Do you get a timeout when connecting to the server with SQL Management Studio? If so, network config is likely the problem. If you do not see a problem when connecting with Management Studio, the problem will be in your app, not with the server.

2. Run SQL Profiler, and see what's actually going across the wire. You should be able to tell if you're really connecting, or if a query is the problem.

3. Run your query in Management Studio, and see how long it takes.

It would only happen if the Java interpreter is producing machine code that is actually better optimized than the machine code your compiler is generating for the C++ code you are writing, to the point where the C++ code is slower than the Java and the interpretation cost.

However, the odds of that actually happening are pretty low - unless perhaps Java has a very well-written library, and you have your own poorly written C++ library.

According to the manual, in CPython id() is the actual memory address of the variable. If you want it in hex format, call hex() on it.

I presume you only want to reset a single element. Resetting an entire form is simple: call its reset method.

You're misinterpreting what the onchange event does when applied to a textarea. It won't fire until it loses focus or you hit enter. Why not fire the function from an onchange on the select that fills in the text area?

Though this post has been here for quite a while, the solutions are not pure JS. Though Jason noted that requesting permissions is not ideal, I consider it a good thing since the user can reject it explicitly. Reason of the error: Package name left blank while creating a class. This make use of default package. Thus causes this error.

Quick fix:

1. Create a package eg. helloWorld inside the src folder.

Latest version of Eclipse required java11 or above. The module feature is introduced in java9 and onward. It was proposed in 2005 for Java7 but later suspended. Java is object oriented based. When you create a new project in Eclipse then by default module feature is selected. And in Eclipse-2020-09-R, a pop-up appears which ask for creation of module-info.java file. If you select don't create then module-info.java will not create and your project will free from this issue.

Best practice is while crating project, after giving project name. Click on next button instead of finish. On next page at the bottom it ask for creation of module-info.java file. Select or deselect as per need.

If selected: (by default) click on finish button and give name for module. Now while creating a class don't forget to give package name. Whenever you create a class just give package name. Any name, just don't left it blank.

If deselect: No issue

Also, I noticed one more difference between .load and .ready. I am opening a child window and I am performing some work when child window opens. .load is called only first time when I open the window and if I don't close the window then .load will not be called again. however, .ready is called every time irrespective of close the child window or not.

I have just been in a similar position with regards to setting the 777 permissions on the apache website hosting directory. After a little bit of tinkering it seems that changing the group ownership of the folder to the "apache" group allowed access to the folder based on the user group.

1) make sure that the group ownership of the folder is set to the group apache used / generates for use. (check /etc/groups, mine was www-data on Ubuntu)

2) set the folder permissions to 774 to stop "everyone" from having any change access, but allowing the owner and group permissions required.

3) add your user account to the group that has permission on the folder (mine was www-data).

In addition to answer of @jww, I would like to say that the configuration in openssl-ca.cnf,

defines the default number of days the certificate signed by this root-ca will be valid. To set the validity of root-ca itself you should use '-days n' option in:

Failing to do so, your root-ca will be valid for only the default one month and any certificate signed by this root CA will also have validity of one month.

TL;DR: Adding a blank __init__.py fixed the issue for me.

I got this error in PyCharm and realised that my settings file was not being imported at all. There was no obvious error telling me this, but when I put some nonsense code into the settings.py, it didn't cause an error.

I had settings.py inside a local_settings folder. However, I'd fogotten to include a __init__.py in the same folder to allow it to be imported. Once I'd added this, the error went away.

If the problem is that the label and input are wrapping to two lines when the window is too narrow, remove the whitespace between them; e.g.:

If you need space between the elements, use non-breaking spaces (& nbsp;) or CSS.

From reading the source code, if a java.sql.Date does actually have time information, calling getTime() will return a value that includes the time information.

If that is not working, then the information is not in the java.sql.Date object. I expect that the JDBC drivers or the database is (in effect) zeroing the time component ... or the information wasn't there in the first place.

I think you should be using java.sql.Timestamp and the corresponding resultset methods, and the corresponding SQL type.

Try doing this:

• Unplug the device
• Execute adb kill-server && adb start-server(that restarts adb)
• Re-plug the device

Also you can try to edit an adb config file .android/adb_usb.ini and add a line 04e8 after the header. Restart adb required for changes to take effect.

Had same problem recently after downgrade from Cassandra 3.0 to Cassandra 2.2 on ArchLinux.

Unlike above solutions my problem wasn't in .cassandra, but version 3.0 left its configuration in /var/lib/cassandra directory.

Storing the caller EBP as the first local variable is called a standard stack frame, and this may be used for nearly all calling conventions on Windows. Differences exist whether the caller or callee deallocates the passed parameters, and which parameters are passed in registers, but these are orthogonal to the standard stack frame problem.

Speaking about Windows programs, you might probably use Visual Studio to compile your C++ code. Be aware that Microsoft uses an optimization called Frame Pointer Omission, that makes it nearly impossible to do walk the stack without using the dbghlp library and the PDB file for the executable.

This Frame Pointer Omission means that the compiler does not store the old EBP on a standard place and uses the EBP register for something else, therefore you have hard time finding the caller EIP without knowing how much space the local variables need for a given function. Of course Microsoft provides an API that allows you to do stack-walks even in this case, but looking up the symbol table database in PDB files takes too long for some use cases.

To avoid FPO in your compilation units, you need to avoid using /O2 or need to explicitly add /Oy- to the C++ compilation flags in your projects. You probably link against the C or C++ runtime, which uses FPO in the Release configuration, so you will have hard time to do stack walks without the dbghlp.dll.

The error message which you specified is nothing but you are not specifying goal for maven build.

Density-independent pixel (dp)

A virtual pixel unit that you should use when defining UI layout, to express layout dimensions or position in a density-independent way. As described above, the density-independent pixel is equivalent to one physical pixel on a 160 dpi screen, which is the baseline density assumed by the system for a "medium" density screen. At runtime, the system transparently handles any scaling of the dp units, as necessary, based on the actual density of the screen in use. The conversion of dp units to screen pixels is simple:

px = dp * (dpi / 160).

For example, on a 240 dpi screen, 1 dp equals 1.5 physical pixels. You should always use dp units when defining your application's UI, to ensure proper display of your UI on screens with different densities.

Understanding pixel to dp and vice versa is very essential (especially for giving exact dp values to creative team)

It is explained above. Try to avoid in layout files. But there are some cases, where px is required. for example, ListView divider line. px is better here for giving a one-pixel line as a divider for all across screen resolutions.

sp

Use sp for font sizes. Then only the font inside the application will change while device fonts size changes (that is, Display -> Fonts on Device). If you want to keep a static sized font inside the app, you can give the font dimension in dp. In such a case, it will never change. Developers may get such a requirement for some specific screens, for that, developers can use dp instead of sp. In all other cases, sp is recommended.

C programming language standard ISO/IEC 9899:1999 (commonly known as C99) allows one to use a designated initializer to initialize members of a structure or union as follows:

This solution worked for me. The reason is not to have a vendor folder in your application.

Follow these steps:

1. if your project has composer.json file, delete it

2. then run

   composer require phpspec/phpspec
   

That command add vendor folder to your project

In the case of stored procedure update, you should delete it from the .dbml file and reinsert it again. But if the stored procedure have two paths (ex: if something; display some columns; else display some other columns), make sure the two paths have the same columns aliases!!! The Stanford JS Crypto Library contains an implementation of SHA-256. While crypto in JS isn't really as well-vetted an endeavor as other implementation platforms, this one is at least partially developed by, and to a certain extent sponsored by, Dan Boneh, who is a well-established and trusted name in cryptography, and means that the project has some oversight by someone who actually knows what he's doing. The project is also supported by the NSF.

HTML5 provides Canvas.toDataURL(mimetype) which is implemented in Opera, Firefox, and Safari 4 beta. There are a number of security restrictions, however (mostly to do with drawing content from another origin onto the canvas).

So you don't need an additional library.

Does using the Path.Combine method help? It's a safer way for joining file paths together. It could be that it's having problems joining the paths together

I came across this post even though I needed to SHRINKFILE on MSSQL 2012 version which is little trickier since 2000 or 2005 versions. After reading up on all risks and issues related to this issue I ended up testing. Long story short, the best results I got were from using the MS SQL Server Management Studio.

Right-Click the DB -> TASKS -> SHRINK -> FILES -> select the LOG file

The first parameter to LayoutParams is the width and the second is the height. So if you want the width to be FILL_PARENT, but the width to be, say, 20px, then use something new LayoutParams(FILL_PARENT, 20). Of course you should never use actual pixels in your code; you'll need to conver that to density-independent pixels, but you get the idea. Also, you need to make sure your parent LinearLayout has the right width and height that you're looking for. Seems to be you want the LinearLayout to fill the parent width-wise and then have the adview fill that linearlayout witdh-wise as well, so you probably need to specify android:layout_width:"fill_parent" and android:layout_height:"wrap_content" in your linear layout's xml.

Since this is a vmdk file, you could use VMWare's vdiskmanager, if it's available for your platform. VMWare has x86 Linux, Windows, and OS X versions here (see "Attachments" on the right rail).

And then you just do:

It avoids having to clone, then expand the disk. Now, the downside is you need the extra tool, and vmdk is VMWare's disk format, and you're still using Virtualbox, so there could be incompatibilities.

qemu-img might also work, but I'm not sure if it supports resizing vmdk files. It would look something like:

qemu-img resize Machine-disk1.vmdk +8G

And just a reminder, with both, you still have to grow the partition after resizing the underlying disk. All these tools are essentially dd if=/dev/old_disk of=/dev/new_disk bs=16M.

We encountered this error as well. What we did to solve the issue is we added a lazy=false in the Hibernate mapping file.

It appears we had a class A that's inside a Session that loads another class B. We are trying to access the data on class B but this class B is detached from the session.

In order for us to access this Class B, we had to specify in the class A's Hibernate mapping file the lazy=false attribute. For example,

I am avoiding running eclipse just to edit jasper reports as long as I can. The netbeans based ireport is so much lighter weight. Running Eclipse is like using emacs.

Your arguments are in the wrong order. Try git commit -m 'my notes' path/to/my/file.ext, or if you want to be more explicit, git commit -m 'my notes' -- path/to/my/file.ext.

To get a type that implements io.Reader from a []byte slice, you can use bytes.NewReader in the bytes package:

This will return a value of type bytes.Reader which implements the io.Reader (and io.ReadSeeker) interface.

I think that mobile devices dont work with fixed positions. You should try with some js plugin like skrollr.js (for example). With this kind of plugin you can select the position of your div (or whatever) in function of scrollbar position.
