The jQuery way to click a link is
$('#LinkID').click();
For mailTo link, you have to write the following code
$('#LinkID')[0].click();
I think you can use mysql_ping() function.
This function checks for connection to the server alive or not. if it fails then you can reconnect and proceed with your query.
The issue you have encountered is that UDF
s cannot modify the Excel environment, they can only return a value to the calling cell.
There are several alternatives
For the sample given you don't actually need VBA. This formula will work
='C:\Users\UserName\Desktop\[TestSample.xlsx]Sheet1'!$B$2
Use a rather messy work around: See this answer
You can use ExecuteExcel4Macro
or OLEDB
wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=3 -R index.html http://hostname/aaa/bbb/ccc/ddd/
From man wget
‘-r’ ‘--recursive’ Turn on recursive retrieving. See Recursive Download, for more details. The default maximum depth is 5.
‘-np’ ‘--no-parent’ Do not ever ascend to the parent directory when retrieving recursively. This is a useful option, since it guarantees that only the files below a certain hierarchy will be downloaded. See Directory-Based Limits, for more details.
‘-nH’ ‘--no-host-directories’ Disable generation of host-prefixed directories. By default, invoking Wget with ‘-r http://fly.srk.fer.hr/’ will create a structure of directories beginning with fly.srk.fer.hr/. This option disables such behavior.
‘--cut-dirs=number’ Ignore number directory components. This is useful for getting a fine-grained control over the directory where recursive retrieval will be saved.
Take, for example, the directory at ‘ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/’. If you retrieve it with ‘-r’, it will be saved locally under ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/. While the ‘-nH’ option can remove the ftp.xemacs.org/ part, you are still stuck with pub/xemacs. This is where ‘--cut-dirs’ comes in handy; it makes Wget not “see” number remote directory components. Here are several examples of how ‘--cut-dirs’ option works.
No options -> ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/ -nH -> pub/xemacs/ -nH --cut-dirs=1 -> xemacs/ -nH --cut-dirs=2 -> .
--cut-dirs=1 -> ftp.xemacs.org/xemacs/ ... If you just want to get rid of the directory structure, this option is similar to a combination of ‘-nd’ and ‘-P’. However, unlike ‘-nd’, ‘--cut-dirs’ does not lose with subdirectories—for instance, with ‘-nH --cut-dirs=1’, a beta/ subdirectory will be placed to xemacs/beta, as one would expect.
Assuming your sequence alternates increments between 1 and 3
numbers = [1]
while numbers[-1] < 100:
numbers.append(numbers[-1] + 1)
numbers.append(numbers[-1] + 3)
print ', '.join(map(str, numbers))
This could be easier to modify if your sequence is different but I think poke or BlaXpirit are nicer answers than mine.
JFrame.dispose() affects only to this frame (release all of the native screen resources used by this component, its subcomponents, and all children). System.exit() affects to entire JVM.
If you want to close all JFrame or all Window (since Frames extend Windows) to terminate the application in an ordered mode, you can do some like this:
Arrays.asList(Window.getWindows()).forEach(e -> e.dispose()); // or JFrame.getFrames()
You can groupby the 'name'
and 'month'
columns, then call transform
which will return data aligned to the original df and apply a lambda where we join
the text entries:
In [119]:
df['text'] = df[['name','text','month']].groupby(['name','month'])['text'].transform(lambda x: ','.join(x))
df[['name','text','month']].drop_duplicates()
Out[119]:
name text month
0 name1 hej,du 11
2 name1 aj,oj 12
4 name2 fin,katt 11
6 name2 mycket,lite 12
I sub the original df by passing a list of the columns of interest df[['name','text','month']]
here and then call drop_duplicates
EDIT actually I can just call apply
and then reset_index
:
In [124]:
df.groupby(['name','month'])['text'].apply(lambda x: ','.join(x)).reset_index()
Out[124]:
name month text
0 name1 11 hej,du
1 name1 12 aj,oj
2 name2 11 fin,katt
3 name2 12 mycket,lite
update
the lambda
is unnecessary here:
In[38]:
df.groupby(['name','month'])['text'].apply(','.join).reset_index()
Out[38]:
name month text
0 name1 11 du
1 name1 12 aj,oj
2 name2 11 fin,katt
3 name2 12 mycket,lite
The Python pprint
module actually already sorts dictionaries by key. In versions prior to Python 2.5, the sorting was only triggered on dictionaries whose pretty-printed representation spanned multiple lines, but in 2.5.X and 2.6.X, all dictionaries are sorted.
Generally, though, if you're writing data structures to a file and want them human-readable and writable, you might want to consider using an alternate format like YAML or JSON. Unless your users are themselves programmers, having them maintain configuration or application state dumped via pprint
and loaded via eval
can be a frustrating and error-prone task.

If I use exit()
in a code and run it in the shell, it shows a message asking whether I want to kill the program or not. It's really disturbing.
See here
But sys.exit()
is better in this case. It closes the program and doesn't create any dialogue box.

Taken from @ Get the text inside an element using jQuery
you can try this (I don't have sql server here today so I can't verify syntax, sorry)
select attributeName
from tableName
where CONVERT(varchar,attributeName,101) BETWEEN '03/01/2009' AND '03/31/2009'
and CONVERT(varchar, attributeName,108) BETWEEN '06:00:00' AND '22:00:00'
and DATEPART(day,attributeName) BETWEEN 2 AND 4
The output folder directory must have been configured to some other directory in IDE. Either you can change that or replace the filename with entire file path.
Hope this helps.
Both are effectively the same class (you can look at the disassembly). HashTable was created first before .Net had generics. Dictionary, however is a generic class and gives you strong typing benefits. I would never use HashTable since Dictionary costs you nothing to use.

There is no python3.exe file, that is why it fails.
Try:
py
instead.
py is just a launcher for python.exe. If you have more than one python versions installed on your machine (2.x, 3.x) you can specify what version of python to launch by
py -2 or py -3
Make one or both of the terms a floating point number, like so:
4.0/100.0
Alternatively, turn on the feature that will be default in Python 3.0, 'true division', that does what you want. At the top of your module or script, do:
from __future__ import division

2) Be sure to restart Xcode after modifying the Info.plist
3) The "uicache" command is not found, using killall -HUP SpringBoard worked fine for me.
Other then that, I can confirm this works fine.
Mac users, using PwnageTool 3.1.4 worked great for Jailbreaking (DL via torrent).

By default, SQL Plus treats '&' as a special character that begins a substitution string. This can cause problems when running scripts that happen to include '&' for other reasons:
SQL> insert into customers (customer_name) values ('Marks & Spencers Ltd');
Enter value for spencers:
old 1: insert into customers (customer_name) values ('Marks & Spencers Ltd')
new 1: insert into customers (customer_name) values ('Marks Ltd')
1 row created.
SQL> select customer_name from customers;
CUSTOMER_NAME
------------------------------
Marks Ltd
If you know your script includes (or may include) data containing '&' characters, and you do not want the substitution behaviour as above, then use set define off
to switch off the behaviour while running the script:
SQL> set define off
SQL> insert into customers (customer_name) values ('Marks & Spencers Ltd');
1 row created.
SQL> select customer_name from customers;
CUSTOMER_NAME
------------------------------
Marks & Spencers Ltd
You might want to add set define on
at the end of the script to restore the default behaviour.
You should be able to see the schema by running
.schema <table>
When the servlet container (like Apache Tomcat) starts up, it will deploy and load all its web applications. When a web application is loaded, the servlet container creates the ServletContext
once and keeps it in the server's memory. The web app's web.xml
and all of included web-fragment.xml
files is parsed, and each <servlet>
, <filter>
and <listener>
found (or each class annotated with @WebServlet
, @WebFilter
and @WebListener
respectively) is instantiated once and kept in the server's memory as well. For each instantiated filter, its init()
method is invoked with a new FilterConfig
.
When a Servlet
has a <servlet><load-on-startup>
or @WebServlet(loadOnStartup)
value greater than 0
, then its init()
method is also invoked during startup with a new ServletConfig
. Those servlets are initialized in the same order specified by that value (1
is 1st, 2
is 2nd, etc). If the same value is specified for more than one servlet, then each of those servlets is loaded in the same order as they appear in the web.xml
, web-fragment.xml
, or @WebServlet
classloading. In the event the "load-on-startup" value is absent, the init()
method will be invoked whenever the HTTP request hits that servlet for the very first time.
When the servlet container is finished with all of the above described initialization steps, then the ServletContextListener#contextInitialized()
will be invoked.
When the servlet container shuts down, it unloads all web applications, invokes the destroy()
method of all its initialized servlets and filters, and all ServletContext
, Servlet
, Filter
and Listener
instances are trashed. Finally the ServletContextListener#contextDestroyed()
will be invoked.
The servlet container is attached to a web server that listens for HTTP requests on a certain port number (port 8080 is usually used during development and port 80 in production). When a client (e.g. user with a web browser, or programmatically using URLConnection
) sends an HTTP request, the servlet container creates new HttpServletRequest
and HttpServletResponse
objects and passes them through any defined Filter
in the chain and, eventually, the Servlet
instance.
In the case of filters, the doFilter()
method is invoked. When the servlet container's code calls chain.doFilter(request, response)
, the request and response continue on to the next filter, or hit the servlet if there are no remaining filters.
In the case of servlets, the service()
method is invoked. By default, this method determines which one of the doXxx()
methods to invoke based off of request.getMethod()
. If the determined method is absent from the servlet, then an HTTP 405 error is returned in the response.
The request object provides access to all of the information about the HTTP request, such as its URL, headers, query string and body. The response object provides the ability to control and send the HTTP response the way you want by, for instance, allowing you to set the headers and the body (usually with generated HTML content from a JSP file). When the HTTP response is committed and finished, both the request and response objects are recycled and made available for reuse.
When a client visits the webapp for the first time and/or the HttpSession
is obtained for the first time via request.getSession()
, the servlet container creates a new HttpSession
object, generates a long and unique ID (which you can get by session.getId()
), and stores it in the server's memory. The servlet container also sets a Cookie
in the Set-Cookie
header of the HTTP response with JSESSIONID
as its name and the unique session ID as its value.
As per the HTTP cookie specification (a contract any decent web browser and web server must adhere to), the client (the web browser) is required to send this cookie back in subsequent requests in the Cookie
header for as long as the cookie is valid (i.e. the unique ID must refer to an unexpired session and the domain and path are correct). Using your browser's built-in HTTP traffic monitor, you can verify that the cookie is valid (press F12 in Chrome / Firefox 23+ / IE9+, and check the Net/Network tab). The servlet container will check the Cookie
header of every incoming HTTP request for the presence of the cookie with the name JSESSIONID
and use its value (the session ID) to get the associated HttpSession
from server's memory.
The HttpSession
stays alive until it has been idle (i.e. not used in a request) for more than the timeout value specified in <session-timeout>
, a setting in web.xml
. The timeout value defaults to 30 minutes. So, when the client doesn't visit the web app for longer than the time specified, the servlet container trashes the session. Every subsequent request, even with the cookie specified, will not have access to the same session anymore; the servlet container will create a new session.
On the client side, the session cookie stays alive for as long as the browser instance is running. So, if the client closes the browser instance (all tabs/windows), then the session is trashed on the client's side. In a new browser instance, the cookie associated with the session wouldn't exist, so it would no longer be sent. This causes an entirely new HttpSession
to be created, with an entirely new session cookie being used.
ServletContext
lives for as long as the web app lives. It is shared among all requests in all sessions.HttpSession
lives for as long as the client is interacting with the web app with the same browser instance, and the session hasn't timed out at the server side. It is shared among all requests in the same session.HttpServletRequest
and HttpServletResponse
live from the time the servlet receives an HTTP request from the client, until the complete response (the web page) has arrived. It is not shared elsewhere.Servlet
, Filter
and Listener
instances live as long as the web app lives. They are shared among all requests in all sessions.attribute
that is defined in ServletContext
, HttpServletRequest
and HttpSession
will live as long as the object in question lives. The object itself represents the "scope" in bean management frameworks such as JSF, CDI, Spring, etc. Those frameworks store their scoped beans as an attribute
of its closest matching scope.That said, your major concern is possibly thread safety. You should now know that servlets and filters are shared among all requests. That's the nice thing about Java, it's multithreaded and different threads (read: HTTP requests) can make use of the same instance. It would otherwise be too expensive to recreate, init()
and destroy()
them for every single request.
You should also realize that you should never assign any request or session scoped data as an instance variable of a servlet or filter. It will be shared among all other requests in other sessions. That's not thread-safe! The below example illustrates this:
public class ExampleServlet extends HttpServlet {
private Object thisIsNOTThreadSafe;
protected void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException, IOException {
Object thisIsThreadSafe;
thisIsNOTThreadSafe = request.getParameter("foo"); // BAD!! Shared among all requests!
thisIsThreadSafe = request.getParameter("foo"); // OK, this is thread safe.
}
}
TortoiseSVN has a command-line interface that can be used for TortoiseSVN GUI automation and it's different from the normal Subversion one.
You can find information about the command-line options of TortoiseSVN in the documentation:
Appendix D. Automating TortoiseSVN. The main program to work with here is TortoiseProc.exe
.
But a note pretty much at the top there already says:
Remember that TortoiseSVN is a GUI client, and this automation guide shows you how to make the TortoiseSVN dialogs appear to collect user input. If you want to write a script which requires no input, you should use the official Subversion command line client instead.
Another option would be that you install the Subversion binaries. Slik SVN is a nice build (and doesn't require a registration like Collabnet). Recent versions of TortoiseSVN also include the command-line client if you choose to install it.

Python doesn't subscribe to the idea that exceptions should only be used for exceptional cases, in fact the idiom is 'ask for forgiveness, not permission'. This means that using exceptions as a routine part of your flow control is perfectly acceptable, and in fact, encouraged.
This is generally a good thing, as working this way helps avoid some issues (as an obvious example, race conditions are often avoided), and it tends to make code a little more readable.
Imagine you have a situation where you take some user input which needs to be processed, but have a default which is already processed. The try: ... except: ... else: ...
structure makes for very readable code:
try:
raw_value = int(input())
except ValueError:
value = some_processed_value
else: # no error occured
value = process_value(raw_value)
Compare to how it might work in other languages:
raw_value = input()
if valid_number(raw_value):
value = process_value(int(raw_value))
else:
value = some_processed_value
Note the advantages. There is no need to check the value is valid and parse it separately, they are done once. The code also follows a more logical progression, the main code path is first, followed by 'if it doesn't work, do this'.
The example is naturally a little contrived, but it shows there are cases for this structure.
phpMyAdmin can handle CSV import. Here are the steps:
Prepare the CSV file to have the fields in the same order as the MySQL table fields.
Remove the header row from the CSV (if any), so that only the data is in the file.
Go to the phpMyAdmin interface.
Select the table in the left menu.
Click the import button at the top.
Browse to the CSV file.
Select the option "CSV using LOAD DATA".
Enter "," in the "fields terminated by".
Enter the column names in the same order as they are in the database table.
Click the go button and you are done.
This is a note that I prepared for my future use, and sharing here if someone else can benefit.

__construct
was introduced in PHP5 and it is the right way to define your, well, constructors (in PHP4 you used the name of the class for a constructor).
You are not required to define a constructor in your class, but if you wish to pass any parameters on object construction then you need one.
An example could go like this:
class Database {
protected $userName;
protected $password;
protected $dbName;
public function __construct ( $UserName, $Password, $DbName ) {
$this->userName = $UserName;
$this->password = $Password;
$this->dbName = $DbName;
}
}
// and you would use this as:
$db = new Database ( 'user_name', 'password', 'database_name' );
Everything else is explained in the PHP manual: click here
This depends if you're using linux/unix:
>>> start = "\033[1m"
>>> end = "\033[0;0m"
>>> print "The" + start + "text" + end + " is bold."
The text is bold.
The word text
should be bold.

Since [^a-z0-9]

text.replace(/[^a-z0-9]+/gi, " ");
You could put a _ViewStart.cshtml
file inside the /Views/Public
folder which would override the default one in the /Views
folder and specify the desired layout:
@{
Layout = "~/Views/Shared/_PublicLayout.cshtml";
}
By analogy you could put another _ViewStart.cshtml
file inside the /Views/Staff
folder with:
@{
Layout = "~/Views/Shared/_StaffLayout.cshtml";
}
You could also specify which layout should be used when returning a view inside a controller action but that's per action:
return View("Index", "~/Views/Shared/_StaffLayout.cshtml", someViewModel);
Yet another possibility is a custom action filter which would override the layout. As you can see many possibilities to achieve this. Up to you to choose which one fits best in your scenario.
UPDATE:
As requested in the comments section here's an example of an action filter which would choose a master page:
public class LayoutInjecterAttribute : ActionFilterAttribute
{
private readonly string _masterName;
public LayoutInjecterAttribute(string masterName)
{
_masterName = masterName;
}
public override void OnActionExecuted(ActionExecutedContext filterContext)
{
base.OnActionExecuted(filterContext);
var result = filterContext.Result as ViewResult;
if (result != null)
{
result.MasterName = _masterName;
}
}
}
and then decorate a controller or an action with this custom attribute specifying the layout you want:
[LayoutInjecter("_PublicLayout")]
public ActionResult Index()
{
return View();
}
In your Manifest
define windowSoftInputMode
property:
<activity android:name=".MyActivity"

Thanks,
The crc code in zlib (http://zlib.net/) is among the fastest there is, and has a very liberal open source license.
And you should not use adler-32 except for special applications where speed is more important than error detection performance.
One answer I'm missing here: Multi-layer perceptron is able to find relation between features. For example it is necessary in computer vision when a raw image is provided to the learning algorithm and now Sophisticated features are calculated. Essentially the intermediate levels can calculate new unknown features.
This is due to the different encoding method when read the file. In python, it defaultly encode the data with unicode. However, it may not works in various platforms.
I propose an encoding method which can help you solve this if 'utf-8' not works.
with open(path, newline='', encoding='cp1252') as csvfile:
reader = csv.reader(csvfile)
It should works if you change the encoding method here. Also, you can find other encoding method here standard-encodings , if above doesn't work for you.
Another potential treatment is using PATCH after all. A PATCH is defined as something that changes the internal state and is not restricted to appending.
PATCH would solve the problem by allowing you to update already existing items. See: RFC 5789: PATCH
I have Windows 8.1 and had this problem with VirtualBox 5.0.16.105871. I tried every suggestion I found here, virtual box site, and other forums. None worked for me. I had this error when tried to start a VM with host-only interface:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine LinuxVMDev0.
Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
Failed to attach the network LUN (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
Finally the only solution that worked for me was:
(Always installing as Administrator, i.e. running the installer as administrator).
That worked for me after trying different solution during days.
SELECT SUM(No), HOUR(dateofissue)
FROM tablename
WHERE dateofissue>='2011-07-30'
GROUP BY HOUR(dateofissue)
It will give the hour by sum from a particular day!
iContribute: It's never too late for a right answer.
var form = $("form#myForm");
if($('form#myForm > :input[required]:visible').val() != ""){
form.submit();
}else{
console.log("Required field missing.");
}
This way the basic HTML5 validation for 'required' fields takes place without interfering with the standard submit using the form's 'name' values.
Posting to Twitter needs the image's actual path on the device to be sent in the request to post. I was finding it mighty difficult to get the actual path and more often than not I would get the wrong path.
To counter that, once you have a Bitmap
, I use that to get the URI from using the getImageUri()
. Subsequently, I use the tempUri
Uri instance to get the actual path as it is on the device.
This is production code and naturally tested. ;-)

Instead of gdb
, run gdbtui
. Or run gdb
with the -tui
switch. Or press C-x C-a after entering gdb
. Now you're in GDB's TUI mode.
Enter layout asm
to make the upper window display assembly -- this will automatically follow your instruction pointer, although you can also change frames or scroll around while debugging. Press C-x s to enter SingleKey mode, where run continue up down finish
etc. are abbreviated to a single key, allowing you to walk through your program very quickly.

In this case, it is safe to cast away the unsigned portion unless your vector can get REALLY big.
I would pull out the where.size() to a local variable since it won't change during the call. Something like this:
int find( const vector<type>& where, int searchParameter ){
int size = static_cast<int>(where.size());
for( int i = 0; i < size; i++ ) {
if( conditionMet( where[i], searchParameter ) ) {
return i;
}
}
return -1;
}
Given points (X1,Y1) and (X2,Y2) then:
dX = X1 - X2;
dY = Y1 - Y2;
if (dX*dX + dY*dY > (5*5))
{
//your code
}
Although the answer provided by @tolbard is amazing and works well!
I feel creating an extension for something that can be achieved in just a line of code, would be an over kill.
You can get bold as well italic styling for the same text in your label
by setting up the font property using UIFontDescriptor
as shown below in the example below using Swift 4.0:
label.font = UIFont(descriptor: UIFontDescriptor().withSymbolicTraits([.traitBold, .traitItalic])!, size: 12)
Other options include:
traitLooseLeading
traitTightLeading
traitUIOptimized
traitVertical
traitMonoSpace
traitCondensed
traitExpanded

These answers are all good if you want to follow good conventions but the OP wanted something simple, which is what I wanted too instead of dealing with GUI design patterns. If all you want to do is have a string in a basic GUI app you can update ad-hoc without anything fancy, you can just access it directly in your C# source.
Let's say you've got a really basic WPF app MainWindow XAML like this,
<Window x:Class="MyWPFApp.MainWindow"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
xmlns:local="clr-namespace:MyWPFApp"
mc:Ignorable="d"
Title="MainWindow"
Height="200"
Width="400"
Background="White" >
<Grid>
<TextBlock x:Name="textBlock"
Text=".."
HorizontalAlignment="Center"
VerticalAlignment="Top"
FontWeight="Bold"
FontFamily="Helvetica"
FontSize="16"
Foreground="Blue" Margin="0,10,0,0"
/>
<Button x:Name="Find_Kilroy"
Content="Poke Kilroy"
Click="Button_Click_Poke_Kilroy"
HorizontalAlignment="Center"
VerticalAlignment="Center"
FontFamily="Helvetica"
FontWeight="Bold"
FontSize="14"
Width="280"
/>
</Grid>
</Window>
That will look something like this:
In your MainWindow XAML's source, you could have something like this where all we're doing in changing the value directly via textBlock.Text
's get
/set
functionality:
using System.Windows;
namespace MyWPFApp
{
public partial class MainWindow : Window
{
public MainWindow() { InitializeComponent(); }
private void Button_Click_Poke_Kilroy(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
{
textBlock.Text = " \\|||/\r\n" +
" (o o) \r\n" +
"----ooO- (_) -Ooo----";
}
}
}
Then when you trigger that click event by clicking the button, voila! Kilroy appears :)
Reproducing tim_yates answer on current hardware and adding leftShift() and concat() method to check the finding:
'String leftShift' {
foo << bar << baz
}
'String concat' {
foo.concat(bar)
.concat(baz)
.toString()
}
The outcome shows concat() to be the faster solution for a pure String, but if you can handle GString somewhere else, GString template is still ahead, while honorable mention should go to leftShift() (bitwise operator) and StringBuffer() with initial allocation:

To find the maximum y
value of the objects in array
:
Math.max.apply(Math, array.map(function(o) { return o.y; }))
You need to enclose your class in {
and }
. A few extra pointers: According to the Java coding conventions, you should
{
on the same line as the method declaration:Here's how I would write it:
public class ModMyMod extends BaseMod {
public String version() {
return "1.2_02";
}
public void addRecipes(CraftingManager recipes) {
recipes.addRecipe(new ItemStack(Item.diamond), new Object[] {
"#", Character.valueOf('#'), Block.dirt
});
}
}
Or try to check your mainActivity.xml you make sure that this one
xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto"here
is included

The answers here are perfectly working. I am just converting Craig Mellon answer to Swift. If someone comes looking for swift answer, this will help them.
var phoneNumber: String = "telprompt://".stringByAppendingString(titleLabel.text!) // titleLabel.text has the phone number.
UIApplication.sharedApplication().openURL(NSURL(string:phoneNumber)!)
Where it is documented:
From the API documentation under the has_many association in "Module ActiveRecord::Associations::ClassMethods"
collection.build(attributes = {}, …) Returns one or more new objects of the collection type that have been instantiated with attributes and linked to this object through a foreign key, but have not yet been saved. Note: This only works if an associated object already exists, not if it‘s nil!
The answer to building in the opposite direction is a slightly altered syntax. In your example with the dogs,
Class Dog
has_many :tags
belongs_to :person
end
Class Person
has_many :dogs
end
d = Dog.new
d.build_person(:attributes => "go", :here => "like normal")
or even
t = Tag.new
t.build_dog(:name => "Rover", :breed => "Maltese")
You can also use create_dog to have it saved instantly (much like the corresponding "create" method you can call on the collection)
How is rails smart enough? It's magic (or more accurately, I just don't know, would love to find out!)

Try:

U can just add, timezone difference to unix timestamp. Example for Moscow (UTC+3)
echo date('d.m.Y H:i:s', time() + 3 * 60 * 60);
I came researching the options that I would have to do this, however, I believe the method I use is the simplest:
SELECT COUNT(*),
DATEADD(dd, DATEDIFF(dd, 0, date_field),0) as dtgroup
FROM TABLE
GROUP BY DATEADD(dd, DATEDIFF(dd, 0, date_field),0)
ORDER BY dtgroup ASC;
sizeof
returns the size in bytes of it's argument. This is not what you want, but it can help.
Let's say you have an array:
int array[4];
If you apply sizeof
to the array (sizeof(array)
), it will return its size in bytes, which in this case is 4 * the size of an int
, so a total of maybe 16 bytes (depending on your implementation).
If you apply sizeof
to an element of the array (sizeof(array[0])
), it will return its size in bytes, which in this case is the size of an int
, so a total of maybe 4 bytes (depending on your implementation).
If you divide the first one by the second one, it will be: (4 * the size of an int
) / (the size of an int
) = 4; That's exactly what you wanted.
So this should do:
sizeof(array) / sizeof(array[0])
Now you would probably like to have a macro to encapsulate this logic and never have to think again how it should be done:
#define ARRAY_SIZE(arr) (sizeof(arr) / sizeof((arr)[0]))
You need the parentheses enclosing all the macro as in any other complex macro, and also enclosing every variable, just to avoid unexpected bugs related to operators precedence.
Now you can use it on any array like this:
int array[6];
ptrdiff_t nmemb;
nmemb = ARRAY_SIZE(array);
/* nmemb == 6 */
Remember that arguments of functions declared as arrays are not really arrays, but pointers to the first element of the array, so this will NOT work on them:
void foo(int false_array[6])
{
ptrdiff_t nmemb;
nmemb = ARRAY_SIZE(false_array);
/* nmemb == sizeof(int *) / sizeof(int) */
/* (maybe ==2) */
}
But it can be used in functions if you pass a pointer to an array instead of just the array:
void bar(int (*arrptr)[7])
{
ptrdiff_t nmemb;
nmemb = ARRAY_SIZE(*arrptr);
/* nmemb == 7 */
}
Button mybutton = new Button(ViewPagerSample.this);
mybutton.setOnClickListener(new OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(View v) {
// TODO Auto-generated method stub
}
});
'.'.join()
or ".".join()
.. So any string instance has the method join()
<>
is generally a good replacement for XOR wherever it can apply to booleans.
You can't simulate a click event with javascript.
jQuery .trigger()
function only fires an event named "click" on the element, which you can capture with .on()
jQuery method.

A different variant of the cause/solution:
My issue was that I was not getting an output because I was writing the result set from an asynchronous LINQ call to the console in a loop in an asynchronous context:
var p = _context.Payment.Where(pp => pp.applicationNumber.Trim() == "12345");
p.ForEachAsync(payment => Console.WriteLine(payment.Amount));
And so the test was not writing to the console before the console object was cleaned up by the runtime (when running only one test).
The solution was to convert the result set to a list first, so I could use the non-asynchronous version of forEach():
var p = _context.Payment.Where(pp => pp.applicationNumber.Trim() == "12345").ToList();
p.ForEachAsync(payment =>Console.WriteLine(payment.Amount));
You can use this library:
https://github.com/kmfish/MultiTypeListViewAdapter (written by me)
Setup adapter:
adapter = new BaseRecyclerAdapter();
adapter.registerDataAndItem(TextModel.class, LineListItem1.class);
adapter.registerDataAndItem(ImageModel.class, LineListItem2.class);
adapter.registerDataAndItem(AbsModel.class, AbsLineItem.class);
For each line item:
public class LineListItem1 extends BaseListItem<TextModel, LineListItem1.OnItem1ClickListener> {
TextView tvName;
TextView tvDesc;
@Override
public int onGetLayoutRes() {
return R.layout.list_item1;
}
@Override
public void bindViews(View convertView) {
Log.d("item1", "bindViews:" + convertView);
tvName = (TextView) convertView.findViewById(R.id.text_name);
tvDesc = (TextView) convertView.findViewById(R.id.text_desc);
tvName.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(View v) {
if (null != attachInfo) {
attachInfo.onNameClick(getData());
}
}
});
tvDesc.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(View v) {
if (null != attachInfo) {
attachInfo.onDescClick(getData());
}
}
});
}
@Override
public void updateView(TextModel model, int pos) {
if (null != model) {
Log.d("item1", "updateView model:" + model + "pos:" + pos);
tvName.setText(model.getName());
tvDesc.setText(model.getDesc());
}
}
public interface OnItem1ClickListener {
void onNameClick(TextModel model);
void onDescClick(TextModel model);
}
}
Try
1) apt-get install libmagickwand-dev
2) gem install rmagick
Use Arrays.copyOf my friend.
You should either use
if str1[0] == '"' and str1[-1] == '"'
or
if str1.startswith('"') and str1.endswith('"')
but not slice and check startswith/endswith together, otherwise you'll slice off what you're looking for...
This functionality is not built-in to C# 5 or below.
Update: C# 6 now supports string interpolation, see newer answers.
The recommended way to do this would be with String.Format
:
string name = "Scott";
string output = String.Format("Hello {0}", name);
However, I wrote a small open-source library called SmartFormat that extends String.Format
so that it can use named placeholders (via reflection). So, you could do:
string name = "Scott";
string output = Smart.Format("Hello {name}", new{name}); // Results in "Hello Scott".
Hope you like it!
I want to add another solution: In my case, I need to use a Enum group in a drop down button list items. So they might have space, i.e. more user friendly descriptions needed:
public enum CancelReasonsEnum
{
[Description("In rush")]
InRush,
[Description("Need more coffee")]
NeedMoreCoffee,
[Description("Call me back in 5 minutes!")]
In5Minutes
}
In a helper class (HelperMethods) I created the following method:
public static List<string> GetListOfDescription<T>() where T : struct
{
Type t = typeof(T);
return !t.IsEnum ? null : Enum.GetValues(t).Cast<Enum>().Select(x => x.GetDescription()).ToList();
}
When you call this helper you will get the list of item descriptions.
List<string> items = HelperMethods.GetListOfDescription<CancelReasonEnum>();
ADDITION: In any case, if you want to implement this method you need :GetDescription extension for enum. This is what I use.
public static string GetDescription(this Enum value)
{
Type type = value.GetType();
string name = Enum.GetName(type, value);
if (name != null)
{
FieldInfo field = type.GetField(name);
if (field != null)
{
DescriptionAttribute attr =Attribute.GetCustomAttribute(field,typeof(DescriptionAttribute)) as DescriptionAttribute;
if (attr != null)
{
return attr.Description;
}
}
}
return null;
/* how to use
MyEnum x = MyEnum.NeedMoreCoffee;
string description = x.GetDescription();
*/
}
To make sure you're always on the safe side, without getting all kinds of unwanted code insertion use FILTERS:
echo filter_input(INPUT_GET,"link",FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING);
More reading on php.net function filter_input, or check out the description of the different filters
In our case we were getting UnmarshalException because a wrong Java package was specified in the following. The issue was resolved once the right package was in place:
@Bean
public Unmarshaller tmsUnmarshaller() {
final Jaxb2Marshaller jaxb2Marshaller = new Jaxb2Marshaller();
jaxb2Marshaller
.setPackagesToScan("java.package.to.generated.java.classes.for.xsd");
return jaxb2Marshaller;
}
If you have Boost, you can convert the integer to a string using boost::lexical_cast<std::string>(age)
.
Another way is to use stringstreams:
std::stringstream ss;
ss << age;
std::cout << name << ss.str() << std::endl;
A third approach would be to use sprintf
or snprintf
from the C library.
char buffer[128];
snprintf(buffer, sizeof(buffer), "%s%d", name.c_str(), age);
std::cout << buffer << std::endl;
Other posters suggested using itoa
. This is NOT a standard function, so your code will not be portable if you use it. There are compilers that don't support it.
You can use
Select to_date('08/15/2017 12:00:00 AM','MM/DD/YYYY HH:MI:SS AM') from dual;
If you are using it in an SP then your variable datatype should be Varchar2
and also in your ado.net code the datatype of your input parameter should be
OracleDbType.Varchar2
Basically I had to put a DateFrom and DateTo filter in my SP so I passed dates as String in it.
Note: This is one of the solution which worked for me, there could be more solutions to this problem.
I would suggest to read up a bit on the syntax. See here.

From the proverbial horse's mouth...
When developing your app, you may find it necessary to share data, context or services globally across your app. For example, if your app has session data, such as the currently logged-in user, you will likely want to expose this information. In Android, the pattern for solving this problem is to have your android.app.Application instance own all global data, and then treat your Application instance as a singleton with static accessors to the various data and services.
When writing an Android app, you're guaranteed to only have one instance of the android.app.Application class, and so it's safe (and recommended by Google Android team) to treat it as a singleton. That is, you can safely add a static getInstance() method to your Application implementation. Like so:
public class AndroidApplication extends Application {
private static AndroidApplication sInstance;
public static AndroidApplication getInstance(){
return sInstance;
}
@Override
public void onCreate() {
super.onCreate();
sInstance = this;
}
}
Well, the shortest way I know of, is following:
psql -U {user_name} -d {database_name} -f {file_path} -h {host_name}
database_name: Which database should you insert your file data in.
file_path: Absolute path to the file through which you want to perform the importing.
host_name: The name of the host. For development purposes, it is mostly localhost
.
Upon entering this command in console, you will be prompted to enter your password.

Why dont you try and write a Stored Procedure
for this?
You can get the Result Set
out and in the same Stored Procedure
you can Insert
what you want.
The only thing is you might not get the newly inserted rows in the Result Set
if you Insert
after the Select
.
Referencing my comments on other answers. This is how I would work out the difference in days based on 24 hours and calender days. the days attribute works well for 24 hours and the function works best for calendar checks.

Simply adding it to the root folder works after a fashion, but I've found that if I need to change the favicon, it can take days to update... even a cache refresh doesn't do the trick.
Had similar problem. To resolve it, updated from svn trunk with option of priority of local files.
svn update path/ --accept=mine-full

If you want to avoid collisions you may want to use a secure hash like SHA-256. There are several JavaScript SHA-256 implementations.
I wrote tests to compare several hash implementations, see https://github.com/brillout/test-javascript-hash-implementations.
Or go to http://brillout.github.io/test-javascript-hash-implementations/, to run the tests.

cbindX from the package gdata combines multiple columns of differing column and row lengths. Check out the page here:
http://hosho.ees.hokudai.ac.jp/~kubo/Rdoc/library/gdata/html/cbindX.html
It takes multiple comma separated matrices and data.frames as input :) You just need to
install.packages("gdata", dependencies=TRUE)
and then
library(gdata)
concat_data <- cbindX(df1, df2, df3) # or cbindX(matrix1, matrix2, matrix3, matrix4)
Get hrtime
as single number in one line:
const begin = process.hrtime();
// ... Do the thing you want to measure
const nanoSeconds = process.hrtime(begin).reduce((sec, nano) => sec * 1e9 + nano)
Array.reduce
, when given a single argument, will use the array's first element as the initial accumulator
value. One could use 0
as the initial value and this would work as well, but why do the extra * 0
.
If you just want to check if that item exists:
IEnumerable<DataGridViewRow> rows = grdPdfs.Rows
.Cast<DataGridViewRow>()
.Where(r => r.Cells["SystemId"].Value.ToString().Equals(searchValue));
if (rows.Count() == 0)

The ZT Process Executor library is an alternative to Apache Commons Exec. It has functionality to run commands, capturing their output, setting timeouts, etc.
I have not used it yet, but it looks reasonably well-documented.
An example from the documentation: Executing a command, pumping the stderr to a logger, returning the output as UTF8 string.
String output = new ProcessExecutor().command("java", "-version")
.redirectError(Slf4jStream.of(getClass()).asInfo())
.readOutput(true).execute()
.outputUTF8();
Its documentation lists the following advantages over Commons Exec:
The FileUpload.AllowMultiple
property in .NET 4.5 and higher will allow you the control to select multiple files.
<asp:FileUpload ID="fileImages" AllowMultiple="true" runat="server" />
.NET 4 and below
<asp:FileUpload ID="fileImages" Multiple="Multiple" runat="server" />
On the post-back, you can then:
Dim flImages As HttpFileCollection = Request.Files
For Each key As String In flImages.Keys
Dim flfile As HttpPostedFile = flImages(key)
flfile.SaveAs(yourpath & flfile.FileName)
Next
In bootstrap 4 use:
<ul class="nav navbar-nav ml-auto">
This will push the navbar to the right. Use mr-auto to push it to the left, this is the default behaviour.
Yes, it does, specially for very large SPA.
In some scenario, RequireJS is a must. For example, I develop PhoneGap applications using AngularJS that also uses Google Map API. Without AMD loader like RequireJS, the app would simply crash upon launch when offline as it cannot source the Google Map API scripts. An AMD loader gives me a chance to display an error message to the user.
However, integration between AngularJS and RequireJS is a bit tricky. I created angularAMD to make this a less painful process:
You might have 10,000 users total, but that's not the same as concurrent users. In this context, concurrent scripts being run.
For example, if your visitor visits index.php, and it makes a database query to get some user details, that request might live for 250ms. You can limit how long those MySQL connections live even further by opening and closing them only when you are querying, instead of leaving it open for the duration of the script.
While it is hard to make any type of formula to predict how many connections would be open at a time, I'd venture the following:
You probably won't have more than 500 active users at any given time with a user base of 10,000 users. Of those 500 concurrent users, there will probably at most be 10-20 concurrent requests being made at a time.
That means, you are really only establishing about 10-20 concurrent requests.
As others mentioned, you have nothing to worry about in that department.
As @osknows said in a comment above (rather than an answer which is why I am adding this), the Analysis Pack includes Random Number Generation functions (e.g. NORM.DIST

stdout_callback = minimal
callback_plugins = /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ansible/plugins/callback

Does an Integer variable in C occupy 2 bytes or 4 bytes?
That depends on the platform you're using, as well as how your compiler is configured. The only authoritative answer is to use the sizeof
operator to see how big an integer is in your specific situation.
What are the factors that it depends on?
Range might be best considered, rather than size. Both will vary in practice, though it's much more fool-proof to choose variable types by range than size as we shall see. It's also important to note that the standard encourages us to consider choosing our integer types based on range rather than size, but for now let's ignore the standard practice, and let our curiosity explore sizeof
, bytes and CHAR_BIT
, and integer representation... let's burrow down the rabbit hole and see it for ourselves...
sizeof
, bytes and CHAR_BIT
The following statement, taken from the C standard (linked to above), describes this in words that I don't think can be improved upon.
The
sizeof
operator yields the size (in bytes) of its operand, which may be an expression or the parenthesized name of a type. The size is determined from the type of the operand.
Assuming a clear understanding will lead us to a discussion about bytes. It's commonly assumed that a byte is eight bits, when in fact CHAR_BIT
tells you how many bits are in a byte. That's just another one of those nuances which isn't considered when talking about the common two (or four) byte integers.
Let's wrap things up so far:
sizeof
=> size in bytes, andCHAR_BIT
=> number of bits in byteThus, Depending on your system, sizeof (unsigned int)
could be any value greater than zero (not just 2 or 4), as if CHAR_BIT
is 16, then a single (sixteen-bit) byte has enough bits in it to represent the sixteen bit integer described by the standards (quoted below). That's not necessarily useful information, is it? Let's delve deeper...
Integer representation
The C standard specifies the minimum precision/range for all standard integer types (and CHAR_BIT
, too, fwiw) here. From this, we can derive a minimum for how many bits are required to store the value, but we may as well just choose our variables based on ranges. Nonetheless, a huge part of the detail required for this answer resides here. For example, the following that the standard unsigned int
requires (at least) sixteen bits of storage:
UINT_MAX 65535 // 2¹6 - 1
Thus we can see that unsigned int
require (at least) 16 bits, which is where you get the two bytes (assuming CHAR_BIT
is 8)... and later when that limit increased to 2³² - 1
, people were stating 4 bytes instead. This explains the phenomena you've observed:
Most of the textbooks say integer variables occupy 2 bytes. But when I run a program printing the successive addresses of an array of integers it shows the difference of 4.
You're using an ancient textbook and compiler which is teaching you non-portable C; the author who wrote your textbook might not even be aware of CHAR_BIT
. You should upgrade your textbook (and compiler), and strive to remember that I.T. is an ever-evolving field that you need to stay ahead of to compete... Enough about that, though; let's see what other non-portable secrets those underlying integer bytes store...
Value bits are what the common misconceptions appear to be counting. The above example uses an unsigned
integer type which typically contains only value bits, so it's easy to miss the devil in the detail.
Sign bits... In the above example I quoted UINT_MAX
as being the upper limit for unsigned int
because it's a trivial example to extract the value 16
from the comment. For signed types, in order to distinguish between positive and negative values (that's the sign), we need to also include the sign bit.
INT_MIN -32768 // -(2¹5) INT_MAX +32767 // 2¹5 - 1
Padding bits... While it's not common to encounter computers that have padding bits in integers, the C standard allows that to happen; some machines (i.e. this one) implement larger integer types by combining two smaller (signed) integer values together... and when you combine signed integers, you get a wasted sign bit. That wasted bit is considered padding in C. Other examples of padding bits might include parity bits and trap bits.
As you can see, the standard seems to encourage considering ranges like INT_MIN
..INT_MAX
and other minimum/maximum values from the standard when choosing integer types, and discourages relying upon sizes as there are other subtle factors likely to be forgotten such as CHAR_BIT
and padding bits which might affect the value of sizeof (int)
(i.e. the common misconceptions of two-byte and four-byte integers neglects these details).

The format
specified through datepicker-popup
is just the format for the displayed date. The underlying ngModel
is a Date object. Trying to display it will show it as it's default, standard-compliant rapresentation.
You can show it as you want by using the date
filter in the view, or, if you need it to be parsed in the controller, you can inject $filter
in your controller and call it as $filter('date')(date, format)
. See also the date filter docs.
This way also you can achieve desired output

Join like this:
ON a.userid = b.sourceid AND a.listid = b.destinationid;
This will not work java -cp lib\*.jar -jar myproject.jar
. You have to put it jar by jar.
So in case of commons-codec-1.3.jar
.
java -cp lib/commons-codec-1.3.jar;lib/next_jar.jar
and so on.
The other solution might be putting all your jars to ext
directory of your JRE. This is ok if you are using a standalone JRE. If you are using the same JRE for running more than one application I do not recommend doing it.
How about this?
if (window.location.protocol !== 'https:') {
window.location = 'https://' + window.location.hostname + window.location.pathname + window.location.hash;
}
Ideally you'd do it on the server side, though.
Have you verified that there is in fact a row where Staff_Id = @PersonID? What you've posted works fine in a test script, assuming the row exists. If you comment out the insert statement, then the error is raised.
set nocount on
create table Timesheet_Hours (Staff_Id int, BookedHours int, Posted_Flag bit)
insert into Timesheet_Hours (Staff_Id, BookedHours, Posted_Flag) values (1, 5.5, 0)
declare @PersonID int
set @PersonID = 1
IF EXISTS

SELECT 1
FROM Timesheet_Hours
WHERE Posted_Flag = 1
AND Staff_Id = @PersonID
)
BEGIN
RAISERROR('Timesheets have already been posted!', 16, 1)
ROLLBACK TRAN
END
ELSE
IF NOT EXISTS
(
SELECT 1
FROM Timesheet_Hours
WHERE Staff_Id = @PersonID
)
BEGIN
RAISERROR('Default list has not been loaded!', 16, 1)
ROLLBACK TRAN
END
ELSE
print 'No problems here'
drop table Timesheet_Hours
json_decode() is used to decode a json string to an array/data object. json_encode() creates a json string from an array or data. You are using the wrong function my friend, try json_encode();
If you find you need to stick with finditer()
, you can simply use a counter while you iterate through the iterator.
Example:
>>> from re import *
>>> pattern = compile(r'.ython')
>>> string = 'i like python jython and dython (whatever that is)'
>>> iterator = finditer(pattern, string)
>>> count = 0
>>> for match in iterator:
count +=1
>>> count
3
If you need the features of finditer()
(not matching to overlapping instances), use this method.
I just came up with a general solution, which should work on most websites. I tried this on Chrome only, but this method should work with any other browser, though, as Dev Tools are pretty much the same in them all.
Steps:
.m3u8
extension. There may be many of them, but most likely the first you find is the one you are looking for. It may have any name, e.g. playlist.m3u8
.As far as I know you can use all mentioned technologies separately or together. It's up to you. I think you look at the problem from the wrong angle. Material Design is just the way particular elements of the page are designed, behave and put together. Material Design provides great UI/UX, but it relies on the graphic layout (HTML/CSS) rather than JS (events, interactions).
On the other hand, AngularJS and Bootstrap are front-end frameworks that can speed up your development by saving you from writing tons of code. For example, you can build web app utilizing AngularJS, but without Material Design. Or You can build simple HTML5 web page with Material Design without AngularJS or Bootstrap. Finally you can build web app that uses AngularJS with Bootstrap and with Material Design. This is the best scenario. All technologies support each other.
You can check awesome material design components for AngularJS:
https://material.angularjs.org
First style is better. Though you should use better variable name
TextView pf = new TextView(context);
pf.setLayoutParams(new LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT));
For different layouts like ConstraintLayout
and others, they have their own LayoutParams
, like so:
pf.setLayoutParams(new ConstraintLayout.LayoutParams(ViewGroup.LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, ViewGroup.LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT));
or
parentView.addView(pf, new LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT));
You should be able to do what you want by doing:
System.out.println(map)
for example
As long as ALL your objects in the map have overiden the toString
method you would see:
{key1=value1, key2=value2}
in a meaningfull manner
If this is for your code, then overiding toString
is a good habit and I suggest you go for that instead.
For your example where your objects are String
s you should be fine without anything else.
I.e. System.out.println(map)
would print exactly what you need without any extra code
The content of 'Derived Data' is generated during Build-time. You can delete it safely. Follow below steps for deleting 'Derived Data' :
Simple and easy:
$this->db->order_by("name", "asc");
$query = $this->db->get($this->table_name);
return $query->result();
My approach inherits StackPanel.
Usage:
<Controls:ItemSpacer Grid.Row="2" Orientation="Horizontal" Height="30" CellPadding="15,0">
<Label>Test 1</Label>
<Label>Test 2</Label>
<Label>Test 3</Label>
</Controls:ItemSpacer>
All that's needed is the following short class:
using System.Windows;
using System.Windows.Controls;
using System;
namespace Controls
{
public class ItemSpacer : StackPanel
{
public static DependencyProperty CellPaddingProperty = DependencyProperty.Register("CellPadding", typeof(Thickness), typeof(ItemSpacer), new FrameworkPropertyMetadata(default(Thickness), FrameworkPropertyMetadataOptions.BindsTwoWayByDefault, OnCellPaddingChanged));
public Thickness CellPadding
{
get
{
return (Thickness)GetValue(CellPaddingProperty);
}
set
{
SetValue(CellPaddingProperty, value);
}
}
private static void OnCellPaddingChanged(DependencyObject Object, DependencyPropertyChangedEventArgs e)
{
((ItemSpacer)Object).SetPadding();
}
private void SetPadding()
{
foreach (UIElement Element in Children)
{
(Element as FrameworkElement).Margin = this.CellPadding;
}
}
public ItemSpacer()
{
this.LayoutUpdated += PART_Host_LayoutUpdated;
}
private void PART_Host_LayoutUpdated(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{
this.SetPadding();
}
}
}

As others have said, BeautifulSoup doesn't have xpath support. There are probably a number of ways to get something from an xpath, including using Selenium. However, here's a solution that works in either Python 2 or 3:
from lxml import html
import requests
page = requests.get('http://econpy.pythonanywhere.com/ex/001.html')
tree = html.fromstring(page.content)
#This will create a list of buyers:
buyers = tree.xpath('//div[@title="buyer-name"]/text()')
#This will create a list of prices
prices = tree.xpath('//span[@class="item-price"]/text()')
print('Buyers: ', buyers)
print('Prices: ', prices)
I used this as a reference.
Straight answer:
String s = "Hello World!";
// String => CharSequence conversion:
CharSequence cs = s; // String is already a CharSequence
CharSequence
is an interface, and the String
class implements CharSequence
.
I swear to God.. the solution to this utterly basic problem eluded me for YEARS. It's SO simple.. but there is so much vague / bad information out there; hopefully I can save someone from some of the bottomless rabbit holes that I ended up in...
So then, lets's get a "string" from "the user" via "the console", via stdin
, shall we?
[NSString.alloc initWithData:
[NSFileHandle.fileHandleWithStandardInput availableData]
encoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding];
if you want it WITHOUT the trailing newline, just add...
[ ... stringByTrimmingCharactersInSet:
NSCharacterSet.newlineCharacterSet];
Ta Da!

Yes, it is possible to change a CSS class dynamically according to the situation, but not with th:if
. This is done with the elvis operator.
<a href="lorem-ipsum.html" th:class="${isAdmin}? adminclass : userclass">Lorem Ipsum</a>
scrollView.post(new Runnable() {
@Override
public void run() {
scrollView.smoothScrollTo(0, myTextView.getTop());
}
});
Answering from my practical project.
These types of problems are related to AndroidManifest.xml, so check the bugs thats are in AndroidManifest file.
The way to go with javascript:
var data = new FormData();
$.each($("input[type='file']")[0].files, function(i, file) {
data.append('file', file);
});
$.ajax({
type: 'POST',
url: '/your/url',
cache: false,
contentType: false,
processData: false,
data : data,
success: function(result){
console.log(result);
},
error: function(err){
console.log(err);
}
})
If you call data.append('file', file) multiple times your request will contain an array of your files.
"The
append()
method of theFormData
interface appends a new value onto an existing key inside aFormData
object, or adds the key if it does not already exist. The difference betweenFormData.se
t andappend()
is that if the specified key already exists,FormData.set
will overwrite all existing values with the new one, whereasappend()
will append the new value onto the end of the existing set of values."
Myself using node.js and multipart handler middleware multer get the data as follows:
router.post('/trip/save', upload.array('file', 10), function(req, res){
// Your array of files is in req.files
}
A simple (no checks for overflow or for validity of arguments) implementation for the repeated-squaring algorithm for computing the power:
/** Compute a**p, assume result fits in a 32-bit signed integer */
int pow(int a, int p)
{
int res = 1;
int i1 = 31 - Integer.numberOfLeadingZeros(p); // highest bit index
for (int i = i1; i >= 0; --i) {
res *= res;
if ((p & (1<<i)) > 0)
res *= a;
}
return res;
}
The time complexity is logarithmic to exponent p (i.e. linear to the number of bits required to represent p).
First run ng g module newModule
. Then run ng g component newModule/newModule --flat
I found the answer :
{% for key,value in array_path %}
Key : {{ key }}
Value : {{ value }}
{% endfor %}
an easiest way which i used and worked well
date('Y-m-d', strtotime('-1 year'));
this worked perfect.. hope this will help someone else too.. :)
Another approach is by using FormBody.Builder()
.
Here's an example of callback:
Callback loginCallback = new Callback() {
@Override
public void onFailure(Call call, IOException e) {
try {
Log.i(TAG, "login failed: " + call.execute().code());
} catch (IOException e1) {
e1.printStackTrace();
}
}
@Override
public void onResponse(Call call, Response response) throws IOException {
// String loginResponseString = response.body().string();
try {
JSONObject responseObj = new JSONObject(response.body().string());
Log.i(TAG, "responseObj: " + responseObj);
} catch (JSONException e) {
e.printStackTrace();
}
// Log.i(TAG, "loginResponseString: " + loginResponseString);
}
};
Then, we create our own body:
RequestBody formBody = new FormBody.Builder()
.add("username", userName)
.add("password", password)
.add("customCredential", "")
.add("isPersistent", "true")
.add("setCookie", "true")
.build();
OkHttpClient client = new OkHttpClient.Builder()
.addInterceptor(this)
.build();
Request request = new Request.Builder()
.url(loginUrl)
.post(formBody)
.build();
Finally, we call the server:
client.newCall(request).enqueue(loginCallback);
UIAlertView *myAlert = [[UIAlertView alloc]
initWithTitle:@"Title"
message:@"Message"
delegate:self
cancelButtonTitle:@"Cancel"
otherButtonTitles:@"Ok",nil];
[myAlert show];
For BSD or GNU grep
you can use -B num
to set how many lines before the match and -A num
for the number of lines after the match.
grep -B 3 -A 2 foo README.txt
If you want the same number of lines before and after you can use -C num
.
grep -C 3 foo README.txt
This will show 3 lines before and 3 lines after.
I've been looking for an answer for this question in SO and some other sites, but one gave an answer was very complex to me and some others answers simply doesn't work correctly, so after a lot code testing I solved this puzzle.
Note: I'm using Windows 8 and my taskbar isn't on auto-hide mode.
I discovered that setting the WindowState to Normal before performing any modifications will stop the error with the not covered taskbar.
I created this class that have two methods, the first enters in the "full screen mode" and the second leaves the "full screen mode". So you just need to create an object of this class and pass the Form you want to set full screen as an argument to the EnterFullScreenMode method or to the LeaveFullScreenMode method:
class FullScreen
{
public void EnterFullScreenMode(Form targetForm)
{
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal;
targetForm.FormBorderStyle = FormBorderStyle.None;
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized;
}
public void LeaveFullScreenMode(Form targetForm)
{
targetForm.FormBorderStyle = System.Windows.Forms.FormBorderStyle.Sizable;
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal;
}
}
private void fullScreenToolStripMenuItem_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
FullScreen fullScreen = new FullScreen();
if (fullScreenMode == FullScreenMode.No) // FullScreenMode is an enum
{
fullScreen.EnterFullScreenMode(this);
fullScreenMode = FullScreenMode.Yes;
}
else
{
fullScreen.LeaveFullScreenMode(this);
fullScreenMode = FullScreenMode.No;
}
}
I have placed this same answer on another question that I'm not sure if is a duplicate or not of this one. (Link to the other question: How do I make a WinForms app go Full Screen)
If you are using Jenkins pipelines and want to checkout a specific tag (eg: a TAG
parameter of your build), here is what you can do:
stage('Checkout') {
steps {
checkout scm: [$class: 'GitSCM', userRemoteConfigs: [[url: 'YOUR_GIT_REPO_URL.git', credentialsId: 'YOUR_GIT_CREDENTIALS_ID' ]], branches: [[name: 'refs/tags/${TAG}']]], poll: false
}
}
You can see my answer to this in my answer to another question.
In Windows, the global install path is actually in your user's profile directory
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\npm
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\npm-cache
npm install
as that user. Some modules/utilities should be installed globally....\npm
directory to your users path yourself.To change the "global" location for all users to a more appropriate shared global location %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\(npm|npm-cache)
(do this as an administrator):
[NODE_INSTALL_PATH]\etc\
directory
npm config --global ...

- binary scripts for globally installed modules will go hereC:\ProgramData\npm\node_modules
- globally installed modules will go herenpm config --global set prefix "C:\ProgramData\npm"
npm config --global set cache "C:\ProgramData\npm-cache"
C:\ProgramData\npm
to your System's Path environment variable If you want to change your user's "global" location to %LOCALAPPDATA%\(npm|npm-cache)
path instead:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\npm-cache
- npm modules will go hereC:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\npm
- binary scripts for installed modules will go hereC:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\npm\node_modules

The task above can be completed in two simple steps.
CREATE table new_table_name AS(Select * from old_table_name);
The query
above creates a duplicate of a table (with contents as well).
To get the structure, delete the contents of the table using.
DELETE * FROM new_table_name.
Hope this solves your problem. And thanks to the earlier posts. Gave me a lot of insight.
Please note that CSS3 viewport units (vh,vw) wouldn't play well on iOS When you scroll the page, viewport size is somehow recalculated and your size of element which uses viewport units also increases. So, actually some javascript is required.
It looks like for iOS 6, Apple is recommending you use the NSUUID class.
From the message now in the UIDevice docs for uniqueIdentifier
property:
Deprecated in iOS 5.0. Use the identifierForVendor property of this class or the advertisingIdentifier property of the ASIdentifierManager class instead, as appropriate, or use the UUID method of the NSUUID class to create a UUID and write it to the user defaults database.
This is for someone who tried all the answers and still failed. Extending pierre's answer. If you are using animation, setting up the visibility to GONE
or INVISIBLE
or invalidate()
will never work. Try out the below solution.
`
btn2.getAnimation().setAnimationListener(new Animation.AnimationListener() {
@Override
public void onAnimationStart(Animation animation) {
}
@Override
public void onAnimationEnd(Animation animation) {
btn2.setVisibility(View.GONE);
btn2.clearAnimation();
}
@Override
public void onAnimationRepeat(Animation animation) {
}
});

I was able to read a 4GB log file in about 50 seconds with the following. You may be able to make it faster by loading it as a C# assembly dynamically using PowerShell.
[System.IO.StreamReader]$sr = [System.IO.File]::Open($file, [System.IO.FileMode]::Open)
while (-not $sr.EndOfStream){
$line = $sr.ReadLine()
}
$sr.Close()
Using the mysqli PHP driver, you can't get the insert_id after you commit.
The real solution is this:
function add_post($post_data){
$this->db->trans_begin();
$this->db->insert('posts',$post_data);
$item_id = $this->db->insert_id();
if( $this->db->trans_status() === FALSE )
{
$this->db->trans_rollback();
return( 0 );
}
else
{
$this->db->trans_commit();
return( $item_id );
}
}

You can do this via storyboard, just add proper constraints for view. You can do this easily by subclassing any view from your own let's say BaseView
:
Objective-C
BaseView.h
/*!
@class BaseView
@discussion Base View for getting view from xibFile
@availability ios7 and later
*/
@interface BaseView : UIView
@end
BaseView.m
#import "BaseView.h"
@implementation BaseView
#pragma mark - Public
- (instancetype)initWithCoder:(NSCoder *)coder
{
self = [super initWithCoder:coder];
if (self) {
[self prepareView];
}
return self;
}
#pragma mark - LifeCycle
- (instancetype)initWithFrame:(CGRect)frame
{
self = [super initWithFrame:frame];
if (self) {
[self prepareView];
}
return self;
}
#pragma mark - Private
- (void)prepareView
{
NSArray *nibsArray = [[NSBundle mainBundle] loadNibNamed:NSStringFromClass([self class]) owner:self options:nil];
UIView *view = [nibsArray firstObject];
view.translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints = NO;
[self addSubview:view];
[self addConstraintsForView:view];
}
#pragma mark - Add constraints
- (void)addConstraintsForView:(UIView *)view
{
[self addConstraints:@[[NSLayoutConstraint constraintWithItem:view
attribute:NSLayoutAttributeBottom
relatedBy:NSLayoutRelationEqual
toItem:self attribute:NSLayoutAttributeBottom
multiplier:1.0
constant:0],
[NSLayoutConstraint constraintWithItem:view
attribute:NSLayoutAttributeTop
relatedBy:NSLayoutRelationEqual
toItem:self attribute:NSLayoutAttributeTop
multiplier:1.0
constant:0],
[NSLayoutConstraint constraintWithItem:view
attribute:NSLayoutAttributeLeft
relatedBy:NSLayoutRelationEqual
toItem:self attribute:NSLayoutAttributeLeft
multiplier:1.0
constant:0],
[NSLayoutConstraint constraintWithItem:view

relatedBy:NSLayoutRelationEqual
toItem:self attribute:NSLayoutAttributeRight
multiplier:1.0
constant:0]
]];
}
@end

}
}
I provide 2 variants how to add constraints - common one and within visual format language - select any you want :)
Also, by default assumed that xib
name has same name as implementation class name. If no - just change xibName
parameter.
If you subclass your view from BaseView
- you can easily put any view and specify class in IB.
You can integrate both tidy and html-beautify automatically by installing the plugin vim-autoformat. After that, you can execute whichever formatter is installed with a single keystroke.
Axios. get('foo.com')
.then((response) => {})
.catch((error) => {
if(error. response){
console.log(error. response. data)
console.log(error. response. status);
}
})
I'd say @Wim is right. You should use ToString()
for logfiles - assuming a technical audience - and Message
, if at all, to display to the user. One could argue that even that is not suitable for a user, for every exception type and occurance out there (think of ArgumentExceptions, etc.).
Also, in addition to the StackTrace, ToString()
will include information you will not get otherwise. For example the output of fusion, if enabled to include log messages in exception "messages".
Some exception types even include additional information (for example from custom properties) in ToString()
, but not in the Message.
You can use border bottom with dotted
option.
border-bottom: 1px dotted #807f80;
If your error event handler takes the three arguments (xmlhttprequest, textstatus, and message) when a timeout happens, the status arg will be 'timeout'.
Per the jQuery documentation:
Possible values for the second argument (besides null) are "timeout", "error", "notmodified" and "parsererror".
You can handle your error accordingly then.
I created this fiddle that demonstrates this.
$.ajax({
url: "/ajax_json_echo/",
type: "GET",
dataType: "json",
timeout: 1000,
success: function(response) { alert(response); },
error: function(xmlhttprequest, textstatus, message) {
if(textstatus==="timeout") {
alert("got timeout");
} else {
alert(textstatus);
}
}
});?
With jsFiddle, you can test ajax calls -- it will wait 2 seconds before responding. I put the timeout setting at 1 second, so it should error out and pass back a textstatus of 'timeout' to the error handler.
Hope this helps!
Try this
$data = array(
'email' =>$email,
'last_ip' => $last_ip
);
$where = array('username ' => $username , 'status ' => $status);
$this->db->where($where);
$this->db->update('table_user ', $data);

To get the filenames, use:
var files = document.getElementById('inputElementID').files;
Using jQuery (since you already are) you can adapt this to the following:
$('input[type="file"][multiple]').change(
function(e){
var files = this.files;
for (i=0;i<files.length;i++){
console.log(files[i].fileName + ' (' + files[i].fileSize + ').');
}
return false;
});

Based SQL Server CSV Import
1) The CSV file data may have
,
(comma) in between (Ex: description), so how can I make import handling these data?
Solution
If you're using ,
(comma) as a delimiter, then there is no way to differentiate between a comma as a field terminator and a comma in your data. I would use a different FIELDTERMINATOR
like ||
. Code would look like and this will handle comma and single slash perfectly.
2) If the client create the csv from excel then the data that have comma are enclosed within
" ... "
(double quotes) [as the below example] so how do the import can handle this?
Solution
If you're using BULK insert then there is no way to handle double quotes, data will be
inserted with double quotes into rows.
after inserting the data into table you could replace those double quotes with ''.
update table
set columnhavingdoublequotes = replace(columnhavingdoublequotes,'"','')
3) How do we track if some rows have bad data, which import skips? (does import skips rows that are not importable)?
Solution
To handle rows which aren't loaded into table because of invalid data or format, could be handle using ERRORFILE property, specify the error file name, it will write the rows having error to error file. code should look like.
BULK INSERT SchoolsTemp
FROM 'C:\CSVData\Schools.csv'
WITH
(
FIRSTROW = 2,
FIELDTERMINATOR = ',', --CSV field delimiter
ROWTERMINATOR = '\n', --Use to shift the control to next row
ERRORFILE = 'C:\CSVDATA\SchoolsErrorRows.csv',
TABLOCK
)
Steps to install Spark in local mode:
Install Java 7 or later.
To test java installation is complete, open command prompt type java
and hit enter.
If you receive a message 'Java' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
You need to configure your environment variables, JAVA_HOME
and PATH
to point to the path of jdk.
Set SCALA_HOME
in Control Panel\System and Security\System
goto "Adv System settings" and add %SCALA_HOME%\bin
in PATH variable in environment variables.
Install Python 2.6 or later from Python Download link.
Download SBT. Install it and set SBT_HOME
as an environment variable with value as <<SBT PATH>>
.
Download winutils.exe
from HortonWorks repo or git repo. Since we don't have a local Hadoop installation on Windows we have to download winutils.exe
and place it in a bin
directory under a created Hadoop
home directory.
Set HADOOP_HOME = <<Hadoop home directory>>
in environment variable.
We will be using a pre-built Spark package, so choose a Spark pre-built package for Hadoop Spark download. Download and extract it.
Set SPARK_HOME
and add %SPARK_HOME%\bin
in PATH variable in environment variables.
Run command: spark-shell
Open http://localhost:4040/
in a browser to see the SparkContext web UI.
I had the same problem. in Intellj, when i want to use h2 database when my program was running i got the same error. For solve this problem i changed the connection url from
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:h2:file:~/ipinbarbot
to:
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:h2:~/ipinbarbot;DB_CLOSE_ON_EXIT=FALSE;AUTO_SERVER=TRUE
And then my problem gone away. now i can connect to "ipinbarbot" database when my program is. If you use Hibernate, also don't forget to have:
spring.jpa.hibernate.ddl-auto = update

If you are a newbie in Java though just build using your IDE since Maven

You can give JRapid a try. Using Domain Driven Design you define your application and it generates the full stack for your web app. It uses known open source frameworks and generates a very nice and ready to use UI.
This also can happen if the device you are trying to run on has some older version of the provisioning profile you are using that points to an old, expired or revoked certificate or a certificate without associated private key. Delete any invalid Provisioning Profiles under your device section in Xcode organizer.

The following example creates a file chooser and displays it as first an open-file dialog and then as a save-file dialog:
String filename = File.separator+"tmp";
JFileChooser fc = new JFileChooser(new File(filename));
// Show open dialog; this method does not return until the dialog is closed
fc.showOpenDialog(frame);
File selFile = fc.getSelectedFile();
// Show save dialog; this method does not return until the dialog is closed
fc.showSaveDialog(frame);
selFile = fc.getSelectedFile();
Here is a more elaborate example that creates two buttons that create and show file chooser dialogs.
// This action creates and shows a modal open-file dialog.
public class OpenFileAction extends AbstractAction {
JFrame frame;
JFileChooser chooser;
OpenFileAction(JFrame frame, JFileChooser chooser) {
super("Open...");
this.chooser = chooser;
this.frame = frame;
}
public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent evt) {
// Show dialog; this method does not return until dialog is closed
chooser.showOpenDialog(frame);
// Get the selected file
File file = chooser.getSelectedFile();
}
};
// This action creates and shows a modal save-file dialog.
public class SaveFileAction extends AbstractAction {
JFileChooser chooser;
JFrame frame;
SaveFileAction(JFrame frame, JFileChooser chooser) {
super("Save As...");
this.chooser = chooser;
this.frame = frame;
}
public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent evt) {
// Show dialog; this method does not return until dialog is closed
chooser.showSaveDialog(frame);
// Get the selected file
File file = chooser.getSelectedFile();
}
};
Set a Tag on each button to whatever you want to work with, in this case probably an Integer. Then you need only one OnClickListener for all of your buttons:
Button one = (Button) findViewById(R.id.oneButton);
Button two = (Button) findViewById(R.id.twoButton);
one.setTag(new Integer(1));
two.setTag(new Integer(2));
OnClickListener onClickListener = new View.OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(View v) {
TextView output = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.output);
output.append(v.getTag());
}
}
one.setOnClickListener(onClickListener);
two.setOnClickListener(onClickListener);
if you want it without try and except then there is the solution
what you are trying to do is print 'hello' if 'harry' in a list then the solution is
'hello' if 'harry' in sam else ''
So I think the answer is simpler than many misleading answers above.
To start an existing container which is stopped
docker start <container-name/ID>
To stop a running container
docker stop <container-name/ID>
Then to login to the interactive shell of a container
docker exec -it <container-name/ID> bash
To start an existing container and attach to it in one command
docker start -ai <container-name/ID>
Beware, this will stop the container on exit. But in general, you need to start the container, attach and stop it after you are done.
I recommend unlist
, which keeps the names.
unlist(df[1,])
a b c
1.0 2.0 2.6
is.vector(unlist(df[1,]))
[1] TRUE
If you don't want a named vector:
unname(unlist(df[1,]))
[1] 1.0 2.0 2.6
Android Studio Users:
If you want to use grade, go to http://search.maven.org/ and search for your maven repo. Then, click on the "latest version" and in the details page on the bottom left you will see "Gradle" where you can then copy/paste that link into your app's build.gradle.
1. Choose project, right click, in context menu, choose Show in Explorer

3. In Windows Explorer, press Del or Shift+Del for permanent delete.
4. At IntelliJ IDEA startup windows, hover cursor on old project name (what has been deleted) press Del for delelte.
This worked for me in Angular 2:
var img = new Image()

assets directory is in src directory of the Angular project root
This is the job for style

USE join to get 0 count in the result using GROUP BY.
simply 'join' does Inner join in MS SQL so , Go for left or right join.
If the table which contains the primary key is mentioned first in the QUERY then use LEFT join else RIGHT join.
EG:
select WARDNO,count(WARDCODE) from MAIPADH
right join MSWARDH on MSWARDH.WARDNO= MAIPADH.WARDCODE
group by WARDNO
.
select WARDNO,count(WARDCODE) from MSWARDH
left join MAIPADH on MSWARDH.WARDNO= MAIPADH.WARDCODE group by WARDNO
Take group by from the table which has Primary key and count from the another table which has actual entries/details.
Note that if the user may be in multiple zones used in the query, you may probably want to add .distinct()
. Otherwise you get one user multiple times:
users_in_zones = User.objects.filter(zones__in=[zone1, zone2, zone3]).distinct()
An Error Was Encountered Unable to load the requested file:
Sometimes we face this error because the requested file doesn't exist in that directory.
Suppose we have a folder home
in views
directory and trying to load home_view.php
file as:
$this->load->view('home/home_view', $data);// $data is array
If home_view.php
file doesn't exist in views/home
directory then it will raise an error.
An Error Was Encountered Unable to load the requested file: home\home_view.php
So how to fix this error go to views/home
and check the home_view.php
file exist if not then create it.
Keyboard accelerators. Once you figure out what sorts of queries you write a lot, write utility stored procedures to automate the tasks, and map them to keyboard shortcuts. For example, this article talks about how to avoid typing "select top 10 * from SomeBigTable" every time you want to just get a quick look at sample data from that table. I've got a vastly expanded version of this procedure, mapped to CTRL + 5.
A few more I've got:
... and a few more that don't come to mind right now. Some of these things can be done through existing interfaces in SSMS, but SSMS's windows and widgets can be a bit slow loading up, especially when you're querying against a server across the internet, and I prefer not having to pick my hands up off the keyboard anyway.
From the avalaible ports i would exclude:
With the following import:
using System.Net.NetworkInformation;
You can use the following function to check if a port is avalaible or not:
private bool isPortAvalaible(int myPort)
{
var avalaiblePorts = new List<int>();
var properties = IPGlobalProperties.GetIPGlobalProperties();
// Active connections
var connections = properties.GetActiveTcpConnections();
avalaiblePorts.AddRange(connections);
// Active tcp listners
var endPointsTcp = properties.GetActiveTcpListeners();
avalaiblePorts.AddRange(endPointsTcp);
// Active udp listeners
var endPointsUdp = properties.GetActiveUdpListeners();
avalaiblePorts.AddRange(endPointsUdp);
foreach (int p in avalaiblePorts){
if (p == myPort) return false;
}
return true;
}
I give you a similar function for those who use VB.NET:
Imports System.Net.NetworkInformation
Private Function isPortAvalaible(ByVal myPort As Integer) As Boolean
Dim props As IPGlobalProperties = IPGlobalProperties.GetIPGlobalProperties()
' ignore active connections
Dim tcpConnInfoArray() As TcpConnectionInformation = props.GetActiveTcpConnections()
For Each tcpi As Net.NetworkInformation.TcpConnectionInformation In tcpConnInfoArray
If tcpi.LocalEndPoint.Port = myPort Then
Return False
End If
Next tcpi
' ignore active TCP listeners
Dim activeTcpListeners() As Net.IPEndPoint = props.GetActiveTcpListeners
For Each tcpListener As Net.IPEndPoint In activeTcpListeners
If tcpListener.Port = myPort Then
Return False
End If
Next tcpListener
' ignore active UPD listeners
Dim activeUdpListeners() As Net.IPEndPoint = props.GetActiveUdpListeners
For Each udpListener As Net.IPEndPoint In activeUdpListeners
If udpListener.Port = myPort Then
Return False
End If
Next udpListener
Return True
End Function
Languages which allow multiple returns usually just convert the multiple values into a data structure.
For example, in Python you can return multiple values. However, they're actually just being returned as one tuple.
So you can return multiple values in PHP by just creating a simple array and returning that.
just do
npm i --save circular-json
then in your js file
const CircularJSON = require('circular-json');
...
const json = CircularJSON.stringify(obj);
https://github.com/WebReflection/circular-json
NOTE: I have nothing to do with this package. But I do use it for this.
Please note CircularJSON is in maintenance only and flatted is its successor.
You need to include this in your textview:
android:singleLine="false"
by default its true. You need to explicitly set it false.
I think I've accidentally found a solution. The only thing to do is inserting an empty <span class="input-group-addon"></span>
between the <input>
and the <select>
.
Additionally you can make it "invisible" by reducing its width, horizontal padding and borders:

_x000D_
<div class="input-group">_x000D_

<span class="input-group-addon">-</span>_x000D_
<input type="number" id="searchbygenerals_priceTo" name="searchbygenerals[priceTo]" required="required" class="form-control" value="0">_x000D_

<!-- insert this line -->_x000D_

<option value="1">HUF</option>_x000D_
<option value="2">EUR</option>_x000D_
</select>_x000D_
</div>

Tested on Chrome and FireFox.
I was having the same issue.,
OTS parsing error: Failed to convert WOFF 2.0 font to SFNT
(index):1 Failed to decode downloaded font: http://dev.xyz/themes/custom/xyz_theme/fonts/xyz_rock/rocksansbold/Rock-SansBold.woff2
If you got this error message while trying to commit your font then it is an issue with .gitattributes
"warning: CRLF will be replaced by LF
"
The solution for this is adding whichever font you are getting the issue with in .gitattributes
*.ttf -text diff
*.eot -text diff
*.woff -text diff
*.woff2 -text diff
Then I deleted corrupt font files and reapplied the new font files and is working great.

Executing in SQL Developer:
BEGIN
SP_Invoices('Perico de los palotes');
END;
-- Or:
EXEC SP_Invoices('Perico de los palotes');
Output:
> Code Invoice: 1
> Name Client : Perico de los palotes
> Code Invoice: 2
> Name Client : Perico de los palotes
For PHP version 4 or later versions:
<?PHP
$input = 4;
if(is_numeric($input)){ // return **TRUE** if it is numeric
echo "The input is numeric";
}else{
echo "The input is not numeric";
}
?>
Test if your variable is an instance of numbers.Number
:
>>> import numbers
>>> import decimal
>>> [isinstance(x, numbers.Number) for x in (0, 0.0, 0j, decimal.Decimal(0))]
[True, True, True, True]
This uses ABCs and will work for all built-in number-like classes, and also for all third-party classes if they are worth their salt (registered as subclasses of the Number
ABC).
However, in many cases you shouldn't worry about checking types manually - Python is duck typed and mixing somewhat compatible types usually works, yet it will barf an error message when some operation doesn't make sense (4 - "1"
), so manually checking this is rarely really needed. It's just a bonus. You can add it when finishing a module to avoid pestering others with implementation details.
This works starting with Python 2.6. On older versions you're pretty much limited to checking for a few hardcoded types.
oh boy, this got resolved, I just had to name my Installed JRE appropriately. I had only the jdk installed and eclipse had taken the default jdk name, i renamed it to JavaSE-1.6 and voila it worked, though i had to redo everthing from the scratch.
