So you're asking the length of key? You can use the md5sum of the key rather than use it directly.

More, according to my little experience of using PyCrypto, the IV is used to mix up the output of a encryption when input is same, so the IV is chosen as a random string, and use it as part of the encryption output, and then use it to decrypt the message.

resource.getFile() expects the resource itself to be available on the file system, i.e. it can't be nested inside a jar file. This is why it works when you run your application in STS but doesn't work once you've built your application and run it from the executable jar. Rather than using getFile() to access the resource's contents, I'd recommend using getInputStream() instead. That'll allow you to read the resource's content regardless of where it's located.

Generally because of "bad programming", and a possibility for mistakes now or later.

1. If it's a mistake, make a proper assignment to the variable first: $varname=0;
2. If it really is only defined sometimes, test for it: if (isset($varname)), before using it
3. If it's because you spelled it wrong, just correct that
4. Maybe even turn of the warnings in you PHP-settings

I'm afraid Aularon didn't provide enough steps to complete the process. With a little trial and error, I was able to successfully enable Gzipping on my dedicated WHM server.

Below are the steps:

I ran into this over the weekend. Pip and conda both broken, unable to install or update. SO was helpful, but many answers were problematic on a corporate machine - the solutions require the ability to pip install (already does not work) or require downloading an installer (the ones I wanted to download were prohibited by firewall settings).

What worked for me was to try again when I was on prem. This worked. It turned out the corporate firewall settings were different when using the machine at home vs at work.

This seems homework-y, so I'll give a hint rather than a detailed explanation. Correct me if I've assumed wrong.

You're doing fine as far as bailing out when you see an even divisor.

But you're printing 'count' as soon as you see even one number that doesn't divide into it. 2, for instance, does not divide evenly into 9. But that doesn't make 9 a prime. You might want to keep going until you're sure no number in the range matches.

(as others have replied, a Sieve is a much more efficient way to go... just trying to help you understand why this specific code isn't doing what you want)

The strategy from Wikipedia for playing a perfect game (win or tie every time) seems like straightforward pseudo-code:

Updated as per comments: Since you know that the error will only occur with factor/character, you can focus only on those and see whether the length of levels of those factor variables is 1 (DROP) or greater than 1 (NODROP).

What classes are missing? The class name itself should be a good clue to the missing module.

FYI, I know its really convenient to include the uber spring jar but this really causes issues when integrating with other projects. One of the benefits behind the dependency system is that it will resolve version conflicts among the dependencies.

If my library depends on spring-core:2.5 and you depend on my library and uber-spring:3.0, you now have 2 versions of spring on your classpath.

You can get around this with exclusions but its much easier to list the dependencies correctly and not have to worry about it.

A ListView is basically like a ListBox (and inherits from it), but it also has a View property. This property allows you to specify a predefined way of displaying the items. The only predefined view in the BCL (Base Class Library) is GridView, but you can easily create your own.

I know this is an old question, but it is the top google result for "gitbash homedir windows" so figured I'd add my findings.

No matter what I tried I couldn't get git-bash to start in anywhere but my network drive,(U:) in my case making every operation take 15-20 seconds to respond. (Remote employee on VPN, network drive hosted on the other side of the country)

I tried setting HOME and HOMEDIR variables in windows.

I tried editing the "Start in" on the git-bash shortcut to be C:/user/myusername.

"env" command inside the git-bash shell would show correct c:/user/myusername. But git-bash would still start in U:

What ultimately fixed it for me was editing the git-bash shortcut and removing the "--cd-to-home" from the Target line.

I needed this as well; my solution was to use SQLYOG (free version) to export the desired record as SQL (creates an insert).

I then hand edited this to remove the id as this needs to be auto-generated and then copied the insert into SQLYog to execute it. This was painless. I guess plenty of other MySQL GUIs can do this as well.

This provides me with a record I can use for test purposes on a live system.

I now have this insert for reuse as well, as the table is rewritten daily.

The best way in my eyes is to use the concat() method provided by the String class itself.

I've just had the same error but I knew the table already existed and wanted to add to it. I'm adding my answer as this question comes up as no.1 for me on google when looking for the same error but for a slightly different scenario. Basically I needed to tick

If there are trailing spaces in your names, then you may want to remove them by replacing all instances of A2 by TRIM(A2) in the above formula.

Note that it is only by pure chance that your first formula =RIGHT(A2,FIND(" ",A2,1)-1) kind of works for Alistair Stevens. This is because "Alistair" and " Stevens" happen to contain the same number of characters (if you count the leading space in " Stevens").

Both the regex and included files are good methods, and I frequently use those. But another alternative is to use a "named location", which is a useful approach in many situations — especially more complicated ones. The official "If is Evil" page shows essentially the following as a good way to do things:

There are advantages and disadvantages to these various approaches. One big advantage to a regex is that you can capture parts of the match and use them to modify the response. Of course, you can usually achieve similar results with the other approaches by either setting a variable in the original block or using map. The downside of the regex approach is that it can get unwieldy if you want to match a variety of locations, plus the low precedence of a regex might just not fit with how you want to match locations — not to mention that there are apparently performance impacts from regexes in some cases.

The main advantage of including files (as far as I can tell) is that it is a little more flexible about exactly what you can include — it doesn't have to be a full location block, for example. But it's also just subjectively a bit clunkier than named locations.

Also note that there is a related solution that you may be able to use in similar situations: nested locations. The idea is that you would start with a very general location, apply some configuration common to several of the possible matches, and then have separate nested locations for the different types of paths that you want to match. For example, it might be useful to do something like this:

Simple! The folder named .. is the parent folder, so you can make the path to the file you need as such

I don't know if leaving hibernate off the front makes a difference.

The reference suggests it should be hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto

A value of create will create your tables at sessionFactory creation, and leave them intact.

A value of create-drop will create your tables, and then drop them when you close the sessionFactory.

Perhaps you should set the javax.persistence.Table annotation explicitly?

It's slightly more complicated, but it becomes clear that the new element is put in the tab at the position calculated based on hash:

i = (n - 1) & hash here i is the index where the new element will be put (or it is the "bucket"). n is the size of the tab array (array of "buckets").

First, it is tried to be put as the first element of in that "bucket". If there is already an element, then append a new node to the list.

If your query has any JOINs, Mysql Workbench will not allow you to alter the table, even if your results are all from a single table.

For example, the following query

I go with Mark Longair's solution and comments and recommend anyone reads those before acting, but I'd suggest the emphasis should be on

git branch -f <branchname> <commit>

Here is a scenario where I have needed to do this.

Scenario

Develop on the wrong branch and hence need to reset it.

Start Okay

Cleanly develop and release some software.

Develop on wrong branch

Mistake: Accidentally stay on the release branch while developing further.

Realize the mistake

"OH NO! I accidentally developed on the release branch." The workspace is maybe cluttered with half changed files that represent work-in-progress and we really don't want to touch and mess with. We'd just like git to flip a few pointers to keep track of the current state and put that release branch back how it should be.

Create a branch for the development that is up to date holding the work committed so far and switch to it.

git branch development
git checkout development 

Correct the branch

Now we are in the problem situation and need its solution! Rectify the mistake (of taking the release branch forward with the development) and put the release branch back how it should be.

Correct the release branch to point back to the last real release.

git branch -f release release2

The release branch is now correct again, like this ...

What if I pushed the mistake to a remote?

git push -f <remote> <branch> is well described in another thread, though the word "overwrite" in the title is misleading. Force "git push" to overwrite remote files

I know this is an old question, but gracchus's solution doesn't work if file names contain spaces. VonC's solution to file names with spaces is to not remove them utilizing --ignore-unmatch, then remove them manually, but this will not work well if there are a lot.

Here is a solution that utilizes bash arrays to capture all files.

Are you trying to join data or filter data?

For readability it makes the most sense to isolate these use cases to ON and WHERE respectively.

• join data in ON
• filter data in WHERE

It can become very difficult to read a query where the JOIN condition and a filtering condition exist in the WHERE clause.

Performance wise you should not see a difference, though different types of SQL sometimes handle query planning differently so it can be worth trying ¯\_(?)_/¯ (Do be aware of caching effecting the query speed)

Also as others have noted, if you use an outer join you will get different results if you place the filter condition in the ON clause because it only effects one of the tables.

As others have pointed out, you could use the timeout version of invokeAll() if appropriate. In this example, answers is going to contain a bunch of Futures which will return nulls (see definition of Executors.callable(). The display:table family of CSS properties is mostly there so that HTML tables can be defined in terms of them. Because they're so intimately linked to a specific tag structure, they don't see much use beyond that.

If you were going to use these properties in your page, you would need a tag structure that closely mimicked that of tables, even though you weren't actually using the <table> family of tags. A minimal version would be a single container element (display:table), with direct children that can all be represented as rows (display:table-row), which themselves have direct children that can all be represented as cells (display:table-cell). There are other properties that let you mimic other tags in the table family, but they require analogous structures in the HTML. Without this, it's going to be very hard (if not impossible) to make good use of these properties.

This is how it works in my understanding:

Here's an example: picture the entire table as a series of buckets. Suppose you have an implementation with alpha-numeric hash-codes and have one bucket for each letter of the alphabet. This implementation puts each item whose hash code begins with a particular letter in the corresponding bucket.

Let's say you have 200 objects, but only 15 of them have hash codes that begin with the letter 'B.' The hash table would only need to look up and search through the 15 objects in the 'B' bucket, rather than all 200 objects.

As far as calculating the hash code, there is nothing magical about it. The goal is just to have different objects return different codes and for equal objects to return equal codes. You could write a class that always returns the same integer as a hash-code for all instances, but you would essentially destroy the usefulness of a hash-table, as it would just become one giant bucket.

You can transpose the array if you want to get the length of the other dimension.

SVG has properties width and height. They return an object SVGAnimatedLength with two properties: animVal and baseVal. This interface is used for animation, where baseVal is the value before animation. I got this same error working in Eclipse with Maven with the additional information

The Heap is divided into young and old generations as follows :

Young Generation: It is a place where an object lived for a short period and it is divided into two spaces:

• Eden Space: When object created using new keyword memory allocated on this space.
• Survivor Space (S0 and S1): This is the pool which contains objects which have survived after minor java garbage collection from Eden space.

Old Generation: This pool basically contains tenured and virtual (reserved) space and will be holding those objects which survived after garbage collection from the Young Generation.

• Tenured Space: This memory pool contains objects which survived after multiple garbage collection means an object which survived after garbage collection from Survivor space.

Explanation

Let's imagine our application has just started.

So at this point all three of these spaces are empty (Eden, S0, S1).

Whenever a new object is created it is placed in the Eden space.

When the Eden space gets full then the garbage collection process (minor GC) will take place on the Eden space and any surviving objects are moved into S0.

Our application then continues running add new objects are created in the Eden space the next time that the garbage collection process runs it looks at everything in the Eden space and in S0 and any objects that survive get moved into S1.

PS: Based on the configuration that how much time object should survive in Survivor space, the object may also move back and forth to S0 and S1 and then reaching the threshold objects will be moved to old generation heap space.

Lines 1,2,3,4 will call the default constructor. They are different in the essence as 1,2 are dynamically created object and 3,4 are statically created objects.

In Line 7, you create an object inside the argument call. So its an error.

And Lines 5 and 6 are invitation for memory leak.

The problem isn't with the shell. The problem is actually with the echo command itself, and the lack of double quotes around the variable interpolation. You can try using echo -e but that isn't supported on all platforms, and one of the reasons printf is now recommended for portability.

You can also try and insert the newline directly into your shell script (if a script is what you're writing) so it looks like...

The above code as @Karl Zilles wrote will fail because obj will always be returned before it receives data (thus the value will always be null) and this is because we are making an Asynchronous call.

I know this questions has been answered, however the reason this is happening to you, was probably because you did not add your username to the docker group.

Here are the steps to do it:

Add the docker group if it doesn't already exist:

sudo groupadd docker

Add the connected user ${USER} to the docker group. Change the user name to match your preferred user:

sudo gpasswd -a ${USER} docker

Restart the Docker daemon:

sudo service docker restart

If you are on Ubuntu 14.04-15.10* use docker.io instead:

An old thread, but...Answer of Konerak works, but why would you even set size of a container by default. What I prefer is to use code wherever no matter of hog big page size is. So this my code:

The trick is in <br> where you break new line. So, when page is small you'll see footer at bottom of page, as you want.

BUT, when a page is big SO THAT YOU MUST SCROLL IT DOWN, then your footer is going to be 2 new lines under the whole content above. And If you will then make page bigger, your footer is allways going to go DOWN. I hope somebody will find this useful.

Works pretty well, it'll add it to the start of the array.

The problem is that Hive doesn't handle quoted texts. You either need to pre-process the data by changing the delimiter between the fields (e.g: with a Hadoop-streaming job) or you can also give a try to use a custom CSV SerDe which uses OpenCSV to parse the files.

You are using a wrong format in your cookie file. As curl documentation states, it uses an old Netscape cookie file format, which is different from the format used by web browsers. If you need to create a curl cookie file manually, this post should help you. In your example the file should contain following line

In C++, there is no difference in main() and main(void).

But in C, main() will be called with any number of parameters.

If you want to wait for certain data to be preset, either move that data request to a resolve or add a watcher to that collection or object and call your init method when your data meets your init criteria. I usually remove the watcher once my data requirements are met so the init function doesnt randomly re-run if the data your watching changes and meets your criteria to run your init method.

Recently ran into a problem with this and a Chrome extension that was corrupting a JSON stream when the response header labeled the content-type as 'text/html' apparently extensions can and will use the response header to alter the content prior to further processing by the browser. SetUp your toolbar in your activity like below in onCreate() of your Activity class.

In order to get proper responses back from async methods, you need to put await while calling those task methods. That will wait for converting it back to the returned value type rather task type.

E.g var content = await StringAsyncTask (

where public async Task<String> StringAsyncTask ())

Edit: This has since been fixed in the latest TS versions. Quoting @Simon_Weaver's comment on the OP's post:

Note: this has since been fixed (not sure which exact TS version). I get these errors in VS, as you would expect: Index signatures are incompatible. Type '{ firstName: string; }' is not assignable to type 'IPerson'. Property 'lastName' is missing in type '{ firstName: string; }'.

You can make use of the typed dictionary by splitting your example up in declaration and initialization, like:

By default, there is not any proper answer to disable saving a password in your browser. But luckily there is a way around and it works in almost all the browsers.

To achieve this, add a dummy input just before the actual input with autocomplete="off" and some custom styling to hide it and providing tabIndex.

Some browsers' (Chrome) autocomplete will fill in the first password input it finds, and the input before that, so with this trick it will only fill in an invisible input that doesn't matter.
