In short, if you have multiple routes defined for your app's routing, enclosed with Switch
component like this;
<Switch>
<Route exact path="/" component={Home} />
<Route path="/detail" component={Detail} />
<Route exact path="/functions" component={Functions} />
<Route path="/functions/:functionName" component={FunctionDetails} />
</Switch>
Then you have to put exact
keyword to the Route which it's path is also included by another Route's path. For example home path /
is included in all paths so it needs to have exact
keyword to differentiate it from other paths which start with /
. The reason is also similar to /functions
path. If you want to use another route path like /functions-detail
or /functions/open-door
which includes /functions
in it then you need to use exact
for the /functions
route.
I experienced same issue on MAC catalina 10.15 what you add in .bash_profile is not recognised when you echo it on terminal, it is stored temporarily. It is recommended to use .zprofile for permanent and add all environment variables in it.After trying for 5hours i found out this solution. Hope it will be useful for someone.
vi .zprofile
insert(press i)
export ANDROID_HOME=/Users/mypc/Library/Android/sdk
export PATH=$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools:${PATH}
after adding environment variables press esc
then enter :wq!
try echo $ANDROID_HOME in new tab(it will not be empty) path will be
printed
I think the reason the OPs code does not work is because once you call Remove you are changing the Length of drr. When you call Delete you are not actually deleting the row until AcceptChanges is called. This is why if you want to use Remove you need a separate loop.
Depending on the situation or preference...
string colName = "colName";
string comparisonValue = (whatever it is).ToString();
string strFilter = (dtbl.Columns[colName].DataType == typeof(string)) ? "[" + colName + "]='" + comparisonValue + "'" : "[" + colName + "]=" + comparisonValue;
string strSort = "";
DataRow[] drows = dtbl.Select(strFilter, strSort, DataViewRowState.CurrentRows);
Above used for next two examples
foreach(DataRow drow in drows)
{
drow.Delete();//Mark a row for deletion.
}
dtbl.AcceptChanges();
OR
foreach(DataRow drow in drows)
{
dtbl.Rows[dtbl.Rows.IndexOf(drow)].Delete();//Mark a row for deletion.
}
dtbl.AcceptChanges();
OR
List<DataRow> listRowsToDelete = new List<DataRow>();
foreach(DataRow drow in dtbl.Rows)
{
if(condition to delete)
{
listRowsToDelete.Add(drow);
}
}
foreach(DataRow drowToDelete in listRowsToDelete)
{
dtbl.Rows.Remove(drowToDelete);// Calling Remove is the same as calling Delete and then calling AcceptChanges
}
Note that if you call Delete() then you should call AcceptChanges() but if you call Remove() then AcceptChanges() is not necessary.
Click on Start
button in Windows.
Go to All Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server 2008 -> Configuration Tools -> SQL Server Configuration Manager
Click on SQL Native Client 10.0 Configuration -> Client Protocols -> TCP/IP
double click ( Right click select Properties
) on TCP/IP
.
You will find Default Port 1433
.
Depending on connection, the port number may vary.
The short answer to your question, I think, is no (you can just create a new object).
In this example, I believe setting the length to 0 still leaves all of the elements for garbage collection.
You could add this to Object.prototype if it's something you'd frequently use. Yes it's linear in complexity, but anything that doesn't do garbage collection later will be.
This is the best solution. I know it's not related to your question - but for how long do we need to continue supporting IE6? There are many campaigns to discontinue the usage of it.
Feel free to correct me if there's anything incorrect above.
If you are already using Newtonsoft.Json
and don't want to install Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Client
:
var myInstance = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<MyClass>(
await response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync());
Also make sure that the foreign key you add is the same type of the original column, if the column you're reference is not the same type it will fail too.
Do a git status
to find out if your file is actually in your index or the commit.
It is easy as a beginner to misunderstand the index/staging area.
I view it as a 'progress pinboard'. I therefore have to add
the file to the pinboard before I can commit
it (i.e. a copy of the complete pinboard), I have to update the pinboard when required, and I also have to deliberately remove files from it when I've finished with them - simply creating, editing or deleting a file doesn't affect the pinboard. It's like 'storyboarding'.
Edit: As others noted, You should do the edits locally and then push the updated repo, rather than attempt to edit directly on github.
This is the easiest way I can figure out:
#!/usr/bin/python3
for i in range(97, 123):
print("{:c}".format(i), end='')
So, 97 to 122 are the ASCII number equivalent to 'a' to and 'z'. Notice the lowercase and the need to put 123, since it will not be included).
In print function make sure to set the {:c}
(character) format, and, in this case, we want it to print it all together not even letting a new line at the end, so end=''
would do the job.
The result is this:
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
git log origin/master..master
or, more generally:
git log <since>..<until>
You can use this with grep to check for a specific, known commit:
git log <since>..<until> | grep <commit-hash>
Or you can also use git-rev-list to search for a specific commit:
git rev-list origin/master | grep <commit-hash>
On your solution explorer window, right click to References, select Add Reference, go to .NET tab, find and add Microsoft.CSharp.
Alternatively add the Microsoft.CSharp NuGet package.
Install-Package Microsoft.CSharp
Here is a sample showing an easy way to do it. The script is:
$(function() {
var _t = $("#container").scrollTop();
$("#container").scroll(function() {
var _n = $("#container").scrollTop();
if (_n > _t) {
$("#target").text("Down");
} else {
$("#target").text("Up");
}
_t = _n;
});
});
The #container
is your div id
. The #target
is just to see it working. Change to what you want when up or when down.
EDIT
The OP didn't say before, but since he's using a div with overflow: hidden
, scrolling doesn't occur, then the script to detect the scroll is the least of it. Well, how to detect something that does not happen?!
So, the OP himself posted the link with what he wants, so why not use that library? http://cdn.jquerytools.org/1.2.5/full/jquery.tools.min.js.
The call is just:
$(function() {
$(".scrollable").scrollable({ vertical: true, mousewheel: true });
});
This is what I did:
Timestamp timestamp = Timestamp.valueOf(stringValue);
where stringValue
can be any format of Date/Time.
If you need to have in when a datetime field should be like this.
return $this->getModel()->whereBetween('created_at', [$dateStart." 00:00:00",$dateEnd." 23:59:59"])->get();
Use jQuery DataTables plug-in, it supports fixed header and columns. This example adds fixed column support to the html table "example":
http://datatables.net/extensions/fixedcolumns/
For two fixed columns:
http://www.datatables.net/release-datatables/extensions/FixedColumns/examples/two_columns.html
list() and [] work differently:
>>> def a(p):
... print(id(p))
...
>>> for r in range(3):
... a([])
...
139969725291904
139969725291904
139969725291904
>>> for r in range(3):
... a(list())
...
139969725367296
139969725367552
139969725367616
list() always create new object in heap, but [] can reuse memory cell in many reason.
With formatting
require 'json'
tempHash = {
"key_a" => "val_a",
"key_b" => "val_b"
}
File.open("public/temp.json","w") do |f|
f.write(JSON.pretty_generate(tempHash))
end
Output
{
"key_a":"val_a",
"key_b":"val_b"
}
Directly calling a URL to get an image may concern with major security issues.
You need to ensure that you have sufficient rights to access that resource.
However You can use ByteOutputStream
to read image file. This is an example (Its just an example, you need to do necessary changes as per your requirement.)
ByteArrayOutputStream bis = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
InputStream is = null;
try {
is = url.openStream ();
byte[] bytebuff = new byte[4096];
int n;
while ( (n = is.read(bytebuff)) > 0 ) {
bis.write(bytebuff, 0, n);
}
}
.table-hover tbody tr:hover td {
background: aqua;
}
this is the best solution i can gice so far.it works out perfectly in such scena
Cocos2d-x within uikit tutorial http://jpsarda.tumblr.com/post/24983791554/mixing-cocos2d-x-uikit
You can also define a variable directly in the PowerShell command line and then execute the script. The variable will be defined there, too. This helped me in a case where I couldn't modify a signed script.
Example:
PS C:\temp> $stepsize = 30
PS C:\temp> .\itunesForward.ps1
with iTunesForward.ps1 being
$iTunes = New-Object -ComObject iTunes.Application
if ($iTunes.playerstate -eq 1)
{
$iTunes.PlayerPosition = $iTunes.PlayerPosition + $stepsize
}
You can also use:
img{
filter:grayscale(100%);
}
img:hover{
filter:none;
}
Try this, but I don't think it will work because you're not supposed to be able to change this
Put this line in an htaccess file in the directory you want the setting to be enabled:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
Note that this setting will only apply to PHP file's in the same directory as the htaccess file.
As an alternative to using url_fopen, try using curl.
You should follow the guidelines on Add a secondary horizontal axis:
To complete this procedure, you must have a chart that displays a secondary vertical axis. To add a secondary vertical axis, see Add a secondary vertical axis.
Click a chart that displays a secondary vertical axis. This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs.
On the Layout tab, in the Axes group, click Axes.
Click Secondary Horizontal Axis, and then click the display option that you want.
You can plot data on a secondary vertical axis one data series at a time. To plot more than one data series on the secondary vertical axis, repeat this procedure for each data series that you want to display on the secondary vertical axis.
In a chart, click the data series that you want to plot on a secondary vertical axis, or do the following to select the data series from a list of chart elements:
Click the chart.
This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs.
On the Format tab, in the Current Selection group, click the arrow in the Chart Elements box, and then click the data series that you want to plot along a secondary vertical axis.
On the Format tab, in the Current Selection group, click Format Selection. The Format Data Series dialog box is displayed.
Note: If a different dialog box is displayed, repeat step 1 and make sure that you select a data series in the chart.
On the Series Options tab, under Plot Series On, click Secondary Axis and then click Close.
A secondary vertical axis is displayed in the chart.
To change the display of the secondary vertical axis, do the following:
On the Layout tab, in the Axes group, click Axes.
Click Secondary Vertical Axis, and then click the display option that you want.
To change the axis options of the secondary vertical axis, do the following:
Right-click the secondary vertical axis, and then click Format Axis.
Under Axis Options, select the options that you want to use.
You could try this below.
string url = "http://localhost:1302/TESTERS/Default6.aspx";
string fileName = System.IO.Path.GetFileName(url);
Hope this helps.
It's Works

this works for me!!! thanks!!
onClick you should call function, thats called your function toggle.
onClick={() => this.toggle()}
Or more simple without having to name the element (with 'button' element):
<button onclick="toggleLog(this)">Stop logs</button>
and script :
var bWriteLog = true;
function toggleLog(elt) {
bWriteLog = !bWriteLog;
elt.innerHTML = bWriteLog ? 'Stop logs' : 'Watch logs';
}
The simplest solution I have found, taking inspiration by responses above is
class SignalHandler:
def __init__(self):
# register signal handlers
signal.signal(signal.SIGINT, self.exit_gracefully)
signal.signal(signal.SIGTERM, self.exit_gracefully)
self.logger = Logger(level=ERROR)
def exit_gracefully(self, signum, frame):
self.logger.info('captured signal %d' % signum)
traceback.print_stack(frame)

You can use "wildcards" with MATCH
so assuming "ASDFGHJK" in H1 as per Peter's reply you can use this regular formula
=INDEX(G:G,MATCH("*"&H1&"*",G:G,0)+3)
MATCH can only reference a single column or row so if you want to search 6 columns you either have to set up a formula with 6 MATCH functions or change to another approach - try this "array formula", assuming search data in A2:G100
=INDIRECT("R"&REPLACE(TEXT(MIN(IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(H1,A2:G100)),(ROW(A2:G100)+3)*1000+COLUMN(A2:G100))),"000000"),4,0,"C"),FALSE)
confirmed with Ctrl-Shift-Enter
This is a very good article: http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/Programming/PerfTuning/
In summary, for great performance, you should:
For example, to reduce the access to disk, you can use a large buffer. The article describes various approaches.
Are you running the query in the correct database? i.e.,
Use MyDatabase;
GO
EXEC sp_rename 'ENG_TEst.[ENG_Test_A/C_TYPE]', 'ENG_Test_AC_TYPE', 'COLUMN';

The Dask library can read a dataframe from multiple files:
>>> import dask.dataframe as dd
>>> df = dd.read_csv('data*.csv')
(Source: https://examples.dask.org/dataframes/01-data-access.html#Read-CSV-files)
The Dask dataframes implement a subset of the Pandas dataframe API. If all the data fits into memory, you can call df.compute()
to convert the dataframe into a Pandas dataframe.
It appears statics are deprecated, and the other methods of exposing some functions with render
seem convoluted. Meanwhile, this Stack Overflow answer about debugging React, while seeming hack-y, did the job for me.
For MySQL Workbench 6.1: in the home window click on the server instance(connection)/ or create a new one. In the thus opened 'connection' tab click on 'server' -> 'data import'. The rest of the steps remain as in Vishy's answer.
I'm late to the party, but this solution worked for me quite well. Based on this library, you can use a function lik this - setting the image, quality, max-width, and output format (jepg,png):
function compress(source_img_obj, quality, maxWidth, output_format){
var mime_type = "image/jpeg";
if(typeof output_format !== "undefined" && output_format=="png"){
mime_type = "image/png";
}
maxWidth = maxWidth || 1000;
var natW = source_img_obj.naturalWidth;
var natH = source_img_obj.naturalHeight;
var ratio = natH / natW;
if (natW > maxWidth) {
natW = maxWidth;
natH = ratio * maxWidth;
}
var cvs = document.createElement('canvas');
cvs.width = natW;
cvs.height = natH;
var ctx = cvs.getContext("2d").drawImage(source_img_obj, 0, 0, natW, natH);
var newImageData = cvs.toDataURL(mime_type, quality/100);
var result_image_obj = new Image();
result_image_obj.src = newImageData;
return result_image_obj;
}
In Posgresql you could use ~
For example you could search for all rows that have col_a
with any letter in lowercase
select * from your_table where col_a '[a-z]';
You could modify the Regex expression according your needs.
Regards,
Your Code is:

I tried with this query.
ALTER SCHEMA exe TRANSFER dbo.Employees
Just write create schema exe
and execute it
If there is an interface anywhere in the ThreadProvider hierarchy try putting the name of the Interface as the type of your service provider, eg. if you have say this structure:
public class ThreadProvider implements CustomInterface{
...
}
Then in your controller try this:
@Controller
public class ChiusuraController {
@Autowired
private CustomInterface chiusuraProvider;
}
The reason why this is happening is, in your first case when you DID NOT have ChiusuraProvider
extend ThreadProvider
Spring probably was underlying creating a CGLIB based proxy for you(to handle the @Transaction).
When you DID extend from ThreadProvider
assuming that ThreadProvider extends some interface, Spring in that case creates a Java Dynamic Proxy based Proxy, which would appear to be an implementation of that interface instead of being of ChisuraProvider
type.
If you absolutely need to use ChisuraProvider
you can try AspectJ as an alternative or force CGLIB based proxy in the case with ThreadProvider also this way:
<aop:aspectj-autoproxy proxy-target-class="true"/>
Here is some more reference on this from the Spring Reference site: http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/3.1.x/spring-framework-reference/html/classic-aop-spring.html#classic-aop-pfb
Please try with the steps below:
P.S. I experienced the same problem when I was playing with the options to redirect the console input / output to text file and have selected the option Properties - Debug - (Start Action section) - Start external program. When I moved the Solution to another location on my computer the problem occurred because it was searching for an absolute path to the executable file. Restoring the Visual Studio Project default settings (see above) fixed the problem. For your reference I am using Visual Studio 2013 Professional.
I found the answer to this problem here
Just do
mb_convert_encoding($data['name'], 'UTF-8', 'UTF-8');
Although this is almost certainly not the OPs issue, you can also get Unable to establish SSL connection
from wget
if you're behind a proxy and don't have HTTP_PROXY
and HTTPS_PROXY
environment variables set correctly. Make sure to set HTTP_PROXY
and HTTPS_PROXY
to point to your proxy.
This is a common situation if you work for a large corporation.
There is a nice gem especially for uploading files : carrierwave. If the wiki does not help , there is a nice RailsCast about the best way to use it . Summarizing , there is a field type file
in Rails forms , which invokes the file upload dialog. You can use it , but the 'magic' is done by carrierwave
gem .
I don't know what do you mean with "how to write to a file" , but I hope this is a nice start.
If you just want to convert the values to nice looking strings do the following:
twodecimals = ["%.2f" % v for v in vars]
Alternatively, you could also print out the units like you have in your question:
vars = [0, 1, 2, 3] # just some example values
units = ['kg', 'lb', 'gal', 'l']
delimiter = ', ' # or however you want the values separated
print delimiter.join(["%.2f %s" % (v,u) for v,u in zip(vars, units)])
Out[189]: '0.00 kg, 1.00 lb, 2.00 gal, 3.00 l'
The second way allows you to easily change the delimiter (tab, spaces, newlines, whatever) to suit your needs easily; the delimiter could also be a function argument instead of being hard-coded.
Edit: To use your 'name = value' syntax simply change the element-wise operation within the list comprehension:
print delimiter.join(["%s = %.2f" % (u,v) for v,u in zip(vars, units)])
Out[190]: 'kg = 0.00, lb = 1.00, gal = 2.00, l = 3.00'
You should be able to attach an event handler to the onchange event of the input and have that call a function to set the text in your span.
<script type="text/javascript">
$(function() {
$("input:file").change(function (){
var fileName = $(this).val();
$(".filename").html(fileName);
});
});
</script>
You may want to add IDs to your input and span so you can select based on those to be specific to the elements you are concerned with and not other file inputs or spans in the DOM.
Use Reflection to get the Field
for these then you can just do: field.genericType
to get the type that contains the information about generic as well.
To use "conda activate" via Windows CMD, not the Anaconda Prompt:
(in response to okorng's question, although using the Anaconda Prompt is the preferred option)
First, we need to add the activate.bat script to your path:
Via CMD:
set PATH=%PATH%;<your_path_to_anaconda_installation>\Scripts
Or via Control Panel, open "User Accounts" and choose "Change my environment variables".
Then calling directly from Windows CMD:
activate <environment_name>
without using the prefix "conda".
(Tested on Windows 7 Enterprise with Anaconda3-5.2.0)
If you don't want search engines to index certain files, you can use robots.txt to tell web spiders not to access certain parts of your website.
If you rely only on javascript, then some users who browse without it won't be able to click your links.
The object and array literal syntax {}/[] was introduced in JavaScript 1.2, so is not available (and will produce a syntax error) in versions of Netscape Navigator prior to 4.0.
My fingers still default to saying new Array(), but I am a very old man. Thankfully Netscape 3 is not a browser many people ever have to consider today...
Yes you can define static member functions in *.cpp file. If you define it in the header, compiler will by default treat it as inline. However, it does not mean separate copies of the static member function will exist in the executable. Please follow this post to learn more about this: Are static member functions in c++ copied in multiple translation units?
As of Spark 2.4.3

If you don't care about the type of the numbers you can simply use:
qs[0].values()
preg_replace('/[\s]+/mu', ' ', $var);
\s
already contains tabs and new lines, so this above regex appears to be sufficient.
<form target="_blank" [....]
will submit the form in a new tab... I am not sure if is this what you are looking for, please explain better...
It worked for me by adding a simple sleep timeout of 20 sec. This might happen if your source directory is still writing. Hence put a sleep so that the backup would finish and then tar should work fine. This also helped me in getting the right exit status.
sleep 20
tar -czf ${DB}.${DATE}.tgz ./${DB}.${DATE}
It's quite unpractical to make multiple select with size 1. think about it. I made a fiddle here: https://jsfiddle.net/wqd0yd5m/2/
<select name="test" multiple>
<option>123</option>
<option>456</option>
<option>789</option>
</select>
Try to explore other options such as using checkboxes to achieve your goal.
For completeness, here is the binary XOR swap:
int x = 42;
int y = 51236;
x ^= y;
y ^= x;
x ^= y;
This works for all atomic objects/references, as it deals directly with the bytes, but may require an unsafe context to work on decimals or, if you're feeling really twisted, pointers. And it may be slower than a temp variable in some circumstances as well.
Here is my solution:
<!-- jquery smooth scroll to id's -->
<script>
$(function() {
$('a[href*=\\#]:not([href=\\#])').click(function() {
if (location.pathname.replace(/^\//,'') == this.pathname.replace(/^\//,'') && location.hostname == this.hostname) {
var target = $(this.hash);
target = target.length ? target : $('[name=' + this.hash.slice(1) +']');
if (target.length) {
$('html,body').animate({
scrollTop: target.offset().top
}, 500);
return false;
}
}
});
});
</script>
With just this snippet you can use an unlimited number of hash-links and corresponding ids without having to execute a new script for each.
I already explained how it works in another thread here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/28631803/4566435 (or here's a direct link to my blog post)
For clarifications, let me know. Hope it helps!
Better solution is to use NZ (null to zero) function during generating table => NZ([ColumnName]) It comes 0 where is "null" in ColumnName.
In the Manifest, you can set the screenOrientation to landscape. It would look something like this in the XML:
<activity android:name="MyActivity"
android:screenOrientation="landscape"
android:configChanges="keyboardHidden|orientation|screenSize">
...
</activity>
Where MyActivity
is the one you want to stay in landscape.
The android:configChanges=...
line prevents onResume()
, onPause()
from being called when the screen is rotated. Without this line, the rotation will stay as you requested but the calls will still be made.
Note: keyboardHidden
and orientation
are required for < Android 3.2 (API level 13), and all three options are required 3.2 or above, not just orientation
.
Why don't you use spring's TransactionTemplate
to programmatically control transactions? You could also restructure your code so that each "transaction block" has it's own @Transactional
method, but given that it's a test I would opt for programmatic control of your transactions.
Also note that the @Transactional
annotation on your runnable won't work (unless you are using aspectj) as the runnables aren't managed by spring!
@RunWith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)
//other spring-test annotations; as your database context is dirty due to the committed transaction you might want to consider using @DirtiesContext
public class TransactionTemplateTest {
@Autowired
PlatformTransactionManager platformTransactionManager;
TransactionTemplate transactionTemplate;
@Before
public void setUp() throws Exception {
transactionTemplate = new TransactionTemplate(platformTransactionManager);
}
@Test //note that there is no @Transactional configured for the method
public void test() throws InterruptedException {
final Contract c1 = transactionTemplate.execute(new TransactionCallback<Contract>() {
@Override
public Contract doInTransaction(TransactionStatus status) {
Contract c = contractDOD.getNewTransientContract(15);
contractRepository.save(c);
return c;
}
});
ExecutorService executorService = Executors.newFixedThreadPool(5);
for (int i = 0; i < 5; ++i) {
executorService.execute(new Runnable() {
@Override //note that there is no @Transactional configured for the method
public void run() {
transactionTemplate.execute(new TransactionCallback<Object>() {
@Override
public Object doInTransaction(TransactionStatus status) {
// do whatever you want to do with c1
return null;
}
});
}
});
}
executorService.shutdown();
executorService.awaitTermination(10, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
transactionTemplate.execute(new TransactionCallback<Object>() {
@Override
public Object doInTransaction(TransactionStatus status) {
// validate test results in transaction
return null;
}
});
}
}
For getting the list of ip addresses associated, you can use netstat command
netstat -rn
This gives a long list of ip addresses and it is not easy to find the required field. The sample result is as following:

netstat -rn | grep 'default'
This command filters and displays those lines of result having default. In this case, you can see result like following:
default 192.168.195.1 UGSc 14 0 en2
If you are interested in finding only the ip address of gateway and nothing else you can further filter the result using awk. The awk command matches pattern in the input result and displays the output. This can be useful when you are using your result directly in some program or batch job.
netstat -rn | grep 'default' | awk '{print $2}'
The awk command tells to match and print the second column of the result in the text. The final result thus looks like this:
192.168.195.1
In this case, netstat displays all result, grep only selects the line with 'default' in it, and awk further matches the pattern to display the second column in the text.
You can similarly use route -n get default command to get the required result. The full command is
route -n get default | grep 'gateway' | awk '{print $2}'
These commands work well in linux as well as unix systems and MAC OS.
Use: .format()
:
print("Total score for {0} is {1}".format(name, score))
Or:
// Recommended, more readable code
print("Total score for {n} is {s}".format(n=name, s=score))
Or:
print("Total score for" + name + " is " + score)
Or:
`print("Total score for %s is %d" % (name, score))`
The BASE acronym was defined by Eric Brewer, who is also known for formulating the CAP theorem.
The CAP theorem states that a distributed computer system cannot guarantee all of the following three properties at the same time:
A BASE system gives up on consistency.
Brewer does admit that the acronym is contrived:
I came up with [the BASE] acronym with my students in their office earlier that year. I agree it is contrived a bit, but so is "ACID" -- much more than people realize, so we figured it was good enough.
You have to use the SSH version, not HTTPS. When you clone from a repository, copy the link with the SSH version, because SSH is easy to use and solves all problems with access. You can set the access for every SSH you input into your account (like push, pull, clone, etc...)
Here is a link, which says why we need SSH and how to use it: step by step
I solved my background image issue using this code.

}
}
export default SignInScreen;
const styles = StyleSheet.create({

Refering to ?: Operator (C# Reference)
The conditional operator (?:) returns one of two values depending on the value of a Boolean expression. Following is the syntax for the conditional operator.
Refering to ?? Operator (C# Reference)
The ?? operator is called the null-coalescing operator and is used to define a default value for a nullable value types as well as reference types. It returns the left-hand operand if it is not null; otherwise it returns the right operand.
That means:
[Part 1]
return source ?? String.Empty;
[Part 2] is not applicable ...
After facing a similar issue, below is what I did :
To the CORS filter, I added corsFilter.getAllowedOrigins().add("http://localhost:4200");
.
Basically, you should add the URL which you want to allow Cross-Origin Resource Sharing. Ans you can also use "*"
instead of any specific URL to allow any URL.
public class RestApplication
extends Application
{
private Set<Object> singletons = new HashSet<Object>();
public MessageApplication()
{
singletons.add(new CalculatorService()); //CalculatorService is your specific service you want to add/use.
CorsFilter corsFilter = new CorsFilter();
// To allow all origins for CORS add following, otherwise add only specific urls.
// corsFilter.getAllowedOrigins().add("*");
System.out.println("To only allow restrcited urls ");
corsFilter.getAllowedOrigins().add("http://localhost:4200");
singletons = new LinkedHashSet<Object>();
singletons.add(corsFilter);
}
@Override
public Set<Object> getSingletons()
{
return singletons;
}
}

</init-param>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>resteasy-servlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/rest/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
</web-app>
The most important code which I was missing when I was getting this issue was, I was not adding my class extending javax.ws.rs.Application i.e RestApplication to the init-param of <servlet-name>resteasy-servlet</servlet-name>
<init-param>
<param-name>javax.ws.rs.Application</param-name>
<param-value>com.app.RestApplication</param-value>
</init-param>
And therefore my Filter was not able to execute and thus the application was not allowing CORS from the URL specified.

If you have wget installed, you can use parallel_sync.
pip install parallel_sync
from parallel_sync import wget
urls = ['http://something.png', 'http://somthing.tar.gz', 'http://somthing.zip']
wget.download('/tmp', urls)
# or a single file:
wget.download('/tmp', urls[0], filenames='x.zip', extract=True)
Doc: https://pythonhosted.org/parallel_sync/pages/examples.html
This is pretty powerful. It can download files in parallel, retry upon failure , and it can even download files on a remote machine.
For completeness: You can also do this:
<TextBlock Text="Line1
Line 2"/>
x0A is the escaped hexadecimal Line Feed. The equivalent of \n
While using the EM_SETCUEBANNER
message is probably simplest, one thing I do not like is that the placeholder text disappears when the control gets focus. That's a pet peeve of mine when I'm filling out forms. I have to click off of it to remember what the field is for.
So here is another solution for WinForms. It overlays a Label
on top of the control, which disappears only when the user starts typing.
It's certainly not bulletproof. It accepts any Control
, but I've only tested with a TextBox
. It may need modification to work with some controls. The method returns the Label
control in case you need to modify it a bit in a specific case, but that may never be needed.
Use it like this:
SetPlaceholder(txtSearch, "Type what you're searching for");
Here is the method:
/// <summary>
/// Sets placeholder text on a control (may not work for some controls)
/// </summary>
/// <param name="control">The control to set the placeholder on</param>
/// <param name="text">The text to display as the placeholder</param>
/// <returns>The newly-created placeholder Label</returns>
public static Label SetPlaceholder(Control control, string text) {
var placeholder = new Label {
Text = text,
Font = control.Font,
ForeColor = Color.Gray,
BackColor = Color.Transparent,
Cursor = Cursors.IBeam,
Margin = Padding.Empty,
//get rid of the left margin that all labels have
FlatStyle = FlatStyle.System,
AutoSize = false,
//Leave 1px on the left so we can see the blinking cursor
Size = new Size(control.Size.Width - 1, control.Size.Height),
Location = new Point(control.Location.X + 1, control.Location.Y)
};
//when clicking on the label, pass focus to the control
placeholder.Click += (sender, args) => { control.Focus(); };
//disappear when the user starts typing
control.TextChanged += (sender, args) => {
placeholder.Visible = string.IsNullOrEmpty(control.Text);
};
//stay the same size/location as the control
EventHandler updateSize = (sender, args) => {
placeholder.Location = new Point(control.Location.X + 1, control.Location.Y);
placeholder.Size = new Size(control.Size.Width - 1, control.Size.Height);
};
control.SizeChanged += updateSize;
control.LocationChanged += updateSize;
control.Parent.Controls.Add(placeholder);
placeholder.BringToFront();
return placeholder;
}

We can create a [debounce] directive which overwrites ngModel's default viewToModelUpdate function with an empty one.
Directive Code
@Directive({ selector: '[debounce]' })
export class MyDebounce implements OnInit {
@Input() delay: number = 300;
constructor(private elementRef: ElementRef, private model: NgModel) {
}
ngOnInit(): void {
const eventStream = Observable.fromEvent(this.elementRef.nativeElement, 'keyup')
.map(() => {
return this.model.value;
})
.debounceTime(this.delay);
this.model.viewToModelUpdate = () => {};
eventStream.subscribe(input => {
this.model.viewModel = input;
this.model.update.emit(input);
});
}
}
How to use it
<div class="ui input">
<input debounce [delay]=500 [(ngModel)]="myData" type="text">
</div>
A key can be a function that returns a tuple:
s = sorted(s, key = lambda x: (x[1], x[2]))
Or you can achieve the same using itemgetter
(which is faster and avoids a Python function call):
import operator
s = sorted(s, key = operator.itemgetter(1, 2))
And notice that here you can use sort
instead of using sorted
and then reassigning:
s.sort(key = operator.itemgetter(1, 2))
DateTime#to_date
does exist with ActiveSupport:
$ irb
>> DateTime.new.to_date
NoMethodError: undefined method 'to_date' for #<DateTime: -1/2,0,2299161>

AFAIK you must reformat your String in ISO format to be able to cast it as a Date:
cast(concat(substr(STR_DMY,7,4), '-',
substr(STR_DMY,1,2), '-',
substr(STR_DMY,4,2)
)
as date
) as DT
To display a Date as a String with specific format, then it's the other way around, unless you have Hive 1.2+ and can use date_format()
=> did you check the documentation by the way?
Nuget.exe is placed at .nuget
folder of your project. It can't be executed directly in Package Manager Console, but is executed by Powershell commands because these commands build custom path for themselves.
My steps to solve are:
C:\Program Files\NuGet\Visual Studio 2012
(or your VS version);C:\Program Files\NuGet\Visual Studio 2012
(or your VS version) in PATH environment variable Update
NuGet can be easily installed in your project using the following command:
Install-Package NuGet.CommandLine
There are certain things you have to take care:
NotFoundException
that are encountered by default in the until
condition.To invoke click()
as soon as the element is returned, you can use:
new WebDriverWait(driver, 10).until(ExpectedConditions.elementToBeClickable(By.xpath("(//div[@id='brandSlider']/div[1]/div/div/div/img)[50]"))).click();
To simply validate if the element is located and clickable, wrap up the WebDriverWait in a try-catch{}
block as follows:
try {
new WebDriverWait(driver, 10).until(ExpectedConditions.elementToBeClickable(By.xpath("(//div[@id='brandSlider']/div[1]/div/div/div/img)[50]")));
System.out.println("Element is clickable");
}
catch(TimeoutException e) {
System.out.println("Element isn't clickable");
}
If WebDriverWait returns the located and clickable element but the element is still not clickable, you need to invoke executeScript()
method as follows:
WebElement element = new WebDriverWait(driver, 10).until(ExpectedConditions.elementToBeClickable(By.xpath("(//div[@id='brandSlider']/div[1]/div/div/div/img)[50]")));
((JavascriptExecutor)driver).executeScript("arguments[0].click();", element);
Prepare: 1. HostA is SMTP virtual server with default port 25 2. HostB is a workstation on which I send mail with SmtpClient and simulate unstable network I use clumsy
Case 1 Given If HostB is 2008R2 When I send email. Then This issue occurs.
Case 2 Given If HostB is 2012 or higher version When I send email. Then The mail was sent out.
Conclusion: This root cause is related with Windows Server 2008R2.
Another approach:
That input
event will catch also the paste
event.
$('textarea').bind('input', function () {
setTimeout(function () {
console.log('input event handled including paste event');
}, 0);
});
There is actually a clever way to do this that is useful for any list of tuples where the size of each tuple is 2: you can convert your list into a single dictionary.
For example,
test = [("hi", 1), ("there", 2)]
test = dict(test)
print test["hi"] # prints 1
To enable this behavior on a header or footer, add the
data-position="fixed"
attribute to a jQuery Mobile header or footer element.
<div data-role="footer" data-position="fixed">
<h1>Fixed Footer!</h1>
</div>
Like Mikola said, append()
returns a void, so every iteration you're setting list1 to a nonetype because append is returning a nonetype. On the next iteration, list1 is null so you're trying to call the append method of a null. Nulls don't have methods, hence your error.
Just Make use of the CloseMXL.Excel Library. It's easy and pretty fast too.

Another way to do this that is Linux specific is to have the parent be created in a new PID namespace. It will then be PID 1 in that namespace, and when it exits it all of it's children will be immediately killed with SIGKILL
.
Unfortunately, in order to create a new PID namespace you have to have CAP_SYS_ADMIN
. But, this method is very effective and requires no real change to the parent or the children beyond the initial launch of the parent.
See clone(2), pid_namespaces(7), and unshare(2).
I generally use array split because it's easier simple syntax and scales better with more than 2 partitions.
import numpy as np
partitions = 2
dfs = np.array_split(df, partitions)
np.split(df, [100,200,300], axis=0]
wants explicit index numbers which may or may not be desirable.
The error says that a warning was treated as an error, therefore your problem is a warning message! The object file is then not created because there was an error. So you need to check your warnings and fix them.
In case you don't know how to find them: Open the Error List
(View
> Error List
) and click on Warning
.
in your setting.py
file replace DIRS
in TEMPLATES
array with this
'DIRS': []
to this
'DIRS': [os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'templates')],
but 1 think u need to know is that
you have to make a folder with name templates
and it should on the root path otherwise u have to change the DIRS
value
Try this:
function welcomeMessage() { var shape1 = new Shape(); //alert(shape1.draw()); alert(shape1.hasOwnProperty("name")); }
When working with reflection in JavaScript, member objects are always refered to as the name as a string. For example:
for(i in obj) { ... }
The loop iterator i will be hold a string value with the name of the property. To use that in code you have to address the property using the array operator like this:
for(i in obj) { alert("The value of obj." + i + " = " + obj[i]); }
sh -n script-name
Run this. If there are any syntax errors in the script, then it returns the same error message.
If there are no errors, then it comes out without giving any message. You can check immediately by using echo $?
, which will return 0
confirming successful without any mistake.
It worked for me well. I ran on Linux OS, Bash Shell.
The functional module EM_GET_NUMBER_OF_ENTRIES will also provide the row count. It takes 1 parameter - the table name.
Building upon your existing Student class, this is how I usually do it, especially if I need more than one comparator.
public class Student implements Comparable<Student> {
String name;
int age;
public Student(String name, int age) {
this.name = name;
this.age = age;
}
@Override
public String toString() {
return name + ":" + age;
}
@Override
public int compareTo(Student o) {
return Comparators.NAME.compare(this, o);
}
public static class Comparators {
public static Comparator<Student> NAME = new Comparator<Student>() {
@Override
public int compare(Student o1, Student o2) {
return o1.name.compareTo(o2.name);
}
};
public static Comparator<Student> AGE = new Comparator<Student>() {
@Override
public int compare(Student o1, Student o2) {
return o1.age - o2.age;
}
};
public static Comparator<Student> NAMEANDAGE = new Comparator<Student>() {
@Override
public int compare(Student o1, Student o2) {
int i = o1.name.compareTo(o2.name);
if (i == 0) {
i = o1.age - o2.age;
}
return i;
}
};
}
}
Usage:
List<Student> studentList = new LinkedList<>();
Collections.sort(studentList, Student.Comparators.AGE);
EDIT
Since the release of Java 8 the inner class Comparators
may be greatly simplified using lambdas. Java 8 also introduces a new method for the Comparator
object thenComparing
, which removes the need for doing manual checking of each comparator when nesting them. Below is the Java 8 implementation of the Student.Comparators
class with these changes taken into account.
public static class Comparators {
public static final Comparator<Student> NAME = (Student o1, Student o2) -> o1.name.compareTo(o2.name);
public static final Comparator<Student> AGE = (Student o1, Student o2) -> Integer.compare(o1.age, o2.age);
public static final Comparator<Student> NAMEANDAGE = (Student o1, Student o2) -> NAME.thenComparing(AGE).compare(o1, o2);
}
Thought I'd post as nobody seems to have given info on this particular API, but its returning exactly what I'm after and you can get it to return in multiple formats, json, xml and csv
.
$location = file_get_contents('http://freegeoip.net/json/'.$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']);
print_r($location);

Take a look at docopt. It is a formal standard for documenting (and automatically parsing) command line arguments.
For example...
Usage:
my_program command --option <argument>
my_program [<optional-argument>]
my_program --another-option=<with-argument>
my_program (--either-that-option | <or-this-argument>)
my_program <repeating-argument> <repeating-argument>...
As Mingyu pointed out, there is a problem in formatting. Other than that, I would strongly recommend not using the Derived class's name while calling super()
since it makes your code inflexible (code maintenance and inheritance issues). In Python 3, Use super().__init__
instead. Here is the code after incorporating these changes :
class Car(object):
condition = "new"
def __init__(self, model, color, mpg):
self.model = model
self.color = color
self.mpg = mpg
class ElectricCar(Car):
def __init__(self, battery_type, model, color, mpg):
self.battery_type=battery_type
super().__init__(model, color, mpg)
Thanks to Erwin Mayer for pointing out the issue in using __class__
with super()
a simple way to set maxlength for number inputs is:
<input type="number" onkeypress="return this.value.length < 4;" oninput="if(this.value.length>=4) { this.value = this.value.slice(0,4); }" />
This is an example that works out of the box. If you want less "hacky", you should use inheritance library or such.
Well in a file animal.js you would write:
var method = Animal.prototype;
function Animal(age) {
this._age = age;
}
method.getAge = function() {
return this._age;
};
module.exports = Animal;
To use it in other file:
var Animal = require("./animal.js");
var john = new Animal(3);
If you want a "sub class" then inside mouse.js:
var _super = require("./animal.js").prototype,
method = Mouse.prototype = Object.create( _super );
method.constructor = Mouse;
function Mouse() {
_super.constructor.apply( this, arguments );
}
//Pointless override to show super calls
//note that for performance (e.g. inlining the below is impossible)
//you should do
//method.$getAge = _super.getAge;
//and then use this.$getAge() instead of super()
method.getAge = function() {
return _super.getAge.call(this);
};
module.exports = Mouse;
Also you can consider "Method borrowing" instead of vertical inheritance. You don't need to inherit from a "class" to use its method on your class. For instance:
var method = List.prototype;
function List() {
}
method.add = Array.prototype.push;
...
var a = new List();
a.add(3);
console.log(a[0]) //3;
Make sure you aren't trying to use the same User object more than once while changing the ID. In other words, if you were doing something in a batch type operation:
User user = new User(); // Using the same one over and over, won't work
List<Customer> customers = fetchCustomersFromSomeService();
for(Customer customer : customers) {
// User user = new User(); <-- This would work, you get a new one each time
user.setId(customer.getId());
user.setName(customer.getName());
saveUserToDB(user);
}
It is creating a folder with multiple files, because each partition is saved individually. If you need a single output file (still in a folder) you can repartition
(preferred if upstream data is large, but requires a shuffle):
df
.repartition(1)
.write.format("com.databricks.spark.csv")
.option("header", "true")
.save("mydata.csv")
or coalesce
:
df
.coalesce(1)
.write.format("com.databricks.spark.csv")
.option("header", "true")
.save("mydata.csv")
data frame before saving:
All data will be written to mydata.csv/part-00000
. Before you use this option be sure you understand what is going on and what is the cost of transferring all data to a single worker. If you use distributed file system with replication, data will be transfered multiple times - first fetched to a single worker and subsequently distributed over storage nodes.
Alternatively you can leave your code as it is and use general purpose tools like cat
or HDFS getmerge
to simply merge all the parts afterwards.
The best way is to use justifyContent property
<View style={{flexDirection:'column',justifyContent:'flex-end'}}>
<View>
<Text>fixed footer</Text>
</View>
</View>
if you have multiple view elements on screen, then you can use
<View style={{flexDirection:'column',justifyContent:'space-between'}}>
<View>
<Text>view 1</Text>
</View>
<View>
<Text>view 2</Text>
</View>
<View>
<Text>fixed footer</Text>
</View>
</View>
Try with this
Response.Clear();
Response.AppendHeader("Content-Type", "application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation");
Response.AppendHeader("Content-Disposition", string.Format("attachment;filename={0}.pptx;", getLegalFileName(CurrentPresentation.Presentation_NM)));
Response.Flush();
Response.BinaryWrite(masterPresentation.ToArray());
Response.End();
For me the filename involved was appended with a querystring, which this function didn't like.
$path = 'path/to/my/file.js?v=2'
Solution was to chop that off first:

A browser isn't going to show you white space reliably. I recommend the Linux 'od' command to see what's really in there. Comforming XML parsers will respect all of the methods you listed.
Using Google Guava:
CharMatcher.inRange('0','9').retainFrom("123-456-789")
UPDATE:
Using Precomputed CharMatcher can further improve performance
CharMatcher ASCII_DIGITS=CharMatcher.inRange('0','9').precomputed();
ASCII_DIGITS.retainFrom("123-456-789");
You forgot the dot
of class selector of result class.
$(".result").hover(
function () {
$(this).addClass("result_hover");
},
function () {
$(this).removeClass("result_hover");
}
);
You can use toggleClass on hover event
$(".result").hover(function () {
$(this).toggleClass("result_hover");
});
If the usage pattern justifies it, why not? While your team doesn't recognize the operator right away, with time they could. Humans learn new words all the time. Why not in programming?
The only caution I might state is that "^" doesn't have the short circuit semantics of your second boolean check. If you really need the short circuit semantics, then a static util method works too.
public static boolean xor(boolean a, boolean b) {
return (a && !b) || (b && !a);
}
The following query can be used to detemine tablespace and other params:
select df.tablespace_name "Tablespace",
totalusedspace "Used MB",
(df.totalspace - tu.totalusedspace) "Free MB",
df.totalspace "Total MB",
round(100 * ( (df.totalspace - tu.totalusedspace)/ df.totalspace)) "Pct. Free"
from (select tablespace_name,
round(sum(bytes) / 1048576) TotalSpace
from dba_data_files
group by tablespace_name) df,
(select round(sum(bytes)/(1024*1024)) totalusedspace,
tablespace_name
from dba_segments
group by tablespace_name) tu
where df.tablespace_name = tu.tablespace_name
and df.totalspace <> 0;
Source: https://community.oracle.com/message/1832920
For your case if you want to know the partition name and it's size just run this query:
select owner,
segment_name,
partition_name,
segment_type,
bytes / 1024/1024 "MB"
from dba_segments
where owner = <owner_name>;
Using the syntax that you used,
int array[100] = {-1};
says "set the first element to -1
and the rest to 0
" since all omitted elements are set to 0
.
In C++, to set them all to -1
, you can use something like std::fill_n
(from <algorithm>
):
std::fill_n(array, 100, -1);
In portable C, you have to roll your own loop. There are compiler-extensions or you can depend on implementation-defined behavior as a shortcut if that's acceptable.
In my case I was getting this error in Inflation exception on Imageview, in the lower versions and lollipop OS.
I resolved this exception when moving all image file in drawable v-24 folder to drawable folder.
I deleted the warning in the problems view. It didn't come back till now.
The tip on Oracle's OTN = Don't type your password in TOAD when you try to connect and let it popup a dialog box for your password. Type the password in there and it will work. Not sure what they've done in TOAD with passwords but that is a workaround. It has to do with case sensitive passwords in 11g. I think if you change the password to all upper case it will work with TOAD. https://community.oracle.com/thread/908022
Your css with doesn't have any effect as the outer element doesn't have a width defined (and body is missing as well).
A different approach is to deliver already scaled images. http://www.sencha.com/products/io/ for example delivers the image already scaled down depending on the viewing device.

In my case, it had absolute nothing to do with network issues.
I had been using my local laravel testing environment using laradock. Because laradock runs the mysql server in a different container, you have to set your mysql host in the .env file to the name of the docker mysql container, which by default is mysql.
When I switched back to using homestead, it was trying to connect to a host named mysql, when in fact is should be looking on localhost.
What a DUH moment!

Without conflicting with other good answers, I will add a bit of my example.
What exactly C++ Compiler does: it mangles the names in the compilation process, hence we require telling the compiler to treat C
implementation specially.
When we are making C++ classes and adding extern "C"
, we're telling our C++ compiler that we are using C calling convention.
Reason (we are calling C implementation from C++): either we want to call C function from C++ or calling C++ function from C (C++ classes ... etc do not work in C).
You need to create a StringWriter, and pass that to the XmlWriter.
The string overload of the XmlWriter.Create is for a filename.
E.g.
using (var sw = new StringWriter()) {
using (var xw = XmlWriter.Create(sw)) {
// Build Xml with xw.
}
return sw.ToString();
}
This issue could be because of wrong entity framework reference or sometimes the Class name not matching the entity name in database. Make sure the Table name matches with class name.
I prefer to use something like Lodash:
import { pickBy, identity } from 'lodash'
const cleanedObject = pickBy(originalObject, identity)
Note that the identity function is just x => x
and its result will be false for all falsy values. So this removes undefined, "", 0, null, ...
If you only want the undefined
values removed you can do this:
const cleanedObject = pickBy(originalObject, v => v !== undefined)
It gives you a new object, which is usually preferable over mutating the original object like some of the other answers suggest.
Here is worker like this. \o/
- name: "Exec items"
shell: "{{ item }}"
with_items:
- echo "hello"
- echo "hello2"
h/H = 12/24 hours means you will write hh:mm = 12 hours format and HH:mm = 24 hours format
You probably want to use a regex like the one described here to check the format. When the form's submitted, run the following test on each field:
var userinput = $(this).val();
var pattern = /^\b[A-Z0-9._%-]+@[A-Z0-9.-]+\.[A-Z]{2,4}\b$/i
if(!pattern.test(userinput))
{
alert('not a valid e-mail address');
}?
Try this
$('#thisElement .classToSelect').each(function(i){
// do stuff
});
Hope it will help
This is my code:
var x = prompt("enter number", "7");
var i = 0;
var binaryvar = " ";
function add(n) {
if (n == 0) {
binaryvar = "0" + binaryvar;
}
else {
binaryvar = "1" + binaryvar;
}
}
function binary() {
while (i < 1) {
if (x == 1) {
add(1);
document.write(binaryvar);
break;
}
else {
if (x % 2 == 0) {
x = x / 2;
add(0);
}
else {
x = (x - 1) / 2;
add(1);
}
}
}
}
binary();

On Fedora Linux
or Enterprise Linux
, yum
also tracks perl library dependencies. So, if the perl module is available, and some rpm package exports that dependency, it will install the right package for you.
yum install 'perl(Chocolate::Belgian)'
(most likely perl-Chocolate-Belgian package, or even ChocolateFactory package)
You can delete the remote-tracking branch using
git branch -d -r origin/<remote branch name>
as VonC mentions above. However, if you keep your local copy of the branch, git push
will still try to push that branch (which could give you a non-fast-forward error as it did for ruffin). This is because the config push.default
defaults to matching
which means:
matching - push all matching branches. All branches having the same name in both ends are considered to be matching. This is the default.
(see http://git-scm.com/docs/git-config under push.default
)
Seeing as this is probably not what you wanted when you deleted the remote-tracking branch, you can set push.default
to upstream
(or tracking
if you have git < 1.7.4.3)
upstream - push the current branch to its upstream branch.
using
git config push.default upstream
and git will stop trying to push branches that you have "stopped tracking."
Note: The simpler solution would be to just rename your local branch to something else. That would eliminate some potential for confusion, as well.
DISCLAIMER: this answer is from Jul 2015 and uses Retrofit and OkHttp from that time.
Check this link for more info on Retrofit v2 and this one for the current OkHttp methods.
Okay, I got it working using Android Developers guide.
Just as OP, I'm trying to use Retrofit and OkHttp to connect to a self-signed SSL-enabled server.
Here's the code that got things working (I've removed the try/catch blocks):
public static RestAdapter createAdapter(Context context) {
// loading CAs from an InputStream
CertificateFactory cf = CertificateFactory.getInstance("X.509");
InputStream cert = context.getResources().openRawResource(R.raw.my_cert);
Certificate ca;
try {
ca = cf.generateCertificate(cert);
} finally { cert.close(); }
// creating a KeyStore containing our trusted CAs
String keyStoreType = KeyStore.getDefaultType();
KeyStore keyStore = KeyStore.getInstance(keyStoreType);
keyStore.load(null, null);
keyStore.setCertificateEntry("ca", ca);
// creating a TrustManager that trusts the CAs in our KeyStore
String tmfAlgorithm = TrustManagerFactory.getDefaultAlgorithm();
TrustManagerFactory tmf = TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(tmfAlgorithm);
tmf.init(keyStore);
// creating an SSLSocketFactory that uses our TrustManager
SSLContext sslContext = SSLContext.getInstance("TLS");
sslContext.init(null, tmf.getTrustManagers(), null);
// creating an OkHttpClient that uses our SSLSocketFactory
OkHttpClient okHttpClient = new OkHttpClient();
okHttpClient.setSslSocketFactory(sslContext.getSocketFactory());
// creating a RestAdapter that uses this custom client
return new RestAdapter.Builder()
.setEndpoint(UrlRepository.API_BASE)
.setClient(new OkClient(okHttpClient))
.build();
}
To help in debugging, I also added .setLogLevel(RestAdapter.LogLevel.FULL)
to my RestAdapter creation commands and I could see it connecting and getting the response from the server.
All it took was my original .crt file saved in main/res/raw
.
The .crt file, aka the certificate, is one of the two files created when you create a certificate using openssl
. Generally, it is a .crt or .cert file, while the other is a .key file.
Afaik, the .crt file is your public key and the .key file is your private key.
As I can see, you already have a .cert file, which is the same, so try to use it.
PS: For those that read it in the future and only have a .pem file, according to this answer, you only need this to convert one to the other:
openssl x509 -outform der -in your-cert.pem -out your-cert.crt
PS²: For those that don't have any file at all, you can use the following command (bash) to extract the public key (aka certificate) from any server:
echo -n | openssl s_client -connect your.server.com:443 | \
sed -ne '/-BEGIN CERTIFICATE-/,/-END CERTIFICATE-/p' > ~/my_cert.crt
Just replace the your.server.com
and the port (if it is not standard HTTPS) and choose a valid path for your output file to be created.
Try using the SQL Server Import and Export Wizard (under Tasks -> Export Data).
It offers to create the tables in the destination database. Whereas, as you've seen, the scripting wizard can only create the table structure.
DesiredCapabilities
are options that you can use to customize and configure a browser session.
You can read more about them here!
You have to use both Network and Access Network State in manifest file while you are trying load or access to the internet through android emulator.
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
If you are giving only .INTERNET permission, it won't access to the internet.
I had the same issue, I could solve it by switching fom JDK 11 to JDK 8.

String filtered = "";
for (int i = start; i < end; i++) {
char character = source.charAt(i);
if (!Character.isWhitespace(character)&&Character.isLetter(character)) {
filtered += character;

}
return filtered;
}
};
editText.setFilters(new InputFilter[]{letterFilter});
1) If the object is created via a pointer and that pointer is later deleted or given a new address to point to, does the object that it was pointing to call its destructor (assuming nothing else is pointing to it)?
It depends on the type of pointers. For example, smart pointers often delete their objects when they are deleted. Ordinary pointers do not. The same is true when a pointer is made to point to a different object. Some smart pointers will destroy the old object, or will destroy it if it has no more references. Ordinary pointers have no such smarts. They just hold an address and allow you to perform operations on the objects they point to by specifically doing so.
2) Following up on question 1, what defines when an object goes out of scope (not regarding to when an object leaves a given {block}). So, in other words, when is a destructor called on an object in a linked list?
That's up to the implementation of the linked list. Typical collections destroy all their contained objects when they are destroyed.
So, a linked list of pointers would typically destroy the pointers but not the objects they point to. (Which may be correct. They may be references by other pointers.) A linked list specifically designed to contain pointers, however, might delete the objects on its own destruction.
A linked list of smart pointers could automatically delete the objects when the pointers are deleted, or do so if they had no more references. It's all up to you to pick the pieces that do what you want.
3) Would you ever want to call a destructor manually?
Sure. One example would be if you want to replace an object with another object of the same type but don't want to free memory just to allocate it again. You can destroy the old object in place and construct a new one in place. (However, generally this is a bad idea.)
// pointer is destroyed because it goes out of scope,
// but not the object it pointed to. memory leak
if (1) {
Foo *myfoo = new Foo("foo");
}
// pointer is destroyed because it goes out of scope,
// object it points to is deleted. no memory leak
if(1) {
Foo *myfoo = new Foo("foo");
delete myfoo;
}
// no memory leak, object goes out of scope
if(1) {
Foo myfoo("foo");
}
I think floats may work best for you here, if you dont want the element to occupy the whole line, float it left should work.
.text span {
background:rgba(165, 220, 79, 0.8);
float: left;
clear: left;
padding:7px 10px;
color:white;
}
Note:Remove <br/>
's before using this off course.
The best way I have found is to use the initComplete method as it fires after the data has been retrieved and renders the table. NOTE this only fires once though.
$("#tableOfData").DataTable({
"pageLength": 50,
"ajax":{
url: someurl,
dataType : "json",
type: "post",
"data": {data to be sent}
},
"initComplete":function( settings, json){
console.log(json);
// call your function here
}
});
Google Chrome Developer Tools has (a currently experimental) feature called CSS Overview which will allow you to find unused CSS rules.
To enable it follow these steps:
This should work for matches that might overlap:
public static void main(String[] args) {
String input = "aaaaaaaa";
String regex = "aa";
Pattern pattern = Pattern.compile(regex);
Matcher matcher = pattern.matcher(input);
int from = 0;
int count = 0;
while(matcher.find(from)) {
count++;
from = matcher.start() + 1;
}
System.out.println(count);
}
Have you tried to remove "pytrace=True" ?
pytest.fail(exc, pytrace=True) # before
pytest.fail(exc) # after
Have you tried to run with '--fulltrace' ?
For where field not empty
this worked for me:
->where('table_name.field_name', '<>', '')
You can use stristr()
or strpos()
. Both return false if nothing is found.
You can use input.value = JSON.stringify(obj)
to transform the object to a string.
And when you need it back you can use obj = JSON.parse(input.value)
The JSON object is available on modern browsers or you can use the json2.js library from json.org
The specific value in your database isn't what you should be focusing on. This is likely the result of an attacker fuzzing your system to see if it is vulnerable to a set of standard attacks, instead of a targeted attack exploiting a known vulnerability.
You should instead focus on ensuring that your application is secure against these types of attacks; OWASP is a good resource for this.
If you're using parameterized queries to access the database, then you're secure against Sql injection, unless you're using dynamic Sql in the backend as well.
If you're not doing this, you're vulnerable and you should resolve this immediately.
Also, you should consider performing some sort of validation of e-mail addresses.
I found a way around this after 3-4 hours of googling. I have added the following
<startup selegacyv2runtimeactivationpolicy="true">
<supportedruntime version="v4.0" sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.0,Profile=Client" />
</startup>
If this doesn't solve your problem then--> In the Project References Right Click on DLL
where you getting error --> Select Properties
--> Check the Run-time Version
--> If it is v2.0.50727
then we know the problem.
The Problem is :- you are having 2.0 Version of respective DLL.
Solution is:- You can delete the respective DLL
from the Project references and then download the latest version of DLL's
from the corresponding website and add the reference of the latest version DLL reference then it will work.
In order to map a the result set of query to a particular Java class you'll probably be best (assuming you're interested in using the object elsewhere) off with a RowMapper to convert the columns in the result set into an object instance.
See Section 12.2.1.1 of Data access with JDBC on how to use a row mapper.
In short, you'll need something like:
List<Conversation> actors = jdbcTemplate.query(
SELECT_ALL_CONVERSATIONS_SQL_FULL,
new Object[] {userId, dateFrom, dateTo},
new RowMapper<Conversation>() {
public Conversation mapRow(ResultSet rs, int rowNum) throws SQLException {
Conversation c = new Conversation();
c.setId(rs.getLong(1));
c.setRoom(rs.getString(2));
[...]
return c;
}
});
I run across this and at the beginning I found it really confusing to be honest and I think this confusion comes from using the word "CMD" because in fact what goes there acts as argument. So after digging a little bit I understood how it works. Basically:
ENTRYPOINT --> what you specify here would be the command to be executed when you container starts. If you omit this definition docker will use /bin/sh -c bash
to run your container.
CMD --> these are the arguments appended to the ENTRYPOINT unless the user specifies some custom argument, i.e: docker run ubuntu <custom_cmd>
in this case instead of appending what's specified on the image in the CMD section, docker will run ENTRYPOINT <custom_cmd>
. In case ENTRYPOINT has not been specified, what goes here will be passed to /bin/sh -c
acting in fact as the command to be executed when starting the container.
As everything it's better to explain what's going on by examples. So let's say I create a simple docker image by using the following specification Dockerfile:
From ubuntu
ENTRYPOINT ["sleep"]
Then I build it by running the following:
docker build . -t testimg
This will create a container that everytime you run it sleeps. So If I run it as following:
docker run testimg
I'll get the following:
sleep: missing operand
Try 'sleep --help' for more information.
This happens because the entry point is the "sleep" command which needs an argument. So to fix this I'll just provide the amount to sleep:
docker run testimg 5
This will run correctly and as consequence the container will run, sleeps 5 seconds and exits. As we can see in this example docker just appended what goes after the image name to the entry point binary docker run testimg <my_cmd>
. What happens if we want to pass a default value (default argument) to the entry point? in this case we just need to specify it in the CMD section, for example:
From ubuntu
ENTRYPOINT ["sleep"]
CMD ["10"]
In this case if the user doesn't pass any argument the container will use the default value (10) and pass it to entry point sleep.
Now let's use just CMD and omit ENTRYPOINT definition:
FROM ubuntu
CMD ["sleep", "5"]
If we rebuild and run this image it will basically sleeps for 5 seconds.
So in summary, you can use ENTRYPOINT in order to make your container acts as an executable. You can use CMD to provide default arguments to your entry point or to run a custom command when starting your container that can be overridden from outside by user.
Pycharm shortcut for running "Selection" in the console is ALT + SHIFT + e
For this to work properly, you'll have to run everything this way.

You can simply use decimal.ToString()
For two decimals
myDecimal.ToString("0.00");
For four decimals
myDecimal.ToString("0.0000");
This gives dot as decimal separator, and no thousand separator regardless of culture.

To write or read binary data from/to the standard streams, use the underlying binary buffer. For example, to write bytes to stdout, use sys.stdout.buffer.write(b'abc')
.
Both Works Well
1 - Using Get Regex
$ git config --get-regexp alias
2 - Using list

Unfortunately, this is one of the many misnomers in the framework, or at best a violation of SRP.
To use the DateTimePicker for times, set the Format property to either Time or Custom (Use Custom if you want to control the format of the time using the CustomFormat property). Then set the ShowUpDown property to true.
Although a user may set the date and time together manually, they cannot use the GUI to set both.
I'm not aware of anything like a single table that lets you compare all of them in at one glance (I'm not sure such a table would even be feasible).
Of course the ISO standard document enumerates the complexity requirements in detail, sometimes in various rather readable tables, other times in less readable bullet points for each specific method.
Also the STL library reference at http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/stl/ provides the complexity requirements where appropriate.
You can loop through each input after submiting and check if it's empty
let form = document.getElementById('yourform');
form.addEventListener("submit", function(e){ // event into anonymous function

e.preventDefault(); //Prevent submit event from refreshing the page
e.target.forEach(input => { // input is just a variable name, e.target is the form element
if(input.length < 1){ // here you're looping through each input of the form and checking its length
ver = false;
}
});
if(!ver){
return false;
}else{
//continue what you were doing :)

This is what I use. http://marketmovers.blogspot.com/2014/02/the-easy-way-to-read-xml-in-java.html It sits on top of the standard JDK tools, so if it's missing some feature you can always use the JDK version.
This really makes things easier for me. It's especially nice when I'm reading a config file that was saved by and older version of the software, or was manually edited by a user. It's very robust and won't throw an exception if some data is not exactly in the format you expect.
I use approach with appending "singleton" link for element you want to show in fancybox. This is code, what I use with some minor edits:
function showElementInPopUp(elementId) {
var fancyboxAnchorElementId = "fancyboxTriggerFor_" + elementId;
if ($("#"+fancyboxAnchorElementId).length == 0) {
$("body").append("<a id='" + fancyboxAnchorElementId + "' href='#" + elementId+ "' style='display:none;'></a>");
$("#"+fancyboxAnchorElementId).fancybox();
}
$("#" + fancyboxAnchorElementId).click();
}
Additional explanation: If you show fancybox with "content" option, it will duplicate DOM, which is inside elements. Sometimes this is not OK. In my case I needed to have the same elements, because they were used in form.
json loads -> returns an object from a string representing a json object.
json dumps -> returns a string representing a json object from an object.
load and dump -> read/write from/to file instead of string
Using numpy, you can do:
y = x.astype(int)
If you were using a non-numpy array, you could use a list comprehension:
y = [int(val) for val in x]

If you are creating modelform from POST values initial can be assigned this way:
form = SomeModelForm(request.POST, initial={"option": "10"})
https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.10/topics/forms/modelforms/#providing-initial-values
Unity is a library like many others that allows you to get an instance of a requested type without having to create it yourself. So given.
public interface ICalculator
{
void Add(int a, int b);
}
public class Calculator : ICalculator
{
public void Add(int a, int b)
{
return a + b;
}
}
You would use a library like Unity to register Calculator to be returned when the type ICalculator is requested aka IoC (Inversion of Control) (this example is theoretical, not technically correct).
IoCLlibrary.Register<ICalculator>.Return<Calculator>();
So now when you want an instance of an ICalculator you just...
Calculator calc = IoCLibrary.Resolve<ICalculator>();
IoC libraries can usually be configured to either hold a singleton or create a new instance every time you resolve a type.
Now let's say you have a class that relies on an ICalculator to be present you could have..
public class BankingSystem
{
public BankingSystem(ICalculator calc)
{
_calc = calc;
}
private ICalculator _calc;
}
And you can setup the library to inject a object into the constructor when it's created.
So DI or Dependency Injection means to inject any object another might require.
You can use the list.sort
to avoid creating new lists with sorted
and sort the lists in place.
Also you should not use list
as a variable name as it shadows python's own list.
def median(l):
half = len(l) // 2
l.sort()
if not len(l) % 2:
return (l[half - 1] + l[half]) / 2.0
return l[half]
You can add this Objective-C category to make all "Back" buttons created by a navigation controller have no text. I just added it to my AppDelegate.m file.
@implementation UINavigationItem (Customization)
/**
Removes text from all default back buttons so only the arrow or custom image shows up.
*/
-(UIBarButtonItem *)backBarButtonItem
{
return [[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithTitle:@"" style:UIBarButtonItemStylePlain target:nil action:nil];
}
@end
PS - (I don't know how to make this extension work with Swift, it was having weird errors. Edits welcome to add a Swift version)
GCD is indeed lower-level than NSOperationQueue, its major advantage is that its implementation is very light-weight and focused on lock-free algorithms and performance.
NSOperationQueue does provide facilities that are not available in GCD, but they come at non-trivial cost, the implementation of NSOperationQueue is complex and heavy-weight, involves a lot of locking, and uses GCD internally only in a very minimal fashion.
If you need the facilities provided by NSOperationQueue by all means use it, but if GCD is sufficient for your needs, I would recommend using it directly for better performance, significantly lower CPU and power cost and more flexibility.
You could created sorted list from Values and rebuild the dictionary:
myDictionary={"two":"2", "one":"1", "five":"5", "1four":"4"}
newDictionary={}
sortedList=sorted(myDictionary.values())
for sortedKey in sortedList:
for key, value in myDictionary.items():
if value==sortedKey:
newDictionary[key]=value
Output: newDictionary={'one': '1', 'two': '2', '1four': '4', 'five': '5'}
String methodName= "...";
String[] args = {};
Method[] methods = clazz.getMethods();
for (Method m : methods) {
if (methodName.equals(m.getName())) {
// for static methods we can use null as instance of class
m.invoke(null, new Object[] {args});
break;
}
}
Chr(10)
is the Line Feed character and Chr(13)
is the Carriage Return character.
You probably won't notice a difference if you use only one or the other, but you might find yourself in a situation where the output doesn't show properly with only one or the other. So it's safer to include both.
Historically, Line Feed would move down a line but not return to column 1:
This
is
a
test.
Similarly Carriage Return would return to column 1 but not move down a line:
This
is
a
test.
Paste this into a text editor and then choose to "show all characters", and you'll see both characters present at the end of each line. Better safe than sorry.
You could use String.rstrip
.
result = string.rstrip('/')
Look at array_intersect().
$containsSearch = count(array_intersect($search_this, $all)) == count($search_this);
You can't do it with only Javascript. You'll need some server-side code (PHP, in your case) that serves as a proxy between the DB and the client-side code.
There is a difference in performance.
Simply put HS256
is about 1 order of magnitude faster than RS256
for verification but about 2 orders of magnitude faster than RS256
for issuing (signing).
640,251 91,464.3 ops/s
86,123 12,303.3 ops/s (RS256 verify)
7,046 1,006.5 ops/s (RS256 sign)
Don't get hung up on the actual numbers, just think of them with respect of each other.

If you run it with the --k keys $table_name
option it will display the keys.

super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
It worked for me without re-installing again.
You can get the favicon URL from the website's HTML.
Here is the favicon
element:
<link rel="icon" type="image/png" href="/someimage.png" />
You should use a regular expression here. If no tag found, look for favicon.ico
in the site root directory. If nothing found, the site does not have a favicon.
.clear() can be used to clear the text
(locator).clear();
using clear with the locator deletes all the value in that exact locator.
sudo apt-get install php-intl
then restart your server

If you can't assume that all the strings you process have double quotes you can use something like this:
if string.startswith('"') and string.endswith('"'):
string = string[1:-1]
Edit:
I'm sure that you just used string
as the variable name for exemplification here and in your real code it has a useful name, but I feel obliged to warn you that there is a module named string
in the standard libraries. It's not loaded automatically, but if you ever use import string
make sure your variable doesn't eclipse it.
I'm coming from a SQL Server background also and spent the past 2 weeks figuring out how to run scripts like this in IBM Data Studio. Hope it helps.
CREATE VARIABLE v_lookupid INTEGER DEFAULT (4815162342); --where 4815162342 is your variable data
SELECT * FROM DB1.PERSON WHERE PERSON_ID = v_lookupid;
SELECT * FROM DB1.PERSON_DATA WHERE PERSON_ID = v_lookupid;
SELECT * FROM DB1.PERSON_HIST WHERE PERSON_ID = v_lookupid;
DROP VARIABLE v_lookupid;

Location permission privacy change in Android 10 or Android Q.
We have to define additional ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
permission if user wants to access their current location in background so user needs to granted permission runtime also in requestPermission()
If we are using lower than Android 10 device then ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
permission allow automatically with ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
or ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
permission
This tabular format might be easy to understand what if we don't specify ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
in manifest file.
AndroidManifest.xml
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION" /> // here we defined ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION for Android 10 device
