If it is giving you relay access denied when you are trying to send an email from outside your network to a domain that your server is not authoritative for then it means your receive connector does not grant you the permissions for sending/relaying. Most likely what you need to do is to authenticate to the server to be granted the permissions for relaying but that does depend upon the configuration of your receive connector. In Exchange 2007/2010/2013 you would need to enable ExchangeUsers permission group as well as an authentication mechanism such as Basic authentication.

Once you're sure your receive connector is configured make sure your email client is configured for authentication as well for the SMTP server. It depends upon your server setup but normally for Exchange you would configure the username by itself, no need for the domain to appended or prefixed to it.

It looks like the class.phpmailer.php file is corrupt. I would download the latest version and try again.

I've always used phpMailer's SMTP feature:

Here is a side note for some that may be searching this thread for an answer to this problem. (Be sure to read cautions at the bottom before implementing this solution.) I was having trouble sending emails for a client to which my MS Office 365 subscription did not have a user or domain for. I was trying to SMTP through my [email protected] 365 account but the .NET mail message was addressed from [email protected]. This is when the "5.7.1 Client does not have permissions" error popped up for me. To remedy, the MailMessage class needed to have the Sender property set to an email address that my supplied SMTP credentials had permission in O365 to "Send As". I chose to use my main account email ([email protected]) as seen in the code below. Keep in mind I could have used ANY email address my O365 account had permission to "send as" (i.e. [email protected], [email protected], etc.)

Be aware some mail clients may display the Sender address as a note. For example Outlook will display something along these lines in the Reading Pane's header:

Me <[email protected]> on behalf of Client <[email protected]>

However, so long as the email client the recipient uses isn't total garbage, this shouldn't effect the Reply To address. Reply To should still use the From address. To cover all your bases, you can also utilize the MailMessage.ReplyToList property to afford every opportunity to the client to use the correct reply address.

Also, be aware that some email servers may flat out reject any emails that are Sent On Behalf of another company siting Domain Owner Policy Restrictions. Be sure to test thoroughly and look for any bounce backs. I can tell you that my personal Hotmail (mail.live.com) email account is one that will reject messages I send on behalf of a certain client of mine but others clients go through fine. Although I suspect that it has something to do with my client's domain TXT "spf1" records, I do not have an answer as to why it will reject emails sent on behalf of one domain versus another. The boundaries define multipart segments.

The boundary ID that has no dashes at the end is a start point of a segment.

The one with the two dashes at the end is the end point.

In this example, there's a subpart within the multipart/mixed main section, for multipart/alternative.

The multipart/alternative method basically says "Fallback to this, IF the priority part does not succeed" - in this example HTML is taken as priority normally by email clients. If an email client won't display the HTML, it falls back to the plain text.

The multipart/mixed method which encapsulates this whole message, is basically saying there's different content here, display both.

In this example, I placed a CSV file attachment on the email. You'll see the attachment get plugged in using base64 in the command below.

I threw in the attachment as an example, you'll have to set your content type appropriately for your attachment and specify whether inline or not.

The X-Attachment-Id is necessary for some providers, randomize the ID you set.

The command to mail this is:

As you can see in the mailx Subject line I insert the multipart boundary statically, this is the first header the email client will see.

Then comes the test.txt contents being dumped.

Regarding the attachment, I use openssl (which is pretty standard on systems) to convert the file attachment to base64.

Additionally, I added the boundary close statement at the end of this echo, to signify the end of the message.

This works around heirloom-mailx problems and is virtually script-less.

The echo can be a feed instead, or any other number of methods.

From Linux you can use 'swaks' which is available as an official packages on many distros including Debian/Ubuntu and Redhat/CentOS on EPEL:

You need to check that Session["emp_num"] is not null before trying to convert it to a string otherwise you will get a null reference exception.

I'd go with your first example - but you could make it slightly more "elegant".

The problem is that (as of 2016), for the password field, Firefox and Internet Explorer use the character "Black Circle" (?), which uses the Unicode code point 25CF, but Chrome uses the character "Bullet" (•), which uses the Unicode code point 2022.

As you can see, even in the StackOverflow font the two characters have different sizes.

The font you're using, "Lucida Sans Unicode", has an even greater disparity between the sizes of these two characters, leading to you noticing the difference.

The simple solution is to use a font in which both characters have similar sizes.

The fix could thus be to use a default font of the browser, which should render the characters in the password field just fine:

You shouldn't design your application based on specific lifetimes of access tokens. Just assume they are (very) short lived.

However, after a successful completion of the OAuth2 installed application flow, you will get back a refresh token. This refresh token never expires, and you can use it to exchange it for an access token as needed. Save the refresh tokens, and use them to get access tokens on-demand (which should then immediately be used to get access to user data).

EDIT: My comments above notwithstanding, there are two easy ways to get the access token expiration time:

1. It is a parameter in the response (expires_in)when you exchange your refresh token (using /o/oauth2/token endpoint). More details.

2. There is also an API that returns the remaining lifetime of the access_token:

   https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v1/tokeninfo?access_token={accessToken}

   This will return a json array that will contain an expires_in parameter, which is the number of seconds left in the lifetime of the token.

After reading a bunch of answers and trying them, I've found various edge cases that mean sometimes they don't fully clean the working copy.

Here's my current bash script for doing it, which works all the time.

I would partially disagree with Milan's suggestion of embedding the requested representation in the URI.

If anyhow possible, URIs should only be used for addressing resources and not for tunneling HTTP methods/verbs. Eventually, specific business action (edit, lock, etc.) could be embedded in the URI if create (POST) or update (PUT) alone do not serve the purpose:

In the case of requesting a particular representation in URI you would need to disrupt your URI design eventually making it uglier, mixing two distinct REST concepts in the same place (i.e. URI) and making it harder to generically process requests on the server-side. What Milan is suggesting and many are doing the same, incl. Flickr, is exactly this.

Instead, a more RESTful approach would be using a separate place to encode preferred representation by using Accept HTTP header which is used for content negotiation where client tells to the server which content types it can handle/process and server tries to fulfill client's request. This approach is a part of HTTP 1.1 standard, software compliant and supported by web browsers as well.

Technically, the answer would be "no, it's not needed" because it's expressible using other constructs. But in practice, I use for i in range(len(a) (or for _ in range(len(a)) if I don't need the index) to make it explicit that I want to iterate as many times as there are items in a sequence without needing to use the items in the sequence for anything.

So: "Is there a need?"? — yes, I need it to express the meaning/intent of the code for readability purposes.

I found that when the widget is part of a function and the grid_remove is part of another function it does not remove the label. In this example...

You have several options:

• Leave a dirty (or uncommitted) .gitignore file in your working dir (or apply it automatically using topgit or some other such patch tool).

REASON

This happens because for now they only ship 64bit JRE with Android Studio for Windows which produces glitches in 32 bit systems.

SOLUTION

Everything should be installed in %appdata% (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming), not 'program files'.

Here's why...

The default MSI installer puts Node and the NPM that comes with it in 'program files' and adds this to the system path, but it sets the user path for NPM to %appdata% (c:\users[username]\appdata\roaming) since the user doesn't have sufficient priveleges to write to 'program files'.

This creates a mess as all modules go into %appdata%, and when you upgrade NPM itself - which NPM themselves recommend you do right away - you end up with two copies: the original still in 'program files' since NPM can't erase that, and the new one inn %appdata%.

Even worse, if you mistakenly perform NPM operations as admin (much easier on Windows then on *nix) then it will operate on the 'program files' copy of NPM node_modules. Potentially a real mess.

So, when you run the installer simply point it to %appdata% and avoid all this.

And note that this isn't anything wierd - it’s what would happen if you ran the installer with just user priveleges.

Explanation

The net sess>nul 2>&1 part is what checks for elevation. net sess is just shorthand for net session which is a command that returns an error code when the script doesn’t have elevated rights. I got this idea from this SO answer. Most of the answers here use net file instead though which works the same.

The error level is then checked with the || operator. If the check succeeds then it creates and executes a WScript which re-runs the original batch file but with elevated rights before deleting itself.

The WScript file is the best approach being fast and reliable, although it uses a temporary file. Here are some other variations and their dis/advantages.

This is my solution with swift 5.

To fully control the header section view, you need to use the tableView(:viewForHeaderInsection::) method in your controller, as the previous post showed. However, there is a further step: to improve performance, apple recommend not generate a new view every time but to re-use the header view, just like reuse table cell. This is by method tableView.dequeueReusableHeaderFooterView(withIdentifier: ). But the problem I had is once you start to use this re-use function, the font won't function as expected. Other things like color, alignment all fine but just font. There are some discussions but I made it work like the following.

The problem is tableView.dequeueReusableHeaderFooterView(withIdentifier:) is not like tableView.dequeneReuseCell(:) which always returns a cell. The former will return a nil if no one available. Even if it returns a reuse header view, it is not your original class type, but a UITableHeaderFooterView. So you need to do the judgement and act according in your own code. Basically, if it is nil, get a brand new header view. If not nil, force to cast so you can control.

Monkey patching can only be done in dynamic languages, of which python is a good example. Changing a method at runtime instead of updating the object definition is one example;similarly, adding attributes (whether methods or variables) at runtime is considered monkey patching. As MRA said, you shouldn't try to dodge a 429 Too Many Requests but instead handle it accordingly. You have several options depending on your use-case:

1) Sleep your process. The server usually includes a Retry-after header in the response with the number of seconds you are supposed to wait before retrying. Keep in mind that sleeping a process might cause problems, e.g. in a task queue, where you should instead retry the task at a later time to free up the worker for other things.

2) Exponential backoff. If the server does not tell you how long to wait, you can retry your request using increasing pauses in between. The popular task queue Celery has this feature built right-in.

3) Token bucket. This technique is useful if you know in advance how many requests you are able to make in a given time. Each time you access the API you first fetch a token from the bucket. The bucket is refilled at a constant rate. If the bucket is empty, you know you'll have to wait before hitting the API again. Token buckets are usually implemented on the other end (the API) but you can also use them as a proxy to avoid ever getting a 429 Too Many Requests. Celery's rate_limit feature uses a token bucket algorithm.

Here is an example of a Python/Celery app using exponential backoff and rate-limiting/token bucket:

If you put return statement in if, while or for statement then it may or may not return value. If it will not go inside these statement then also that method should return some value ( that could be null). To ensure that, compiler will force you to write this return statement which is after if, while or for.

But if you write if / else block and each one of them is having return in it then compiler knows that either if or else will get execute and method will return a value. So this time compiler will not force you.

I have implemented something similar for a different reason - that was code to tell the end user whether the foreground and background colors that they selected would result in unreadable text. To do this, rather than examining the RGB values, I converted the color value to HSL/HSV and then determined by experimentation what my cutoff point was for readability when comparing the fg and bg values. This is something you may want/need to consider.

The general way to find any type is by example. The beauty of typescript is that you have access to all types, so long as you have the correct @types/ files.

To answer this myself I just thought of a component react uses that has the children prop. The first thing that came to mind? How about a <div />?

All you need to do is open vscode and create a new .tsx file in a react project with @types/react.

I want to add one thing with the answer given by Softcoder. I have seen some people couldn't give their debug.keystore path correctly on the command line. They see that they are doing the exact process accepted above, but it is not working. At that point try to drag the debug.keystore and drop it on the command line. It will help if the accepted answer is not working for you. Do the full process without any hesitation. It was a nice answer.

To achieve what you want and have a better organisation through your files, you can create a index.js to export your helper files.

Let's say you have a folder called /helpers. Inside this folder you can create your functions divided by content, actions, or anything you like.

Example:

I think the problem is with the way you designed your data. To me in terms of semantics, it just doesn't make sense. What exactly is steps for?

Does it store the information of one company?

If that's the case steps should be an object (see KayakDave's answer) and each "step" should be an object property.

Does it store the information of multiple companies?

If that's the case, steps should be an array of objects.

A Subscription can hold child subscriptions and safely unsubscribe them all. This method handles possible errors (e.g. if any child subscriptions are null).

In numpy, index and dimension numbering starts with 0. So axis 0 means the 1st dimension. Also in numpy a dimension can have length (size) 0. The simplest case is:

In [435]: x = np.zeros((0,), int)
In [436]: x
Out[436]: array([], dtype=int32)
In [437]: x[0]
...
IndexError: index 0 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 0

I also get it if x = np.zeros((0,5), int), a 2d array with 0 rows, and 5 columns.

So someplace in your code you are creating an array with a size 0 first axis.

When asking about errors, it is expected that you tell us where the error occurs.

Also when debugging problems like this, the first thing you should do is print the shape (and maybe the dtype) of the suspected variables.

Applied to pandas

• The same error can occur for those using pandas, when sending a Series or DataFrame to a numpy.array, as with the following:
  • pandas.Series.values or pandas.Series.to_numpy() or pandas.Series.array

Since there were no exact answers to my question, I made some investigation why my code doesn't work when there are other solutions that works, and decided to post what I found to complete the subject.
As it turns out:

"ssh uses direct TTY access to make sure that the password is indeed issued by an interactive keyboard user." sshpass manpage

which answers the question, why the pipes don't work in this case. The obvious solution was to create conditions so that ssh "thought" that it is run in the regular terminal and since it may be accomplished by simple posix functions, it is beyond what simple bash offers.

As some of the answers point out, createdb is a command line utility that could be used to create database.

Assuming you have a user named dbuser, the following command could be used to create a database and provide access to dbuser:

createdb -h localhost -p 5432 -U dbuser testdb

Replace localhost with your correct DB host name, 5432 with correct DB port, and testdb with the database name you want to create.

Now psql could be used to connect to this newly created database:

psql -h localhost -p 5432 -U dbuser -d testdb

Tested with createdb and psql versions 9.4.15.

Use the php's OR (||) logical operator for php isset() with multiple operator e.g

To get a definitive reason, you'd need to ask the designer(s) of that API.

But one possible reason is that the intent of a (hypothetical) nextChar would not fit into the scanning model very well.

• If nextChar() to behaved like read() on a Reader and simply returned the next unconsumed character from the scanner, then it is behaving inconsistently with the other next<Type> methods. These skip over delimiter characters before they attempt to parse a value.

• If nextChar() to behaved like (say) nextInt then:

  • the delimiter skipping would be "unexpected" for some folks, and

  • there is the issue of whether it should accept a single "raw" character, or a sequence of digits that are the numeric representation of a char, or maybe even support escaping or something¹.

No matter what choice they made, some people wouldn't be happy. My guess is that the designers decided to stay away from the tarpit.

If you want to use a js variable in a php script you MUST pass it within a HTTP request.

There are basically two ways:

• Submitting or reloading the page (as per Chris answer).
• Using AJAX, which is made exactly for communicating between a web page (js) and the server(php) without reloading/changing the page.

A basic example can be:

I used ng-class on all input fields.like below

In my case it turned out that the endpoint URL from which I was fetching data has changed - and I was not aware of that. When I corrected the URL, I started to get the proper JSON.

Some big picture perspective to add to the other useful but more detail-centric answers:

In Swift, the exclamation point appears in several contexts:

• Forced unwrapping: let name = nameLabel!.text
• Implicitly unwrapped optionals: var logo: UIImageView!
• Forced casting: logo.image = thing as! UIImage
• Unhandled exceptions: try! NSJSONSerialization.JSONObjectWithData(data, [])

Every one of these is a different language construct with a different meaning, but they all have three important things in common:

1. Exclamation points circumvent Swift’s compile-time safety checks.

When you use ! in Swift, you are essentially saying, “Hey, compiler, I know you think an error could happen here, but I know with total certainty that it never will.”

Not all valid code fits into the box of Swift’s compile-time type system — or any language’s static type checking, for that matter. There are situations where you can logically prove that an error will never happen, but you can’t prove it to the compiler. That’s why Swift’s designers added these features in the first place.

However, whenever you use !, you’re ruling out having a recovery path for an error, which means that…

2. Exclamation points are potential crashes.

An exclamation point also says, “Hey Swift, I am so certain that this error can never happen that it’s better for you to crash my whole app than it is for me to code a recovery path for it.”

That’s a dangerous assertion. It can be the correct one: in mission-critical code where you have thought hard about your code’s invariants, it may be that bogus output is worse than a crash.

However, when I see ! in the wild, it's rarely used so mindfully. Instead, it too often means, “this value was optional and I didn’t really think too hard about why it could be nil or how to properly handle that situation, but adding ! made it compile … so my code is correct, right?”

Beware the arrogance of the exclamation point. Instead…

3. Exclamation points are best used sparingly.

Every one of these ! constructs has a ? counterpart that forces you to deal with the error/nil case:

• Conditional unwrapping: if let name = nameLabel?.text { ... }
• Optionals: var logo: UIImageView?
• Conditional casts: logo.image = thing as? UIImage
• Nil-on-failure exceptions: try? NSJSONSerialization.JSONObjectWithData(data, [])

If you are tempted to use !, it is always good to consider carefully why you are not using ? instead. Is crashing your program really the best option if the ! operation fails? Why is that value optional/failable?

Is there a reasonable recovery path your code could take in the nil/error case? If so, code it.

If it can’t possibly be nil, if the error can never happen, then is there a reasonable way to rework your logic so that the compiler knows that? If so, do it; your code will be less error-prone.

There are times when there is no reasonable way to handle an error, and simply ignoring the error — and thus proceeding with wrong data — would be worse than crashing. Those are the times to use force unwrapping.

I periodically search my entire codebase for ! and audit every use of it. Very few usages stand up to scrutiny. (As of this writing, the entire Siesta framework has exactly two instances of it.)

That’s not to say you should never use ! in your code — just that you should use it mindfully, and never make it the default option.

There is no need to use jQuery particularly to manipulate cookies.

You should use the ISO-8601 format for string representations of dates - anything else is dependent on the SQL Server language and dateformat settings.

The ISO-8601 format for a DATETIME when using only the date is: YYYYMMDD (no dashes or antyhing!)

For a DATETIME with the time portion, it's YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS (with dashes, and a T in the middle to separate date and time portions).

If you want to convert a string to a DATE for SQL Server 2008 or newer, you can use YYYY-MM-DD (with the dashes) to achieve the same result. And don't ask me why this is so inconsistent and confusing - it just is, and you'll have to work with that for now.

In a container, you can find out a shortedned docker id by examining $HOSTNAME env var. According to doc, there is a small chance of collision, I think that for small number of container, you do not have to worry about it. I don't know how to get full id directly.

Unless you call some function this is not at all trivial. (And, seriously, there's no real difference in complexity between calling printf and calling a win32 api function.)

Even DOS int 21h is really just a function call, even if its a different API.

If you want to do it without help you need to talk to your video hardware directly, likely writing bitmaps of the letters of "Hello world" into a framebuffer. Even then the video card is doing the work of translating those memory values into DisplayPort/HDMI/DVI/VGA signals.

Note that, really, none of this stuff all the way down to the hardware is any more interesting in ASM than in C. A "hello world" program boils down to a function call. One nice thing about ASM is that you can use any ABI you want fairly easily; you just need to know what that ABI is.

For anyone interested in replicating this, simply follow these steps:

1. Create a new iOS project
2. Open the main storyboard and delete the default/initial UIViewController
3. Drag out a new UITableViewController from the Object Library
4. Set it as the initial view controller
5. Feed the table some test data

If you follow the above steps, when you run the app, you will see that nothing, including tweaking Xcode's checkboxes to "Extend Edges Under {Top, Bottom, Opaque} Bars" works to stop the first row from appearing under the status bar, nor can you address this programmatically.

E.g. In the above scenario, the following will have no effect:

This issue can be very frustrating, and I believe it is a bug on Apple's end, especially because it shows up in their own pre-wired UITableViewController from the object library.

I disagree with everyone who is trying to solve this by using any form of "Magic Numbers" e.g. "use a delta of 20px". This kind of tightly coupled programming is definitely not what Apple wants us to do here.

I have discovered two solutions to this problem:

• Preserving the UITableViewController's scene:
  If you would like to keep the UITableViewController in the storyboard, without manually placing it into another view, you can embed the UITableViewController in a UINavigationController (Editor > Embed In > Navigation Controller) and uncheck "Shows Navigation Bar" in the inspector. This solves the issue with no extra tweaking needed, and it also preserves your UITableViewController's scene in the storyboard.

• Using AutoLayout and embedding the UITableView into another view (I believe this is how Apple wants us to do this):
  Create an empty UIViewController and drag your UITableView in it. Then, Ctrl-drag from your UITableView towards the status bar. As the mouse gets to the bottom of the status bar, you will see an Autolayout bubble that says "Top Layout Guide". Release the mouse and choose "Vertical Spacing". That will tell the layout system to place it right below the status bar.

I have tested both ways on an empty application and they both work. You may need to do some extra tweaking to make them work for your project.

As mentionned in comments: you need a way to send your static files to the client. This can be achieved with a reverse proxy like Nginx, or simply using express.static().

Put all your "static" (css, js, images) files in a folder dedicated to it, different from where you put your "views" (html files in your case). I'll call it static for the example. Once it's done, add this line in your server code:

app.use("/static", express.static('./static/'));

This will effectively serve every file in your "static" folder via the /static route.

Querying your index.js file in the client thus becomes:

Why?
Because the .Text property of Range object returns what is literally visible in the spreadsheet, so if you cell displays for example i100l:25he*_92 then <- Text will return exactly what it in the cell including any formatting.
The .Value and .Value2 properties return what's stored in the cell under the hood excluding formatting. Specially .Value2 for date types, it will return the decimal representation.

As mentioned above, replicate is a more natural way to deal with this specific problem using R. If your definition of alphanumeric includes letters in foreign languages and obsolete scripts then you will need to use the Unicode character classes.

Try this to leave only A-Z:

The reason for the warning is that words like résumé contains the letter é that won't be matched by this. If you want to match a specific list of letters adjust the regular expression to include those letters. By calculating the width and subtracting the padding (which causes the field overlap). The 20px comes from 10px for left padding and 10px for right padding.

DateTime is not standard nullable type. If you want assign null to DateTime type of variable, you have to use DateTime? type which supports null value.

Once got the strings, I composed them as I want.

The stdout of the process started by the docker container is available through the docker logs $containerid command (use -f to keep it going forever). Another option would be to stream the logs directly through the docker remote API.

Entity Framework does not support collections of primitive types. You can either create an entity (which will be saved to a different table) or do some string processing to save your list as a string and populate the list after the entity is materialized.

I came up with the following algorithm.

My idea: go through all the whole file of integers once and for every bit position count its 0s and 1s. The amount of 0s and 1s must be 2^(numOfBits)/2, therefore, if the amount is less then expected we can use it of our resulting number.

For example, suppose integer is 32 bit, then we require

After looking into many answers (most of them are correct for their scenarios) and none of them fix my problem I realized that my case is a bit different:

In my weird scenario my component was being rendered inside the state and therefore couldn't be updated. Below is a simple example:

I had a similar problem. PyCharm couldn't run the server but I could run it from the command line. I tried which python and then made sure that PyCharm was same interpreter and then everything worked OK.
