To get the currently logged in user:
System.getProperty("user.name"); //platform independent
and the hostname of the machine:
java.net.InetAddress localMachine = java.net.InetAddress.getLocalHost();
System.out.println("Hostname of local machine: " + localMachine.getHostName());
You can do this:
([0-9]+) (\([^)]+\))? Z
This will not work with nested parens for Y, however. Nesting requires recursion which isn't strictly regular any more (but context-free). Modern regexp engines can still handle it, albeit with some difficulties (back-references).
For Some People, Showing status bar by clearing FLAG_FULLSCREEN may not work,
Here is the solution that worked for me, (Documentation) (Flag Reference)
Hide Status Bar
// Hide Status Bar
if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT < 16) {
getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN,
WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
}
else {
View decorView = getWindow().getDecorView();
// Hide Status Bar.
int uiOptions = View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_FULLSCREEN;
decorView.setSystemUiVisibility(uiOptions);
}
Show Status Bar
if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT < 16) {
getWindow().clearFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
}
else {
View decorView = getWindow().getDecorView();
// Show Status Bar.
int uiOptions = View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_VISIBLE;
decorView.setSystemUiVisibility(uiOptions);
}
Consider a skewed binary tree with 3 nodes as 7, 3, 2. For any operation like for searching 2, we have to traverse 3 nodes, for deleting 2 also, we have to traverse 3 nodes and for for inserting 1 also, we have to traverse 3 nodes. So, binary tree has worst case complexity of O(n).
I guess something like this would work:
Add System.ServiceProcess
to your project references (It's on the .NET tab).
using System.ServiceProcess;
ServiceController sc = new ServiceController(SERVICENAME);
switch (sc.Status)
{
case ServiceControllerStatus.Running:
return "Running";
case ServiceControllerStatus.Stopped:
return "Stopped";
case ServiceControllerStatus.Paused:
return "Paused";
case ServiceControllerStatus.StopPending:
return "Stopping";
case ServiceControllerStatus.StartPending:
return "Starting";
default:
return "Status Changing";
}
Edit: There is also a method sc.WaitforStatus()
that takes a desired status and a timeout, never used it but it may suit your needs.
Edit: Once you get the status, to get the status again you will need to call sc.Refresh()
first.

I faced the similiar problem and came out from it with following approach:
<!-- Quartz Job -->
<bean name="JobA" class="org.springframework.scheduling.quartz.JobDetailFactoryBean">
<!-- <constructor-arg ref="dao.DAOFramework" /> -->
<property name="jobDataAsMap">
<map>
<entry key="daoBean" value-ref="dao.DAOFramework" />
</map>
</property>
<property name="jobClass" value="com.stratasync.jobs.JobA" />
<property name="durability" value="true"/>
</bean>
In above code I inject dao.DAOFramework bean into JobA bean and in inside ExecuteInternal method you can get injected bean like:
daoFramework = (DAOFramework)context.getMergedJobDataMap().get("daoBean");
I hope it helps! Thank you.
I came up with an ultra-simple solution:
import datetime
def calcEpochSec(dt):
epochZero = datetime.datetime(1970,1,1,tzinfo = dt.tzinfo)
return (dt - epochZero).total_seconds()
It works with both timezone-aware and timezone-naive datetime values. And no additional libraries or database workarounds are required.
To convert a String to a Long (object), use Long.valueOf(String s).longValue();
See link
This is a sample code on how @Mock
and @InjectMocks
works.
Say we have Game
and Player
class.
class Game {
private Player player;
public Game(Player player) {
this.player = player;
}
public String attack() {
return "Player attack with: " + player.getWeapon();
}
}
class Player {
private String weapon;
public Player(String weapon) {
this.weapon = weapon;
}
String getWeapon() {
return weapon;
}
}
As you see, Game
class need Player
to perform an attack
.
@RunWith(MockitoJUnitRunner.class)
class GameTest {
@Mock
Player player;
@InjectMocks
Game game;
@Test
public void attackWithSwordTest() throws Exception {
Mockito.when(player.getWeapon()).thenReturn("Sword");
assertEquals("Player attack with: Sword", game.attack());
}
}
Mockito will mock a Player class and it's behaviour using when
and thenReturn
method. Lastly, using @InjectMocks
Mockito will put that Player
into Game
.
Notice that you don't even have to create a new Game
object. Mockito will inject it for you.
// you don't have to do this
Game game = new Game(player);
We will also get same behaviour using @Spy
annotation. Even if the attribute name is different.
@RunWith(MockitoJUnitRunner.class)
public class GameTest {
@Mock Player player;
@Spy List<String> enemies = new ArrayList<>();
@InjectMocks Game game;
@Test public void attackWithSwordTest() throws Exception {
Mockito.when(player.getWeapon()).thenReturn("Sword");
enemies.add("Dragon");
enemies.add("Orc");
assertEquals(2, game.numberOfEnemies());
assertEquals("Player attack with: Sword", game.attack());
}
}
class Game {
private Player player;
private List<String> opponents;
public Game(Player player, List<String> opponents) {
this.player = player;
this.opponents = opponents;
}
public int numberOfEnemies() {
return opponents.size();
}
// ...
That's because Mockito will check the Type Signature
of Game class, which is Player
and List<String>
.
Note: if the name includes [
or ]
itself, add two backslashes in front of it, like:
<input name="array[child]" ...
document.querySelector("[name=array\\[child\\]]");
Try to encapsulate the ajax call into a function and set the async option to false. Note that this option is deprecated since jQuery 1.8.
function foo() {
var myajax = $.ajax({
type: "POST",
url: "CHService.asmx/SavePurpose",
dataType: "text",
data: JSON.stringify({ Vid: Vid, PurpId: PurId }),
contentType: "application/json; charset=utf-8",
async: false, //add this
});
return myajax.responseText;
}
You can do this also:
$.ajax({
type: "POST",
url: "CHService.asmx/SavePurpose",
dataType: "text",
data: JSON.stringify({ Vid: Vid, PurpId: PurId }),
contentType: "application/json; charset=utf-8",
async: false, //add this
}).done(function ( data ) {
Success = true;
}).fail(function ( data ) {
Success = false;
});

First, get the string that identifies the commit in some date, doing:
git rev-list -n 1 --before="2009-07-27 13:37" origin/master
It prints the commit identifier, takes the string (for instance XXXX) and does:
git checkout XXXX
I am working on an application in which we track live route. Passenger wants to show current position of driver and the expected arrival time to reach at his/her location. So I need to add some duration into current time.
So I found the below mentioned way to do the same. We can add any duration(hour,minutes and seconds) in our current time by moment:
var travelTime = moment().add(642, 'seconds').format('hh:mm A');// it will add 642 seconds in the current time and will give time in 03:35 PM format
var travelTime = moment().add(11, 'minutes').format('hh:mm A');// it will add 11 mins in the current time and will give time in 03:35 PM format; can use m or minutes
var travelTime = moment().add(2, 'hours').format('hh:mm A');// it will add 2 hours in the current time and will give time in 03:35 PM format
It fulfills my requirement. May be it can help you.
The best way to get number of last row used is:
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Rows.Count
for the current sheet.
Worksheets("Sheet name").UsedRange.Rows.Count
for a specific sheet.
To get number of the last column used:
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Columns.Count
for the current sheet.
Worksheets("Sheet name").UsedRange.Columns.Count
for a specific sheet.

You are not set the startup project so only this error occur. Mostly this problem occur when your working with more project in the single solution.
First right click on your project and "Set as Start Up Project" and/or right click on the start up file inside the sleeted project and click "Set StartUp File".
Another way, without using a single cast.
(For people who use JPA 2.0, where no casting is allowed)

I use the method above to set the map boundaries, then, instead of resetting the zoom level, I just calculate the average LAT and average LON and set the center point to that location. I add up all the lat values into latTotal and all the lon values into lontotal and then divide by the number of markers. I then set the map center point to those average values.
latCenter = latTotal / markercount; lonCenter = lontotal / markercount;
I got this error when I was playing around while reading progit. I made a local repository, then fetched it in another repo on the same file system, made an edit and tried to push. After reading NowhereMan's answer, a quick fix was to go to the "remote" directory and temporarily checkout another commit, push from the directory I made changes in, then go back and put the head back on master.
As mentioned in a comment above, you can have expressions within the template strings/literals. Example:

const two = 2;_x000D_
const result = `One add two is ${one + two}`;_x000D_
console.log(result); // output: One add two is 3

There's always the HTML5 download
attribute :
This attribute, if present, indicates that the author intends the hyperlink to be used for downloading a resource so that when the user clicks on the link they will be prompted to save it as a local file.
If the attribute has a value, the value will be used as the pre-filled file name in the Save prompt that opens when the user clicks on the link.

Tested in Chrome and Firefox, works fine in the newest versions (as of July 2013).
Works in Opera as well, but does not set the filename (as of July 2013).
Does not seem to work in IE9 (big suprise) (as of July 2013).
An overview over what browsers support the download attribute can be found Here
For non-supporting browsers, one has to set the appropriate headers on the serverside.
Apparently there is a hack for IE10 and IE11, which doesn't support the download
attribute (Edge does however).

The scenario is you have a user who has connected from multiple devices/browsers and you want to push a message to all his active connections.
Posting my answer to help someone, the top rated answer didn't solve my qualm.
When I implemented the following [from the top answer], my vertical scroll animation just jittered back and forth:
$(function () {
$("#first").animate({
width: '200px'
}, { duration: 200, queue: false });
$("#second").animate({
width: '600px'
}, { duration: 200, queue: false });
});
I referred to: W3 Schools Set Interval and it solved my issue, namely the 'Syntax' section:
setInterval(function, milliseconds, param1, param2, ...)
Having my parameters of the form { duration: 200, queue: false }
forced a duration of zero and it only looked at the parameters for guidance.
The long and short, here's my code, if you want to understand why it works, read the link or analyse the interval expected parameters:
var $scrollDiv = '#mytestdiv';
var $scrollSpeed = 1000;
var $interval = 800;
function configureRepeats() {
window.setInterval(function () {
autoScroll($scrollDiv, $scrollSpeed);
}, $interval, { queue: false });
};
Where 'autoScroll' is:
$($scrollDiv).animate({
scrollTop: $($scrollDiv).get(0).scrollHeight
}, { duration: $scrollSpeed });
//Scroll to top immediately
$($scrollDiv).animate({
scrollTop: 0
}, 0);
Happy coding!
In batch you could do it like this:
@echo off
setlocal EnableDelayedExpansion
set "string_list=str1 str2 str3 ... str10"
for %%s in (%string_list%) do (
set "var=%%sxyz"
svn co "!var!"
)
If you don't need the variable !var!
elsewhere in the loop, you could simplify that to
@echo off
setlocal
set "string_list=str1 str2 str3 ... str10"
for %%s in (%string_list%) do svn co "%%sxyz"
However, like C.B. I'd prefer PowerShell if at all possible:
$string_list = 'str1', 'str2', 'str3', ... 'str10'
$string_list | ForEach-Object {
$var = "${_}xyz" # alternatively: $var = $_ + 'xyz'
svn co $var
}
Again, this could be simplified if you don't need $var
elsewhere in the loop:
$string_list = 'str1', 'str2', 'str3', ... 'str10'
$string_list | ForEach-Object { svn co "${_}xyz" }
Ok, here's a simple box that follows the cursor
Doing the rest is a simple case of remembering the last cursor position and applying a formula to get the box to move other than exactly where the cursor is. A timeout would also be handy if the box has a limited acceleration and must catch up to the cursor after it stops moving. Replacing the box with an image is simple CSS (which can replace most of the setup code for the box). I think the actual thinking code in the example is about 8 lines.
Select the right image (use a sprite) to orientate the rocket.

If the attribute you want to change doesn't exist or has been accidentally removed, then an exception occurs. I suggest you first create a new attribute and send it to a function like the following:
private void SetAttrSafe(XmlNode node,params XmlAttribute[] attrList)
{
foreach (var attr in attrList)
{
if (node.Attributes[attr.Name] != null)
{
node.Attributes[attr.Name].Value = attr.Value;
}
else
{
node.Attributes.Append(attr);
}
}
}
Usage:
XmlAttribute attr = dom.CreateAttribute("name");
attr.Value = value;
SetAttrSafe(node, attr);
You could also try EXISTS
:
SELECT EXISTS(SELECT * FROM table1 WHERE ...)
and per the documentation, you can SELECT
anything.
Traditionally, an EXISTS subquery starts with SELECT *, but it could begin with SELECT 5 or SELECT column1 or anything at all. MySQL ignores the SELECT list in such a subquery, so it makes no difference.
I've solved this issue by using ETag
Etags are similar to fingerprints, and if the resource at a given URL changes, a new Etag value must be generated. A comparison of them can determine whether two representations of a resource are the same.
A better way, use getParent()
from File
Class..
String a="/root/sdcard/Pictures/img0001.jpg"; // A valid file path
File file = new File(a);
String getDirectoryPath = file.getParent(); // Only return path if physical file exist else return null
http://developer.android.com/reference/java/io/File.html#getParent%28%29
Their are two methods you can use to pass an integer. One is as shown below.
A.class
Intent myIntent = new Intent(A.this, B.class);
myIntent.putExtra("intVariableName", intValue);
startActivity(myIntent);
B.class
Intent intent = getIntent();
int intValue = intent.getIntExtra("intVariableName", 0);
The other method converts the integer to a string and uses the following code.
A.class
Intent intent = new Intent(A.this, B.class);
Bundle extras = new Bundle();
extras.putString("StringVariableName", intValue + "");
intent.putExtras(extras);
startActivity(intent);
The code above will pass your integer value as a string to class B. On class B, get the string value and convert again as an integer as shown below.
B.class
Bundle extras = getIntent().getExtras();
String stringVariableName = extras.getString("StringVariableName");
int intVariableName = Integer.parseInt(stringVariableName);
This will work:
if 'A' in df:
But for clarity, I'd probably write it as:
if 'A' in df.columns:
My solution is to define a merge function. It's not sophisticated and just cost one line. Here's the code in Python 3.
from functools import reduce
from operator import or_
def merge(*dicts):
return { k: reduce(lambda d, x: x.get(k, d), dicts, None) for k in reduce(or_, map(lambda x: x.keys(), dicts), set()) }
Tests
>>> d = {0: 0, 1: 1, 2: 4, 3: 9, 4: 16}

It works for arbitrary number of dictionary arguments. Were there any duplicate keys in those dictionary, the key from the rightmost dictionary in the argument list wins.
How about this?

I would recommend using jQuery with this function:
$(document).ready(function(){
$('#about').addClass('expand');
});
This will add the expand class to an element with id of about when the dom is ready on page load.

How could I get its parent? Result should be the

//*[*/title = "50"]
Or, in name and depth:
//*[.//title = "50"]
In the example a string is executed as code using the exec function.
import sys
import StringIO
# create file-like string to capture output
codeOut = StringIO.StringIO()
codeErr = StringIO.StringIO()
code = """
def f(x):
x = x + 1
return x
print 'This is my output.'
"""
# capture output and errors
sys.stdout = codeOut
sys.stderr = codeErr
exec code
# restore stdout and stderr
sys.stdout = sys.__stdout__
sys.stderr = sys.__stderr__
print f(4)
s = codeErr.getvalue()
print "error:\n%s\n" % s
s = codeOut.getvalue()
print "output:\n%s" % s
codeOut.close()
codeErr.close()
You need to use brackets when using the fileExists
step in an if
condition or assign the returned value to a variable
Using variable:
def exists = fileExists 'file'
if (exists) {
echo 'Yes'
} else {
echo 'No'
}
Using brackets:
if (fileExists('file')) {
echo 'Yes'
} else {
echo 'No'
}
A header (.h
, .hpp
, ...) file contains
class X { ... };
)inline int get_cpus() { ... }
)void help();
)extern int debug_enabled;
)A source file (.c
, .cpp
, .cxx
) contains
void help() { ... }
or void X::f() { ... }
)int debug_enabled = 1;
)However, the convention that headers are named with a .h
suffix and source files are named with a .cpp
suffix is not really required. One can always tell a good compiler how to treat some file, irrespective of its file-name suffix ( -x <file-type>
for gcc. Like -x c++
).
Source files will contain definitions that must be present only once in the whole program. So if you include a source file somewhere and then link the result of compilation of that file and then the one of the source file itself together, then of course you will get linker errors, because you have those definitions now appear twice: Once in the included source file, and then in the file that included it. That's why you had problems with including the .cpp
file.
You can also use join:
yourstring = ''.join(('L','yourstring','LL'))
Result:
>>> yourstring
'LyourstringLL'
var startColabHandler = function startColabHandler(interval = 60000, enableConnectButton = false) {
console.log("colabHandler - configure - start: " + new Date());
var colabClick = function colabClick() {
console.log("colabHandler - click - start: " + new Date());
if (enableConnectButton === true) {
var button1 = document.querySelector("#top-toolbar > colab-connect-button").shadowRoot.querySelector("#connect");
if (button1) {
button1.click()
}
}
button2 = document.querySelector("html body colab-dialog.yes-no-dialog paper-dialog div.buttons paper-button#ok");
if (button2) {
button2.click()
}
console.log("colabHandler - click - end: " + new Date());
};
var intervalId = setInterval(colabClick, interval);
window.stopColabHandler = function stopColabHandler() {
console.log("colabHandler - stop - start: " + new Date());
clearInterval(intervalId);
console.log("colabHandler - stop - start: " + new Date());
};
console.log("colabHandler - configure - end: " + new Date());
};
A great way of handling this is with regular expressions.
string modifiedString = Regex.Replace(originalString, @"(\r\n)|\n|\r", "<br/>");
This will replace any of the 3 legal types of newline with the html tag.
You might be needing a cleanup:
git gc --prune=now
or you might be needing a prune:
git remote prune public
prune
Deletes all stale tracking branches under <name>. These stale branches have already been removed from the remote repository referenced by <name>, but are still locally available in "remotes/<name>".
With --dry-run option, report what branches will be pruned, but do no actually prune them.
However, it appears these should have been cleaned up earlier with
git remote rm public
rm
Remove the remote named <name>. All remote tracking branches and configuration settings for the remote are removed.
So it might be you hand-edited your config file and this did not occur, or you have privilege problems.
Maybe run that again and see what happens.
If you take a look in the revision logs, you'll note I suggested more "correct" techniques, which for whatever reason didn't want to work on their repository.
I suspected the OP had done something that left their tree in an inconsistent state that caused it to behave a bit strangely, and git gc
was required to fix up the left behind cruft.
Usually git branch -rd origin/badbranch
is sufficient for nuking a local tracking branch , or git push origin :badbranch
for nuking a remote branch, and usually you will never need to call git gc
How about adding a space in the pattern attribute like pattern="[a-zA-Z0-9 ]+"
.
If you want to support any kind of space try pattern="[a-zA-Z0-9\s]+"
It looks like you were on the right track - get_FOO_display()
is most certainly what you want:
In templates, you don't include ()

Check you are calling same function or not.
<script>function greeting(){document.write("hi");}</script>
<input type="button" value="Click Here" onclick="greeting();"/>

FOR ANGULAR 7+
Actually since Angular 7.2 there is not need to use a service for saving the previous url. You could just use the state object to set the last url before linking to the login page. Here is an example for a login scenario.
@Component({ ... })
class SomePageComponent {
constructor(private router: Router) {}
checkLogin() {
if (!this.auth.loggedIn()) {
this.router.navigate(['login'], { state: { redirect: this.router.url } });
}
}
}
@Component({...})
class LoginComponent {
constructor(private router: Router) {}
backToPreviousPage() {
const { redirect } = window.history.state;
this.router.navigateByUrl(redirect || '/homepage');
}
}
----------------
Additionally you could also pass the data in the template:
@Component({
template: '<a routerLink="/some-route" [state]="{ redirect: router.url}">Go to some route</a>'
})
class SomePageComponent {
constructor(public router: Router) {}
}
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<script>
var clicks = 0;
function myFunction() {
clicks += 1;
document.getElementById("demo").innerHTML = clicks;
}
</script>
</head>
<body>
<p>Click the button to trigger a function.</p>
<button onclick="myFunction()">Click me</button>
<p id="demo"></p>
</body>
</html>
This should work for you :) Yes var should be used
The property file task is for editing properties files. It contains all sorts of nice features that allow you to modify entries. For example:
<propertyfile file="build.properties">
<entry key="build_number"
type="int"
operation="+"
value="1"/>
</propertyfile>
I've incremented my build_number
by one. I have no idea what the value was, but it's now one greater than what it was before.

<echo file="build.properties">

dir.publish=1
# Source Configuration
dir.publish.html=1
</echo>
Example:
<propertyfile file="default.properties"
comment="Default Configuration">
<entry key="source.dir" value="1"/>
<entry key="dir.publish" value="1"/>
<propertyfile>
<propertyfile file="source.properties"

<fileset dir="${basedir}">

NP-Complete is a class of problems.
The class P
consists of those problems that are solvable in polynomial time. For example, they could be solved in O(nk) for some constant k, where n is the size of the input. Simply put, you can write a program that will run in reasonable time.
The class NP
consists of those problems that are verifiable in polynomial time. That is, if we are given a potential solution, then we could check if the given solution is correct in polynomial time.
Some examples are the Boolean Satisfiability (or SAT) problem, or the Hamiltonian-cycle problem. There are many problems that are known to be in the class NP.
NP-Complete
means the problem is at least as hard as any problem in NP.
It is important to computer science because it has been proven that any problem in NP can be transformed into another problem in NP-complete. That means that a solution to any one NP-complete problem is a solution to all NP problems.
Many algorithms in security depends on the fact that no known solutions exist for NP hard problems. It would definitely have a significant impact on computing if a solution were found.

It looks like there's not a straightforward solution for HTTPS-based cloning regarding GitLab. Therefore if you want a SSH-based cloning, you should take account these three forthcoming steps:
Create properly an SSH key using your email used to sign up. I would use the default filename to key for Windows. Don't forget to introduce a password!
$ ssh-keygen -t rsa -C "[email protected]" -b 4096
Generating public/private rsa key pair.
Enter file in which to save the key ($PWD/.ssh/id_rsa): [\n]
Enter passphrase (empty for no passphrase):[your password]
Enter same passphrase again: [your password]
Your identification has been saved in $PWD/.ssh/id_rsa.
Your public key has been saved in $PWD/.ssh/id_rsa.pub.
Copy and paste all content from the recently id_rsa.pub
generated into Setting>SSH keys>Key from your GitLab profile.
Get locally connected:
$ ssh -i $PWD/.ssh/id_rsa [email protected]
Enter passphrase for key "$PWD/.ssh/id_rsa": [your password]

For naming template parameters, typename
and class
are equivalent. §14.1.2:
There is no semantic difference between class and typename in a template-parameter.
typename
however is possible in another context when using templates - to hint at the compiler that you are referring to a dependent type. §14.6.2:
A name used in a template declaration or definition and that is dependent on a template-parameter is assumed not to name a type unless the applicable name lookup finds a type name or the name is qualified by the keyword typename.
Example:
typename some_template<T>::some_type
Without typename
the compiler can't tell in general whether you are referring to a type or not.
VUE_APP_API_ENDPOINT ='http://localtest.me:8000'
axios.defaults.baseURL = process.env.VUE_APP_API_ENDPOINT
And that's it. Axios default base Url is replaced with build mode specific API endpoint. If you need specific baseURL for specific request, do it like this:
this.$axios({ url: 'items', baseURL: 'http://new-url.com' })
To remove item you need to remove it from array and can pass bday
item to your remove function in markup. Then in controller look up the index of item and remove from array
<a class="btn" ng-click="remove(item)">Delete</a>
Then in controller:
$scope.remove = function(item) {
var index = $scope.bdays.indexOf(item);
$scope.bdays.splice(index, 1);
}
Angular will automatically detect the change to the bdays
array and do the update of ng-repeat
DEMO: http://plnkr.co/edit/ZdShIA?p=preview
EDIT: If doing live updates with server would use a service you create using $resource
to manage the array updates at same time it updates server
Nope. C++ does not throw an exception when you do something bad, that would incur a performance hit. Things like access violations or division by zero errors are more like "machine" exceptions, rather than language-level things that you can catch.
Nice article explaining the basics (does not cover line breaks, however).
A Whole Bunch of Amazing Stuff Pseudo Elements Can Do
If you need to have two inline elements where one breaks into the next line within another element, you can accomplish this by adding a pseudo-element :after with content:'\A' and white-space: pre
HTML
<h3>
<span class="label">This is the main label</span>
<span class="secondary-label">secondary label</span>
</h3>
CSS
.label:after {
content: '\A';
white-space: pre;
}
Perhaps this is a bit off-topic, seeing as the question has already been answered, but I have experienced a similar problem. In my case only some of the unit test resources were copied to the output folder upon compilation. My persistence.xml in the META-INF folder got copied but nothing else.
In the end I "solved" the problem by renaming the problematic files, rebuiling the project and then changing the file names back to the original ones. Do not ask me why this worked but it did. My best guess is that, somehow, my IntelliJ project had gotten a bit out of sync with the file system and the renaming operation triggered some kind of internal "resource rescan".
The explode() function breaks a string into an array.
<?php
$str = "Hello world. It's a beautiful day.";
print_r (explode(" ",$str));
?>
Output: Array ( [0] => Hello [1] => world. [2] => It's [3] => a [4] => beautiful [5] => day. )

If you have a source image or canvas element and your 400x400 canvas you want to draw into you can use the drawImage method to achieve zooming.
So for example, the full view might be like this
ctx.drawImage(img, 0, 0, img.width, img.height, 0, 0, canvas.width, canvas.height);
And a zoomed view might be like this
ctx.drawImage(img, img.width / 4, img.height / 4, img.width / 2, img.height / 2, 0, 0, canvas.width, canvas.height);
The first parameter to drawImage is the image element or canvas element to draw, the next 4 are the x, y, width and height to sample from the source and the last 4 parameters are the x, y, width and height of the region to draw in the canvas. It will then handle the scaling for you.
You would just need to pick the width and height for the source sample based on the zoom level and the x and y based on where the mouse is clicked minus half the calculated width and height (but you will need to ensure the rectangle isn't out of bounds).
What would happen, if you want to create many such records ones (to register 10 users, not just one)? I find the following solution (just 5 queryes):
Step I: Create temporary table to store new data.
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmp (id bigint(20) NOT NULL, ...)...;
Next, fill this table with values.
INSERT INTO tmp (username, password, bio, homepage) VALUES $ALL_VAL
Here, instead of $ALL_VAL
you place list of values: ('test1','test1','bio1','home1'),...,('testn','testn','bion','homen')
Step II: Send data to 'user' table.
INSERT IGNORE INTO users (username, password)
SELECT username, password FROM tmp;
Here, "IGNORE" can be used, if you allow some users already to be inside. Optionaly you can use UPDATE similar to step III, before this step, to find whom users are already inside (and mark them in tmp table). Here we suppouse, that username is declared as PRIMARY
in users table.
Step III: Apply update to read all users id from users to tmp table. THIS IS ESSENTIAL STEP.
UPDATE tmp JOIN users ON tmp.username=users.username SET tmp.id=users.id
Step IV: Create another table, useing read id for users
INSERT INTO profiles (userid, bio, homepage)
SELECT id, bio, homepage FROM tmp
FWIW, in our case a (PHP) website running on IIS was showing this message on attempting to connect to a database.
The resolution was to edit the Anonymous Authentication on that website to use the Application pool identity (and we set the application pool entry up to use a service account designed for that website).
take a look at shutil
. shutil.copyfile(src, dst)
will copy a file to another file.
Note that shutil.copyfile
will not create directories that do not already exist. for that, use os.makedirs
I had problems with most of the tools in other answers as they are all very outdated.
If you need a solution that will "just work", pack a bare-bones version of php with your project in a WinRar SFX archive, set it to extract everything to a temporary directory and execute php your_script.php
.
To run a basic script, the only files required are php.exe
and php5.dll
(or php5ts.dll
depending on version).
To add extensions, pack them along with a php.ini file:
[PHP]
extension_dir = "."
extension=php_curl.dll
extension=php_xxxx.dll
...
conda
doesn't support this directly because it installs from binaries, whereas git install would be from source. conda build
does support recipes that are built from git. On the other hand, if all you want to do is keep up-to-date with the latest and greatest of a package, using pip inside of Anaconda is just fine, or alternately, use setup.py develop
against a git clone.
If you use Wordpress you can just use the wordpress build in function with the video id provided wp_get_attachment_metadata($videoID):
wp_get_attachment_metadata($videoID);

Found a nice solution by Laurent Bugnion, it can look something like this:
<UserControl xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
xmlns:comment="Tag to add comments"
mc:Ignorable="d comment" d:DesignHeight="300" d:DesignWidth="300">
<Grid>
<Button Width="100"
comment:Width="example comment on Width, will be ignored......">
</Button>
</Grid>
</UserControl>
Here's the link: http://blog.galasoft.ch/posts/2010/02/quick-tip-commenting-out-properties-in-xaml/
A commenter on the link provided extra characters for the ignore prefix in lieu of highlighting:
mc:Ignorable=”ØignoreØ”
In addition, If you know your code should not work if object is null, you can throw exception by using Optional.orElseThrow
String nullName = null;
String name = Optional.ofNullable(nullName)
.orElseThrow(NullPointerException::new);
// .orElseThrow(CustomException::new);
First you don't need a transaction since you are just querying select statements and since they are both select statement you can just combine them into one query separated by space and use Dataset to get the all the tables retrieved. Its better this way since you made only one transaction to the database because database transactions are expensive hence your code is faster. Second of you really have to use a transaction, just assign the transaction to the SqlCommand like
sqlCommand.Transaction = transaction;
And also just use one SqlCommand don't declare more than one, since variables consume space and we are also on the topic of making your code more efficient, do that by assigning commandText to different query string and executing them like
sqlCommand.CommandText = "select * from table1";
sqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery();
sqlCommand.CommandText = "select * from table2";
sqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery();
Aspx
<ajax:ModalPopupExtender runat="server" ID="modalPop"

TargetControlID="btnGo"
BackgroundCssClass="modalBackground"
DropShadow="true"
CancelControlID="btnCancel" X="470" Y="300" />
//Codebehind
protected void OkButton_Clicked(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
modalPop.Hide();
//Do something in codebehind
}
And don't set the OK button as OkControlID.
One additional small piece that is helpful when dealing with maps/list as the value in a map is the withDefault(Closure)
method on maps in groovy. Instead of doing the following code:
Map m = [:]
for(object in listOfObjects)
{
if(m.containsKey(object.myKey))
{
m.get(object.myKey).add(object.myValue)
}
else
{
m.put(object.myKey, [object.myValue]
}
}
You can do the following:
Map m = [:].withDefault{key -> return []}
for(object in listOfObjects)
{
List valueList = m.get(object.myKey)
m.put(object.myKey, valueList)
}
With default can be used for other things as well, but I find this the most common use case for me.
API: http://www.groovy-lang.org/gdk.html
Map -> withDefault(Closure)
That error kicks in when you have forgot to include the jQuery library in your page or there is conflict between libraries - for example you be using any other javascript library on your page.

Create a Jenkins Job that runs on Master:
java -jar "%JENKINS_HOME%/war/WEB-INF/jenkins-cli.jar" -s "%JENKINS_URL%" safe-restart
If you have a browser that doesn't support the calc
expression, it's not hard to mimic with jQuery:
$('#yourEl').css('width', '100%').css('width', '-=100px');
It's much easier to let jQuery handle the relative calculation than doing it yourself.

I had the same problem in my grails project. The Bug was, that i overwrite the getter method of a collection field. This returned always a new version of the collection in other thread.
class Entity {
List collection
List getCollection() {
return collection.unique()
}
}
The solution was to rename the getter method:
class Entity {
List collection
List getUniqueCollection() {
return collection.unique()
}
}
tl;dr: REM
is the documented and supported way to embed comments in batch files.
::
is essentially a blank label that can never be jumped to, whereas REM
is an actual command that just does nothing. In neither case (at least on Windows 7) does the presence of redirection operators cause a problem.
However, ::
is known to misbehave in blocks under certain circumstances, being parsed not as a label but as some sort of drive letter. I'm a little fuzzy on where exactly but that alone is enough to make me use REM
exclusively. It's the documented and supported way to embed comments in batch files whereas ::
is merely an artifact of a particular implementation.
Here is an example where ::
produces a problem in a FOR
loop.
This example will not work in a file called test.bat
on your desktop:
@echo off
for /F "delims=" %%A in ('type C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\test.bat') do (
::echo hello>C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\text.txt
)
pause
While this example will work as a comment correctly:
@echo off
for /F "delims=" %%A in ('type C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\test.bat') do (
REM echo hello>C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\text.txt
)
pause
The problem appears to be when trying to redirect output into a file. My best guess is that it is interpreting ::
as an escaped label called :echo
.
You can do this instead of using -o
option:
curl [url] > [file]
In java there is a length
field that you can use on any array to find out it's size:
String[] s = new String[10];
System.out.println(s.length);
You can set the following environment variable:
PIP_TARGET=/path/to/pip/dir
https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/user_guide/#environment-variables
You cannot add a column with a default value in Hive. You have the right syntax for adding the column ALTER TABLE test1 ADD COLUMNS (access_count1 int);
, you just need to get rid of default sum(max_count)
. No changes to that files backing your table will happen as a result of adding the column. Hive handles the "missing" data by interpreting NULL
as the value for every cell in that column.
So now your have the problem of needing to populate the column. Unfortunately in Hive you essentially need to rewrite the whole table, this time with the column populated. It may be easier to rerun your original query with the new column. Or you could add the column to the table you have now, then select all of its columns plus value for the new column.
You also have the option to always COALESCE
the column to your desired default and leave it NULL
for now. This option fails when you want NULL
to have a meaning distinct from your desired default. It also requires you to depend on always remembering to COALESCE
.
If you are very confident in your abilities to deal with the files backing Hive, you could also directly alter them to add your default. In general I would recommend against this because most of the time it will be slower and more dangerous. There might be some case where it makes sense though, so I've included this option for completeness.
Not sure you resolved this issue or not, but this is how I do it and it works on Android:
please, be sure your connected to a ubuntu server, I Had the same problem but I was connected to other distro, check the AMI value in your details instance, it should be something like
AMI: ubuntu/images/ebs/ubuntu-precise-12.04-amd64-server-20130411.1
hope it helps

pip install django-phonenumber-field
C strings are enclosed in double quotes:
const char *options[2][100];
options[0][0] = "test1";
options[1][0] = "test2";
Re-reading your question and comments though I'm guessing that what you really want to do is this:
const char *options[2] = { "test1", "test2" };
It's really pretty simple: if you are trying to typecast an object of class A into an object of class B, and they aren't compatible, you get a class cast exception.
Let's think of a collection of classes.
class A {...}
class B extends A {...}
class C extends A {...}
You can use exit method to quit an ios app :
exit(0);
You should say same alert message and ask him to quit
Another way is by using [[NSThread mainThread] exit]
However you should not do this way
According to Apple, your app should not terminate on its own. Since the user did not hit the Home button, any return to the Home screen gives the user the impression that your app crashed. This is confusing, non-standard behavior and should be avoided.
Try writting the lambda with the same conditions as the delegate. like this:
List<AnalysisObject> analysisObjects =
analysisObjectRepository.FindAll().Where(
(x =>
(x.ID == packageId)
|| (x.Parent != null && x.Parent.ID == packageId)
|| (x.Parent != null && x.Parent.Parent != null && x.Parent.Parent.ID == packageId)
).ToList();
You can only add folders or jar files to a class loader. So if you have a single class file, you need to put it into the appropriate folder structure first.
Here is a rather ugly hack that adds to the SystemClassLoader at runtime:
import java.io.IOException;
import java.io.File;
import java.net.URLClassLoader;
import java.net.URL;
import java.lang.reflect.Method;
public class ClassPathHacker {
private static final Class[] parameters = new Class[]{URL.class};
public static void addFile(String s) throws IOException {
File f = new File(s);
addFile(f);
}//end method
public static void addFile(File f) throws IOException {
addURL(f.toURL());
}//end method
public static void addURL(URL u) throws IOException {
URLClassLoader sysloader = (URLClassLoader) ClassLoader.getSystemClassLoader();
Class sysclass = URLClassLoader.class;
try {
Method method = sysclass.getDeclaredMethod("addURL", parameters);
method.setAccessible(true);
method.invoke(sysloader, new Object[]{u});
} catch (Throwable t) {
t.printStackTrace();
throw new IOException("Error, could not add URL to system classloader");
}//end try catch
}//end method
}//end class
The reflection is necessary to access the protected method addURL
. This could fail if there is a SecurityManager.
Python(the interpreter) is compiled.
Proof: It won't even compile your code if it contains syntax error.
Example 1:
print("This should print")
a = 9/0
Output:
This should print
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "p.py", line 2, in <module>
a = 9/0
ZeroDivisionError: integer division or modulo by zero
Code gets compiled successfully. First line gets executed (
ZeroDivisionError
(run time error) .
Example 2:
print("This should not print")
/0
Output:
File "p.py", line 2
/0
^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
Conclusion: If your code file contains
SyntaxError
nothing will execute as compilation fails.
private static String readAll(Reader rd) throws IOException {
StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder();
int cp;
while ((cp = rd.read()) != -1) {
sb.append((char) cp);
}
return sb.toString();
}
String jsonText = readAll(inputofyourjsonstream);
JSONObject json = new JSONObject(jsonText);
JSONArray arr = json.getJSONArray("sources");
Your arr would looks like: [ { "id":1001, "name":"jhon" }, { "id":1002, "name":"jhon" } ] You can use:
arr.getJSONObject(index)
to get the objects inside of the array.
In case the folder contains a lot of files or memory is an constraint, consider using generators:
def yield_files_with_extensions(folder_path, file_extension):
for _, _, files in os.walk(folder_path):
for file in files:
if file.endswith(file_extension):
yield file
Option A: Iterate
for f in yield_files_with_extensions('.', '.txt'):
print(f)
Option B: Get all
files = [f for f in yield_files_with_extensions('.', '.txt')]
When I tried to access the result from
Object.keys(a).forEach(function (key){
console.log(a[key]);
});
it was plain text result with no key-value pairs Here is an example
var fruits = {
apple: "fruits/apple.png",
banana: "fruits/banana.png",
watermelon: "watermelon.jpg",
grapes: "grapes.png",
orange: "orange.jpg"
}
Now i want to get all links in a separated array , but with this code
function linksOfPics(obJect){
Object.keys(obJect).forEach(function(x){
console.log('\"'+obJect[x]+'\"');
});
}
the result of :
linksOfPics(fruits)
"fruits/apple.png"
"fruits/banana.png"
"watermelon.jpg"
"grapes.png"
"orange.jpg"
undefined
I figured out this one which solves what I'm looking for
console.log(Object.values(fruits));
["fruits/apple.png", "fruits/banana.png", "watermelon.jpg", "grapes.png", "orange.jpg"]
The second is preferred because it is far less likely to result in an accidental cross join by forgetting to put inthe where clause. A join with no on clause will fail the syntax check, an old style join with no where clause will not fail, it will do a cross join.
Additionally when you later have to a left join, it is helpful for maintenance that they all be in the same structure. And the old syntax has been out of date since 1992, it is well past time to stop using it.
Plus I have found that many people who exclusively use the first syntax don't really understand joins and understanding joins is critical to getting correct results when querying.
While Hash#has_key?

You can link to any file or directory with the help of a simple PowerShell script.
Open Windows PowerShell ISE. In the script pane write:
New-Alias ${shortcutName} ${fullFileLocation}
Then head to the command-line pane. Find your PowerShell user profile address with echo $profile
. Save the script in this address.
The script in PowerShell's profile address will run each time you open powershell. The shortcut should work with every new PowerShell window.
It requires another line in our script.
function ${nameOfFunction} {set-location ${directory_location}}
New-Alias ${shortcut} ${nameOfFunction}
The rest is exactly the same.
By default PowerShell scripts are blocked. To enable them, open settings -> Update & Security -> For developers. Select Developer Mode (might require restart).
.
Scroll down to the PowerShell section, tick the "Change execution policy ..." option, and apply.
You have to use the jquery's text() function. What it does is:
Get the combined text contents of all matched elements.
The result is a string that contains the combined text contents of all matched elements. This method works on both HTML and XML documents. Cannot be used on input elements. For input field text use the val attribute.
For example:
Find the text in the first paragraph (stripping out the html), then set the html of the last paragraph to show it is just text (the bold is gone).
var str = $("p:first").text(); $("p:last").html(str);
Test Paragraph.
Test Paragraph.
With your markup you have to do:
$('a#a_tbnotesverbergen').text('new text');
and it will result in
<a id="a_tbnotesverbergen" href="#nothing">new text</a>
You can use the instanceof
operator for this. From MDN:
The instanceof operator tests whether the prototype property of a constructor appears anywhere in the prototype chain of an object.
If you don't know what prototypes and prototype chains are I highly recommend looking it up. Also here is a JS (TS works similar in this respect) example which might clarify the concept:
class Animal {_x000D_
name;_x000D_
_x000D_
constructor(name) {_x000D_
this.name = name;_x000D_
}_x000D_
}_x000D_
_x000D_
const animal = new Animal('fluffy');_x000D_
_x000D_
// true because Animal in on the prototype chain of animal_x000D_
console.log(animal instanceof Animal); // true_x000D_
// Proof that Animal is on the prototype chain_x000D_
console.log(Object.getPrototypeOf(animal) === Animal.prototype); // true_x000D_
_x000D_
// true because Object in on the prototype chain of animal_x000D_
console.log(animal instanceof Object); _x000D_
// Proof that Object is on the prototype chain_x000D_
console.log(Object.getPrototypeOf(Animal.prototype) === Object.prototype); // true_x000D_
_x000D_
console.log(animal instanceof Function); // false, Function not on prototype chain_x000D_
_x000D_
_x000D_
The prototype chain in this example is:
animal > Animal.prototype > Object.prototype

var hours = date.getHours();
var minutes = date.getMinutes();
var ampm = hours >= 12 ? 'PM' : 'AM';

hours = hours ? hours : 12; // the hour '0' should be '12'
hours = hours < 10 ? '0'+hours : hours ;
minutes = minutes < 10 ? '0'+minutes : minutes;
var strTime = hours+":"+minutes+ ' ' + ampm;

After reading every answer and trying them, none of them helped me. What I found while searching elsewhere is that you can create a custom attribute that you can then add to your controller. It overwrites the EnableCors ones and add the whitelisted domains in it.
This solution is working well because it lets you have the whitelisted domains in the webconfig (appsettings) instead of harcoding them in the EnableCors attribute on your controller.

I found this guide online and it worked like a charm :
I thought i'd drop that here for anyone in need.
Most mocking frameworks (Moq and RhinoMocks included) generate proxy classes as a substitute for your mocked class, and override the virtual methods with behavior that you define. Because of this, you can only mock interfaces, or virtual methods on concrete or abstract classes. Additionally, if you're mocking a concrete class, you almost always need to provide a parameterless constructor so that the mocking framework knows how to instantiate the class.
Why the aversion to creating interfaces in your code?
As I am reluctant to install new programs into my machine, this PowerShell script (from Hey, Scripting Guy! Blog) helped me solve my problem. I only modified the path to suit my case:
$fso = Get-ChildItem -Recurse -path F:\songs
$fsoBU = Get-ChildItem -Recurse -path D:\songs
Compare-Object -ReferenceObject $fso -DifferenceObject $fsoBU

Close eclipse, open up a terminal window and run:

Are you using Maven? If so,
To add it: Right-click on the project, Maven → Disable Maven Nature Right-click on the project, Configure → Convert to Maven Project.
And then clean
Edit 1:
If that doesn't resolve the issue try right-clicking on your project and select properties. Select Java Build Path → Library tab. Look for a JVM. If it's not there, click to add Library and add the default JVM. If VM is there, click edit and select the default JVM. Hopefully, that works.
Edit 2:
You can also try going into the folder where you have all your projects and delete the .metadata
for eclipse (be aware that you'll have to re-import all the projects afterwards! Also all the environment settings you've set would also have to be redone). After it was deleted just import the project again, and hopefully, it works.

I would prefer a callback solution: Working fiddle here: http://jsfiddle.net/canCu/
function myFunction(value1,value2,value3, callback) {
value2 = 'somevalue2'; //to return
value3 = 'somevalue3'; //to return
callback( value2, value3 );
}
var value1 = 1;
var value2 = 2;
var value3 = 3;
myFunction(value1,value2,value3, function(value2, value3){
if (value2 && value3) {
//Do some stuff
alert( value2 + '-' + value3 );
}
});
For your purposes, I recommend using SVG, since you get DOM events, like mouse handling, including drag and drop, included, you don't have to implement your own redraw, and you don't have to keep track of the state of your objects. Use Canvas when you have to do bitmap image manipulation and use a regular div when you want to manipulate stuff created in HTML. As to performance, you'll find that modern browsers are now accelerating all three, but that canvas has received the most attention so far. On the other hand, how well you write your javascript is critical to getting the most performance with canvas, so I'd still recommend using SVG.
It is just a matter time for me. A few milliseconds lost of my life every time I have to press the Shift key before every time I'm able to type "
.
I prefer '
simply because you don't have to do it!
Other than that, you can escape a '
inside single quotes with backslash \'
.
console.log('Don\'t lose time'); // "Don't lose time"
I suppose that calling Array.prototype
functions on instances of HTMLCollection
is a much better option than converting collections to arrays (e.g.,[...collection]
or Array.from(collection)
), because in the latter case a collection is unnecessarily implicitly iterated and a new array object is created, and this eats up additional resources. Array.prototype
iterating functions can be safely called upon objects with consecutive numeric keys starting from [0]
and a length
property with a valid number value of such keys' quantity (including, e.g., instances of HTMLCollection
and FileList
), so it's a reliable way. Also, if there is a frequent need in such operations, an empty array []
can be used for quick access to Array.prototype
functions; or a shortcut for Array.prototype
can be created instead. A runnable example:
const _ = Array.prototype;
const collection = document.getElementById('ol').children;
alert(_.reduce.call(collection, (acc, { textContent }, i) => {
return acc += `${i+1}) ${textContent}` + '\n';
}, ''));

Basically you are doing it the right way. However, you should use an instance of the DataContext
for querying (it's not obvious that DataContext
is an instance or the type name from your query):
var result = (from a in new DataContext().Persons
where a.Age > 18
select new Person { Name = a.Name, Age = a.Age }).ToList();
Apparently, the Person
class is your LINQ to SQL generated entity class. You should create your own class if you only want some of the columns:
class PersonInformation {
public string Name {get;set;}
public int Age {get;set;}
}
var result = (from a in new DataContext().Persons
where a.Age > 18
select new PersonInformation { Name = a.Name, Age = a.Age }).ToList();
You can freely swap var
with List<PersonInformation>
here without affecting anything (as this is what the compiler does).
Otherwise, if you are working locally with the query, I suggest considering an anonymous type:
var result = (from a in new DataContext().Persons
where a.Age > 18
select new { a.Name, a.Age }).ToList();
Note that in all of these cases, the result
is statically typed (it's type is known at compile time). The latter type is a List
of a compiler generated anonymous class similar to the PersonInformation
class I wrote above. As of C# 3.0, there's no dynamic typing in the language.
If you really want to return a List<Person>
(which might or might not be the best thing to do), you can do this:
var result = from a in new DataContext().Persons
where a.Age > 18
select new { a.Name, a.Age };
List<Person> list = result.AsEnumerable()
.Select(o => new Person {
Name = o.Name,
Age = o.Age
}).ToList();
You can merge the above statements too, but I separated them for clarity.
Use $dirty
flag to show the error only after user interacted with the input:
<div>
<input type="email" name="email" ng-model="user.email" required />
<span ng-show="form.email.$dirty && form.email.$error.required">Email is required</span>
</div>
If you want to trigger the errors only after the user has submitted the form than you may use a separate flag variable as in:
<form ng-submit="submit()" name="form" ng-controller="MyCtrl">
<div>
<input type="email" name="email" ng-model="user.email" required />
<span ng-show="(form.email.$dirty || submitted) && form.email.$error.required">
Email is required
</span>
</div>
<div>
<button type="submit">Submit</button>
</div>
</form>
function MyCtrl($scope){
$scope.submit = function(){
// Set the 'submitted' flag to true
$scope.submitted = true;
// Send the form to server
// $http.post ...
}
};
Then, if all that JS inside ng-show
expression looks too much for you, you can abstract it into a separate method:
function MyCtrl($scope){
$scope.submit = function(){
// Set the 'submitted' flag to true
$scope.submitted = true;
// Send the form to server
// $http.post ...
}
$scope.hasError = function(field, validation){
if(validation){
return ($scope.form[field].$dirty && $scope.form[field].$error[validation]) || ($scope.submitted && $scope.form[field].$error[validation]);
}
return ($scope.form[field].$dirty && $scope.form[field].$invalid) || ($scope.submitted && $scope.form[field].$invalid);
};
};
<form ng-submit="submit()" name="form">
<div>
<input type="email" name="email" ng-model="user.email" required />
<span ng-show="hasError('email', 'required')">required</span>
</div>
<div>
<button type="submit">Submit</button>
</div>
</form>
(Don't really recommend that one, see the other options.)
jQuery.getFeed({
url : FEED_URL,
success : function (feed) {
console.log(feed.title);
// do more stuff here
}
});
$.get(FEED_URL, function (data) {
$(data).find("entry").each(function () { // or "item" or whatever suits your feed
var el = $(this);
console.log("------------------------");
console.log("title : " + el.find("title").text());
console.log("author : " + el.find("author").text());
console.log("description: " + el.find("description").text());
});
});
$.ajax({
url : document.location.protocol + '//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/feed/load?v=1.0&num=10&callback=?&q=' + encodeURIComponent(FEED_URL),
dataType : 'json',
success : function (data) {
if (data.responseData.feed && data.responseData.feed.entries) {
$.each(data.responseData.feed.entries, function (i, e) {
console.log("------------------------");
console.log("title : " + e.title);
console.log("author : " + e.author);
console.log("description: " + e.description);
});
}
}
});
But that means you're relient on them being online and reachable.
Once you've successfully extracted the information you need from the feed, you could create DocumentFragment
s (with document.createDocumentFragment()
containing the elements (created with document.createElement()
) you'll want to inject to display your data.
Select the container element that you want on the page and append your document fragments to it, and simply use innerHTML to replace its content entirely.
Something like:
$('#rss-viewer').append(aDocumentFragmentEntry);
or:
$('#rss-viewer')[0].innerHTML = aDocumentFragmentOfAllEntries.innerHTML;

To offer a solution that is more one-line-ish: A function concat
can be implemented to reduce the "classic" stringstream based solution to a single statement.
It is based on variadic templates and perfect forwarding.
Usage:
std::string s = concat(someObject, " Hello, ", 42, " I concatenate", anyStreamableType);
Implementation:
void addToStream(std::ostringstream&)
{
}
template<typename T, typename... Args>
void addToStream(std::ostringstream& a_stream, T&& a_value, Args&&... a_args)
{
a_stream << std::forward<T>(a_value);
addToStream(a_stream, std::forward<Args>(a_args)...);
}
template<typename... Args>
std::string concat(Args&&... a_args)
{
std::ostringstream s;
addToStream(s, std::forward<Args>(a_args)...);
return s.str();
}
Commenting here as this seems to be the most popular answer on the subject for searching for files whilst excluding certain directories in powershell.
To avoid issues with post filtering of results (i.e. avoiding permission issues etc), I only needed to filter out top level directories and that is all this example is based on, so whilst this example doesn't filter child directory names, it could very easily be made recursive to support this, if you were so inclined.
Quick breakdown of how the snippet works
$folders << Uses Get-Childitem to query the file system and perform folder exclusion
$file << The pattern of the file I am looking for
foreach << Iterates the $folders variable performing a recursive search using the Get-Childitem command
$folders = Get-ChildItem -Path C:\ -Directory -Name -Exclude Folder1,"Folder 2"
$file = "*filenametosearchfor*.extension"
foreach ($folder in $folders) {
Get-Childitem -Path "C:/$folder" -Recurse -Filter $file | ForEach-Object { Write-Output $_.FullName }
}
You are passing wrong mode to you view. Your view is looking for @model IEnumerable<Standings.Models.Teams>
and you are passing var model = tm.Name.ToList();
name list. You have to pass list of Teams.
You have to pass following model
var model = new List<Teams>();
model.Add(new Teams { Name = new List<string>(){"Sky","ABC"}});
model.Add(new Teams { Name = new List<string>(){"John","XYZ"} });
return View(model);
I just updated matplotlib to 1.1.0 on my system and it now allows me to save to jpg with savefig
.
To upgrade to matplotlib 1.1.0 with pip
, use this command:
pip install -U 'http://sourceforge.net/projects/matplotlib/files/matplotlib/matplotlib-1.1.0/matplotlib-1.1.0.tar.gz/download'
EDIT (to respond to comment):
pylab
is simply an aggregation of the matplotlib.pyplot and numpy namespaces (as well as a few others) jinto a single namespace.
On my system, pylab
is just this:
from matplotlib.pylab import *
import matplotlib.pylab
__doc__ = matplotlib.pylab.__doc__
You can see that pylab
is just another namespace in your matplotlib installation. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether or not you import it with pylab
or with matplotlib.pyplot
.
If you are still running into problem, then I'm guessing the macosx backend doesn't support saving plots to jpg. You could try using a different backend. See here for more information.
gcc by default does not inline any functions when compiling without optimization enabled. I don't know about visual studio – deft_code
I checked this for Visual Studio 9 (15.00.30729.01) by compiling with /FAcs and looking at the assembly code: The compiler produced calls to member functions without optimization enabled in debug mode. Even if the function is marked with __forceinline, no inline runtime code is produced.
encodeURIComponent works fine for me. we can give the url like this in ajax call.The code shown below:
$.ajax({
cache: false,
type: "POST",
url: "http://atandra.mivamerchantdev.com//mm5/json.mvc?Store_Code=ATA&Function=Module&Module_Code=thub_connector&Module_Function=THUB_Request",
data: "strChannelName=" + $('#txtupdstorename').val() + "&ServiceUrl=" + encodeURIComponent($('#txtupdserviceurl').val()),
dataType: "HTML",
success: function (data) {
},
error: function (xhr, ajaxOptions, thrownError) {

Just Call below function by passing seconds and textview object
public void reverseTimer(int Seconds,final TextView tv){
new CountDownTimer(Seconds* 1000+1000, 1000) {
public void onTick(long millisUntilFinished) {
int seconds = (int) (millisUntilFinished / 1000);
int minutes = seconds / 60;
seconds = seconds % 60;
tv.setText("TIME : " + String.format("%02d", minutes)
+ ":" + String.format("%02d", seconds));
}
public void onFinish() {
tv.setText("Completed");
}
}.start();
}
This is what worked for me. I had to upload files, store filenames and I had additional inof from input fields to store as well and one record per multiple file names. I used serialize() then added that to the main sql query.
class addReminder extends dbconn {
public function addNewReminder(){
$this->exdate = $_POST['exdate'];
$this->name = $_POST['name'];
$this->category = $_POST['category'];
$this->location = $_POST['location'];
$this->notes = $_POST['notes'];
try {
if(isset($_POST['submit'])){
$total = count($_FILES['fileUpload']['tmp_name']);
for($i=0;$i<$total;$i++){
$fileName = $_FILES['fileUpload']['name'][$i];
$ext = pathinfo($fileName, PATHINFO_EXTENSION);
$newFileName = md5(uniqid());
$fileDest = 'filesUploaded/'.$newFileName.'.'.$ext;
$justFileName = $newFileName.'.'.$ext;
if($ext === 'pdf' || 'jpeg' || 'JPG'){
move_uploaded_file($_FILES['fileUpload']['tmp_name'][$i], $fileDest);
$this->fileName = array($justFileName);
$this->encodedFileNames = serialize($this->fileName);
var_dump($this->encodedFileNames);
}else{
echo $fileName . ' Could not be uploaded. Pdfs and jpegs only please';
}
}
$sql = "INSERT INTO reminders (exdate, name, category, location, fileUpload, notes) VALUES (:exdate,:name,:category,:location,:fileName,:notes)";
$stmt = $this->connect()->prepare($sql);
$stmt->bindParam(':exdate', $this->exdate);
$stmt->bindParam(':name', $this->name);
$stmt->bindParam(':category', $this->category);
$stmt->bindParam(':location', $this->location);
$stmt->bindParam(':fileName', $this->encodedFileNames);
$stmt->bindParam(':notes', $this->notes);
$stmt->execute();
}
}catch(PDOException $e){
echo $e->getMessage();
}
}
}
This topic, especially the answer of Xotic750 was very helpful to me. I wanted to generate a json variable to pass it to a php script using ajax. My values were stored into two arrays, and i wanted them in json format. This is a generic example:
valArray1 = [121, 324, 42, 31];
valArray2 = [232, 131, 443];
myJson = {objArray1: {}, objArray2: {}};
for (var k = 1; k < valArray1.length; k++) {
var objName = 'obj' + k;
var objValue = valArray1[k];
myJson.objArray1[objName] = objValue;
}
for (var k = 1; k < valArray2.length; k++) {
var objName = 'obj' + k;
var objValue = valArray2[k];
myJson.objArray2[objName] = objValue;
}
console.log(JSON.stringify(myJson));
The result in the console Log should be something like this:
{
"objArray1": {
"obj1": 121,
"obj2": 324,
"obj3": 42,
"obj4": 31
},
"objArray2": {
"obj1": 232,
"obj2": 131,
"obj3": 443
}
}
I wanted the AJAX loaded content removed when the modal closed, so I adjusted the line suggested by others (coffeescript syntax):
$('#my-modal').on 'hidden.bs.modal', (event) ->
$(this).removeData('bs.modal').children().remove()
Try this.This works while traversing the code and modifying the fields at once of all the elements of Arraylist.
public Employee(String name,String email){
this.name=name;
this.email=email;
}
public void setName(String name) {
this.name = name;
}
public String getName() {
return name;
}
public void setEmail(String email) {
this.email = email;
}
public String getEmail() {
return email;
}
for(int i=0;i++){
List.get(i).setName("Anonymous");
List.get(i).setEmail("[email protected]");
}
You can also cast (n,) to (n,1) by enclosing within brackets [ ].
e.g. Instead of np.append(b,a,axis=0)
use np.append(b,[a],axis=0)
a=[1,2]
b=[[5,6],[7,8]]
np.append(b,[a],axis=0)
returns
array([[5, 6],
[7, 8],
[1, 2]])
There is comma missing in your tuple.
insert the comma between the tuples as shown:
pack_size = (('1', '1'),('3', '3'),(b, b),(h, h),(d, d), (e, e),(r, r))
Do the same for all
You don't need to wrap everything in a DIV to achieve basic styling on inputs.
input[type="text"] {margin: 0 0 10px 0;}
will do the trick in most cases.
Semantically, one <br/> tag is okay between elements to position them. When you find yourself using multiple <br/>'s (which are semantic elements) to achieve cosmetic effects, that's a flag that you're mixing responsibilities, and you should consider getting back to basics.
To generate classes from WSDL, all you need is build-helper-maven-plugin and jaxws-maven-plugin in your pom.xml
Make sure you have placed wsdl under folder src/main/resources/wsdl and corresponding schema in src/main/resources/schema, run command "mvn generate-sources" from Project root directory.
C:/Project root directory > mvn generate-sources
generated java classes can be located under folder

like the following,
@Autowired
private SessionFactory sessionFactory;
Criteria crit = sessionFactory.getCurrentSession().createCriteria(studentModel.class);
crit.setProjection(Projections.projectionList()
.add(Projections.groupProperty("studentName").as("name"))
List result = crit.setResultTransformer(Criteria.ALIAS_TO_ENTITY_MAP).list();
return result;

mypid = getpid()

if process.pid != mypid:

if myname in path:
print "process found"
process.terminate()
exit()

You can do something like this:
$("input").change(function() {
var inputs = $(this).closest('form').find(':input');
inputs.eq( inputs.index(this)+ 1 ).focus();
});
The other answers posted here may not work for you since they depend on the next input being the very next sibling element, which often isn't the case. This approach goes up to the form and searches for the next input type element.
You must reference it. To do this, open the shortcut menu for the project in Solution Explorer, and then choose References. In the Property Pages dialog box, expand the Common Properties node, select Framework and References, and then choose the Add New Reference button.
Don't really know how they compare for speed, but the first one looks like the right idea for scaling to really big JSON data, since it parses only a small chunk at a time so they don't need to hold all the data in memory at once (This can be faster or slower depending on the library/use case)

The problem is WHEN the event is added and EXECUTED via triggering
(the document
onload
property modification can be verified by examining the properties list).
When does this execute and modify onload
relative to the onload
event trigger:
document.addEventListener('load', ... );
before, during or after the load and/or render of the page's HTML?
This simple scURIple (cut & paste to URL) "works" w/o alert
ing as naively expected:
data:text/html;charset=utf-8,
<html content editable><head>
<script>
document.addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(42) } );
</script>
</head><body>goodbye universe - hello muiltiverse</body>
</html>
Does loading imply script contents have been executed?
A little out of this world expansion ...
Consider a slight modification:
data:text/html;charset=utf-8,
<html content editable><head>
<script>
if(confirm("expand mind?"))document.addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(42) } );
</script>
</head><body>goodbye universe - hello muiltiverse</body>
</html>
and whether the HTML has been loaded or not.
Rendering is certainly pending since goodbye universe - hello muiltiverse
is not seen on screen but, does not the confirm( ... )
have to be already loaded to be executed? ... and so document.addEventListener('load', ... )
... ?
In other words, can you execute code to check for self-loading when the code itself is not yet loaded?
Or, another way of looking at the situation, if the code is executable and executed then it has ALREADY been loaded as a done deal and to retroactively check when the transition occurred between not yet loaded and loaded is a priori fait accompli.
So which comes first: loading and executing the code or using the code's functionality though not loaded?
onload
as a window
property works because it is subordinate to the object and not self-referential as in the document
case, ie. it's the window
's contents, via document
, that determine the loaded question err situation.
PS.: When do the following fail to alert(...)
? (personally experienced gotcha's):
caveat: unless loading to the same window is really fast ... clobbering is the order of the day
so what is really needed below when using the same named window:
window.open(URIstr1,"w") .
addEventListener('load',
function(){ alert(42);
window.open(URIstr2,"w") .
addEventListener('load',
function(){ alert(43);
window.open(URIstr3,"w") .
addEventListener('load',
function(){ alert(44);
/* ... */
} )
} )
} )
alternatively, proceed each successive window.open
with:
alert("press Ok either after # alert shows pending load is done or inspired via divine intervention" );
data:text/html;charset=utf-8,
<html content editable><head><!-- tagging fluff --><script>
window.open(
"data:text/plain, has no DOM or" ,"Window"
) . addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(42) } )
window.open(
"data:text/plain, has no DOM but" ,"Window"
) . addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(4) } )
window.open(
"data:text/html,<html><body>has DOM and", "Window"
) . addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(2) } )
window.open(
"data:text/html,<html><body>has DOM and", "noWindow"
) . addEventListener('load', function(){ alert(1) } )
/* etc. including where body has onload=... in each appropriate open */
</script><!-- terminating fluff --></head></html>
which emphasize onload
differences as a document
or window
property.
Another caveat concerns preserving XSS, Cross Site Scripting, and SOP, Same Origin Policy rules which may allow loading an HTML URI but not modifying it's content to check for same. If a scURIple is run as a bookmarklet/scriplet from the same origin/site then there maybe success.
ie. From an arbitrary page, this link will do the load but not likely do alert('done')
:
<a href="javascript:window.open('view-source:http://google.ca') .
addEventListener( 'load', function(){ alert('done') } )"> src. vu </a>
but if the link is bookmarked and then clicked when viewing a google.ca
page, it does both.

Sometimes you can encounter an issue with intermediate RPM archive:

cpio: Malformed number
cpio: Malformed number
. . .
cpio: premature end of archive
That means it could be packed, these days it is LZMA2 compression as usual, by xz

otherwise you could try:

For some applications, a dictionary may be what you are looking for. For example, in the find_totient method, I found it more convenient to use a dictionary since I didn't have a zero index.
def totient(n):
totient = 0
if n == 1:
totient = 1
else:
for i in range(1, n):
if math.gcd(i, n) == 1:
totient += 1
return totient
def find_totients(max):
totients = dict()
for i in range(1,max+1):
totients[i] = totient(i)
print('Totients:')
for i in range(1,max+1):
print(i,totients[i])
This problem could also be solved with a preallocated list:
def find_totients(max):
totients = None*(max+1)
for i in range(1,max+1):
totients[i] = totient(i)
print('Totients:')
for i in range(1,max+1):
print(i,totients[i])
I feel that this is not as elegant and prone to bugs because I'm storing None which could throw an exception if I accidentally use them wrong, and because I need to think about edge cases that the map lets me avoid.
It's true the dictionary won't be as efficient, but as others have commented, small differences in speed are not always worth significant maintenance hazards.
Primitives can be converted to objects with @()
expression. So the shortest way is to transform int
to NSNumber
and pick up string representation with stringValue
method:
NSString *strValue = [@(myInt) stringValue];
or
NSString *strValue = @(myInt).stringValue;
For me, the solution is:
Check Overwrite the existing database(WITH REPLACE) in optoins tab at left hand side.
Uncheck all other options.
Select source and destination database.
Click ok.
That's it.

If you are getting $scope binding errors make sure you wrap the click event code on a setTimeout Function.
VIEW
<input id="upload"
type="file"
ng-file-select="onFileSelect($files)"
style="display: none;">
<button type="button"
ng-click="clickUpload()">Upload</button>
CONTROLLER
$scope.clickUpload = function(){
setTimeout(function () {
angular.element('#upload').trigger('click');
}, 0);
};
sys._getframe()
is not guaranteed to be available in all implementations of Python (see ref) ,you can use the traceback
module to do the same thing, eg.
import traceback
def who_am_i():
stack = traceback.extract_stack()
filename, codeline, funcName, text = stack[-2]
return funcName
A call to stack[-1]
will return the current process details.
Classes should be used when you have multiple similar elements.
Ex: Many div's displaying song lyrics, you could assign them a class of lyrics
since they are all similar.
ID's must be unique! They are used to target specific elements
Ex: An input for a users email could have the ID txtEmail
-- No other element should have this ID.
You could code an ES5.1 helper function:
function setAttributes(el, attrs) {
Object.keys(attrs).forEach(key => el.setAttribute(key, attrs[key]));
}
Call it like this:
setAttributes(elem, { src: 'http://example.com/something.jpeg', height: '100%' });
A form action set to a JavaScript function is not widely supported, I'm surprised it works in FireFox.
The best is to just set form action
to your PHP script; if you need to do anything before submission you can just add to onsubmit
Edit turned out you didn't need any extra function, just a small change here:
function validateFormOnSubmit(theForm) {
var reason = "";
reason += validateName(theForm.name);
reason += validatePhone(theForm.phone);
reason += validateEmail(theForm.emaile);
if (reason != "") {
alert("Some fields need correction:\n" + reason);
} else {
simpleCart.checkout();
}
return false;
}
Then in your form:
<form action="#" onsubmit="return validateFormOnSubmit(this);">
You can put the Link component inside the Router componet. Something like this:
<Router>
<Route path='/complete-profiles' component={Profiles} />
<Link to='/complete-profiles'>
<div>Completed Profiles</div>
</Link>
</Router>
There's this Explorer Exclude extension that exactly does this. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=RedVanWorkshop.explorer-exclude-vscode-extension
It adds an option to hide current folder/file to the right click menu. It also adds a vertical tab Hidden Items to explorer menu where you can see currently hidden files & folders and can toggle them easily.
public void ShowMain()
{
if(auth()) // a method that returns true when the user exists.
{
this.Hide();
var main = new Main();
main.Show();
}
else
{
MessageBox.Show("Invalid login details.");
}
}
I am on Laravel 7.25 and I don't know if it supports on previous versions or not but Its pretty good.
public function joinSub($query, $as, $first, $operator = null, $second = null, $type = 'inner', $where = false)
Showing/Getting the user ID and the total number of posts by them left joining two tables users and posts.
return DB::table('users')
->joinSub('select user_id,count(id) noOfPosts from posts group by user_id', 'totalPosts', 'users.id', '=', 'totalPosts.user_id', 'left')
->select('users.name', 'totalPosts.noOfPosts')
->get();
If you don't wanna mention 'left' for leftjoin then you can use another prebuilt function
public function leftJoinSub($query, $as, $first, $operator = null, $second = null)
{
return $this->joinSub($query, $as, $first, $operator, $second, 'left');
}
And yeah, it actually calls the same function but it passes the join type itself. You can apply the same logic for other joins i.e. righJoinSub(...) etc.
This line of yours:
<%@ page import="pageNumber.*, java.util.*, java.io.*" %>
Requires an @
symbol before %
like this:
<%@ page import="pageNumber.*, java.util.*, java.io.*" @%>
In the call back function, use the $request parameter
$parameters = $request->get_params();
echo $parameters['ppc'];
def dump(obj):
for attr in dir(obj):
print("obj.%s = %r" % (attr, getattr(obj, attr)))
There are many 3rd-party functions out there that add things like exception handling, national/special character printing, recursing into nested objects etc. according to their authors' preferences. But they all basically boil down to this.
No, I think alt
is better because the purpose of that attribute is to provide "alternate" text in the event that the image cannot be view (whether it be that the image is missing or that the browser itself is incapable of displaying it).
The exception is caused by disabled Download Manager. And there is no way to activate/deactivate Download Manager directly, since it's system application and we don't have access to it.
Only alternative way is redirect user to settings of Download Manager Application.
try {
//Open the specific App Info page:
Intent intent = new Intent(android.provider.Settings.ACTION_APPLICATION_DETAILS_SETTINGS);
intent.setData(Uri.parse("package:" + "com.android.providers.downloads"));

} catch ( ActivityNotFoundException e ) {
e.printStackTrace();
//Open the generic Apps page:
Intent intent = new Intent(android.provider.Settings.ACTION_MANAGE_APPLICATIONS_SETTINGS);
startActivity(intent);
}
I'll explain undefined
, null
and Uncaught ReferenceError
:
1 - Uncaught ReferenceError
: variable has not been declared in your script, there is no reference to this varaible
2 - undefined
: Variable declared but does not initialised
3 - null
: Variable declared and is an empty value
if(my $file = shift) { # if file is specified, read from that
open(my $fh, '<', $file) or die($!);
while(my $line = <$fh>) {
print $line;

print while(<>);
}
You should not use your domain models
in your views. ViewModels
are the correct way to do it.
You need to map your domain model's necessary fields to viewmodel and then use this viewmodel in your controllers. This way you will have the necessery abstraction in your application.
If you never heard of viewmodels, take a look at this.
Consider a post url with parameters user and email
params object will be
var data = {user:'john', email:'[email protected]'};
$http({
url: "login.php",
method: "POST",
params: data
})
This is the Kotlin way:
In fragment_map.xml
you should have:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<fragment xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
android:id="@+id/map"
android:name="com.google.android.gms.maps.SupportMapFragment"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent" />
In your MapFragment.kt
you should have:
private fun setupMap() {
(childFragmentManager.findFragmentById(R.id.map) as SupportMapFragment?)!!.getMapAsync(this)
}
Call setupMap()
in onCreateView
.
I found the error: I have a library that it was built using jdk 1.6. The Spring main controller and components are in this library. And how I use jdk 1.7, It does not find the classes built in 1.6.
The solution was built all using "compiler compliance level: 1.7" and "Generated .class files compatibility: 1.6", "Source compatibility: 1.6".
I setup this option in Eclipse: Preferences\Java\Compiler.
Thanks everybody.
use jquery : $("#id").css("background","red");
Based on all your remarks here is my proposal that worked for me :

note : queryString() requires to process ALL the values for each KEY and don't forget to encodeUrl() when adding your own param values, if required
As a limitation, if you call request.getParameterMap() or any method that would call request.getReader() and begin reading, you will prevent any further calls to request.setCharacterEncoding(...)
Request-scoped beans can be autowired with the request object.
private @Autowired HttpServletRequest request;
Typically with Angular you would be outputting these spans using the ngRepeat directive and (like in your case) each item would have an id. I know this is not true for all situations but it is typical if requesting data from a backend - objects in an array tend to have unique identifiers.
You can use this id to facilitate the toggling of classes on items in your list (see plunkr or code below).
Using the objects id's can also eliminate the undesirable effect when the $index (described in other answers) is messed up due to sorting in Angular.
Example Plunkr: http://plnkr.co/edit/na0gUec6cdMABK9L6drV
(basically apply the .active-selection class if the person.id is equal to $scope.activeClass - which we set when the user clicks an item.
Hope this helps someone, I've found expressions in ng-class to be very useful!
HTML
<ul>
<li ng-repeat="person in people"
data-ng-class="{'active-selection': person.id == activeClass}">
<a data-ng-click="selectPerson(person.id)">
{{person.name}}
</a>
</li>
</ul>
JS
app.controller('MainCtrl', function($scope) {
$scope.people = [{
id: "1",
name: "John",
}, {
id: "2",
name: "Lucy"
}, {
id: "3",
name: "Mark"
}, {
id: "4",
name: "Sam"
}];
$scope.selectPerson = function(id) {
$scope.activeClass = id;
console.log(id);
};
});
CSS:
.active-selection {
background-color: #eee;
}
Well, this is already in 2018 but I think it is better late than never (like a title in a TV program), lol. Down here is the jQuery code that I create during my thesis.
<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function(){
$('a[data-toggle="tab"]').on('show.affectedDiv.tab', function(e) {
localStorage.setItem('activeTab', $(e.target).attr('href'));
});
var activeTab = localStorage.getItem('activeTab');
if(activeTab){
$('#myTab a[href="' + activeTab + '"]').tab('show');
}
});
</script>
and here is the code for bootstrap tabs:
<div class="affectedDiv">
<ul class="nav nav-tabs" id="myTab">
<li class="active"><a data-toggle="tab" href="#sectionA">Section A</a></li>
<li><a data-toggle="tab" href="#sectionB">Section B</a></li>
<li><a data-toggle="tab" href="#sectionC">Section C</a></li>
</ul>
<div class="tab-content">
<div id="sectionA" class="tab-pane fade in active">
<h3>Section A</h3>
<p>Aliquip placeat salvia cillum iphone. Seitan aliquip quis cardigan american apparel, butcher voluptate nisi qui. Raw denim you probably haven't heard of them jean shorts Austin. Nesciunt tofu stumptown aliqua, retro synth master cleanse. Mustache cliche tempor, williamsburg carles vegan helvetica. Reprehenderit butcher retro keffiyeh dreamcatcher synth.</p>
</div>
<div id="sectionB" class="tab-pane fade">
<h3>Section B</h3>
<p>Vestibulum nec erat eu nulla rhoncus fringilla ut non neque. Vivamus nibh urna, ornare id gravida ut, mollis a magna. Aliquam porttitor condimentum nisi, eu viverra ipsum porta ut. Nam hendrerit bibendum turpis, sed molestie mi fermentum id. Aenean volutpat velit sem. Sed consequat ante in rutrum convallis. Nunc facilisis leo at faucibus adipiscing.</p>
</div>
<div id="sectionC" class="tab-pane fade">
<h3>Section C</h3>
<p>Vestibulum nec erat eu nulla rhoncus fringilla ut non neque. Vivamus nibh urna, ornare id gravida ut, mollis a magna. Aliquam porttitor condimentum nisi, eu viverra ipsum porta ut. Nam hendrerit bibendum turpis, sed molestie mi fermentum id. Aenean volutpat velit sem. Sed consequat ante in rutrum convallis. Nunc facilisis leo at faucibus adipiscing.</p>
</div>
</div>
</div>
Dont forget to call the bootstrap and other fundamental things
here are quick codes for you:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css">
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.4/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
Now let's come to the explanation:
The jQuery code in the above example simply gets the element's href attribute value when a new tab has been shown using the jQuery .attr() method and save it locally in the user's browser through HTML5 localStorage object. Later, when the user refresh the page it retrieves this data and activate the related tab via .tab('show') method.
Looking up for some examples? here is one for you guys.. https://jsfiddle.net/Wineson123/brseabdr/
I wish my answer could help you all.. Cheerio! :)
You can try like this
let values = (function() {
let a = [];
$(".chkboxes:checked").each(function() {
a.push($(this).val());
});
return a;
})();
With Jquery:
$(".cancel-button").click(function (e) {
e.preventDefault();
});
