I have a solution that worked on my Windows 7 machine.

I believe PyCharm's terminal is a result of it running cmd.exe, which will load the Windows PATH variable, and use the version of Python that it finds first within that PATH. To edit this variable, right click My Computer --> Properties --> Advanced System Settings --> Advanced tab --> Environment Variables... button. Within the System variables section, select and edit the PATH variable.

Here is the relevant part of my PATH before editing:

C:\Python27\;
C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\pip\;
C:\Python27\Scripts;
C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\django\bin;

...and after editing PATH (only 3 lines now):

To test this, open a new windows terminal (Start --> type in cmd and hit Enter) and see if it's using your virtual environment. If that works, restart PyCharm and then test it out in PyCharm's terminal.

Use css to add a right margin to those particular elements. Generally I would build the control, then run it to see what the resulting html structure is like, then make the css alter just those elements.

Preferably you do this by setting the class. Add the CssClass="myrblclass" attribute to your list declaration.

You can also add attributes to the items programmatically, which will come out the other side.

I don't know of any JVM that actually checks the JAVA_OPTS environment variable. Usually this is used in scripts which launch the JVM and they usually just add it to the java command-line.

The key thing to understand here is that arguments to java that come before the -jar analyse.jar bit will only affect the JVM and won't be passed along to your program. So, modifying the java line in your script to:

java $JAVA_OPTS -jar analyse.jar $*

I think you are looking for the Jquery Load function. You would just use that function with an onclick function tied to the a tag or a button if you like.

I use format, Number, 2 decimal places & tick ' use 1000 separater ', then go to 'File', 'Options', 'Advanced', scroll down to 'When calculating this workbook' and tick 'set precision as displayed'. You get an error message about losing accuracy, that's good as it means it is rounding to 2 decimal places. So much better than bothering with adding a needless ROUND function.

I agree with the accepted answer that we shouldn't map and compact, but not for the same reasons.

I feel deep inside that map then compact is equivalent to select then map. Consider: map is a one-to-one function. If you are mapping from some set of values, and you map, then you want one value in the output set for each value in the input set. If you are having to select before-hand, then you probably don't want a map on the set. If you are having to select afterwards (or compact) then you probably don't want a map on the set. In either case you are iterating twice over the entire set, when a reduce only needs to go once.

Also, in English, you are trying to "reduce a set of integers into a set of even integers".

The key and value are here not special methods or so. They are actually getter methods of Map.Entry object (click at the blue Map.Entry link to see the API doc). In EL (Expression Language) you can use the . dot operator to access getter methods using "property name" (the getter method name without the get prefix), all just according the Javabean specification.

That said, you really need to cleanup the "answers" in your previous topic as they adds noise to the question. Also read the comments I posted in your "answers".

This because the input that the user inserts into the JOptionPane is a String and it is stored and returned as a String.

Java cannot convert between strings and number by itself, you have to use specific functions, just use:

Run dos2unix or similar utility on it to remove the carriage returns (^M).

There are basically two major pitfalls people stumble in with floating-point numbers.

1. The problem of scale. Each FP number has an exponent which determines the overall “scale” of the number so you can represent either really small values or really larges ones, though the number of digits you can devote for that is limited. Adding two numbers of different scale will sometimes result in the smaller one being “eaten” since there is no way to fit it into the larger scale.

2. Then there is the problem of binary vs. decimal representation. A number like 0.1 can't be represented exactly with a limited amount of binary digits. Some languages mask this, though:

   But you can “amplify” the representation error by repeatedly adding the numbers together:

   I can't think of a nice analogy to properly explain this, though. It's basically the same problem why you can represent ¹/₃ only approximately in decimal because to get the exact value you need to repeat the 3 indefinitely at the end of the decimal fraction.

   Similarly, binary fractions are good for representing halves, quarters, eighths, etc. but things like a tenth will yield an infinitely repeating stream of binary digits.

3. Then there is another problem, though most people don't stumble into that, unless they're doing huge amounts of numerical stuff. But then, those already know about the problem. Since many floating-point numbers are merely approximations of the exact value this means that for a given approximation f of a real number r there can be infinitely many more real numbers r₁, r₂, ... which map to exactly the same approximation. Those numbers lie in a certain interval. Let's say that r_min is the minimum possible value of r that results in f and r_max the maximum possible value of r for which this holds, then you got an interval [r_min, r_max] where any number in that interval can be your actual number r.

   Now, if you perform calculations on that number—adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc.—you lose precision. Every number is just an approximation, therefore you're actually performing calculations with intervals. The result is an interval too and the approximation error only ever gets larger, thereby widening the interval. You may get back a single number from that calculation. But that's merely one number from the interval of possible results, taking into account precision of your original operands and the precision loss due to the calculation.

   That sort of thing is called Interval arithmetic and at least for me it was part of our math course at the university.

I just have the same problem. I have a nav posited pixed and i want the angkor to start under the nav. The solution of window.addEventListener... not work for me because i set my page to be scroll-behavior:smooth so it set the offset instead scroll to the angkor. the setTimeout() work if the time is anough for scroll to the end but it still not looking good. so my solution was to add a posited absolute div in the angkor, with height:[the height of the nav] and bottom:100%. in this case this div ended in the top of the angkor element, and start at the position where you what the angkor to scroll to. now all what i do is set the angkor link to this absolute div and the wor done :)

This is how ActivePDF works, which is good means that you know what you'll get, and it actually has reasonable styling support.

It is also one of the few packages I found (when looking a few years back) that actually supports the various page-break CSS commands.

Unfortunately, the ActivePDF software is very frustrating - since it has to launch the IE browser in the background for conversions it can be quite slow, and it is not particularly stable either.

There is a new version currently in Beta which is supposed to be much better, but I've not actually had a chance to try it out, so don't know how much of an improvement it is.

Joe Edel's answer to himself is actually the right approach to resolve the pivot problem.

Basically the idea is to list out the columns in the base table firstly, and then any number of options.value from the joint option table. Just left join the same option table multiple times in order to get all the options.

What needs to be done by the programming language is to build this query dynamically according to a list of options needs to be queried.

This is not a problem for application/x-www-form-urlencoded, because there is no boundary. x-www-form-urlencoded can also always handle binary data, by the simple expedient of turning one arbitrary byte into three 7BIT bytes. Inefficient, but it works (and note that the comment about not being able to send filenames as well as binary data is incorrect; you just send it as another key/value pair).

The problem with multipart/form-data is that the boundary separator must not be present in the file data (see RFC 2388; section 5.2 also includes a rather lame excuse for not having a proper aggregate MIME type that avoids this problem).

So, at first sight, multipart/form-data is of no value whatsoever in any file upload, binary or otherwise. If you don't choose your boundary correctly, then you will eventually have a problem, whether you're sending plain text or raw binary - the server will find a boundary in the wrong place, and your file will be truncated, or the POST will fail.

The key is to choose an encoding and a boundary such that your selected boundary characters cannot appear in the encoded output. One simple solution is to use base64 (do not use raw binary). In base64 3 arbitrary bytes are encoded into four 7-bit characters, where the output character set is [A-Za-z0-9+/=] (i.e. alphanumerics, '+', '/' or '='). = is a special case, and may only appear at the end of the encoded output, as a single = or a double ==. Now, choose your boundary as a 7-bit ASCII string which cannot appear in base64 output. Many choices you see on the net fail this test - the MDN forms docs, for example, use "blob" as a boundary when sending binary data - not good. However, something like "!blob!" will never appear in base64 output.

I too faced such scenario where I had to run a web app in nodejs with index.html being the entry point. Here is what I did:

• run node init in root of app (this will create a package.json file)
• install express in root of app : npm install --save express (save will update package.json with express dependency)
• create a public folder in root of your app and put your entry point file (index.html) and all its dependent files (this is just for simplification, in large application this might not be a good approach).
• Create a server.js file in root of app where in we will use express module of node which will serve the public folder from its current directory.

Just spent a hour or so doing this and with the help of Brad's advice and a few additional changes it all worked.

I've done this using the following: 10.7.3, Xcode 4.3.2, iOS 5.1 btw.

I tried using this example but it failed miserably. Every time I use to invoke finish()/ finishactivity() inside a handler, I end up with this menacing java.lang.IllegalAccess Exception. i'm not sure how did it work for the one who posed the question.

I needed to extract text between tags and aggregate (by concat) the text including in innner tags.

/node() did the job, while /text() made half job

/text() only returned text not included in inner tags, because inner tags are not "text nodes". You may think, "just extract text included in the inner tags in an additional xpath", however, it becomes challenging to sort the text in this original order because you dont know where to place the aggregated text from the inner tags!because you dont know where to place the aggregated text from the inner nodes.

I get the same error when I specify my HTTPS URL as : https://www.mywebsite.com . However it works fine when I specify it without the three W's as : https://mywebsite.com .

Although you can use the

{{ game.gameDate|date('Y-m-d') }}

approach, keep in mind that this version does not honor the user locale, which should not be a problem with a site used by only users of one nationality. International users should display the game date totally different, like extending the \DateTime class, and adding a __toString() method to it that checks the locale and acts accordingly.

As pointed out by @Nic in a comment, if you use the Intl extension of Twig, you will have a localizeddate filter available, which shows the date in the user’s locale. This way you can drop my previous idea of extending \DateTime.

What Android does when initialising the Spinner, is calling getView for the selected item before calling getView for all items in T[] objects. The SpinnerAdapterWithInitialText returns a TextView with the initialText, the first time it is called. All the other times it calls super.getView which is the getView method of ArrayAdapter which is called if you are using the Spinner normally.

To find out whether the user has selected a spinner item, or if the spinner still displays the initialText, call selectionMade and hand over the spinner the adapter is assigned to.

You can use TextFormField widget of Flutter Form as your requirement.

I suspect you are having a problem with factors. For example,

Some comments:

• You mention that your vector contains the characters "Down" and "NoData". What do expect/want as.numeric to do with these values?
• In read.csv, try using the argument stringsAsFactors=FALSE
• Are you sure it's sep="/t and not sep="\t"
• Use the command head(pitchman) to check the first fews rows of your data
• Also, it's very tricky to guess what your problem is when you don't provide data. A minimal working example is always preferable. For example, I can't run the command pichman <- read.csv(file="picman.txt", header=TRUE, sep="/t") since I don't have access to the data set.

You can set the Authorization: Basic header only when you also have the WWW-Authenticate: Basic header on your 401 challenge.

I was also facing the same error in my node application today.

The fix was very simple, I was missing a slash "/" before my API. So after changing the path from 'azureTable' to '/azureTable', the issue was resolved.

For getting selected value use

I think it's git reset you need.

Beware that git revert means something very different to, say, svn revert - in Subversion the revert will discard your (uncommitted) changes, returning the file to the current version from the repository, whereas git revert "undoes" a commit.

git reset should do the equivalent of svn revert, that is, discard your unwanted changes.

A Date doesn't have any time zone. What you're seeing is only the formatting of the date by the Date.toString() method, which uses your local timezone, always, to transform the timezone-agnostic date into a String that you can understand.

If you want to display the timezone-agnostic date as a string using the UTC timezone, then use a SimpleDateFormat with the UTC timezone (as you're already doing in your question).

In other terms, the timezone is not a property of the date. It's a property of the format used to transform the date into a string.

MySQL password expiry

Resetting the password will only solve the problem temporarily. From MySQL 5.7.4 to 5.7.10 (to encourage better security - see MySQL: Password Expiration Policy) the default default_password_lifetime variable value is 360 (1 year-ish). For those versions, if you make no changes to this variable (or to individual user accounts) all passwords expire after 360 days.

So from a script you might get the message: "Your password has expired. To log in you must change it using a client that supports expired passwords."

To stop automatic password expiry, log in as root (mysql -u root -p), then, for clients that automatically connect to the server (e.g. scripts.) change password expiration settings:

ALTER USER 'script'@'localhost' PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;

OR you can disable automatic password expiration for all users:

SET GLOBAL default_password_lifetime = 0;

As pointed out by Mertaydin in the comments, to make this permanent add the following line to a my.cnf file MySQL reads on startup, under the [mysqld] group of settings. The location of my.cnf depends on your setup (e.g. Windows, or Homebrew on OS X, or an installer), and whether you want this per-user on Unix or global:

If you use RecyclerPagerAdapter library, the way to get the "currentView" is by getting it from the pager-view-holder that you've set:

I have been struggling with VS2010/DNFW 4.5 integration and have finally got this working. Starting in VS 2008, a cache of assemblies was introduced that is used by Visual Studio called the "Referenced Assemblies". This file cache for VS 2010 is located at \Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework.NetFramework\v4.0. Visual Studio loads framework assemblies from this location instead of from the framework installation directory. When Microsoft says that VS 2010 does not support DNFW 4.5 what they mean is that this directory does not get updated when DNFW 4.5 is installed. Once you have replace the files in this location with the updated DNFW 4.5 files, you will find that VS 2010 will happily function with DNFW 4.5.

There is no difference. A primary key is a candidate key. By convention one candidate key in a relation is usually chosen to be the "primary" one but the choice is essentially arbitrary and a matter of convenience for database users/designers/developers. It doesn't make a "primary" key fundamentally any different to any other candidate key.

I've just tried that myself, and it gave me a 200 OK response, but no content - the content length was 0. Are you sure it's giving you content? Anyway, I'll assume that you've really got content.

It seems that the background image of EditText has some transparent pixels which also add padding.

A solution is to change the default background of EditText to something else (or nothing, but no background for a EditText is probably not acceptable). That's can be made setting android:background XML attribute.

For anyone stumbling across this question that is not on a Mac: assuming you know that your server is running on port 3000, you can do this in one shot by executing the following:

fuser -k 3000/tcp

But as Toby has mentioned, the implementation of fuser in Mac OS is rather primitive and this command will not work on mac.

You can use nested elements and padding to get a left and right edge on the toolbar. The default width of a div element is auto, which means that it uses the available width. You can then add padding to the element and it still keeps within the available width.

Here is an example that you can use for putting images as left and right rounded corners, and a center image that repeats between them.

You can open the registry and add a string named Description in your service's registry key to add a little more descriptive information about it. It will be shown in services.msc.
