If you are using Go 1.5 above, you can try to use vendoring feature. It allows you to put your local package under vendor folder and import it with shorter path. In your case, you can put your common and routers folder inside vendor folder so it would be like

Eclipse natively supports FTP and SSH. Aptana is not necessary.

Native FTP and SSH support in Eclipse is in the "Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime" Plugin.

Install it through Eclipse itself. These instructions may vary slightly with your version of Eclipse:

1. Go to 'Help' -> 'Install New Software' (in older Eclipses, this is called something a bit different)
2. In the 'Work with:' drop-down, select your version's plugin release site. Example: for Kepler, this is
   Kepler - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler
3. In the filter field, type 'remote'.
4. Check the box next to 'Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime'
5. Click 'Next', and accept the terms. It should now download and install.
6. After install, Eclipse may want to restart.

Using it, in Eclipse:

1. Window -> Open Perspective -> (perhaps select 'Other') -> Remote System Explorer

First - why is that an EXEC? Shouldn't that just be

The current SP doesn't make sense? In particular, that would look for a column matching @template, not the varchar value of @template. i.e. if @template is 'Column_Name', it would search WHERE TABLE_NAME = Column_Name, which is very rare (to have table and column named the same).

Also, if you do have to use dynamic SQL, you should use EXEC sp_ExecuteSQL (keeping the values as parameters) to prevent from injection attacks (rather than concatenation of input). But it isn't necessary in this case.

Re the actual problem - it looks OK from a glance; are you sure you don't have a different copy of the SP hanging around? This is a common error...

It's interesting things with IDE (IntelliJ in this case):

• if you leave default, i.e. don't declare spring-boot-starter-tomcat as provided, a spring-boot-maven-plugin (SBMP) put tomcat's jars to your war -> and you'll probably get errors deploying this war to container (there could be a versions conflict)

• else you'll get classpath with no compile dependency on tomcat-embed (SBMP will build executable war/jar with provided deps included anyway)

• • intelliJ honestly doesn't see provided deps at runtime (they are not in classpath) when you run its Spring Boot run configuration.
• • and with no tomcat-embed you can't run Spring-Boot with embedded servlet container.

There is some tricky workaround: put Tomcat's jars to classpath of your idea-module via UI: File->Project Structure->(Libraries or Modules/Dependencies tab) .

After trying everything, I finally managed to get this sorted. None of the above suggested solutions worked for me. My system is A PC Windows 10. In order to get this sorted I had to change the config.json file located here C:\Users\[Your User]\AppData\Roaming\Composer\. In there, you will find:

So, I went digging on the internet because UI-oriented answers will only be relevant to a particular release and, therefore, will quickly become out of date. So, what do you do if you don't see a relevant answer, above?

As this article explains, you can run a global query to enable or disable the slow_query_log et al. The queries for enabling and disabling these logs are not difficult, so don't be afraid of them, e.g.

A TCP connection is recognized by source IP and port and destination IP and port. Your OS, all intermediate session-aware devices and the server's OS will recognize the connection by this.

HTTP works with request-response: client connects to server, performs a request and gets a response. Without keep-alive, the connection to an HTTP server is closed after each response. With HTTP keep-alive you keep the underlying TCP connection open until certain criteria are met.

This allows for multiple request-response pairs over a single TCP connection, eliminating some of TCP's relatively slow connection startup.

No. Routers don't need to remember sessions. In fact, multiple TCP packets belonging to same TCP session need not all go through same routers - that is for TCP to manage. Routers just choose the best IP path and forward packets. Keep-alive is only for client, server and any other intermediate session-aware devices.

That is the intention of TCP connections: it is an end-to-end connection intended for only those two parties.

Every bean has one or more ids (also called identifiers, or names; these terms refer to the same thing). These ids must be unique within the container the bean is hosted in. A bean will almost always have only one id, but if a bean has more than one id, the extra ones can essentially be considered aliases.

When using XML-based configuration metadata, you use the 'id' or 'name' attributes to specify the bean identifier(s). The 'id' attribute allows you to specify exactly one id, and as it is a real XML element ID attribute, the XML parser is able to do some extra validation when other elements reference the id; as such, it is the preferred way to specify a bean id. However, the XML specification does limit the characters which are legal in XML IDs. So basically the id attribute conforms to the XML id attribute standards whereas name is a little more flexible. Generally speaking, I use name pretty much exclusively. It just seems more "Spring-y".

z-index is not that simple friend. It doesn't actually matter if you put z-index:999999999999..... But it matters WHEN you gave it that z-index. Different dom-elements take precedence over each other as well.

I did one solution where I used jQuery to modify the elements css, and gave it the z-index only when I needed the element to be on top. That way we can be sure that the z-index of this item has been given last and the index will be noted. This one requires some action to be handled though, but in your case it seems to be possible.

Not sure if this works, but you could try giving the !important parameter too:

Edit: Adding a quote from the link for quick clarification:

First of all, z-index only works on positioned elements. If you try to set a z-index on an element with no position specified, it will do nothing. Secondly, z-index values can create stacking contexts, and now suddenly what seemed simple just got a lot more complicated.

Adding the z-index for the element via jQuery, gives the element different stacking context, and thus it tends to work. I do not recommend this, but try to keep the html and css in a such order that all elements are predictable.

There might be a best way (like using the portable cin.get()), but a good way doesn't exist. A program that has done its job should quit and give its resources back to the computer.

And yes, any usage of system() leads to unportable code, as the parameter is passed to the shell that owns your process.

Having pausing-code in your source code sooner or later causes hassles:

• someone forgets to delete the pausing code before checking in
  • now all working mates have to wonder why the app does not close anymore
  • version history is tainted
• #define is hell
• it's annoying to anyone who runs your code from the console
• it's very, very, very annoying when trying to start and end your program from within a script; quadly annoying if your program is part of a pipeline in the shell, because if the program does not end, the shell script or pipeline won't, too

Instead, explore your IDE. It probably has an option not to close the console window after running. If not, it's a great justification to you as a developer worth her/his money to always have a console window open nearby.

Alternatively, you can make this a program option, but I personally have never seen a program with an option --keep-alive-when-dead.

You don't want to stringify large objects into a single localStorage entry. That would be very inefficient - the whole thing would have to be parsed and re-encoded every time some slight detail changes. Also, JSON can't handle multiple cross references within an object structure and wipes out a lot of details, e.g. the constructor, non-numerical properties of arrays, what's in a sparse entry, etc.

Instead, you can use Rhaboo. It stores large objects using lots of localStorage entries so you can make small changes quickly. The restored objects are much more accurate copies of the saved ones and the API is incredibly simple. E.g.:

You're right that you should use the Dispatcher to update controls on the UI thread, and also right that long-running processes should not run on the UI thread. Even if you run the long-running process asynchronously on the UI thread, it can still cause performance issues.

It should be noted that Dispatcher.CurrentDispatcher will return the dispatcher for the current thread, not necessarily the UI thread. I think you can use Application.Current.Dispatcher to get a reference to the UI thread's dispatcher if that's available to you, but if not you'll have to pass the UI dispatcher in to your background thread.

Typically I use the Task Parallel Library for threading operations instead of a BackgroundWorker. I just find it easier to use.

For the sake of completeness, here's a simple one-liner compare method:

What you do here is called a JOIN (although you do it implicitly because you select from multiple tables). This means, if you didn't put any conditions in your WHERE clause, you had all combinations of those tables. Only with your condition you restrict your join to those rows where the drink id matches.

But there are still X multiple rows in the result for every drink, if there are X photos with this particular drinks_id. Your statement doesn't restrict which photo(s) you want to have!

If you only want one row per drink, you have to tell SQL what you want to do if there are multiple rows with a particular drinks_id. For this you need grouping and an aggregate function. You tell SQL which entries you want to group together (for example all equal drinks_ids) and in the SELECT, you have to tell which of the distinct entries for each grouped result row should be taken. For numbers, this can be average, minimum, maximum (to name some).

In your case, I can't see the sense to query the photos for drinks if you only want one row. You probably thought you could have an array of photos in your result for each drink, but SQL can't do this. If you only want any photo and you don't care which you'll get, just group by the drinks_id (in order to get only one row per drink):

I'm coding a vue app that's compiled with webpack. By default Webpack minifies the HTML, and does it like a butcher. It removes the double quotes from many attributes.

And Whatsapp hates that ! It just skips field not properly formated with quotes around attributes' values.

Turn off the minifaction of your index and things will be fine !

I spent a lot of time researching this and learning how it all works, after really messing up the event triggers. Since there was so much scattered info I decided to share what I have found to work all in one place, step by step as follows:

1) Open VBA Editor, under VBA Project (YourWorkBookName.xlsm) open Microsoft Excel Object and select the Sheet to which the change event will pertain.

2) The default code view is "General." From the drop-down list at the top middle, select "Worksheet."

3) Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange is already there as it should be, leave it alone. Copy/Paste Mike Rosenblum's code from above and change the .Range reference to the cell for which you are watching for a change (B3, in my case). Do not place your Macro yet, however (I removed the word "Macro" after "Then"):

Probably an evolution, it appears that inline css filters works nicely on elements, in a certain way.

Declaring a drop-shadow css filter, in an svg element, in both a class or inline does NOT works, as specified earlier.

There is no way for us to tell you whether you need or not to call your parent's __init__ (or any other function). Inheritance obviously would work without such call. There are many ways to take input from the users. I personally like using the method gets. When you use gets, it gets the string that you typed, and that includes the ENTER key that you pressed to end your input.

You may convert dividend to unsigned in a way like:

unsigned int offset = (-INT_MIN) - (-INT_MIN)%divider

result = (offset + dividend) % divider

where offset is closest to (-INT_MIN) multiple of module, so adding and subtracting it will not change modulo. Note that it have unsigned type and result will be integer. Unfortunately it cannot correctly convert values INT_MIN...(-offset-1) as they cause arifmetic overflow. But this method have advandage of only single additional arithmetic per operation (and no conditionals) when working with constant divider, so it is usable in DSP-like applications.

There's special case, where divider is 2^N (integer power of two), for which modulo can be calculated using simple arithmetic and bitwise logic as

dividend&(divider-1)

for example

x mod 2 = x & 1
x mod 4 = x & 3
x mod 8 = x & 7
x mod 16 = x & 15

More common and less tricky way is to get modulo using this function (works only with positive divider):

This just correct result if it is negative.

Also you may trick:

It is very short but use two %-s which are commonly slow.

However

There are not many cases where this is a good idea. It is usually better to store only the filename in the database and the file on the file system.

That way your database is much smaller, can be transported around easier and more importantly is quicker to backup / restore.

React Router v5 - React 16.8+ with Hooks (updated 09/23/2020)

React Router v4 - Externally Mutate History Object

If you still need to do something similar to v2's implementation, you can create a copy of BrowserRouter then expose the history as an exportable constant. Below is a basic example but you can compose it to inject it with customizable props if needed. There are noted caveats with lifecycles, but it should always rerender the Router, just like in v2. This can be useful for redirects after an API request from an action function.

The accepted convention of passing C-strings to functions is to use a pointer:

void function(char* name)

When the function modifies the string you should also pass in the length:

void function(char* name, size_t name_length)

Your first example:

char *functionname(char *string name[256])

passes an array of pointers to strings which is not what you need at all.

Your second example:

char functionname(char string[256])

passes an array of chars. The size of the array here doesn't matter and the parameter will decay to a pointer anyway, so this is equivalent to:

char functionname(char *string)

Generic Web handler (*.ashx, extension based processor) is the default HTTP handler for all Web handlers that do not have a UI and that include the @WebHandler directive.

The main reason you use the default queue over the main queue is to run tasks in the background.

For instance, if I am downloading a file from the internet and I want to update the user on the progress of the download, I will run the download in the priority default queue and update the UI in the main queue asynchronously.

For Cygwin users:

The python issue with using npm on an out-of-the-box Cygwin installation, is that node-gyp is giving a misleading error due to incomplete checking in the ../npm/node_modules/node-gyp/lib/configure.js code.

It's due to how Cygwin treats symbolic links. It doesn't do that properly in an out-of-the box installation. So the error messages from the above code become misleading, as it complains about the PYTHON path and not the existence of python.exe (or link of) file itself.

There are (at least) 2 ways to resolve this.

1. Installing the Cygwin package cygutils-extra and use winln.
2. Use native Windows CMD in Admin mode.

For (1) you can create a proper symlink from within Cygwin shell by doing these steps:

When you call document.write after a page has loaded it will eliminate all content and replace it with the parameter you provide. Instead use DOM methods to add content, for example:

The inf value is considered a very special value with unusual semantics, so it's better to know about an OverflowError straight away through an exception, rather than having an inf value silently injected into your calculations.

I'f you're suppsed to be able to use it, then 3rd-party library should have a *.lib file as well as a *.dll file. You simply need to add the *.lib to the list of input file in your project's 'Linker' options.

This *.lib file isn't necessarily a 'static' library (which contains code): instead a *.lib can be just a file that links your executable to the DLL.

Although there is an accepted answer I would want to add that as of Hive 0.14, record level operations are allowed. The correct syntax and query would be:

In my case I just change the order migrations are executed manually so table users is created first.

In folder database/migrations/ your migration filename have this format: year_month_day_hhmmss_create_XXXX_table.php

Just rename create user file so creation date of your table priorities table is set later than user date (even one second later is enough)

I needed a solution to convert a String to a BigDecimal without knowing the locale and being locale-independent. I couldn't find any standard solution for this problem so i wrote my own helper method. May be it helps anybody else too:

Using Validator.TryValidateProperty() will add to the results collection if there are failed validations. If there is not a failed validation then nothing will be add to the result collection which is an indication of success.

It is important to set validateAllProperties to false for this method to work. When validateAllProperties is false only properties with a [Required] attribute are checked. This allows the IValidatableObject.Validate() method handle the conditional validations.

No, the only thing that needs to be modified for an Anaconda environment is the PATH (so that it gets the right Python from the environment bin/ directory, or Scripts\ on Windows).

The way Anaconda environments work is that they hard link everything that is installed into the environment. For all intents and purposes, this means that each environment is a completely separate installation of Python and all the packages. By using hard links, this is done efficiently. Thus, there's no need to mess with PYTHONPATH because the Python binary in the environment already searches the site-packages in the environment, and the lib of the environment, and so on.

The problem you encounter comes from the lack of call to super.prepareForReuse().

Some other solutions above, suggesting to update the UI of the cell from the delegate's functions, are leading to a flawed design where the logic of the cell's behaviour is outside of its class. Furthermore, it's extra code that can be simply fixed by calling super.prepareForReuse(). For example :

I'm using only android:autoLink="web" and it works fine. A click on the link opens the browser and shows the correct page.

One thing I could guess is that some other view is above the link. Something that is transparent fills the whole parent but don't displays anything above the link. In this case the click goes to this view instead of the link.

Resolve this issue first, as if the web server cannot resolve the URL you are attempting to POST to, you won't even begin to process the actions described by your request.

You should only need to create the WebRequest to the ASMX root URL, ie: http://localhost/AccountSvc/DataInquiry.asmx, and specify the desired method/operation in the SOAPAction header.

There is no XML declaration in the request body that includes your SOAP XML.

You specify text/xml in the ContentType of your HttpRequest and no charset. Perhaps these default to us-ascii, but there's no telling if you aren't specifying them!

The SoapUI created XML includes an XML declaration that specifies an encoding of utf-8, which also matches the Content-Type provided to the HTTP request which is: text/xml; charset=utf-8

JSON.NET to the rescue.

You serialize it to JSON to persist in the Database and Deserialize it to reconstitute the .NET collection. This seems to perform better than I expected it to with Entity Framework 6 & SQLite. I know you asked for List<string> but here's an example of an even more complex collection that works just fine.

I tagged the persisted property with [Obsolete] so it would be very obvious to me that "this is not the property you are looking for" in the normal course of coding. The "real" property is tagged with [NotMapped] so Entity framework ignores it.

(unrelated tangent): You could do the same with more complex types but you need to ask yourself did you just make querying that object's properties too hard for yourself? (yes, in my case).

few day ago I have the SAME problem with 1 table.

Firstly try:

If last line returns 5, problem is with your data. I know, your tables are in UTF-8, but not entered data. For example the input was in txt file, but created on Win machine with stupid encoding (in my case Win-1250 = CP1250) and this data has been entered into the DB.

Solution? Look for new data (excel, web page), edit source txt file via PSPad (or whatever else), change encoding to UTF-8, delete all rows and now put data from original. Save. Enter into DB.

You can also only change encoding to utf-8 and then change all rows manually (give cols with special chars - desc, ...). Good for slaves...

An FCM Token, or much commonly known as a registrationToken like in google-cloud-messaging. As described in the GCM FCM docs:

An ID issued by the GCM connection servers to the client app that allows it to receive messages. Note that registration tokens must be kept secret.

How can I get that token?

On initial startup of your app, the FCM SDK generates a registration token for the client app instance. If you want to target single devices or create device groups, you'll need to access this token.

You can access the token's value by extending FirebaseInstanceIdService. Make sure you have added the service to your manifest, then call getToken in the context of onTokenRefresh, and log the value as shown:

Here is how this particular deadlock problem actually occurred and how it was actually resolved. This is a fairly active database with 130K transactions occurring daily. The issue here is that JSON, as a format, is generally parsed in full and then handled in-memory, which for such a large amount of data is clearly problematic.

The solution to this is to work with the data as a stream - reading part of the file, working with it, and then repeating.

The best option appears to be using something like ijson - a module that will work with JSON as a stream, rather than as a block file.

Edit: Also worth a look - kashif's comment about json-streamer and Henrik Heino's comment about bigjson.

My timing may be a little off in terms of this thread, but I just had to respond.

I am a huge eclipse fan -- using it since it's first appearance. A friend told me then (10+ years ago) that it would be a player. He was right.

However! I have just started using IntelliJ and if you haven't seen or used changelists -- you are missing out on programming heaven.

The ability to track my changed files (on my development branch ala clearcase) was something I was looking for in a plugin for eclipse. Intellij tracks all of your changes for a single commit, extremely easy. You can isolate changed files with custom lists. I use that for configuration files that must be unique locally, but are constantly flagged when I sync or compare against the repository -- listing them under a changelist, I can monitor them, but neatly tuck them away so I can focus on the real additions I am making.

Also, there's a Commit Log plugin that outputs a text of all changes for those SCCS that aren't integrated with your bug tracking software. Pasting the log into a ticket's work history captures the files, their version, date/time, and the branch/tags. It's cool as hell.

All of this could be supported via plugins (or future enhancements) in eclipse, I wager; yet, Intellij makes this a breeze.

Finally, I am really excited about the mainstream love for this product -- the keystrokes, so it's painful, but fun.

Simply, App.config is an XML based file format that holds the Application Level Configurations.

I'm failing to see the problem here. The code looks good to me.

The only thing I can think of is that the try/catch blocks are redundant -- Color is a struct and R, G, and B are bytes, so c can't be null and c.R.ToString(), c.G.ToString(), and c.B.ToString() can't actually fail (the only way I can see them failing is with a NullReferenceException, and none of them can actually be null).

You could clean the whole thing up using the following:

It's still going to perform a loop somewhere though, unless this can get optimized into something like REP STOSW by the JIT (in which case the loop is inside the CPU).

logger logs to syslog facilities. If you want the message to go to a particular file you have to modify the syslog configuration accordingly. You could add a line like this:

local7.*   -/var/log/mycustomlog

and restart syslog. Then you can log like this:

logger -p local7.info "information message"
logger -p local7.err "error message"

and the messages will appear in the desired logfile with the correct log level.

Without making changes to the syslog configuration you could use logger like this:

logger -s "foo bar" >> /var/log/mycustomlog

That would instruct logger to print the message to STDERR as well (in addition to logging it to syslog), so you could redirect STDERR to a file. However, it would be utterly pointless, because the message is already logged via syslog anyway (with the default priority user.notice).

That worked for me:

Typing brew install cmake as you did installs cmake. Now you can type cmake and use it.

If typing cmake doesn’t work make sure /usr/local/bin is your PATH. You can see it with echo $PATH. If you don’t see /usr/local/bin in it add the following to your ~/.bashrc:

Under normal circumstances,out of bound of array when you encounter the error. So,check uo your array subscript.

Using text-indent on li works best.

text-indent: -x px; will move the bullet closer to li and vice-versa.

Using relative on span the negative left might not work properly with older versions for IE. P.S- avoid giving positions as much as you can.

Avoid legacy date-time classes

The Question and other Answers are now outdated, using troublesome old date-time classes that are now legacy, supplanted by the java.time classes.

Using java.time

You seem to be dealing with date-only values. So do not use a date-time class. Instead use LocalDate. The LocalDate class represents a date-only value without time-of-day and without time zone.

Specify a Locale to determine (a) the human language for translation of name of day, name of month, and such, and (b) the cultural norms deciding issues of abbreviation, capitalization, punctuation, separators, and such.

Parse a string.

About java.time

The java.time framework is built into Java 8 and later. These classes supplant the troublesome old legacy date-time classes such as java.util.Date, Calendar, & SimpleDateFormat.

The Joda-Time project, now in maintenance mode, advises migration to the java.time classes.

Using a JDBC driver compliant with JDBC 4.2 or later, you may exchange java.time objects directly with your database. No need for strings nor java.sql.* classes.

The ThreeTen-Extra project extends java.time with additional classes. This project is a proving ground for possible future additions to java.time. You may find some useful classes here such as Interval, YearWeek, YearQuarter, and more.

Thread.interrupt() sets the interrupted status/flag of the target thread. Then code running in that target thread MAY poll the interrupted status and handle it appropriately. Some methods that block such as Object.wait() may consume the interrupted status immediately and throw an appropriate exception (usually InterruptedException)

Interruption in Java is not pre-emptive. Put another way both threads have to cooperate in order to process the interrupt properly. If the target thread does not poll the interrupted status the interrupt is effectively ignored.

Polling occurs via the Thread.interrupted() method which returns the current thread's interrupted status AND clears that interrupt flag. Usually the thread might then do something such as throw InterruptedException.

EDIT (from Thilo comments): Some API methods have built in interrupt handling. Of the top of my head this includes.

• Object.wait(), Thread.sleep(), and Thread.join()
• Most java.util.concurrent structures
• Java NIO (but not java.io) and it does NOT use InterruptedException, instead using ClosedByInterruptException.

Thread interruption is a gentle way to nudge a thread. It is used to give threads a chance to exit cleanly, as opposed to Thread.stop() that is more like shooting the thread with an assault rifle.

I'm surprised that not many posts contain the one most important reason for an interface: Design Patterns. It's the bigger picture into using contracts, and although it's a syntax decoration to machine code (to be honest, the compiler probably just ignores them), abstraction and interfaces are pivotal for OOP, human understanding, and complex system architectures.

Let's expand the pizza analogy to say a full fledge 3 course meal. We'll still have the core Prepare() interface for all our food categories, but we'd also have abstract declarations for course selections (starter, main, dessert), and differing properties for food types (savoury/sweet, vegetarian/non-vegetarian, gluten free etc).

Based on these specifications, we could implement the Abstract Factory pattern to conceptualise the whole process, but use interfaces to ensure that only the foundations were concrete. Everything else could become flexible or encourage polymorphism, yet maintain encapsulation between the different classes of Course that implement the ICourse interface.

If I had more time, I'd like to draw up a full example of this, or someone can extend this for me, but in summary, a C# interface would be the best tool in designing this type of system.

I had the same issue on my React Native Project. Was not just that ADV Manager didn't show up on the menu but other tools where missing as well.

Everything was back to normal when I opened the project using Import project option instead of Open an Existing Android Studio project.
