The reason is that the data doesn't match the datatype. I have come across the same issues that I forgot to make the fields match. Though my case is not same as yours, but it shows the similar error message.

The situation is that I copy a table, but accidently I misspell one field, so I change it using the ALTER after creating the database. And the order of fields in both table is not identical. so when I use the INSERT INTO TableName SELECT * FROM TableName, the result showed the similar errors: Operand type clash: datetime is incompatible with uniqueidentifier

This is a simiple example:

We got the same issue recently. We found out that the code is looking for the connection string named "LocalSqlServer" in the machine.confg file. We added this line and it is working fine.

Another possibility for those of us uploading files as part of the request. If the content length exceeds <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="size in kilo bytes" /> and you're using request verification tokens, the browser displays the 'The required anti-forgery form field "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present' message instead of the request length exceeded message.

Setting maxRequestLength to a value large enough to cater for the request cures the immediate issue - though I'll admit it's not a proper solution (we want the user to know the true problem of file size, not that of request verification tokens missing).

deny = * means deny everyone
deny = ? means deny unauthenticated users

In your 1st example deny * will not affect dan, matthew since they were already allowed by the preceding rule.

According to the docs, here is no difference in your 2 rule sets.

Just insert $this->load->database(); in your model:

This worked for me:

1. Create a new project
2. Create a class in it
3. Add erroneous code, let error come
4. Now go to your project
5. Go to Problems window
6. Double click on a error

It starts showing compilation errors in the code.

You may be interested in the csv module, which is designed for comma-separated files but can be easily modified to use a custom delimiter.

You can't create an array immediately because you need to know the number of rows from the beginning (and this would require to read the csv file twice)

You can store values in two List<T> and then use them or convert into an array using List<T>.ToArray()

Very simple example:

There are two issues with the code in the original question: there should not be a : in the timezone and the format string for "timezone as an offset" is lower case %z not upper %Z.

This works for me in Python v3.6

I also experienced the same thing. I found out that my favicon.ico had not been processed as a legitimate shortcut icon. I understand that favicons must be scaled to 16x16 and follow the Microsoft Icon format.

You are missing a comma in your statement.

I noticed that you can also get errors if you don't specify the angles correctly, even when using glm::rotate(Model, angle_in_degrees, glm::vec3(x, y, z)) you still might run into problems. The fix I found for this was specifying the type as glm::rotate(Model, (glm::mediump_float)90, glm::vec3(x, y, z)) instead of just saying glm::rotate(Model, 90, glm::vec3(x, y, z))

Or just write the second argument, the angle in radians (previously in degrees), as a float with no cast needed such as in:

You can add glm::radians() if you want to keep using degrees. And add the includes:

You can do this by simply running through a list of devices and checking if the useragent matches anything like so:

The name of the array indicates the starting address. Starting address of both namet2 and nameIt2 are different. So the equal to (==) operator checks whether the addresses are the same or not. For comparing two strings, a better way is to use strcmp(), or we can compare character by character using a loop.

I find YAML to be easier on the eyes: less parenthesis, "" etc. Although there is the annoyance of tabs in YAML... but one gets the hang of it.

In terms of performance/resources, I wouldn't expect big differences between the two.

Futhermore, we are talking about configuration files and so I wouldn't expect a high frequency of encode/decode activity, no?

You can use dt2.Value.ToString("format"), but of course that requires that dt2 != null, and that negates th use of a nullable type in the first place.

For me, this error message originated from a banner from Admob SDK.

I was able to track the origin to "WebThread" by setting a conditional breakpoint.

Then I was able to get rid of the issue by encapsulating the Banner creation with:

LTrim is if you only have leading spaces; the Trim function can be used as well as it takes care of leading and trailing spaces. This script will check the state of the consumer group every second till the state will be STABLE. Because all consumers assigned to topic partitions, you can conclude that server is running and ready.

I recommend using the ValueProvider property of the controller, much in the way that UpdateModel/TryUpdateModel do to extract the route, query, and form parameters required. For those wanting the box-shadow on the col-* container itself and not on the .container, you can add another div just inside the col-* element, and add the shadow to that. This element will not have the padding, and therefor not interfere.

The first image has the box-shadow on the col-* element. Because of the 15px padding on the col element, the shadow is pushed to the outside of the div element rather than on the visual edges of it.

Not true for the OP, but this error can be caused by using single quotation marks (') instead of double (") for strings.

The JSON spec requires double quotation marks for strings.

E.g:

You can use inline styles but you will have some limitations if you are using them in all of your stylings, some known limitations are you can't use CSS pseudo selectors and media queries in there.

You can use Radium to solve this but still, I feel has the project grows its gonna get cumbersome.

I would recommend using CSS modules.

If you're using LESS/SASS CSS transformation there's an option useNativeMinification which can be set to false to disable minification (in web.config). For my purposes I just change it here when I need to, but you could use web.config transformations to always enable it on release build or perhaps find a way modify it in code.

In JPQL the same is actually true in the spec. The JPA spec does not allow an alias to be given to a fetch join. The issue is that you can easily shoot yourself in the foot with this by restricting the context of the join fetch. It is safer to join twice.

This is normally more an issue with ToMany than ToOnes. For example,

This will incorrectly return all Employees that contain numbers in the '613' area code but will left out phone numbers of other areas in the returned list. This means that an employee that had a phone in the 613 and 416 area codes will loose the 416 phone number, so the object will be corrupted.

Granted, if you know what you are doing, the extra join is not desirable, some JPA providers may allow aliasing the join fetch, and may allow casting the Criteria Fetch to a Join.

Fix

Remove extended file attributes in your resource files for good, not in the compiled application bundle:

The new variable needs to be created first.

The variable "valueBin" needs to be already in the df in order for the conditional assignment to work. Essentially, the syntax of the code is correct. Just add one line in front of the code chuck to create this name --

If you're using SQL Server 2005 or later, use varchar(MAX). The text datatype is deprecated and should not be used for new development work. From the docs:

This issue is often related to opening the dialog via an anchor tag (<a href='#' id='openButton'>Open</a>) and not preventing the default browser behaviour in the handler e.g.

This usually removes the need for any positioning / scrolling plugins.

If you happened to know the general location of cell towers, you could check to see if the current cell tower matches the location given (within an error margin of something large, like 10 or more miles).

For example, if your app unlocks features only if the user is in a specific location (your store, for example), you could check gps as well as cell towers. Currently, no gps spoofing app also spoofs the cell towers, so you could see if someone across the country is simply trying to spoof their way into your special features (I'm thinking of the Disney Mobile Magic app, for one example).

This is how the Llama app manages location by default, since checking cell tower ids are much less battery intensive than gps. It isn't useful for very specific locations, but if home and work are several miles away, it can distinguish between the two general locations very easily.

Of course, this would require the user to have a cell signal at all. And you would have to know all the cell towers ids in the area --on all network providers-- or you would run the risk of a false negative.

This looks like a formating issue to me.
As far as SQL Server's money type is concerned 0 == 0.00

If you're trying to display 0 in say c# rather then 0.00 you should convert it to a string, and format it as you want. (or truncate it.)

Not directly. But you can use extensions such as LESS to help you achieve the same.

I am not familiar with JXL and but we use POI. POI is well maintained and can handle both the binary .xls format and the new xml based format that was introduced in Office 2007.

CSV files are not excel files, they are text based files, so these libraries don't read them. You will need to parse out a CSV file yourself. I am not aware of any CSV file libraries, but I haven't looked either.

Upgrading my scikit-learn from 0.19.1 to 0.19.2 in anaconda installed on Ubuntu on Google VM instance:

Run the following commands in the terminal:

First, check existing available packages with versions by using:

conda list    

It will show different packages and their installed versions in the output. Here check for scikit-learn. e.g. for me, the output was:

So it turns out that because AnyObject is the spiritual successor to id, you can call any message you want on AnyObject. That's the equivalent of sending a message to id. Ok, fair enough. But now we add in the concept that all methods are optional on AnyObject, and we have something we can work with.

Given the above, I was hopeful I could just cast UIApplication.sharedApplication() to AnyObject, then create a variable equal to the method signature, set that variable to the optional method, then test the variable. This didn't seem to work. My guess is that when compiled against the iOS 8.0 SDK, the compiler knows where it thinks that method should be, so it optimizes this all down to a memory lookup. Everything works fine until I try to test the variable, at which point I get a EXC_BAD_ACCESS.

However, in the same WWDC talk where I found the gem about all methods being optional, they use Optional Chaining to call an optional method - and this seems to work. The lame part is that you have to actually attempt to call the method in order to know if it exists, which in the case of registering for notifications is a problem because you're trying to figure out if this method exists before you go creating a UIUserNotificationSettings object. It seems like calling that method with nil though is okay, so the solution that seems to be working for me is:

strtotime() gives you a number back that represents a time in seconds. To increment it, add the corresponding number of seconds you want to add. 10 hours = 60*60*10 = 36000, so...

I realize that this isn't exactly what you're asking, but just in case:

When you want to load an actual Java properties file, you'll need to accomodate its encoding. The Java docs indicate that the encoding is ISO 8859-1, which contains some escape sequences that you might not correctly interpret. For instance look at this SO answer to see what's necessary to turn UTF-8 into ISO 8859-1 (and vice versa)

When we needed to do this, we found an open-source PropertyFile.cs and made a few changes to support the escape sequences. This class is a good one for read/write scenarios. You'll need the supporting PropertyFileIterator.cs class as well.

Even if you're not loading true Java properties, make sure that your prop file can express all the characters you need to save (UTF-8 at least)

The content of the Manifest file in a JAR file created with version 1.0 of the Java Development Kit is the following.

All the entries are as name-value pairs. The name of a header is separated from its value by a colon. The default manifest shows that it conforms to version 1.0 of the manifest specification. The manifest can also contain information about the other files that are packaged in the archive. Download Extensions: Download extensions are JAR files that are referenced by the manifest files of other JAR files. Consider this class that acts as a number range, and uses individual AtmomicInteger variables to maintain lower and upper number bounds.

Both setLower and setUpper are check-then-act sequences, but they do not use sufficient locking to make them atomic. If the number range holds (0, 10), and one thread calls setLower(5) while another thread calls setUpper(4), with some unlucky timing both will pass the checks in the setters and both modifications will be applied. The result is that the range now holds (5, 4)an invalid state. So while the underlying AtomicIntegers are thread-safe, the composite class is not. This can be fixed by using a AtomicReference instead of using individual AtomicIntegers for upper and lower bounds.

One of my friends is writing a graphics app using NVIDIA CUDA. Application fits in very nicely with OOP paradigm and the problem can be decomposed into modules neatly. However, to use CUDA you need to use C, which doesn't support inheritance. Therefore, you need to be clever.

a) You devise a clever system which will emulate inheritance to a certain extent. It can be done!

i) You can use a hook system, which expects every child C of parent P to have a certain override for function F. You can make children register their overrides, which will be stored and called when required.

ii) You can use struct memory alignment feature to cast children into parents.

This can be neat but it's not easy to come up with future-proof, reliable solution. You will spend lots of time designing the system and there is no guarantee that you won't run into problems half-way through the project. Implementing multiple inheritance is even harder, if not almost impossible.

b) You can use consistent naming policy and use divide and conquer approach to create a program. It won't have any inheritance but because your functions are small, easy-to-understand and consistently formatted you don't need it. The amount of code you need to write goes up, it's very hard to stay focused and not succumb to easy solutions (hacks). However, this ninja way of coding is the C way of coding. Staying in balance between low-level freedom and writing good code. Good way to achieve this is to write prototypes using a functional language. For example, Haskell is extremely good for prototyping algorithms.

I tend towards approach b. I wrote a possible solution using approach a, and I will be honest, it felt very unnatural using that code.

For greater performance, run an aggregate operation that has a $redact pipeline to filter the documents which satisfy the given condition.

The $redact pipeline incorporates the functionality of $project and $match to implement field level redaction where it will return all documents matching the condition using $$KEEP and removes from the pipeline results those that don't match using the $$PRUNE variable.

First, a better usage to compute number of elements when the actual array declaration is in scope is:

sizeof array / sizeof array[0]

This way you don't repeat the type name, which of course could change in the declaration and make you end up with an incorrect length computation. This is a typical case of don't repeat yourself.

Second, as a minor point, please note that sizeof is not a function, so the expression above doesn't need any parenthesis around the argument to sizeof.

Third, C doesn't have references so your usage of & in a declaration won't work.

I agree that the proper C solution is to pass the length (using the size_t type) as a separate argument, and use sizeof at the place the call is being made if the argument is a "real" array.

Note that often you work with memory returned by e.g. malloc(), and in those cases you never have a "true" array to compute the size off of, so designing the function to use an element count is more flexible.

This answer was given by Paul Pladijs. I just took his commands and made a git alias for convenience.

For me it was actually a mix of both with Angular 4.4.5.

Using router.navigate kept destroying my url by not respecting the realtiveTo: activatedRoute part.

I've ended up with:

You can probably safely ignore the error messages in this case. Failing to add a comment to the public schema and installing plpgsql (which should already be installed) aren't going to cause any real problems.

However, if you want to do a complete re-install you'll need a user with appropriate permissions. That shouldn't be the user your application routinely runs as of course.

You could use string.chars().mapToObj(e -> new String(new char[] {e}));, though this is quite lengthy and only works with java 8. Here are a few more methods:

When you create a flex container various default flex rules come into play.

Two of these default rules are flex-direction: row and align-items: stretch. This means that flex items will automatically align in a single row, and each item will fill the height of the container.

Interesting all the different scenarios..

In my case...I had uploaded my site to GoDaddy and was getting the Parser Error.

I resolved it by commenting out compilers under system.codedom in web.config. And also add a custom profile for publishing that would precompile during publishing.

I've tried everything here, but for me it was a completely different issue: I had to remove from my *.d.ts any import statements:

Clarification: When we declare a module in a *.d.ts file, it's automatically picked up by the Typescript compiler as an ambient module (the one you don't need to import explicitly). Once we specify the import ... from ..., the file now becomes a normal (ES6) module, and hence won't be picked up automatically. Hence if you still want it to behave as an ambient module, use a different import style like so:

Here above code is written in .aspx.cs page. Database is another class. In showResult() function I've called javascript's link() function. Result is displayed in the form of table.

It depends on the system that you are building and the particular business rules in place.

I am building a moderate to large scale CRM in MongoDb, C# (Backend API), and Angular (Frontend web app) and found ObjectId utterly terrible for use in Angular Routing for selecting particular entities. Same with API Controller routing.

The suggestion above worked perfectly for my project.

The reason it is perfect for my case, but not all cases is that as the above comment states, if you delete 3 records from the collection, you will get collisions.

My business rules state that due to our in house SLA's, we are not allowed to delete correspondence data or clients records for longer than the potential lifespan of the application I'm writing, and therefor, I simply mark records with an enum "Status" which is either "Active" or "Deleted". You can delete something from the UI, and it will say "Contact has been deleted" but all the application has done is change the status of the contact to "Deleted" and when the app calls the respository for a list of contacts, I filter out deleted records before pushing the data to the client app.

Therefore, db.collection.find().count() + 1 is a perfect solution for me...

It won't work for everyone, but if you will not be deleting data, it works fine.

PHP array_walk() function is specifically for altering array.

First off, that warning does not always mean so much. I usually disabled it after making sure it's not a performance bottle neck. It just means the IEnumerable is evaluated twice, wich is usually not a problem unless the evaluation itself takes a long time. Even if it does take a long time, in this case your only using one element the first time around.

In this scenario you could also exploit the powerful linq extension methods even more.

According to the website, sizeof() is an alias of count(), so they should be running the same code. Perhaps sizeof() has a little bit of overhead because it needs to resolve it to count()? It should be very minimal though.

In Python 3.8 the dirs_exist_ok keyword argument was added to shutil.copytree():

dirs_exist_ok dictates whether to raise an exception in case dst or any missing parent directory already exists.

So, the following will work in recent versions of Python, even if the destination directory already exists:

One major benefit is that it's more flexible than distutils.dir_util.copy_tree() as it takes additional arguments on files to ignore, etc. There is also a draft PEP (PEP 632, associated discussion), which suggests that distutils may be deprecated and then removed in future versions of Python 3.

It is a good approach. I use it myself as well. I would only suggest to override onCreate to set the singleton instead of using a constructor.

And since you mentioned SQLiteOpenHelper: In onCreate () you can open the database as well.

Personally I think the documentation got it wrong in saying that There is normally no need to subclass Application. I think the opposite is true: You should always subclass Application.

• You do not explicitly allocate or deallocate memory directly.
• Raw pointers do not own memory (if you've followed the guidelines), so you can't leak by passing them around.
• If you're wondering how you're going to pass the starting addresses of sequences of values in memory - you'll be doing that with a span; no raw pointer needed.

Indeed, if you put your mind to it, you can write code that messes things up despite playing nice with the guidelines. But:

1. You would do this rarely (in terms of places in the code, not necessarily in terms of fraction of execution time)
2. You would only do this intentionally, not accidentally.
3. Doing so will stand out in a codebase conforming to the guidelines.
4. It's the kind of code in which you would bypass the GC in another language anyway.

If you're a C++ library developer then you do write unsafe code involving raw pointers, and you are required to code carefully and responsibly - but these are self-contained pieces of code written by experts (and more importantly, reviewed by experts).

So, it's just like Bjarne said: There's really no motivation to collect garbage generally, as you all but make sure not to produce garbage. GC is becoming a non-problem with C++.

Right now you seem to be saying 'does this array of strings equal this string', which of course it never would.

Perhaps you should think about iterating through your array of strings with a loop, and checking each to see if they are equals() with the inputted string?

As suggested you can use JAD to decompile it and view the files. To make it easier to read you can use the JADclipse plugin for eclipse to integrate JAD directly to eclipse or use DJ Java Decompiler which is much easier to use than command line JAD

Besides @Matt's approach, one way to change the default directory to use for notebooks permanently is to change the config files. Firstly in the cmdline, type:

to initialize a profile with the default configuration file. Secondly, in file ipython_notebook_config.py, uncomment and edit this line:

It's really, if not use native selects, if you create custom select widget from html elements, t.e. "li".

What's happening:

1. When Template is rendered...
2. Init a select2 control with data from Session.
3. @autorun (this.autorun) function runs every time the value of Session.get("select2Data") changes.
4. Whenever Session changes, clear existing select2 options and re-create with new data.

This works for any reactive data source - such as a Collection.find().fetch() - not just Session.get().

NOTE: as of Select2 version 4.0 you must remove existing options before adding new onces. See this GitHub Issue for details. There is no method to 'update the options' without clearing the existing ones.

The above is coffeescript. Very similar for Javascript.

Same functionality i recently achieved using below function.

I wanted to enable SAVE button on edit.

1. Change event is NOT advisable as it will ONLY be fired if after editing, mouse is clicked somewhere else on the page before clicking SAVE button.
2. Key Press doesnt handle Backspace, Delete and Paste options.
3. Key Up handles everything including tab, Shift key.

Hence i wrote below function combining keypress, keyup (for backspace, delete) and paste event for text fields.

To easily expose Bulma’s tools, add stylePreprocessorOptions to angular.json.

Use split()

let mut split = "some string 123 ffd".split("123");

This gives an iterator, which you can loop over, or collect() into a vector.

for s in split {
    println!("{}", s)
}
let vec = split.collect::<Vec<&str>>();
// OR
let vec: Vec<&str> = split.collect();

This worked on my test file (note the index in VBA starts from zero):

I used xlEqual because that's what I think you are trying to get people to select one of the list.
