Your project is mostly likely targetting .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. Check the application tab in your project properties.

To solve the issue for a localhost address I changed the port number the site ran under. This worked on Chrome version 73.0.3683.86.

A border will always be at the full length of the containing box (the height of the element plus its padding), it can't be controlled except for adjusting the height of the element to which it applies. If all you need is a vertical divider, you could use:

In response to Alberto: if you fix the height of the row div, then to continue the vertical center alignment you'll need to set the line-height of the row to be the same as the pixel height of the row (ie. both to 300px in your case). If you'll do that you will notice that the child elements inherit the line-height, which is a problem in this case, so you will then need to set your line height for the span3s to whatever it should actually be (1.5 is the example value in the fiddle, or 1.5 x the font-size, which we did not change when we changed the line-height).

Note that the if $myVar; then ... ;fi construct has a security problem you might want to avoid with

You might also want to rethink why if [ "$myvar" = "true" ] appears awkward to you. It's a shell string comparison that beats possibly forking a process just to obtain an exit status. A fork is a heavy and expensive operation, while a string comparison is dead cheap. Think a few CPU cycles versus several thousand. My case solution is also handled without forks.

I have found a solution. It is just a workaround to my problem but currently the only solution.

I'm not familiar with the library, but if your problem is that you don't want a byte array, one easy way is to specify an encoding type straight in a cast:

If you want PascalCase, just add an initial empty string ,'') to the reduce method.

In my project derived from the MVC 5 tutorial I found that changing the body padding had no effect. The following worked for me:

I know it's quite late now to answer the query. But I have a little different solution than the others which I believe has better performance because no comparisons are performed in the SQL query only sorting is done. You can see its considerable performance improvement basically when value of SKIP is LARGE enough.

1. Best performance but only for SQL Server 2012 and above. Originally from @Majid Basirati's answer which is worth mentioning again.

You can't have the TreeMap itself sort on the values, since that defies the SortedMap specification:

A Map that further provides a total ordering on its keys.

However, using an external collection, you can always sort Map.entrySet() however you wish, either by keys, values, or even a combination(!!) of the two.

Here's a generic method that returns a SortedSet of Map.Entry, given a Map whose values are Comparable:

Note that funky stuff will happen if you try to modify either the SortedSet itself, or the Map.Entry within, because this is no longer a "view" of the original map like entrySet() is.

Generally speaking, the need to sort a map's entries by its values is atypical.

Note on == for Integer

Your original comparator compares Integer using ==. This is almost always wrong, since == with Integer operands is a reference equality, not value equality.

I think the database included with OpenOffice.org has the form designer in it. I've never tried writing code for it though. A forum post I saw had a link to a tutorial they said had some code in it.

I started to set up a database for my wife and the interface was coming out pretty good as far as I could tell.

Got this error on eclipse IDE version 4.10, Spring boot 2.2.0.M4, changed the Spring boot version to 2.2.0.M2 (after many other solutions recommended and it solved the error). Maybe something missing or broken in the latest version of Spring boot starter project module maven POM.

I found a new and undocumented reason for status == 0. Here is what I had:

It was not cross-origin, network, or due to cancelled requests (by code or by user navigation). Nothing in the developer console or network log.

I could find very little documentation on state() (Mozilla does not list it, W3C does) and none of it mentioned "rejected".

Turns out it was my ad blocker (uBlock Origin on Firefox).

The answer, in a few words

In your example, itsProblem is a local variable.

Your must use self to set and get instance variables. You can set it in the __init__ method. Then your code would be:

Some explanations

In Python, variables can be created dynamically. Therefore, you can do the following:

Therefore, that's exactly what you do with the previous examples.

Indeed, in Python we use self as this, but it's a bit more than that. self is the the first argument to any object method because the first argument is always the object reference. This is automatic, whether you call it self or not.

Which means you can do:

Now, about the class variables.

You'll notice we first set a class variable, then we access an object (instance) variable. We never set this object variable but it works, how is that possible?

Well, Python tries to get first the object variable, but if it can't find it, will give you the class variable. Warning: the class variable is shared among instances, and the object variable is not.

As a conclusion, never use class variables to set default values to object variables. Use __init__ for that.

Eventually, you will learn that Python classes are instances and therefore objects themselves, which gives new insight to understanding the above. Come back and read this again later, once you realize that.

The problem you're having stems from the fact that you're missing android:dividerHeight, which you need, and the fact that you're trying to specify a line weight in your drawable, which you can't do with dividers for some odd reason. Essentially to get your example to work you could do something like the following:

Contrary to what the other poster said, you can see above that then works fine in Ruby. It's not common, but it is fine.

#blank? and #present? have other implications. Specifically, if the object responds to #empty?, they will check whether it is empty. If you go to http://api.rubyonrails.org/ and search for "blank?", you will see what objects it is defined on and how it works. Looking at the definition on Object, we see "An object is blank if it’s false, empty, or a whitespace string. For example, “”, “ ”, nil, [], and {} are all blank." You should make sure that this is what you want.

Also, nil is considered false, and anything other than false and nil is considered true. This means you can directly place the object in the if statement, so a more canonical way of writing the above would be

Beware of using the click method on an element -- it is widely implemented but not standard and will fail in e.g. PhantomJS. I assume jQuery's implemention of .click() does the right thing but have not confirmed.

One more solution that I've discovered by accident, and may help someone:

1. Back up the corrupted workspace.
2. Move half of you projects to some temporary location.
3. Start Eclipse, if it works, go to step 5.
4. Move the half of projects you've removed back into the workspace, move out the other half. If you've already done that, keep removing/readding your projects in a binary search manner. Go to step 3.
5. Exit Eclipse, move back all your projects, and start it again. You should see now that some of your projects are closed (and in the wrong working sets). Re-open your projects and move them to the correct working sets.

In my case, it was a project that got corrupted, and not the entire workspace (attempting to import said project into a fresh workspace caused it to fail as well). So, I've started to search for the faulty project - instead, I got the result described above.

This seems like the easiest (but not most robust) way to me. Simply compute the sum from row 6 to the maximum allowed row number, as specified by Excel. According to this site, the maximum is currently 1048576, so the following should work for you:

=sum(c6:c1048576)

If you only need the date and not the time use:

Since curdate() omits the time component, it's potentially faster than now() and more "semantically correct" in cases where you're only interested in the date.

Also, subdate()'s 2-arity overload is potentially faster than using interval. interval is meant to be for cases when you need a non-day component.

To get the behavior you want you need to wait for the process to finish before you exit Main(). To be able to tell when your process is done you need to return a Task instead of a void from your function, you should never return void from a async function unless you are working with events.

A re-written version of your program that works correctly would be

Because you can not await in Main() I had to do the Wait() function instead. If this was a application that had a SynchronizationContext I would do await downloadTask; instead and make the function this was being called from async.

I had a similar problem. Issue I was having was $(pwd) has a space in there which was throwing docker run off.

Change the directory name to not have spaces in there, and it should work if this is the problem

Unless I misunderstand your question, you can just open a file read only. Here is a simply example, without any checks.

The or operator returns the first operand if it is true, otherwise the second operand. So in your case your test is equivalent to if name == "Jesse".

The correct application of or would be:

The WITH syntax appears to be valid in an inline view, e.g.

Copy recursively via CLI:

cp -R <sourcedir> <destdir>

If you're only seeing the files under the sourcedir being copied (instead of sourcedir as well), that's happening because you kept the trailing slash for sourcedir:

cp -R <sourcedir>/ <destdir>

The above only copies the files and their directories inside of sourcedir. Typically, you want to include the directory you're copying, so drop the trailing slash:

cp -R <sourcedir> <destdir>

Not a keyboard shortcut, but with your mouse, you can use forward and backwards buttons on your mouse to go to previous locations in your code and return to your current location.

Use the GD library or ImageMagick. I googled 'PHP GD merge images' and got several articles on doing this. In the past what I've done is create a large blank image, and then used imagecopymerge() to paste those images into my original blank one. Check out the articles on google you'll find some source code you can start using right away.

What this means is that your web page is referring to content which is in the folder one level up from your page, but your page is already in the website's root folder, so the relative path is invalid. Judging by your exception message it looks like an image control is causing the problem.

You must have something like:

Just did a quick google search and found that

System.getProperty("user.dir");

returns the current working directory as String. So to get a File out of this, just use

The good way to get all the members from a group is to, make the DN of the group as the searchDN and pass the "member" as attribute to get in the search function. All of the members of the group can now be found by going through the attribute values returned by the search. The filter can be made generic like (objectclass=*).

Old question but I think it lacked an answer. I would use an adjacent siblings selector. This way we only write "one" line of CSS and take into consideration the space at the end or beginning, which most of the answers lacks.

Adding some information here, as it took me awhile to find the hadoop jobtracker web-dashboard in HDInsight (Azure's Hadoop), and a colleague finally showed me where it was. There is a shortcut on the head node called "Hadoop Yarn Status" which is just a link to a local http page (http://headnodehost:9014/cluster in my case). When opened the dashboard looked like this:

In that dashboard you can find your failed application, and then after clicking into it you can look at the logs of the individual map and reduce jobs.

In my case it seemed to still be running out of memory in the reducers, even though I had cranked the memory in the configuration already. For some reason it was not surfacing the "java outofmemory" errors I got earlier though.

Update for 2020 - BinaryPrimitives should now be preferred over BitConverter. It provides endian-specific APIs, and is less allocatey.

Note that if you are doing this repeatedly you might want to avoid all those short-lived array allocations by writing it yourself via either shift operations (>> / <<), or by using unsafe code. git reset and git clean can be overkill in some situations (and be a huge waste of time).

If you simply have a message like "The following untracked files would be overwritten..." and you want the remote/origin/upstream to overwrite those conflicting untracked files, then git checkout -f <branch> is the best option.

If you're like me, your other option was to clean and perform a --hard reset then recompile your project.

When your website is served by only one web server, for each client-server pair, a session object is created and remains in the memory of the web server. All the requests from the client go to this web server and update this session object. If some data needs to be stored in the session object over the period of interaction, it is stored in this session object and stays there as long as the session exists.

However, if your website is served by multiple web servers which sit behind a load balancer, the load balancer decides which actual (physical) web-server should each request go to. For example, if there are 3 web servers A, B and C behind the load balancer, it is possible that www.mywebsite.com/index.jsp is served from server A, www.mywebsite.com/login.jsp is served from server B and www.mywebsite.com/accoutdetails.php are served from server C.

Now, if the requests are being served from (physically) 3 different servers, each server has created a session object for you and because these session objects sit on three independent boxes, there's no direct way of one knowing what is there in the session object of the other. In order to synchronize between these server sessions, you may have to write/read the session data into a layer which is common to all - like a DB. Now writing and reading data to/from a db for this use-case may not be a good idea. Now, here comes the role of sticky-session.

If the load balancer is instructed to use sticky sessions, all of your interactions will happen with the same physical server, even though other servers are present. Thus, your session object will be the same throughout your entire interaction with this website.

To summarize, In case of Sticky Sessions, all your requests will be directed to the same physical web server while in case of a non-sticky loadbalancer may choose any webserver to serve your requests.

I have solved the same issue by giving the read permision from github account.

1. Go to github account go the user write permission.
2. When we clone the code we need read permission.
3. When we need to push the code we use write permission so you need to give write permission.

In Java, you just throw the exception you caught, so throw e rather than just throw. Java maintains the stack trace.

Parallel.ForEach requires a list of user-defined workers and a non-async Action to perform with each worker.

Task.WaitAll and Task.WhenAll require a List<Task>, which are by definition asynchronous.

I found RiaanDP's response very useful to understand the difference, but it needs a correction for Parallel.ForEach. Not enough reputation to respond to his comment, thus my own response.

Well i can give you an example why to use something like that. Think of a game where you want to store your level and enemies in an XML file. When you parse this file, you might have an element like this.

To suppress the escaping of the next character you can use a redirection.

The redirection has to be just before the caret. But there exist one curiosity with redirection before the caret.

If you place a token at the caret the token is removed.

And it is also possible to embed line feeds into the string:

The empty line is important for the success. This works only with delayed expansion, else the rest of the line is ignored after the line feed.

It works, because the caret at the line end ignores the next line feed and escapes the next character, even if the next character is also a line feed (carriage returns are always ignored in this phase).

Using pipes seems weird to me. Anyway you should use the logical and Bash operator:

$ cp /templates/apple /templates/used && cp /templates/apple /templates/inuse && rm /templates/apples

If the cp commands fail, the rm will not be executed.

Or, you can make a more elaborated command line using a for loop and cmp.

If you simply want to check for permissions (rather than request for permissions), I wrote a simple extension like so:

GPS is generally more accurate than network but sometimes GPS is not available, therefore you might need to switch between the two.

A good start might be to look at the android dev site. They had a section dedicated to determining user location and it has all the code samples you need.

If the directory ../.foo/bar/ doesn't exist, you can't create a file there, so make sure you create the directory first.

For Python 2.x developers, filter returns a list already. In Python 3.x filter was changed to return an iterator so it has to be converted to list (in order to see it printed out nicely).

There are actually two ways of doing this:

1. st = "Line 1" + vbCrLf + "Line 2"

2. st = "Line 1" + vbNewLine + "Line 2"

These even work for message boxes (and all other places where strings are used).

I had the same problem, USB debugging enabled, device showing up in windows but I never got the question about RSA fingerprint when I connected my Nexus (6) device, nor did it show up in the Android Device Manager.

BUT In the windows device manager I did have an entry saying it was an android device and Composite ADB interface etc. Still didn't work. When I tried the previous tips about manually updating the drivers, Windows 8.1 just responded that "Windows has determined that the driver software for your device is up to date" this was not true. Looking at the driver details I saw that the driver was published by "ClockworkMod". I realized this must be because I had installed the Helium app sometime last year. So I uninstalled that, still had the same problem. Checked again, this time it was indeed google drivers, but version 7 published in 2012 (and not version 11 published 2014). I uninstalled these AS WELL and then tried the trick of reinstalling the driver from the SDK located in: %localappdata%\Android\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver

Now when I replugged my device it finally works and can be debugged with Android Studio. Indeed a driver problem.

Neither databases, nor tablespaces nor data files belong to any user. Are you coming to this from an MS SQL background?

Sql Server fire this error when your application don't have enough rights to access the database. there are several reason about this error . To fix this error you should follow the following instruction.

1. Try to connect sql server from your server using management studio . if you use windows authentication to connect sql server then set your application pool identity to server administrator .

2. if you use sql server authentication then check you connection string in web.config of your web application and set user id and password of sql server which allows you to log in .

3. if your database in other server(access remote database) then first of enable remote access of sql server form sql server property from sql server management studio and enable TCP/IP form sql server configuration manager .

4. after doing all these stuff and you still can't access the database then check firewall of server form where you are trying to access the database and add one rule in firewall to enable port of sql server(by default sql server use 1433 , to check port of sql server you need to check sql server configuration manager network protocol TCP/IP port).

5. if your sql server is running on named instance then you need to write port number with sql serer name for example 117.312.21.21/nameofsqlserver,1433.

6. If you are using cloud hosting like amazon aws or microsoft azure then server or instance will running behind cloud firewall so you need to enable 1433 port in cloud firewall if you have default instance or specific port for sql server for named instance.

7. If you are using amazon RDS or SQL azure then you need to enable port from security group of that instance.

8. If you are accessing sql server through sql server authentication mode them make sure you enabled "SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode" sql server instance property.

   9. Restart your sql server instance after making any changes in property as some changes will require restart.

if you further face any difficulty then you need to provide more information about your web site and sql server .

This will keep the \n character, but you can also just wrap the quote in parentheses. Especially useful in RMarkdown.
