The following snippet shows a way to ensure the awaited method completes before returning to the caller. HOWEVER, I wouldn't say it's good practice. Please edit my answer with explanations if you think otherwise.
public async Task AnAsyncMethodThatCompletes()
{
await SomeAsyncMethod();
DoSomeMoreStuff();
await Task.Factory.StartNew(() => { }); // <-- This line here, at the end
}
await AnAsyncMethodThatCompletes();
Console.WriteLine("AnAsyncMethodThatCompletes() completed.")
I used skimage. You can create a collection and access elements the standard way, i.e. col[index]. This will give you the RGB values.
from skimage.io import imread_collection
#your path
col_dir = 'cats/*.jpg'
#creating a collection with the available images
col = imread_collection(col_dir)
If you really don't want to run into lots of annoying errors (datediff and such can't be evaluated in DataTable.Select
among other things and even if you do as suggested use DataTable.AsEnumerable
you will have trouble evaluating DateTime fields) do the following:
1) Model Your Data (create a class with DataTable columns)
Example
public class Person
{
public string PersonId { get; set; }
public DateTime DateBorn { get; set; }
}
2) Add this helper class to your code
public static class Extensions
{
/// <summary>
/// Converts datatable to list<T> dynamically
/// </summary>
/// <typeparam name="T">Class name</typeparam>
/// <param name="dataTable">data table to convert</param>
/// <returns>List<T></returns>
public static List<T> ToList<T>(this DataTable dataTable) where T : new()
{
var dataList = new List<T>();
//Define what attributes to be read from the class
const BindingFlags flags = BindingFlags.Public | BindingFlags.Instance;
//Read Attribute Names and Types
var objFieldNames = typeof(T).GetProperties(flags).Cast<PropertyInfo>().
Select(item => new
{
Name = item.Name,
Type = Nullable.GetUnderlyingType(item.PropertyType) ?? item.PropertyType
}).ToList();
//Read Datatable column names and types
var dtlFieldNames = dataTable.Columns.Cast<DataColumn>().
Select(item => new {
Name = item.ColumnName,
Type = item.DataType
}).ToList();
foreach (DataRow dataRow in dataTable.AsEnumerable().ToList())
{
var classObj = new T();
foreach (var dtField in dtlFieldNames)
{
PropertyInfo propertyInfos = classObj.GetType().GetProperty(dtField.Name);
var field = objFieldNames.Find(x => x.Name == dtField.Name);
if (field != null)
{
if (propertyInfos.PropertyType == typeof(DateTime))
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToDateTime(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
else if (propertyInfos.PropertyType == typeof(int))
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToInt(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
else if (propertyInfos.PropertyType == typeof(long))
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToLong(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
else if (propertyInfos.PropertyType == typeof(decimal))
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToDecimal(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
else if (propertyInfos.PropertyType == typeof(String))
{
if (dataRow[dtField.Name].GetType() == typeof(DateTime))
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToDateString(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
else
{
propertyInfos.SetValue
(classObj, ConvertToString(dataRow[dtField.Name]), null);
}
}
}
}
dataList.Add(classObj);
}
return dataList;
}
private static string ConvertToDateString(object date)
{
if (date == null)
return string.Empty;
return HelperFunctions.ConvertDate(Convert.ToDateTime(date));
}
private static string ConvertToString(object value)
{
return Convert.ToString(HelperFunctions.ReturnEmptyIfNull(value));
}
private static int ConvertToInt(object value)
{
return Convert.ToInt32(HelperFunctions.ReturnZeroIfNull(value));
}
private static long ConvertToLong(object value)
{
return Convert.ToInt64(HelperFunctions.ReturnZeroIfNull(value));
}
private static decimal ConvertToDecimal(object value)
{
return Convert.ToDecimal(HelperFunctions.ReturnZeroIfNull(value));
}
private static DateTime ConvertToDateTime(object date)
{
return Convert.ToDateTime(HelperFunctions.ReturnDateTimeMinIfNull(date));
}
}
public static class HelperFunctions
{
public static object ReturnEmptyIfNull(this object value)
{
if (value == DBNull.Value)
return string.Empty;
if (value == null)
return string.Empty;
return value;
}
public static object ReturnZeroIfNull(this object value)

return 0;
if (value == null)

/// <summary>
/// Convert DateTime to string
/// </summary>
/// <param name="datetTime"></param>
/// <param name="excludeHoursAndMinutes">if true it will execlude time from datetime string. Default is false</param>
/// <returns></returns>
public static string ConvertDate(this DateTime datetTime, bool excludeHoursAndMinutes = false)
{
if (datetTime != DateTime.MinValue)
{
if (excludeHoursAndMinutes)
return datetTime.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd");
return datetTime.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.fff");
}
return null;
}
}
3) Easily convert your DataTable
(dt) to a List of objects with following code:
List<Person> persons = Extensions.ToList<Person>(dt);
4) have fun using Linq without the annoying row.Field<type>
bit you have to use when using AsEnumerable
Example
var personsBornOn1980 = persons.Where(x=>x.DateBorn.Year == 1980);
Intent takePhoto = new Intent("android.media.action.IMAGE_CAPTURE");
startActivityForResult(takePhoto, CAMERA_PIC_REQUEST)
and set
CAMERA_PIC_REQUEST= 1 or 0
You can add whatever headers you need to the HttpClient
.
Here is a nice tutorial about it.
This doesn't just reference to POST-requests, you can also use it for GET-requests.
We can use input data to pass it as a parameter in the HTML file w use ng-model to bind the value of input field.
<input type="text" placeholder="Enter your Email" ng-model="email" required>
<input type="text" placeholder="Enter your password " ng-model="password" required>
and in the js file w use $scope to access this data:
$scope.email="";
$scope.password="";
Controller function will be something like that:
var app = angular.module('myApp', []);
app.controller('assignController', function($scope, $http) {
$scope.email="";
$scope.password="";
$http({
method: "POST",
url: "http://localhost:3000/users/sign_in",
params: {email: $scope.email, password: $scope.password}
}).then(function mySuccess(response) {
// a string, or an object, carrying the response from the server.
$scope.myRes = response.data;
$scope.statuscode = response.status;
}, function myError(response) {
$scope.myRes = response.statusText;
});
});
You can use read_csv
from pandas
to skip these lines.
import pandas as pd
data_df = pd.read_csv('data.csv', error_bad_lines=False)
just because the OOP rule: Data Hiding and Encapsulation. It is a very bad practice to declare a object's as public and change it on the fly in most situations. Also there are many other reasons , but the root is Encapsulation in OOP. and "buy a book or go read on Object Oriented Programming ", you will understand everything on this after you read any book on OOP.
Here is a simple solution
try adding this dependency
<dependency>
<groupId>com.fasterxml.jackson.core</groupId>
<artifactId>jackson-databind</artifactId>
<version>2.8.3</version>
</dependency>
I encountered this error even though the Project Facets were set appropriately. The problem was that the "Runtime Environment" property was not set on the server:
It simply needed to be set to the appropriate Runtime:
These answers are all way too complicated!
The way he wrote the method is fine. The problem is where he invoked the method. He did not include parentheses after the method name, so the compiler thought he was trying to get a value from a variable instead of a method.
In Visual Basic and Delphi, those parentheses are optional, but in C#, they are required. So, to correct the last line of the original post:
Console.WriteLine("{0}", x.fullNameMethod());
As a supplement to the question and above answers there is also an important difference between plt.subplots()
and plt.subplot()
, notice the missing 's'
at the end.
One can use plt.subplots()
to make all their subplots at once and it returns the figure and axes (plural of axis) of the subplots as a tuple. A figure can be understood as a canvas where you paint your sketch.
# create a subplot with 2 rows and 1 columns
fig, ax = plt.subplots(2,1)
Whereas, you can use plt.subplot()
if you want to add the subplots separately. It returns only the axis of one subplot.
fig = plt.figure() # create the canvas for plotting
ax1 = plt.subplot(2,1,1)
# (2,1,1) indicates total number of rows, columns, and figure number respectively
ax2 = plt.subplot(2,1,2)
However, plt.subplots()
is preferred because it gives you easier options to directly customize your whole figure
# for example, sharing x-axis, y-axis for all subplots can be specified at once
fig, ax = plt.subplots(2,2, sharex=True, sharey=True)
whereas, with plt.subplot()
, one will have to specify individually for each axis which can become cumbersome.
Look in c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework and you will see various folders starting with "v" indicating the versions of .NET installed.
Working with JSF in the old style You have to define the managed bean in the beans-config.xml file (located in the WEB-INF folder) and make a reference to it in the web.xml file, this way:
beans-config.xml
<managed-bean>
<managed-bean-name>"the name by wich your backing bean will be referenced"</managed-bean-name>
<managed-bean-class>"your backing bean fully qualified class name"</managed-bean-class>
<managed-bean-scope>session</managed-bean-scope>
</managed-bean>
(I've tried using other scopes, but ...)
web.xml
<context-param>
<param-name>javax.faces.CONFIG_FILES</param-name>
<param-value>"/WEB-INF/beans-config.xml</param-value>
</context-param>
RobW's answers here and elsewhere were very helpful, but I found my needs to be much simpler. I've answered this elsewhere, but perhaps it will be useful here also.
I have a method where I form an HTML string to be loaded in a UIWebView:
NSString *urlString = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"https://www.youtube.com/embed/%@",videoID];
preparedHTML = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"<html><body style='background:none; text-align:center;'><script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.youtube.com/iframe_api'></script><script type='text/javascript'>var player; function onYouTubeIframeAPIReady(){player=new YT.Player('player')}</script><iframe id='player' class='youtube-player' type='text/html' width='%f' height='%f' src='%@?rel=0&showinfo=0&enablejsapi=1' style='text-align:center; border: 6px solid; border-radius:5px; background-color:transparent;' rel=nofollow allowfullscreen></iframe></body></html>", 628.0f, 352.0f, urlString];
You can ignore the styling stuff in the preparedHTML string. The important aspects are:
When I need to pause the video, I just run this:
[webView stringByEvaluatingJavaScriptFromString:@"player.pauseVideo();"];
Hope that helps!
You have to drop the foreign key. Foreign keys in MySQL automatically create an index on the table (There was a SO Question on the topic).
ALTER TABLE mytable DROP FOREIGN KEY mytable_ibfk_1 ;
My answer is similar to the accepted answer, but it also check for Null and Empty String.

SET @String = Case @String when null then null else (case LEN(@String) when 0 then @String else LEFT(@String, LEN(@String) - 1) end ) end

You could try the MailDefinition class
You just need to add some line in your app, please find it from below link:
Show and hide a View with a slide up/down animation
Just add an animation to your layout like this:
mLayoutTab.animate()
.translationYBy(120)
.translationY(0)
.setDuration(getResources().getInteger(android.R.integer.config_mediumAnimTime));
In case you're looking for it, like me - meanwhile there's a nice and safe JQuery method.
https://api.jquery.com/jquery.parsehtml/
You can f.ex. type this in your console:
var x = "test &";
> undefined
$.parseHTML(x)[0].textContent
> "test &"
So $.parseHTML(x) returns an array, and if you have HTML markup within your text, the array.length will be greater than 1.
Just don't use <object>

I've modified Casey's answer to only logoff disconnected sessions by doing the following:
foreach($Server in $Servers) {
try {
query user /server:$Server 2>&1 | select -skip 1 | ? {($_ -split "\s+")[-5] -eq 'Disc'} | % {logoff ($_ -split "\s+")[-6] /server:$Server /V}
}
catch {}
}
Use git show

I noticed that file name given by %~0 and %0 is the way it was entered in the command-shell and not how that file is actually named. So if you want the literal case used for the file name you should use %~n0. However, this will leave out the file extension. But if you know the file name you could add the following code.
set b=%~0
echo %~n0%b:~8,4%
I have learned that ":~8,4%" means start at the 9th character of the variable and then show show the next 4 characters. The range is 0 to the end of the variable string. So %Path% would be very long!

If you don't want to change anything in your php.ini file, according to PHP documentation, you can do this.
error_log("Error message\n", 3, "/mypath/php.log");
The first parameter is the string to be sent to the log. The second parameter 3
means expect a file destination. The third parameter is the log file path.

Trying to open multiple panels of a collapse control that is setup as an accordion i.e. with the data-parent
attribute set, can prove quite problematic and buggy (see this question on multiple panels open after programmatically opening a panel)
Instead, the best approach would be to:
To allow each panel to toggle individually, on the data-toggle="collapse"
element, set the data-target
attribute to the .collapse
panel ID selector (instead of setting the data-parent
attribute to the parent control. You can read more about this in the question Modify Twitter Bootstrap collapse plugin to keep accordions open.
Roughly, each panel should look like this:
<div class="panel panel-default">
<div class="panel-heading">
<h4 class="panel-title"
data-toggle="collapse"
data-target="#collapseOne">
Collapsible Group Item #1
</h4>
</div>
<div id="collapseOne"
class="panel-collapse collapse">
<div class="panel-body"></div>
</div>
</div>
To manually enforce the accordion behavior, you can create a handler for the collapse show event which occurs just before any panels are displayed. Use this to ensure any other open panels are closed before the selected one is shown (see this answer to multiple panels open). You'll also only want the code to execute when the panels are active. To do all that, add the following code:
$('#accordion').on('show.bs.collapse', function () {
if (active) $('#accordion .in').collapse('hide');
});
Then use show
and hide
to toggle the visibility of each of the panels and data-toggle
to enable and disable the controls.
$('#collapse-init').click(function () {
if (active) {
active = false;
$('.panel-collapse').collapse('show');
$('.panel-title').attr('data-toggle', '');
$(this).text('Enable accordion behavior');
} else {
active = true;
$('.panel-collapse').collapse('hide');
$('.panel-title').attr('data-toggle', 'collapse');
$(this).text('Disable accordion behavior');
}
});
using Linq would be:
listOfCompany.Where(c=> c.id == 1).FirstOrDefault().Name = "Whatever Name";
UPDATE
This can be simplified to be...
listOfCompany.FirstOrDefault(c=> c.id == 1).Name = "Whatever Name";
For multiple items (condition is met by multiple items):
listOfCompany.Where(c=> c.id == 1).ToList().ForEach(cc => cc.Name = "Whatever Name");

Hibernate is used for handling database operations. There is a rich set of database utility functionality, which reduces your number of lines of code. Especially you have to read @Annotation of hibernate. It is an ORM framework and persistence layer.
Spring provides a rich set of the Injection based working mechanism. Currently, Spring is well-known. You have to also read about Spring AOP. There is a bridge between Struts and Hibernate. Mainly Spring provides this kind of utility.
Struts2 provides action based programming. There are a rich set of Struts tags. Struts prove action based programming so you have to maintain all the relevant control of your view.
In Addition, Tapestry is a different framework for Java. In which you have to handle only .tml
(template file). You have to create two main files for any class. One is JAVA class and another one is its template. Both names are same. Tapestry automatically calls related classes.
Try this:
Select u.[username]
,u.[ip]
,q.[time_stamp]
From [users] As u
Inner Join (
Select [username]
,max(time_stamp) as [time_stamp]
From [users]
Group By [username]) As [q]
On u.username = q.username
And u.time_stamp = q.time_stamp
The suggested causes are now proven to be mostly impossible. I'm running SSMS V17.9.2 against SS 2014 and still have the problem. Memory problems have existed with this tool since at least 2006 when I started using SSMS.
Yes, MS 'wants' to get rid of diagramming but users won't let them. I have a feeling they will never fix any of these issues because they want users to be so fed up with the tool that enough of them quit using it and they can abandon it entirely.
Restarting is still a workaround if you can stand doing so numerous times per day.
.val()
always works with textarea
elements.
.text()
works sometimes and fails other times! It's not reliable (tested in Chrome 33)
What's best is that .val()
works seamlessly with other form elements too (like input
) whereas .text()
fails.
This kind of errors occurs most probably due to python version conflicts. For example, if your application runs only on python 3 and you got python 2 as well, then it's better to specify which version to use. For example use
python3 .....
instead of
python
You'll have to benchmark, obviously, but over JDBC issuing multiple inserts will be much faster if you use a PreparedStatement rather than a Statement.
string displayValue="03:00 AM";
This is a point in time , not a duration (TimeSpan).
So something is wrong with your basic design or assumptions.
If you do want to use it, you'll have to convert it to a DateTime (point in time) first. You can format a DateTime without the date part, that would be your desired string.
TimeSpan t1 = ...;
DateTime d1 = DateTime.Today + t1; // any date will do
string result = d1.ToString("hh:mm:ss tt");
storeTime variable can have value like
storeTime=16:00:00;
No, it can have a value of 4 o'clock but the representation is binary, a TimeSpan cannot record the difference between 16:00
and 4 pm
.
this is how i did it:
String[] listAges = getResources().getStringArray(R.array.ages);
// Creating adapter for spinner
ArrayAdapter<String> dataAdapter =
new ArrayAdapter<String>(this, android.R.layout.simple_spinner_item, listAges);
// Drop down layout style - list view with radio button
dataAdapter.setDropDownViewResource(android.R.layout.simple_spinner_dropdown_item);
// attaching data adapter to spinner
spinner_age.getBackground().setColorFilter(ContextCompat.getColor(this, R.color.spinner_icon), PorterDuff.Mode.SRC_ATOP);
spinner_age.setAdapter(dataAdapter);
spinner_age.setSelection(0);
spinner_age.setOnItemSelectedListener(new AdapterView.OnItemSelectedListener() {
@Override
public void onItemSelected(AdapterView<?> parent, View view, int position, long id) {
String item = parent.getItemAtPosition(position).toString();
if(position > 0){
// get spinner value
Toast.makeText(parent.getContext(), "Age..." + item, Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
}else{
// show toast select gender
Toast.makeText(parent.getContext(), "none" + item, Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
}
}
@Override
public void onNothingSelected(AdapterView<?> parent) {
}
});
Here is an in place replaceAll that will modify the passed in StringBuilder. I thought that I would post this as I was looking to do replaceAll with out creating a new String.
public static void replaceAll(StringBuilder sb, Pattern pattern, String replacement) {
Matcher m = pattern.matcher(sb);
while(m.find()) {
sb.replace(m.start(), m.end(), replacement);
}
}
I was shocked how simple the code to do this was (for some reason I thought changing the StringBuilder while using the matcher would throw of the group start/end but it does not).
This is probably faster than the other regex answers because the pattern is already compiled and your not creating a new String but I didn't do any benchmarking.
If your purpose is to matching with another string by converting in one pass, you can use str.casefold()
as well.
This is useful when you have non-ascii characters and matching with ascii versions(eg: maße vs masse).Though str.lower
or str.upper
fails in such cases, str.casefold()
will pass.
This is available in Python 3 and the idea is discussed in detail with the answer https://stackoverflow.com/a/31599276/4848659.
>>>str="Hello World";
>>>print(str.lower());
hello world
>>>print(str.upper());
HELLO WOLRD
>>>print(str.casefold());
hello world
You can define a class
or id
for input fields.
Or
input {
line-height: 20px;
}
Hope this helps you.
The solution I found most useful for cropping a buffered image uses the getSubImage(x,y,w,h);
My cropping routine ended up looking like this:
private BufferedImage cropImage(BufferedImage src, Rectangle rect) {
BufferedImage dest = src.getSubimage(0, 0, rect.width, rect.height);
return dest;
}
You can also use echo
to remove blank spaces, either at the beginning or at the end of the string, but also repeating spaces inside the string.
$ myVar=" kokor iiij ook "
$ echo "$myVar"
kokor iiij ook
$ myVar=`echo $myVar`
$
$ # myVar is not set to "kokor iiij ook"
$ echo "$myVar"
kokor iiij ook
Make sure your body has a height, f.ex:
body {
background: url(/img/debut_dark.png) repeat;
min-height: 100%;
}
You can do two things to add animations, first you can let android animate layout changes for you. That way every time you change something in the layout like changing view visibility or view positions android will automatically create fade/transition animations. To use that set
android:animateLayoutChanges="true"
on the root node in your layout.
Your second option would be to manually add animations. For this I suggest you use the new animation API introduced in Android 3.0 (Honeycomb). I can give you a few examples:
This fades out a View
:
view.animate().alpha(0.0f);
This fades it back in:
view.animate().alpha(1.0f);
This moves a View
down by its height:
view.animate().translationY(view.getHeight());
This returns the View
to its starting position after it has been moved somewhere else:
view.animate().translationY(0);
You can also use setDuration()
to set the duration of the animation. For example this fades out a View
over a period of 2 seconds:
view.animate().alpha(0.0f).setDuration(2000);
And you can combine as many animations as you like, for example this fades out a View
and moves it down at the same time over a period of 0.3 seconds:
view.animate()
.translationY(view.getHeight())
.alpha(0.0f)
.setDuration(300);
And you can also assign a listener to the animation and react to all kinds of events. Like when the animation starts, when it ends or repeats etc. By using the abstract class AnimatorListenerAdapter
you don't have to implement all callbacks of AnimatorListener
at once but only those you need. This makes the code more readable. For example the following code fades out a View
moves it down by its height over a period of 0.3 seconds (300 milliseconds) and when the animation is done its visibility is set to View.GONE
.
view.animate()
.translationY(view.getHeight())
.alpha(0.0f)
.setDuration(300)
.setListener(new AnimatorListenerAdapter() {
@Override
public void onAnimationEnd(Animator animation) {
super.onAnimationEnd(animation);
view.setVisibility(View.GONE);
}
});
You can specify width
& height
in your request to Facebook graph API: http://graph.facebook.com/user_id/picture?width=500&height=500
For people still struggling and the answered solution doesn't work quite as you want it to, here is the simplest solution I have found.
Wrap your main content and assign it a min view height. Adjust the 60 to whatever value your style needs.
<div id="content" style="min-height:60vh"></div>
<div id="footer"></div>
Thats it and it works pretty well.
The simplest solution to this problem is that you just need to use \"
for space separated arguments when running a shell script:
#!/bin/bash
myFunction() {
echo $1
echo $2
echo $3
}
myFunction "firstString" "\"Hello World\"" "thirdString"
<div class="scrollingDiv">foo</div>
div.scrollingDiv
{
overflow:scroll;
}
The easiest is to create a batch file (.bat) and run that as administrator.
Right click and 'Run as administrator'
response.headers();
will give you all the headers (defaulat & customs). worked for me !!
Note . I tested on the same domain only. We may need to add Access-Control-Expose-Headers
header on the server for cross domain.
Adding to John and Tim's answer.
Unless you are coding for Win98, there are only two of the 6+ string types you should be using in your application
LPWSTR
LPCWSTR
The rest are meant to support ANSI platforms or dual compilations. Those are not as relevant today as they used to be.
For AFNetworking 3.0 and Swift. Maybe we can use like this:
let configutation = NSURLSessionConfiguration.defaultSessionConfiguration()
manager = AFHTTPSessionManager(sessionConfiguration: configutation)
let urlString = "url"
manager.POST(urlString, parameters: [params here], progress: nil, success: { (dataTask: NSURLSessionDataTask, response: AnyObject?) -> Void in
print(dataTask)
print(response)
}) { (dataTask: NSURLSessionDataTask?, error: NSError) -> Void in
print(error)
}
Hope this will help other find answer like me!
The problem in this case is that onchange-event does not fire until the input looses focus, so you will probably want to listen for the keyup-event instead, which is fired on every keystroke.
Also, I would prefer not using inline-javascript, but rather catch the event using jQuery instead.
$("#txtConfirmPassword").keyup(checkPasswordMatch);
CSS will skip over style declarations it doesn't understand. Mozilla-based browsers will not understand -webkit
-prefixed declarations, and WebKit-based browsers will not understand -moz
-prefixed declarations.
Because of this, we can simply declare width
twice:
elem {
width: 100%;
width: -moz-available; /* WebKit-based browsers will ignore this. */
width: -webkit-fill-available; /* Mozilla-based browsers will ignore this. */
width: fill-available;
}
The width: 100%
declared at the start will be used by browsers which ignore both the -moz
and -webkit
-prefixed declarations or do not support -moz-available
or -webkit-fill-available
.
You don't need a regex for this one. Use the isNAN()
JavaScript function.
The isNaN() function determines whether a value is an illegal number (Not-a-Number). This function returns true if the value is NaN, and false if not.
if (isNaN($('#Field').val()) == false) {
// It's a number
}
The %in%
operator tells you which elements are among the numers to remove:
> a <- sample (1 : 10)
> remove <- c (2, 3, 5)
> a
[1] 10 5 2 7 1 6 3 4 8 9
> a %in% remove
[1] FALSE TRUE TRUE FALSE FALSE FALSE TRUE FALSE FALSE FALSE
> a [! a %in% remove]
[1] 10 7 1 6 4 8 9
Note that this will silently remove incomparables (stuff like NA
or Inf)
as well (while it will keep duplicate values in a
as long as they are not listed in remove
).
If a
can contain incomparables, but remove
will not, we can use match
, telling it to return 0
for non-matches and incomparables (%in%
is a conventient shortcut for match
):
> a <- c (a, NA, Inf)
> a
[1] 10 5 2 7 1 6 3 4 8 9 NA Inf
> match (a, remove, nomatch = 0L, incomparables = 0L)
[1] 0 3 1 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 0 0
> a [match (a, remove, nomatch = 0L, incomparables = 0L) == 0L]
[1] 10 7 1 6 4 8 9 NA Inf
incomparables = 0
is not needed as incomparables will anyways not match, but I'd include it for the sake of readability.
This is, btw., what setdiff
does internally (but without the unique
to throw away duplicates in a
which are not in remove
).
If remove
contains incomparables, you'll have to check for them individually, e.g.
if (any (is.na (remove)))
a <- a [! is.na (a)]
(This does not distinguish NA
from NaN
but the R manual anyways warns that one should not rely on having a difference between them)
For Inf
/ -Inf
you'll have to check both sign
and is.finite
I had the exact same problem. As it turns out, my /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
file was malformed. The last entry showed something like this:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
MIIEDTCCAvWgAwIBAgIJAN..lots of certificate text....AwIBAgIJAN-----END CERTIFICATE-----
After adding a newline before -----END CERTIFICATE-----
, curl was able handle the certificates file.
This was very annoying to find out since my update-ca-certificates
command did not give me any warning.
This may or may not be a version specific problem of curl, so here is my version, just for completeness:
curl --version
# curl 7.51.0 (x86_64-alpine-linux-musl) libcurl/7.51.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2j zlib/1.2.8 libssh2/1.7.0
# Protocols: dict file ftp ftps gopher http https imap imaps pop3 pop3s rtsp scp sftp smb smbs smtp smtps telnet tftp
# Features: IPv6 Largefile NTLM NTLM_WB SSL libz TLS-SRP UnixSockets
This should work:
cat "$API" >> "$CONFIG"
You need to use the >>
operator to append to a file. Redirecting with >
causes the file to be overwritten. (truncated).

I managed to get a good result with the following sequence (run Matlab twice at the beginning):
h = gcf; % Current figure handle
set(h,'Resize','off');
set(h,'PaperPositionMode','manual');
set(h,'PaperPosition',[0 0 9 6]);
set(h,'PaperUnits','centimeters');
set(h,'PaperSize',[9 6]); % IEEE columnwidth = 9cm
set(h,'Position',[0 0 9 6]);
% xpos, ypos must be set
txlabel = text(xpos,ypos,'$$[\mathrm{min}]$$','Interpreter','latex','FontSize',9);
% Dump colored encapsulated PostScript
print('-depsc2','-loose', 'signals');
You'll see people using the Timer class to do this. Unfortunately, it isn't always accurate. Your best bet is to get the system time when the user enters input, calculate a target system time, and check if the system time has exceeded the target system time. If it has, then break out of the loop.
I use maven for my java builds which has a plugin called the maven assembly plugin.
It does what your asking, but like some of the other suggestions describe - essentially exploding all the dependent jars and recombining them into a single jar
Perl-style regular expressions (which the Java regex engine is more or less based upon) treat the following characters as special characters:
.^$|*+?()[{\
have special meaning outside of character classes,
]^-\
have special meaning inside of character classes ([...]
).
So you need to escape those (and only those) symbols depending on context (or, in the case of character classes, place them in positions where they can't be misinterpreted).
Needlessly escaping other characters may work, but some regex engines will treat this as syntax errors, for example \_
will cause an error in .NET.
Some others will lead to false results, for example \<
is interpreted as a literal <
in Perl, but in egrep
it means "word boundary".
So write -?\d+\.\d+\$
to match 1.50$
, -2.00$
etc. and [(){}[\]]
for a character class that matches all kinds of brackets/braces/parentheses.
If you need to transform a user input string into a regex-safe form, use java.util.regex.Pattern.quote
.

Let's suppose you want to replace line 4 with the text "different". You can use AWK like so:
awk '{ if (NR == 4) print "different"; else print $0}' input_file.txt > output_file.txt
AWK considers the input to be "records" divided into "fields". By default, one line is one record. NR
is the number of records seen. $0
represents the current complete record (while $1
is the first field from the record and so on; by default the fields are words from the line).
So, if the current line number is 4, print the string "different" but otherwise print the line unchanged.
In AWK, program code enclosed in { }
runs once on each input record.
You need to quote the AWK program in single-quotes to keep the shell from trying to interpret things like the $0
.
EDIT: A shorter and more elegant AWK program from @chepner in the comments below:
awk 'NR==4 {$0="different"} { print }' input_file.txt
Only for record (i.e. line) number 4, replace the whole record with the string "different". Then for every input record, print the record.
Clearly my AWK skills are rusty! Thank you, @chepner.
EDIT: and see also an even shorter version from @Dennis Williamson:
awk 'NR==4 {$0="different"} 1' input_file.txt
How this works is explained in the comments: the 1
always evaluates true, so the associated code block always runs. But there is no associated code block, which means AWK does its default action of just printing the whole line. AWK is designed to allow terse programs like this.
Probably best to change the className:
document.getElementById("button").className = 'button_color';
Then you add a buton style to the CSS where you can set the background color and anything else.
In your cshtml,
<tr ng-repeat="value in Results">
<td>{{value.FileReceivedOn | mydate | date : 'dd-MM-yyyy'}} </td>
</tr>
In Your JS File, maybe app.js,
Outside of app.controller, add the below filter.
Here the "mydate" is the function which you are calling for parsing the date. Here the "app" is the variable which contains the angular.module
app.filter("mydate", function () {
var re = /\/Date\(([0-9]*)\)\//;
return function (x) {
var m = x.match(re);
if (m) return new Date(parseInt(m[1]));
else return null;
};
});
It is nice for a Python module to have a docstring, explaining what the module does, what it provides, examples of how to use the classes. This is different from the comments that you often see at the beginning of a file giving the copyright and license information, which IMO should not go in the docstring (some even argue that they should disappear altogether, see e.g. Get Rid of Source Code Templates)
With Pylint 2.4 and above, you can differentiate between the various missing-docstring
by using the three following sub-messages:
C0114
(missing-module-docstring
)C0115
(missing-class-docstring
)C0116
(missing-function-docstring
)So the following .pylintrc
file should work:
[MASTER]
disable=
C0114, # missing-module-docstring
For previous versions of Pylint, it does not have a separate code for the various place where docstrings can occur, so all you can do is disable C0111. The problem is that if you disable this at module scope, then it will be disabled everywhere in the module (i.e., you won't get any C line for missing function / class / method docstring. Which arguably is not nice.
So I suggest adding that small missing docstring, saying something like:
"""
high level support for doing this and that.
"""
Soon enough, you'll be finding useful things to put in there, such as providing examples of how to use the various classes / functions of the module which do not necessarily belong to the individual docstrings of the classes / functions (such as how these interact, or something like a quick start guide).
The application/x-www-form-urlencoded
Content-type header is not needed. Unless the request handler expects the parameters coming from request body. Try it out:
curl -X DELETE "http://localhost:5000/locations?id=3"
or
curl -X GET "http://localhost:5000/locations?id=3"
First you don't need a transaction since you are just querying select statements and since they are both select statement you can just combine them into one query separated by space and use Dataset to get the all the tables retrieved. Its better this way since you made only one transaction to the database because database transactions are expensive hence your code is faster. Second of you really have to use a transaction, just assign the transaction to the SqlCommand like
sqlCommand.Transaction = transaction;
And also just use one SqlCommand don't declare more than one, since variables consume space and we are also on the topic of making your code more efficient, do that by assigning commandText to different query string and executing them like
sqlCommand.CommandText = "select * from table1";
sqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery();
sqlCommand.CommandText = "select * from table2";
sqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery();
Rules for padding:
Why Rule 2: Consider the following struct,
If we were to create an array(of 2 structs) of this struct, No padding will be required at the end:
Therefore, size of struct = 8 bytes
Assume we were to create another struct as below:
If we were to create an array of this struct, there are 2 possibilities, of the number of bytes of padding required at the end.
A. If we add 3 bytes at the end and align it for int and not Long:
B. If we add 7 bytes at the end and align it for Long:
The start address of the second array is a multiple of 8(i.e 24). The size of the struct = 24 bytes
Therefore, by aligning the start address of the next array of the struct to a multiple of the largest member(i.e if we were to create an array of this struct, the first address of the second array must start at an address which is a multiple of the largest member of the struct. Here it is, 24(3 * 8)), we can calculate the number of padding bytes required at the end.
To sum up answers and comments, the best way to set up git to use different key files and then forget about it, which also supports different users for the same host (e.g. a personal GitHub account and a work one), which works on Windows as well, is to edit ~/.ssh/config
(or c:\Users\<your user>\.ssh\config
) and specify multiple identities:
Host github.com
HostName github.com
IdentityFile /path/to/your/personal/github/private/key
User dandv
Host github-work
HostName github.com
IdentityFile /path/to/your/work/github/private/key
User workuser
Then, to clone a project as your personal user, just run the regular git clone
command.
To clone the repo as the workuser
, run git clone git@github-work:company/project.git
.
#include<bits/stdc++.h>

int x,n;
cin>>x;
vector<int> v;
cout<<"Enter numbers:\n";
for(int i=0;i<x;i++)
{
cin>>n;
v.push_back(n);
}
//displaying vector contents
for(int p : v)
cout<<p<<" ";
}

I had the same problem with my Galaxy S3.
My problem was that the idVendor
value 04E8
was not the right one.
To find the right one connect your smartphone to the computer and run lsusb
in the terminal. It will list your smartphone like this:
Bus 002 Device 010: ID 18d1:d002 Google Inc.
So the right idVendor
value is 18d1
. And the line in the /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
has to be:
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="18d1", MODE="0666", GROUP="plugdev"
Then I run sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
and everything worked!
For Eclipse Mars the following worked
The IF
statement does not support logical operators AND
and OR
.
Cascading IF
statements make an implicit conjunction:
IF Exist File1.Dat IF Exist File2.Dat GOTO FILE12_EXIST_LABEL
If File1.Dat
and File2.Dat
exist then jump to the label FILE12_EXIST_LABEL
.

This is because Java Generics are implemented with Type Erasure.
Your methods would be translated, at compile time, to something like:
Method resolution occurs at compile time and doesn't consider type parameters. (see erickson's answer)
void add(Set ii);
void add(Set ss);
Both methods have the same signature without the type parameters, hence the error.
if var == 'stringone' or var == 'stringtwo':
dosomething()
'is' is used to check if the two references are referred to a same object. It compare the memory address. Apparently, 'stringone' and 'var' are different objects, they just contains the same string, but they are two different instances of the class 'str'. So they of course has two different memory addresses, and the 'is' will return False.
It is possible to define a urlBasedViewResolver
in your properties file:
excel.(class)=fi.utu.seurantaraporttisuodatin.service.Raportti
index.(class)=org.springframework.web.servlet.view.urlBasedView
index.viewClass =org.springframework.web.servlet.view.JstlView
index.prefix = /WEB-INF/jsp/
index.suffix =.jsp
How about this: It is Somewhat Efficient & Somewhat Simple. Only need to join '2' parts of url path:
def UrlJoin(a , b):
a, b = a.strip(), b.strip()
a = a if a.endswith('/') else a + '/'
b = b if not b.startswith('/') else b[1:]
return a + b
OR: More Conventional, but Not as efficient if joining only 2 url parts of a path.
def UrlJoin(*parts):
return '/'.join([p.strip().strip('/') for p in parts])
Test Cases:
>>> UrlJoin('https://example.com/', '/TestURL_1')
'https://example.com/TestURL_1'
>>> UrlJoin('https://example.com', 'TestURL_2')
'https://example.com/TestURL_2'
Note: I may be splitting hairs here, but it is at least good practice and potentially more readable.
If you have upgraded your PHP version, make sure that the old PHP version configuration in your .htaccess has been deleted. For more info, check this https://www.hostgator.com/help/article/php-configuration-plugin
After looking at sp_who, Oracle does not have that ability per se. Oracle has at least 8 processes running which run the db. Like RMON etc.
You can ask the DB which queries are running as that just a table query. Look at the V$ tables.
Quick Example:
SELECT sid,
opname,
sofar,
totalwork,
units,
elapsed_seconds,
time_remaining
FROM v$session_longops
WHERE sofar != totalwork;
This is due to this.delta
not being bound to this
.
In order to bind set this.delta = this.delta.bind(this)
in the constructor:
constructor(props) {
super(props);
this.state = {
count : 1
};
this.delta = this.delta.bind(this);
}
Currently, you are calling bind. But bind returns a bound function. You need to set the function to its bound value.
Never do premature assumption as other application code and usage can impact your function. So looking at function is isolation is of no use.
If you are serious with application then VTune it or use any similar profiling tool and look at hotspots.

WITH PATHLIB MODULE (UPDATED ANSWER)
One should consider using pathlib for new development. It is in the stdlib for Python3.4, but available on PyPI for earlier versions. This library provides a more object-orented method to manipulate paths <opinion>
and is much easier read and program with </opinion>
.
>>> import pathlib
>>> existGDBPath = pathlib.Path(r'T:\Data\DBDesign\DBDesign_93_v141b.mdb')
>>> wkspFldr = existGDBPath.parent
>>> print wkspFldr
Path('T:\Data\DBDesign')
WITH OS MODULE
Use the os.path module:
>>> import os
>>> existGDBPath = r'T:\Data\DBDesign\DBDesign_93_v141b.mdb'
>>> wkspFldr = os.path.dirname(existGDBPath)
>>> print wkspFldr
'T:\Data\DBDesign'
You can go ahead and assume that if you need to do some sort of filename manipulation it's already been implemented in os.path
. If not, you'll still probably need to use this module as the building block.
You can create a custom discrete colorbar quite easily by using a BoundaryNorm as normalizer for your scatter. The quirky bit (in my method) is making 0 showup as grey.
For images i often use the cmap.set_bad() and convert my data to a numpy masked array. That would be much easier to make 0 grey, but i couldnt get this to work with the scatter or the custom cmap.
As an alternative you can make your own cmap from scratch, or read-out an existing one and override just some specific entries.
import numpy as np
import matplotlib as mpl
import matplotlib.pylab as plt
fig, ax = plt.subplots(1, 1, figsize=(6, 6)) # setup the plot
x = np.random.rand(20) # define the data
y = np.random.rand(20) # define the data
tag = np.random.randint(0, 20, 20)
tag[10:12] = 0 # make sure there are some 0 values to show up as grey
cmap = plt.cm.jet # define the colormap
# extract all colors from the .jet map
cmaplist = [cmap(i) for i in range(cmap.N)]
# force the first color entry to be grey
cmaplist[0] = (.5, .5, .5, 1.0)
# create the new map
cmap = mpl.colors.LinearSegmentedColormap.from_list(
'Custom cmap', cmaplist, cmap.N)
# define the bins and normalize
bounds = np.linspace(0, 20, 21)
norm = mpl.colors.BoundaryNorm(bounds, cmap.N)
# make the scatter
scat = ax.scatter(x, y, c=tag, s=np.random.randint(100, 500, 20),
cmap=cmap, norm=norm)
# create a second axes for the colorbar
ax2 = fig.add_axes([0.95, 0.1, 0.03, 0.8])
cb = plt.colorbar.ColorbarBase(ax2, cmap=cmap, norm=norm,
spacing='proportional', ticks=bounds, boundaries=bounds, format='%1i')
ax.set_title('Well defined discrete colors')
ax2.set_ylabel('Very custom cbar [-]', size=12)
I personally think that with 20 different colors its a bit hard to read the specific value, but thats up to you of course.
The below snippet works fine for me(I used the size())
String itemId;
for (int i = 0; i < itemList.size(); i++) {
JSONObject itemObj = (JSONObject)itemList.get(i);
itemId=(String) itemObj.get("ItemId");
System.out.println(itemId);
}
If it is wrong to use use size() kindly advise

In case the remote repository is not empty (this is the case if you are using IBM DevOps on hub.jazz.net) then you need to use the following sequence:
cd <localDir>
git init
git add -A .
git pull <url> master
git commit -m "message"
git remote add origin <url>
git push
EDIT 30th Jan 17: Please see comments below, make sure you are on the correct repo!
One of the way you can ensure that this type of mistake (using string instead of json) doesn't happen is to see what gets printed in the alert
. When you do
alert(data)
if data is a string, it will print everything that is contains. However if you print is json object. you will get the following response in the alert
[object Object]
If this the response then you can be sure that you can use this as an object (json in this case).
Thus, you need to convert your string into json first, before using it by doing this:
JSON.parse(data)
I couldn't get Facebook to pick the right image from a specific post, so I did what's outlined on this page:
https://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/18468/adding-meta-tags-to-individual-blogger-posts
In other words, something like this:
<b:if cond='data:blog.url == "http://urlofyourpost.com"'>
<meta content='http://urlofyourimage.png' property='og:image'/>
</b:if>
Basically, you're going to hard code an if statement into your site's HTML to get it to change the meta content for whatever you've changed for that one post. It's a messy solution, but it works.
In my case div position was fixed , adding left position was not enough it started working only after adding display block
left:0;
display:block;
Just develop a normal app and then add a couple of lines to the app's manifest file.
First you need to add the following attribute to your activity:
android:launchMode="singleTask"
Then add two categories to the intent filter :
<category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.HOME" />
The result could look something like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="com.dummy.app"
android:versionCode="1"
android:versionName="1.0" >
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="11"
android:targetSdkVersion="19" />
<application
android:allowBackup="true"
android:icon="@drawable/ic_launcher"
android:label="@string/app_name"
android:theme="@style/AppTheme" >
<activity
android:name="com.dummy.app.MainActivity"
android:launchMode="singleTask"
android:label="@string/app_name" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.HOME" />
</intent-filter>
</activity>
</application>
</manifest>
It's that simple!
This is what the difference i found. Please let me know if any .
In this case it is just coding style.
Use of var
is only necessary when dealing with anonymous types.
In other situations it's a matter of taste.
In Python 3, this worked with me
import urllib
urllib.parse.quote(query)
from joblib import Parallel, delayed
import multiprocessing
inputs = range(10)
def processInput(i):
return i * i
num_cores = multiprocessing.cpu_count()
results = Parallel(n_jobs=num_cores)(delayed(processInput)(i) for i in inputs)
print(results)
The above works beautifully on my machine (Ubuntu, package joblib was pre-installed, but can be installed via pip install joblib
).

Simply restarting Visual Studio worked for me.
Had the same problem, while differently from other answers in my case I use ASP.NET to develop the WebAPI server.
I already had Corps allowed and it worked for GET requests. To make POST requests work I needed to add 'AllowAnyHeader()' and 'AllowAnyMethod()' options to the list of Corp options.
Here are essential parts of related functions in Start class look like:
ConfigureServices method:
services.AddCors(options =>
{
options.AddPolicy(name: MyAllowSpecificOrigins,
builder =>
{
builder
.WithOrigins("http://localhost:4200")
.AllowAnyHeader()
.AllowAnyMethod()
//.AllowCredentials()
;
});
});
Configure method:
app.UseCors(MyAllowSpecificOrigins);
Found this from:
You can use ORDER BY
clause to sort data rows by values in columns. Something like
=QUERY(responses!A1:K; "Select C, D, E where B contains '2nd Web Design' Order By C, D")
If you’d like to order by some columns descending, others ascending, you can add desc
/asc
, ie:
=QUERY(responses!A1:K; "Select C, D, E where B contains '2nd Web Design' Order By C desc, D")
stringContain
variants (compatible or case independent)As these Stack Overflow answers tell mostly about Bash, I've posted a case independent Bash function at the very bottom of this post...
Anyway, there is my
As there are already a lot of answers using Bash-specific features, there is a way working under poorer-featured shells, like BusyBox:
[ -z "${string##*$reqsubstr*}" ]
In practice, this could give:
string='echo "My string"'
for reqsubstr in 'o "M' 'alt' 'str';do
if [ -z "${string##*$reqsubstr*}" ] ;then
echo "String '$string' contain substring: '$reqsubstr'."
else
echo "String '$string' don't contain substring: '$reqsubstr'."
fi
done
This was tested under Bash, Dash, KornShell (ksh
) and ash (BusyBox), and the result is always:
String 'echo "My string"' contain substring: 'o "M'.
String 'echo "My string"' don't contain substring: 'alt'.
String 'echo "My string"' contain substring: 'str'.
As asked by @EeroAaltonen here is a version of the same demo, tested under the same shells:
myfunc() {
reqsubstr="$1"
shift
string="$@"
if [ -z "${string##*$reqsubstr*}" ] ;then
echo "String '$string' contain substring: '$reqsubstr'.";
else
echo "String '$string' don't contain substring: '$reqsubstr'."
fi
}
Then:
$ myfunc 'o "M' 'echo "My String"'
String 'echo "My String"' contain substring 'o "M'.
$ myfunc 'alt' 'echo "My String"'
String 'echo "My String"' don't contain substring 'alt'.
Notice: you have to escape or double enclose quotes and/or double quotes:
$ myfunc 'o "M' echo "My String"
String 'echo My String' don't contain substring: 'o "M'.
$ myfunc 'o "M' echo \"My String\"
String 'echo "My String"' contain substring: 'o "M'.
This was tested under BusyBox, Dash, and, of course Bash:
stringContain() { [ -z "${2##*$1*}" ]; }
Then now:
$ if stringContain 'o "M3' 'echo "My String"';then echo yes;else echo no;fi
no
$ if stringContain 'o "M' 'echo "My String"';then echo yes;else echo no;fi
yes
... Or if the submitted string could be empty, as pointed out by @Sjlver, the function would become:
stringContain() { [ -z "${2##*$1*}" ] && [ -z "$1" -o -n "$2" ]; }
or as suggested by Adrian Günter's comment, avoiding -o
switches:
stringContain() { [ -z "${2##*$1*}" ] && { [ -z "$1" ] || [ -n "$2" ];};}
And inverting the tests to make them potentially quicker:
stringContain() { [ -z "$1" ] || { [ -z "${2##*$1*}" ] && [ -n "$2" ];};}
With empty strings:
$ if stringContain '' ''; then echo yes; else echo no; fi
yes
$ if stringContain 'o "M' ''; then echo yes; else echo no; fi
no
For testing strings without care of case, simply convert each string to lower case:
stringContain() {
local _lc=${2,,}
[ -z "$1" ] || { [ -z "${_lc##*${1,,}*}" ] && [ -n "$2" ] ;} ;}
Check:
stringContain 'o "M3' 'echo "my string"' && echo yes || echo no
no
stringContain 'o "My' 'echo "my string"' && echo yes || echo no
yes
if stringContain '' ''; then echo yes; else echo no; fi
yes
if stringContain 'o "M' ''; then echo yes; else echo no; fi
no
You can maintain a Map
(for fast lookup) and List
(for order) but a LinkedHashMap
may be the simplest. You can also try a SortedMap
e.g. TreeMap
, which an have any order you specify.
Looks like whatever is in your Animation Drawable definition is too much memory to decode and sequence. The idea is that it loads up all the items and make them in an array and swaps them in and out of the scene according to the timing specified for each frame.
If this all can't fit into memory, it's probably better to either do this on your own with some sort of handler or better yet just encode a movie with the specified frames at the corresponding images and play the animation through a video codec.
Setting Map Container to position to relative do the trick. Here is HTML.
<body>
<!-- Map container -->
<div id="map_canvas"></div>
</body>
And Simple CSS.
<style>
html, body, #map_canvas {
width: 100%;
height: 100%;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
#map_canvas {
position: relative;
}
</style>
Tested on all browsers. Here is the Screenshot.
If You are using Gunicorn and Nginx environment then the following code template works for you.
addr_ip4 = request.remote_addr
You should override toString()
method in your Dog
class. which will be called when you use this object in sysout.
Use the Below Code for that
UPDATE Table1 SET Column1 = LTRIM(RTRIM(REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(Column1, CHAR(9), ''), CHAR(10), ''), CHAR(13), '')))`
I hope you won't mind a slight tangent, but thought you may be interested to know that besides F
(for float), D
(for double), and L
(for long), a proposal has been made to add suffixes for byte
and short
—Y
and S
respectively. This would eliminate to the need to cast to bytes when using literal syntax for byte (or short) arrays. Quoting the example from the proposal:
MAJOR BENEFIT: Why is the platform better if the proposal is adopted?
cruddy code like
byte[] stuff = { 0x00, 0x7F, (byte)0x80, (byte)0xFF};
can be recoded as
byte[] ufum7 = { 0x00y, 0x7Fy, 0x80y, 0xFFy };
Joe Darcy is overseeing Project Coin for Java 7, and his blog has been an easy way to track these proposals.
If you want to do the same thing in C# based on Ciarán Answer
string sSheetName = null;
string sConnection = null;
DataTable dtTablesList = default(DataTable);
OleDbCommand oleExcelCommand = default(OleDbCommand);
OleDbDataReader oleExcelReader = default(OleDbDataReader);
OleDbConnection oleExcelConnection = default(OleDbConnection);
sConnection = "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=C:\\Test.xls;Extended Properties=\"Excel 12.0;HDR=No;IMEX=1\"";
oleExcelConnection = new OleDbConnection(sConnection);
oleExcelConnection.Open();
dtTablesList = oleExcelConnection.GetSchema("Tables");
if (dtTablesList.Rows.Count > 0)
{
sSheetName = dtTablesList.Rows[0]["TABLE_NAME"].ToString();
}
dtTablesList.Clear();
dtTablesList.Dispose();
if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(sSheetName)) {
oleExcelCommand = oleExcelConnection.CreateCommand();
oleExcelCommand.CommandText = "Select * From [" + sSheetName + "]";
oleExcelCommand.CommandType = CommandType.Text;
oleExcelReader = oleExcelCommand.ExecuteReader();
nOutputRow = 0;
while (oleExcelReader.Read())
{
}
oleExcelReader.Close();
}
oleExcelConnection.Close();
here is another way read Excel into a DataTable without using OLEDB very quick Keep in mind that the file ext would have to be .CSV for this to work properly
private static DataTable GetDataTabletFromCSVFile(string csv_file_path)
{
csvData = new DataTable(defaultTableName);
try
{
using (TextFieldParser csvReader = new TextFieldParser(csv_file_path))
{
csvReader.SetDelimiters(new string[]
{
tableDelim
});
csvReader.HasFieldsEnclosedInQuotes = true;
string[] colFields = csvReader.ReadFields();
foreach (string column in colFields)
{
DataColumn datecolumn = new DataColumn(column);
datecolumn.AllowDBNull = true;
csvData.Columns.Add(datecolumn);
}
while (!csvReader.EndOfData)
{
string[] fieldData = csvReader.ReadFields();
//Making empty value as null
for (int i = 0; i < fieldData.Length; i++)
{
if (fieldData[i] == string.Empty)
{
fieldData[i] = string.Empty; //fieldData[i] = null
}
//Skip rows that have any csv header information or blank rows in them
if (fieldData[0].Contains("Disclaimer") || string.IsNullOrEmpty(fieldData[0]))
{
continue;
}
}
csvData.Rows.Add(fieldData);
}
}
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
}
return csvData;
}
You can use backslash to quote "funny" characters in your jQuery selectors:
$('#input\\[23\\]')
For attribute values, you can use quotes:
$('input[name="weirdName[23]"]')
Now, I'm a little confused by your example; what exactly does your HTML look like? Where does the string "inputName" show up, in particular?
edit fixed bogosity; thanks @Dancrumb
The accepted answer via git merge will get the job done but leaves a messy commit hisotry, correct way should be 'rebase' via the following steps(assuming you want to keep your feature branch in sycn with develop before you do the final push before PR).
1 git fetch
from your feature branch (make sure the feature branch you are working on is update to date)
2 git rebase origin/develop
3 if any conflict shall arise, resolve them one by one
4 use git rebase --continue
once all conflicts are dealt with
5 git push --force
You can use methods, but I prefer still to use computed properties instead of methods, if they're not mutating data or do not have external effects.
You can pass arguments to computed properties this way (not documented, but suggested by maintainers, don't remember where):
computed: {
fullName: function () {
var vm = this;
return function (salut) {
return salut + ' ' + vm.firstName + ' ' + vm.lastName;
};
}
}
EDIT: Please do not use this solution, it only complicates code without any benefits.
Use onKeyDown

key is 13, check the code and put the logic there.

The getElementsByClassName
method is now natively supported by the most recent versions of Firefox, Safari, Chrome, IE and Opera, you could make a function to check if a native implementation is available, otherwise use the Dustin Diaz method:
function getElementsByClassName(node,classname) {
if (node.getElementsByClassName) { // use native implementation if available
return node.getElementsByClassName(classname);
} else {
return (function getElementsByClass(searchClass,node) {
if ( node == null )
node = document;
var classElements = [],
els = node.getElementsByTagName("*"),
elsLen = els.length,
pattern = new RegExp("(^|\\s)"+searchClass+"(\\s|$)"), i, j;
for (i = 0, j = 0; i < elsLen; i++) {
if ( pattern.test(els[i].className) ) {
classElements[j] = els[i];
j++;
}
}
return classElements;
})(classname, node);
}
}
Usage:
function toggle_visibility(className) {
var elements = getElementsByClassName(document, className),
n = elements.length;
for (var i = 0; i < n; i++) {
var e = elements[i];
if(e.style.display == 'block') {
e.style.display = 'none';
} else {
e.style.display = 'block';
}
}
}
dictionary['key'] = dictionary.get('key', []) + list_to_append
If you used the accepted answer, however, you will still receive the PHP Notice if a character in your input string cannot be transliterated:
<?php
$cp1252 = '';
for ($i = 128; $i < 256; $i++) {
$cp1252 .= chr($i);
}
echo iconv("cp1252", "utf-8//TRANSLIT", $cp1252);
PHP Notice: iconv(): Detected an illegal character in input string in CP1252.php on line 8
Notice: iconv(): Detected an illegal character in input string in CP1252.php on line 8
So you should use IGNORE, which will ignore what can't be transliterated:
echo iconv("cp1252", "utf-8//IGNORE", $cp1252);

Example to implement callback method using interface.
Define the interface, NewInterface.java.
package javaapplication1;
public interface NewInterface {
void callback();
}
Create a new class, NewClass.java. It will call the callback method in main class.
package javaapplication1;
public class NewClass {
private NewInterface mainClass;
public NewClass(NewInterface mClass){
mainClass = mClass;
}
public void calledFromMain(){
//Do somthing...
//call back main
mainClass.callback();
}
}
The main class, JavaApplication1.java, to implement the interface NewInterface - callback() method. It will create and call NewClass object. Then, the NewClass object will callback it's callback() method in turn.
package javaapplication1;
public class JavaApplication1 implements NewInterface{
NewClass newClass;
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println("test...");
JavaApplication1 myApplication = new JavaApplication1();
myApplication.doSomething();
}
private void doSomething(){
newClass = new NewClass(this);
newClass.calledFromMain();
}
@Override
public void callback() {
System.out.println("callback");
}
}
Most of the other methods listed here are Rails specific. If you want do do this with pure Ruby, the following is the most concise way I've come up with (thanks to @ulysse-bn for the suggested improvement)

x.gsub(/(?:_|^)(\w)/){$1.upcase}
#=> "ThisShouldBeCamelCase"

method is done. You probably need it as an instance or class variable.

It appears this can be done. I'm unable to determine the version of GCC that it was added, but it was sometime before June 2010.
Here's an example:
#pragma GCC diagnostic error "-Wuninitialized"
foo(a); /* error is given for this one */
#pragma GCC diagnostic push
#pragma GCC diagnostic ignored "-Wuninitialized"
foo(b); /* no diagnostic for this one */
#pragma GCC diagnostic pop
foo(c); /* error is given for this one */
#pragma GCC diagnostic pop
foo(d); /* depends on command line options */
Easiest way for me is to Insert Markup.
Then in text box type the text between curly braces.
It will insert the formatted text in a new line but you can copy it anywhere, even inline.
git push --set-upstream origin <branch_name>_test
--set-upstream
sets the association between your local branch and the remote. You only have to do it the first time. On subsequent pushes you can just do:
git push
If you don't have origin
set yet, use:
git remote add origin <repository_url>
then retry the above command.
In web.config under
<system.webServer>
replace (or add) the line
<httpErrors errorMode="Detailed"></httpErrors>
with
<httpErrors existingResponse="PassThrough" errorMode="Detailed"></httpErrors>
This is because by default IIS7 intercepts HTTP status codes such as 4xx and 5xx generated by applications further up the pipeline.
Next, enable "Send Errors to Browser" under the "ASP" section, and under "Error Pages / Edit Feature Settings", select "Detailed errors".
Also, give Write permissions on the website folder to the IIS_IUSRS builtin group.
Working with the .Parent feature, this example shows how setting only one myRng reference enables dynamic access to the entire environment without any .Select, .Activate, .Activecell, .ActiveWorkbook, .ActiveSheet and so on. (There isn't any generic .Child feature.)
Sub ShowParents()
Dim myRng As Range
Set myRng = ActiveCell
Debug.Print myRng.Address ' An address of the selected cell
Debug.Print myRng.Parent.name ' The name of sheet, where MyRng is in
Debug.Print myRng.Parent.Parent.name ' The name of workbook, where MyRng is in
Debug.Print myRng.Parent.Parent.Parent.name ' The name of application, where MyRng is in
' You may use this feature to set reference to these objects
Dim mySh As Worksheet
Dim myWbk As Workbook
Dim myApp As Application
Set mySh = myRng.Parent
Set myWbk = myRng.Parent.Parent
Set myApp = myRng.Parent.Parent.Parent
Debug.Print mySh.name, mySh.Cells(10, 1).Value
Debug.Print myWbk.name, myWbk.Sheets.Count
Debug.Print myApp.name, myApp.Workbooks.Count
' You may use dynamically addressing
With myRng
.Copy
' Pastes in D1 on sheet 2 in the same workbook, where the copied cell is
.Parent.Parent.Sheets(2).Range("D1").PasteSpecial xlValues
' Or myWbk.Sheets(2).Range("D1").PasteSpecial xlValues
' We may dynamically call active application too
.Parent.Parent.Parent.CutCopyMode = False
' Or myApp.CutCopyMode = False
End With
End Sub
First I would check if your MusicKarma project has Microsoft.Net.Compilers in its packages.config file. If not then you could remove everything to do with that NuGet package from your MusicKarma.csproj.
If you are using the Microsoft.Net.Compilers NuGet package then my guess is that the path is incorrect. Looking at the directory name in the error message I would guess that the MusicKarma solution file (.sln) is in the same directory as the MusicKarma.csproj. If so then the packages directory is probably wrong since by default the packages directory would be inside the solution directory. So I am assuming that your packages directory is:
C:\Users\Bryan\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\MusicKarma\packages
Whilst your MusicKarma.csproj file is looking for the props file in:
C:\Users\Bryan\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\packages\Microsoft.Net.Compilers.1.1.1\build
So if that is the case then you can fix the problem by editing the path in your MusicKarma.csproj file or by reinstalling the NuGet package.

Here's a small improvement that to @UltraInstinct's Tee class, modified to be a context manager and also captures any exceptions.
import traceback
import sys
# Context manager that copies stdout and any exceptions to a log file
class Tee(object):
def __init__(self, filename):
self.file = open(filename, 'w')
self.stdout = sys.stdout
def __enter__(self):
sys.stdout = self
def __exit__(self, exc_type, exc_value, tb):
sys.stdout = self.stdout
if exc_type is not None:
self.file.write(traceback.format_exc())
self.file.close()
def write(self, data):
self.file.write(data)
self.stdout.write(data)
def flush(self):
self.file.flush()
self.stdout.flush()
To use the context manager:
print("Print")
with Tee('test.txt'):
print("Print+Write")
raise Exception("Test")
print("Print")
The Syntax as specified by Microsoft for the dropping a column part of an ALTER statement is this
DROP
{
[ CONSTRAINT ]
{
constraint_name
[ WITH
( <drop_clustered_constraint_option> [ ,...n ] )
]
} [ ,...n ]
| COLUMN
{
column_name
} [ ,...n ]
} [ ,...n ]
Notice that the [,...n] appears after both the column name and at the end of the whole drop clause. What this means is that there are two ways to delete multiple columns. You can either do this:
ALTER TABLE TableName
DROP COLUMN Column1, Column2, Column3
or this
ALTER TABLE TableName
DROP
COLUMN Column1,
COLUMN Column2,
COLUMN Column3
This second syntax is useful if you want to combine the drop of a column with dropping a constraint:
ALTER TBALE TableName
DROP
CONSTRAINT DF_TableName_Column1,
COLUMN Column1;
When dropping columns SQL Sever does not reclaim the space taken up by the columns dropped. For data types that are stored inline in the rows (int for example) it may even take up space on the new rows added after the alter statement. To get around this you need to create a clustered index on the table or rebuild the clustered index if it already has one. Rebuilding the index can be done with a REBUILD command after modifying the table. But be warned this can be slow on very big tables. For example:
ALTER TABLE Test
REBUILD;
<style type="text/css">
td { word-wrap: break-word;max-width:50px; }
</style>
The then()
method returns a Promise. It takes two arguments, both are callback functions for the success and failure cases of the Promise. the promise object itself doesn't give you the resolved data directly, the interface of this object only provides the data via callbacks supplied. So, you have to do this like this:
getFeed().then(function(data) { vm.feed = data;});
The then()
function returns the promise with a resolved value of the previous then()
callback, allowing you the pass the value to subsequent callbacks:
promiseB = promiseA.then(function(result) {
return result + 1;
});
// promiseB will be resolved immediately after promiseA is resolved
// and its value will be the result of promiseA incremented by 1
It has been three years since this question was asked, but I am just now coming across it. Since this answer is so far down the stack, please allow me to repeat it:
Q: I am interested if there are any limits to what types of values can be set using const in JavaScript—in particular functions. Is this valid? Granted it does work, but is it considered bad practice for any reason?
I was motivated to do some research after observing one prolific JavaScript coder who always uses const
statement for functions
, even when there is no apparent reason/benefit.
In answer to "is it considered bad practice for any reason?" let me say, IMO, yes it is, or at least, there are advantages to using function
statement.
It seems to me that this is largely a matter of preference and style. There are some good arguments presented above, but none so clear as is done in this article:
Constant confusion: why I still use JavaScript function statements by medium.freecodecamp.org/Bill Sourour, JavaScript guru, consultant, and teacher.
I urge everyone to read that article, even if you have already made a decision.
Here's are the main points:
Function statements have two clear advantages over [const] function expressions:
Advantage #1: Clarity of intent
When scanning through thousands of lines of code a day, it’s useful to be able to figure out the programmer’s intent as quickly and easily as possible.
Advantage #2: Order of declaration == order of execution
Ideally, I want to declare my code more or less in the order that I expect it will get executed.
This is the showstopper for me: any value declared using the const keyword is inaccessible until execution reaches it.
What I’ve just described above forces us to write code that looks upside down. We have to start with the lowest level function and work our way up.
My brain doesn’t work that way. I want the context before the details.
Most code is written by humans. So it makes sense that most people’s order of understanding roughly follows most code’s order of execution.
Open task manager -> Processes -> Click on .exe (Fibonacci.exe) -> End Process
if it doesn't work
Close eclipse IDE (or whatever IDE you use) and repeat step 1.
You can use the filter_var()
function, which gives you a lot of handy validation and sanitization options.
filter_var($email, FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL)
Available in PHP >= 5.2.0
If you don't want to change your code that relied on your function, just do:
function isValidEmail($email){
return filter_var($email, FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL) !== false;
}
Note: For other uses (where you need Regex), the deprecated ereg
function family (POSIX Regex Functions) should be replaced by the preg
family (PCRE Regex Functions). There are a small amount of differences, reading the Manual should suffice.
Update 1: As pointed out by @binaryLV:
PHP 5.3.3 and 5.2.14 had a bug related to FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL, which resulted in segfault when validating large values. Simple and safe workaround for this is using
strlen()
beforefilter_var()
. I'm not sure about 5.3.4 final, but it is written that some 5.3.4-snapshot versions also were affected.
This bug has already been fixed.
Update 2: This method will of course validate bazmega@kapa
as a valid email address, because in fact it is a valid email address. But most of the time on the Internet, you also want the email address to have a TLD: [email protected]
. As suggested in this blog post (link posted by @Istiaque Ahmed), you can augment filter_var()
with a regex that will check for the existence of a dot in the domain part (will not check for a valid TLD though):
function isValidEmail($email) {
return filter_var($email, FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL)
&& preg_match('/@.+\./', $email);
}
As @Eliseo Ocampos pointed out, this problem only exists before PHP 5.3, in that version they changed the regex and now it does this check, so you do not have to.
If you ever need to do this dynamically, you can use the following:
boolean isInstance(Object object, Class<?> type) {
return type.isInstance(object);
}
You can get an instance of java.lang.Class
by calling the instance method Object::getClass
on any object (returns the Class
which that object is an instance of), or you can do class literals (for example, String.class
, List.class
, int[].class
). There are other ways as well, through the reflection API (which Class
itself is the entry point for).
Note that one difference between git remote --prune
and git fetch --prune
is being fixed, with commit 10a6cc8, by Tom Miller (tmiller
) (for git 1.9/2.0, Q1 2014):
When we have a remote-tracking branch named "
frotz/nitfol
" from a previous fetch, and the upstream now has a branch named "**frotz"**,fetch
would fail to remove "frotz/nitfol
" with a "git fetch --prune
" from the upstream.
git would inform the user to use "git remote prune
" to fix the problem.
So: when a upstream repo has a branch ("frotz") with the same name as a branch hierarchy ("frotz/xxx", a possible branch naming convention), git remote --prune
was succeeding (in cleaning up the remote tracking branch from your repo), but git fetch --prune
was failing.
Not anymore:
Change the way "
fetch --prune
" works by moving the pruning operation before the fetching operation.
This way, instead of warning the user of a conflict, it automatically fixes it.

I found an add-on for Brackets.io that uses auto-indent called Indentator.
It uses shortcut keys Ctrl + Alt + I
Just a clarification on the answer given by Bkkbrad.
I tried this suggestion and it did not work for me.
For example,
split('aa|bb','\\|')
produced:
["","a","a","|","b","b",""]
But,
split('aa|bb','[|]')
produced the desired result:
["aa","bb"]
Including the metacharacter '|' inside the square brackets causes it to be interpreted literally, as intended, rather than as a metacharacter.
For elaboration of this behaviour of regexp, see: http://www.regular-expressions.info/charclass.html
You can try/catch PDOException
s (your configs could differ but the important part is the try/catch):
try {
$dbh = new PDO(
DB_TYPE . ':host=' . DB_HOST . ';dbname=' . DB_NAME . ';charset=' . DB_CHARSET,
DB_USER,
DB_PASS,
[
PDO::ATTR_PERSISTENT => true,
PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE => PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION,
PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_INIT_COMMAND => 'SET NAMES ' . DB_CHARSET . ' COLLATE ' . DB_COLLATE
]
);
} catch ( PDOException $e ) {
echo 'ERROR!';
print_r( $e );
}
The print_r( $e );
line will show you everything you need, for example I had a recent case where the error message was like unknown database 'my_db'
.
I just restarted my SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) with which my SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) also got restarted. Now am able to access the SQL SERVER 2008 R2 database instance through SSMS with my login.
Add the right lines this way and and the horizontal borders using HR or border-bottom or .col-right-line:after. Don't forget media queries to get rid of the lines on small devices.

position: absolute;
content: " ";
top: 0;
right: 0;
height: 100%;
width: 1px;
background-color: @color-neutral;
}
This works. Try it.

There are two major performance issues with your code:
Using Add method
The Add method becomes only slower and slower at each entity you add.
See: http://entityframework.net/improve-ef-add-performance
For example, adding 10,000 entities via:
Note: Entities has not been saved yet in the database!
The problem is that the Add method tries to DetectChanges at every entity added while AddRange does it once after all entities have been added to the context.
Common solutions are:
Using SaveChanges
Entity Framework has not been created for Bulk Operations. For every entity you save, a database round-trip is performed.
So, if you want to insert 20,000 records, you will perform 20,000 database round-trip which is INSANE!
There are some third-party libraries supporting Bulk Insert available:
See: Entity Framework Bulk Insert library
Be careful, when choosing a bulk insert library. Only Entity Framework Extensions support all kind of associations and inheritance, and it's the only one still supported.
Disclaimer: I'm the owner of Entity Framework Extensions
This library allows you to perform all bulk operations you need for your scenarios:
Example
// Easy to use
context.BulkSaveChanges();
// Easy to customize
context.BulkSaveChanges(bulk => bulk.BatchSize = 100);
// Perform Bulk Operations
context.BulkDelete(customers);
context.BulkInsert(customers);
context.BulkUpdate(customers);
// Customize Primary Key
context.BulkMerge(customers, operation => {
operation.ColumnPrimaryKeyExpression =
customer => customer.Code;
});
EDIT: Answer Question in Comment
Is there a recommend max size for each bulk insert for the library you created
Not too high, not too low. There isn't a particular value that fit in all scenarios since it depends on multiple factors such as row size, index, trigger, etc.
It's normally recommended to be around 4000.
Also is there a way to tie it all in one transaction and not worry about it timing out
You can use Entity Framework transaction. Our library uses the transaction if one is started. But be careful, a transaction that takes too much time come also with problems such as some row/index/table lock.
Always open in binary mode, in this case

here is my tricky solution how to hide EVERYTHING
Before you start you should realize that all youtube's info are sticks to the top and bottom of iframe(not video, that's important)
Make iframe higher than real video height. In iframe parameters set height = width * 1.7 (or other multiplicator)
Hide youtube's info under your header and footer with an absolute position at top and bottom of iframe wrapper element. Height of header and footer could be calculated as: iframeHeight - (iframeWidth * (9 / 16))) / 2. If you want fullscreen than you should hide it outside screen visible zone and set overflow to hidden
In my case I use JS to destroy iframe after video is finished so user couldn't see youtube's offer with another videos
Also important note: since iOS 12.2 is replacing Youtube's player by their own, width and height calculation should be done in constructor(in case of React) because iOS player arrival cause page resize ->possible width&height recalculation-> video rerender -> video pause
code example jsfiddle.net/s6tp2xfm
A disadvantage of this solution is that it stretches image placeholder.
that's how it could look like with custom controls

array('number'=>2),
array('number'=>4),
array('number'=>4),
array('number'=>4),
array('number'=>5)
);
$counts = array();
foreach ($Contents as $item) {
if (!isset($counts[$item['number']])) {
$counts[$item['number']] = 0;
}
$counts[$item['number']]++;
}
echo $counts[4]; // output 3

As already mentioned by others, &
is a logical AND operator and &&
is a short-circuit AND operator. They differ in how the operands are evaluated as well as whether or not they operate on arrays or scalars:
&
(AND operator) and |
(OR operator) can operate on arrays in an element-wise fashion.&&
and ||
are short-circuit versions for which the second operand is evaluated only when the result is not fully determined by the first operand. These can only operate on scalars, not arrays.You need only to write:
GRANT DBA TO NewDBA;
Because this already makes the user a DB Administrator
Here's another solution. This uses:

"This is also, possible",
true

let m;
if (m = text.match(/^\s*\"(.*?)\"\s*,?$/)) return m[1]; // Double Quoted Text
if (m = text.match(/^\s*'(.*?)'\s*,?$/)) return m[1]; // Single Quoted Text
if (m = text.match(/^\s*(true|false)\s*,?$/)) return m[1] === "true"; // Boolean
if (m = text.match(/^\s*((?:\+|\-)?\d+)\s*,?$/)) return parseInt(m[1]); // Integer Number
if (m = text.match(/^\s*((?:\+|\-)?\d*\.\d*)\s*,?$/)) return parseFloat(m[1]); // Floating Number
if (m = text.match(/^\s*(.*?)\s*,?$/)) return m[1]; // Unquoted Text
return text;
} );
}
let data = `"This is\, a value",Hello,4,-123,3.1415,'This is also\, possible',true`;
let obj = parseCSVLine(data);
console.log( JSON.stringify( obj, undefined, 2 ) );

According to the documentation, the static method UUID.randomUUID()
generates a type 4 UUID.
This means that six bits are used for some type information and the remaining 122 bits are assigned randomly.
The six non-random bits are distributed with four in the most significant half of the UUID and two in the least significant half. So the most significant half of your UUID contains 60 bits of randomness, which means you on average need to generate 2^30 UUIDs to get a collision (compared to 2^61 for the full UUID).
So I would say that you are rather safe. Note, however that this is absolutely not true for other types of UUIDs, as Carl Seleborg mentions.
Incidentally, you would be slightly better off by using the least significant half of the UUID (or just generating a random long using SecureRandom).
In below Order
SSL / HTTPS localhost fix on the mac / osx:
Click the red lock with the cross in your address bar when trying to open your https localhost environment. There'll open a window with some information about the certificate.
Click on "Details" information window
Add it to your 'System' keychain (not your 'login' keychain which is selected by default).
Open your keychain (again) and find the certificate. Click on it and make sure you "Trust" all.
Restart chrome and it should work.
There are several ways to do that. Using HTML alone, you can write
<table border=1 frame=void rules=rows>
or, if you want a border above the first row and below the last row too,
<table border=1 frame=hsides rules=rows>
This is rather inflexible, though; you cannot e.g. make the lines dotted this way, or thicker than one pixel. This is why in the past people used special separator rows, consisting of nothing but some content intended to produce a line (it gets somewhat dirty, especially when you need to make rows e.g. just a few pixels high, but it’s possible).
For the most of it, people nowadays use CSS border
properties for the purpose. It’s fairly simple and cross-browser. But note that to make the lines continuous, you need to prevent spacing between cells, using either the cellspacing=0
attribute in the table
tag or the CSS rule table { border-collapse: collapse; }
. Removing such spacing may necessitate adding some padding (with CSS, preferably) inside the cells.
At the simplest, you could use
<style>
table {
border-collapse: collapse;
}
tr {
border: solid;
border-width: 1px 0;
}
</style>
This puts a border above the first row and below the last row too. To prevent that, add e.g. the following into the style sheet:
tr:first-child {
border-top: none;
}
tr:last-child {
border-bottom: none;
}
You could define a function that repeats the passed function N times.
def repeat_fun(times, f):
for i in range(times): f()
If you want to make it even more flexible, you can even pass arguments to the function being repeated:
def repeat_fun(times, f, *args):
for i in range(times): f(*args)
Usage:
>>> def do():
... print 'Doing'
...
>>> def say(s):
... print s
...
>>> repeat_fun(3, do)
Doing
Doing
Doing
>>> repeat_fun(4, say, 'Hello!')

JFrame
is the window; it can have one or more JPanel
instances inside it. JPanel
is not the window.
You need a Swing tutorial:
if you don't want to use float
<div style="text-align:right; margin:0px auto 0px auto;">
<p> Hello </p>
</div>
<div style="">
<p> Hello </p>
</div>
<context-param>
<param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
<param-value>
classpath*:/META-INF/PersistenceContext.xml
</param-value>
</context-param>
I have initialized my PersistenceContext.xml
within <context-param>
because all my servlets will be interacting with database in MVC framework.
Howerver,
<servlet>
<servlet-name>jersey-servlet</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>com.sun.jersey.spi.spring.container.servlet.SpringServlet</servlet-class>
<init-param>
<param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
<param-value>
classpath:ApplicationContext.xml
</param-value>
</init-param>
<init-param>
<param-name>com.sun.jersey.config.property.packages</param-name>
<param-value>com.organisation.project.rest</param-value>
</init-param>
</servlet>
in the aforementioned code, I am configuring jersey and the ApplicationContext.xml
only to rest layer. For the same I am using </init-param>
You can easily write the method to do that :
public static String toCamelCase(final String init) {
if (init == null)
return null;
final StringBuilder ret = new StringBuilder(init.length());
for (final String word : init.split(" ")) {
if (!word.isEmpty()) {
ret.append(Character.toUpperCase(word.charAt(0)));
ret.append(word.substring(1).toLowerCase());
}
if (!(ret.length() == init.length()))
ret.append(" ");
}
return ret.toString();
}
You can divide column of dtype
timedelta
by np.timedelta64(1, 'D')
, but output is not int
, but float
, because NaN
values:
df_test['Difference'] = df_test['Difference'] / np.timedelta64(1, 'D')
print (df_test)
First_Date Second Date Difference
0 2016-02-09 2015-11-19 82.0
1 2016-01-06 2015-11-30 37.0
2 NaT 2015-12-04 NaN
3 2016-01-06 2015-12-08 29.0
4 NaT 2015-12-09 NaN
5 2016-01-07 2015-12-11 27.0
6 NaT 2015-12-12 NaN
7 NaT 2015-12-14 NaN
8 2016-01-06 2015-12-14 23.0
9 NaT 2015-12-15 NaN
A solution in C# would be:
Helper class:
internal class DriverHelper
{
private IWebDriver Driver { get; set; }
private WebDriverWait Wait { get; set; }
public DriverHelper(string driverUrl, int timeoutInSeconds)
{
Driver = new ChromeDriver();
Driver.Url = driverUrl;
Wait = new WebDriverWait(Driver, TimeSpan.FromSeconds(timeoutInSeconds));
}
internal bool ClickElement(string cssSelector)
{
//Find the element
IWebElement element = Wait.Until(d=>ExpectedConditions.ElementIsVisible(By.CssSelector(cssSelector)))(Driver);
return Wait.Until(c => ClickElement(element, cssSelector));
}
private bool ClickElement(IWebElement element, string cssSelector)
{
try
{
//Check if element is still included in the dom
//If the element has changed a the OpenQA.Selenium.StaleElementReferenceException is thrown.
bool isDisplayed = element.Displayed;
element.Click();
return true;
}
catch (StaleElementReferenceException)
{
//wait until the element is visible again
element = Wait.Until(d => ExpectedConditions.ElementIsVisible(By.CssSelector(cssSelector)))(Driver);
return ClickElement(element, cssSelector);
}
catch (Exception)
{
return false;
}
}
}
Invocation:
DriverHelper driverHelper = new DriverHelper("http://www.seleniumhq.org/docs/04_webdriver_advanced.jsp", 10);
driverHelper.ClickElement("input[value='csharp']:first-child");
Similarly can be used for Java.
use JodaTime
The ISO 8601 calendar system is the default implementation within Joda-Time
Here is the doc for JodaTime Formatter
Edit:
If you don't want to add or if you don't see value of adding above library you could just use in built SimpleDateFormat
class to format the Date to required ISO format
as suggested by @Joachim Sauer
DateFormat df = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mmZ");
String nowAsString = df.format(new Date());
You can access the groups simply through the groups
attribute on User
.
from django.contrib.auth.models import User, Group
group = Group(name = "Editor")
group.save() # save this new group for this example
user = User.objects.get(pk = 1) # assuming, there is one initial user
user.groups.add(group) # user is now in the "Editor" group
then user.groups.all()
returns [<Group: Editor>]
.
Alternatively, and more directly, you can check if a a user is in a group by:
if django_user.groups.filter(name = groupname).exists():
...
Note that groupname
can also be the actual Django Group object.
$('#a_tbnotesverbergen').text('My New Link Text');
OR
$('#a_tbnotesverbergen').html('My New Link Text or HTML');

You can take update / pull on git branch you can use below command
git pull origin <branch-name>
The above command will take an update/pull from giving branch name
If you want to take pull from another branch, you need to go to that branch.
git checkout master
Than
git pull origin development
Hope that will work for you
Just use resize: none
textarea {
resize: none;
}
You can also decide to resize your textareas only horizontal or vertical, this way:
textarea { resize: vertical; }
textarea { resize: horizontal; }
Finally,
resize: both
enables the resize grabber.
If your report includes a subreport, the width of the subreport could push the boundaries of the body if subreport and hierarchy are allowed to grow.
I had a similar problem arise with a subreport that could be placed in a cell (spanning 2 columns). It looked like the span could contain it in the designer and it rendered fine in a winform or a browser and, originally, it could generate printer output (or pdf file) without spilling over onto excess pages.
Then, after changing some other column widths (and without exceeding the body width plus margins), the winform and browser renderings looked still looked fine but when the output (printer or pdf) was generated, it grew past the margins and wrote the right side of each page as a 2nd (4th, etc.) page. I could eliminate my problem by increasing colspan where the subreport was placed.
Whether or not you're using subreports, if you have page spillover and your body design fits within the margins of the page, look for something allowed to grow that pushes the width of the body out.
Eager Loading When you are sure that want to get multiple entities at a time, for example you have to show user, and user details at the same page, then you should go with eager loading. Eager loading makes single hit on database and load the related entities.
Lazy loading When you have to show users only at the page, and by clicking on users you need to show user details then you need to go with lazy loading. Lazy loading make multiple hits, to get load the related entities when you bind/iterate related entities.
$files = scandir('folder/');
foreach($files as $file) {
//do your work here
}
or glob may be even better for your needs:
$files = glob('folder/*.{jpg,png,gif}', GLOB_BRACE);
foreach($files as $file) {
//do your work here
}
Where I've a constant array, it's always been done as static. If you can accept that, this code should compile and run.
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
class a {
static const int b[2];
public:
a(void) {
for(int i = 0; i < 2; i++) {
printf("b[%d] = [%d]\n", i, b[i]);
}
}
};
const int a::b[2] = { 4, 2 };
int main(int argc, char **argv)
{
a foo;
return 0;
}
.format('MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm:ss')
You will need to know something about the URLs, like do they have a specific directory or some query string element because you have to match for something. Otherwise you will have to redirect on the 404. If this is what is required then do something like this in your .htaccess:
ErrorDocument 404 /index.php
An error page redirect must be relative to root so you cannot use www.mydomain.com.
If you have a pattern to match too then use 301 instead of 302 because 301 is permanent and 302 is temporary. A 301 will get the old URLs removed from the search engines and the 302 will not.

Much simpler using only SimpleDateFormat, without passing all the parameters individual:
String FORMATER = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'";
DateFormat format = new SimpleDateFormat(FORMATER);
Date date = new Date();
XMLGregorianCalendar gDateFormatted =
DatatypeFactory.newInstance().newXMLGregorianCalendar(format.format(date));
Full example here.
Note: This is working only to remove the last 2 fields: milliseconds and timezone or to remove the entire time component using formatter yyyy-MM-dd
.
Try this
<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript">
function runProgram()
{
var shell = new ActiveXObject("WScript.Shell");
var appWinMerge = "\"C:\\Program Files\\WinMerge\\WinMergeU.exe\" /e /s /u /wl /wr /maximize";
var fileLeft = "\"D:\\Path\\to\\your\\file\"";
var fileRight= "\"D:\\Path\\to\\your\\file2\"";
shell.Run(appWinMerge + " " + fileLeft + " " + fileRight);
}
</script>
</head>
<body>
<a href="javascript:runProgram()">Run program</a>
</body>
</html>
I had a similar problem, simply running a trivial ruby script that just required the gem i wanted...got that error message. When I changed the incantation from:
ruby test.rb
to
ruby -rubygems test.rb
Seemed to work.
You cannot use IF control block OUTSIDE of functions. So that affects both of your queries.
Turn the EXISTS clause into a subquery instead within an IF function
SELECT IF( EXISTS(
SELECT *
FROM gdata_calendars
WHERE `group` = ? AND id = ?), 1, 0)
In fact, booleans are returned as 1 or 0
SELECT EXISTS(
SELECT *
FROM gdata_calendars
WHERE `group` = ? AND id = ?)
