It is XOR. Another name for the XOR function is addition without carry. I suppose that's how the symbol might make sense.
For me this issue was caused by the file encoding format being wrong.
I used another editor and it was saved as UTF-8-BOM
so the very first line I had was @echo off
but there was a hidden character in the front of it.
So I changed the encoding to plain old ANSI
text, and then the issue went away.
If the already posted answers aren't fast enough you'll probably have to look for a solution specific to your particular problem.
For example if these text files are logs that are only appended to and you regularly need to know the number of lines in them you could create an index. This index would contain the number of lines in the file, when the file was last modified and how large the file was then. This would allow you to recalculate the number of lines in the file by skipping over all the lines you had already seen and just reading the new lines.

Although I like the hash approach (I've used it in the past for similar stuff), given that you only really care about matching truthy values - since - everything else is false - you can check for inclusion in an array:

I've just solved these exact errors myself. The key it seems is that your project.properties
file in your appcompat library project should use whatever the highest version of the API that your particular appcompat project has been written for (in your case it looks like v21). Easiest way I've found to tell is to look for the highest 'values-v**' folder inside the res folder (eg. values-v21
).
To clarify, in addition to the instructions at Support Library Setup, your appcompat/project.properties
file should have in it: target=android-21
(mine came with 19 instead).
Also ensure that you have the 'SDK Platform' to match that version installed (eg for v21 install Android 5.0 SDK Platform).
Alternatively if you don't want to use the appcompat at all, (I think) all you need to do is right click your project > Properties > Android > Library > Remove the reference to the appcompat. The errors will still show up for the appcompat project, but shouldn't affect your project after that.

Another option for working out the encoding is to use libmagic (which is the code behind the file command). There are a profusion of python bindings available.
The python bindings that live in the file source tree are available as the python-magic (or python3-magic) debian package. It can determine the encoding of a file by doing:

is not strictly an issue; what is an issue is that you target the wrong constructor, which is depreciated.

Will indeed flag it as depreciated. What is needed is to provide at minimum one additional argument (the first, below), and ideally two:

If you're trying to put a button in a rounded-rectangle border, you should check out msdn's example. I found this by googling for images of the problem (instead of text). Their bulky outer rectangle is (thankfully) easy to remove.
Note that you will have to redefine the button's behavior (since you've changed the ControlTemplate). Don't over complicate it. Just give the link a color using the tags. It will leave a constant color that won't change even if you click it. So in your case just set it to blue. If it is set to a particular color of blue just you want to copy, you can press "print scrn" on your keyboard, paste in paint, and using the color picker(shaped as a dropper) pick the color of the link and view the code in the color settings.

A bit late to the party but Juval Lowy addresses this exact scenario in his book and the associated ServiceModelEx library.

And this is exactly what the Spring (another IoC container, for example: Guice) does. Instead of let to application create what it need using new keyword (taking plastic cup), Spring IoC container all of time offer to application the same instance (singleton) of needed object(glass of water).
Think about yourself as organizer of such meeting. You need the way to message to hotel administration that
meeting members will need glass of water but not piece of cake.

I was facing same issue. I did not put @ResponseBody

I had this same problem, however in a little bit different situation. One day my application launches fine (using developer provision), then I do some minor editing to my Entitlements file, and after that it stops working. The application installed fine on my device, however every time I tried to launch it, it exited instantly (after the opening animation). (As I made edits to other files too, I did not suspect the following problem)
The problem was in the Entitlements file format, seems so that the following declarations are not the same:

Sounds like you've at least tried to set GOPATH to the right thing, so if you're still stuck, maybe include exactly how you set the environment variable (the command, etc.) and what command you ran and what error happened. Here are instructions on how to set it (and make the setting persistent) under Linux/UNIX and here is the Go team's advice on workspace setup. Maybe neither helps, but take a look and at least point to which part confuses you if you're confused.

You could convert the dataframe to be a single column with stack
(this changes the shape from 5x3 to 15x1) and then take the standard deviation:

to convert from a pandas dataframe to a numpy array before taking the standard deviation:

Unlike pandas, numpy will give the standard deviation of the entire array by default, so there is no need to reshape before taking the standard deviation.
A couple of additional notes:
The numpy approach here is a bit faster than the pandas one, which is generally true when you have the option to accomplish the same thing with either numpy or pandas. The speed difference will depend on the size of your data, but numpy was roughly 10x faster when I tested a few different sized dataframes on my laptop (numpy version 1.15.4 and pandas version 0.23.4).
The numpy and pandas approaches here will not give exactly the same answers, but will be extremely close (identical at several digits of precision). The discrepancy is due to slight differences in implementation behind the scenes that affect how the floating point values get rounded.

Each ThreadPoolExecutor also maintains some basic statistics, such as the number of completed tasks

The most important difference is that gzip is only capable to compress a single file while zip compresses multiple files one by one and archives them into one single file afterwards. Thus, gzip comes along with tar most of the time (there are other possibilities, though). This comes along with some (dis)advantages.
If you have a big archive and you only need one single file out of it, you have to decompress the whole gzip file to get to that file. This is not required if you have a zip file.
On the other hand, if you compress 10 similiar or even identical files, the zip archive will be much bigger because each file is compressed individually, whereas in gzip in combination with tar a single file is compressed which is much more effective if the files are similiar (equal).

The reason that the validation data-* attributes aren't showing in the rendered html for your input could be that there is no form context. The FormContext is created automatically when you create a form using @using(Html.BeginForm(...)) { ... }

is used and a has weak property , than its value will only be valid till objectB remains in memory.

Here's one application that works for me. In our case...I wanted the Sales team to use SVN for certain docs (Price sheets and such)...but a bit over there head.
I setup an Auto SVN like this: - Created a REPO in my SVN server. - Checked out repo into a DB folder call AutoSVN. - I run EasySVN on my PC, which auto commits and updates the REPO.
With he 'Auto', there are no log comments, but not critical for these particular docs.
The Sales guys use the DB folder...and simply maintain the file name of those docs that need version control such as price sheets.
PDFClown might help, but I would not recommend it for a big or heavy use application.

(I presume that you've concluded that it's an iptables problem by dropping the firewall completely (iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT; iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT; iptables -F) and confirmed that you can connect to the MySQL server from your Windows box?)
Some previous rule in the INPUT table is probably rejecting or dropping the packet. You can get around that by inserting the new rule at the top, although you might want to review your existing rules to see whether that's sensible:
iptables -I INPUT 1 -p tcp --dport 3306 -j ACCEPT
Note that iptables-save won't save the new rule persistently (i.e. across reboots) - you'll need to figure out something else for that. My usual route is to store the iptables-save output in a file (/etc/network/iptables.rules or similar) and then load then with a pre-up statement in /etc/network/interfaces).
That error can only be caused by one of three things:
First of all, ensure, what script is call properly, it should looks like

I have dealt WCF with large file (serveral GB) upload where store data in memory is not an option. My solution is to store message stream to a temp file and use seek to find out begin and end of binary data.
You might have 10,000 users total, but that's not the same as concurrent users. In this context, concurrent scripts being run.
For example, if your visitor visits index.php, and it makes a database query to get some user details, that request might live for 250ms. You can limit how long those MySQL connections live even further by opening and closing them only when you are querying, instead of leaving it open for the duration of the script.
While it is hard to make any type of formula to predict how many connections would be open at a time, I'd venture the following:
You probably won't have more than 500 active users at any given time with a user base of 10,000 users. Of those 500 concurrent users, there will probably at most be 10-20 concurrent requests being made at a time.
That means, you are really only establishing about 10-20 concurrent requests.
As others mentioned, you have nothing to worry about in that department.

"Run as Aministrator" is just a command, enabling the program to continue some operations that require the Administrator privileges, without displaying the UAC alerts.
Even if your user is a member of administrators group, some applications like yours need the Administrator privileges to continue running, because the application is considered not safe, if it is doing some special operation, like editing a system file or something else. This is the reason why Windows needs the Administrator privilege to execute the application and it notifies you with a UAC alert. Not all applications need an Amnistrator account to run, and some applications, like yours, need the Administrator privileges.
If you execute the application with 'run as administrator' command, you are notifying the system that your application is safe and doing something that requires the administrator privileges, with your confirm.
If you want to avoid this, just disable the UAC on Control Panel.

method you are trying to access a local variable from within an anonymous inner class and the scope is not enough. So it definitely must be final
(which given your code is not possible) or declared as a class member so the inner class can access this statement
variable.

Reconsider your approach. If statement
variable won't be used until btnInsert
button is pressed then it doesn't make sense to create a connection before this actually happens. You could use all local variables like this:

Your system does not have a GUI manager. Happens mostly in Solaris/Linux boxes. If you are using GUI in them make sure that you have a GUI manager installed and you may also want to google through the DISPLAY variable.

You can subclass the C structure that is available in the standard library. The ctypes module provides a Structure class. The example from the docs:

In general, methods that end in !
indicate that the method will modify the object it's called on. Ruby calls these as "dangerous methods" because they change state that someone else might have a reference to. Here's a simple example for strings:

foo.downcase! # modifies foo itself
puts foo # prints modified foo
This will output:
a string
In the standard libraries, there are a lot of places you'll see pairs of similarly named methods, one with the !
and one without. The ones without are called "safe methods", and they return a copy of the original with changes applied to the copy, with the callee unchanged. Here's the same example without the !

Keep in mind this is just a convention, but a lot of Ruby classes follow it. It also helps you keep track of what's getting modified in your code.

I had a similar issue, CMake finding a vendor-installed Boost only, but my cluster had a locally installed version which is what I wanted it to use. Red Hat Linux 6.
Anyway, it looks like all the BOOSTROOT
, BOOST_ROOT
, and Boost_DIR
stuff would get annoyed unless one also sets Boost_NO_BOOST_CMAKE
(e.g add to cmd line -DBoost_NO_BOOST_CMAKE=TRUE
).
(I will concede the usefulness of CMake for multiplatform, but I can still hate it.)
