Swift 3 code
var activeField: UITextField?
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
NotificationCenter.default.addObserver(self, selector: #selector(ProfileViewController.keyboardWillShow), name: NSNotification.Name.UIKeyboardWillShow, object: nil)
NotificationCenter.default.addObserver(self, selector: #selector(ProfileViewController.keyboardWillHide), name: NSNotification.Name.UIKeyboardWillHide, object: nil)
}
func textFieldDidBeginEditing(_ textField: UITextField){
activeField = textField
}
func textFieldDidEndEditing(_ textField: UITextField){
activeField = nil
}
func keyboardWillShow(notification: NSNotification) {
if let keyboardSize = (notification.userInfo?[UIKeyboardFrameBeginUserInfoKey] as? NSValue)?.cgRectValue {
if (self.activeField?.frame.origin.y)! >= keyboardSize.height {
self.view.frame.origin.y = keyboardSize.height - (self.activeField?.frame.origin.y)!
} else {
self.view.frame.origin.y = 0
}
}
}
func keyboardWillHide(notification: NSNotification) {
self.view.frame.origin.y = 0

This one helped me:
// Add an observer that will respond to loginComplete
[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] addObserver:self
selector:@selector(showMainMenu:)
name:@"loginComplete" object:nil];
// Post a notification to loginComplete
[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] postNotificationName:@"loginComplete" object:nil];
// the function specified in the same class where we defined the addObserver
- (void)showMainMenu:(NSNotification *)note {
NSLog(@"Received Notification - Someone seems to have logged in");
}
Source: http://www.smipple.net/snippet/Sounden/Simple%20NSNotificationCenter%20example
You'll have to use the "userInfo" variant and pass a NSDictionary object that contains the messageTotal integer:
NSDictionary* userInfo = @{@"total": @(messageTotal)};
NSNotificationCenter* nc = [NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter];
[nc postNotificationName:@"eRXReceived" object:self userInfo:userInfo];
On the receiving end you can access the userInfo dictionary as follows:
-(void) receiveTestNotification:(NSNotification*)notification
{
if ([notification.name isEqualToString:@"TestNotification"])
{
NSDictionary* userInfo = notification.userInfo;
NSNumber* total = (NSNumber*)userInfo[@"total"];
NSLog (@"Successfully received test notification! %i", total.intValue);
}
}
In swift 4.2 I used following code to show and hide code using NSNotification
@objc func keyboardWillShow(notification: NSNotification) {
if let keyboardSize = (notification.userInfo? [UIResponder.keyboardFrameEndUserInfoKey] as? NSValue)?.cgRectValue {
let keyboardheight = keyboardSize.height
print(keyboardheight)
}
}
Swift 5 Notification Observer
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
NotificationCenter.default.addObserver(self, selector: #selector(batteryLevelChanged), name: UIDevice.batteryLevelDidChangeNotification, object: nil)
}
@objc func batteryLevelChanged(notification : NSNotification){
//do here code
}
override func viewWillDisappear(_ animated: Bool) {
NotificationCenter.default.removeObserver(self, name: UIDevice.batteryLevelDidChangeNotification, object: nil)
}
Under dependencyServices nothing of the above helped me, i ended up doing like below:
class Static_Toast_Android
{
private static Context _context
{
get { return Android.App.Application.Context; }
}
public static void StaticDisplayToast(string message)
{
Toast.MakeText(_context, message, ToastLength.Long).Show();
}
}
public class Toast_Android : IToast
{
public void DisplayToast(string message)
{
Static_Toast_Android.StaticDisplayToast(message);
}
}
I must use the "double-class" because an interface cannot be static. L-
I've been using browserify for that. It also lets me integrate Node.js modules into my client-side code.
I blogged about it here: Add node.js/CommonJS style require() to client-side JavaScript with browserify
use this for target path for uploading
<?php
$file_name = $_FILES["csvFile"]["name"];
$target_path = $dir = plugin_dir_path( __FILE__ )."\\upload\\". $file_name;
echo $target_path;
move_uploaded_file($_FILES["csvFile"]["tmp_name"],$target_path. $file_name);

The RSACryptoServiceProvider(CspParameters)
constructor creates a keypair which is stored in the keystore on the local machine. If you already have a keypair with the specified name, it uses the existing keypair.
It sounds as if you are not interested in having the key stored on the machine.
So use the RSACryptoServiceProvider(Int32)
constructor:
public static void AssignNewKey(){
RSA rsa = new RSACryptoServiceProvider(2048); // Generate a new 2048 bit RSA key
string publicPrivateKeyXML = rsa.ToXmlString(true);
string publicOnlyKeyXML = rsa.ToXmlString(false);
// do stuff with keys...
}
EDIT:
Alternatively try setting the PersistKeyInCsp to false:
public static void AssignNewKey(){
const int PROVIDER_RSA_FULL = 1;
const string CONTAINER_NAME = "KeyContainer";
CspParameters cspParams;
cspParams = new CspParameters(PROVIDER_RSA_FULL);
cspParams.KeyContainerName = CONTAINER_NAME;
cspParams.Flags = CspProviderFlags.UseMachineKeyStore;
cspParams.ProviderName = "Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider";
rsa = new RSACryptoServiceProvider(cspParams);
rsa.PersistKeyInCsp = false;
string publicPrivateKeyXML = rsa.ToXmlString(true);
string publicOnlyKeyXML = rsa.ToXmlString(false);
// do stuff with keys...
}
Here is my way:
launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.postgresql.plist
rm /usr/local/var/postgres/postmaster.pid
launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.postgresql.plist
Quick fix! If you don't want to manually add a space, you can do this:
var a = "I want apple";_x000D_
var b = "an";_x000D_
var position = 6;_x000D_
var output = [a.slice(0, position + 1), b, a.slice(position)].join('');_x000D_
console.log(output);
_x000D_
(edit: i see that this is actually answered above, sorry!)
By using the code snippet below, you are selecting the placeholder inside your input, and any code placed inside will affect only the placeholder.
input::-webkit-input-placeholder {
text-align: center
}
I dont know about SmallSQL, but this works for MSSQL:
IF EXISTS (SELECT * FROM Table1 WHERE Column1='SomeValue')
UPDATE Table1 SET (...) WHERE Column1='SomeValue'
ELSE
INSERT INTO Table1 VALUES (...)
Based on the where-condition, this updates the row if it exists, else it will insert a new one.
I hope that's what you were looking for.
I had to solve a similar problem. I inherited a large source table from MS Access with nearly 15000 records that did not have a primary key, which I had to normalize and make CakePHP compatible. One convention of CakePHP is that every table has a the primary key, that it is first column and that it is called 'id'. The following simple statement did the trick for me under MySQL 5.5:
ALTER TABLE `database_name`.`table_name`
ADD COLUMN `id` INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT FIRST,
ADD PRIMARY KEY (`id`);
This added a new column 'id' of type integer in front of the existing data ("FIRST" keyword). The AUTO_INCREMENT keyword increments the ids starting with 1. Now every dataset has a unique numerical id. (Without the AUTO_INCREMENT statement all rows are populated with id = 0).
On Linux try these:
set wrap off
set trimout ON
set trimspool on
set serveroutput on
set pagesize 0
set long 20000000
set longchunksize 20000000
set linesize 4000
Too late, just in case some one is looking for another way:
void Main()
{
string jsonString = @"{
'Stores': [
'Lambton Quay',
'Willis Street'
],
'Manufacturers': [
{
'Name': 'Acme Co',

}";
Product product = new Product();
//Serializing to Object
Product obj = JObject.Parse(jsonString).SelectToken("$.Manufacturers[?(@.Name == 'Acme Co' && @.Name != 'Contoso')]").ToObject<Product>();
Console.WriteLine(obj);
}

Here is usage of Math.PI
to find circumference of circle and Area
First we take Radius as a string in Message Box and convert it into integer
public class circle {
public static void main(String[] args) {
// TODO code application logic here
String rad;
float radius,area,circum;
rad = JOptionPane.showInputDialog("Enter the Radius of circle:");
radius = Integer.parseInt(rad);
area = (float) (Math.PI*radius*radius);
circum = (float) (2*Math.PI*radius);
JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null, "Area: " + area,"AREA",JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE);
JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null, "circumference: " + circum, "Circumfernce",JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE);
}
}
I've found the same thing, but only on emulators that have the Use Host GPU setting ticked. Try turning that off, you'll no longer see those warnings (and the emulator will run horribly, horribly slowly..)
In my experience those warnings are harmless. Notice that the "error" is EGL_SUCCESS, which would seem to indicate no error at all!
More accurately...
while IFS= read -r line ; do
printf "%s\n" "$line"
done < file

First off, avoid using a cursor if at all possible. Here are some resources for rooting it out when it seems you can't do without:
There Must Be 15 Ways To Lose Your Cursors... part 1, Introduction
Row-By-Row Processing Without Cursor
That said, though, you may be stuck with one after all--I don't know enough from your question to be sure that either of those apply. If that's the case, you've got a different problem--the select statement for your cursor must be an actual SELECT statement, not an EXECUTE statement. You're stuck.
But see the answer from cmsjr (which came in while I was writing) about using a temp table. I'd avoid global cursors even more than "plain" ones....
For those that have tried every answer to this question and are still scratching their heads as to why none of them work for you, you might have ran into a form of the issue I ran into.
My TextBlock.Text
property was inside of a ToolTipService.ToolTip
element and it was databound to a property of an object whose data was being pulled from a SQL stored procedure. Now the data from this particular property within the stored procedure was being pulled from a SQL function.
Since nothing had worked for me, I gave up my search and created the converter class below:
public class NewLineConverter : IValueConverter
{
public object Convert(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)
{
var s = string.Empty;
if (value.IsNotNull())
{
s = value.ToString();
if (s.Contains("\\r\\n"))
s = s.Replace("\\r\\n", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("\\n"))
s = s.Replace("\\n", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("

"))
s = s.Replace("

", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("
"))
s = s.Replace("
", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("
"))
s = s.Replace("
", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains(" "))
s = s.Replace(" ", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains(" "))
s = s.Replace(" ", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains(" "))
s = s.Replace(" ", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("<br />"))
s = s.Replace("<br />", Environment.NewLine);
if (s.Contains("<LineBreak />"))
s = s.Replace("<LineBreak />", Environment.NewLine);
}
return s;
}
public object ConvertBack(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)
{
throw new NotImplementedException();
}
}
I ended up having to use the Enivornment.NewLine
method from @dparker's answer. I instructed the converter to look for any possible textual representation of a newline and replace it with Environment.NewLine
.
This worked!
However, I was still perplexed as to why none of the other methods worked with databound properties.
I left a comment on @BobKing's accepted answer:
@BobKing - This doesn't seem to work in the ToolTipService.ToolTip when binding to a field that has the line feeds embedded from a SQL sproc.
He replied with:
@CodeMaverick If you're binding to text with the new lines embedded, they should probably be real char 10 values (or 13's) and not the XML sentinels. This is only if you want to write literal new lines in XAML files.
A light bulb went off!
I went into my SQL function, replaced my textual representations of newlines with ...
CHAR( 13 ) + CHAR( 10 )
... removed the converter from my TextBlock.Text
binding, and just like that ... it worked!
Easy Peasy:
StringBuilder sb= new StringBuilder();
for(Entry<String,String> entry : map.entrySet()) {
sb.append(entry.getKey() + "_" + entry.getValue() + "|");
}
String requiredString = sb.substring(0, sb.length() - 1);
Like it was saying previously - you can access any parameters by using injection container and use its parameter property.
"Symfony - Working with Container Service Definitions" is a good article about it.
I was able to get the list mapping to work with just using @SerializedName
for all fields.. no logic around Type
was necessary.
Running the code - in step #4 below - through the debugger, I am able to observe that the List<ContentImage> mGalleryImages
object populated with the JSON data
Here's an example:
1. The JSON
{
"name": "Some House",
"gallery": [
{
"description": "Nice 300sqft. den.jpg",
"photo_url": "image/den.jpg"
},
{
"description": "Floor Plan",
"photo_url": "image/floor_plan.jpg"
}
]
}
2. Java class with the List
public class FocusArea {
@SerializedName("name")
private String mName;
@SerializedName("gallery")
private List<ContentImage> mGalleryImages;
}
3. Java class for the List items
public class ContentImage {
@SerializedName("description")
private String mDescription;
@SerializedName("photo_url")
private String mPhotoUrl;
// getters/setters ..
}
4. The Java code that processes the JSON
for (String key : focusAreaKeys) {
JsonElement sectionElement = sectionsJsonObject.get(key);
FocusArea focusArea = gson.fromJson(sectionElement, FocusArea.class);
}
Something like this?
And the code I used:
.box{
position: relative;
overflow: hidden;
}
.box:hover .hidden{
left: 0px;
}
.box .hidden {
background: yellow;
height: 300px;
position: absolute;
top: 0;
left: -500px;
width: 500px;
opacity: 1;
-webkit-transition: all 0.7s ease-out;
-moz-transition: all 0.7s ease-out;
-ms-transition: all 0.7s ease-out;
-o-transition: all 0.7s ease-out;
transition: all 0.7s ease-out;
}
I may also add that it's possible to move an elment using transform: translate();
, which in this case could work something like this - DEMO nr2
The 'mangler' in the above code sample was doing the equivalent of this:
bytesThing = stringThing.encode(encoding='UTF-8')
There are other ways to write this (notably using bytes(stringThing, encoding='UTF-8')
, but the above syntax makes it obvious what is going on, and also what to do to recover the string:
newStringThing = bytesThing.decode(encoding='UTF-8')
When we do this, the original string is recovered.
Note, using str(bytesThing)
just transcribes all the gobbledegook without converting it back into Unicode, unless you specifically request UTF-8, viz., str(bytesThing, encoding='UTF-8')
. No error is reported if the encoding is not specified.
For the asynchronous dispatch case you describe above, you shouldn't need to check if you're on the main thread. As Bavarious indicates, this will simply be queued up to be run on the main thread.
However, if you attempt to do the above using a dispatch_sync()
and your callback is on the main thread, your application will deadlock at that point. I describe this in my answer here, because this behavior surprised me when moving some code from -performSelectorOnMainThread:
. As I mention there, I created a helper function:
void runOnMainQueueWithoutDeadlocking(void (^block)(void))
{
if ([NSThread isMainThread])
{
block();
}
else
{
dispatch_sync(dispatch_get_main_queue(), block);
}
}
which will run a block synchronously on the main thread if the method you're in isn't currently on the main thread, and just executes the block inline if it is. You can employ syntax like the following to use this:
runOnMainQueueWithoutDeadlocking(^{
//Do stuff
});
Best practice: one form per product is definitely the way to go.
Benefits:
In your specific situation
If you only ever intend to have one form element, in this case a submit
button, one form for all should work just fine.
My recommendation Do one form per product, and change your markup to something like:
<form method="post" action="">
<input type="hidden" name="product_id" value="123">
<button type="submit" name="action" value="add_to_cart">Add to Cart</button>
</form>
This will give you a much cleaner and usable POST
. No parsing. And it will allow you to add more parameters in the future (size, color, quantity, etc).
Note: There's no technical benefit to using
<button>
vs.<input>
, but as a programmer I find it cooler to work withaction=='add_to_cart'
thanaction=='Add to Cart'
. Besides, I hate mixing presentation with logic. If one day you decide that it makes more sense for the button to say "Add" or if you want to use different languages, you could do so freely without having to worry about your back-end code.
Compilr seems to be going in that direction: http://compilr.com/teachers
I just had this problem and resolved it by adding the namespace to the service name, e.g.
<service name="TechResponse">
became
<service name="SvcClient.TechResponse">
I've also seen it resolved with a Web.config instead of an App.config.
If you are doing this often then it is better to stove it away in a helper function:
def index_of(val, in_list):
try:
return in_list.index(val)
except ValueError:
return -1
AspNetCoreModuleV2 cannot handle OPTIONS causing a preflight issue
I discovered that .net core module does not handle OPTIONS well which makes a big CORS problem:
Solution: remove the star *
In web.config, exclude OPTIONS verb from the module because this verb is already handled by the IIS OPTIONSVerbHandler:
<add name="aspNetCore" path="*" verb="* modules="AspNetCoreModuleV2" resourceType="Unspecified" />
with this one
<add name="aspNetCore" path="*" verb="GET,POST,PUT,DELETE" modules="AspNetCoreModuleV2" resourceType="Unspecified" />
Per JamieL's answer to another post:
Since Express.js 3x the response object has a json() method which sets all the headers correctly for you.
Example:
res.json({"foo": "bar"});
Maybe you could use String#split
To answer your comment:
I'm not sure if there can be more than one . in a filename, but whatever, even if there are more dots you can use the split. Consider e.g. that:
String input = "boo.and.foo";
String[] result = input.split(".");
This will return an array containing:
{ "boo", "and", "foo" }
So you will know that the last index in the array is the extension and all others are the base.
Use the sizing utility classes...

There is probably another table with a foreign key referencing the primary key you are trying to change.
To find out which table caused the error you can run SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS
and then look at the LATEST FOREIGN KEY ERROR
section.
It depends on how you submit the answer to the text. Overall you can look at the programme at a certain view but it depends what angle you look at the problem. I will get you started with the programme: Dim Bus, Car, Time, Height As Integr
Again it depends on what the problem is an overall. You might have to shorten it due to the programme. Hope this helps and need the feedback if it does not. Thank You.
If HTML and use bootstrap they have a helper class.
<span class="text-nowrap">1-866-566-7233</span>
The first argument of all methods is usually called self
. It refers to the instance for which the method is being called.
Let's say you have:
class A(object):
def foo(self):
print 'Foo'
def bar(self, an_argument):
print 'Bar', an_argument
Then, doing:
a = A()
a.foo() #prints 'Foo'
a.bar('Arg!') #prints 'Bar Arg!'
There's nothing special about this being called self
, you could do the following:
class B(object):
def foo(self):
print 'Foo'
def bar(this_object):
this_object.foo()
Then, doing:
b = B()
b.bar() # prints 'Foo'
In your specific case:
dangerous_device = MissileDevice(some_battery)
dangerous_device.move(dangerous_device.RIGHT)
(As suggested in comments MissileDevice.RIGHT
could be more appropriate here!)
You could declare all your constants at module level though, so you could do:
dangerous_device.move(RIGHT)
This, however, is going to depend on how you want your code to be organized!

HTML provides no way to generate JSON from form data.
If you really want to handle it from the client, then you would have to resort to using JavaScript to:
You'd probably be better off sticking to application/x-www-form-urlencoded
data and processing that on the server instead of JSON. Your form doesn't have any complicated hierarchy that would benefit from a JSON data structure.

I think the following would work well with lesser line of codes.
session()->flash('toast', [
'status' => 'success',
'body' => 'Body',
'topic' => 'Success']

I'm using a toaster package, but you can have something like this in your view.
toastr.{{session('toast.status')}}(
'{{session('toast.body')}}',
'{{session('toast.topic')}}'

If you want to execute that command, you should probably change:

Vertical alignment is only applied to inline elements or table cells, so use it along with display:inline-block
or display:table-cell
with a display:table
parent when vertically centering block elements.

I really like the @mgilson comment, since if you have a two iterables, one that corresponds to the keys and the other the values, you can also do the following.
keys = ['a', 'b', 'c']
values = [1, 2, 3]
d = dict(zip(keys, values))
giving
d = {'a': 1, 'b': 2, 'c': 3}
As an alternative to everyone else's answers I've always done something like this:
List<String> toRemove = new ArrayList<String>();
for (String str : myArrayList) {
if (someCondition) {
toRemove.add(str);
}
}
myArrayList.removeAll(toRemove);
This will avoid you having to deal with the iterator directly, but requires another list. I've always preferred this route for whatever reason.
I tried removing the dataType row and it didn't work for me. I got around the issue by using "complete" instead of "success" as the callback. The success callback still fails in IE, but since my script runs and completes anyway that's all I care about.
$.ajax({
type: 'POST',
url: 'somescript.php',
data: someData,
complete: function(jqXHR) {
if(jqXHR.readyState === 4) {
... run some code ...
}
}
});
in jQuery 1.5 you can also do it like this.
var ajax = $.ajax({
type: 'POST',
url: 'somescript.php',
data: 'someData'
});
ajax.complete(function(jqXHR){
if(jqXHR.readyState === 4) {
... run some code ...
}
});

I'd prefer to use [:punct:]
for that. Also, a-zA-Z09-9
could be just [:alnum:]
:
[[ $TEST =~ ^[[:alnum:][:blank:][:punct:]]+$ ]]
In SQL 2017 or higher, you can use this:
declare @hits int = 0
set @hits = (select value from STRING_SPLIT('F609,4DFA,8499',','));
select count(@hits)
Also OneToOneField
is useful to be used as primary key to avoid key duplication. One may do not have implicit / explicit autofield
models.AutoField(primary_key=True)
but use OneToOneField
as primary key instead (imagine UserProfile
model for example):
user = models.OneToOneField(
User, null=False, primary_key=True, verbose_name='Member profile')
Sometimes a simple message in the status bar is enough:
This is very simple to implement:
Dim x As Integer
Dim MyTimer As Double

Application.StatusBar = "Progress: " & x & " of 50: " & Format(x / 50, "0%")
Next x
Application.StatusBar = False
printf(....."%.8s")

char_array = c("foo_bar","bar_foo","apple","beer")
a = data.frame("data"=char_array,"data2"=1:4)
a$data = substr(a$data,1,nchar(a$data)-3)
a should now contain:
data data2
1 foo_ 1
2 bar_ 2
3 ap 3
4 b 4
You can get the favicon showing up in Django the same way you can do in any other framework: just use pure HTML.
Add the following code to the header of your HTML template.
Better, to your base HTML template if the favicon is the same across your application.
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="{% static 'favicon/favicon.png' %}"/>
The previous code assumes:
You can find useful information about file format support and how to use favicons in this article of Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon.
I can recommend use .png
for universal browser compatibility.

Debugging environment (using Visual Studio)
1a) Stephen Walter's link to set the startup page on MVC using the project properties is only applicable when you are debugging your MVC application.
1b) Right mouse click on the .aspx page in Solution Explorer and select the "Set As Start Page" behaves the same.
Note: in both the above cases, the startup page setting is only recognised by your Visual Studio Development Server. It is not recognised by your deployed server.
Deployed environment
2a) To set the startup page, assuming that you have not change any of the default routings, change the content of /Views/Home/Index.aspx to do a "Server.Transfer" or a "Response.Redirect" to your desired page.
2b) Change your default routing in your global.asax.cs to your desired page.
Are there any other options that the readers are aware of? Which of the above (including your own option) would be your preferred solution (and please share with us why)?
Try to use minus sign for count from backside
<script>
$(document).ready(function () {
$('#example-2').DataTable({
'order':[],
'columnDefs': [{
"targets": [-1],
"orderable": false
}]
});
});
</script>
You can right click the Class Library project and from the drop-down choose Initialize Interactive C# which will load your project context and you can work it in the interactive session.
Note : This function will ignore the numbers after the decimal mean dot, If you wanna count with decimal then remove the Math.floor()
. Direct to the point check this out!
function digitCount ( num )
{
return Math.floor( num.toString()).length;
}
digitCount(2343) ;
// ES5+
const digitCount2 = num => String( Math.floor( Math.abs(num) ) ).length;
console.log(digitCount2(3343))
Basically What's going on here. toString()
and String()
same build-in function for converting digit to string, once we converted then we'll find the length of the string by build-in function length
.
Alert: But this function wouldn't work properly for negative number, if you're trying to play with negative number then check this answer Or simple put Math.abs()
in it;
Cheer You!
In a similar vein, when reading a file, one may wish to exclude columns upfront, rather than wastefully reading unwanted data into memory and later discarding them.
As of pandas 0.20.0, usecols
now accepts callables.1 This update allows more flexible options for reading columns:
skipcols = [...]
read_csv(..., usecols=lambda x: x not in skipcols)
The latter pattern is essentially the inverse of the traditional usecols
method - only specified columns are skipped.
Given
Data in a file
import numpy as np
import pandas as pd
df = pd.DataFrame(np.random.randn(100, 4), columns=list('ABCD'))
filename = "foo.csv"
df.to_csv(filename)
Code
skipcols = ["B", "D"]
df1 = pd.read_csv(filename, usecols=lambda x: x not in skipcols, index_col=0)
df1
Output
A C
0 0.062350 0.076924
1 -0.016872 1.091446
2 0.213050 1.646109

Details
A DataFrame was written to a file. It was then read back as a separate DataFrame, now skipping unwanted columns (B
and D
).
Note that for the OP's situation, since data is already created, the better approach is the accepted answer, which drops unwanted columns from an extant object. However, the technique presented here is most useful when directly reading data from files into a DataFrame.
A request was raised for a "skipcols" option in this issue and was addressed in a later issue.
"react-router-dom": "^5.0.0",
you do not need to add any additional module, just in your component that has a url address like this:
http://localhost:3000/#/?authority'
you can try the following simple code:
const search =this.props.location.search;
const params = new URLSearchParams(search);
const authority = params.get('authority'); //
Try this:
$(".ct option[value='X']").each(function() {
$(this).remove();
});
Or to be more terse, this will work just as well:
$(".ct option[value='X']").remove();
If you know how tall your text is going to be you can use a combination of top:50%
and margin-top:-x px
where x is half the height of your text.
Working example: http://jsfiddle.net/Qy4yy/
Store the Thread-objects into some collection (like a List or a Set), then loop through the collection once the threads are started and call join() on the Threads.
I like to use the following to get a nicely sorted listing of the current dir:
> dir . /s /b sortorder:N
The matrix you pasted
[[ 1, 8, 50],
[ 8, 64, 400],
[ 50, 400, 2500]]
Has a determinant of zero. This is the definition of a Singular matrix (one for which an inverse does not exist)
Something that is not relevant for the OP, but maybe for someone else in the future:
For pixels (px
), if the value is "0", the unit can be omitted: right: 0
and right: 0px
both work.
However I noticed that in Firefox and Chrome this is not the case for the seconds unit (s
). While transition: right 1s ease 0s
works, transition: right 1s ease 0
(missing unit s
for last value transition-delay
) does not (it does work in Edge however).
In the following example, you'll see that right
works for both 0px
and 0
, but transition
only works for 0s
and it doesn't work with 0
.

The pattern must have delimiters. Delimiters can be a forward slash (/) or any non alphanumeric characters(#,$,*,...). Examples
$pattern = "/My name is '(.*)' and im fine/";
$pattern = "#My name is '(.*)' and im fine#";
$pattern = "@My name is '(.*)' and im fine@";
For template, you can use
{% firstof request.user.get_full_name request.user.username %}
firstof will return the first one if not null else the second one
;C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\cmd
add above path in environment variables
note: path may differ but you should add both bin
and cmd
array1.NonIntersect(array2);
Nonintersect such operator is not present in Linq you should do
except -> union -> except
a.except(b).union(b.Except(a));
This is a variant of the list comprehension answer given by @psun.
By switching the output value, you can actually extract the matching pattern from the list comprehension (something not possible with the any()
approach by @Lauritz-v-Thaulow)
extensionsToCheck = ['.pdf', '.doc', '.xls']
url_string = 'http://.../foo.doc'
print [extension for extension in extensionsToCheck if(extension in url_string)]
['.doc']`
You can furthermore insert a regular expression if you want to collect additional information once the matched pattern is known (this could be useful when the list of allowed patterns is too long to write into a single regex pattern)
print [re.search(r'(\w+)'+extension, url_string).group(0) for extension in extensionsToCheck if(extension in url_string)]
['foo.doc']
I also encountered same problem. I do not know why, i just add -lpthread
option to compiler and everything ok.
Old:
$ g++ -rdynamic -m64 -fPIE -pie -o /tmp/node/out/Release/mksnapshot ...*.o *.a -ldl -lrt
got following error. If i append -lpthread
option to above command then OK.
/usr/bin/ld: /tmp/node/out/Release/obj.host/v8_libbase/deps/v8/src/base/platform/condition-variable.o: undefined reference to symbol 'pthread_condattr_setclock@@GLIBC_2.3.3'

sounds[sound].play();
}

Unity supports:
1. UnityScript(Is known as Javascript but includes more functionality for the Unity game engine. I think this could be very easy to learn)
2. Boo (No experience)
3. C# (I prefer this as it is useful to learn and you will be able to use this outside of unity as well. I also think it is easy to get used to)
Yes. Bootstrap uses CSS transitions so it can be done easily without any Javascript.
The CSS:
.carousel .item {-webkit-transition: opacity 3s; -moz-transition: opacity 3s; -ms-transition: opacity 3s; -o-transition: opacity 3s; transition: opacity 3s;}
.carousel .active.left {left:0;opacity:0;z-index:2;}
.carousel .next {left:0;opacity:1;z-index:1;}
I noticed however that the transition end event was firing prematurely with the default interval of 5s and a fade transition of 3s. Bumping the carousel interval to 8s provides a nice effect.
Very smooth.
you can use /<code>([\s\S]*)<\/code>/msU
this catch NEWLINES too!
Try this; bear in mind that JavaScript months are 0-indexed, whilst days are 1-indexed.
var date = new Date('2010-10-11T00:00:00+05:30');_x000D_
alert(((date.getMonth() > 8) ? (date.getMonth() + 1) : ('0' + (date.getMonth() + 1))) + '/' + ((date.getDate() > 9) ? date.getDate() : ('0' + date.getDate())) + '/' + date.getFullYear());

A slightly modified version of @sidanmor 's code. The main point is, not every webpage is purely ASCII, user should be able to handle the decoding manually (even encode into base64)
function httpGet(url) {
return new Promise((resolve, reject) => {
const http = require('http'),
https = require('https');
let client = http;
if (url.toString().indexOf("https") === 0) {
client = https;
}
client.get(url, (resp) => {
let chunks = [];
// A chunk of data has been recieved.
resp.on('data', (chunk) => {
chunks.push(chunk);
});
// The whole response has been received. Print out the result.
resp.on('end', () => {
resolve(Buffer.concat(chunks));
});
}).on("error", (err) => {
reject(err);
});
});
}
(async(url) => {
var buf = await httpGet(url);
console.log(buf.toString('utf-8'));
})('https://httpbin.org/headers');
An alternative, I think for your purpose, is to use the round() function:
select round((10 * 1.5),2) // prints 15.00
You can try it here:
You can embed websites into another website using the <embed>
tag, like so:
<embed src="http://www.example.com" style="width:500px; height: 300px;">
You can change the height, width, and URL to suit your needs.
The <embed>
tag is the most up-to-date way to embed websites, as it was introduced with HTML5.
I've found the python inspect module to be very useful
For example with teststuff.py
import inspect
def dostuff():
return __name__
DOSTUFF_SOURCE = inspect.getsource(dostuff)
if __name__ == "__main__":
dostuff()
And from the another script or the python console
import teststuff
exec(DOSTUFF_SOURCE)
dostuff()
And now dostuff should be in the local scope and dostuff() will return the console or scripts _name_ whereas executing test.dostuff() will return the python modules name.
You can define your escape character, but you can only use it with a LIKE
clause.
Example:
SELECT columns FROM table
WHERE column LIKE '%\%%' ESCAPE '\'
Here it will search for %
in whole string and this is how one can use ESCAPE
identifier in SQL Server
.
you can use list to define it.
objs = list()
for i in range(10):
objs.append(MyClass())
You should have access to the POST dictionary on the request object.
You could use the random.sample
function from the standard library to select k elements from a population:
import random
random.sample(range(low, high), n)
In case of a rather large range of possible numbers, you could use itertools.islice
with an infinite random generator:
import itertools
import random
def random_gen(low, high):
while True:
yield random.randrange(low, high)
gen = random_gen(1, 100)
items = list(itertools.islice(gen, 10)) # Take first 10 random elements
After the question update it is now clear that you need n distinct (unique) numbers.
import itertools
import random
def random_gen(low, high):
while True:
yield random.randrange(low, high)
gen = random_gen(1, 100)
items = set()
# Try to add elem to set until set length is less than 10
for x in itertools.takewhile(lambda x: len(items) < 10, gen):
items.add(x)
Try
# SECURITY WARNING: don't run with debug turned on in production!
DEBUG = True
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['*']
A value of '*' will match anything; in this case you are responsible to provide your own validation of the Host header.
There is a newer, less mature curl wrapper being developed called C++ Requests. Here's a simple GET request:
#include <iostream>
#include <cpr.h>
int main(int argc, char** argv) {
auto response = cpr::Get(cpr::Url{"http://httpbin.org/get"});
std::cout << response.text << std::endl;
}
It supports a wide variety of HTTP verbs and curl options. There's more usage documentation here.
Disclaimer: I'm the maintainer of this library.
There's one more theoretical possibility to do it: professional versions of Windows have built-in POSIX support, so bash could have been compiled for Windows natively.
Pity, but I still haven't found a compiled one myself...
The Build Action for the .xaml file must also be set to "Page", when moving a xaml file between projects this setting gets lost (in VS 2010 at least).
Several things here.
First off, you're defining your CSS in 3 places!
In line, in the head and externally. I suggest you only choose one. I'm going to suggest externally.
I suggest you update your code in your ASP form from
<td style="background-color: #A3A3A3; color: #FFFFFF; font-family: 'Arial Black'; font-size: large; font-weight: bold;"
class="style6">
to this:
<td class="style6">
And then update your css too
.style6
{
height: 79px; background-color: #A3A3A3; color: #FFFFFF; font-family: 'Arial Black'; font-size: large; font-weight: bold;
}
This removes the inline.
Now, to move it from the head of the webForm.
<%@ Master Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="MasterPage.master.cs" Inherits="MasterPage" %>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

<asp:MenuItem Text="Contact" Value="Contact"></asp:MenuItem>

</asp:Menu>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td class="style6">

src="file:///C:/Users/jnewnam/Documents/Visual%20Studio%202010/WebSites/WebSite1/img/suo_n_seal_hor_pantone.png" /></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td class="style2">

</table>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="color: #FFFFFF; background-color: #A3A3A3">

</table>
</form>
</body>
</html>
Now, in a new file called master.css (in your css folder) add
ul {
list-style-type:none;
margin:0;
padding:0;
}
li {
display:inline;
padding:20px;
}
.style1
{
width: 100%;
}
.style2
{
height: 459px;
}
.style3
{
width: 100%;
height: 100%;
}
.style6
{
height: 79px; background-color: #A3A3A3; color: #FFFFFF; font-family: 'Arial Black'; font-size: large; font-weight: bold;
}
.style7
{
width: 345px;
height: 73px;
}

By default JMX does not publish on a port unless you specify the arguments from this page: How to activate JMX...
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote # no longer required for JDK6
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=9010
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.local.only=false # careful with security implications
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false # careful with security implications
If you are running you should be able to access any of those system properties to see if they have been set:
if (System.getProperty("com.sun.management.jmxremote") == null) {
System.out.println("JMX remote is disabled");
} else [
String portString = System.getProperty("com.sun.management.jmxremote.port");
if (portString != null) {
System.out.println("JMX running on port "
+ Integer.parseInt(portString));
}
}
Depending on how the server is connected, you might also have to specify the following parameter. As part of the initial JMX connection, jconsole connects up to the RMI port to determine which port the JMX server is running on. When you initially start up a JMX enabled application, it looks its own hostname to determine what address to return in that initial RMI transaction. If your hostname is not in /etc/hosts
or if it is set to an incorrect interface address then you can override it with the following:
-Djava.rmi.server.hostname=<IP address>
As an aside, my SimpleJMX package allows you to define both the JMX server and the RMI port or set them both to the same port. The above port defined with com.sun.management.jmxremote.port
is actually the RMI port. This tells the client what port the JMX server is running on.
Here is my simple and working function to generate a Bitmap! I Use ZXing1.3.jar only! I've also set Correction Level to High!
PS: x and y are reversed, it's normal, because bitMatrix reverse x and y. This code works perfectly with a square image.
public static Bitmap generateQrCode(String myCodeText) throws WriterException {
Hashtable<EncodeHintType, ErrorCorrectionLevel> hintMap = new Hashtable<EncodeHintType, ErrorCorrectionLevel>();
hintMap.put(EncodeHintType.ERROR_CORRECTION, ErrorCorrectionLevel.H); // H = 30% damage
QRCodeWriter qrCodeWriter = new QRCodeWriter();
int size = 256;
ByteMatrix bitMatrix = qrCodeWriter.encode(myCodeText,BarcodeFormat.QR_CODE, size, size, hintMap);
int width = bitMatrix.width();
Bitmap bmp = Bitmap.createBitmap(width, width, Bitmap.Config.RGB_565);
for (int x = 0; x < width; x++) {
for (int y = 0; y < width; y++) {
bmp.setPixel(y, x, bitMatrix.get(x, y)==0 ? Color.BLACK : Color.WHITE);
}
}
return bmp;
}
EDIT
It's faster to use bitmap.setPixels(...) with a pixel int array instead of bitmap.setPixel one by one:
BitMatrix bitMatrix = writer.encode(inputValue, BarcodeFormat.QR_CODE, size, size);
int width = bitMatrix.getWidth();
int height = bitMatrix.getHeight();
int[] pixels = new int[width * height];
for (int y = 0; y < height; y++) {
int offset = y * width;
for (int x = 0; x < width; x++) {
pixels[offset + x] = bitMatrix.get(x, y) ? BLACK : WHITE;
}
}
bitmap = Bitmap.createBitmap(width, height, Bitmap.Config.ARGB_8888);
bitmap.setPixels(pixels, 0, width, 0, 0, width, height);
Since this is the number one hit to the question: Read multi sheet excel to list:
here is the openxlsx
solution:
filename <-"myFilePath"
sheets <- openxlsx::getSheetNames(filename)
SheetList <- lapply(sheets,openxlsx::read.xlsx,xlsxFile=filename)
names(SheetList) <- sheets
With out knowing exactly what your trying to accomplish here its hard to say but if your spending the time to solve this problem with javascript an AJAX request is going to be your best bet. However if you'd like to do it completely in PHP put this at the end of your script, and you should be set.
if(isset($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'])){
header("Location: " . $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']);
} else {
echo "An Error";
}
This will still cause the page to change, twice, but the user will end on the page initiating the request. This is not even close to the right way to do this, and I highly recommend using an AJAX request, but it will get the job done.
UPDATE titles

LOWER(RIGHT(title, LEN(title) - 1))
In Mysql, We can declare and use variables with set command like below
mysql> set @foo="manjeet";
mysql> select * from table where name = @foo;
PresentViewController with Transparent background - in iOS 8 and iOS 9
MYViewController *myVC = [self.storyboard instantiateViewControllerWithIdentifier:@"MYViewController"];
myVC.providesPresentationContextTransitionStyle = YES;
myVC.definesPresentationContext = YES;
[myVC setModalPresentationStyle:UIModalPresentationOverCurrentContext];
[self.navigationController presentViewController:myVC animated:YES completion:nil];
And in MYViewController set background color black and reduce opacity
<link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" href="favicon.ico" />
add this to your HTML Head. Of course the file "favicon.ico" has to exist. I think 16x16 or 32x32 pixel files are best.
You might use Form
tag with action attribute to submit the mailto
.
Here is an example:
<form method="post" action="mailto:[email protected]" >
<input type="submit" value="Send Email" />
</form>
The installer from the git homepage installs into /usr/local/git
by default. However, if you install XCode4, it will install a git version in /usr/bin
. To ensure you can easily upgrade from the website and use the latest git version, edit either your profile information to place /usr/local/git/bin
before /usr/bin
in the $PATH or edit /etc/paths
and insert /usr/local/git/bin
as the first entry.
It may help to someone at-least changing the order in /etc/paths worked for me.
You can use the IF
statement in a new cell to replace text, such as:
=IF(A4="C", "Other", A4)
This will check and see if cell value A4 is "C", and if it is, it replaces it with the text "Other"; otherwise, it uses the contents of cell A4.
EDIT
Assuming that the Employee_Count
values are in B1-B10, you can use this:
=IF(B1=LARGE($B$1:$B$10, 10), "Other", B1)
This function doesn't even require the data to be sorted; the LARGE
function will find the 10th largest number in the series, and then the rest of the formula will compare against that.
Below is a working code to add a fragment e.g 3 times to a vertical LinearLayout (xNumberLinear). You can change number 3 with any other number or take a number from a spinner!
for (int i = 0; i < 3; i++) {
LinearLayout linearDummy = new LinearLayout(getActivity());
linearDummy.setOrientation(LinearLayout.VERTICAL);
if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT < Build.VERSION_CODES.JELLY_BEAN_MR1) {
Toast.makeText(getActivity(), "This function works on newer versions of android", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
} else {
linearDummy.setId(View.generateViewId());
}
fragmentManager.beginTransaction().add(linearDummy.getId(), new SomeFragment(),"someTag1").commit();
xNumberLinear.addView(linearDummy);
}

If ad hoc updates to system catalog is "not supported", or if you get a "Msg 5808" then you will need to configure with override like this:
EXEC sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1
RECONFIGURE with override
GO
EXEC sp_configure 'ad hoc distributed queries', 1
RECONFIGURE with override

see: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/cursor
so you need to add: cursor:pointer;
In your case use:
#more {
background:none;
border:none;
color:#FFF;
font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
cursor:pointer;
}
This will apply the curser to the element with the ID "more" (can be only used once). So in your HTML use
<input type="button" id="more" />
If you want to apply this to more than one button then you have more than one possibility:
using CLASS
.more {
background:none;
border:none;
color:#FFF;
font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
cursor:pointer;
}
and in your HTML use
<input type="button" class="more" value="first" />
<input type="button" class="more" value="second" />
or apply to a html context:
input[type=button] {
background:none;
border:none;
color:#FFF;
font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
cursor:pointer;
}
and in your HTML use
<input type="button" value="first" />
<input type="button" value="second" />
If you don't want to depends on window title use this :
[DllImport("user32.dll")]
static extern bool ShowWindow(IntPtr hWnd, int nCmdShow);
...
IntPtr h = Process.GetCurrentProcess().MainWindowHandle;
ShowWindow(h, 0);
Application.EnableVisualStyles();
Application.SetCompatibleTextRenderingDefault(false);
Application.Run(new FormPrincipale());
Zip a file or a tree (a directory and its sub-directories).
from pathlib import Path
from zipfile import ZipFile, ZIP_DEFLATED
def make_zip(tree_path, zip_path, mode='w', skip_empty_dir=False):
with ZipFile(zip_path, mode=mode, compression=ZIP_DEFLATED) as zf:
paths = [Path(tree_path)]
while paths:
p = paths.pop()
if p.is_dir():
paths.extend(p.iterdir())
if skip_empty_dir:
continue
zf.write(p)
To append to an existing archive, pass mode='a'
, to create a fresh archive mode='w'
(the default in the above). So let's say you want to bundle 3 different directory trees under the same archive.
make_zip(path_to_tree1, path_to_arch, mode='w')
make_zip(path_to_tree2, path_to_arch, mode='a')
make_zip(path_to_file3, path_to_arch, mode='a')
select name from drsql01.test.dbo.employee
I hope it helps to understand, how to execute query for linked server
<div ng-controller="TestCtrl1">
<div ng-controller="TestCtrl2">
<!-- your code-->
</div>
</div>
This works best in my case, where TestCtrl2 has it's own directives.
var testCtrl2 = $controller('TestCtrl2')
This gives me an error saying scopeProvider injection error.
var testCtrl1ViewModel = $scope.$new();
$controller('TestCtrl1',{$scope : testCtrl1ViewModel });
testCtrl1ViewModel.myMethod();
This doesn't really work if you have directives in 'TestCtrl1', that directive actually have a different scope from this one created here. You end up with two instances of 'TestCtrl1'.
My experience with windows client and linux/mysql server:
When sqldev is used in a windows client and mysql is installed in a linux server meaning, sqldev network access to mysql.
Assuming mysql is already up and running and the databases to be accessed are up and functional:
• Ensure the version of sqldev (32 or 64). If 64 and to avoid dealing with path access copy a valid 64 version of msvcr100.dll into directory ~\sqldeveloper\jdev\bin.
a. Open the file msvcr100.dll in notepad and search for first occurrence of “PE “
i. “PE d” it is 64.
ii. “PE L” it is 32.
b. Note: if sqldev is 64 and msvcr100.dll is 32, the application gets stuck at startup.
• For sqldev to work with mysql there is need of the JDBC jar driver. Download it from mysql site.
a. Driver name = mysql-connector-java-x.x.xx
b. Copy it into someplace related to your sqldeveloper directory.
c. Set it up in menu sqldev Tools/Preferences/Database/Third Party JDBC Driver (add entry)
• In Linux/mysql server change file /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf look for
bind-address = 127.0.0.1 (this linux localhost)
and change to
bind-address = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (this linux server real IP or machine name if DNS is up)
• Enter to linux mysql and grant needed access for example
# mysql –u root -p
GRANT ALL ON . to root@'yourWindowsClientComputerName' IDENTIFIED BY 'mysqlPasswd';
flush privileges;
restart mysql - sudo /etc/init.d/mysql restart
• Start sqldev and create a new connection
a. user = root
b. pass = (your mysql pass)
c. Choose MySql tab
i. Hostname = the linux IP hostname
ii. Port = 3306 (default for mysql)
iii. Choose Database = (from pull down the mysql database you want to use)
iv. save and connect
That is all I had to do in my case.
Thank you,
Ale
Newer versions of datetimepicker (I'm using is use 2.3.7) use format:"Y/m/d"
not dateFormat...
so
jQuery('#timePicker').datetimepicker({
format: 'd-m-y',
value: new Date()
});
$("input").datepicker({ dateFormat: 'dd, mm, yy' });
later in your code when the date is set you could get it by
dateVariable = $("input").val();
dateString = $.datepicker.formatDate('dd, MM, yy', new Date("20 April 2012"));
I've updated the jsfiddle for experimenting with this
I had similar issue, I resolved by changing the requestlimits maxAllowedContentLength ="40000000" section of applicationhost.config file, located in "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config" directory
Look for security Section and add the sectionGroup.
<sectionGroup name="requestfiltering">
<section name="requestlimits" maxAllowedContentLength ="40000000" />
</sectionGroup>
*NOTE delete;
<section name="requestfiltering" overrideModeDefault="Deny" />
It's possible with a lot of work.
Basically, you have to post likes action via the Open Graph API. Then, you can add a custom design to your like button.
But then, you''ll need to keep track yourself of the likes so a returning user will be able to unlike content he liked previously.
Plus, you'll need to ask user to log into your app and ask them the publish_action
permission.
All in all, if you're doing this for an application, it may worth it. For a website where you basically want user to like articles, then this is really to much.
Also, consider that you increase your drop-off rate each time you ask user a permission via a Facebook login.
If you want to see an example, I've recently made an app using the open graph like button, just hover on some photos in the mosaique to see it
The example code does not throw an NPE. (there also should not be a ';' behind the i++)
You can use lodash's findIndex to get the index of the specific element and then splice using it.
myArray.splice(_.findIndex(myArray, function(item) {
return item.value === 'money';
}), 1);
Update
You can also use ES6's findIndex()
The findIndex() method returns the index of the first element in the array that satisfies the provided testing function. Otherwise -1 is returned.
const itemToRemoveIndex = myArray.findIndex(function(item) {
return item.field === 'money';
});
// proceed to remove an item only if it exists.
if(itemToRemoveIndex !== -1){
myArray.splice(itemToRemoveIndex, 1);
}
It basically means that the application wants to perform some "naming operations" (e.g. JNDI or LDAP lookups), and it didn't have sufficient information available to be able to create a connection to the directory server. As the docs for the exception state,
This exception is thrown when no initial context implementation can be created. The policy of how an initial context implementation is selected is described in the documentation of the InitialContext class.
And if you dutifully have a look at the javadocs for InitialContext, they describe quite well how the initial context is constructed, and what your options are for supplying the address/credentials/etc.
If you have a go at creating the context and get stuck somewhere else, please post back explaining what you've done so far and where you're running aground.
A rect
can't contain a text
element. Instead transform a g
element with the location of text and rectangle, then append both the rectangle and the text to it:
var bar = chart.selectAll("g")
.data(data)
.enter().append("g")
.attr("transform", function(d, i) { return "translate(0," + i * barHeight + ")"; });
bar.append("rect")
.attr("width", x)
.attr("height", barHeight - 1);
bar.append("text")
.attr("x", function(d) { return x(d) - 3; })
.attr("y", barHeight / 2)
.attr("dy", ".35em")
.text(function(d) { return d; });

Multi-line labels are also a little tricky, you might want to check out this wrap function.
Here is what I would recommend.
It should conform to C89, and be completely portable. In particular, it works also on pipes and sockets on POSIXy systems.
The idea is that we read the input in large-ish chunks (READALL_CHUNK
), dynamically reallocating the buffer as we need it. We only use realloc()
, fread()
, ferror()
, and free()
:
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <stdio.h>
#include <errno.h>
/* Size of each input chunk to be
read and allocate for. */
#ifndef READALL_CHUNK
#define READALL_CHUNK 262144
#endif
#define READALL_OK 0 /* Success */
#define READALL_INVALID -1 /* Invalid parameters */
#define READALL_ERROR -2 /* Stream error */
#define READALL_TOOMUCH -3 /* Too much input */
#define READALL_NOMEM -4 /* Out of memory */
/* This function returns one of the READALL_ constants above.
If the return value is zero == READALL_OK, then:
(*dataptr) points to a dynamically allocated buffer, with
(*sizeptr) chars read from the file.
The buffer is allocated for one extra char, which is NUL,
and automatically appended after the data.
Initial values of (*dataptr) and (*sizeptr) are ignored.
*/
int readall(FILE *in, char **dataptr, size_t *sizeptr)
{
char *data = NULL, *temp;
size_t size = 0;
size_t used = 0;
size_t n;
/* None of the parameters can be NULL. */
if (in == NULL || dataptr == NULL || sizeptr == NULL)
return READALL_INVALID;
/* A read error already occurred? */
if (ferror(in))
return READALL_ERROR;
while (1) {
if (used + READALL_CHUNK + 1 > size) {
size = used + READALL_CHUNK + 1;
/* Overflow check. Some ANSI C compilers
may optimize this away, though. */
if (size <= used) {
free(data);
return READALL_TOOMUCH;
}
temp = realloc(data, size);
if (temp == NULL) {
free(data);
return READALL_NOMEM;
}
data = temp;
}
n = fread(data + used, 1, READALL_CHUNK, in);
if (n == 0)
break;
used += n;
}
if (ferror(in)) {
free(data);
return READALL_ERROR;
}
temp = realloc(data, used + 1);
if (temp == NULL) {
free(data);
return READALL_NOMEM;
}
data = temp;
data[used] = '\0';
*dataptr = data;
*sizeptr = used;
return READALL_OK;
}
Above, I've used a constant chunk size, READALL_CHUNK
== 262144 (256*1024
). This means that in the worst case, up to 262145 chars are wasted (allocated but not used), but only temporarily. At the end, the function reallocates the buffer to the optimal size. Also, this means that we do four reallocations per megabyte of data read.
The 262144-byte default in the code above is a conservative value; it works well for even old minilaptops and Raspberry Pis and most embedded devices with at least a few megabytes of RAM available for the process. Yet, it is not so small that it slows down the operation (due to many read calls, and many buffer reallocations) on most systems.
For desktop machines at this time (2017), I recommend a much larger READALL_CHUNK
, perhaps #define READALL_CHUNK 2097152
(2 MiB).
Because the definition of READALL_CHUNK
is guarded (i.e., it is defined only if it is at that point in the code still undefined), you can override the default value at compile time, by using (in most C compilers) -DREADALL_CHUNK=2097152
command-line option -- but do check your compiler options for defining a preprocessor macro using command-line options.
It is probably failing because 1.0.0
is an annotated tag. Perhaps you saw the following error message:
error: Trying to write non-commit object to branch refs/heads/master
Annotated tags have their own distinct type of object that points to the tagged commit object. Branches can not usefully point to tag objects, only commit objects. You need to “peel” the annotated tag back to commit object and push that instead.
git push production +1.0.0^{commit}:master
git push production +1.0.0~0:master # shorthand
There is another syntax that would also work in this case, but it means something slightly different if the tag object points to something other than a commit (or a tag object that points to (a tag object that points to a …) a commit).
git push production +1.0.0^{}:master
These tag peeling syntaxes are described in git-rev-parse(1) under Specifying Revisions.
This is about as late compared to the guy who said he was late as he was to the original answer, but in my case (MySQL via WAMP on Windows 7), I had to use:
--skip-lock-tables
i just created a lightweight keyboard handler to follow keyboard frame.
Usage:
self.keyboardHandler = [EDKeyboardHandler new];
[self.keyboardHandler listenWithBlock:^(KeyboardInfo *model)

and the KeyboardInfo model has the following properties:
typedef enum : NSUInteger {

KeyboardStatusDidHide,
KeyboardStatusWillHide,
} KeyboardStatus;
@interface KeyboardInfo:NSObject
@property (nonatomic,readonly) NSTimeInterval animationDuration;

ASP.NET grants access from the configuration file as a matter of precedence. In case of a potential conflict, the first occurring grant takes precedence. So,
deny user="?"
denies access to the anonymous user. Then
allow users="dan,matthew"
grants access to that user. Finally, it denies access to everyone. This shakes out as everyone except dan,matthew is denied access.
Edited to add: and as @Deviant points out, denying access to unauthenticated is pointless, since the last entry includes unauthenticated as well. A good blog entry discussing this topic can be found at: Guru Sarkar's Blog
In General to get rid of
Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string.
try to use echo '<pre>'; print_r($sql_query);
for my SQL Query got the result as
stdClass Object
(
[num_rows] => 1
[row] => Array
(
[option_id] => 2
[type] => select
[sort_order] => 0
)
[rows] => Array
(
[0] => Array
(
[option_id] => 2
[type] => select
[sort_order] => 0
)
)
)
In order to acces there are different methods E.g.: num_rows, row, rows
echo $query2->row['option_id'];
Will give the result as 2
I was getting the Object not found error as shown in the screen shot while clicking the phpmyadmin link. Apache and SQL server had got started from the xampp console.
Solution: I uninstalled and installed again after deleting all the files and folders of xampp from C drive. Also, this time, I installed just the Apache and the SQL server. After this, phpmyadmin link started to work.
If you want easy to use libraries, you can use the NUGET packages:
Note these are 3rd-Party packages - you can use them for basic functionality for free, but if you want more features there might be a "pro" version.
They are using a two-dimensional object array (i.e. object[][] cells
) to read / write data.
use the following code to apply some margin
$(".button").click(function() {
$('html, body').animate({
scrollTop: $(".scrolltothis").offset().top + 50;
}, 500);
});
See this ans: Scroll down to div + a certain margin
Places is a list and not a dictionary. This line below should therefore not work:
print data['places']['latitude']
You need to select one of the items in places and then you can list the place's properties. So to get the first post code you'd do:
print data['places'][0]['post code']
I found another server side solution for web dev using PHP to get the size of an iframe.
First is using server script PHP to an external call via internal function: (like a file_get_contents
with but curl and dom).
function curl_get_file_contents($url,$proxyActivation=false) {
global $proxy;
$c = curl_init();
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20070914 Firefox/2.0.0.7");
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_REFERER, $url);
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, 1);
if($proxyActivation) {
curl_setopt($c, CURLOPT_PROXY, $proxy);
}
$contents = curl_exec($c);
curl_close($c);
$dom = new DOMDocument();
$dom->preserveWhiteSpace = false;
@$dom->loadHTML($contents);
$form = $dom->getElementsByTagName("body")->item(0);
if ($contents) //si on a du contenu
return $dom->saveHTML();
else
return FALSE;
}
$url = "http://www.google.com"; //Exernal url test to iframe
<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript">
</script>
<style type="text/css">
#iframe_reserve {
width: 560px;
height: 228px
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div id="iframe_reserve"><?php echo curl_get_file_contents($url); ?></div>
<iframe id="myiframe" src="http://www.google.com" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" style="overflow:none; width:100%; display:none"></iframe>
<script type="text/javascript">
window.onload = function(){
document.getElementById("iframe_reserve").style.display = "block";
var divHeight = document.getElementById("iframe_reserve").clientHeight;
document.getElementById("iframe_reserve").style.display = "none";
document.getElementById("myiframe").style.display = "block";
document.getElementById("myiframe").style.height = divHeight;
alert(divHeight);
};
</script>
</body>
</html>
You need to display under the div (iframe_reserve
) the html generated by the function call by using a simple echo curl_get_file_contents("location url iframe","activation proxy")
After doing this a body event function onload with javascript take height of the page iframe just with a simple control of the content div (iframe_reserve
)
So I used divHeight = document.getElementById("iframe_reserve").clientHeight;
to get height of the page external we are going to call after masked the div container (iframe_reserve
). After this we load the iframe with its good height that's all.
Pointers are one way of getting an indirect reference to another variable. Instead of holding the value of a variable, they tell you its address. This is particularly useful when dealing with arrays, since using a pointer to the first element in an array (its address) you can quickly find the next element by incrementing the pointer (to the next address location).
The best explanation of pointers and pointer arithmetic that I've read is in K & R's The C Programming Language. A good book for beginning learning C++ is C++ Primer.
You can use (hidden) cells as variables. E.g., you could hide Column C, set C1 to
=20
and use it as
=c1*20
Alternatively you can write VBA Macros which set and read a global variable.
Edit: AKX renders my Answer partially incorrect. I had no idea you could name cells in Excel.
just use this simple code :
NSArray *hasDuplicates = /* (...) */;
NSArray *noDuplicates = [[NSSet setWithArray: hasDuplicates] allObjects];
since nsset doesn't allow duplicate values and all objects returns an array
You have three options:
Style links to look like buttons using CSS.
Just look at the light blue "tags" under your question.
It is possible, even to give them a depressed appearance when clicked (using pseudo-classes like :active), without any scripting. Lots of major sites, such as Google, are starting to make buttons out of CSS styles these days anyway, scripting or not.
Put a separate <form> element around each one.
As you mentioned in the question. Easy and will definitely work without Javascript (or even CSS). But it adds a little extra code which may look untidy.
Rely on Javascript.
Which is what you said you didn't want to do.
This is very inadvisable. But if you're not a programmer, or really prefer terrible code, you could use a substitute preg_replace
function to keep your /e
flag working temporarily.
/**
* Can be used as a stopgap shim for preg_replace() calls with /e flag.
* Is likely to fail for more complex string munging expressions. And
* very obviously won't help with local-scope variable expressions.
*
* @license: CC-BY-*.*-comment-must-be-retained
* @security: Provides `eval` support for replacement patterns. Which
* poses troubles for user-supplied input when paired with overly
* generic placeholders. This variant is only slightly stricter than
* the C implementation, but still susceptible to varexpression, quote
* breakouts and mundane exploits from unquoted capture placeholders.

*/
function preg_replace_eval($pattern, $replacement, $subject, $limit=-1) {
# strip /e flag
$pattern = preg_replace('/(\W[a-df-z]*)e([a-df-z]*)$/i', '$1$2', $pattern);
# warn about most blatant misuses at least
if (preg_match('/\(\.[+*]/', $pattern)) {
trigger_error("preg_replace_eval(): regex contains (.*) or (.+) placeholders, which easily causes security issues for unconstrained/user input in the replacement expression. Transform your code to use preg_replace_callback() with a sane replacement callback!");
}
# run preg_replace with eval-callback
return preg_replace_callback(
$pattern,
function ($matches) use ($replacement) {
# substitute $1/$2/… with literals from $matches[]
$repl = preg_replace_callback(
'/(?<!\\\\)(?:[$]|\\\\)(\d+)/',
function ($m) use ($matches) {
if (!isset($matches[$m[1]])) { trigger_error("No capture group for '$m[0]' eval placeholder"); }
return addcslashes($matches[$m[1]], '\"\'\`\$\\\0'); # additionally escapes '$' and backticks
},
$replacement
);
# run the replacement expression
return eval("return $repl;");
},
$subject,
$limit
);
}
In essence, you just include that function in your codebase, and edit preg_replace
to preg_replace_eval
wherever the /e
flag was used.
Pros and cons:
preg_replace_callback
.Now this is somewhat redundant. But might help those users who are still overwhelmed
with manually restructuring their code to preg_replace_callback
. While this is effectively more time consuming, a code generator has less trouble to expand the /e
replacement string into an expression. It's a very unremarkable conversion, but likely suffices for the most prevalent examples.
To use this function, edit any broken preg_replace
call into preg_replace_eval_replacement
and run it once. This will print out the according preg_replace_callback
block to be used in its place.
/**
* Use once to generate a crude preg_replace_callback() substitution. Might often
* require additional changes in the `return …;` expression. You'll also have to
* refit the variable names for input/output obviously.
*
* >>> preg_replace_eval_replacement("/\w+/", 'strtopupper("$1")', $ignored);
*/
function preg_replace_eval_replacement($pattern, $replacement, $subjectvar="IGNORED") {
$pattern = preg_replace('/(\W[a-df-z]*)e([a-df-z]*)$/i', '$1$2', $pattern);
$replacement = preg_replace_callback('/[\'\"]?(?<!\\\\)(?:[$]|\\\\)(\d+)[\'\"]?/', function ($m) { return "\$m[{$m[1]}]"; }, $replacement);
$ve = "var_export";
$bt = debug_backtrace(0, 1)[0];
print "<pre><code>
#----------------------------------------------------
# replace preg_*() call in '$bt[file]' line $bt[line] with:
#----------------------------------------------------
\$OUTPUT_VAR = preg_replace_callback(
{$ve($pattern, TRUE)},
function (\$m) {
return {$replacement};
},
\$YOUR_INPUT_VARIABLE_GOES_HERE
)
#----------------------------------------------------
</code></pre>\n";
}
Take in mind that mere copy&pasting is not programming. You'll have to adapt the generated code back to your actual input/output variable names, or usage context.
$OUTPUT =
assignment would have to go if the previous preg_replace
call was used in an if
.And the replacement expression may demand more readability improvements or rework.
stripslashes()
often becomes redundant in literal expressions.use
or global
reference for/within the callback."-$1-$2"
capture references will end up syntactically broken by the plain transformation into "-$m[1]-$m[2]
.The code output is merely a starting point. And yes, this would have been more useful as an online tool. This code rewriting approach (edit, run, edit, edit) is somewhat impractical. Yet could be more approachable to those who are accustomed to task-centric coding (more steps, more uncoveries). So this alternative might curb a few more duplicate questions.
Please use ctrl

on Windows or ?s
on Mac (while the emulator is focused). Your Desktop
should be the default save location.
On Windows (IIS) in order to be able to SET GLOBAL time_zone = 'Europe/Helsinki' (or whatever) the MySQL time_zone description tables need to be populated first.
I downloaded these from this link https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/timezones.html
After running the downloaded SQL query I was able to set the GLOBAL time_zone and resolve the issue I had where SELECT NOW(); was returning GMT rather than BST.
You use the -classpath
argument. You can use either a relative or absolute path. What that means is you can use a path relative to your current directory, OR you can use an absolute path that starts at the root /
.
Example:
bash$ java -classpath path/to/jar/file MyMainClass
In this example the main
function is located in MyMainClass
and would be included somewhere in the jar file.
For compiling you need to use javac
Example:
bash$ javac -classpath path/to/jar/file MyMainClass.java
You can also specify the classpath via the environment variable, follow this example:
bash$ export CLASSPATH="path/to/jar/file:path/tojar/file2"
bash$ javac MyMainClass.java
For any normally complex java project you should look for the ant script named build.xml
Yes obviously.
That’s because a locally installed composer will give first preference to composer.lock file over composer.json.
If lock file is not available in vcs the composer will point to composer.json file to install latest dependencies or versions.
The file composer.lock maintains dependency in more depth i.e it points to the actual commit of the version of the package we include in our software, hence this is one of the most important files which handles the dependency more finely.
As discussed in the jQuery UI forums, you should not use accordions for this.
If you want something that looks and acts like an accordion, that is fine. Use their classes to style them, and implement whatever functionality you need. Then adding a button to open or close them all is pretty straightforward. Example
HTML
By using the jquery-ui classes, we keep our accordions looking just like the "real" accordions.
<div id="accordion" class="ui-accordion ui-widget ui-helper-reset">
<h3 class="accordion-header ui-accordion-header ui-helper-reset ui-state-default ui-accordion-icons ui-corner-all">
<span class="ui-accordion-header-icon ui-icon ui-icon-triangle-1-e"></span>
Section 1
</h3>
<div class="ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom">
Content 1
</div>
</div>?
Roll your own accordions
Mostly we just want accordion headers to toggle the state of the following sibling, which is it's content area. We have also added two custom events "show" and "hide" which we will hook into later.
var headers = $('#accordion .accordion-header');
var contentAreas = $('#accordion .ui-accordion-content ').hide();
var expandLink = $('.accordion-expand-all');
headers.click(function() {
var panel = $(this).next();
var isOpen = panel.is(':visible');
// open or close as necessary
panel[isOpen? 'slideUp': 'slideDown']()
// trigger the correct custom event
.trigger(isOpen? 'hide': 'show');
// stop the link from causing a pagescroll
return false;
});
Expand/Collapse All
We use a boolean isAllOpen
flag to mark when the button has been changed, this could just as easily have been a class, or a state variable on a larger plugin framework.
expandLink.click(function(){
var isAllOpen = $(this).data('isAllOpen');
contentAreas[isAllOpen? 'hide': 'show']()
.trigger(isAllOpen? 'hide': 'show');
});
Swap the button when "all open"
Thanks to our custom "show" and "hide" events, we have something to listen for when panels are changing. The only special case is "are they all open", if yes the button should be a "Collapse all", if not it should be "Expand all".
contentAreas.on({
// whenever we open a panel, check to see if they're all open
// if all open, swap the button to collapser
show: function(){
var isAllOpen = !contentAreas.is(':hidden');
if(isAllOpen){
expandLink.text('Collapse All')
.data('isAllOpen', true);
}
},
// whenever we close a panel, check to see if they're all open
// if not all open, swap the button to expander
hide: function(){
var isAllOpen = !contentAreas.is(':hidden');
if(!isAllOpen){
expandLink.text('Expand all')
.data('isAllOpen', false);
}
}
});?
Edit for comment: Maintaining "1 panel open only" unless you hit the "Expand all" button is actually much easier. Example
"Hard Coding" means something that you want to embeded with your program or any project that can not be changed directly. For example if you are using a database server, then you must hardcode to connect your database with your project and that can not be changed by user. Because you have hard coded.
Should be noted that strip()
method would trim any leading and trailing whitespace characters from the string (if there is no passed-in argument). If you want to trim space character(s), while keeping the others (like newline), this answer might be helpful:
sample = ' some string\n'
sample_modified = sample.strip(' ')
print(sample_modified) # will print 'some string\n'
strip([chars])
: You can pass in optional characters to strip([chars])
method. Python will look for occurrences of these characters and trim the given string accordingly.
In your home folder /Users/David
for exmaple, you can create a .bash_profile
. In here you can export variables and then add them to your path.
Open up the file to edit it in your favourite editor, I use vim.
Then you can add in your path
export MAMP_PHP=/Applications/MAMP/bin/php/php5.3.6/bin
export PATH="$MAMP_PHP:$PATH"
You want your bit ahead of the $PATH
as that already includes /usr/bin
which is where the system PHP lives. So the system will always find your MAMP version first.
Save this file and then reboot your Terminal and you'll see that you should get your MAMP version.
To test I use php -v
as OSX Lion uses 5.3.10 and my MAMP is using 5.3.6
You can also test using which php
which will output the path to your current php executable.

Arrays are not changeable after initialization. You have to give it a value, and that value is what that array length stays. You can create multiple arrays to contain certain parts of player information like their hand and such, and then create an arrayList to sort of shepherd those arrays.
Another point of contention I see, and I may be wrong about this, is the fact that your private Player[] InitializePlayers() is static where the class is now non-static. So:
private Player[] InitializePlayers(int playerCount)
{
...
}
My last point would be that you should probably have playerCount declared outside of the method that is going to change it so that the value that is set to it becomes the new value as well and it is not just tossed away at the end of the method's "scope."
Hope this helps
I would use two classes. Keep your test class and add a second class called testhover which you only add to those you want to hover - alongside the test class. This isn't directly what you asked but without more context it feels like the best solution and is possibly the cleanest and simplest way of doing it.
Example:
.test { border: 0px; }_x000D_
.testhover:hover { border: 1px solid red; }
_x000D_
<div class="test"> blah </div>_x000D_
<div class="test"> blah </div>_x000D_
<div class="test testhover"> blah </div>
_x000D_
The following will result in a comma separated list. Be sure to include a using statement for System.Linq
List<string> ls = new List<string>();
ls.Add("one");
ls.Add("two");
string type = ls.Aggregate((x,y) => x + "," + y);
will yield one,two
if you need a space after the comma, simply change the last line to string type = ls.Aggregate((x,y) => x + ", " + y);

The magic number comes from UNIX-type systems where the first few bytes of a file held a marker indicating the file type.
Python puts a similar marker into its pyc
files when it creates them.
Then the python interpreter makes sure this number is correct when loading it.
Anything that damages this magic number will cause your problem. This includes editing the pyc
file or trying to run a pyc
from a different version of python (usually later) than your interpreter.
If they are your pyc
files, just delete them and let the interpreter re-compile the py
files. On UNIX type systems, that could be something as simple as:
rm *.pyc
or:
find . -name '*.pyc' -delete
If they are not yours, you'll have to either get the py
files for re-compilation, or an interpreter that can run the pyc
files with that particular magic value.
One thing that might be causing the intermittent nature. The pyc
that's causing the problem may only be imported under certain conditions. It's highly unlikely it would import sometimes. You should check the actual full stack trace when the import fails?

If you read the Keras documentation entry for Dense
, you will see that this call:
Dense(16, input_shape=(5,3))
would result in a Dense
network with 3 inputs and 16 outputs which would be applied independently for each of 5 steps. So, if D(x)
transforms 3 dimensional vector to 16-d vector, what you'll get as output from your layer would be a sequence of vectors: [D(x[0,:]), D(x[1,:]),..., D(x[4,:])]
with shape (5, 16)
. In order to have the behavior you specify you may first Flatten
your input to a 15-d vector and then apply Dense
:
model = Sequential()
model.add(Flatten(input_shape=(3, 2)))
model.add(Dense(16))
model.add(Activation('relu'))
model.add(Dense(4))
model.compile(loss='mean_squared_error', optimizer='SGD')
EDIT: As some people struggled to understand - here you have an explaining image:
According to the post linked in the G+ resource:
The gorgeous screen on the Nexus 10 falls into the XHDPI density bucket. On tablets, Launcher uses icons from one density bucket up [0] to render them slightly larger. To ensure that your launcher icon (arguably your apps most important asset) is crisp you need to add a 144*144px icon in the drawable-xxhdpi or drawable-480dpi folder.
So it looks like the xxhdpi is set for 480dpi. According to that, tablets use the assets from one dpi bucket higher than the one they're in for the launcher. The Nexus 10 being in bucket xhdpi will pull the launcher icon from the xxhdpi.
Also, was not aware that tablets take resources from the asset bucket above their level. Noted.
You can still access the class, through className
(which returns a String
).
There are actually several ways to get the class, for example classForArchiver
, classForCoder
, classForKeyedArchiver
(all return AnyClass!
).
You can't get the type of a primitive (a primitive is not a class).
Example:
var ivar = [:]
ivar.className // __NSDictionaryI
var i = 1
i.className // error: 'Int' does not have a member named 'className'
If you want to get the type of a primitive, you have to use bridgeToObjectiveC()
. Example:
var i = 1
i.bridgeToObjectiveC().className // __NSCFNumber
The ErrorDocument
directive, when supplied a local URL path, expects the path to be fully qualified from the DocumentRoot
. In your case, this means that the actual path to the ErrorDocument
is
ErrorDocument 404 /hellothere/error/404page.html
Typically, Objective-C class are abstract by convention only—if the author documents a class as abstract, just don't use it without subclassing it. There is no compile-time enforcement that prevents instantiation of an abstract class, however. In fact, there is nothing to stop a user from providing implementations of abstract methods via a category (i.e. at runtime). You can force a user to at least override certain methods by raising an exception in those methods implementation in your abstract class:
[NSException raise:NSInternalInconsistencyException
format:@"You must override %@ in a subclass", NSStringFromSelector(_cmd)];
If your method returns a value, it's a bit easier to use
@throw [NSException exceptionWithName:NSInternalInconsistencyException
reason:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"You must override %@ in a subclass", NSStringFromSelector(_cmd)]
userInfo:nil];
as then you don't need to add a return statement from the method.
If the abstract class is really an interface (i.e. has no concrete method implementations), using an Objective-C protocol is the more appropriate option.
First the bigint(20) not null auto_increment
will not work, simply use bigserial primary key
. Then datetime

in PostgreSQL. All in all:
CREATE TABLE article (
article_id bigserial primary key,
article_name varchar(20) NOT NULL,
article_desc text NOT NULL,
date_added timestamp default NULL
);
you could do:
file.write(your_string + '\n')
as suggested by another answer, but why using string concatenation (slow, error-prone) when you can call file.write
twice:
file.write(your_string)
file.write("\n")
note that writes are buffered so it amounts to the same thing.
Adding a separate answer because it is radically different.
You could use rgba and set the alpha channel low (to get transparency) to make your drop shadow less noticeable.
Try something like this (play with the .5)
-webkit-box-shadow: 0px -4px 7px rbga(230, 230, 230, .5);
-moz-box-shadow: 0px -4px 7px rbga(230, 230, 230, .5);
box-shadow: 0px -4px 7px rbga(230, 230, 230, .5);

"<img src='something' onmouseover='change('ex1')' />";
You could use one of the below solutions:
$items = Item::whereIn('id', [1,2,..])->get();
or:
$items = DB::table('items')->whereIn('id',[1,2,..])->get();
Try 'Java_22 '||'&'||' Oracle_14'
The answer given by Matt K works perfectly fine.
However it is important to note one thing - If the div you are applying it to has absolute positioning, it wont work. For it to work, do this -
<div style="position:absolute; hei...">
<div style="position:relative; display: table-cell; vertical-align:middle; hei...">
<!-- here position MUST be relative, this div acts as a wrapper-->
...

Actually, drop rows 0 and 1 only requires (any observations containing matched A and C is kept.):
In [335]:
df['AC']=df.A+df.C
In [336]:
print df.drop_duplicates('C', take_last=True) #this dataset is a special case, in general, one may need to first drop_duplicates by 'c' and then by 'a'.
A B C AC
2 foo 1 B fooB
3 bar 1 A barA
[2 rows x 4 columns]
But I suspect what you really want is this (one observation containing matched A and C is kept.):
In [337]:
print df.drop_duplicates('AC')
A B C AC
0 foo 0 A fooA
2 foo 1 B fooB
3 bar 1 A barA
[3 rows x 4 columns]
Now it is much clearer, therefore:
In [352]:
DG=df.groupby(['A', 'C'])
print pd.concat([DG.get_group(item) for item, value in DG.groups.items() if len(value)==1])
A B C
2 foo 1 B
3 bar 1 A
[2 rows x 3 columns]
No.
You want to use: .indexOf("foo")
and then check the index. If it's >= 0, it contains that string.

Just to clarify things, this is the version that works (adaption of Joseph's example):
Html.ActionLink(article.Title,
"Login", // <-- ActionMethod
"Item", // <-- Controller Name
new { id = article.ArticleID }, // <-- Route arguments.
null // <-- htmlArguments .. which are none
)
You dont need jquery-migrate. Summarizing previous answers, here is a working html:
<html>
<body>
<a id='linkButton'>ClickMe</a>
<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.9.1.min.js"></script>
<link href="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/toastr.js/2.0.1/css/toastr.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/toastr.js/2.0.1/js/toastr.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function() {
toastr.options.timeOut = 1500; // 1.5s
toastr.info('Page Loaded!');
$('#linkButton').click(function() {
toastr.success('Click Button');
});
});
</script>
</body>
</html>
Following up on @Bruno Bronosky and @mrteatime, I offer the suggestion that you just write your boolean return "backwards". This is what I mean:
foo()
{
if [ "$1" == "bar" ]; then
true; return
else
false; return
fi;
}
That eliminates the ugly two line requirement for every return statement.
I had faced same issue while creating foreign constraints on table. the simple way of coming out of this issue are first take backup of your parent and child table then truncate child table and again try to make a relation. hope this will solve the problem.
also you can use this code (pure python by 3 byte of header file):
full_path = os.path.join(MEDIA_ROOT, pathfile)
try:
image_data = open(full_path, "rb").read()
except IOError:
return "Incorrect Request :( !!!"
header_byte = image_data[0:3].encode("hex").lower()
if header_byte == '474946':
return "image/gif"
elif header_byte == '89504e':
return "image/png"
elif header_byte == 'ffd8ff':
return "image/jpeg"
else:
return "binary file"
without any package install [and update version]
S.Lott inserted a comment, but it should be an answer: see the same question.
Since it wasn't as obvious as I intended it to be, here follows a verbatim copy of S.Lott's answer in the other question:
I'm a big fan of ARGO UML from Tigris.org. Draws nice pictures using standard UML notation. It does some code generation, but mostly Java classes, which isn't SQL DDL, so that may not be close enough to what you want to do.
You can look at the Data Modelling Tools list and see if anything there is better than Argo UML. Many of the items on this list are free or cheap.
Also, if you're using Eclipse or NetBeans, there are many design plug-ins, some of which may have the features you're looking for.
Here you can find some public REST services for encryption and security related things: http://security.jelastic.servint.net
I don't have IE Josh, could you please test this for me. Thanks.

Here is another way to reproduce this error in Python2.7 with numpy:
import numpy as np
a = np.array([1,2,3])
b = np.array([4,5,6])
c = np.concatenate(a,b) #note the lack of tuple format for a and b
print(c)
The np.concatenate
method produces an error:
TypeError: only length-1 arrays can be converted to Python scalars
If you read the documentation around numpy.concatenate, then you see it expects a tuple of numpy array objects. So surrounding the variables with parens fixed it:
import numpy as np
a = np.array([1,2,3])
b = np.array([4,5,6])
c = np.concatenate((a,b)) #surround a and b with parens, packaging them as a tuple
print(c)
Then it prints:
[1 2 3 4 5 6]
What's going on here?
That error is a case of bubble-up implementation - it is caused by duck-typing philosophy of python. This is a cryptic low-level error python guts puke up when it receives some unexpected variable types, tries to run off and do something, gets part way through, the pukes, attempts remedial action, fails, then tells you that "you can't reformulate the subspace responders when the wind blows from the east on Tuesday".
In more sensible languages like C++ or Java, it would have told you: "you can't use a TypeA where TypeB was expected". But Python does it's best to soldier on, does something undefined, fails, and then hands you back an unhelpful error. The fact we have to be discussing this is one of the reasons I don't like Python, or its duck-typing philosophy.
Any of the following should work
pip --version
# pip 19.0.3 from /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pip (python 2.7)
or
pip -V
# pip 19.0.3 from /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pip (python 2.7)
or
pip3 -V
# pip 19.0.3 from /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7/site-packages/pip (python 3.7)
I ran into a similar issue. I solved it by setting the Executable options in a variable and then simply calling the variable. Below is a sample setup.py that I use:
from cx_Freeze import setup, Executable
import sys
productName = "ProductName"
if 'bdist_msi' in sys.argv:
sys.argv += ['--initial-target-dir', 'C:\InstallDir\\' + productName]
sys.argv += ['--install-script', 'install.py']
exe = Executable(
script="main.py",
base="Win32GUI",
targetName="Product.exe"
)
setup(
name="Product.exe",
version="1.0",
author="Me",
description="Copyright 2012",
executables=[exe],
scripts=[
'install.py'
]
)
Is there a single declaration that fixes this for Webkit, Gecko, and Blink? No. However, there is a cross-browser solution by specifying multiple width property values that correspond to each layout engine's convention.
.mydiv {
...
width: intrinsic; /* Safari/WebKit uses a non-standard name */
width: -moz-max-content; /* Firefox/Gecko */
width: -webkit-max-content; /* Chrome */
...
}
Adapted from: MDN
Position your <div>
absolutely at the bottom and don't forget to give div.A
a position: relative
- http://jsfiddle.net/TTaMx/
.A {
position: relative;
margin: 40px 0;
height: 40px;
width: 200px;
background: #eee;
}
.A:after {
content: " ";
display: block;
background: #c00;
height: 29px;
width: 100%;
position: absolute;
bottom: -29px;
}?
have a look at something like this:
<form role="form">
<div class="row">
<div class="col-xs-12">
<div class="input-group input-group-lg">
<input type="text" class="form-control" />
<div class="input-group-btn">
<button type="submit" class="btn">Search</button>
</div><!-- /btn-group -->
</div><!-- /input-group -->
</div><!-- /.col-xs-12 -->
</div><!-- /.row -->
</form>
+universal
One thing to note: in order for that to make a difference you need to have built python
with +universal
, if you haven't or you're not sure you can just rebuild python +universal
. This applies to both brew as well as macports.
$ brew reinstall python
$ brew install boost
OR
$ sudo port -f uninstall python
$ sudo port install python +universal
$ sudo port install boost +universal
