One approach which I'm amazed no-one has mentioned yet is to use T4 Text Templates for code generation.
<#@ template debug="false" hostspecific="true" language="C#" #>
<#@ assembly name="System.Core" #>
<#@ import namespace="System" #>
<#@ output extension=".g.cs" #>
using System;
namespace Foo.Bar
{
public static partial class Constants
{
public static DateTime CompilationTimestampUtc { get { return new DateTime(<# Write(DateTime.UtcNow.Ticks.ToString()); #>L, DateTimeKind.Utc); } }
}
}
Pros:
Cons:
In ES6, import
s are live read-only views on exported-values. As a result, when you do import a from "somemodule";
, you cannot assign to a
no matter how you declare a
in the module.
However, since imported variables are live views, they do change according to the "raw" exported variable in exports. Consider the following code (borrowed from the reference article below):
//------ lib.js ------
export let counter = 3;
export function incCounter() {
counter++;
}
//------ main1.js ------
import { counter, incCounter } from './lib';
// The imported value `counter` is live
console.log(counter); // 3
incCounter();
console.log(counter); // 4
// The imported value can’t be changed
counter++; // TypeError
As you can see, the difference really lies in lib.js
, not main1.js
.
To summarize:
import
-ed variables, no matter how you declare the corresponding variables in the module.let
-vs-const
semantics applies to the declared variable in the module.
const
, it cannot be reassigned or rebound in anywhere.let
, it can only be reassigned in the module (but not the user). If it is changed, the import
-ed variable changes accordingly.The easiest way would be to use use ProcessExplorer but it would still require some searching.
Make sure your exe is running and open ProcessExplorer. In ProcessExplorer find the name of your binary file and double click it to show properties. Click the Strings tab. Search down the list of string found in the binary file. Most strings will be garbage so they can be ignored. Search for anything that might possibly resemble a command line switch. Test this switch from the command line and see if it does anything.
Note that it might be your binary simply has no command line switches.
For reference here is the above steps applied to the Chrome executable. The command line switches accepted by Chrome can be seen in the list:
if use phpmyadmin add: fastcgi_param HTTPS on;
I think you can use loc
if you need update two columns to same value:
df1.loc[df1['stream'] == 2, ['feat','another_feat']] = 'aaaa'
print df1
stream feat another_feat
a 1 some_value some_value
b 2 aaaa aaaa
c 2 aaaa aaaa
d 3 some_value some_value
If you need update separate, one option is use:
df1.loc[df1['stream'] == 2, 'feat'] = 10
print df1
stream feat another_feat
a 1 some_value some_value
b 2 10 some_value
c 2 10 some_value
d 3 some_value some_value
Another common option is use numpy.where
:
df1['feat'] = np.where(df1['stream'] == 2, 10,20)
print df1
stream feat another_feat
a 1 20 some_value
b 2 10 some_value
c 2 10 some_value
d 3 20 some_value
EDIT: If you need divide all columns without stream
where condition is True
, use:
print df1
stream feat another_feat
a 1 4 5
b 2 4 5
c 2 2 9
d 3 1 7
#filter columns all without stream
cols = [col for col in df1.columns if col != 'stream']
print cols
['feat', 'another_feat']
df1.loc[df1['stream'] == 2, cols ] = df1 / 2
print df1
stream feat another_feat
a 1 4.0 5.0
b 2 2.0 2.5
c 2 1.0 4.5
d 3 1.0 7.0
If working with multiple conditions is possible use multiple numpy.where
or numpy.select
:
df0 = pd.DataFrame({'Col':[5,0,-6]})
df0['New Col1'] = np.where((df0['Col'] > 0), 'Increasing',
np.where((df0['Col'] < 0), 'Decreasing', 'No Change'))
df0['New Col2'] = np.select([df0['Col'] > 0, df0['Col'] < 0],
['Increasing', 'Decreasing'],
default='No Change')
print (df0)
Col New Col1 New Col2
0 5 Increasing Increasing
1 0 No Change No Change
2 -6 Decreasing Decreasing
From the documentation:
str.find(sub[, start[, end]])
Return the lowest index in the string where substring sub is found within the slice
s[start:end]
. Optional arguments start and end are interpreted as in slice notation. Return-1
if sub is not found.
So, some examples:
>>> my_str = 'abcdefioshgoihgs sijsiojs '
>>> my_str.find('a')
0
>>> my_str.find('g')
10
>>> my_str.find('s', 11)
15
>>> my_str.find('s', 15)
15
>>> my_str.find('s', 16)
17
>>> my_str.find('s', 11, 14)
-1

If you specify the disabled
attribute then the value you give it must be disabled
. (In HTML 5 you may leave off everything except the attribute value. In HTML 4 you may leave off everything except the attribute name.)
If you do not want the control to be disabled then do not specify the attribute at all.
Disabled:
<input type="checkbox" disabled>
<input type="checkbox" disabled="disabled">
Enabled:
<input type="checkbox">
Invalid (but usually error recovered to be treated as disabled):
<input type="checkbox" disabled="1">
<input type="checkbox" disabled="true">
<input type="checkbox" disabled="false">
So, without knowing your template language, I guess you are looking for:
<td><input type="checkbox" name="repriseCheckBox" {checkStat == 1 ? disabled : }/></td>
"creating an instance of a class" how about, "you are taking a class and making a new variable of that class that WILL change depending on an input that changes"
Class in the library called Nacho
variable Libre to hold the "instance" that will change
Nacho Libre = new Nacho(Variable, Scanner Input, or whatever goes here, This is the place that accepts the changes then puts the value in "Libre" on the left side of the equals sign (you know "Nacho Libre = new Nacho(Scanner.in)" "Nacho Libre" is on the left of the = (that's not tech talk, that's my way of explaining it)
I think that is better than saying "instance of type" or "instance of class". Really the point is it just needs to be detailed out more.... "instance of type or class" is not good enough for the beginner..... wow, its like a tongue twister and your brain cannot focus on tongue twisters very well.... that "instance" word is very annoying and the mere sound of it drives me nuts.... it begs for more detail.....it begs to be broken down better. I had to google what "instance" meant just to get my bearings straight..... try saying "instance of class" to your grandma.... yikes!
In addition to @rommex answer above, I have also noticed that finish()
does queue the destruction of the Activity and that it depends on Activity priority.
If I call finish()
after onPause()
, I see onStop()
, and onDestroy()
immediately called.
If I call finish()
after onStop()
, I don't see onDestroy()
until 5 minutes later.
From my observation, it looks like finish is queued up and when I looked at the adb shell dumpsys activity activities
it was set to finishing=true
, but since it is no longer in the foreground, it wasn't prioritized for destruction.
In summary, onDestroy()
is never guaranteed to be called, but even in the case it is called, it could be delayed.
On Centos7, It is important to note that while you remove jenkins using following command: sudo yum remove jenkins
it will not remove your users and other information. For that you will have to do following: sudo rm -r /var/lib/jenkins
If you want to only rely on the preprocessor, you have to figure out the list of predefined symbols. Preprocessor arithmetics has no concept of addressing.
GCC on Mac defines __LITTLE_ENDIAN__
or __BIG_ENDIAN__
$ gcc -E -dM - < /dev/null |grep ENDIAN
#define __LITTLE_ENDIAN__ 1
Then, you can add more preprocessor conditional directives based on platform detection like #ifdef _WIN32
etc.
You can not use input for it, you need to use textarea instead.
Use textarea with the wrap="soft"
code and optional the rest of the attributes like this:
<textarea name="text" rows="14" cols="10" wrap="soft"> </textarea>
Atributes: To limit the amount of text in it for example to "40" characters you can add the attribute maxlength="40"
like this: <textarea name="text" rows="14" cols="10" wrap="soft" maxlength="40"></textarea>
To hide the scroll the style for it. if you only use overflow:scroll;
or overflow:hidden;
or overflow:auto;
it will only take affect for one scroll bar. If you want different attributes for each scroll bar then use the attributes like this overflow:scroll; overflow-x:auto; overflow-y:hidden;
in the style area:
To make the textarea not resizable you can use the style with resize:none;
like this:
<textarea name="text" rows="14" cols="10" wrap="soft" maxlength="40" style="overflow:hidden; resize:none;></textarea>
That way you can have or example a textarea with 14 rows and 10 cols with word wrap and max character length of "40" characters that works exactly like a input text box does but with rows instead and without using input text.
NOTE: textarea works with rows unlike like input <input type="text" name="tbox" size="10"></input>
that is made to not work with rows at all.
You can use COPY. You need to specify the directory explicitly. It won't be created by itself
COPY go /usr/local/go

This is a simpler one
$('#some_select_box').find('option:selected').remove().end();

funct alphabet_count_mapper:
for each word in the file/list
1.create a dictionary of alphabets/characters with initial count as 0.
2.keep count of all the alphabets in the word and increment the count in the above alphabet dict.
3.create alphabet count dict and return the tuple of the values of alphabet dict.
funct anagram_counter:
1.create a dictionary with alphabet count tuple as key and the count of the number of occurences against it.
2.iterate over the above dict and if the value > 1, add the value to the anagram count.

Connect to the database:
db2 connect to <database-name>
List all tables:
db2 list tables for all
To list all tables in selected schema, use:
db2 list tables for schema <schema-name>
To describe a table, type:
db2 describe table <table-schema.table-name>
Had a similar problem (using NHibernate, so the ESCAPE keyword would have been very difficult) and solved it using the bracket characters. So your sample would become
WHERE ... LIKE '%aa[%]bb%'
If you need proof:
create table test (field nvarchar(100))
go
insert test values ('abcdef%hijklm')
insert test values ('abcdefghijklm')
go
select * from test where field like 'abcdef[%]hijklm'
go
I know the question is about JQuery: this answer is just FYI.
document.getElementById('edit').addEventListener(event => {
event.preventDefault();
[...document.querySelectorAll('.inputDisabled')].map(e => e.disabled = false);
});
This is for a string array:
string.Join(delimiter, array);
This is for a List<string>:
string.Join(delimiter, list.ToArray());
And this is for a list of custom objects:
string.Join(delimiter, list.Select(i => i.Boo).ToArray());
Also adding other Scenarios where you may see these Errors
First Check you compiler version, Download latest Typescript compiler to support ES6 syntaxes
typescript still produces output even with typing errors this doesn't actually block development,
When you see these errors Check for Syntaxes in initialization or when Calling these methods or variables,
Check whether the parameters of the functions are of wrong data Type,you initialized as 'string' and assigning a 'boolean' or 'number'
For Example
1.
private errors: string;
//somewhere in code you assign a boolean value to (string)'errors'
this.errors=true
or
this.error=5
2.
private values: Array<number>;
this.values.push(value); //Argument of type 'X' is not assignable to parameter of type 'X'
The Error message here is because the Square brackets for Array Initialization is missing, It works even without it, but VS Code red alerts.
private values: Array<number> = [];
this.values.push(value);
Note:
Remember that Javascript typecasts according to the value assigned, So typescript notifies them but the code executes even with these errors highlighted in VS Code
Ex:
var a=2;
typeof(a) // "number"
var a='Ignatius';
typeof(a) // "string"

Take a look at algorithms
package, especially the algorithm
environment.
lockless Copy and Write approach works great if you're not dealing with too many items. Here's a class I wrote:
public class CopyAndWriteList<T>
{
public static List<T> Clear(List<T> list)
{
var a = new List<T>(list);
a.Clear();
return a;
}
public static List<T> Add(List<T> list, T item)
{
var a = new List<T>(list);
a.Add(item);
return a;
}
public static List<T> RemoveAt(List<T> list, int index)
{
var a = new List<T>(list);
a.RemoveAt(index);
return a;
}
public static List<T> Remove(List<T> list, T item)
{
var a = new List<T>(list);
a.Remove(item);
return a;
}
}
example usage: orders_BUY = CopyAndWriteList.Clear(orders_BUY);
In the MongoDB shell:
db.getCollection('sensorevents').find({from:{$gt: new ISODate('2015-08-30 16:50:24.481Z')}})
In my nodeJS code ( using Mongoose )
SensorEvent.Model.find( {
from: { $gt: new Date( SensorEventListener.lastSeenSensorFrom ) }
} )
I am querying my sensor events collection to return values where the 'from' field is greater than the given date
just remove 'fade' class from modal class
class="modal fade bs-example-modal-lg"
as
class="modal bs-example-modal-lg"
Similar to many of the answers above that use df.to_string(index=False), I often find it necessary to extract a single column of values in which case you can specify an individual column with .to_string using the following:
data = pd.DataFrame({'col1': np.random.randint(0, 100, 10),
'col2': np.random.randint(50, 100, 10),
'col3': np.random.randint(10, 10000, 10)})
print(data.to_string(columns=['col1'], index=False)
print(data.to_string(columns=['col1', 'col2'], index=False))
Which provides an easy to copy (and index free) output for use pasting elsewhere (Excel). Sample output:
col1 col2
49 62
97 97
87 94
85 61
18 55
For windows just give path as cd and path to the "Scripts" of python and then execute the command easy_install.exe
requests.Then try import requests...
I'm having same problem. I try to install office 2010 64bit on windows 7 64 bit and then install 2007 Office System Driver : Data Connectivity Components.
after that, visual studio 2008 can opens a connection to an MS-Access 2007 database file.
Here's one generalized from something I just used. I'm posting it since it's a very simple example, and it demonstrates a practical use case along with default arguments:
#include <vector>
template <class T> class Alloc final { /*...*/ };
template <template <class T> class allocator=Alloc> class MyClass final {
public:
std::vector<short,allocator<short>> field0;
std::vector<float,allocator<float>> field1;
};
A bug or security vulnerability in the server (either Apache or the PHP engine), or your own PHP code, might allow an attacker to obtain access to your code.
For instance if you have a PHP script to allow people to download files, and an attacker can trick this script into download some of your PHP files, then your code can be leaked.
Since it's impossible to eliminate all bugs from the software you're using, if someone really wants to steal your code, and they have enough resources, there's a reasonable chance they'll be able to.
However, as long as you keep your server up-to-date, someone with casual interest is not able to see the PHP source unless there are some obvious security vulnerabilities in your code.
Read the Security section of the PHP manual as a starting point to keeping your code safe.
Assuming that your docker container is up and running, you can run commands as:
docker exec mycontainer /bin/sh -c "cmd1;cmd2;...;cmdn"
I think you are asking two things which are not necessarily the same
I want to extract every 6th element of the original
You can do this by indexing a sequence:
foo <- 1:120
foo[1:20*6]
I would like to create a vector in which each element is the i+6th element of another vector.
An easy way to do this is to supplement a logical factor with FALSEs until i+6
:
foo <- 1:120
i <- 1
foo[1:(i+6)==(i+6)]
[1] 7 14 21 28 35 42 49 56 63 70 77 84 91 98 105 112 119
i <- 10
foo[1:(i+6)==(i+6)]
[1] 16 32 48 64 80 96 112
UPDATE: This list is getting a little out dated (it was generated with Xcode 4.1). You should run the command suggested by dunedin15.
dunedin15's answer can give inaccurate results for some edge-cases, such as when debugging build settings of a static lib for an Archive build, see Slipp D. Thompson's answer for a more robust output.

You need to use dynamic SQL to achieve this; something like:
DECLARE
TYPE cur_type IS REF CURSOR;
CURSOR client_cur IS
SELECT DISTING username
FROM all_users
WHERE length(username) = 3;
emails_cur cur_type;
l_cur_string VARCHAR2(128);
l_email_id <type>;
l_name <type>;
BEGIN
FOR client IN client_cur LOOP
dbms_output.put_line('Client is '|| client.username);
l_cur_string := 'SELECT id, name FROM '
|| client.username || '.org';
OPEN emails_cur FOR l_cur_string;
LOOP
FETCH emails_cur INTO l_email_id, l_name;
EXIT WHEN emails_cur%NOTFOUND;
dbms_output.put_line('Org id is ' || l_email_id
|| ' org name ' || l_name);
END LOOP;
CLOSE emails_cur;
END LOOP;
END;
/
Edited to correct two errors, and to add links to 10g documentation for OPEN-FOR
and an example.
Edited to make the inner cursor query a string variable.
Fix the permissions of /data/db
(or /var/lib/mongodb
):
sudo chown -R mongodb: /data/db
then restart MongoDB e.g. using
sudo systemctl restart mongod
In case that does not help, check your error message if you are using a data directory different to /var/lib/mongodb. In that case run
sudo chown -R mongodb: <insert your data directory here>
Try this:
package main
import (
"io";
)
func main() {
contents,_ := io.ReadFile("filename");
println(string(contents));
io.WriteFile("filename", contents, 0644);
}
Yes. You need to prefix the table name with "#" (hash) to create temporary tables.
If you do NOT need the table later, go ahead & create it. Temporary Tables are very much like normal tables. However, it gets created in tempdb. Also, it is only accessible via the current session i.e. For EG: if another user tries to access the temp table created by you, he'll not be able to do so.
"##" (double-hash creates "Global" temp table that can be accessed by other sessions as well.
Refer the below link for the Basics of Temporary Tables: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/42553/Quick-Overview-Temporary-Tables-in-SQL-Server-2005
If the content of your table is less than 5000 rows & does NOT contain data types such as nvarchar(MAX), varbinary(MAX), consider using Table Variables.
They are the fastest as they are just like any other variables which are stored in the RAM. They are stored in tempdb as well, not in RAM.
DECLARE @ItemBack1 TABLE
(
column1 int,
column2 int,
someInt int,
someVarChar nvarchar(50)
);
INSERT INTO @ItemBack1
SELECT column1,
column2,
someInt,
someVarChar
FROM table2
WHERE table2.ID = 7;

ALTER TABLE <tablename> CHANGE COLUMN <colname> <colname> VARCHAR(65536);
You have to list the column name twice, even if you aren't changing its name.
Note that after you make this change, the data type of the column will be MEDIUMTEXT
.
Miky D is correct, the MODIFY
command can do this more concisely.
Re the MEDIUMTEXT
thing: a MySQL row can be only 65535 bytes (not counting BLOB/TEXT columns). If you try to change a column to be too large, making the total size of the row 65536 or greater, you may get an error. If you try to declare a column of VARCHAR(65536)
then it's too large even if it's the only column in that table, so MySQL automatically converts it to a MEDIUMTEXT
data type.
mysql> create table foo (str varchar(300));
mysql> alter table foo modify str varchar(65536);
mysql> show create table foo;
CREATE TABLE `foo` (
`str` mediumtext
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
I misread your original question, you want VARCHAR(65353)
, which MySQL can do, as long as that column size summed with the other columns in the table doesn't exceed 65535.
mysql> create table foo (str1 varchar(300), str2 varchar(300));
mysql> alter table foo modify str2 varchar(65353);
ERROR 1118 (42000): Row size too large.
The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 65535.
You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs
You need two backslashes before the dot, one to escape the slash so it gets through, and the other to escape the dot so it becomes literal. Forward slashes and asterisk are treated literal.
str=xpath.replaceAll("\\.", "/*/"); //replaces a literal . with /*/
In my case.. following steps resolved:
There was a column value which was set to "Update" - replaced it with Edit (non sql keyword) There was a space in one of the column names (removed the extra space or trim)
According to MSDN, the JavaScript Date object does not provide any specific date formatting methods (as you may see with other programming languages). However, you can use a few of the Date
methods and formatting to accomplish your goal:
function dateToString (date) {
// Use an array to format the month numbers
var months = [
"January",
"February",
"March",
...
];
// Use an object to format the timezone identifiers
var timeZones = {
"360": "EST",
...
};
var month = months[date.getMonth()];
var day = date.getDate();
var year = date.getFullYear();
var hours = date.getHours();
var minutes = date.getMinutes();
var time = (hours > 11 ? (hours - 11) : (hours + 1)) + ":" + minutes + (hours > 11 ? "PM" : "AM");
var timezone = timeZones[date.getTimezoneOffset()];
// Returns formatted date as string (e.g. January 28, 2011 - 7:30PM EST)
return month + " " + day + ", " + year + " - " + time + " " + timezone;
}
var date = new Date("2011-01-28T19:30:00-05:00");
alert(dateToString(date));
You could even take it one step further and override the Date.toString()
method:
function dateToString () { // No date argument this time
// Use an array to format the month numbers
var months = [
"January",
"February",
"March",
...
];
// Use an object to format the timezone identifiers
var timeZones = {
"360": "EST",
...
};
var month = months[*this*.getMonth()];
var day = *this*.getDate();
var year = *this*.getFullYear();
var hours = *this*.getHours();
var minutes = *this*.getMinutes();
var time = (hours > 11 ? (hours - 11) : (hours + 1)) + ":" + minutes + (hours > 11 ? "PM" : "AM");
var timezone = timeZones[*this*.getTimezoneOffset()];
// Returns formatted date as string (e.g. January 28, 2011 - 7:30PM EST)
return month + " " + day + ", " + year + " - " + time + " " + timezone;
}
var date = new Date("2011-01-28T19:30:00-05:00");
Date.prototype.toString = dateToString;
alert(date.toString());
Xcode did not see my iPad, iTunes also did not see my device. Rebooting Mac corrected the situation.
An example of Python's way of doing "ternary" expressions:
i = 5 if a > 7 else 0
translates into
if a > 7:
i = 5
else:
i = 0
This actually comes in handy when using list comprehensions, or sometimes in return statements, otherwise I'm not sure it helps that much in creating readable code.
The readability issue was discussed at length in this recent SO question better way than using if-else statement in python.
It also contains various other clever (and somewhat obfuscated) ways to accomplish the same task. It's worth a read just based on those posts.
This answer is likely not what you're looking for. I wanted a singleton in the sense that only that object had its identity, for comparison to. In my case it was being used as a Sentinel Value. To which the answer is very simple, make any object mything = object()
and by python's nature, only that thing will have its identity.
#!python
MyNone = object() # The singleton
for item in my_list:
if item is MyNone: # An Example identity comparison
raise StopIteration
var result=[];
var app = angular.module('app', []);
app.controller('myCtrl', function ($scope, $http) {
var url="";// your request url
var request={};// your request parameters
var headers = {
// 'Authorization': 'Basic ' + btoa(username + ":" + password),
'Access-Control-Allow-Origin': true,
'Content-Type': 'application/json; charset=utf-8',
"X-Requested-With": "XMLHttpRequest"
}
$http.post(url, request, {
headers
})
.then(function Success(response) {
result.push(response.data);
$scope.Data = result;
},
function Error(response) {
result.push(response.data);
$scope.Data = result;
console.log(response.statusText + " " + response.status)
});
});
And also add following code in your WebApiConfig file

If you want to do this in code, here is a sample:
pd = new ProgressDialog(MainActivity.this);
pd.setProgressStyle(ProgressDialog.STYLE_SPINNER);
pd.getWindow().setBackgroundDrawable(new ColorDrawable(Color.TRANSPARENT));
pd.getWindow().setGravity(Gravity.CENTER_HORIZONTAL|Gravity.CENTER_VERTICAL);
TextView tv = new TextView(this);
tv.setTextColor(Color.WHITE);
tv.setTextSize(20);
tv.setText("Waiting...");
pd.setCustomTitle(tv);
pd.setIndeterminate(true);
pd.show();
Using TextView gives you an option to change color, size, and font of your text. Otherwise you can just call setMessage(), as usual.
Find Last Row in a Column OR a Table Column(ListObject) by range
Finding the last row requires:
This proposed solution is more general, requires only the range ,less chance of typos and is short (just calling MyLastRow
function).
Sub test() Dim rng As Range Dim Result As Long Set rng = Worksheets(1).Range("D4") Result = MyLastRow(rng) End Sub
Function MyLastRow(FirstRow As Range) As Long
Dim WS As Worksheet
Dim TableName As String
Dim ColNumber As Long
Dim LastRow As Long
Dim FirstColumnTable As Long
Dim ColNumberTable As Long
Set WS = FirstRow.Worksheet
TableName = GetTableName(FirstRow)
ColNumber = FirstRow.Column
''If the table (ListObject) does not start in column "A" we need to calculate the
''first Column table and how many Columns from its beginning the Column is located.
If TableName <> vbNullString Then
FirstColumnTable = WS.ListObjects(TableName).ListColumns(1).Range.Column
ColNumberTable = ColNumber - FirstColumnTable + 1
End If
If TableName = vbNullString Then
LastRow = WS.Cells(WS.Rows.Count, ColNumber).End(xlUp).Row
Else
LastRow = WS.ListObjects(TableName).ListColumns(ColNumberTable).Range.Find( _
What:="*", SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
End If
MyLastRow = LastRow
End Function
''Get Table Name by Cell Range
Function GetTableName(CellRange As Range) As String
If CellRange.ListObject Is Nothing Then
GetTableName = vbNullString
Else
GetTableName = CellRange.ListObject.Name
End If
End Function
OK, I found it finally.

copy your war file to /tmp now extract the contents:
cp warfile.war /tmp
cd /tmp
unzip warfile.war
cd WEB-INF
nano web.xml (or vim or any editor you want to use)
cd ..
zip -r -u warfile.war WEB-INF
now you have in /tmp/warfile.war your file updated.

Tim S. was much closer to a "correct" answer then the currently accepted one. If you want to have a 100% width, variable height background image done with CSS, instead of using cover
(which will allow the image to extend out from the sides) or contain
(which does not allow the image to extend out at all), just set the CSS like so:
body {
background-image: url(img.jpg);
background-position: center top;
background-size: 100% auto;
}
This will set your background image to 100% width and allow the height to overflow. Now you can use media queries to swap out that image instead of relying on JavaScript.
EDIT: I just realized (3 months later) that you probably don't want the image to overflow; you seem to want the container element to resize based on it's background-image (to preserve it's aspect ratio), which is not possible with CSS as far as I know.
Hopefully soon you'll be able to use the new srcset attribute on the img
element. If you want to use img
elements now, the currently accepted answer is probably best.
However, you can create a responsive background-image element with a constant aspect ratio using purely CSS. To do this, you set the height
to 0 and set the padding-bottom
to a percentage of the element's own width, like so:
.foo {
height: 0;
padding: 0; /* remove any pre-existing padding, just in case */
padding-bottom: 75%; /* for a 4:3 aspect ratio */
background-image: url(foo.png);
background-position: center center;
background-size: 100%;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
In order to use different aspect ratios, divide the height of the original image by it's own width, and multiply by 100 to get the percentage value. This works because padding percentage is always calculated based on width, even if it's vertical padding.
this.options[this.selectedIndex].innerHTML
should provide you with the "displayed" text of the selected item. this.value
, like you said, merely provides the value of the value
attribute.
Where the variable map
is an object of type GMap2:
GEvent.addListener(map, "tilesloaded", function() {
console.log("Map is fully loaded");
});
You can use Process.Start
, calling notepad.exe
with the file as a parameter.
Process.Start(@"notepad.exe", pathToFile);
replace()
method will work for this. Here is the code that will help to remove character from string. lets say
j_word = 'Stringtoremove'
word = 'String'
for letter in word:
if j_word.find(letter) == -1:
continue
else:
# remove matched character
j_word = j_word.replace(letter, '', 1)
#Output
j_word = "toremove"
Unicode is an agreed-upon format for the binary representation of characters and various kinds of formatting (e.g. lower case/upper case, new line, carriage return), and other "things" (e.g. emojis). A computer is no less capable of storing a unicode representation (a series of bits), whether in memory or in a file, than it is of storing an ascii representation (a different series of bits), or any other representation (series of bits).
For communication to take place, the parties to the communication must agree on what representation will be used.
Because unicode seeks to represent all the possible characters (and other "things") used in inter-human and inter-computer communication, it requires a greater number of bits for the representation of many characters (or things) than other systems of representation that seek to represent a more limited set of characters/things. To "simplify," and perhaps to accommodate historical usage, unicode representation is almost exclusively converted to some other system of representation (e.g. ascii) for the purpose of storing characters in files.
It is not the case that unicode cannot be used for storing characters in files, or transmitting them through any communications channel, simply that it is not.
The term "string," is not precisely defined. "String," in its common usage, refers to a set of characters/things. In a computer, those characters may be stored in any one of many different bit-by-bit representations. A "byte string" is a set of characters stored using a representation that uses eight bits (eight bits being referred to as a byte). Since, these days, computers use the unicode system (characters represented by a variable number of bytes) to store characters in memory, and byte strings (characters represented by single bytes) to store characters to files, a conversion must be used before characters represented in memory will be moved into storage in files.
Just multiply the number by 100, round, and divide the resulting number by 100.
Assuming your WebSocket server is listening on the same port as from which the page is being requested, I would suggest:
function createWebSocket(path) {
var protocolPrefix = (window.location.protocol === 'https:') ? 'wss:' : 'ws:';
return new WebSocket(protocolPrefix + '//' + location.host + path);
}
Then, for your case, call it as follows:
var socket = createWebSocket(location.pathname + '/to/ws');
Please check that your key exists in the array or not, instead of simply trying to access it.
Replace:
$myVar = $someArray['someKey']
With something like:
if (isset($someArray['someKey'])) {
$myVar = $someArray['someKey']
}
or something like:
if(is_array($someArray['someKey'])) {
$theme_img = 'recent_works_iso_thumbnail';
}else {
$theme_img = 'recent_works_iso_thumbnail';
}
The right answer was for me at the time of writing
this.context.router.history.push('/');
But you need to add PropTypes to your component
Header.contextTypes = {
router: PropTypes.object.isRequired
}
export default Header;
Don't forget to import PropTypes
import PropTypes from 'prop-types';
Add click listener for item view in .onBindViewHolder() of your RecyclerView's adapter. get currently selected position and change color by .setBackground() for previously selected and current item

TextView
comes with 4 compound drawables, one for each of left, top, right and bottom.
In your case, you do not need the LinearLayout
and ImageView
at all. Just add android:drawableLeft="@drawable/up_count_big"
to your TextView
.
See TextView#setCompoundDrawablesWithIntrinsicBounds for more info.

This is a little outdated, by Ryan Bigg does a great job explaining this here:
http://ryanbigg.com/2009/04/how-rails-works-2-mime-types-respond_to
In fact, it might be a bit more detail than you were looking for. As it turns out, there's a lot going on behind the scenes, including a need to understand how the MIME types get loaded.
I had a similar problem, but the accepted answer did not resolve it - I was not using a virtual environment. This is what I had to do:
sudo python -m pip install boto3
I do not know why this behaved differently from sudo pip install boto3
.
Can you output that data in the cells as you are creating the table?
so your table would look like this:
<table>
<thead>...</thead>
<tbody>
<tr><td data-row='1' data-column='1'>value</td>
<td data-row='1' data-column='2'>value</td>
<td data-row='1' data-column='3'>value</td></tr>
<tbody>
</table>
then it would be a simple matter
$("td").click(function(event) {
var row = $(this).attr("data-row");
var col = $(this).attr("data-col");
}
The problem is that you are using gulp 4 and the syntax in gulfile.js is of gulp 3. So either downgrade your gulp to 3.x.x or make use of gulp 4 syntaxes.
Syntax Gulp 3:
gulp.task('default', ['sass'], function() {....} );
Syntax Gulp 4:
gulp.task('default', gulp.series(sass), function() {....} );
You can read more about gulp and gulp tasks on: https://medium.com/@sudoanushil/how-to-write-gulp-tasks-ce1b1b7a7e81
Here is a jQuery plugin that does exactly that: http://fixedheadertable.com/
Usage:
$('selector').fixedHeaderTable({ fixedColumn: 1 });
Set the fixedColumn
option if you want any number of columns to be also fixed for horizontal scrolling.
EDIT: This example http://www.datatables.net/examples/basic_init/scroll_y.html is much better in my opinion, although with DataTables you'll need to get a better understanding of how it works in general.
EDIT2: For Bootstrap to work with DataTables you need to follow the instructions here: http://datatables.net/blog/Twitter_Bootstrap_2 (I have tested this and it works)- For Bootstrap 3 there's a discussion here: http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/comment/53462 - (I haven't tested this)
Swift answer 2.
The UIWebView Class Reference advises against using webView.loadRequest(request):
Don’t use this method to load local HTML files; instead, use loadHTMLString:baseURL:.
In this solution, the html is read into a string. The html's url is used to work out the path, and passes that as a base url.
let url = bundle.URLForResource("index", withExtension: "html", subdirectory: "htmlFileFolder")
let html = try String(contentsOfURL: url)
let base = url.URLByDeletingLastPathComponent
webView.loadHTMLString(html, baseURL: base)
Bash job control involves multiple processes, not multiple threads.
You can execute a command in background with the &
suffix.
You can wait for completion of a background command with the wait
command.
You can execute multiple commands in parallel by separating them with |
. This provides also a synchronization mechanism, since stdout of a command at left of |
is connected to stdin of command at right.
I'm able to exclude multiple directories using the below config (comma separated folder paths):

Using the Drag and Drop method
cmd
to pull up the windows bar operation.Open File Location
.Copy to Desktop
while dragging and before dropping, then push down and hold the Control key until you see the message. I've created an example to show how to. Updated state
definition would be:
$stateProvider
.state('home', {
url: '/:foo?bar',
views: {
'': {
templateUrl: 'tpl.home.html',
controller: 'MainRootCtrl'
},
...
}
And this would be the controller:
.controller('MainRootCtrl', function($scope, $state, $stateParams) {
//..
var foo = $stateParams.foo; //getting fooVal
var bar = $stateParams.bar; //getting barVal
//..
$scope.state = $state.current
$scope.params = $stateParams;
})
What we can see is that the state home now has url defined as:
url: '/:foo?bar',
which means, that the params in url are expected as
/fooVal?bar=barValue
These two links will correctly pass arguments into the controller:
<a ui-sref="home({foo: 'fooVal1', bar: 'barVal1'})">
<a ui-sref="home({foo: 'fooVal2', bar: 'barVal2'})">
Also, the controller does consume $stateParams
instead of $stateParam
.
Link to doc:
You can check it here
params : {}
There is also new, more granular setting params : {}
. As we've already seen, we can declare parameters as part of url
. But with params : {}
configuration - we can extend this definition or even introduce paramters which are not part of the url:
.state('other', {
url: '/other/:foo?bar',
params: {
// here we define default value for foo
// we also set squash to false, to force injecting
// even the default value into url
foo: {
value: 'defaultValue',
squash: false,
},
// this parameter is now array
// we can pass more items, and expect them as []
bar : {
array : true,
},
// this param is not part of url
// it could be passed with $state.go or ui-sref
hiddenParam: 'YES',
},
...
Settings available for params are described in the documentation of the $stateProvider
Below is just an extract
We can call these params this way:
// hidden param cannot be passed via url
<a href="#/other/fooVal?bar=1&bar=2">
// default foo is skipped
<a ui-sref="other({bar: [4,5]})">

Here's a paper on how these numbers (or similar ones) were derived:
The following code works fine:
@using (Html.BeginForm("Upload", "Upload", FormMethod.Post,
new { enctype = "multipart/form-data" }))
{
@Html.ValidationSummary(true)
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
}
and generates as expected:
<form action="/Upload/Upload" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post">
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
</form>
On the other hand if you are writing this code inside the context of other server side construct such as an if
or foreach
you should remove the @
before the using
. For example:
@if (SomeCondition)
{
using (Html.BeginForm("Upload", "Upload", FormMethod.Post,
new { enctype = "multipart/form-data" }))
{
@Html.ValidationSummary(true)
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
}
}
As far as your server side code is concerned, here's how to proceed:
[HttpPost]
public ActionResult Upload(HttpPostedFileBase file)

I advise to not depend on ready made and built in code in .NET framework , try to bring up new solution ..this is what i do..
public bool isAlphaNumeric(string N)
{
bool YesNumeric = false;
bool YesAlpha = false;
bool BothStatus = false;
for (int i = 0; i < N.Length; i++)
{
if (char.IsLetter(N[i]) )
YesAlpha=true;
if (char.IsNumber(N[i]))
YesNumeric = true;
}
if (YesAlpha==true && YesNumeric==true)
{
BothStatus = true;
}
else
{
BothStatus = false;
}
return BothStatus;
}
If I've understood your problem correctly, there are two possible problems here:
resultset
is null
- I assume that this can't be the case as if it was you'd get an exception in your while loop and nothing would be output.resultset.getString(i++)
will get columns 1,2,3 and so on from each subsequent row.I think that the second point is probably your problem here.
Lets say you only had 1 row returned, as follows:
Col 1, Col 2, Col 3
A , B, C
Your code as it stands would only get A - it wouldn't get the rest of the columns.
I suggest you change your code as follows:
ResultSet resultset = ...;
ArrayList<String> arrayList = new ArrayList<String>();
while (resultset.next()) {
int i = 1;
while(i <= numberOfColumns) {
arrayList.add(resultset.getString(i++));
}
System.out.println(resultset.getString("Col 1"));
System.out.println(resultset.getString("Col 2"));
System.out.println(resultset.getString("Col 3"));
System.out.println(resultset.getString("Col n"));
}
Edit:
To get the number of columns:
ResultSetMetaData metadata = resultset.getMetaData();
int numberOfColumns = metadata.getColumnCount();
$eval
and $parse
don't evaluate JavaScript; they evaluate AngularJS expressions. The linked documentation explains the differences between expressions and JavaScript.
Q: What exactly is $eval doing? Why does it need its own mini parsing language?
From the docs:
Expressions are JavaScript-like code snippets that are usually placed in bindings such as {{ expression }}. Expressions are processed by $parse service.
It's a JavaScript-like mini-language that limits what you can run (e.g. no control flow statements, excepting the ternary operator) as well as adds some AngularJS goodness (e.g. filters).
Q: Why isn't plain old javascript "eval" being used?
Because it's not actually evaluating JavaScript. As the docs say:
If ... you do want to run arbitrary JavaScript code, you should make it a controller method and call the method. If you want to eval() an angular expression from JavaScript, use the $eval() method.
The docs linked to above have a lot more information.
I just wanted to add the fix I found for this issue. I'm not sure why this worked. I had the correct version of jstl (1.2) and also the correct version of servlet-api (2.5)
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.servlet</groupId>
<artifactId>servlet-api</artifactId>
<version>2.5</version>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.servlet</groupId>
<artifactId>jstl</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>
I also had the correct address in my page as suggested in this thread, which is
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>
What fixed this issue for me was removing the scope tag from my xml file in the pom for my jstl 1.2 dependency. Again not sure why that fixed it but just in case someone is doing the spring with JPA and Hibernate tutorial on pluralsight and has their pom setup this way, try removing the scope tag and see if that fixes it. Like I said it worked for me.
The key to debugging situations like these is to run the subquery/inline view on its' own to see what the output is:
SELECT TOP 1
dm.marker_value,
dum.profile_id
FROM DPS_USR_MARKERS dum (NOLOCK)
JOIN DPS_MARKERS dm (NOLOCK) ON dm.marker_id= dum.marker_id
AND dm.marker_key = 'moneyBackGuaranteeLength'
ORDER BY dm.creation_date
Running that, you would see that the profile_id
value didn't match the u.id
value of u162231993
, which would explain why any mbg
references would return null
(thanks to the left join; you wouldn't get anything if it were an inner join).
You've coded yourself into a corner using TOP
, because now you have to tweak the query if you want to run it for other users. A better approach would be:
SELECT u.id,
x.marker_value
FROM DPS_USER u
LEFT JOIN (SELECT dum.profile_id,
dm.marker_value,
dm.creation_date
FROM DPS_USR_MARKERS dum (NOLOCK)
JOIN DPS_MARKERS dm (NOLOCK) ON dm.marker_id= dum.marker_id
AND dm.marker_key = 'moneyBackGuaranteeLength'
) x ON x.profile_id = u.id
JOIN (SELECT dum.profile_id,
MAX(dm.creation_date) 'max_create_date'
FROM DPS_USR_MARKERS dum (NOLOCK)
JOIN DPS_MARKERS dm (NOLOCK) ON dm.marker_id= dum.marker_id
AND dm.marker_key = 'moneyBackGuaranteeLength'
GROUP BY dum.profile_id) y ON y.profile_id = x.profile_id
AND y.max_create_date = x.creation_date
WHERE u.id = 'u162231993'
With that, you can change the id
value in the where
clause to check records for any user in the system.
I fix it just changing the name to lowercase and now Eclipse recognizes the package.
No, this is not directly possible. The hash for every Git commit is also calculated based on the commit message. When you change the commit message, you change the commit hash. If you want to push that commit, you have to force that push (git push -f). But if already someone pulled your old commit and started a work based on that commit, he would have to rebase his work onto your new commit.
This error happened to me while testing my soap service with SoapUI client, basically I was trying to get a very big message (>500kb) and SoapUI closed the connection by timeout.
On SoapUI go to:
File-->Preferences--Socket Timeout(ms)
...and put a large value, such as 180000 (3 minutes), this won't be the perfect fix for your issue because the file is in fact to large, but at least you will have a response.
Let's say the list is:
<ul>
<li>item1</li>
<li>item2</li>
<li>item3</li>
</ul>
For this example. If I understand correctly, you want the list items to be in the middle of the screen, but you want the text IN those list items to be centered to the left of the list item itself. Doing that is actually pretty easy. You just need some CSS:
ul {
display: table;
margin: 0 auto;
text-align: left;
}
And it works! Here is what is happening. First, we say we want to affect only unordered lists. Then, we do Rafael Herscovici's trick for centering the list items. Finally, we say to align the text to the left of the list items.
We use @Temporal annotation to insert date, time or both in database table.Using TemporalType we can insert data, time or both int table.
@Temporal(TemporalType.DATE) // insert date
@Temporal(TemporalType.TIME) // insert time
@Temporal(TemporalType.TIMESTAMP) // insert both time and date.
You're not suppose to test private methods. Only non-private methods needs to be tested as these should call the private methods anyway. If you "want" to test private methods, it may indicate that you need to rethink your design:
Am I using proper dependency injection? Do I possibly needs to move the private methods into a separate class and rather test that? Must these methods be private? ...can't they be default or protected rather?
In the above instance, the two methods that are called "randomly" may actually need to be placed in a class of their own, tested and then injected into the class above.
None of the above worked for me. My app was working fine in previous than Lollipop. But when I tested it on Lollipop the above error came up. It refused to install. I didn't have any previous versions installed so all the above solutions are invalid in my case. But thanks to this SO solution now it is running fine. Just like most developers I followed Google's misleading tutorial and I added the permissions by copy and paste like this:
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE" />
<permission android:name="com.google.android.permission.C2D_MESSAGE"
android:protectionLevel="signature" />
This would work with older versions < Lollipop. So now I changed to:
<uses-permission android:name="com.mycompany.myappname.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE" />
<permission android:name="com.mycompany.myappname.permission.C2D_MESSAGE"
android:protectionLevel="signature" />
.zone() has been deprecated, and you should use utcOffset instead:
// for a timezone that is +7 UTC hours
moment(1369266934311).utcOffset(420).format('YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm')
Another solution is to use display:table which has a different box model behaviour.
You can set a height and width to the parent and add padding without expanding it. The child has 100% height and width minus the paddings.
Another option would be to use box-sizing propperty. Only problem with both would be they dont work in IE7.
The documentation for focusout says (emphasis mine):
The
focusout
event is sent to an element when it, or any element inside of it, loses focus. This is distinct from theblur
event in that it supports detecting the loss of focus on descendant elements (in other words, it supports event bubbling).
The same distinction exists between the focusin and focus events.
If you get this error under Linux when running conda using sudo, you might be suffering from bug #7267:
When logging in as non-root user via sudo, e.g. by:
sudo -u myuser -i
conda seems to assume that it is run as root and raises an error.
The only known workaround seems to be: Add the following line to your ~/.bashrc
:
unset SUDO_UID SUDO_GID SUDO_USER
...or unset the ENV variables by running the line in a different way before running conda.
If you mistakenly installed anaconda/miniconda as root/via sudo this can also lead to the same error, then you might want to do the following:
sudo chown -R username /path/to/anaconda3
Tested with conda 4.6.14.
It is very important to understand both sessionStorage
and localStorage
as they both have different uses:
From MDN:
All of your web storage data is contained within two object-like structures inside the browser: sessionStorage and localStorage. The first one persists data for as long as the browser is open (the data is lost when the browser is closed) and the second one persists data even after the browser is closed and then opened again.
sessionStorage
- Saves data until the browser is closed, the data is deleted when the tab/browser is closed.
localStorage
- Saves data "forever" even after the browser is closed BUT you shouldn't count on the data you store to be there later, the data might get deleted by the browser at any time because of pretty much anything, or deleted by the user, best practice would be to validate that the data is there first, and continue the rest if it is there. (or set it up again if its not there)
To understand more, read here: localStorage | sessionStorage
Simple way is
ArrayList<Dog> dogs = getDogs();
ArrayList<Dog> clonedList = new ArrayList<Dog>(dogs);

Make sure you have the following installed via NuGet:
Install them from here [ Tools > NuGet Package Manager > Manage NuGet Packages for Solution ]

This solved my same issue. Thank you.
I solved the issue by uninstalling apparently redundant Java software from my windows 7 x64 machine. I achieved this by first uninstalling all Java applications and then installing a fresh Java version. (Later I pointed R 3.4.3 x86_64-w64-mingw32 to the Java path, just to mention though I don't think this was the real issue.) Today only Java 8 Update 161 (64-bit) 8.0.1610.12 was left then. After this, install.packages("rJava"); library(rJava)
did work perfectly.
I just solved this by removing the __init__.py in my project root:

In addition to the 3 floated column structure (which I would suggest as well), you have to insert a clearfix to prevent layoutproblems with elements after the columncontainer (keep the columncontainer in the flow, so to speak...).
<div id="contentBox" class="clearfix">
....
</div>
CSS:
.clearfix { zoom: 1; }
.clearfix:before, .clearfix:after { content: "\0020"; display: block; height: 0; overflow: hidden; }
.clearfix:after { clear: both; }
It is valid. You can, for example, use it to show modals (or similar things that respond to data-toggle
and data-target
attributes).
Something like:
<a role="button" data-toggle="modal" data-target=".bs-example-modal-sm" aria-hidden="true"><i class="fa fa-phone"></i></a>
Here I use the font-awesome icon, which is better as a a
tag rather than a button
, to show a modal. Also, setting role="button"
makes the pointer change to an action type. Without either href
or role="button"
, the cursor pointer does not change.
You can use it this way
Card(
shape: RoundedRectangleBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(15.0),
),
child: Text(
'Card with circular border',
textScaleFactor: 1.2,
),
),
Card(
shape: BeveledRectangleBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(10.0),
),
child: Text(
'Card with Beveled border',
textScaleFactor: 1.2,
),
),
Card(
shape: StadiumBorder(
side: BorderSide(
color: Colors.black,
width: 2.0,
),
),
child: Text(
'Card with Beveled border',
textScaleFactor: 1.2,
),
),
I had the same issue when I was trying to connect to my IIS .NET Webservice from the Android emulator.
npm install -g iisexpress-proxy
iisexpress-proxy 53990 to 9000
to proxy IIS express port to 9000 and access port 9000 from emulator like "http://10.0.2.2:9000"
the reason seems to be by default, IIS Express doesn't allow connections from network https://forums.asp.net/t/2125232.aspx?Bad+Request+Invalid+Hostname+when+accessing+localhost+Web+API+or+Web+App+from+across+LAN
you can:
use integer;
it is explained by Michael Ratanapintha or else use manually:
$a=3.7;
$b=2.1;
$c=int(int($a)/int($b));
notice, 'int' is not casting. this is function for converting number to integer form. this is because Perl 5 does not have separate integer division. exception is when you 'use integer'. Then you will lose real division.
This is one way to do it (in Python 3.x):
escaped = a_string.translate(str.maketrans({"-": r"\-",
"]": r"\]",
"\\": r"\\",
"^": r"\^",
"$": r"\$",
"*": r"\*",
".": r"\."}))
For reference, for escaping strings to use in regex:
import re
escaped = re.escape(a_string)
There are two ways to use this variable:
passing it as a command line argument just like Job mentioned:
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=< install_path > ..
assigning value to it in CMakeLists.txt
:
SET(CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX < install_path >)
But do remember to place it BEFORE PROJECT(< project_name>)
command, otherwise it will not work!
Your dot is matching all characters. Escape it (and the other special characters), like this:
preg_replace('/[^a-zA-Z0-9_ %\[\]\.\(\)%&-]/s', '', $String);
In addition to the differences mentioned in other answers, there also is a speed difference. d = {} is over twice as fast:
python -m timeit -s "d = {}" "for i in xrange(500000): d.clear()"
10 loops, best of 3: 127 msec per loop
python -m timeit -s "d = {}" "for i in xrange(500000): d = {}"
10 loops, best of 3: 53.6 msec per loop
db.data.update({'name': 'zero'}, {'$set': {'value': NumberInt(0)}})
You can also use NumberLong.
<Image Source="MyRessourceDir\images\addButton.png"/>
Store all the to be deleted ID's into a table. Then there are 3 ways. 1) loop through all the ID's in the table, then delete one row at a time for X commit interval. X can be a 100 or 1000. It works on OLTP environment and you can control the locks.
2) Use Oracle Bulk Delete
3) Use correlated delete query.
Single query is usually faster than multiple queries because of less context switching, and possibly less parsing.
In Swift 4
let array:[String] = ["Apple", "Pear ","Orange"]
array.joined(separator: " ")
#define GENERAL__GET_BITS_FROM_U8(source,lsb,msb) \
((uint8_t)((source) & \
((uint8_t)(((uint8_t)(0xFF >> ((uint8_t)(7-((uint8_t)(msb) & 7))))) & \
((uint8_t)(0xFF << ((uint8_t)(lsb) & 7)))))))
#define GENERAL__GET_BITS_FROM_U16(source,lsb,msb) \
((uint16_t)((source) & \
((uint16_t)(((uint16_t)(0xFFFF >> ((uint8_t)(15-((uint8_t)(msb) & 15))))) & \
((uint16_t)(0xFFFF << ((uint8_t)(lsb) & 15)))))))
#define GENERAL__GET_BITS_FROM_U32(source,lsb,msb) \
((uint32_t)((source) & \
((uint32_t)(((uint32_t)(0xFFFFFFFF >> ((uint8_t)(31-((uint8_t)(msb) & 31))))) & \
((uint32_t)(0xFFFFFFFF << ((uint8_t)(lsb) & 31)))))))

I faced this problem.I got the solution too.It will work.
Step 1: Go to your BIOS settings and check that INTERNET VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY is Enabled or Disabled.
And make sure HYPER V is disabled. To disable it : a)Go to Control Panel b)Click on Programs(Uninstall a Program) c)Then click on Turn Windows features on or off , then look for HYPER-V and untick it. And Restart. If disabled then enable it.
Step 2: Try to install Intel HAXM now and restart. If It shows same problem again. go to Step 3.
Step 3: You have to disable Digitally Signed Enforcement. To disable it permanently you have to make sure that Secure Boot option is disabled in your system.
How to check ?
Answer is given in the following link. I found it in Internet.[Thanks whoever made that blog]
Step 4: Now restart again.
To disable driver signature enforcement permanently in Windows 10, you need to do the following:
1.Open an elevated command prompt instance.
2.Type/paste the following text:
`bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on`
or Windows 10
`bcedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS`
Windows 10 disable driver signature enforcement
Restart Windows 10.
*If you somehow want to enable it again:
1.Type/paste the following text:
`bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off`
you have the print_r function DOC
sys.argv
represents the command line options you execute a script with.
sys.argv[0]
is the name of the script you are running. All additional options are contained in sys.argv[1:]
.
You are attempting to open a file that uses sys.argv[1]
(the first argument) as what looks to be the directory.
Try running something like this:
python ConcatenateFiles.py /tmp
date_format
requires first argument as timestamp
so not the best way to convert a string. Use date_parse
instead.
Also, use %c
for non zero-padded month, %e
for non zero-padded day of the month and %Y
for four digit year.
SELECT date_parse('7/22/2016 6:05:04 PM', '%c/%e/%Y %r')
1. We can use aggregate function with HAVING clause not by WHERE clause e.g. min,max,avg.
2. WHERE clause eliminates the record tuple by tuple HAVING clause eliminates entire group from the collection of group
Mostly HAVING is used when you have groups of data and WHERE is used when you have data in rows.
Button button1 = (Button)findViewById(R.id.button1);
button1.setOnClickListener(this);
@Override
public void onClick(View v) {

Toast.makeText(context, "Button 1 Click", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
}
}
In practice, the + symbol is placed directly in the conditional statement and on the side of the optional table (the one which is allowed to contain empty or null values within the conditional).
You can set ignorecase
by default, run this in shell
echo "set ic" >> ~/.vimrc
The other answers here presuppose that you have a regex engine which supports non-greedy matching, which is an extension introduced in Perl 5 and widely copied to other modern languages; but it is by no means ubiquitous.
Many older or more conservative languages and editors only support traditional regular expressions, which have no mechanism for controlling greediness of the repetition operator *
- it always matches the longest possible string.
The trick then is to limit what it's allowed to match in the first place. Instead of .*
you seem to be looking for
[^>]*
which still matches as many of something as possible; but the something is not just .
"any character", but instead "any character which isn't >
".
Depending on your application, you may or may not want to enable an option to permit "any character" to include newlines.
Even if your regular expression engine supports non-greedy matching, it's better to spell out what you actually mean. If this is what you mean, you should probably say this, instead of rely on non-greedy matching to (hopefully, probably) Do What I Mean.
For example, a regular expression with a trailing context after the wildcard like .*?><br/>
will jump over any nested >
until it finds the trailing context (here, ><br/>
) even if that requires straddling multiple >
instances and newlines if you let it, where [^>]*><br/>
(or even [^\n>]*><br/>
if you have to explicitly disallow newline) obviously can't and won't do that.
Of course, this is still not what you want if you need to cope with <img title="quoted string with > in it" src="other attributes"> and perhaps <img title="nested tags">
, but at that point, you should finally give up on using regular expressions for this like we all told you in the first place.
I had the same issue, although the module that it was downloading was different. The only resolution to the problem is run the below command again:

1.Finding the conflicting jar
If it's not possible to identify the dependency from the warning, then you can use the following command to identify the conflicting jar
mvn dependency:tree
This will display the dependency tree for the project and dependencies who have pulled in another binding with the slf4j-log4j12
JAR.
Now that we know the offending dependency, all that we need to do is exclude the slf4j-log4j12
JAR from that dependency.
Ex - if spring-security
dependency has also pulled in another binding with the slf4j-log4j12
JAR, Then we need to exclude the slf4j-log4j12
JAR from the spring-security
dependency.
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-security</artifactId>
<exclusions>
<exclusion>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-logging</artifactId>
</exclusion>
</exclusions>
</dependency>
Note - In some cases multiple dependencies have pulled in binding with the slf4j-log4j12
JAR and you don't need to add exclude for each and every dependency who has pulled in.
You just have to do that add exclude dependency with the dependency which has been placed at first.
Ex -
<dependencies>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-web</artifactId>
<exclusions>
<exclusion>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-logging</artifactId>
</exclusion>
</exclusions>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-security</artifactId>

Basically a variant on Matthew Marshall's answer (with struct from the std.library):
import struct
print struct.calcsize("P") * 8
You don't want multipart, but a "plain" POST request (with Content-Type: application/json
) instead. Here is all you need:
var request = require('request');
var requestData = {
request: {
slice: [
{
origin: "ZRH",
destination: "DUS",
date: "2014-12-02"
}
],
passengers: {
adultCount: 1,
infantInLapCount: 0,
infantInSeatCount: 0,
childCount: 0,
seniorCount: 0
},
solutions: 2,
refundable: false
}
};
request('https://www.googleapis.com/qpxExpress/v1/trips/search?key=myApiKey',
{ json: true, body: requestData },
function(err, res, body) {
// `body` is a js object if request was successful
});
Just 2 things I think make it ALWAYS preferable to use a # Temp Table rather then a CTE are:
You can not put a primary key on a CTE so the data being accessed by the CTE will have to traverse each one of the indexes in the CTE's tables rather then just accessing the PK or Index on the temp table.
Because you can not add constraints, indexes and primary keys to a CTE they are more prone to bugs creeping in and bad data.
-onedaywhen yesterday
Here is an example where #table constraints can prevent bad data which is not the case in CTE's
DECLARE @BadData TABLE (
ThisID int
, ThatID int );
INSERT INTO @BadData
( ThisID
, ThatID
)
VALUES
( 1, 1 ),
( 1, 2 ),
( 2, 2 ),
( 1, 1 );
IF OBJECT_ID('tempdb..#This') IS NOT NULL
DROP TABLE #This;
CREATE TABLE #This (
ThisID int NOT NULL
, ThatID int NOT NULL
UNIQUE(ThisID, ThatID) );
INSERT INTO #This
SELECT * FROM @BadData;
WITH This_CTE
AS (SELECT *
FROM @BadData)
SELECT *
FROM This_CTE;
Can the screenshot or icon be transformed (scaled, rotated, skewed ...)? There are quite a few methods on top of my head that could possibly help you:
Most of these are already implemented in OpenCV - see for example the cvMatchTemplate method (uses histogram matching): http://dasl.mem.drexel.edu/~noahKuntz/openCVTut6.html. The salient point/area detectors are also available - see OpenCV Feature Detection.
You can generate script from Task menu

Expanding on @stephen's answer, added a few very minor tweaks for display purposes.
function pp($arr){
$retStr = '<ul>';
if (is_array($arr)){
foreach ($arr as $key=>$val){
if (is_array($val)){
$retStr .= '<li>' . $key . ' => array(' . pp($val) . '),</li>';
}else{
$retStr .= '<li>' . $key . ' => ' . ($val == '' ? '""' : $val) . ',</li>';
}
}
}
$retStr .= '</ul>';
return $retStr;
}
Will format any multidimensional array like so:
I was having a similar issue as my breakpoints in project(B) were not being hit. My solution was to rebuild project(B) then debug project(A) as the dlls needed to be updated.
Visual studio should allow you to debug into an external library.
Except dir(module) or help(module) mentioned in previous answers, you can also try:
- Open ipython
- import module_name
- type module_name, press tab. It'll open a small window with listing all functions in the python module.
It looks very neat.
Here is snippet listing all functions of hashlib module

I also faced a similar problem when i tried to import Source file and JAR file from one machine to another machine. The path of the JAR was different on new machine compared to old machine. I resolved it as belows
Then, the exclamation symbol on the "Project name" was removed.
It may help to use a different constructor for Uri.
If you have the server name
string server = "http://www.myserver.com";
and have a relative Uri path to append to it, e.g.
string relativePath = "sites/files/images/picture.png"
When creating a Uri from these two I get the "format could not be determined" exception unless I use the constructor with the UriKind argument, i.e.
// this works, because the protocol is included in the string
Uri serverUri = new Uri(server);
// needs UriKind arg, or UriFormatException is thrown
Uri relativeUri = new Uri(relativePath, UriKind.Relative);
// Uri(Uri, Uri) is the preferred constructor in this case
Uri fullUri = new Uri(serverUri, relativeUri);
I have achieved this by using one nice example i have found here. I have replaced the jquery dialog used in that example with the Twitter Bootstrap Modal windows.

I use it for an object encapsulating command-line parameters when dealing with pluggable modules. The main program doesn't know what the command-line parameters are for modules that get loaded (and doesn't always even know what modules are being loaded). e.g., main loads A, which doesn't need any parameters itself (so why it should take an extra pointer / reference / whatever, I'm not sure - looks like pollution), then loads modules X, Y, and Z. Two of these, say X and Z, need (or accept) parameters, so they call back to the command-line singleton to tell it what parameters to accept, and the at runtime they call back to find out if the user actually has specified any of them.
In many ways, a singleton for handling CGI parameters would work similarly if you're only using one process per query (other mod_* methods don't do this, so it'd be bad there - thus the argument that says you shouldn't use singletons in the mod_cgi world in case you port to the mod_perl or whatever world).
I want to share with you a benchmark I have done among Picasso, Universal Image Loader and Glide: https://bit.ly/1kQs3QN
Fresco was out of the benchmark because for the project I was running the test, we didn't want to refactor our layouts (because of the Drawee view).
What I recommend is Universal Image Loader because of its customization, memory consumption and balance between size and methods.
If you have a small project, I would go for Glide (or give Fresco a try).
If you are lost with errors like module not found there is noway other the than following method if you have used react native CLI.I had faced similar issue as a result of openning xcode project from .xcodeproj file instead of .xcworkspace. Also please note that react-native eject only for Expo project.
The only workaround to regenarate ios and android folders within a react native project is the following.
Now your problem should be solved
With bootstrap you can use

Use the target
and lib
compiler options to compile directly to es5
without needing to install the es6-shim
. (Tested with TypeScript 2.1.4
).
In the lib section, use either es2016
or es2015.promise
.
// tsconfig.json
{
"compilerOptions": {
"target": "es5",
"lib": [
"es2015.promise",
"dom"
]
},
"include": [
"src/**/*.ts"
],
"exclude": [
"node_modules"
]
}
Use NPM to install the es6-shim
from the types organization.
npm install @types/es6-shim --save-dev
Before TypeScript 2.0, use typings to install the es6-shim
globally from DefinitelyTyped.
npm install typings --global --save-dev
typings install dt~es6-shim --global --save-dev
The typings
option uses npm
to install typings
globally and then uses typings
to install the shim. The dt~
prefix means to download the shim from DefinitelyTyped. The --global
option means that the shim's types will be available throughout the project.

There is a way to catch the error directly in the except clause with ConnectionResetError, better to isolate the right error. This example also catches the timeout.
from urllib.request import urlopen
from socket import timeout
url = "http://......"
try:
string = urlopen(url, timeout=5).read()
except ConnectionResetError:
print("==> ConnectionResetError")
pass
except timeout:
print("==> Timeout")
pass
I believe it's better to use
$('#form-id').find('input').val('');
instead of
$('#form-id').children('input').val('');
incase you have checkboxes in your form use this to rest it:
$('#form-id').find('input:checkbox').removeAttr('checked');
I run this
var data = '{"rut" : "' + $('#cb_rut').val() + '" , "email" : "' + $('#email').val() + '" }';
var data = JSON.parse(data);
$.ajax({
type: 'GET',
url: 'linkserverApi',
success: function(success) {
console.log('Success!');
console.log(success);
},
error: function() {
console.log('Uh Oh!');
},
jsonp: 'jsonp'
});
And edit header in the response
'Access-Control-Allow-Methods' , 'GET, POST, PUT, DELETE'
'Access-Control-Max-Age' , '3628800'
'Access-Control-Allow-Origin', 'websiteresponseUrl'
'Content-Type', 'text/javascript; charset=utf8'
I think you're missing your routes, you need to define at least one route for example '/' to index.
e.g.
app.get('/', function (req, res) {
res.render('index', {});
});

If you want to print more than a single result, just select rows into a temporary table, then select from that temp table into a buffer, then print the buffer:
drop table if exists #temp
-- we just want to see our rows, not how many were inserted
set nocount on
select * into #temp from MyTable
-- note: SSMS will only show 8000 chars
declare @buffer varchar(MAX) = ''
select @buffer = @buffer + Col1 + ' ' + Col2 + CHAR(10) from #temp
print @buffer
To modify the column in mysql we use alter and modify keywords. Suppose we have created a table like:
create table emp(
id varchar(20),
ename varchar(20),
salary float
);
Now we want to modify type of the column id to integer with auto increment. You could do this with a command like:
alter table emp modify column id int(10) auto_increment;
If you need to remove just trailing whitespace, you could use str.rstrip()
, which should be slightly more efficient than str.strip()
:
>>> lst = ['this\n', 'is\n', 'a\n', 'list\n', 'of\n', 'words\n']
>>> [x.rstrip() for x in lst]
['this', 'is', 'a', 'list', 'of', 'words']
>>> list(map(str.rstrip, lst))
['this', 'is', 'a', 'list', 'of', 'words']

Well, I really don't know why the color assigned to border does not work. But you can control the border color using other border properties of the textfield. They are:
A code snippet is given below:
TextField(
enabled: false, // to trigger disabledBorder
decoration: InputDecoration(
filled: true,
fillColor: Color(0xFFF2F2F2),
focusedBorder: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,color: Colors.red),
),
disabledBorder: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,color: Colors.orange),
),
enabledBorder: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,color: Colors.green),
),
border: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,)
),
errorBorder: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,color: Colors.black)
),
focusedErrorBorder: OutlineInputBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(4)),
borderSide: BorderSide(width: 1,color: Colors.yellowAccent)
),
hintText: "HintText",
hintStyle: TextStyle(fontSize: 16,color: Color(0xFFB3B1B1)),
errorText: snapshot.error,
),
controller: _passwordController,
onChanged: _authenticationFormBloc.onPasswordChanged,

Hope it helps you.
As mentioned in the above answers, unset GNUPLOT_DRIVER_DIR
should work if you have used export
to set the variable. If you have set it permanently in ~/.bashrc
or ~/.zshrc
then simply removing it from there will work.
Have a look at Access Modifiers (C# Programming Guide)
Class and Struct Accessibility
Classes and structs that are declared directly within a namespace (in other words, that are not nested within other classes or structs) can be either public or internal. Internal is the default if no access modifier is specified.
Struct members, including nested classes and structs, can be declared as public, internal, or private. Class members, including nested classes and structs, can be public, protected internal, protected, internal, private protected or private. The access level for class members and struct members, including nested classes and structs, is private by default. Private nested types are not accessible from outside the containing type.
Derived classes cannot have greater accessibility than their base types. In other words, you cannot have a public class B that derives from an internal class A. If this were allowed, it would have the effect of making A public, because all protected or internal members of A are accessible from the derived class.
You can enable specific other assemblies to access your internal types by using the
InternalsVisibleToAttribute
. For more information, see Friend Assemblies.Class and Struct Member Accessibility
Class members (including nested classes and structs) can be declared with any of the six types of access. Struct members cannot be declared as protected because structs do not support inheritance.
Normally, the accessibility of a member is not greater than the accessibility of the type that contains it. However, a public member of an internal class might be accessible from outside the assembly if the member implements interface methods or overrides virtual methods that are defined in a public base class.
The type of any member that is a field, property, or event must be at least as accessible as the member itself. Similarly, the return type and the parameter types of any member that is a method, indexer, or delegate must be at least as accessible as the member itself. For example, you cannot have a public method M that returns a class C unless C is also public. Likewise, you cannot have a protected property of type A if A is declared as private.
User-defined operators must always be declared as public and static. For more information, see Operator overloading.
Finalizers cannot have accessibility modifiers.
Other Types
Interfaces declared directly within a namespace can be declared as public or internal and, just like classes and structs, interfaces default to internal access. Interface members are always public because the purpose of an interface is to enable other types to access a class or struct. No access modifiers can be applied to interface members.
Enumeration members are always public, and no access modifiers can be applied.
Delegates behave like classes and structs. By default, they have internal access when declared directly within a namespace, and private access when nested.
Lets start with 3. That wouldnt work. public getMyProperty()
has no return typ.
And number 1 and 2 are actually same things. 2 is what number 1 becomes after compilation.
So 1 and 2 are same things. with two you can have some validation or caching in your model.
other than that they become same.
Inside my jar file I had a folder called Upload, this folder had three other text files inside it and I needed to have an exactly the same folder and files outside of the jar file, I used the code below:
URL inputUrl = getClass().getResource("/upload/blabla1.txt");
File dest1 = new File("upload/blabla1.txt");
FileUtils.copyURLToFile(inputUrl, dest1);
URL inputUrl2 = getClass().getResource("/upload/blabla2.txt");
File dest2 = new File("upload/blabla2.txt");
FileUtils.copyURLToFile(inputUrl2, dest2);
URL inputUrl3 = getClass().getResource("/upload/blabla3.txt");
File dest3 = new File("upload/Bblabla3.txt");
FileUtils.copyURLToFile(inputUrl3, dest3);
I think "works fine in Firefox" is in the Quirks mode rendering only. In the Standard mode rendering, that might not work fine in Firefox too.
percentage depends on "containing block", instead of viewport.
The percentage is calculated with respect to the height of the generated box's containing block. If the height of the containing block is not specified explicitly (i.e., it depends on content height), and this element is not absolutely positioned, the value computes to 'auto'.
so
#container { height: auto; }
#container #mainContentsWrapper { height: n%; }
#container #sidebarWrapper { height: n%; }
means
#container { height: auto; }
#container #mainContentsWrapper { height: auto; }
#container #sidebarWrapper { height: auto; }
To stretch to 100% height of viewport, you need to specify the height of the containing block (in this case, it's #container). Moreover, you also need to specify the height to body and html, because initial Containing Block is "UA-dependent".
All you need is...
html, body { height:100%; }
#container { height:100%; }
There is no way to delete or read the past history.
You could try going around it by emulating history in your own memory and calling history.pushState
everytime window popstate
event is emitted (which is proposed by the currently accepted Mike's answer), but it has a lot of disadvantages that will result in even worse UX than not supporting the browser history at all in your dynamic web app, because:
So even if you try going around it by building virtual history, it's very likely that it can also lead into a situation where you have blank history states (to which going back/forward does nothing), or where that going back/forward skips some of your history states totally.
Since a lot of people still do:
using (System.IO.StreamReader r = new System.IO.StreamReader(""))
using (System.IO.StreamReader r2 = new System.IO.StreamReader("")) {
//code
}
I guess a lot of people still don't know that you can do:
using (System.IO.StreamReader r = new System.IO.StreamReader(""), r2 = new System.IO.StreamReader("")) {
//code
}
It's because you're trying to assign an object by reference. Remove the ampersand and your script should work as intended.
Here a version which uses BigDecimal
instead of double
:
public static BigDecimal calculateAverage(final List<Integer> values) {
int sum = 0;
if (!values.isEmpty()) {
for (final Integer v : values) {
sum += v;
}
return new BigDecimal(sum).divide(new BigDecimal(values.size()), 2, RoundingMode.HALF_UP);
}
return BigDecimal.ZERO;
}

If you want to convert back the file formats which have been changed to UNIX Format from PC format.
(1)You need to reinstall tortoise GIT and in the "Line Ending Conversion" Section make sure that you have selected "Check out as is - Check in as is"option.
(2)and keep the remaining configurations as it is.
(3)once installation is done
(4)write all the file extensions which are converted to UNIX format into a text file (extensions.txt).
ex:*.dsp
*.dsw
(5) copy the file into your clone Run the following command in GITBASH
while read -r a;
do
find . -type f -name "$a" -exec dos2unix {} \;
done<extension.txt
try out with this fastest JSON framework JSONKit. it's faster than normal JSON framework.
select time, coalesce(count(case when activities = 3 then 1 end), 0) as count
from MyTable
group by time
Output:
| TIME | COUNT |
-----------------
| 13:00 | 2 |
| 13:15 | 2 |
| 13:30 | 0 |
| 13:45 | 1 |
If you want to count all the activities in one query, you can do:
select time,
coalesce(count(case when activities = 1 then 1 end), 0) as count1,
coalesce(count(case when activities = 2 then 1 end), 0) as count2,
coalesce(count(case when activities = 3 then 1 end), 0) as count3,
coalesce(count(case when activities = 4 then 1 end), 0) as count4,
coalesce(count(case when activities = 5 then 1 end), 0) as count5
from MyTable
group by time
The advantage of this over grouping by activities, is that it will return a count of 0 even if there are no activites of that type for that time segment.
Of course, this will not return rows for time segments with no activities of any type. If you need that, you'll need to use a left join with table that lists all the possible time segments.

Ok, so I see this is an old post, but why are we rewriting code that is already provided in the framework?
I would suggest that you add a reference to the framework DLL "Microsoft.VisualBasic"
using Microsoft.VisualBasic;
//...
string value = Strings.Right("34234234d124", 4);
Intent serviceIntent = new Intent(this,YourActivity.class);
startService(serviceIntent);
add service in manifist
<service android:enabled="true" android:name="YourActivity.class" />
for running service on oreo and greater devices use for ground service and show notification to user
or use geofencing service for location update in background reference http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-play-services
The other answers are correct. However, a quick note: if you're looking to grab the stuff after the ?
in a URI, you should use the $_GET[]
array.
Here's a quote from a recent blog post from Dare Obasanjo.
SQL databases are like automatic transmission and NoSQL databases are like manual transmission. Once you switch to NoSQL, you become responsible for a lot of work that the system takes care of automatically in a relational database system. Similar to what happens when you pick manual over automatic transmission. Secondly, NoSQL allows you to eke more performance out of the system by eliminating a lot of integrity checks done by relational databases from the database tier. Again, this is similar to how you can get more performance out of your car by driving a manual transmission versus an automatic transmission vehicle.
However the most notable similarity is that just like most of us can’t really take advantage of the benefits of a manual transmission vehicle because the majority of our driving is sitting in traffic on the way to and from work, there is a similar harsh reality in that most sites aren’t at Google or Facebook’s scale and thus have no need for a Bigtable or Cassandra.
To which I can add only that switching from MySQL, where you have at least some experience, to CouchDB, where you have no experience, means you will have to deal with a whole new set of problems and learn different concepts and best practices. While by itself this is wonderful (I am playing at home with MongoDB and like it a lot), it will be a cost that you need to calculate when estimating the work for that project, and brings unknown risks while promising unknown benefits. It will be very hard to judge if you can do the project on time and with the quality you want/need to be successful, if it's based on a technology you don't know.
Now, if you have on the team an expert in the NoSQL field, then by all means take a good look at it. But without any expertise on the team, don't jump on NoSQL for a new commercial project.
Update: Just to throw some gasoline in the open fire you started, here are two interesting articles from people on the SQL camp. :-)

First, There is no such css-changes event out of the box, but you can create one by your own, as onchange
is for :input
elements only. not for css changes.
There are two ways to track css changes.
DOMAttrModified
mutation event. But it's deprecated, so I'll skip on it.First way:
var $element = $("#elementId");
var lastHeight = $("#elementId").css('height');
function checkForChanges()
{
if ($element.css('height') != lastHeight)
{
alert('xxx');
lastHeight = $element.css('height');
}
setTimeout(checkForChanges, 500);
}
Second way:
$('#mainContent').bind('heightChange', function(){
alert('xxx');
});
$("#btnSample1").click(function() {
$("#mainContent").css('height', '400px');
$("#mainContent").trigger('heightChange'); //<====
...
});
If you control the css changes, the second option is a lot more elegant and efficient way of doing it.
Documentations:
There is 'ncftp' which is available for installation in linux. This works on the FTP protocol and can be used to download files and folders recursively. works on linux. Has been used and is working fine for recursive folder/file transfer.
Check this link... http://www.ncftp.com/
there are some mistasks in demo http://jsfiddle.net/brandonzylstra/hjk9mvcy/ mentioned by https://stackoverflow.com/users/241142/iconoclast.
in his demo, add these code will works:
setTimeout(() => {
console.log(EntryElm[0].offsetWidth)
}, 0)
Simply use this:
white-space: pre-wrap; /* CSS3 */
white-space: -moz-pre-wrap; /* Firefox */
white-space: -pre-wrap; /* Opera <7 */
white-space: -o-pre-wrap; /* Opera 7 */
word-wrap: break-word; /* IE */
It is never a good idea to break out of a for-loop. If you are using a for-loop it means that you know how many times you want to iterate. Use a while-loop with 2 conditions.
for example
var done = false
while (i <= length && !done) {
if (sum > 1000) {
done = true
}
}
Try this:
<style>
#wrapper { position: relative; }
#over_map { position: absolute; top: 10px; left: 10px; z-index: 99; }
</style>
<div id="wrapper">
<div id="google_map">
</div>
<div id="over_map">
</div>
</div>
Say your array looked like
arr = [ { a: 1, b: 2, c: 3 }, { a: 4, b: 5, c: 6 }, { a: 7, b: 8, c: 9 } ]
(or possibly other keys) you could do
arr.map((o) => {
return Object.keys(o)
}).reduce((prev, curr) => {
return prev.concat(curr)
}).filter((col, i, array) => {
return array.indexOf(col) === i
});
