It depends a bit on what you want:
A) If you want to specify which libraries to link to, you can use find_library to find libs and then use link_directories and target_link_libraries to.
Of course, it is often worth the effort to write a good find_package script, which nicely adds "imported" libraries with add_library( YourLib IMPORTED ) with correct locations, and platform/build specific pre- and suffixes. You can then simply refer to 'YourLib' and use target_link_libraries.
B) If you wish to specify particular linker-flags, e.g. '-mthreads' or '-Wl,--export-all-symbols' with MinGW-GCC, you can use CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS. There are also two similar but undocumented flags for modules, shared or static libraries:
CMAKE_MODULE_LINKER_FLAGS
CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS
CMAKE_STATIC_LINKER_FLAGS
Based on the previous answers, I have created a context manager which protects from sigint and sigterm.
import logging
import signal
import sys
class TerminateProtected:
""" Protect a piece of code from being killed by SIGINT or SIGTERM.
It can still be killed by a force kill.
Example:
with TerminateProtected():
run_func_1()
run_func_2()
Both functions will be executed even if a sigterm or sigkill has been received.
"""
killed = False
def _handler(self, signum, frame):
logging.error("Received SIGINT or SIGTERM! Finishing this block, then exiting.")
self.killed = True
def __enter__(self):
self.old_sigint = signal.signal(signal.SIGINT, self._handler)
self.old_sigterm = signal.signal(signal.SIGTERM, self._handler)
def __exit__(self, type, value, traceback):
if self.killed:
sys.exit(0)
signal.signal(signal.SIGINT, self.old_sigint)
signal.signal(signal.SIGTERM, self.old_sigterm)
if __name__ == '__main__':
print("Try pressing ctrl+c while the sleep is running!")
from time import sleep
with TerminateProtected():
sleep(10)
print("Finished anyway!")
print("This only prints if there was no sigint or sigterm")
public class Pair<K, V> {
private final K element0;
private final V element1;
public static <K, V> Pair<K, V> createPair(K key, V value) {
return new Pair<K, V>(key, value);
}
public Pair(K element0, V element1) {
this.element0 = element0;
this.element1 = element1;
}
public K getElement0() {
return element0;
}
public V getElement1() {
return element1;
}
}
usage :
Pair<Integer, String> pair = Pair.createPair(1, "test");
pair.getElement0();
pair.getElement1();
Immutable, only a pair !
Generally, package names in the site-packages folder are intended to be imported using the exact name of the module or subfolder.
If my site-packages folder has a subfolder named "foobar", I would import that package by typing import foobar
.
One solution might be to rename site-packages\wx-2.8-msw-unicode
to site-packages\wx
.
Or you could add C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\wx-2.8-msw-unicode
to your PYTHONPATH environment variable.
If you are using Laravel 5.x, and the error is from trying to modify the attributes of a column, it is possible the error comes from a missing pre-requisite.
Try this:
composer require doctrine/dbal
Then try running your migrations.
From here: https://laravel.com/docs/master/migrations#modifying-columns
Short version: it's marking that hash as attached to the current package namespace (so that that package provides its class implementation).
If you need to run such search only once then you can probably go with any of the scripts already shown in other answers. But otherwise, I’d recommend using ApexSQL Search for this. It’s a free SSMS addin and it really saved me a lot of time.
Before running any of the scripts you should customize it based on the data type you want to search. If you know you are searching for datetime column then there is no need to search through nvarchar columns. This will speed up all of the queries above.
Is it possible to use a
.netrc
file on Windows?
Yes: You must:
%HOME%
(pre-Git 2.0, no longer needed with Git 2.0+)_netrc
file in %HOME%
If you are using Windows 7/10, in a CMD
session, type:
setx HOME %USERPROFILE%
and the %HOME%
will be set to 'C:\Users\"username"
'.
Go that that folder (cd %HOME%
) and make a file called '_netrc
'
Note: Again, for Windows, you need a '_netrc
' file, not a '.netrc
' file.
Its content is quite standard (Replace the <examples>
with your values):
machine <hostname1>
login <login1>
password <password1>
machine <hostname2>
login <login2>
password <password2>
Luke mentions in the comments:
Using the latest version of msysgit on Windows 7, I did not need to set the
HOME
environment variable. The_netrc
file alone did the trick.
This is indeed what I mentioned in "Trying to “install
” github, .ssh
dir not there":
git-cmd.bat
included in msysgit does set the %HOME%
environment variable:
@if not exist "%HOME%" @set HOME=%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
@if not exist "%HOME%" @set HOME=%USERPROFILE%
??? believes in the comments that "it seems that it won't work for http protocol"
However, I answered that netrc
is used by curl
, and works for HTTP protocol, as shown in this example (look for 'netrc
' in the page): . Also used with HTTP protocol here: "_netrc
/.netrc
alternative to cURL
".
A common trap with with netrc
support on Windows is that git will bypass using it if an origin https url specifies a user name.
For example, if your .git/config
file contains:
[remote "origin"] fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/* url = https://[email protected]/p/my-project/
Git will not resolve your credentials via _netrc
, to fix this remove your username, like so:
[remote "origin"] fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/* url = https://code.google.com/p/my-project/
Alternative solution: With git version 1.7.9+ (January 2012): This answer from Mark Longair details the credential cache mechanism which also allows you to not store your password in plain text as shown below.
With Git 1.8.3 (April 2013):
You now can use an encrypted .netrc (with gpg
).
On Windows: %HOME%/_netrc
(_
, not '.
')
A new read-only credential helper (in
contrib/
) to interact with the.netrc/.authinfo
files has been added.
That script would allow you to use gpg-encrypted netrc files, avoiding the issue of having your credentials stored in a plain text file.
Files with the
.gpg
extension will be decrypted by GPG before parsing.
Multiple-f
arguments are OK. They are processed in order, and the first matching entry found is returned via the credential helper protocol.When no
-f
option is given,.authinfo.gpg
,.netrc.gpg
,.authinfo
, and.netrc
files in your home directory are used in this order.
To enable this credential helper:
git config credential.helper '$shortname -f AUTHFILE1 -f AUTHFILE2'
(Note that Git will prepend "
git-credential-
" to the helper name and look for it in the path.)
# and if you want lots of debugging info:
git config credential.helper '$shortname -f AUTHFILE -d'
#or to see the files opened and data found:
git config credential.helper '$shortname -f AUTHFILE -v'
See a full example at "Is there a way to skip password typing when using https:// github
"
With Git 2.18+ (June 2018), you now can customize the GPG program used to decrypt the encrypted .netrc
file.
See commit 786ef50, commit f07eeed (12 May 2018) by Luis Marsano (``).
(Merged by Junio C Hamano -- gitster
-- in commit 017b7c5, 30 May 2018)
git-credential-netrc
: acceptgpg
option
git-credential-netrc
was hardcoded to decrypt with 'gpg
' regardless of the gpg.program option.
This is a problem on distributions like Debian that call modern GnuPG something else, like 'gpg2
'
Being that the transform solution doesn't work in iOS 11 I decided to write a new approach.
Adjusting the buttons semanticContentAttribute
gives us the image nicely to the right without having to relayout if the text changes. Because of this it's the ideal solution. However I still need RTL support. The fact that an app can not change it's layout direction in the same session resolves this issue easily.
With that said, it's pretty straight forward.
extension UIButton {
func alignImageRight() {
if UIApplication.shared.userInterfaceLayoutDirection == .leftToRight {
semanticContentAttribute = .forceRightToLeft
}
else {
semanticContentAttribute = .forceLeftToRight
}
}
}
You can use Path.Combine with the "base" path, then GetFullPath on the results.
string absPathContainingHrefs = GetAbsolutePath(); // Get the "base" path
string fullPath = Path.Combine(absPathContainingHrefs, @"..\..\images\image.jpg");
fullPath = Path.GetFullPath(fullPath); // Will turn the above into a proper abs path
You can directly run the second query if you know the owner name.
--First you can select what all OWNERS there exist:
SELECT DISTINCT(owner) from SYS.ALL_TABLES;
--Then you can see the tables under by that owner:
SELECT table_name, owner from all_tables where owner like ('%XYZ%');
This is just a sample code, but it may help you get on your way:
Public Sub testIt()
Workbooks("Workbook2").Activate
ActiveWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet2").Activate
ActiveSheet.Range("B3").Select
ActiveCell.EntireRow.Insert
End Sub
I am assuming that you can open the book (called Workbook2
in the example).
I think (but I'm not sure) you can squash all this in a single line of code:
Workbooks("Workbook2").Sheets("Sheet2").Range("B3").EntireRow.Insert
This way you won't need to activate the workbook (or sheet or cell)... Obviously, the book has to be open.
You're right. :before and :after pseudo content is not intended to work on replaced content like img
and input
elements. Adding a wrapping element and declare a font-family is one of the possibilities, as is using a background image. Or maybe a html5 placeholder text fits your needs:
<input name="username" placeholder="">
Browsers that don’t support the placeholder attribute will simply ignore it.
The before content selector selects the input: input[type="text"]:before
. You should select the wrapper: .wrapper:before
. See http://jsfiddle.net/allcaps/gA4rx/ .
I also added the placeholder suggestion where the wrapper is redundant.
.wrapper input[type="text"] {
position: relative;
}
input { font-family: 'FontAwesome'; } /* This is for the placeholder */
.wrapper:before {
font-family: 'FontAwesome';
color:red;
position: relative;
left: -5px;
content: "\f007";
}
<p class="wrapper"><input placeholder=" Username"></p>
Font Awesome uses the Unicode Private Use Area (PUA) to store icons. Other characters are not present and fall back to the browser default. That should be the same as any other input. If you define a font on input elements, then supply the same font as fallback for situations where us use an icon. Like this:
input { font-family: 'FontAwesome', YourFont; }
For substracting in moment.js:
moment().subtract(1, 'months').format('MMM YYYY');
Documentation:
http://momentjs.com/docs/#/manipulating/subtract/
Before version 2.8.0, the moment#subtract(String, Number) syntax was also supported. It has been deprecated in favor of moment#subtract(Number, String).
moment().subtract('seconds', 1); // Deprecated in 2.8.0
moment().subtract(1, 'seconds');
As of 2.12.0 when decimal values are passed for days and months, they are rounded to the nearest integer. Weeks, quarters, and years are converted to days or months, and then rounded to the nearest integer.
moment().subtract(1.5, 'months') == moment().subtract(2, 'months')
moment().subtract(.7, 'years') == moment().subtract(8, 'months') //.7*12 = 8.4, rounded to 8
Perhaps you could use pandas.where(args)
like so:
data_frame = data_frame.where(data_frame < 0, 0)
Global.asax is the asp.net application file.
It is an optional file that handles events raised by ASP.NET or by HttpModules. Mostly used for application and session start/end events and for global error handling.
When used, it should be in the root of the website.

You need to use delimiters with regexes in PHP. You can use the often used /
, but PHP lets you use any matching characters, so @
and #
are popular.
If you are interpolating variables inside your regex, be sure to pass the delimiter you chose as the second argument to preg_quote()
.
Yes, Ruby has very similar array-slicing syntax to Python. Here is the ri
documentation for the array index method:
--------------------------------------------------------------- Array#[]
array[index] -> obj or nil
array[start, length] -> an_array or nil
array[range] -> an_array or nil
array.slice(index) -> obj or nil
array.slice(start, length) -> an_array or nil
array.slice(range) -> an_array or nil
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Element Reference---Returns the element at index, or returns a
subarray starting at start and continuing for length elements, or
returns a subarray specified by range. Negative indices count
backward from the end of the array (-1 is the last element).
Returns nil if the index (or starting index) are out of range.
a = [ "a", "b", "c", "d", "e" ]
a[2] + a[0] + a[1] #=> "cab"
a[6] #=> nil
a[1, 2] #=> [ "b", "c" ]
a[1..3] #=> [ "b", "c", "d" ]
a[4..7] #=> [ "e" ]
a[6..10] #=> nil
a[-3, 3] #=> [ "c", "d", "e" ]
# special cases
a[5] #=> nil
a[6, 1] #=> nil
a[5, 1] #=> []
a[5..10] #=> []
Add hidden attribute:
<select>
<option value="" selected disabled hidden>Please select</option>
<option value="">A</option>
<option value="">B</option>
<option value="">C</option>
</select>
I recommend status code 422, "Unprocessable Entity".
11.2. 422 Unprocessable Entity
The 422 (Unprocessable Entity) status code means the server understands the content type of the request entity (hence a 415(Unsupported Media Type) status code is inappropriate), and the syntax of the request entity is correct (thus a 400 (Bad Request) status code is inappropriate) but was unable to process the contained instructions. For example, this error condition may occur if an XML request body contains well-formed (i.e., syntactically correct), but semantically erroneous, XML instructions.
The Sass way of changing bootstrap variables is actually documented on the bootstrap-sass github page.
Just redefine the variables before you @import bootstrap:
$grid-float-breakpoint: 1000px;
@import 'bootstrap';
Following on from LAXIT KUMAR's recommendation, we've found that at times the registry URL can get corrupted, not sure how this is happening, however to cure, just reset it:
npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org
The 404 disappeared as it was going to the correct location again.
According to the javadoc a Scanner
does not seem to be intended for reading single characters. You attach a Scanner
to an InputStream
(or something else) and it parses the input for you. It also can strip of unwanted characters. So you can read numbers, lines, etc. easily. When you need only the characters from your input, use a InputStreamReader for example.
Better solution for your Stack implementation
import java.util.List;
import java.util.ArrayList;
public class IntegerStack
{
private List<Integer> stack;
public IntegerStack(int SIZE)
{
stack = new ArrayList<Integer>(SIZE);
}
public void push(int i)
{
stack.add(0,i);
}
public int pop()
{
if(!stack.isEmpty()){
int i= stack.get(0);
stack.remove(0);
return i;
} else{
return -1;// Or any invalid value
}
}
public int peek()
{
if(!stack.isEmpty()){
return stack.get(0);
} else{
return -1;// Or any invalid value
}
}
public boolean isEmpty()
{
stack.isEmpty();
}
}
If you have to use Array... Here are problems in your code and possible solutions
import java.util.Arrays;
public class IntegerStack
{
private int stack [];
private int top;
public IntegerStack(int SIZE)
{
stack = new int [SIZE];
top = -1; // top should be 0. If you keep it as -1, problems will arise when SIZE is passed as 0.
// In your push method -1==0 will be false and your code will try to add the invalid element to Stack ..
/**Solution top=0; */
}
public void push(int i)
{
if (top == stack.length)
{
extendStack();
}
stack[top]= i;
top++;
}
public int pop()
{
top --; // here you are reducing the top before giving the Object back
/*Solution
if(!isEmpty()){
int value = stack[top];
top --;
return value;
} else{
return -1;// OR invalid value
}
*/
return stack[top];
}
public int peek()
{
return stack[top]; // Problem when stack is empty or size is 0
/*Solution
if(!isEmpty()){
return stack[top];
}else{
return -1;// Or any invalid value
}
*/
}
public boolean isEmpty()
{
if ( top == -1); // problem... we changed top to 0 above so here it need to check if its 0 and there should be no semicolon after the if statement
/* Solution if(top==0) */
{
return true;
}
}
private void extendStack()
{
int [] copy = Arrays.copyOf(stack, stack.length); // The second parameter in Arrays.copyOf has no changes, so there will be no change in array length.
/*Solution
stack=Arrays.copyOf(stack, stack.length+1);
*/
}
}
overrides:

Use off()
method after click event is triggered to disable element for the further click.
$('#clickElement').off('click');
Simply running easy_install -U pip
resolved my problem.
hope you are doing well.
you can use my code to crop image.you just have to make a class and use this class into your XMl
and java
classes.
Crop image.
you can crop your selected image into circle and square into many of option.
hope fully it will works for you.because this is totally manageable for you and you can change it according to you.
enjoy your work :)
You do need to loop through it. C++ does not implement any simpler way to do this when you are dealing with primitive type arrays.
also see this answer: C++ check if element exists in array
Try running task manager to determine if your program is still running.
If it is running then stop it and run it again. the [Error] ld returned 1 exit status will not come back
Unless I'm missing something, the question is not about increasing the array size. In the example the array size remains the same. (Like a bit shift.) In this case, there is really no reason to create a new array or to copy it. This should do the trick:
static void addPos(int[] array, int pos, int value) {
// initially set to value parameter so the first iteration, the value is replaced by it
int prevValue = value;
// Shift all elements to the right, starting at pos
for (int i = pos; i < array.length; i++) {
int tmp = prevValue;
prevValue = array[i];
array[i] = tmp;
}
}
int[] a = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6};
addPos(a, 4, 87);
// output: {1, 2, 3, 4, 87, 5}
if you have a string of date, then you should try this.
const FORMAT = "YYYY ddd MMM DD HH:mm";
const theDate = moment("2019 Tue Apr 09 13:30", FORMAT);
// Tue Apr 09 2019 13:30:00 GMT+0300
const theDate1 = moment("2019 Tue Apr 09 13:30", FORMAT).format('LL')
// April 9, 2019
or try this :
const theDate1 = moment("2019 Tue Apr 09 13:30").format(FORMAT);
What about using idate()? idate()
$integer = idate('w', $timestamp);
The idea I generally use when working with transactions looks like this (semi-pseudo-code):
try {
// First of all, let's begin a transaction
$db->beginTransaction();
// A set of queries; if one fails, an exception should be thrown
$db->query('first query');
$db->query('second query');
$db->query('third query');
// If we arrive here, it means that no exception was thrown
// i.e. no query has failed, and we can commit the transaction
$db->commit();
} catch (\Throwable $e) {
// An exception has been thrown
// We must rollback the transaction
$db->rollback();
throw $e; // but the error must be handled anyway
}
PDO::setAttribute
PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE
and PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION
For example, quite often you'll have a couple of queries before the transaction (before the begin
) and another couple of queries after the transaction (after either commit
or rollback
) and you'll want those queries executed no matter what happened (or not) in the transaction.
If legend_out
is set to True
then legend is available thought g._legend
property and it is a part of a figure. Seaborn legend is standard matplotlib legend object. Therefore you may change legend texts like:
import seaborn as sns
tips = sns.load_dataset("tips")
g = sns.lmplot(x="total_bill", y="tip", hue="smoker",
data=tips, markers=["o", "x"], legend_out = True)
# title
new_title = 'My title'
g._legend.set_title(new_title)
# replace labels
new_labels = ['label 1', 'label 2']
for t, l in zip(g._legend.texts, new_labels): t.set_text(l)
sns.plt.show()
Another situation if legend_out
is set to False
. You have to define which axes has a legend (in below example this is axis number 0):
import seaborn as sns
tips = sns.load_dataset("tips")
g = sns.lmplot(x="total_bill", y="tip", hue="smoker",
data=tips, markers=["o", "x"], legend_out = False)
# check axes and find which is have legend
leg = g.axes.flat[0].get_legend()
new_title = 'My title'
leg.set_title(new_title)
new_labels = ['label 1', 'label 2']
for t, l in zip(leg.texts, new_labels): t.set_text(l)
sns.plt.show()
Moreover you may combine both situations and use this code:
import seaborn as sns
tips = sns.load_dataset("tips")
g = sns.lmplot(x="total_bill", y="tip", hue="smoker",
data=tips, markers=["o", "x"], legend_out = True)
# check axes and find which is have legend
for ax in g.axes.flat:
leg = g.axes.flat[0].get_legend()
if not leg is None: break
# or legend may be on a figure
if leg is None: leg = g._legend
# change legend texts
new_title = 'My title'
leg.set_title(new_title)
new_labels = ['label 1', 'label 2']
for t, l in zip(leg.texts, new_labels): t.set_text(l)
sns.plt.show()
This code works for any seaborn plot which is based on Grid
class.
What I am wondering is if there is any strange way to make this check even faster, maybe exploiting some strange method in Regexp or some weird construct.
Regexp engines vary in how they implement searches, but, in general, anchor your patterns for speed, and avoid greedy matches, especially when searching long strings.
The best thing to do, until you're familiar with how a particular engine works, is to do benchmarks and add/remove anchors, try limiting searches, use wildcards vs. explicit matches, etc.
The Fruity gem is very useful for quickly benchmarking things, because it's smart. Ruby's built-in Benchmark code is also useful, though you can write tests that fool you by not being careful.
I've used both in many answers here on Stack Overflow, so you can search through my answers and will see lots of little tricks and results to give you ideas of how to write faster code.
The biggest thing to remember is, it's bad to prematurely optimize your code before you know where the slowdowns occur.
As @xecaps12 said, the simplest/efficient approach is to change your Maven settings file (~/.m2/settings.xml) but if it is a default settings for you, you can also set it like that
<profile>
<id>downloadSources</id>
<activation>
<activeByDefault>true</activeByDefault>
</activation>
<properties>
<downloadSources>true</downloadSources>
<downloadJavadocs>true</downloadJavadocs>
</properties>
</profile>
Provide the :name
option to add_index
, e.g.:
add_index :studies,
["user_id", "university_id", "subject_name_id", "subject_type_id"],
unique: true,
name: 'my_index'
If using the :index
option on references
in a create_table
block, it takes the same options hash as add_index
as its value:
t.references :long_name, index: { name: :my_index }
I don't know C# but, if it turns out there's not a convenient API way to get it, one of the ways you can do so is by following the logic:
today -> +1 month -> set day of month to 1 -> -1 day
Of course, that assumes you have date math of that type.
n = ThisWorkbook.Worksheets(1).Range("A:A").Cells.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants).Count

au, nz, ie, etc. are the country codes for the countries whose national days are being displayed (Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, ...). As seen in the code, these values are combined with '_day' and passed back to be applied to that day as a CSS style. The corresponding styles are of the form show below, which moves the text for that day out of the way and replaces it with an image of the country's flag.
.au_day {
text-indent: -9999px;
background: #eee url(au.gif) no-repeat center;
}
The 'false' value that is passed back with the new style indicates that these days may not be selected.

In regards to @bmasterswizzle

dd of=/dev/null <&4 & # continuously reads from buffer and dumps to null
I am NOT quite sure I understand the alteration to the prompt at the end, or...
dd of=/dev/null <&4 & # continuously reads from buffer and dumps to null
but WHATEVER. it works. link light: green?. loves it.
You can use following regular expression construct
Punctuation: One of !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{|}~
inputString.replaceAll("\\p{Punct}", "");
If you are using Tomcat 7 and Eclipse, click on the Tomcat server and then goto the modules tab. There you will find the duplicate entry. Remove both the entry and redeploy the application. You are good to go now.
@Value("${your.elements}")
private String[] elements;
yml file:
your:
elements: element1, element2, element3
The only thing that would apply this without additional methods is elif
as the following example
a = ['yearly', 'monthly', 'quartly', 'semiannual', 'monthly', 'quartly', 'semiannual', 'yearly']
# start the condition
if 'monthly' in b:
print('monthly')
elif 'quartly' in b:
print('quartly')
elif 'semiannual' in b:
print('semiannual')
elif 'yearly' in b:
print('yearly')
else:
print('final')
I would recommend you using the Conditional Attribute!
Update: 3.5 years later
You can use #if
like this (example copied from MSDN):
// preprocessor_if.cs
#define DEBUG
#define VC_V7
using System;
public class MyClass
{
static void Main()
{
#if (DEBUG && !VC_V7)
Console.WriteLine("DEBUG is defined");
#elif (!DEBUG && VC_V7)
Console.WriteLine("VC_V7 is defined");
#elif (DEBUG && VC_V7)
Console.WriteLine("DEBUG and VC_V7 are defined");
#else
Console.WriteLine("DEBUG and VC_V7 are not defined");
#endif
}
}
Only useful for excluding parts of methods.
If you use #if
to exclude some method from compilation then you will have to exclude from compilation all pieces of code which call that method as well (sometimes you may load some classes at runtime and you cannot find the caller with "Find all references"). Otherwise there will be errors.
If you use conditional compilation on the other hand you can still leave all pieces of code that call the method. All parameters will still be validated by the compiler. The method just won't be called at runtime. I think that it is way better to hide the method just once and not have to remove all the code that calls it as well. You are not allowed to use the conditional attribute on methods which return value - only on void methods. But I don't think this is a big limitation because if you use #if
with a method that returns a value you have to hide all pieces of code that call it too.
Here is an example:
// calling Class1.ConditionalMethod() will be ignored at runtime // unless the DEBUG constant is defined using System.Diagnostics; class Class1 { [Conditional("DEBUG")] public static void ConditionalMethod() { Console.WriteLine("Executed Class1.ConditionalMethod"); } }
Summary:
I would use #ifdef
in C++ but with C#/VB I would use Conditional attribute. This way you hide the method definition without having to hide the pieces of code that call it. The calling code is still compiled and validated by the compiler, the method is not called at runtime though.
You may want to use #if
to avoid dependencies because with Conditional attribute your code is still compiled.
import { ParamMap, Router, ActivatedRoute } from '@angular/router';

console.log(this.route.snapshot.queryParamMap);
}
UPDATE
import { Router, RouterStateSnapshot } from '@angular/router';

const snapshot: RouterStateSnapshot = router.routerState.snapshot;
console.log(snapshot); // <-- hope it helps
}

A Java String
is an Object
. (String
extends Object
.)
So you can get an Object
reference via assignment/initialisation:
String a = "abc";
Object b = a;
You can create a dict and pass this as the data param to the dataframe constructor:
In [235]:
df = pd.DataFrame({'Gene':s.index, 'count':s.values})
df
Out[235]:
Gene count
0 Ezh2 2
1 Hmgb 7
2 Irf1 1
Alternatively you can create a df from the series, you need to call reset_index
as the index will be used and then rename the columns:
In [237]:
df = pd.DataFrame(s).reset_index()
df.columns = ['Gene', 'count']
df
Out[237]:
Gene count
0 Ezh2 2
1 Hmgb 7
2 Irf1 1
First of all, do a backup of your needed databases with mysqldump
Note: If you want to restore later, just backup your relevant databases, and not the WHOLE, because the whole database might actually be the reason you need to purge and reinstall).
In total, do this:
sudo service mysql stop #or mysqld
sudo killall -9 mysql
sudo killall -9 mysqld
sudo apt-get remove --purge mysql-server mysql-client mysql-common
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo deluser -f mysql
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/mysql
sudo apt-get purge mysql-server-core-5.7
sudo apt-get purge mysql-client-core-5.7
sudo rm -rf /var/log/mysql
sudo rm -rf /etc/mysql
All above commands in single line (just copy and paste):
sudo service mysql stop && sudo killall -9 mysql && sudo killall -9 mysqld && sudo apt-get remove --purge mysql-server mysql-client mysql-common && sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get autoclean && sudo deluser mysql && sudo rm -rf /var/lib/mysql && sudo apt-get purge mysql-server-core-5.7 && sudo apt-get purge mysql-client-core-5.7 && sudo rm -rf /var/log/mysql && sudo rm -rf /etc/mysql
The error you are getting is in line 3. i.e. it is not in
CONSTRAINT no_duplicate_tag UNIQUE (question_id, tag_id)
but earlier:
CREATE TABLE tags
(
(question_id, tag_id) NOT NULL,
Correct table definition is like pilcrow showed.
And if you want to add unique on tag1, tag2, tag3 (which sounds very suspicious), then the syntax is:
CREATE TABLE tags (
question_id INTEGER NOT NULL,
tag_id SERIAL NOT NULL,
tag1 VARCHAR(20),
tag2 VARCHAR(20),
tag3 VARCHAR(20),
PRIMARY KEY(question_id, tag_id),
UNIQUE (tag1, tag2, tag3)
);
or, if you want to have the constraint named according to your wish:
CREATE TABLE tags (
question_id INTEGER NOT NULL,
tag_id SERIAL NOT NULL,
tag1 VARCHAR(20),
tag2 VARCHAR(20),
tag3 VARCHAR(20),
PRIMARY KEY(question_id, tag_id),
CONSTRAINT some_name UNIQUE (tag1, tag2, tag3)
);
First off: a List
is a Collection
. It is a specialized Collection
, however.
A Collection
is just that: a collection of items. You can add stuff, remove stuff, iterate over stuff and query how much stuff is in there.
A List
adds the information about a defined sequence of stuff to it: You can get the element at position n, you can add an element at position n, you can remove the element at position n.
In a Collection
you can't do that: "the 5th element in this collection" isn't defined, because there is no defined order.
There are other specialized Collections as well, for example a Set
which adds the feature that it will never contain the same element twice.
What you could do is to remove the default "extras" on the input
:
input.wide {display:block; width:100%;padding:0;border-width:0}
This will keep the input
inside its container.
Now if you do want the borders, wrap the input
in a div
, with the borders set on the div
(that way you can remove the display:block
from the input
too). Something like:
<div style="border:1px solid gray;">
<input type="text" class="wide" />
</div>
Edit:
Another option is to, instead of removing the style from the input
, compensate for it in the wrapped div
:
input.wide {width:100%;}
<div style="padding-right:4px;padding-left:1px;margin-right:2px">
<input type="text" class="wide" />
</div>
This will give you somewhat different results in different browsers, but they will not overlap the container. The values in the div depend on how large the border is on the input
and how much space you want between the input
and the border.
push
does not return the array, but the length of it (docs), so what you are doing is replacing the array with its length, losing the only reference to it that you had. Try this:
import {ADD_ITEM} from '../Actions/UserActions'
const initialUserState = {
arr:[]
}
export default function userState(state = initialUserState, action){
console.log(arr);
switch (action.type){
case ADD_ITEM :
return {
...state,
arr:[...state.arr, action.newItem]
}
default:return state
}
}

lbl.Text = grdTotal.ToString("c");
}
}
UPDATED CODE:
decimal sumFooterValue = 0;

e.Row.Cells[6].Text = totalvalue.ToString();
sumFooterValue += totalvalue;
}
if (e.Row.RowType == DataControlRowType.Footer)
{
Label lbl = (Label)e.Row.FindControl("lblTotal");
lbl.Text = sumFooterValue.ToString();
}

My Blog - Asp.net Gridview Article
I got this when I didn't type things right. I had
__init.py__
instead of
__init__.py
You can also just add style inline:
<i class="icon-ok-sign" style="color:green"></i>
<i class="icon-warning-sign" style="color:red"></i>
You can use boost::optional
(or std::optional
for newer versions), which was developed in particular for decision of your problem:
boost::optional<int> y[50];
....
geoGraph.y[x] = nums[x];
....
const size_t size_y = sizeof(y)/sizeof(y[0]); //!!!! correct size of y!!!!
for(int i=0; i<size_y;i++){
if(y[i]) { //check for null
p[i].SetPoint(Recto.Height()-x,*y[i]);
....
}
}
P.S. Do not use C-type array -> use std::array or std::vector:
std::array<int, 50> y; //not int y[50] !!!
I had a similar issue, namely I was interested in generating unique numbers, which can be used as identifiers, but doesn't have to. I came up with the following solution. First to initialize the collection:
fun create(mongo: MongoTemplate) {
mongo.db.getCollection("sequence")
.insertOne(Document(mapOf("_id" to "globalCounter", "sequenceValue" to 0L)))
}
An then a service that return unique (and ascending) numbers:
@Service
class IdCounter(val mongoTemplate: MongoTemplate) {
companion object {
const val collection = "sequence"
}
private val idField = "_id"
private val idValue = "globalCounter"
private val sequence = "sequenceValue"
fun nextValue(): Long {
val filter = Document(mapOf(idField to idValue))
val update = Document("\$inc", Document(mapOf(sequence to 1)))
val updated: Document = mongoTemplate.db.getCollection(collection).findOneAndUpdate(filter, update)!!
return updated[sequence] as Long
}
}
I believe that id doesn't have the weaknesses related to concurrent environment that some of the other solutions may suffer from.
you can also try this in sql-server !!
select a.city,a.total + b.total as mytotal from [dbo].[cash] a join [dbo].[cheque] b on a.city=b.city
or try using sum,union
select sum(total) as mytotal,city
from
(
select * from cash union
select * from cheque
) as vij
group by city
I think this is a simple and easy way to compare two lists element by element
x=[1,2,3,5,4,8,7,11,12,45,96,25]
y=[2,4,5,6,8,7,88,9,6,55,44,23]
tmp = []
for i in range(len(x)) and range(len(y)):
if x[i]>y[i]:
tmp.append(1)
else:
tmp.append(0)
print(tmp)
A backreference to the whole match value is \g<0>
, see re.sub
documentation:
The backreference
\g<0>
substitutes in the entire substring matched by the RE.
See the Python demo:
import re
method = 'images/:id/huge'
print(re.sub(r':[a-z]+', r'<span>\g<0></span>', method))
# => images/<span>:id</span>/huge
SQL Server
does not support CREATE TABLE AS SELECT
.
Use this:
SELECT *
INTO A
FROM myview
or
SELECT TOP 10
*
INTO A
FROM myview
ORDER BY
id
private void dtgworkingdays_DataBindingComplete(object sender, DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs e)
{
this.FillRecordNo();
}
private void FillRecordNo()
{
for (int i = 0; i < this.dtworkingdays.Rows.Count; i++)
{
this.dtgworkingdays.Rows[i].HeaderCell.Value = (i + 1).ToString();
}
}
Here is an example of getting the bounds using svg.getBox()
:
https://gist.github.com/john-doherty/2ad94360771902b16f459f590b833d44
At the end you get numbers that you can plug into the svg to set the viewbox properly. Then use any css on the parent div and you're done.
// get all SVG objects in the DOM
var svgs = document.getElementsByTagName("svg");
var svg = svgs[0],
box = svg.getBBox(), // <- get the visual boundary required to view all children
viewBox = [box.x, box.y, box.width, box.height].join(" ");
// set viewable area based on value above
svg.setAttribute("viewBox", viewBox);
set print elements 0
set print elements
number-of-elements
Set a limit on how many elements of an array GDB will print. If GDB is printing a large array, it stops printing after it has printed the number of elements set by the set print elements
command. This limit also applies to the display of strings. When GDB starts, this limit is set to 200. Setting number-of-elements to zero means that the printing is unlimited.
Q1 = [10, 15, 20, 25, 30]
Q2 = []
exp:
{
dequeue n-1 element from Q1 and enqueue into Q2: Q2 == [10, 15, 20, 25]
now Q1 dequeue gives "30" that inserted last and working as stack
}
swap Q1 and Q2 then GOTO exp
If you know which colors you want, you can specify color properties in an array, like so:
backgroundColor: [
'rgba(75, 192, 192, 1)',
...
],
borderColor: [
'rgba(75, 192, 192, 1)',
...
],
When an element already has a class name defined, its influence on the element is tied to its position in the string of class names. Later classes override earlier ones, if there is a conflict.
Adding a class to an element ought to move the class name to the sharp end of the list, if it exists already.
document.addClass= function(el, css){
var tem, C= el.className.split(/\s+/), A=[];
while(C.length){
tem= C.shift();
if(tem && tem!= css) A[A.length]= tem;
}
A[A.length]= css;
return el.className= A.join(' ');
}

System.getProperties()
can be overridden by calls to System.setProperty(String key, String value)
or with command line parameters -Dfile.separator=/
File.separator
gets the separator for the default filesystem.
FileSystems.getDefault()
gets you the default filesystem.
FileSystem.getSeparator()
gets you the separator character for the filesystem. Note that as an instance method you can use this to pass different filesystems to your code other than the default, in cases where you need your code to operate on multiple filesystems in the one JVM.
Yes, there limit on java array. Java uses an integer as an index to the array and the maximum integer store by JVM is 2^32. so you can store 2,147,483,647 elements in the array.
In case you need more than max-length you can use two different arrays but the recommended method is store data into a file. because storing data in the file has no limit. because files stored in your storage drivers but array are stored in JVM. JVM provides limited space for program execution.
The error is self explanatory. The path you are trying to access is not present.
string source_dir = "E:\\Debug\\VipBat\\{0}";
I'm sure that this is not the correct path. Debug
folder directly in E:
drive looks wrong to me. I guess there must be the project name folder directory present.
Second thing; what is {0}
in your string. I am sure that it is an argument placeholder because folder name cannot contains {0}
such name. So you need to use String.Format()
to replace the actual value.
string source_dir = String.Format("E:\\Debug\\VipBat\\{0}",variableName);
But first check the path existence that you are trying to access.
What about
g = globals().copy()
for name, obj in g.iteritems():
?
You can also use tables to accomplish this, like:
.pdf {
display: table;
}
.pdf:before {
display: table-cell;
vertical-align: middle;
}
Here is an example: https://jsfiddle.net/ar9fadd0/2/
EDIT: You can also use flex to accomplish this:
.pdf {
display: flex;
}
.pdf:before {
display: flex;
align-items: center;
}
Here is an example: https://jsfiddle.net/ctqk0xq1/1/
In neither case can you modify a string literal, regardless of whether the pointer to that string literal is declared as char *
or const char *
.
However, the difference is that if the pointer is const char *
then the compiler must give a diagnostic if you attempt to modify the pointed-to value, but if the pointer is char *
then it does not.
I had the same issue in a 10K line file. The breakpoints were being ignored,
hard coded _debugger statements worked, but they can't be toggled and can be annoying when placed in a loop.
My solution, which is a bit of a hack but it works is to add the following to the top of the file:
let myDebuggerFlag = false;
let myDebugger = function () {
if (myDebuggerFlag) {
debugger;
}
}
then I add a myDebugger(); inline where I would usually use a breakpoint.
to turn debugging on i simply enter myDebuggerFlag = true; on the console line. (you have to step out of myDebugger first of course.
$('div[imageId="imageN"]').each(function() {
// `this` is the div
});
To check for the sole existence of the attribute, no matter which value, you could use ths selector instead: $('div[imageId]')
This can happen in more than one scenario, below is a list of well known scenarios :
// calling empty on a function
empty(myFunction($myVariable)); // the return value of myFunction should be saved into a variable
// then you can use empty on your variable
// using parenthesis to access an element of an array, parenthesis are used to call a function
if (isset($_POST('sms_code') == TRUE ) { ...
// that should be if(isset($_POST['sms_code']) == TRUE)
This also could be triggered when we try to increment the result of a function like below:
$myCounter = '356';
$myCounter = intVal($myCounter)++; // we try to increment the result of the intVal...
// like the first case, the ++ needs to be called on a variable, a variable should hold the the return of the function then we can call ++ operator on it.
import requests
site_request = requests.get("https://abhiunix.in")
site_response = str(site_request.content)
print(site_response)
As far as concerns, you want to delete rows in story_category
that do not exist in category
.
Here is your original query to identify the rows to delete:
SELECT *
FROM story_category
WHERE category_id NOT IN (
SELECT DISTINCT category.id
FROM category INNER JOIN
story_category ON category_id=category.id
);
Combining NOT IN
with a subquery that JOIN
s the original table seems unecessarily convoluted. This can be expressed in a more straight-forward manner with not exists
and a correlated subquery:
select sc.*
from story_category sc
where not exists (select 1 from category c where c.id = sc.category_id);
Now it is easy to turn this to a delete
statement:
delete from story_category
where not exists (select 1 from category c where c.id = story_category.category_id);
This quer would run on any MySQL version, as well as in most other databases that I know.
-- set-up
create table story_category(category_id int);
create table category (id int);
insert into story_category values (1), (2), (3), (4), (5);
insert into category values (4), (5), (6), (7);
-- your original query to identify offending rows
SELECT *
FROM story_category
WHERE category_id NOT IN (
SELECT DISTINCT category.id
FROM category INNER JOIN
story_category ON category_id=category.id);
| category_id | | ----------: | | 1 | | 2 | | 3 |
-- a functionally-equivalent, simpler query for this
select sc.*
from story_category sc
where not exists (select 1 from category c where c.id = sc.category_id)
| category_id | | ----------: | | 1 | | 2 | | 3 |
-- the delete query
delete from story_category
where not exists (select 1 from category c where c.id = story_category.category_id);
-- outcome
select * from story_category;
| category_id | | ----------: | | 4 | | 5 |
Usually, you expand the parameters passed to a sub using the @_
variable:
sub test{
my ($a, $b, $c) = @_;
...
}
# call the test sub with the parameters
test('alice', 'bob', 'charlie');
That's the way claimed to be correct by perlcritic.
I think it will help you to understand the basic differences between Inline-Elements (e.g. span) and Block-Elements (e.g. div), in order to understand why "display: inline-block" is so useful.
Problem: inline elements (e.g. span, a, button, input etc.) take "margin" only horizontally (margin-left and margin-right) on, not vertically. Vertical spacing works only on block elements (or if "display:block" is set)
Solution: Only through "display: inline-block" will also take the vertical distance (top and bottom). Reason: Inline element Span, behaves now like a block element to the outside, but like an inline element inside
Here Code Examples:
/* Inlineelement */
div,
span {
margin: 30px;
}
span {
outline: firebrick dotted medium;
background-color: antiquewhite;
}
span.mitDisplayBlock {

width: 200px;
height: 200px;
}
span.beispielMargin {

}

The nature of wanting to include the row where A == 5
and all rows upto but not including the row where A == 8
means we will end up using iloc
(loc
includes both ends of slice).
In order to get the index labels we use idxmax
. This will return the first position of the maximum value. I run this on a boolean series where A == 5
(then when A == 8
) which returns the index value of when A == 5
first happens (same thing for A == 8
).
Then I use searchsorted
to find the ordinal position of where the index label (that I found above) occurs. This is what I use in iloc
.
i5, i8 = df.index.searchsorted([df.A.eq(5).idxmax(), df.A.eq(8).idxmax()])
df.iloc[i5:i8]
numpy
you can further enhance this by using the underlying numpy objects the analogous numpy functions. I wrapped it up into a handy function.
def find_between(df, col, v1, v2):
vals = df[col].values
mx1, mx2 = (vals == v1).argmax(), (vals == v2).argmax()
idx = df.index.values
i1, i2 = idx.searchsorted([mx1, mx2])
return df.iloc[i1:i2]
find_between(df, 'A', 5, 8)
You could try:
alist[:] = []
Which means: Splice in the list []
(0 elements) at the location [:]
(all indexes from start to finish)
The [:] is the slice operator. See this question for more information.
It is an anchor for links within a page - also known as "anchor tag"
Use console command:
apksigner verify --print-certs application-development-release.apk
You could find apksigner in ../sdk/build-tools/24.0.3/apksigner.bat. Only for build tools v. 24.0.3 and higher.
Also read google docs: https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/apksigner.html
In your case, you need to use Sprintf() for format string.
func Sprintf(format string, a ...interface{}) string
Sprintf formats according to a format specifier and returns the resulting string.
s := fmt.Sprintf("Good Morning, This is %s and I'm living here from last %d years ", "John", 20)
Your output will be :
Good Morning, This is John and I'm living here from last 20 years.
You can use a sprite which has both version—the colored and the monochrome—stored into it.
Although it's too late, and already has many solutions. Here is simple solution for MySQL:
SELECT t1.id,
GROUP_CONCAT(t1.id) ids
FROM table t1 JOIN table t2 ON (t1.id = t2.id)
GROUP BY t1.id
Remove column constraint: not null
to null
ALTER TABLE test ALTER COLUMN column_01 DROP NOT NULL;
Try this:
subset(studentdata, Drink=='water')
that should do it.
A lambda function is an anonymous function that you create in-line. It can capture variables as some have explained, (e.g. http://www.stroustrup.com/C++11FAQ.html#lambda) but there are some limitations. For example, if there's a callback interface like this,
void apply(void (*f)(int)) {
f(10);
f(20);
f(30);
}
you can write a function on the spot to use it like the one passed to apply below:
int col=0;
void output() {
apply([](int data) {
cout << data << ((++col % 10) ? ' ' : '\n');
});
}
But you can't do this:
void output(int n) {
int col=0;
apply([&col,n](int data) {
cout << data << ((++col % 10) ? ' ' : '\n');
});
}
because of limitations in the C++11 standard. If you want to use captures, you have to rely on the library and
#include <functional>
(or some other STL library like algorithm to get it indirectly) and then work with std::function instead of passing normal functions as parameters like this:
#include <functional>
void apply(std::function<void(int)> f) {
f(10);
f(20);
f(30);
}
void output(int width) {
int col;
apply([width,&col](int data) {
cout << data << ((++col % width) ? ' ' : '\n');
});
}
You can't do this no. There is one attribute selector that matches exactly or partial until a - sign, but it wouldn't work here because you have multiple attributes. If the class name you are looking for would always be first, you could do this:
<html>
<head>
<title>Test Page</title>
<style type="text/css">
div[class|=status] { background-color:red; }
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div id='A' class='status-important bar-class'>A</div>
<div id='B' class='bar-class'>B</div>
<div id='C' class='status-low-priority bar-class'>C</div>
</body>
</html>
Note that this is just to point out which CSS attribute selector is the closest, it is not recommended to assume class names will always be in front since javascript could manipulate the attribute.
Create a file called config
inside ~/.ssh
. Inside the file you can add:
Host *
User buck
Or add
Host example
HostName example.net
User buck
The second example will set a username and is hostname specific, while the first example sets a username only. And when you use the second one you don't need to use ssh example.net
; ssh example
will be enough.
You can use the SOUNDEX and related DIFFERENCE function in SQL Server to find similar names. The reference on MSDN is here.
The simple reply is:
setTimeout(
function () {
x = 1;
}, 1000);
The function above waits for 1 second (1000 ms) then sets x to 1. Obviously this is an example; you can do anything you want inside the anonymous function.
in C#:
new DateTime(DateTime.Now.Year, DateTime.Now.Month, 1).AddMonths(-1)
new DateTime(DateTime.Now.Year, DateTime.Now.Month, 1).AddDays(-1)
I have a problem that the findViewById(R.id.edit_text)
but return a TextView not a EditText. I think the problem is the R.id class has wrong id number, then, i clean the project then its works fine.
If you want to do a custom analysis of your heapdump then there's:
This library is fast but you will need to write your analysis code in Java.
From the docs:
var people =
[{"name": 'a75',"item1": "false","item2":"false"},
{"name": 'z32',"item1": "true","item2": "false"},
{"name": 'e77',"item1": "false","item2": "false"}];
function mycomparator(a,b) { return parseInt(a.name) - parseInt(b.name); }
people.sort(mycomparator);
something along the lines of this maybe (or as we used to say, this should work).
Other posts here have made it clear that the result is an "empty" IQueryable, which ToList() will correctly change to be an empty list etc.
Do be careful with some of the operators, as they will throw if you send them an empty enumerable. This can happen when you chain them together.
In php, we have two option to concatenate table columns.
First Option using Query
In query, CONCAT keyword used to concatenate two columns
SELECT CONCAT(`SUBJECT`,'_', `YEAR`) AS subject_year FROM `table_name`;
Second Option using symbol ( . )
After fetch the data from database table, assign the values to variable, then using ( . ) Symbol and concatenate the values
$subject = $row['SUBJECT'];
$year = $row['YEAR'];
$subject_year = $subject . "_" . $year;
Instead of underscore( _ ) , we will use the spaces, comma, letters,numbers..etc
The correct options are (in increasing order of recommendation):
# Single POSIX test command with -o operator (not recommended anymore).
# Quotes strongly recommended to guard against empty or undefined variables.
while [ "$stats" -gt 300 -o "$stats" -eq 0 ]
# Two POSIX test commands joined in a list with ||.
# Quotes strongly recommended to guard against empty or undefined variables.
while [ "$stats" -gt 300 ] || [ "$stats" -eq 0 ]
# Two bash conditional expressions joined in a list with ||.
while [[ $stats -gt 300 ]] || [[ $stats -eq 0 ]]
# A single bash conditional expression with the || operator.
while [[ $stats -gt 300 || $stats -eq 0 ]]
# Two bash arithmetic expressions joined in a list with ||.
# $ optional, as a string can only be interpreted as a variable
while (( stats > 300 )) || (( stats == 0 ))
# And finally, a single bash arithmetic expression with the || operator.
# $ optional, as a string can only be interpreted as a variable
while (( stats > 300 || stats == 0 ))
Some notes:
Quoting the parameter expansions inside [[ ... ]]
and ((...))
is optional; if the variable is not set, -gt
and -eq
will assume a value of 0.
Using $
is optional inside (( ... ))
, but using it can help avoid unintentional errors. If stats
isn't set, then (( stats > 300 ))
will assume stats == 0
, but (( $stats > 300 ))
will produce a syntax error.
I wrote a set of attached properties to automatically sort a GridView
, you can check it out here. It doesn't handle the up/down arrow, but it could easily be added.
<ListView ItemsSource="{Binding Persons}"
IsSynchronizedWithCurrentItem="True"
util:GridViewSort.AutoSort="True">
<ListView.View>
<GridView>
<GridView.Columns>
<GridViewColumn Header="Name"
DisplayMemberBinding="{Binding Name}"
util:GridViewSort.PropertyName="Name"/>
<GridViewColumn Header="First name"
DisplayMemberBinding="{Binding FirstName}"
util:GridViewSort.PropertyName="FirstName"/>
<GridViewColumn Header="Date of birth"
DisplayMemberBinding="{Binding DateOfBirth}"
util:GridViewSort.PropertyName="DateOfBirth"/>
</GridView.Columns>
</GridView>
</ListView.View>
</ListView>
Many times you want to identify the row that has that column with the longest length, especially if you are troubleshooting to find out why the length of a column on a row in a table is so much longer than any other row, for instance. This query will give you the option to list an identifier on the row in order to identify which row it is.
select ID, [description], len([description]) as descriptionlength
FROM [database1].[dbo].[table1]
where len([description]) =
(select max(len([description]))
FROM [database1].[dbo].[table1]
This way works fine for me:
var request = new RestSharp.RestRequest("RESOURCE", RestSharp.Method.POST) { RequestFormat = RestSharp.DataFormat.Json }
.AddBody(BODY);
var response = Client.Execute(request);
// Handle response errors
HandleResponseErrors(response);
if (Errors.Length == 0)
{ }
else
{ }
Hope this helps! (Although it is a bit late)
CURRENT_DATE
and CURRENT_TIMESTAMP
return the current date and time in the session time zone.
SYSDATE
and SYSTIMESTAMP
return the system date and time - that is, of the system on which the database resides.
If your client session isn't in the same timezone as the server the database is on (or says it isn't anyway, via your NLS settings), mixing the SYS*
and CURRENT_*
functions will return different values. They are all correct, they just represent different things. It looks like your server is (or thinks it is) in a +4:00 timezone, while your client session is in a +4:30 timezone.
You might also see small differences in the time if the clocks aren't synchronised, which doesn't seem to be an issue here.
I faced same issue on my wordpress site. After the lot of debugging i fixed my problem step by step like this.
define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', TRUE); define('WP_DEBUG', TRUE); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
deferred.jqXHR = $.ajax( options ).done( function( response ) { try { response = JSON.parse(response); } catch (Exception) { response = response; }
Please check your may be resolved.
define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', TRUE); define('WP_DEBUG', TRUE); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
*change your own risk if your update your wordpress version your changed may be lost.

Reset form validation after adding new fields.
function resetFormValidator(formId) {
$(formId).removeData('validator');
$(formId).removeData('unobtrusiveValidation');
$.validator.unobtrusive.parse(formId);
}
there is no standard, but most frameworks support both, you can see for example for java spring that it accepts both here
@GetMapping("/api/foos")
@ResponseBody
public String getFoos(@RequestParam List<String> id) {
return "IDs are " + id;
}
And Spring MVC will map a comma-delimited id parameter:
http://localhost:8080/api/foos?id=1,2,3
----
IDs are [1,2,3]
Or a list of separate id parameters:
http://localhost:8080/api/foos?id=1&id=2
----
IDs are [1,2]
I tried the solutions above yet the value that goes to the model were the formatted value then returning and giving me currencyPipe errors. So i had to
[ngModel]="transfer.amount | currency:'USD':true"
(blur)="addToAmount($event.target.value)"
(keypress)="validateOnlyNumbers($event)"
And on the function of addToAmount -> change on blur cause the ngModelChange was giving me cursor issues.
removeCurrencyPipeFormat(formatedNumber){
return formatedNumber.replace(/[$,]/g,"")
}
And removing the other non numeric values.
validateOnlyNumbers(evt) {
var theEvent = evt || window.event;
var key = theEvent.keyCode || theEvent.which;
key = String.fromCharCode( key );
var regex = /[0-9]|\./;
if( !regex.test(key) ) {
theEvent.returnValue = false;
if(theEvent.preventDefault) theEvent.preventDefault();
}
You don't need to new IConfiguration
in the Startup
constructor. Its implementation will be injected by the DI system.
// Program.cs
public class Program
{
public static void Main(string[] args)
{
BuildWebHost(args).Run();
}
public static IWebHost BuildWebHost(string[] args) =>
WebHost.CreateDefaultBuilder(args)
.UseStartup<Startup>()
.Build();
}
// Startup.cs
public class Startup
{
public IHostingEnvironment HostingEnvironment { get; private set; }
public IConfiguration Configuration { get; private set; }
public Startup(IConfiguration configuration, IHostingEnvironment env)
{
this.HostingEnvironment = env;
this.Configuration = configuration;
}
}
You need to tell Startup
to load the appsettings files.
// Program.cs
public class Program
{
public static void Main(string[] args)
{
var host = new WebHostBuilder()
.UseKestrel()
.UseContentRoot(Directory.GetCurrentDirectory())
.UseIISIntegration()
.UseStartup<Startup>()
.UseApplicationInsights()
.Build();
host.Run();
}
}
//Startup.cs
public class Startup
{
public IConfigurationRoot Configuration { get; private set; }
public Startup(IHostingEnvironment env)
{
var builder = new ConfigurationBuilder()
.SetBasePath(env.ContentRootPath)
.AddJsonFile("appsettings.json", optional: false, reloadOnChange: true)
.AddJsonFile($"appsettings.{env.EnvironmentName}.json", optional: true)
.AddEnvironmentVariables();
this.Configuration = builder.Build();
}
...
}
There are many ways you can get the value you configure from the app settings:
ConfigurationBuilder.GetValue<T>
Let's say your appsettings.json
looks like this:
{
"ConnectionStrings": {
...
},
"AppIdentitySettings": {
"User": {
"RequireUniqueEmail": true
},
"Password": {
"RequiredLength": 6,
"RequireLowercase": true,
"RequireUppercase": true,
"RequireDigit": true,
"RequireNonAlphanumeric": true
},
"Lockout": {
"AllowedForNewUsers": true,
"DefaultLockoutTimeSpanInMins": 30,
"MaxFailedAccessAttempts": 5
}
},
"Recaptcha": {
...
},
...
}
You can inject the whole configuration into the constructor of your controller/class (via IConfiguration
) and get the value you want with a specified key:
public class AccountController : Controller
{
private readonly IConfiguration _config;
public AccountController(IConfiguration config)
{
_config = config;
}
[AllowAnonymous]
public IActionResult ResetPassword(int userId, string code)
{
var vm = new ResetPasswordViewModel
{
PasswordRequiredLength = _config.GetValue<int>(
"AppIdentitySettings:Password:RequiredLength"),
RequireUppercase = _config.GetValue<bool>(
"AppIdentitySettings:Password:RequireUppercase")
};
return View(vm);
}
}
The ConfigurationBuilder.GetValue<T>
works great if you only need one or two values from the app settings. But if you want to get multiple values from the app settings, or you don't want to hard code those key strings in multiple places, it might be easier to use Options Pattern. The options pattern uses classes to represent the hierarchy/structure.
To use options pattern:
IOptions<T>
into the constructor of the controller/class you want to get values onYou can define classes with properties that need to exactly match the keys in your app settings. The name of the class does't have to match the name of the section in the app settings:
public class AppIdentitySettings
{
public UserSettings User { get; set; }
public PasswordSettings Password { get; set; }
public LockoutSettings Lockout { get; set; }
}
public class UserSettings
{
public bool RequireUniqueEmail { get; set; }
}
public class PasswordSettings
{
public int RequiredLength { get; set; }
public bool RequireLowercase { get; set; }
public bool RequireUppercase { get; set; }
public bool RequireDigit { get; set; }
public bool RequireNonAlphanumeric { get; set; }
}
public class LockoutSettings
{
public bool AllowedForNewUsers { get; set; }
public int DefaultLockoutTimeSpanInMins { get; set; }
public int MaxFailedAccessAttempts { get; set; }
}
And then you need to register this configuration instance in ConfigureServices()
in the start up:
using Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration;
using Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection;
...
namespace DL.SO.UI.Web
{
public class Startup
{
...
public void ConfigureServices(IServiceCollection services)
{
...
var identitySettingsSection =
_configuration.GetSection("AppIdentitySettings");
services.Configure<AppIdentitySettings>(identitySettingsSection);
...
}
...
}
}
Lastly on the controller/class you want to get the values, you need to inject IOptions<AppIdentitySettings>
through constructor:
public class AccountController : Controller
{
private readonly AppIdentitySettings _appIdentitySettings;
public AccountController(IOptions<AppIdentitySettings> appIdentitySettingsAccessor)
{
_appIdentitySettings = appIdentitySettingsAccessor.Value;
}
[AllowAnonymous]
public IActionResult ResetPassword(int userId, string code)
{
var vm = new ResetPasswordViewModel
{
PasswordRequiredLength = _appIdentitySettings.Password.RequiredLength,
RequireUppercase = _appIdentitySettings.Password.RequireUppercase
};
return View(vm);
}
}
My solution is to set the environment variable as spring.profiles.active=development
. So that all applications running in that machine will refer the variable and start the application. The order in which spring loads a properties as follows

I'd like to share my debugging process because I was stuck on this issue for at least an hour. Image could not be found when running local host. To add some context, I am styling within a rails app in the following directory:
apps/assets/stylesheets/main.scss
I wanted to render background image in header tag. The following was my original implementation.
header {
text-align: center;
background: linear-gradient(90deg, #d4eece, #d4eece, #d4eece),
url('../images/header.jpg') no-repeat;
background-blend-mode: multiply;
background-size: cover;
}
...as a result I was getting the following error in rails server and the console in Chrome dev tools, respectively:
ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/images/header.jpg")
GET http://localhost:3000/images/header.jpg 404 (Not Found)
I tried different variations of the url:
url('../images/header.jpg') # DID NOT WORK
url('/../images/header.jpg') # DID NOT WORK
url('./../images/header.jpg') # DID NOT WORK
and it still did not work. At that point, I was very confused...I decided to move the image folder from the assets directory (which is the default) to within the stylesheets directory, and tried the following variations of the url:
url('/images/header.jpg') # DID NOT WORK
url('./images/header.jpg') # WORKED
url('images/header.jpg') # WORKED
I no longer got the console and rails server error. But the image still was not showing for some reason. After temporarily giving up, I found out the solution to this was to add a height property in order for the image to be shown...
header {
text-align: center;
height: 390px;
background: linear-gradient(90deg, #d4eece, #d4eece, #d4eece),
url('images/header.jpg') no-repeat;
background-blend-mode: multiply;
background-size: cover;
}
Unfortunately, I am still not sure why the 3 initial url attempts with "../images/header.jpg" did not work on localhost, or when I should or shouldn't be adding a period at the beginning of the url.
It might have something to do with how the default link tag is setup in application.html.erb, or maybe it's a .scss vs .css thing. Or, maybe that's just how the background property with url() works (the image needs to be within same directory as the css file)? Anyhow, this is how I solved the issue with CSS background image not loading on localhost.
Do not use @@fetch_status - this will return status from the last cursor in the current connection. Use the example below:
declare @sqCur cursor;
declare @data varchar(1000);
declare @i int = 0, @lastNum int, @rowNum int;
set @sqCur = cursor local static read_only for
select
row_number() over (order by(select null)) as RowNum

fetch absolute 1 from @cur into @rowNum, @data --start from the beginning and get first value

set @i += 1

I had also warnings in Google Dev-Tools and I added only bootstrap.min.css.map file in the same folder, where bootstrap.min.css is.
I have now no warnings more and You can find more Explanation here: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap#whats-included
I hope, I answered your Question.
There are 3 solutions available for these.
1) Enable remote login using below command - sudo systemsetup -setremotelogin on
2) In Mac, go to System Preference -> Sharing -> enable Remote Login that's it. 100% working solution
3) Final and most important solution is - Check your private area network connection . Sometime remote login isn't allow inside the local area network.
Kindly try to connect your machine using personal network like mobile network, Hotspot etc.

$watch first parameter can be angular expression or function. See documentation on $scope.$watch. It contains a lot of useful info about how $watch method works: when watchExpression is called, how angular compares results, etc.
First - stop Jenkins service:
sudo service jenkins stop
Next - delete:
sudo apt-get remove --purge jenkins
If you used separate server for Jenkins, some GCP or AWS - just delete this server. Here is a video how to uninstall Jenkins from GCP Compute Engine https://youtu.be/D2HUFAc_Trw
Apart from the obvious die()
and exit()
, this also works:
<?php
echo "start";
__halt_compiler();
echo "you should not see this";
?>
You can use the Range object in VBA to set the value of a named cell, just like any other cell.
Range("C1").Value = Inputbox("Which job number would you like to add to the list?)
Where "C1" is the name of the cell you want to update.
My Excel VBA is a little bit old and crusty, so there may be a better way to do this in newer versions of Excel.
We can use
public StreamWriter(string path, bool append);
while opening the file
string path="C:\\MyFolder\\Notes.txt"
StreamWriter writer = new StreamWriter(path, true);
First parameter is a string to hold a full file path Second parameter is Append Mode, that in this case is made true
Writing to the file can be done with:
writer.Write(string)
or
writer.WriteLine(string)
Sample Code
private void WriteAndAppend()
{
string Path = Application.StartupPath + "\\notes.txt";
FileInfo fi = new FileInfo(Path);
StreamWriter SW;
StreamReader SR;
if (fi.Exists)
{
SR = new StreamReader(Path);
string Line = "";
while (!SR.EndOfStream) // Till the last line
{
Line = SR.ReadLine();
}
SR.Close();
int x = 0;
if (Line.Trim().Length <= 0)
{
x = 0;
}
else
{
x = Convert.ToInt32(Line.Substring(0, Line.IndexOf('.')));
}
x++;
SW = new StreamWriter(Path, true);
SW.WriteLine("-----"+string.Format("{0:dd-MMM-yyyy hh:mm:ss tt}", DateTime.Now));
SW.WriteLine(x.ToString() + "." + textBox1.Text);
}
else
{
SW = new StreamWriter(Path);
SW.WriteLine("-----" + string.Format("{0:dd-MMM-yyyy hh:mm:ss tt}", DateTime.Now));
SW.WriteLine("1." + textBox1.Text);
}
SW.Flush();
SW.Close();
}
Instead of "w"
use "a"
(append) mode with open
function:
with open("games.txt", "a") as text_file:
Here's a module for calculating SHA1 hashes that is usable for Excel formulas eg. '=SHA1HASH("test")'. To use it, make a new module called 'module_sha1' and copy and paste it all in. This is based on some VBA code from http://vb.wikia.com/wiki/SHA-1.bas, with changes to support passing it a string, and executable from formulas in Excel cells.

Just change the directory to another one and come back. Probably that one has been deleted or moved.
add this at the top of file,
header('content-type: application/json; charset=utf-8');
header("access-control-allow-origin: *");
If you are using Android Studio, you can simply copy and paste, and the code aspect is going to be preserved and the colors as well. Simple enough!

I strongly disagree with most answers previously mentioned.
Short answer:
Omit the "in" class and add it using jQuery to fade it in.
See this jsfiddle for an example that fades in alert after 3 seconds http://jsfiddle.net/QAz2U/3/
Long answer:
Although it is true bootstrap doesn't natively support fading in alerts, most answers here use the jQuery fade function, which uses JavaScript to animate (fade) the element. The big advantage of this is cross browser compatibility. The downside is performance (see also: jQuery to call CSS3 fade animation?).
Bootstrap uses CSS3 transitions, which have way better performance. Which is important for mobile devices:
Bootstraps CSS to fade the alert:
.fade {
opacity: 0;
-webkit-transition: opacity 0.15s linear;
-moz-transition: opacity 0.15s linear;
-o-transition: opacity 0.15s linear;
transition: opacity 0.15s linear;
}
.fade.in {
opacity: 1;
}
Why do I think this performance is so important? People using old browsers and hardware will potentially get a choppy transitions with jQuery.fade(). The same goes for old hardware with modern browsers. Using CSS3 transitions people using modern browsers will get a smooth animation even with older hardware, and people using older browsers that don't support CSS transitions will just instantly see the element pop in, which I think is a better user experience than choppy animations.
I came here looking for the same answer as the above: to fade in a bootstrap alert. After some digging in the code and CSS of Bootstrap the answer is rather straightforward. Don't add the "in" class to your alert. And add this using jQuery when you want to fade in your alert.
HTML (notice there is NO in class!)
<div id="myAlert" class="alert success fade" data-alert="alert">
<!-- rest of alert code goes here -->
</div>
Javascript:
function showAlert(){
$("#myAlert").addClass("in")
}
Calling the function above function adds the "in" class and fades in the alert using CSS3 transitions :-)
Also see this jsfiddle for an example using a timeout (thanks John Lehmann!): http://jsfiddle.net/QAz2U/3/
When I received this error, I had a "helper" class that I did not declare as public that caused this issue inside of the class that used the "helper" class. Making the "helper" class public solved this error, as in:
public ServiceClass { public ServiceClass(HelperClass _helper) { } }
public class HelperClass {} // Note the public HelperClass that solved my issue.
This may help someone else who encounters this.
For some reasons above mentioned approaches did now work for me, before I followed the advice to add .default
like this:
<div>
<img src={require('../../mySvgImage.svg').default} alt='mySvgImage' />
</div>
In the generated constructor code it should call OnContextCreated()
I added this partial class to solve the problem:
partial class MyContext: ObjectContext
{
partial void OnContextCreated()
{
this.CommandTimeout = 300;
}
}
The beauty of C++, like C, is that the sized of these things are implementation-defined, so there's no correct answer without your specifying the compiler you're using. Are those two the same? Yes. "long long" is a synonym for "long long int", for any compiler that will accept both.
I run two instances of visual studio--one for the external dll and one for the main application.
In the project properties of the external dll, set the following:
Build Events:
copy /y "$(TargetDir)$(TargetName).dll" "C:\<path-to-main> \bin\$(ConfigurationName)\$(TargetName).dll"
copy /y "$(TargetDir)$(TargetName).pdb" "C:\<path-to-main> \bin\$(ConfigurationName)\$(TargetName).pdb"
Debug:
Start external program: C:\<path-to-main>\bin\debug\<AppName>.exe
Working Directory C:\<path-to-main>\bin\debug
This way, whenever I build the external dll, it gets updated in the main application's directory. If I hit debug from the external dll's project--the main application runs, but the debugger only hits breakpoints in the external dll. If I hit debug from the main project, the main application runs with the most recently built external dll, but now the debugger only hits breakpoints in the main project.
I realize one debugger will do the job for both, but I find it easier to keep the two straight this way.
If your grep -i does not work then try using tr command to convert the the output of your file to lower case and then pipe it into standard grep with whatever you are looking for. (it sounds complicated but the actual command which I have provided for you is not !).
Notice the tr command does not change the content of your original file, it just converts it just before it feeds it into grep.
1.here is how you can do this on a file
tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]' <your_file.txt|grep what_ever_you_are_searching_in_lower_case
2.or in your case if you are just echoing something
echo "ABC"|tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]' | grep abc
This seems to have changed in the latest version of React Native when using refs to calculate.
Declare refs this way.
<View

And find the value this way.

this._image._component.measure((width, height, px, py, fx, fy) => {
const location = {
fx: fx,
fy: fy,
px: px,
py: py,
width: width,
height: height
}
console.log(location)
})
}

class CustomExceptionName(Exception):

Please don't forget to document, why a custom exception is neccessary!
If you need to, this is the way to go for exceptions with more data:

self.message = message
self.payload = payload # you could add more args
def __str__(self):
return str(self.message) # __str__() obviously expects a string to be returned, so make sure not to send any other data types
and fetch them like:
try:
raise CustomExceptionName("Very bad mistake.", "Forgot upgrading from Python 1")
except CustomExceptionName as error:
print(str(error)) # Very bad mistake
print("Detail: {}".format(error.payload)) # Detail: Forgot upgrading from Python 1
payload=None
is important to make it pickle-able. Before dumping it, you have to call error.__reduce__()
. Loading will work as expected.
You maybe should investigate in finding a solution using pythons return
statement if you need much data to be transferred to some outer structure. This seems to be clearer/more pythonic to me. Advanced exceptions are heavily used in Java, which can sometimes be annoying, when using a framework and having to catch all possible errors.
Since the 'include-headers' functionality doesn't seem to be build-in yet, and most "solutions" here need to type the columns names manually, and/or don't even take joins into account, I'd recommand to get around the problem.
The best alternative I found so far is using a decent tool (I use HeidiSQL).
Put your request, select the grid, just right click and export to a file. It got all necessary options for a clean export, ans should handle most needs.
In the same idea, user3037511's approach works fine, and can be automated easily.
Just launch your request with some command line to get your headers. You may get the data with a SELECT INTO OUTFILE... or by running your query without the limit, yours to choose.
Note that output redirect to a file works like a charm on both Linux AND Windows.
This makes me want to highlight that 80% of the time, when I want to use SELECT FROM INFILE or SELECT INTO OUTFILE, I end-up using something else due to some limitations (here, the absence of a 'headers options', on an AWS-RDS, the missing rights, and so on.)
Hence, I don't exactly answer to the op's question... but it should answer his needs :)
EDIT : and to actually answer his question : no
As of 2017-09-07, you just can't include headers if you stick with the SELECT INTO OUTFILE command :|
Internally ViewBag properties are stored as name/value pairs in the ViewData dictionary.
Note: in most pre-release versions of MVC 3, the ViewBag property was named the ViewModel as noted in this snippet from MVC 3 release notes:
(edited 10-8-12) It was suggested I post the source of this info I posted, here is the source: http://www.asp.net/whitepapers/mvc3-release-notes#_Toc2_4
MVC 2 controllers support a ViewData property that enables you to pass data to a view template using a late-bound dictionary API. In MVC 3, you can also use somewhat simpler syntax with the ViewBag property to accomplish the same purpose. For example, instead of writing ViewData["Message"]="text", you can write ViewBag.Message="text". You do not need to define any strongly-typed classes to use the ViewBag property. Because it is a dynamic property, you can instead just get or set properties and it will resolve them dynamically at run time. Internally, ViewBag properties are stored as name/value pairs in the ViewData dictionary. (Note: in most pre-release versions of MVC 3, the ViewBag property was named the ViewModel property.)
You leave the declarations in the header file:
class A2DD
{
private:
int gx;
int gy;
public:
A2DD(int x,int y); // leave the declarations here
int getSum();
};
And put the definitions in the implementation file.
A2DD::A2DD(int x,int y) // prefix the definitions with the class name
{
gx = x;
gy = y;
}
int A2DD::getSum()
{
return gx + gy;
}
You could mix the two (leave getSum()
definition in the header for instance). This is useful since it gives the compiler a better chance at inlining for example. But it also means that changing the implementation (if left in the header) could trigger a rebuild of all the other files that include the header.
Note that for templates, you need to keep it all in the headers.
Does it work if you remove the AddType line? I'm not quite sure why that's relevant to turning magic quotes off.
If PHP isn't running under mod_php, htaccess won't work. Does it work as a CGI?
This is one for your hosting company really.
0xe0434352 is the SEH code for a CLR exception. If you don't understand what that means, stop and read A Crash Course on the Depths of Win32™ Structured Exception Handling. So your process is not handling a CLR exception. Don't shoot the messenger, KERNELBASE.DLL is just the unfortunate victim. The perpetrator is MyApp.exe.
There should be a minidump of the crash in DrWatson folders with a full stack, it will contain everything you need to root cause the issue.
I suggest you wire up, in your myapp.exe code, AppDomain.UnhandledException
and Application.ThreadException
, as appropriate.
my best solution to get the first is
df['my_column'].value_counts().sort_values(ascending=False).argmax()
Personally, I'd go for the function approach
def get_parent_dir(directory):
import os
return os.path.dirname(directory)
current_dirs_parent = get_parent_dir(os.getcwd())
Two steps works fine:
create table bu_x as (select a,b,c,d from x ) WITH no data;
insert into bu_x (a,b,c,d) select select a,b,c,d from x ;
As suat said, most of the time the connection refused is due to the fact that the port you set up is in use or there is a difference between the port number in your remote application debugging configuration in Eclipse and the port number used in the address attribute in
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=1044,server=y,suspend=n.
Check those things. Thanks!
I had the same issue as OP but none of the current answers solved my issue so to add a slightly different answer that did work for me:
Running Python 3.6.5 on a Windows Machine, I used the format
r"\DriveName\then\file\path\txt.md"
so the combination of double backslashes from reading @Johnsyweb UNC link and adding the r in front as recommended solved my similar to OP's issue.
None of the above methods worked for me so i'm posting the way i did

Answer is NO. It won't affect the original/main repository where you forked from. (Functionally, it will be incorrect if such an access is provided to a non-owner).
Just wanted to add this though.
Warning: It will delete the local commits and branches you created on your forked repo. So, before deleting make sure there is a backup of that code with you if it is important.
Best way would be getting a git backup of forked repo using:
git bundle
or other methods that are familiar.
You can also mix raw SQL with ActiveRecord conditions, for example if you want to call a function in a condition:
my_instances = MyModel.where.not(attribute_a: nil) \
.where('crc32(attribute_b) = ?', slot) \
.select(:id)
Also when you call from http request it will work properly but when your try to call from net.tcp that time you get all this kind stuff
Assuming you have the menuStrip
object and the menu is only one level deep, use:
ToolStripMenuItem item = menuStrip.Items
.OfType<ToolStripMenuItem>()
.SelectMany(it => it.DropDownItems.OfType<ToolStripMenuItem>())
.SingleOrDefault(n => n.Name == "MyMenu");
For deeper menu levels add more SelectMany operators in the statement.
if you want to search all menu items in the strip then use
ToolStripMenuItem item = menuStrip.Items
.Find("MyMenu",true)
.OfType<ToolStripMenuItem>()
.Single();
However, make sure each menu has a different name to avoid exception thrown by key duplicates.
To avoid exceptions you could use FirstOrDefault
instead of SingleOrDefault
/ Single
, or just return a sequence if you might have Name
duplicates.
You can create new User library,
On
"Configure Build Paths" page -> Add Library -> User Library (on list) -> User Libraries Button (rigth side of page)
and create your library and (add Jars buttons) include your specific Jars.
I hope this can help you.
$_GET
contains the keys / values that are passed to your script in the URL.
If you have the following URL :
http://www.example.com/test.php?a=10&b=plop
Then $_GET
will contain :
array
'a' => string '10' (length=2)
'b' => string 'plop' (length=4)
Of course, as $_GET
is not read-only, you could also set some values from your PHP code, if needed :
$_GET['my_value'] = 'test';
But this doesn't seem like good practice, as $_GET
is supposed to contain data from the URL requested by the client.
The usual way to check whether something can be converted to an int
is to try
it and see, following the EAFP principle:
try:
int_value = int(string_value)
except ValueError:
# it wasn't an int, do something appropriate
else:
# it was an int, do something appropriate
So, in your case:
for item in mylist:
try:
int_value = int(item)
except ValueError:
pass
else:
mynewlist.append(item) # or append(int_value) if you want numbers
In most cases, a loop around some trivial code that ends with mynewlist.append(item)
can be turned into a list comprehension, generator expression, or call to map
or filter
. But here, you can't, because there's no way to put a try
/except
into an expression.
But if you wrap it up in a function, you can:
def raises(func, *args, **kw):
try:
func(*args, **kw)
except:
return True
else:
return False
mynewlist = [item for item in mylist if not raises(int, item)]
… or, if you prefer:
mynewlist = filter(partial(raises, int), item)
It's cleaner to use it this way:
def raises(exception_types, func, *args, **kw):
try:
func(*args, **kw)
except exception_types:
return True
else:
return False
This way, you can pass it the exception (or tuple of exceptions) you're expecting, and those will return True
, but if any unexpected exceptions are raised, they'll propagate out. So:
mynewlist = [item for item in mylist if not raises(ValueError, int, item)]
… will do what you want, but:
mynewlist = [item for item in mylist if not raises(ValueError, item, int)]
… will raise a TypeError
, as it should.
import * as express from "express";
This is the suggested way of doing it because it is the standard for JavaScript (ES6/2015) since last year.
In any case, in your tsconfig.json file, you should target the module option to commonjs which is the format supported by nodejs.
Somewhere in your project, typically main.js or router.js
import Router from 'vue-router'
Router.prototype.open = function (routeObject) {
const {href} = this.resolve(routeObject)
window.open(href, '_blank')
}
In your component:
<div @click="$router.open({name: 'User', params: {ID: 123}})">Open in new tab</div>
Yes you can...
PDFs have Javascript support. I needed to have auto print capabilities when a PHP-generated PDF was created and I was able to use FPDF to get it to work:
You need to apply DATE_FORMAT
in the SELECT
clause, not the WHERE
clause:
SELECT DATE_FORMAT(create_date, '%m/%d/%Y')
FROM mytable
WHERE create_date BETWEEN CURDATE() - INTERVAL 30 DAY AND CURDATE()
Also note that CURDATE()
returns only the DATE
portion of the date, so if you store create_date
as a DATETIME
with the time portion filled, this query will not select the today's records.
In this case, you'll need to use NOW
instead:
SELECT DATE_FORMAT(create_date, '%m/%d/%Y')
FROM mytable
WHERE create_date BETWEEN NOW() - INTERVAL 30 DAY AND NOW()
Easy solution if you don't want to code manually using Google Sheets Power Tools:
Could be much simpler if you use TryParse
or Parse
and ToObject
methods.
public static class EnumHelper
{
public static T GetEnumValue<T>(string str) where T : struct, IConvertible
{
Type enumType = typeof(T);
if (!enumType.IsEnum)
{
throw new Exception("T must be an Enumeration type.");
}
T val;
return Enum.TryParse<T>(str, true, out val) ? val : default(T);
}
public static T GetEnumValue<T>(int intValue) where T : struct, IConvertible
{
Type enumType = typeof(T);
if (!enumType.IsEnum)
{
throw new Exception("T must be an Enumeration type.");
}
return (T)Enum.ToObject(enumType, intValue);
}
}
As noted by @chrfin in comments, you can make it an extension method very easily just by adding this
before the parameter type which can be handy.
This can achieve using two SQL functions- SUBSTRING and CHARINDEX
You can read strings to a variable as shown in the above answers, or can add it to a SELECT statement as below:
SELECT SUBSTRING('Net Operating Loss - 2007' ,0, CHARINDEX('-','Net Operating Loss - 2007'))

try this:
$names = array('Jesse', 'joey', 'jelnny', 'justine');
$names = new ArrayObject($names);
echo '<pre>';
print_r($names);
vs this:
$names = array('Jesse', 'joey', 'jelnny', 'justine');
$names = new ArrayObject($names);
//echo '<pre>';
print_r($names);
and it shows what the PRE does very neatly
No real easy way to do this. Use the Clamp.js library.
$clamp(myHeader, {clamp: 3});

I have the same problem as @KTCheek in that I need it to execute sequentially. However I figured I would try using IAsyncEnumerable (introduced in .NET Core 3) and await foreach (introduced in C# 8). Here's what I have come up with:
public static class IEnumerableExtensions {
public static async IAsyncEnumerable<TResult> SelectAsync<TSource, TResult>(this IEnumerable<TSource> source, Func<TSource, Task<TResult>> selector) {
foreach (var item in source) {
yield return await selector(item);
}
}
}
public static class IAsyncEnumerableExtensions {
public static async Task<List<TSource>> ToListAsync<TSource>(this IAsyncEnumerable<TSource> source) {
var list = new List<TSource>();
await foreach (var item in source) {
list.Add(item);
}
return list;
}
}
This can be consumed by saying:
var inputs = await events.SelectAsync(ev => ProcessEventAsync(ev)).ToListAsync();
Update: Alternatively you can add a reference to "System.Linq.Async" and then you can say:
var inputs = await events
.ToAsyncEnumerable()
.SelectAwait(async ev => await ProcessEventAsync(ev))
.ToListAsync();
DB::statement("your query")

I think the equivalent is Int64
var days = 7;
var date = new Date();
var res = date.setTime(date.getTime() + (days * 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000));
var d = new Date(res);
var month = d.getMonth() + 1;
var day = d.getDate();
var output = d.getFullYear() + '/' +
(month < 10 ? '0' : '') + month + '/' +
(day < 10 ? '0' : '') + day;
$('#txtEndDate').val(output);
I used this code to show the dialog at the bottom of the screen:
Dialog dlg = <code to create custom dialog>;
Window window = dlg.getWindow();
WindowManager.LayoutParams wlp = window.getAttributes();
wlp.gravity = Gravity.BOTTOM;
wlp.flags &= ~WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_DIM_BEHIND;
window.setAttributes(wlp);
This code also prevents android from dimming the background of the dialog, if you need it. You should be able to change the gravity parameter to move the dialog about
private void showPictureialog() {
final Dialog dialog = new Dialog(this,
android.R.style.Theme_Translucent_NoTitleBar);
// Setting dialogview
Window window = dialog.getWindow();
window.setGravity(Gravity.CENTER);
window.setLayout(LayoutParams.FILL_PARENT, LayoutParams.FILL_PARENT);
dialog.setTitle(null);
dialog.setContentView(R.layout.selectpic_dialog);
dialog.setCancelable(true);
dialog.show();
}
you can customize you dialog based on gravity and layout parameters change gravity and layout parameter on the basis of your requirenment

Best practices :
Contrary to what you may think, the favicon can be of any size and of any image type. Follow this link for details.
Not putting a link to your favicon can slow down the page load.
In a django project, suppose the path to your favicon is :
myapp/static/icons/favicon.png
in your django templates (preferably in the base template), add this line to head of the page :
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="{% static 'icons/favicon.png' %}">
Note :
We suppose, the static settings are well configured in settings.py.
oldDate
is not in the format of the SimpleDateFormat
you are using to parse it.
Try this format: dd-MMM-yyyy
- It matches what you're trying to parse.
In python 3, you can reassign print
:
#!/usr/bin/python3
def other_fn():
#This will use the print function that's active when the function is called
print("Printing from function")
file_name = "test.txt"
with open(file_name, "w+") as f_out:
py_print = print #Need to use this to restore builtin print later, and to not induce recursion
print = lambda out_str : py_print(out_str, file=f_out)
#If you'd like, for completeness, you can include args+kwargs
print = lambda *args, **kwargs : py_print(*args, file=f_out, **kwargs)
print("Writing to %s" %(file_name))
other_fn() #Writes to file
#Must restore builtin print, or you'll get 'I/O operation on closed file'
#If you attempt to print after this block
print = py_print
print("Printing to stdout")
other_fn() #Writes to console/stdout
Note that the print from other_fn
only switches outputs because print is being reassigned in the global scope. If we assign print within a function, the print in other_fn
is normally not affected. We can use the global keyword if we want to affect all print calls:
import builtins
def other_fn():
#This will use the print function that's active when the function is called
print("Printing from function")
def main():
global print #Without this, other_fn will use builtins.print
file_name = "test.txt"
with open(file_name, "w+") as f_out:
print = lambda *args, **kwargs : builtins.print(*args, file=f_out, **kwargs)
print("Writing to %s" %(file_name))
other_fn() #Writes to file
#Must restore builtin print, or you'll get 'I/O operation on closed file'
#If you attempt to print after this block
print = builtins.print
print("Printing to stdout")
other_fn() #Writes to console/stdout
Personally, I'd prefer sidestepping the requirement to use the print
function by baking the output file descriptor into a new function:
file_name = "myoutput.txt"
with open(file_name, "w+") as outfile:
fprint = lambda pstring : print(pstring, file=outfile)
print("Writing to stdout")
fprint("Writing to %s" % (file_name))
