You could also use the !important feature of css to make qualities you do not want to override in the original class. I am using this on my site to keep some of the essential characteristics of the original class while overriding others:

Nohup allows a client process to not be killed if a the parent process is killed, for argument when you logout. Even better still use:

Nohup makes the process you start immune to termination which your SSH session and its child processes are kill upon you logging out. The command i gave provides you with a way you can store the pid of the application in a pid file so that you can correcly kill it later and allows the process to run after you have logged out.

One big advantage of MATLAB over R is the quality of MATLAB documentation. R, being open source, suffers in this respect, a feature common to many open source projects.

You can use Boolean / boolean. Simplicity is the way to go. If you do not need specific api (Collections, Streams, etc.) and you are not foreseeing that you will need them - use primitive version of it (boolean).
With primitives you guarantee that you will not pass null values.

Essentially, the space and performance hit can be quite big, depending on the number of users. Also, keep in mind that Web servers are cheap and you can easily add more to balance the load, whereas the database is the most expensive and hardest to scale part of a web architecture usually.
There are some opposite examples (e.g., Microsoft Sharepoint), but usually, storing files in the database is not a good idea.
Unless possibly you write desktop apps and/or know roughly how many users you will ever have, but on something as random and unexpectable like a public web site, you may pay a high price for storing files in the database.

Adam is only partially right. Many, if not most, mathematicians will never touch it. If there is a computer tool used at all, it's going to be something like Mathematica or Maple. Engineering departments, on the other hand, often rely on it and there are definitely useful things for some applied mathematicians. It's also used heavily in industry in some areas.
Something you have to realize about MATLAB is that it started off as a wrapper on Fortran libraries for linear algebra. For a long time, it had an attitude that "all the world is an array of doubles (floats)". As a language, it has grown very organically, and there are some flaws that are very much baked in, if you look at it just as a programming language.
However, if you look at it as an environment for doing certain types of research in, it has some real strengths. It's about as good as it gets for doing floating point linear algebra. The notation is simple and powerful, the implementation fast and trusted. It is very good at generating plots and other interactive tasks. There are a large number of `toolboxes' with good code for particular tasks, that are affordable. There is a large community of users that share numerical codes (Python + NumPy has nothing in the same league, at least yet)
Python, warts and all, is a much better programming language (as are many others). However, it's a decade or so behind in terms of the tools.
The key point is that the majority of people who use MATLAB are not programmers really, and don't want to be.
It's a lousy choice for a general programming language; it's quirky, slow for many tasks (you need to vectorize things to get efficient codes), and not easy to integrate with the outside world. On the other hand, for the things it is good at, it is very very good. Very few things compare. There's a company with reasonable support and who knows how many man-years put into it. This can matter in industry.
Strictly looking at your Python vs. MATLAB comparison, they are mostly different tools for different jobs. In the areas where they do overlap a bit, it's hard to say what the better route to go is (depends a lot on what you're trying to do). But mostly Python isn't all that good at MATLAB's core strengths, and vice versa.
You've got the syntax for the scp

The most likely reason why the Java Runtime Environment JRE or Java Development Kit JDK is that it's owned by Oracle not Google and they would need a redistribution agreement which if you know there is some history between the two companies.

So Basicallly Stash command keep your some changes that you don't need them or want them at the moment; but you may need them.

Most of the answers here are to do the obvious check, that the length of the column as defined in the database isn't smaller than the data you are trying to pass into it.
Several times I have been bitten by going to SQL Management Studio, doing a quick:
sp_help 'mytable'
and be confused for a few minutes until I realize the column in question is an nvarchar, which means the length reported by sp_help is really double the real length supported because it's a double byte (unicode) datatype.
i.e. if sp_help reports nvarchar Length 40, you can store 20 characters max.

In eclipse I included a compressed jar file i.e. zip file. Eclipse allowed me to add this zip file as an external jar but when I tried to access the classes in the jar they weren't showing up.
After a lot of trial and error I found that using a zip format doesn't work. When I added a jar file then it worked for me.
Your syntax is incorrect.

I don't have an answer as to what is actually wrong or to directly fix it.
I can report that exporting all the code and forms, then importing them into a fresh workbook fixed it for me. All the work was recovered, and nothing more needed to be done to get back to work. Since that works, it seems clear that it must be a bug in Excel, or whatever it is would still be missing in the new version.
I do have a possible clue to how this Excel (2007) bug works. It seems to be associated with the removal of a class module (or two). (But not every class module, every time for some reason.) No code was using any part of the removed modules (or the new imported version would not work either). One module had been cut down to nothing but some comments (in hope of removing anything that could be "missing" later) so that there was no code visibly connecting it to any other part of the project. But the error came up shortly after I removed the code module entirely. The error also stopped when the removed (but exported just in case) modules were returned. So for convenience, this project had been packing two unused code modules to avoid this error.
It appears then, that somehow some element of some departed modules remains in the VBA environment, even if nothing is being used from these (there two in this case) class modules anywhere in the project. Consequently, the debug/compile finds that element, and it is no surprise that something is missing because it is. Since the thing that is missing is nowhere in the project there is nothing to highlight so there is a message only and nothing else happens. That would explain the observed behavior.
I do get the same information while debugging. Though not while I am checking the stacktrace. Most probably you would have used the optimization flag I think. Check this link - something related.
Try compiling with -g3
remove any optimization flag.

An iterator is just an object which has a pointer to the next object to be read by some kind of buffer or stream, it's like a LinkedList where you don't know how many things you have until you iterate through them. Iterators are meant to be efficient because all they do is tell you what is next by references instead of using indexing (but as you saw you lose the ability to see how many entries are next).
The short answer is primitives are data types, while references are pointers, which do not hold their values but point to their values and are used on/with objects.

Actually the best way to accomplish this is to write the javascript in a .php and use jquery in a separate file to use the Jquery get script file or jquery load use php include function in the doc where the javascript will live. Essentially this is how it will look.

I believe this answer the question for many people looking to mix php and javascript. It would be nice to have that data process in the background then have the user have delays waiting for data. You could also bypass the second file and simply use php's include on the main html page, you would just have your javascript exposed on the main page. For performance that is up to you and how you want to handle all of that.

I had tested every one of these things and none worked. I then remembered I was running the site through my local instance of IIS and had moved the directory where I was compiling the code to. In other words, my IIS site was setup to look at the old directory which had an issue. Going in IIS and changing the root of the site to my new directory obviously fixed the problem.

The program will not work properly because at Line 1, when the user presses Enter, it will leave in the input buffer 2 character: Enter key (ASCII code 13) and \n (ASCII code 10). Therefore, at Line 2, it will read the \n and will not wait for the user to enter a character.
The behavior you see at line 2 is correct, but that's not quite the correct explanation. With text-mode streams, it doesn't matter what line-endings your platform uses (whether carriage return (0x0D) + linefeed (0x0A), a bare CR, or a bare LF). The C runtime library will take care of that for you: your program will see just '\n'
for newlines.
If you typed a character and pressed enter, then that input character would be read by line 1, and then '\n'
would be read by line 2. See I'm using scanf %c
to read a Y/N response, but later input gets skipped. from the comp.lang.c FAQ.
As for the proposed solutions, see (again from the comp.lang.c FAQ):

There might be a case where you reference everything you need to and you can even Go to Definition by pressing F12 on DbContext class which takes you to System.Data.Entity namespace but you still get this nasty compiler warning. Make sure that the Target Framework of your project and that of the Entity Framework version you are using match. Go to Project->Properties->Application Tab. Change the Target Framework(can't exactly say to which one, trial and error will help.). Just my two cents.
To add to what the others are saying, A and B can be function calls as well that return boolean values. If A returns false then B would never be called.

The important change is in setProp
(i.e., makePropSetter
in the new code). What you're really doing there is to say: this is a function, which provided with a property name, will return a function which allows you to change that property.
The <T>
on makePropSetter
allows you to lock that function in to a specific type. The <boolean>
in the subclass's constructor is actually optional. Since you're assigning to toggleBody
, and that already has the type fully specified, the TS compiler will be able to work it out on its own.
Then, in your subclass, you call that function, and the return type is now properly understood to be a function with a specific signature. Naturally, you'll need to have toggleBody
respect that same signature.

Assuming you mean UNIX shell commands, just run

Its not possible thats the whole point of hashing. You can however bruteforce by going through all possibilities (using all possible digits characters in every possible order) and hashing them and checking for a collision.

I never set a other padding but you can tweak. This class doesn't take care of the rightView and leftView on the textfield. If you want that to be handle correctly you can use something like (example in objc and I only needed the rightView:

There is a better solution than the accepted answer, specifically using data-* attributes. Setting the id to 1 will cause you issues if any other element on the page has id=1. Instead, you can do:
