If you're not using auto-incrementing fields, you can achieve a similar result with something like the following:
insert into Customers (ID, FirstName, LastName)
select max(ID)+1, 'Barack', 'Obama' from Customers;
This will ensure there's no chance of a race condition which could be caused by someone else inserting into the table between your extraction of the maximum ID and your insertion of the new record.
This is using standard SQL, there are no doubt better ways to achieve it with specific DBMS' but they're not necessarily portable (something we take very seriously in our shop).
so simple try this
<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">_x000D_
<!-- begin snippet: js hide: false console: true babel: null -->

In CakePHP 1.2 ..

There is another option which i haven't seen here and which doesn't involve "complex" Objects or Collections.
String[] array1 = new String[]{"one", "two"};
String[] array2 = new String[]{"three"};
String[] array = new String[array1.length + array2.length];
System.arraycopy(array1, 0, array, 0, array1.length);
System.arraycopy(array2, 0, array, array1.length, array2.length);
Check it's value
property:
In jQuery (since your tag mentions it):
$('#fileInput').val()
Or in vanilla JavaScript:
document.getElementById('myFileInput').value
You can add the meta tag:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />
A brief explanation on what it is and how it works is found on this link.
In addition to tcash21's numeric indexing if OP may have been looking for negative indexing by name. Here's a few ways I know, some are risky than others to use:
mtcars[, -which(names(mtcars) == "carb")] #only works on a single column
mtcars[, names(mtcars) != "carb"] #only works on a single column
mtcars[, !names(mtcars) %in% c("carb", "mpg")]
mtcars[, -match(c("carb", "mpg"), names(mtcars))]
mtcars2 <- mtcars; mtcars2$hp <- NULL #lost column (risky)
library(gdata)
remove.vars(mtcars2, names=c("mpg", "carb"), info=TRUE)
Generally I use:
mtcars[, !names(mtcars) %in% c("carb", "mpg")]
because I feel it's safe and efficient.
Ondrasej is the "most right" here, IMO.
There are also gui-er ways to do it, without resorting to Xcode. I like TryC.
Mac OS X includes Developer Tools, a developing environment for making Macintosh applications. However, if someone wants to study programming using C, Xcode is too big and too complicated for beginners, to write a small sample program. TryC is very suitable for beginners.
You don't need to launch a huge Xcode application, or type unfamiliar commands in Terminal. Using TryC, you can write, compile and run a C, C++ and Ruby program just like TextEdit. It's only available to compile one source code file but it's enough for trying sample programs.
In my case the database had ran out of disk space. Which caused it to not respond. Once I cleared up that issue everything worked again.
What about ipdb.set_trace() ? In your code :
import ipdb; ipdb.set_trace()
update: now in Python 3.7, we can write breakpoint()
. It works the same, but it also obeys to the PYTHONBREAKPOINT
environment variable. This feature comes from this PEP.
This allows for full inspection of your code, and you have access to commands such as c
(continue), n
(execute next line), s
(step into the method at point) and so on.
See the ipdb repo and a list of commands. IPython is now called (edit: part of) Jupyter.
ps: note that an ipdb command takes precedence over python code. So in order to write list(foo)
you'd need print(list(foo))
, or !list(foo)
.
Also, if you like the ipython prompt (its emacs and vim modes, history, completions,…) it's easy to get the same for your project since it's based on the python prompt toolkit.
I know it is a bit late to answer this question, but it is the first entry in google, so I think it is worth to answer it.
The problem is not a coding problem, it is an architecture problem.
You have created an interface class Event: public Item
to define the methods which all events should implement. Then you have defined two types of events which inherits from class Event: public Item
; Arrival and Landing and then, you have added a method Landing* createNewLanding(Arrival* arrival);
from the landing functionality in the class Event: public Item
interface. You should move this method to the class Landing: public Event
class because it only has sense for a landing. class Landing: public Event
and class Arrival: public Event
class should know class Event: public Item
but event should not know class Landing: public Event
nor class Arrival: public Event
.
I hope this helps, regards, Alberto

I don't know how was the plugin the time the question was asked (2009), but I faced the same problem today and solved it this way:
Give your select tag a name attribute. For example in this case
<select name="myselect">
Instead of working with the attribute value="default" in the tag option, disable the default option as suggested by Jeremy Visser or set value=""
<option disabled="disabled">Choose...</option>
or
<option value="">Choose...</option>
Set the plugin validation rule
$( "#YOUR_FORM_ID" ).validate({
rules: {
myselect: { required: true }
}
});
or
<select name="myselect" class="required">
Obs: redsquare's solution works only if you have just one select in your form. If you want his solution to work with more than one select add a name attribute to your select.
Hope it helps! :)

To detect any IE (pre-Edge, "Trident") version, use "ActiveXObject" in window

If you just want to invert the current state (like a toggle button behaviour):

you can use arraylist object from collections class

when you want to add elements you can use
arr.Add();

This Problem is because of Path so you need to build the path using following Steps
Goto project ----->Right Click on Project Name ---->properties ---->click on Than Java Build Path option than ---> click Android 4.2.2---->Ok

Unfortunately, this is not a trivial thing to solve for the general case. The easiest thing would be to add a css-style property "float: right;" to your 200px div, however, this would also cause your "main"-div to actually be full width and any text in there would float around the edge of the 200px-div, which often looks weird, depending on the content (pretty much in all cases except if it's a floating image).
EDIT: As suggested by Dom, the wrapping problem could of course be solved with a margin. Silly me.
I've found one that is very complete and efficient because it checks to be running only under standalone WebApp, works without jQuery and is also straightforward, just tested under iOS 8.2 :

You can try this,
ALTER TABLE table_name ADD column_name INT DEFAULT 0;
I don't try changing sequence via setval
. But using ALTER
I was issued how to write sequence name properly. And this only work for me:
Check required sequence name using SELECT * FROM information_schema.sequences;
ALTER SEQUENCE public."table_name_Id_seq" restart {number};
In my case it was ALTER SEQUENCE public."Services_Id_seq" restart 8;
Also there is a page on wiki.postgresql.org where describes a way to generate sql script to fix sequences in all database tables at once. Below the text from link:
Save this to a file, say 'reset.sql'
SELECT 'SELECT SETVAL(' || quote_literal(quote_ident(PGT.schemaname) || '.' || quote_ident(S.relname)) || ', COALESCE(MAX(' ||quote_ident(C.attname)|| '), 1) ) FROM ' || quote_ident(PGT.schemaname)|| '.'||quote_ident(T.relname)|| ';' FROM pg_class AS S, pg_depend AS D, pg_class AS T, pg_attribute AS C, pg_tables AS PGT WHERE S.relkind = 'S' AND S.oid = D.objid AND D.refobjid = T.oid AND D.refobjid = C.attrelid AND D.refobjsubid = C.attnum AND T.relname = PGT.tablename ORDER BY S.relname;
Run the file and save its output in a way that doesn't include the usual headers, then run that output. Example:
psql -Atq -f reset.sql -o temp psql -f temp rm temp
And the output will be a set of sql commands which look exactly like this:
SELECT SETVAL('public."SocialMentionEvents_Id_seq"', COALESCE(MAX("Id"), 1) ) FROM public."SocialMentionEvents";
SELECT SETVAL('public."Users_Id_seq"', COALESCE(MAX("Id"), 1) ) FROM public."Users";
Window.close( ) does not work as it used to. Can be seen here:
window.close and self.close do not close the window in Chrome
In my case, I realized that I didn't need to close the page. So you can redirect the user to another page with:
window.location.replace("https://stackoverflow.com/");
You can't compare two Integer
with a simple ==
they're objects so most of the time references won't be the same.
There is a trick, with Integer
between -128 and 127, references will be the same as autoboxing uses Integer.valueOf()
which caches small integers.
If the value p being boxed is true, false, a byte, a char in the range \u0000 to \u007f, or an int or short number between -128 and 127, then let r1 and r2 be the results of any two boxing conversions of p. It is always the case that r1 == r2.

You can use some inline CSS like this
<input type="submit" name="submit" style="background: url(images/stack.png); width:100px; height:25px;" />
Should do the magic, also you may wanna do a border:none; to get rid of the standard borders.
callback work steps:
1) we have to implement ICallbackEventHandler
Interface
2) Register the client script :
String cbReference = Page.ClientScript.GetCallbackEventReference(this, "arg", "ReceiveServerData", "context");
String callbackScript = "function UseCallBack(arg, context)" + "{ " + cbReference + ";}";
Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "UseCallBack", callbackScript, true);
1) from UI call Onclient click call javascript function for EX:- builpopup(p1,p2,p3...)
var finalfield= p1,p2,p3;
UseCallBack(finalfield, "");
data from the client passed to server side by using UseCallBack
2) public void RaiseCallbackEvent(string eventArgument)
In eventArgument we get the passed data
//do some server side operation and passed to "callbackResult"
3) GetCallbackResult()
// using this method data will be passed to client(ReceiveServerData() function) side
callbackResult
4) Get the data at client side:
ReceiveServerData(text)
, in text server response , we wil get.
There are no auto incrementing features in Oracle for a column. You need to create a SEQUENCE object. You can use the sequence like:
insert into table(batch_id, ...) values(my_sequence.nextval, ...)
...to return the next number. To find out the last created sequence nr (in your session), you would use:
my_sequence.currval
This site has several complete examples on how to use sequences.
Since the other question was (possibly wrongfully so?) locked, I will just put this here:
show authors with their commit counts:
git shortlog -nse
find all commits for specific USERNAME:
git log --author=USERNAME --oneline | awk '{print $1}' | xargs git show
NSLocale* currentLocale = [NSLocale currentLocale];
[[NSDate date] descriptionWithLocale:currentLocale];
or use
NSDateFormatter *dateFormatter=[[NSDateFormatter alloc] init];
[dateFormatter setDateFormat:@"yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss"];
// or @"yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss a" if you prefer the time with AM/PM
NSLog(@"%@",[dateFormatter stringFromDate:[NSDate date]]);
You can use
sessionStorage.SessionName = "SessionData"
,
sessionStorage.getItem("SessionName")
and
sessionStorage.setItem("SessionName","SessionData");
See the supported browsers on http://caniuse.com/namevalue-storage
In last versions, it is easier. Just put a ml-auto
class in the ul
like so:

You may need to write a javascript for each button submit. Instead of defining action in form definition, set those values in javascript. Something like below.
function callButton1(form, yourServ)
{
form.action = yourServ;
form.submit();
});
You can use this method.
public static File getRobotCacheFile(Context context) throws IOException {
File cacheFile = new File(context.getCacheDir(), "robot.png");
try {
InputStream inputStream = context.getAssets().open("robot.png");
try {
FileOutputStream outputStream = new FileOutputStream(cacheFile);
try {
byte[] buf = new byte[1024];
int len;
while ((len = inputStream.read(buf)) > 0) {
outputStream.write(buf, 0, len);
}
} finally {
outputStream.close();
}
} finally {
inputStream.close();
}
} catch (IOException e) {
throw new IOException("Could not open robot png", e);
}
return cacheFile;
}
You should never use InputStream.available() in such cases. It returns only bytes that are buffered. Method with .available() will never work with bigger files and will not work on some devices at all.
In Kotlin (;D):
@Throws(IOException::class)
fun getRobotCacheFile(context: Context): File = File(context.cacheDir, "robot.png")
.also {
it.outputStream().use { cache -> context.assets.open("robot.png").use { it.copyTo(cache) } }
}
Not sure I understand the question correctly.
From what I gather, you want to be able to assign a value to Domain if it is null and also what to check if $args2 is supplied and according to the value, execute a certain code?
I changed the code to reassemble the assumptions made above.
Function DoStuff($computername, $arg2, $domain)
{
if($domain -ne $null)
{
$domain = "Domain1"
}
if($arg2 -eq $null)
{
}
else
{
}
}
DoStuff -computername "Test" -arg2 "" -domain "Domain2"
DoStuff -computername "Test" -arg2 "Test" -domain ""
DoStuff -computername "Test" -domain "Domain2"
DoStuff -computername "Test" -arg2 "Domain2"
Did that help?
When you #include
a header, it's exactly as if you put the code into the source file itself. In both cases the varGlobal
variable is defined in the source so it will work no matter how it's declared.
Also as pointed out in the comments, C++ variables at file scope are not static in scope even though they will be assigned to static storage. If the variable were a class member for example, it would need to be accessible to other compilation units in the program by default and non-class members are no different.
Unlike standard arithmetic, which desires matching dimensions, dot products require that the dimensions are one of:
(X..., A, B) dot (Y..., B, C) -> (X..., Y..., A, C)
, where ...
means "0 or more different values(B,) dot (B, C) -> (C,)
(A, B) dot (B,) -> (A,)
(B,) dot (B,) -> ()
Your problem is that you are using np.matrix
, which is totally unnecessary in your code - the main purpose of np.matrix
is to translate a * b
into np.dot(a, b)
. As a general rule, np.matrix
is probably not a good choice.
It's amazing how much confusion exists about the distinction between the three relationship concepts association, aggregation and composition.
Notice that the terms aggregation and composition have been used in the C++ community, probably for some time before they have been defined as special cases of association in UML Class Diagrams.
The main problem is the widespread and ongoing misunderstanding (even among expert software developers) that the concept of composition implies a life-cycle dependency between the whole and its parts such that the parts cannot exist without the whole, ignoring the fact that there are also cases of part-whole-associations with non-shareable parts where the parts can be detached from, and survive the destruction of, the whole.
As far as I can see, this confusion has two roots:
In the C++ community, the term "aggregation" was used in the sense of a class defining an attribute for referencing objects of another independent class (see, e.g., [1]), which is the sense of association in UML Class Diagrams. The term "composition" was used for classes that define component objects for their objects, such that on destruction of the composite object, these component objects are being destroyed as well.
In UML Class Diagrams, both "aggregation" and "composition" have been defined as special cases of associations representing part-whole relationships (which have been discussed in philosophy for a long time). In their definitions, the distinction between an "aggregation" and a "composition" is based on the fact if it allows sharing a part between two or more wholes. They define "compositions" as having non-shareable (exclusive) parts, while "aggregations" may share their parts. In addition they say something like the following: very often, but not in all cases, compositions come with a life-cycle dependency between the whole and its parts such that the parts cannot exist without the whole.
Thus, while UML has put the terms "aggregation" and "composition" in the right context (of part-whole relationships), they have not managed to define them in a clear and unambiguous manner, capturing the intuitions of developers. However, this is not surprising because there are so many different properties (and implementation nuances) these relationships can have, and developers do not agree on how to implement them.
See also my extended answer to the SO question of Apr 2009 listed below.
And the property that was assumed to define "composition" between OOP objects in the C++ community (and this belief is still widely held): the run-time life-cycle dependency between the two related objects (the composite and its component), is not really characteristic for "composition" because we can have such dependencies due to referential integrity also in other types of associations.
For instance, the following code pattern for "composition" was proposed in an SO answer:
final class Car {
private final Engine engine;
Car(EngineSpecs specs) {
engine = new Engine(specs);
}
void move() {
engine.work();
}
}
The respondent claimed that it would be characteristic for "composition" that no other class could reference/know the component. However, this is certainly not true for all possible cases of "composition". In particular, in the case of a car's engine, the maker of the car, possibly implemented with the help of another class, may have to reference the engine for being able to contact the car's owner whenever there is an issue with it.

Here's another way using sink:
sink(sink_dir_and_file_name); print(yourList); sink()
If you want like Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
, you can do it.
just use the following code:
using Excel = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel;
string xlBk = @"D:\Test.xlsx";
Excel.Application xlApp;
Excel.Workbook xlWb;
Excel.Worksheet xlWs;
Excel.Range rng;
int iLast;
xlApp = new Excel.Application();
xlWb = xlApp.Workbooks.Open(xlBk, 0, true, 5, "", "", true,
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.XlPlatform.xlWindows, "\t", false, false, 0, true, 1, 0);
xlWs = (Excel.Worksheet)xlWb.Worksheets.get_Item(1);
iLast = xlWs.Rows.Count;
rng = (Excel.Range)xlWs.Cells[iLast, 1];
iLast = rng.get_End(Excel.XlDirection.xlUp).Row;
If you need a cloned list with the same capacity, you can try this:
public static List<T> Clone<T>(this List<T> oldList)
{
var newList = new List<T>(oldList.Capacity);
newList.AddRange(oldList);
return newList;
}
string.matches("^\\W*$");
should do what you want, but it does not include whitespace. string.matches("^(?:\\W|\\s)*$");
does match whitespace as well.
I am pretty sure that the reason why this problem happened is because of the license of the toolbox (package) in which this function belongs in. Write which divrat
and see what will be the result. If it returns path of the function and the comment Has no license available
, then the problem is related to the license. That means, license of the package is not set correctly. Mostly it happens if the package (toolbox) of this function is added later, i.e., after installation of the original matlab
. Please check and solve the license issue, then it will work fine.
See the documentation on plt.axis()
. This:
plt.axis('equal')
doesn't work because it changes the limits of the axis to make circles appear circular. What you want is:
plt.axis('square')
This creates a square plot with equal axes.

object reference. In this case, that object reference is returned instead.Note: constructor function refers to the function after the new
keyword, as in
new ConstructorFunction(arg1, arg2)
Once this is done, if an undefined property of the new object is requested, the script will check the object's [[prototype]] object for the property instead. This is how you can get something similar to traditional class inheritance in JavaScript.
The most difficult part about this is point number 2. Every object (including functions) has this internal property called [[prototype]]. It can only be set at object creation time, either with new, with Object.create, or based on the literal (functions default to Function.prototype, numbers to Number.prototype, etc.). It can only be read with Object.getPrototypeOf(someObject). There is no other way to set or read this value.
Functions, in addition to the hidden [[prototype]] property, also have a property called prototype, and it is this that you can access, and modify, to provide inherited properties and methods for the objects you make.
Here is an example:
ObjMaker = function() {this.a = 'first';};
// ObjMaker is just a function, there's nothing special about it that makes
// it a constructor.
ObjMaker.prototype.b = 'second';
// like all functions, ObjMaker has an accessible prototype property that
// we can alter. I just added a property called 'b' to it. Like
// all objects, ObjMaker also has an inaccessible [[prototype]] property
// that we can't do anything with
obj1 = new ObjMaker();
// 3 things just happened.
// A new, empty object was created called obj1. At first obj1 was the same
// as {}. The [[prototype]] property of obj1 was then set to the current
// object value of the ObjMaker.prototype (if ObjMaker.prototype is later
// assigned a new object value, obj1's [[prototype]] will not change, but you
// can alter the properties of ObjMaker.prototype to add to both the
// prototype and [[prototype]]). The ObjMaker function was executed, with
// obj1 in place of this... so obj1.a was set to 'first'.
obj1.a;
// returns 'first'
obj1.b;
// obj1 doesn't have a property called 'b', so JavaScript checks
// its [[prototype]]. Its [[prototype]] is the same as ObjMaker.prototype
// ObjMaker.prototype has a property called 'b' with value 'second'
// returns 'second'
It's like class inheritance because now, any objects you make using new ObjMaker()
will also appear to have inherited the 'b' property.
If you want something like a subclass, then you do this:
SubObjMaker = function () {};
SubObjMaker.prototype = new ObjMaker(); // note: this pattern is deprecated!
// Because we used 'new', the [[prototype]] property of SubObjMaker.prototype
// is now set to the object value of ObjMaker.prototype.
// The modern way to do this is with Object.create(), which was added in ECMAScript 5:
// SubObjMaker.prototype = Object.create(ObjMaker.prototype);
SubObjMaker.prototype.c = 'third';
obj2 = new SubObjMaker();
// [[prototype]] property of obj2 is now set to SubObjMaker.prototype
// Remember that the [[prototype]] property of SubObjMaker.prototype
// is ObjMaker.prototype. So now obj2 has a prototype chain!
// obj2 ---> SubObjMaker.prototype ---> ObjMaker.prototype
obj2.c;
// returns 'third', from SubObjMaker.prototype
obj2.b;
// returns 'second', from ObjMaker.prototype
obj2.a;
// returns 'first', from SubObjMaker.prototype, because SubObjMaker.prototype
// was created with the ObjMaker function, which assigned a for us
I read a ton of rubbish on this subject before finally finding this page, where this is explained very well with nice diagrams.
Solution
Use this code
jQuery.nl2br = function(varTest){
return varTest.replace(/(\r\n|\n\r|\r|\n)/g, "<br>");
};
My only, yet essential, use for a comma is in a for loop:
for (var i = 0, n = a.length; i < n; i++) {
var e = a[i];
console.log(e);
}
I went here to look up whether this is OK in JavaScript.
Even seeing it work, a question remained whether n
is local to the function.
This verifies n
is local:
a = [3, 5, 7, 11];
(function l () { for (var i = 0, n = a.length; i < n; i++) {
var e = a[i];
console.log(e);
}}) ();
console.log(typeof n == "undefined" ?
"as expected, n was local" : "oops, n was global");
For a moment I wasn't sure, switching between languages.

Despite setting up dimensions for the columns, they still seem to shrink as the window shrinks.
An initial setting of a flex container is flex-shrink: 1
. That's why your columns are shrinking.
It doesn't matter what width you specify (it could be width: 10000px
), with flex-shrink
the specified width can be ignored and flex items are prevented from overflowing the container.
I'm trying to set up a flexbox with 3 columns where the left and right columns have a fixed width...
You will need to disable shrinking. Here are some options:
.left, .right {
width: 230px;
flex-shrink: 0;
}
OR
.left, .right {
flex-basis: 230px;
flex-shrink: 0;
}
OR, as recommended by the spec:
.left, .right {
flex: 0 0 230px; /* don't grow, don't shrink, stay fixed at 230px */
}
7.2. Components of Flexibility
Authors are encouraged to control flexibility using the
flex
shorthand rather than with its longhand properties directly, as the shorthand correctly resets any unspecified components to accommodate common uses.
More details here: What are the differences between flex-basis and width?
An additional thing I need to do is hide the right column based on user interaction, in which case the left column would still keep its fixed width, but the center column would fill the rest of the space.
Try this:
.center { flex: 1; }
This will allow the center column to consume available space, including the space of its siblings when they are removed.
You want to do killall -15 mongod
because it is still running: Address already in use for socket: 0.0.0.0:27017
.
Then you can run mongod
again.
The easiest way to do this is writing a copy constructor in the MyClass class.
Something like this:
namespace Example
{
class MyClass
{
public int val;
public MyClass()
{
}
public MyClass(MyClass other)
{
val = other.val;
}
}
}
The second constructor simply accepts a parameter of his own type (the one you want to copy) and creates a new object assigned with the same value
class Program
{
static void Main(string[] args)
{
MyClass objectA = new MyClass();
MyClass objectB = new MyClass(objectA);
objectA.val = 10;
objectB.val = 20;
Console.WriteLine("objectA.val = {0}", objectA.val);
Console.WriteLine("objectB.val = {0}", objectB.val);
Console.ReadKey();
}
}
output:
objectA.val = 10
objectB.val = 20

It would make sens if your code was like this:
#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
class Monster
{

Monster() { cout << "Monster!" << endl; }
virtual ~Monster() { cout << "Monster Died" << endl; }
};
int main(int argc, const char* argv[])

Reflection.
using System.Reflection;
Vendor vendor = new Vendor();
object tag = vendor.Tag;
Type tagt = tag.GetType();
FieldInfo field = tagt.GetField("test");
string value = field.GetValue(tag);
Use the power wisely. Don't forget error checking. :)
Create with Resource Method
php artisan make:controller --resource ControllerName --model=ModelName
Use It With a path
php artisan make:controller --resource path/ControllerName --model=ModelName
you can use 'capture.output' like below. This allows you to use the data later:
log <- capture.output({
test <- CensReg.SMN(cc=cc,x=x,y=y, nu=NULL, type="Normal")
})
test$betas
EDIT: Okay, so you don't want your local time (which isn't Australia) to contribute to the result, but instead the Australian time zone. Your existing code should be absolutely fine then, although Sydney is currently UTC+11, not UTC+10.. Short but complete test app:
import java.util.*;
import java.text.*;
public class Test {
public static void main(String[] args) throws InterruptedException {
Date date = new Date(1318386508000L);
DateFormat format = new SimpleDateFormat("dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss");
format.setTimeZone(TimeZone.getTimeZone("Etc/UTC"));
String formatted = format.format(date);
System.out.println(formatted);
format.setTimeZone(TimeZone.getTimeZone("Australia/Sydney"));
formatted = format.format(date);
System.out.println(formatted);
}
}
Output:
12/10/2011 02:28:28
12/10/2011 13:28:28
I would also suggest you start using Joda Time which is simply a much nicer date/time API...
EDIT: Note that if your system doesn't know about the Australia/Sydney
time zone, it would show UTC. For example, if I change the code about to use TimeZone.getTimeZone("blah/blah")
it will show the UTC value twice. I suggest you print TimeZone.getTimeZone("Australia/Sydney").getDisplayName()
and see what it says... and check your code for typos too :)
Adding a tag to your page will not control the UI in the Internet Control Panel (the dialog that appears when you selection Tools -> Options). If you're looking at your homepage which could be google.com, msn.com, about:blank or example.com, the Internet Control Panel has no way of knowing what the contents of your page may be, and it will not download it in the background.
Have a look at this document on MSDN which discussed compatibility mode and how to turn it off for your site.
One way to do this... As text length increases try to change (decrease) the fontsize of the label text using
Label.adjustsFontSizeToFitWidth = YES;
TypeScript have a way of validating the type of a variable in runtime. You can add a validating function that returns a type predicate. So you can call this function inside an if statement, and be sure that all the code inside that block is safe to use as the type you think it is.
Example from the TypeScript docs:
function isFish(pet: Fish | Bird): pet is Fish {
return (<Fish>pet).swim !== undefined;
}
// Both calls to 'swim' and 'fly' are now okay.
if (isFish(pet)) {
pet.swim();
}
else {
pet.fly();
}

Look at the following solution. The stream handler should be the thing doing the colouring, then you have the option of colouring words rather than just the whole line (with the Formatter).

Use an iterator.
List comprehension:
>>> si = iter(['abcd', 'e', 'fg', 'hijklmn', 'opq', 'r'])
>>> [c+next(si, '') for c in si]
['abcde', 'fghijklmn', 'opqr']
Generator expression:
>>> si = iter(['abcd', 'e', 'fg', 'hijklmn', 'opq', 'r'])
>>> pair_iter = (c+next(si, '') for c in si)
>>> pair_iter # can be used in a for loop
<generator object at 0x4ccaa8>
>>> list(pair_iter)
['abcde', 'fghijklmn', 'opqr']
Using map, str.__add__, iter
>>> si = iter(['abcd', 'e', 'fg', 'hijklmn', 'opq', 'r'])
>>> map(str.__add__, si, si)
['abcde', 'fghijklmn', 'opqr']
next(iterator[, default]) is available starting in Python 2.6
We've had similar problem and it was not enough to only remove commit and force push to GitLab.
It was still available in GitLab interface using url:
https://gitlab.example.com/<group>/<project>/commit/<commit hash>
We've had to remove project from GitLab and recreate it to get rid of this commit in GitLab UI.
Just use if
and env.BRANCH_NAME
, example:
if (env.BRANCH_NAME == "deployment") {
... do some build ...
} else {
... do something else ...
}
Try it using CONCAT
CONCAT('site.com/path/','%', CAST(t1.id AS CHAR(25)), '%','/more')
There is also read_csv
in Pandas, which is fast and supports non-comma column separators and automatic typing by column:
import pandas as pd
df = pd.read_csv('your_file',sep='\t')
It can be converted to a NumPy array if you prefer that type with:
import numpy as np
arr = np.array(df)
This is by far the easiest and most mature text import approach I've come across.
There is no one language that is a "better bet." Use the language most appropriate for what you need to do, whether it is game programming or any other domain. C++ isn't going away anytime soon.
If you're not developing for a Microsoft platform, I doubt you'll use C#.
SQL Server returns messages after a batch of statements has been executed. Normally, you'd use SQL GO
to indicate the end of a batch and to retrieve the results:
PRINT '1'
GO
WAITFOR DELAY '00:00:05'
PRINT '2'
GO
WAITFOR DELAY '00:00:05'
PRINT '3'
GO
In this case, however, the print statement you want returned immediately is in the middle of a loop, so the print statements cannot be in their own batch. The only command I know of that will return in the middle of a batch is RAISERROR (...) WITH NOWAIT
, which gbn has provided as an answer as I type this.
Brando ZWZ provides some great answers to handling this situation.
Re: Same navbar on multiple pages Aug 21, 2018 10:13 AM|LINK
As far as I know, there are multiple solution.
For example:
The Entire code for navigation bar is in nav.html file (without any html or body tag, only the code for navigation bar).
Then we could directly load it from the jquery without writing a lot of codes.
Like this:
<!--Navigation bar-->
<div id="nav-placeholder">
</div>
<script>
$(function(){
$("#nav-placeholder").load("nav.html");
});
</script>
<!--end of Navigation bar-->
Solution2:
You could use JavaScript code to generate the whole nav bar.
Like this:
Javascript code:
$(function () {
var bar = '';
bar += '<nav class="navbar navbar-default" role="navigation">';
bar += '<div class="container-fluid">';
bar += '<div>';
bar += '<ul class="nav navbar-nav">';
bar += '<li id="home"><a href="home.html">Home</a></li>';
bar += '<li id="index"><a href="index.html">Index</a></li>';
bar += '<li id="about"><a href="about.html">About</a></li>';
bar += '</ul>';
bar += '</div>';
bar += '</div>';
bar += '</nav>';
$("#main-bar").html(bar);
var id = getValueByName("id");
$("#" + id).addClass("active");
});
function getValueByName(name) {
var url = document.getElementById('nav-bar').getAttribute('src');
var param = new Array();
if (url.indexOf("?") != -1) {
var source = url.split("?")[1];
items = source.split("&");
for (var i = 0; i < items.length; i++) {
var item = items[i];
var parameters = item.split("=");
if (parameters[0] == "id") {
return parameters[1];
}
}
}
}

Another way is to change properties "AutoSize" (set to True) and "AutosizeMode" (set to GrowAndShrink).
This has the effect of the form autosizing to the elements on it and never allowing the user to change its size.
The code of JS20'07'11 is really incredible simple and direct. One suggestion that I would like to give is to put a exclamation mark in the conditions:
InStr(1, objName.RefersTo, sWsName+"!", vbTextCompare)
Because this will prevent adding a NamedRange in an incorrect Sheet. Eg: If the NamedRange refers to a Sheet named Plan11 and you have another Sheet named Plan1 the code can do some mess when add the ranges if you don't use the exclamation mark.
UPDATE
A correction: It's best to use a regular expression evaluate the name of the Sheet. A simple function that you can use is the following (adapted by http://blog.malcolmp.com/2010/regular-expressions-excel-add-in, enable Microsoft VBScript Regular Expressions 5.5):
Function xMatch(pattern As String, searchText As String, Optional matchIndex As Integer = 1, Optional ignoreCase As Boolean = True) As String
On Error Resume Next
Dim RegEx As New RegExp
RegEx.Global = True
RegEx.MultiLine = True
RegEx.pattern = pattern
RegEx.ignoreCase = ignoreCase
Dim matches As MatchCollection
Set matches = RegEx.Execute(searchText)
Dim i As Integer
i = 1
For Each Match In matches
If i = matchIndex Then
xMatch = Match.Value
End If
i = i + 1
Next
End Function
So, You can use something like that:
xMatch("'?" +sWsName + "'?" + "!", objName.RefersTo, 1) <> ""
instead of
InStr(1, objName.RefersTo, sWsName+"!", vbTextCompare)
This will cover Plan1 and 'Plan1' (when the range refers to more than one cell) variations
TIP: Avoid Sheet names with single quotes ('), :) .
I don't think that this is safe because e.g. the "=" character is used in raw base 64 and is also used in differentiating the parameters from the values in an HTTP GET.
If your signatures differ only in the number of arguments, using default arguments is the right way to do it. If you want to be able to pass in different kinds of argument, I would try to avoid the isinstance
-based approach mentioned in another answer, and instead use keyword arguments.
If using just keyword arguments becomes unwieldy, you can combine it with classmethods (the bzrlib code likes this approach). This is just a silly example, but I hope you get the idea:
class C(object):
def __init__(self, fd):
# Assume fd is a file-like object.
self.fd = fd
@classmethod
def fromfilename(cls, name):
return cls(open(name, 'rb'))
# Now you can do:
c = C(fd)
# or:
c = C.fromfilename('a filename')
Notice all those classmethods still go through the same __init__
, but using classmethods can be much more convenient than having to remember what combinations of keyword arguments to __init__
work.
isinstance
is best avoided because Python's duck typing makes it hard to figure out what kind of object was actually passed in. For example: if you want to take either a filename or a file-like object you cannot use isinstance(arg, file)
, because there are many file-like objects that do not subclass file
(like the ones returned from urllib, or StringIO, or...). It's usually a better idea to just have the caller tell you explicitly what kind of object was meant, by using different keyword arguments.
Using the reshape package you can do something like this.
library(ggplot2)
wide <- data.frame(x = rnorm(100), eps = rnorm(100, 0, .2))
wide$first <- with(wide, 3 * x + eps)
wide$second <- with(wide, 2 * x + eps)
long <- melt(wide, id.vars = c("x", "eps"))
ggplot(long, aes(x = x, y = value)) + geom_smooth() + geom_point() + facet_grid(.~ variable)
I had the same problem, and none of the above solutions worked. Actually, the file include/boost/version.hpp
could not be read (by the cmake script launched by jenkins).
I had to manually change the permission of the (boost) library (even though jenkins belongs to the group, but that is another problem linked to jenkins that I could not figure out):
chmod o+wx ${BOOST_ROOT} -R # allow reading/execution on the whole library
#chmod g+wx ${BOOST_ROOT} -R # this did not suffice, strangely, but it is another story I guess
I think, It is the simplest way to find MAX

SELECT MAX(Salary) FROM Employee WHERE Salary < (SELECT MAX(Salary) FROM Employee); -- For Second Maximum Salary
You're comparing apples to oranges here:
webHttpBinding is the REST-style binding, where you basically just hit a URL and get back a truckload of XML or JSON from the web service
basicHttpBinding and wsHttpBinding are two SOAP-based bindings which is quite different from REST. SOAP has the advantage of having WSDL and XSD to describe the service, its methods, and the data being passed around in great detail (REST doesn't have anything like that - yet). On the other hand, you can't just browse to a wsHttpBinding endpoint with your browser and look at XML - you have to use a SOAP client, e.g. the WcfTestClient or your own app.
So your first decision must be: REST vs. SOAP (or you can expose both types of endpoints from your service - that's possible, too).
Then, between basicHttpBinding and wsHttpBinding, there differences are as follows:
basicHttpBinding is the very basic binding - SOAP 1.1, not much in terms of security, not much else in terms of features - but compatible to just about any SOAP client out there --> great for interoperability, weak on features and security
wsHttpBinding is the full-blown binding, which supports a ton of WS-* features and standards - it has lots more security features, you can use sessionful connections, you can use reliable messaging, you can use transactional control - just a lot more stuff, but wsHttpBinding is also a lot *heavier" and adds a lot of overhead to your messages as they travel across the network
For an in-depth comparison (including a table and code examples) between the two check out this codeproject article: Differences between BasicHttpBinding and WsHttpBinding
Here's my take:
timeSince(123456) => "1 day, 10 hours, 17 minutes, 36 seconds"
And the code:
function timeSince(date, longText) {
let seconds = null;
let leadingText = null;
if (date instanceof Date) {
seconds = Math.floor((new Date() - date) / 1000);
if (seconds < 0) {
leadingText = " from now";
} else {
leadingText = " ago";
}
seconds = Math.abs(seconds);
} else {
seconds = date;
leadingText = "";
}
const intervals = [
[31536000, "year" ],
[ 2592000, "month" ],
[ 86400, "day" ],
[ 3600, "hour" ],
[ 60, "minute"],
[ 1, "second"],
];
let interval = seconds;
let intervalStrings = [];
for (let i = 0; i < intervals.length; i++) {
let divResult = Math.floor(interval / intervals[i][0]);
if (divResult > 0) {
intervalStrings.push(divResult + " " + intervals[i][1] + ((divResult > 1) ? "s" : ""));
interval = interval % intervals[i][0];
if (!longText) {
break;
}
}
}
let intStr = intervalStrings.join(", ");
return intStr + leadingText;
}
As the title suggests that we want to adjust the size of the labels and not the tick marks I figured that I actually might add something to the question, you need to use the mtext() if you want to specify one of the label sizes, or you can just use par(cex.lab=2)
as a simple alternative. Here's a more advanced mtext() example:
set.seed(123)
foo <- data.frame(X = rnorm(10), Y = rnorm(10))
plot(Y ~ X, data=foo,
yaxt="n", ylab="",
xlab="Regular boring x",
pch=16,
col="darkblue")
axis(2,cex.axis=1.2)
mtext("Awesome Y variable", side=2, line=2.2, cex=2)
You may need to adjust the line=
option to get the optimal positioning of the text but apart from that it's really easy to use.
I use this subtle alias:

Yes, don't Test private methods.... The idea of a unit test is to test the unit by its public 'API'.
If you are finding you need to test a lot of private behavior, most likely you have a new 'class' hiding within the class you are trying to test, extract it and test it by its public interface.
One piece of advice / Thinking tool..... There is an idea that no method should ever be private. Meaning all methods should live on a public interface of an object.... if you feel you need to make it private, it most likely lives on another object.
This piece of advice doesn't quite work out in practice, but its mostly good advice, and often it will push people to decompose their objects into smaller objects.

In addition to existing answers it is often desired to format the REST output (typically JSON and XML lacks indentation). Try this:
$ curl https://api.twitter.com/1/help/configuration.xml | xmllint --format -
$ curl https://api.twitter.com/1/help/configuration.json | python -mjson.tool
Tested on Ubuntu 11.0.4/11.10.
Another issue is the desired content type. Twitter uses .xml
/.json
extension, but more idiomatic REST would require Accept
header:
$ curl -H "Accept: application/json"
On Xampp edit apache config
Another cause for this might be case-insensitive file systems. If you have multiple folders in your repo on the same level whose names only differ by case, you will get hit by this. Browse the source repository using its web interface (e.g. GitHub or VSTS) to make sure.

so the .animate method works only if you have given a position attribute to an element, if not it didn't move?
for example i've seen that if i declare the div but i declare nothing in the css, it does not assume his default position and it does not move it into the page, even if i declare property margin: x w y z;
The biggest use of partial classes is to make life easier for code generators / designers. Partial classes allow the generator to simply emit the code they need to emit and they do not have to deal with user edits to the file. Users are likewise free to annotate the class with new members by having a second partial class. This provides a very clean framework for separation of concerns.
A better way to look at it is to see how designers functioned before partial classes. The WinForms designer would spit out all of the code inside of a region with strongly worded comments about not modifying the code. It had to insert all sorts of heuristics to find the generated code for later processing. Now it can simply open the designer.cs file and have a high degree of confidence that it contains only code relevant to the designer.
One extra forward slash (/) in front of tx and the *.xml file troubled me for 8 hours!!
My mistake:
http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/ http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-4.3.xsd
Correction:
http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-4.3.xsd
Indeed one character less/more manages to keep programmers busy for hours!
Use position: fixed
, and anchor it to the top
and right
sides of the page:
#fixed-div {
position: fixed;
top: 1em;
right: 1em;
}
IE6 does not support position: fixed
, however. If you need this functionality in IE6, this purely-CSS solution seems to do the trick. You'll need a wrapper <div>
to contain some of the styles for it to work, as seen in the stylesheet.
Starting Mongo 4.2
, db.collection.update()
can accept an aggregation pipeline, which allows using aggregation operators such as $addFields
, which outputs all existing fields from the input documents and newly added fields:
var new_info = { param2: "val2_new", param3: "val3_new" }
// { some_key: { param1: "val1", param2: "val2", param3: "val3" } }
// { some_key: { param1: "val1", param2: "val2" } }
db.collection.update({}, [{ $addFields: { some_key: new_info } }], { multi: true })
// { some_key: { param1: "val1", param2: "val2_new", param3: "val3_new" } }
// { some_key: { param1: "val1", param2: "val2_new", param3: "val3_new" } }
The first part {}
is the match query, filtering which documents to update (in this case all documents).
The second part [{ $addFields: { some_key: new_info } }]
is the update aggregation pipeline:
$addFields
.$addFields
performs exactly what you need: updating the object so that the new object will overlay / merge with the existing one:{ param2: "val2_new", param3: "val3_new" }
will be merged into the existing some_key
by keeping param1
untouched and either add or replace both param2
and param3
.Don't forget { multi: true }
, otherwise only the first matching document will be updated.
You can use the following syntax, I had the same question and did not think a script should be needed.
runas /profile /user:domain\username cmd
This worked for me, it may be different on your network.
To stop redis server
sudo service redis-server stop
and check the status of it using
sudo service redis-server status
Make outer <div>
to position: relative
and inner <div>
to position: absolute
. It should work for you.
I think you need MonoTouch (not free!) for that plugin.
And no, there is no way to run Xcode on Linux.
Sorry for all the bad news. :)
It looks like you're passing in Null for every argument except for PropertyValueID and DropDownOptionID, right? I don't think any of your IF statements will fire if only these two values are not-null. In short, I think you have a logic error.
Other than that, I would suggest two things...
First, instead of testing for NULL, use this kind syntax on your if statements (it's safer)...
ELSE IF ISNULL(@UnitValue, 0) != 0 AND ISNULL(@UnitOfMeasureID, 0) = 0
Second, add a meaningful PRINT statement before each UPDATE. That way, when you run the sproc in MSSQL, you can look at the messages and see how far it's actually getting.
After a few hours of playing with the Oracle JDK 1.6, I was able to make it work without any code change. The magic is done by Bouncy Castle to handle SSL and allow JDK 1.6 to run with TLSv1.2 by default. In theory, it could also be applied to older Java versions with eventual adjustments.

Just to make sure it's working let's make a simple Java program to download files from one URL using https.
import java.io.*;
import java.net.*;
public class DownloadWithHttps {
public static void main(String[] args) {
try {
URL url = new URL(args[0]);
System.out.println("File to Download: " + url);
String filename = url.getFile();
File f = new File(filename);
System.out.println("Output File: " + f.getName());
BufferedInputStream in = new BufferedInputStream(url.openStream());
FileOutputStream fileOutputStream = new FileOutputStream(f.getName());
int bytesRead;
byte dataBuffer[] = new byte[1024];
while ((bytesRead = in.read(dataBuffer, 0, 1024)) != -1) {
fileOutputStream.write(dataBuffer, 0, bytesRead);
}
fileOutputStream.close();
} catch (Exception ex) {
ex.printStackTrace();
}
}
}
Now, just compile the DownloadWithHttps.java program and execute it with your Java 1.6

.
A node
is the generic name for any type of object in the DOM hierarchy. A node
could be one of the built-in DOM elements such as document
or document.body
, it could be an HTML tag specified in the HTML such as <input>
or <p>
or it could be a text node that is created by the system to hold a block of text inside another element. So, in a nutshell, a node
is any DOM object.
An element
is one specific type of node
as there are many other types of nodes (text nodes, comment nodes, document nodes, etc...).
The DOM consists of a hierarchy of nodes where each node can have a parent, a list of child nodes and a nextSibling and previousSibling. That structure forms a tree-like hierarchy. The document
node has the html
node as its child.
The html
node has its list of child nodes (the head
node and the body
node). The body
node would have its list of child nodes (the top level elements in your HTML page) and so on.
So, a nodeList
is simply an array-like list of nodes
.
An element is a specific type of node, one that can be directly specified in the HTML with an HTML tag and can have properties like an id
or a class
. can have children, etc... There are other types of nodes such as comment nodes, text nodes, etc... with different characteristics. Each node has a property .nodeType
which reports what type of node it is. You can see the various types of nodes here (diagram from MDN):
You can see an ELEMENT_NODE
is one particular type of node where the nodeType
property has a value of 1
.
So document.getElementById("test")
can only return one node and it's guaranteed to be an element (a specific type of node). Because of that it just returns the element rather than a list.
Since document.getElementsByClassName("para")
can return more than one object, the designers chose to return a nodeList
because that's the data type they created for a list of more than one node. Since these can only be elements (only elements typically have a class name), it's technically a nodeList
that only has nodes of type element in it and the designers could have made a differently named collection that was an elementList
, but they chose to use just one type of collection whether it had only elements in it or not.
EDIT: HTML5 defines an HTMLCollection
which is a list of HTML Elements (not any node, only Elements). A number of properties or methods in HTML5 now return an HTMLCollection
. While it is very similar in interface to a nodeList
, a distinction is now made in that it only contains Elements, not any type of node.
The distinction between a nodeList
and an HTMLCollection
has little impact on how you use one (as far as I can tell), but the designers of HTML5 have now made that distinction.
For example, the element.children
property returns a live HTMLCollection.
BEGIN
For i in (select id, name, desc from table2)
LOOP
Update table1 set name = i.name, desc = i.desc where id = i.id and (name is null or desc is null);
END LOOP;
END;
We used the following mod_rewrite rule:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/test/
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/my-folder/
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.newdomain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
This redirects (permanently with a 301 redirect) all traffic to the site to http://www.newdomain.com, except requests to resources in the /test and /my-folder directories. We transfer the user to the exact resource they requested by using the (.*) capture group and then including $1 in the new URL. Mind the spaces.
I know, this is an old question, but couldn't find the solution here. After some tries, I found out, that some added "<asp:UpdatePanel" had been the reason.
After (re)moving them, all works fine like before.
'Misusing' the for ... in (object-member) loop. => Only truthy values appear in the body of the loop.
// --- Example ----------
var field = [];
field[0] = 'One';
field[1] = 1;
field[3] = true;
field[5] = 43.68;
field[7] = 'theLastElement';
// --- Example ----------
var originalLength;
// Store the length of the array.
originalLength = field.length;
for (var i in field) {
// Attach the truthy values upon the end of the array.
field.push(field[i]);
}
// Delete the original range within the array so that
// only the new elements are preserved.
field.splice(0, originalLength);
Just use
for i in range(0, 5):
print i
to iterate through your data set and print each value.
For large data sets, you want to use xrange, which has a very similar signature, but works more effectively for larger data sets. http://docs.python.org/library/functions.html#xrange
h2.text-left{
position:relative;
top:50%;
transform: translateY(-50%);
-webkit-transform: translateY(-50%);
-ms-transform: translateY(-50%);
}
Explanation:
The top:50% style essentially pushes the header element down 50% from the top of the parent element. The translateY stylings also act in a similar manner by moving then element down 50% from the top.
Please note that this works well for headers with 1 (maybe 2) lines of text as this simply moves the top of the header element down 50% and then the rest of the content fills in below that, which means that with multiple lines of text it would appear to be slightly below vertically aligned.
A possible fix for multiple lines would be to use a percentage slightly less than 50%.
Here is the solution :
This is kind of hack , but it will work
<input type="number"
placeholder="Charge"
[(ngModel)]="rateInput"
name="rateInput"
pattern="^$|^([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|[1][0][0])?"

<div *ngIf="rateInput2.errors && (rateInput2.dirty || rateInput2.touched)"
<div [hidden]="!rateInput2.errors.pattern">
Number should be between 0 and 100
</div>
</div>

You're attempting to access indicies within an array which are not set. This raises a notice.
Mostly likely you're noticing it now because your code has moved to a server where php.ini has error_reporting
set to include E_NOTICE
. Either suppress notices by setting error_reporting to E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
(not recommended), or verify that the index exists before you attempt to access it:
$month = array_key_exists('month', $_POST) ? $_POST['month'] : null;
I use Remote login with vnc-ltsp-config with GNOME Desktop Environment on CentOS 5.9. From experimenting today, I managed to get cut and paste working for the session and the login prompt (because I'm lazy and would rather copy and paste difficult passwords).
I created a file vncconfig.desktop in the /etc/xdg/autostart directory which enabled cut and paste during the session after login. The vncconfig process is run as the logged in user.
[Desktop Entry]
Name=No name
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=1.0
Exec=vncconfig -nowin
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true
Added vncconfig -nowin & to the bottom of the file /etc/gdm/Init/Desktop which enabled cut and paste in the session during login but terminates after login. The vncconfig process is run as root.
Adding vncconfig -nowin & to the bottom of the file /etc/gdm/PostLogin/Desktop also enabled cut and paste during the session after login. The vncconfig process is run as root however.

The main purpose of the primary key is to provide a means to identify each record in the table.
The primary key provides a means to identity the row, using data within the row. A primary key can be based on one or more columns, such as first and last name; however, in many designs, the primary key is an auto-generated number from an identity column.
A primary key has the following characteristics:
A unique key is also called a unique constraint. A unique constraint can be used to ensure rows are unique within the database.
Don’t we already do that with the primary key? Yep, we do, but a table may have several sets of columns which you want unique.
In SQL Server the unique key has the following characteristics:

If you're using C# 7.1 or later, go with the nawfal's answer and just change the return type of your Main method to Task
or Task<int>
. If you are not:
async Task MainAsync
like Johan said..GetAwaiter().GetResult()
to catch the underlying exception like do0g said.CTRL+C
should terminate the process immediately. (Thanks binki!)OperationCancelledException
- return an appropriate error code.The final code looks like:
private static int Main(string[] args)
{
var cts = new CancellationTokenSource();
Console.CancelKeyPress += (s, e) =>
{
e.Cancel = !cts.IsCancellationRequested;
cts.Cancel();
};
try
{
return MainAsync(args, cts.Token).GetAwaiter().GetResult();
}
catch (OperationCanceledException)
{
return 1223; // Cancelled.
}
}
private static async Task<int> MainAsync(string[] args, CancellationToken cancellationToken)
{
// Your code...
return await Task.FromResult(0); // Success.
}
You have two span6 divs within your row so that will take up the whole 12 spans that a row is made up of.
Adding pull-right to the second span6 div isn't going to do anything to it as it's already sitting to the right.
If you mean you want to have the text in the second span6 div aligned to the right then simple add a new class to that div and give it the text-align: right value e.g.
.myclass {
text-align: right;
}
UPDATE:
EricFreese pointed out that in the 2.3 release of Bootstrap (last week) they've added text-align utility classes that you can use:
.text-left
.text-center
.text-right

JFrame.dispose()
public void dispose()
Releases all of the native screen resources used by this Window, its subcomponents, and all of its owned children. That is, the resources for these Components will be destroyed, any memory they consume will be returned to the OS, and they will be marked as undisplayable. The Window and its subcomponents can be made displayable again by rebuilding the native resources with a subsequent call to pack or show. The states of the recreated Window and its subcomponents will be identical to the states of these objects at the point where the Window was disposed (not accounting for additional modifications between those actions).
Note: When the last displayable window within the Java virtual machine (VM) is disposed of, the VM may terminate. See AWT Threading Issues for more information.
System.exit()
public static void exit(int status)
Terminates the currently running Java Virtual Machine. The argument serves as a status code; by convention, a nonzero status code indicates abnormal termination. This method calls the exit method in class Runtime. This method never returns normally.
The call System.exit(n)
is effectively equivalent to the call:
Runtime.getRuntime().exit(n)
You can use this simple
:dbContext.Database.SetCommandTimeout(300);
I've been wrestling with Magento for the last month or so and I'm still trying to figure it out. So this is a case of the blind leading the blind. There's little in the way of documentation and the forum/wiki is chaotic at best. Not only that, but there are several solutions that are either outdated or far from optimal. I'm not sure if you have a project or just trying to figure it out, but it's probably easier if you started with modifying existing functionality as opposed to creating something completely new. For that I'd definately go with the "Recommended articles for developers" in the wiki. The new payment method one was a real eye-opener.
For debugging I'd definitely recommend using FirePHP and looking at your HTML source when something goes wrong. The ole echo debug method doesn't really work all that well.
The general architecture is so mind-numbingly complex, that even if I completely understood it, I'd need to write a book to cover it. The best I can do is give you advice I wish someone had given me when I first started...
Stay away from core files. Don't modify them, instead write your own module and override what you need.
Magento uses config files consisting of XML to decide what it needs to do. In order to get it to run your own stuff as opposed to core functionality you need the correct xml. Unfortunately there is no guide on how to build you XML; you need to look at examples and do some serious testing. To complicate things the content of these files is largely case-sensitive. However if you master these you can override any part of the basic functionality which makes for a very powerful system.
Magento uses methods like Mage::getModel('mymodel')
, Mage::getSingleton('mysingleton')
, Mage::helper('myhelper')
to return objects of certain classes. It finds these by default in its core namespace. If you want it to use your own, you need to override these in your config.xml
file.
The name of your classes must correspond to the folder they're in.
A lot of the objects in Magento ultimately extend something called a Varien_Object
. This is a general purpose class (kind of like a swiss army knife) and its purpose in life is to allow you to define your own methods/variables on the fly. For example you'll see it used as a glorified array to pass data from one method to another.
During development make sure you caching is disabled. It'll make magento excruciatingly slow, but it'll save you a lot of head trauma (from banging it on your desk).
You'll see $this
being used a lot. It means a different class depending on what file you see it. get_class($this)
is your friend, especially in conjunction with FirePHP.
Jot things down on paper. A lot. There are countless little factoids that you're gonna need 1-2 days after you encounter them.
Magento loves OO. Don't be surprised if tracing a method takes you through 5-10 different classes.
Read the designer's guide here. It's meant mostly for graphics designers, but you need it to understand where and why the output from your module will end up. For that don't forget to turn on "Template path hints" in the developer section of the admin panel.
There's more, but I'll stop here before this turns into a dissertation.
when you add context:component-scan for the first time in an xml, the following needs to be added.
xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd
http://www.springframework.org/schema/context http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context.xsd">
Just use CR to go to beginning of the line.

I think transactions belong on the Service layer. It's the one that knows about units of work and use cases. It's the right answer if you have several DAOs injected into a Service that need to work together in a single transaction.
I just downloaded jquery's latest version from their official website and then added it as a js file in my project folder and then to my HTML file. After that it was working fine for me
In C# I did:
alert('Text\\n\\nSome more text');
It display as:
Text
Some more text
Optional arguments only work at the end of a function call. There is no way to specify a value for $y in your function without also specifying $x. Some languages support this via named parameters (VB/C# for example), but not PHP.
You can emulate this if you use an associative array for parameters instead of arguments -- i.e.
function foo(array $args = array()) {
$x = !isset($args['x']) ? 'default x value' : $args['x'];
$y = !isset($args['y']) ? 'default y value' : $args['y'];
...
}
Then call the function like so:
foo(array('y' => 'my value'));
Visual C 2010, and perhaps many other compilers, have direct support for boolean operations built in. A bit has two possible values, just like a boolean, so we can use booleans instead - even if they take up more space than a single bit in memory in this representation. This works, even the sizeof()
operator works properly.
bool IsGph[256], IsNotGph[256];
// Initialize boolean array to detect printable characters
for(i=0; i<sizeof(IsGph); i++) {
IsGph[i] = isgraph((unsigned char)i);
}
So, to your question, IsGph[i] =1
, or IsGph[i] =0
make setting and clearing bools easy.
To find unprintable characters:
// Initialize boolean array to detect UN-printable characters,
// then call function to toggle required bits true, while initializing a 2nd
// boolean array as the complement of the 1st.
for(i=0; i<sizeof(IsGph); i++) {
if(IsGph[i]) {
IsNotGph[i] = 0;
} else {
IsNotGph[i] = 1;
}
}
Note there is nothing "special" about this code. It treats a bit like an integer - which technically, it is. A 1 bit integer that can hold 2 values, and 2 values only.
I once used this approach to find duplicate loan records, where loan_number was the ISAM key, using the 6-digit loan number as an index into the bit array. Savagely fast, and after 8 months, proved that the mainframe system we were getting the data from was in fact malfunctioning. The simplicity of bit arrays makes confidence in their correctness very high - vs a searching approach for example.
You can also run exactly same command at Cmd.exe command-line using PowerShell. I'd go with this approach for simplicity...
C:\>PowerShell -Command "temperature | prismcom.exe usb"
Please read up on Understanding the Windows PowerShell Pipeline
You can also type in C:\>PowerShell
at the command-line and it'll put you in PS C:\>
mode instanctly, where you can directly start writing PS.
Try this :
ImageView imageview = (ImageView)findViewById(R.id.your_imageview_id);
Bitmap bmp = BitmapFactory.decodeFile(new java.net.URL(your_url).openStream());
imageview.setImageBitmap(bmp);
You can also try this : Android-Universal-Image-Loader for efficiently loading your image from URL
public static class DateTimeExtensions
{
public static DateTime LastDayOfMonth(this DateTime date)
{
return date.AddDays(1-(date.Day)).AddMonths(1).AddDays(-1);
}
}
It's a member initialization list. You should find information about it in any good C++ book.
You should, in most cases, initialize all member objects in the member initialization list (however, do note the exceptions listed at the end of the FAQ entry).
The takeaway point from the FAQ entry is that,
All other things being equal, your code will run faster if you use initialization lists rather than assignment.
Above shown methods did not work for me, may be i am using bit old jquery, then finally the below shown code snippet works for - posting just in case somebody in my same position

I humbly submit a category to make this less annoying:
@interface NSData (EasyUTF8)
// Safely decode the bytes into a UTF8 string
- (NSString *)asUTF8String;
@end
and
@implementation NSData (EasyUTF8)
- (NSString *)asUTF8String {
return [[NSString alloc] initWithData:self encoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding];
}
@end
(Note that if you're not using ARC you'll need an autorelease
there.)
Now instead of the appallingly verbose:
NSData *data = ...
[[NSString alloc] initWithData:data encoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding];
You can do:
NSData *data = ...
[data asUTF8String];
if ( (strlen($ownerID) == 0) || ($ownerID == '0') || (empty($ownerID )) )
if $ownerID is NULL it will be triggered by the empty() test
Depends on where you want to use the email. If it's on the client side, without sending it to a PHP script, JQuery (or javascript) can do the trick.
I've created a fiddle to explain the same - http://jsfiddle.net/qHcpR/
It has an alert which goes off on load and when you click the textbox itself.
Take a clone of a remote repository and run git branch -a
(to show all the branches git knows about). It will probably look something like this:
* master
remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master
remotes/origin/master
Here, master
is a branch in the local repository. remotes/origin/master
is a branch named master
on the remote named origin
. You can refer to this as either origin/master
, as in:
git diff origin/master..master
You can also refer to it as remotes/origin/master
:
git diff remotes/origin/master..master
These are just two different ways of referring to the same thing (incidentally, both of these commands mean "show me the changes between the remote master
branch and my master
branch).
remotes/origin/HEAD
is the default branch
for the remote named origin
. This lets you simply say origin
instead of origin/master
.
^[^<>]+$
The caret in the character class ([^
) means match anything but, so this means, beginning of string, then one or more of anything except <
and >
, then the end of the string.
In my case, getter and setter dependencies were coming through lombok plugin (Using java with Spring). And in the new installation of intellij idea, I had not installed the lombok plugin. Installing the lombok plugin fixed it for me.
There is a solution to this if you really need a static access to the current context. In Startup.Configure(….)
app.Use(async (httpContext, next) =>
{
CallContext.LogicalSetData("CurrentContextKey", httpContext);
try
{
await next();
}
finally
{
CallContext.FreeNamedDataSlot("CurrentContextKey");
}
});
And when you need it you can get it with :
HttpContext context = CallContext.LogicalGetData("CurrentContextKey") as HttpContext;
I hope that helps. Keep in mind this workaround is when you don’t have a choice. The best practice is to use de dependency injection.
Note that on Python 3, it's not really fair to say any of:
str
s are UTFx for any x (eg. UTF8)
str
s are Unicode
str
s are ordered collections of Unicode characters
Python's str
type is (normally) a sequence of Unicode code points, some of which map to characters.
Even on Python 3, it's not as simple to answer this question as you might imagine.
An obvious way to test for ASCII-compatible strings is by an attempted encode:
"Hello there!".encode("ascii")
#>>> b'Hello there!'
"Hello there... ?!".encode("ascii")
#>>> Traceback (most recent call last):
#>>> File "", line 4, in <module>
#>>> UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\u2603' in position 15: ordinal not in range(128)
The error distinguishes the cases.
In Python 3, there are even some strings that contain invalid Unicode code points:
"Hello there!".encode("utf8")
#>>> b'Hello there!'
"\udcc3".encode("utf8")
#>>> Traceback (most recent call last):
#>>> File "", line 19, in <module>
#>>> UnicodeEncodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't encode character '\udcc3' in position 0: surrogates not allowed
The same method to distinguish them is used.
This kind of thing is not easy. Here is a method that calls a static method:
public static Object callStaticMethod(
// class that contains the static method
final Class<?> clazz,
// method name
final String methodName,
// optional method parameters
final Object... parameters) throws Exception{
for(final Method method : clazz.getMethods()){
if(method.getName().equals(methodName)){
final Class<?>[] paramTypes = method.getParameterTypes();
if(parameters.length != paramTypes.length){
continue;
}
boolean compatible = true;
for(int i = 0; i < paramTypes.length; i++){
final Class<?> paramType = paramTypes[i];
final Object param = parameters[i];
if(param != null && !paramType.isInstance(param)){
compatible = false;
break;
}
}
if(compatible){
return method.invoke(/* static invocation */null,
parameters);
}
}
}
throw new NoSuchMethodException(methodName);
}
Update: Wait, I just saw the gwt tag on the question. You can't use reflection in GWT
A bit late and not exactly suited here, but I'm gonna add my solution here, because my question had been closed as a duplicate of this one, and because this solution is completely different.
I needed a general way to instruct Json.NET
to prefer the most specific constructor for a user defined struct type, so I can omit the JsonConstructor
attributes which would add a dependency to the project where each such struct is defined.
I've reverse engineered a bit and implemented a custom contract resolver where I've overridden the CreateObjectContract
method to add my custom creation logic.
public class CustomContractResolver : DefaultContractResolver {
protected override JsonObjectContract CreateObjectContract(Type objectType)
{
var c = base.CreateObjectContract(objectType);
if (!IsCustomStruct(objectType)) return c;
IList<ConstructorInfo> list = objectType.GetConstructors(BindingFlags.Instance | BindingFlags.Public | BindingFlags.NonPublic).OrderBy(e => e.GetParameters().Length).ToList();
var mostSpecific = list.LastOrDefault();
if (mostSpecific != null)
{
c.OverrideCreator = CreateParameterizedConstructor(mostSpecific);
c.CreatorParameters.AddRange(CreateConstructorParameters(mostSpecific, c.Properties));
}
return c;
}
protected virtual bool IsCustomStruct(Type objectType)
{
return objectType.IsValueType && !objectType.IsPrimitive && !objectType.IsEnum && !objectType.Namespace.IsNullOrEmpty() && !objectType.Namespace.StartsWith("System.");
}
private ObjectConstructor<object> CreateParameterizedConstructor(MethodBase method)
{
method.ThrowIfNull("method");
var c = method as ConstructorInfo;
if (c != null)
return a => c.Invoke(a);
return a => method.Invoke(null, a);
}
}
I'm using it like this.
public struct Test {
public readonly int A;
public readonly string B;
public Test(int a, string b) {
A = a;
B = b;
}
}
var json = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(new Test(1, "Test"), new JsonSerializerSettings {
ContractResolver = new CustomContractResolver()
});
var t = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<Test>(json);
t.A.ShouldEqual(1);
t.B.ShouldEqual("Test");
Try adding these two lines to your code. I hope it will work. It worked for me :)
display.setLineWrap(true);
display.setWrapStyleWord(true);

If I correctly got what you want:
$rules = ['Fno' => 'digits_between:2,5', 'Lno' => 'numeric|min:2'];
or
$rules = ['Fno' => 'numeric|min:2|max:5', 'Lno' => 'numeric|min:2'];
For all the available rules: http://laravel.com/docs/4.2/validation#available-validation-rules
digits_between :min,max
The field under validation must have a length between the given min and max.
numeric
The field under validation must have a numeric value.
max:value
The field under validation must be less than or equal to a maximum value. Strings, numerics, and files are evaluated in the same fashion as the size rule.
min:value
The field under validation must have a minimum value. Strings, numerics, and files are evaluated in the same fashion as the size rule.
The problem with your code is :
String show[]= {rs4.getString(1)};
String actuate[]={rs4.getString(2)};
This will create a new array every time your loop (an not append as you might be assuming) and hence in the end you will have only one element per array.
Here is one more way to solve this :
StringBuilder sids = new StringBuilder ();
StringBuilder lids = new StringBuilder ();
while (rs4.next()) {
sids.append(rs4.getString(1)).append(" ");
lids.append(rs4.getString(2)).append(" ");
}
String show[] = sids.toString().split(" ");
String actuate[] = lids.toString().split(" ");
These arrays will have all the required element.
This is common issue, another way is to use DataTable object
DataTable dt = new DataTable();
dt.Columns.Add("column name");
dt.Rows.Add(new object[] { "Item 1" });
dt.Rows.Add(new object[] { "Item 2" });
dt.Rows.Add(new object[] { "Item 3" });
This problem is described in detail here: http://www.psworld.pl/Programming/BindingListOfString

Just to add to Andy Zhang's answer above, if you want to, you can give param to rl.addView, then make changes to it later, so:
params = new RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(30, 40);
params.leftMargin = 50;
params.topMargin = 60;
rl.addView(iv, params);
Could equally well be written as:
params = new RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(30, 40);
rl.addView(iv, params);
params.leftMargin = 50;
params.topMargin = 60;
So if you retain the params variable, you can change the layout of iv at any time after adding it to rl.
As explained in Python's super() considered super, one way is to have class eat the arguments it requires, and pass the rest on. Thus, when the call-chain reaches object
, all arguments have been eaten, and object.__init__
will be called without arguments (as it expects). So your code should look like this:
class A(object):
def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs):
print "A"
super(A, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
class B(object):
def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs):
print "B"
super(B, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
class C(A):
def __init__(self, arg, *args, **kwargs):
print "C","arg=",arg
super(C, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
class D(B):
def __init__(self, arg, *args, **kwargs):
print "D", "arg=",arg
super(D, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
class E(C,D):
def __init__(self, arg, *args, **kwargs):
print "E", "arg=",arg
super(E, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs)
print "MRO:", [x.__name__ for x in E.__mro__]
E(10, 20, 30)
You can create a helper method that accept a one object parameter base on error arguments
error(message: string, title?: string, autoHideAfter?: number){}
getError(args: { message: string, title?: string, autoHideAfter?: number }) {
return error(args.message, args.title, args.autoHideAfter);
}
I believe this is what you're looking for:
Convert Decimal Numbers to Text showing only the non-zero decimals
Especially this line might be helpful:
StringVar text := Totext ( {Your.NumberField} , 6 , "" ) ;
The first parameter is the decimal to be converted, the second parameter is the number of decimal places and the third parameter is the separator for thousands/millions etc.
Sure, use Enumerable.Distinct
.
Given a collection of obj
(e.g. foo
), you'd do something like this:
var distinctTypeIDs = foo.Select(x => x.typeID).Distinct();
The caret character works, however the next line should not start with double quotes. e.g. this will not work:
C:\ ^
"SampleText" ..
Start next line without double quotes (not a valid example, just to illustrate)
Include path of jar (jdbc driver) in classpath.
I have had the same error. When i check the code then i found that declare "GET" request in my angular (font-end) side and declare "POST" request in the ASP.net (back-end) side. Set POST/GET any one in both side. Then solved the error.

WHERE COL_NAME COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS LIKE '%priceorder%'
You can manage to have a pure CSS implementation with max-height
#main-image{
max-height: 0;
overflow: hidden;
background: red;
-prefix-animation: slide 1s ease 3.5s forwards;
}
@keyframes slide {
from {max-height: 0;}
to {max-height: 500px;}
}

and border
to 0, or simply padding-top
, padding-bottom
, margin-top
and margin-bottom
.

But this is usually not a nice way to align some content. You better put your different content in

tags and then use css for proper alignment.
You can also check out this post with useful extra info:
From Blogging Developer:
In order to understand the difference between keydown and keypress, it is useful to understand the difference between a "character" and a "key". A "key" is a physical button on the computer's keyboard while a "character" is a symbol typed by pressing a button. In theory, the keydown and keyup events represent keys being pressed or released, while the keypress event represents a character being typed. The implementation of the theory is not same in all browsers.
Note: You can also try out the Key Event Tester (available on the above-mentioned site) to understand this concept.
To specify a directory to search for (binary) libraries, you just use -L
:
-L/data[...]/lib
To specify the actual library name, you use -l
:
-lfoo # (links libfoo.a or libfoo.so)
To specify a directory to search for include files (different from libraries!) you use -I
:
-I/data[...]/lib
So I think what you want is something like
g++ -g -Wall -I/data[...]/lib testing.cpp fileparameters.cpp main.cpp -o test
These compiler flags (amongst others) can also be found at the GNU GCC Command Options manual:
Yes, there is a split
command. It will split a file by lines or bytes.
$ split --help
Usage: split [OPTION]... [INPUT [PREFIX]]
Output fixed-size pieces of INPUT to PREFIXaa, PREFIXab, ...; default
size is 1000 lines, and default PREFIX is `x'. With no INPUT, or when INPUT
is -, read standard input.
Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too.
-a, --suffix-length=N use suffixes of length N (default 2)
-b, --bytes=SIZE put SIZE bytes per output file
-C, --line-bytes=SIZE put at most SIZE bytes of lines per output file
-d, --numeric-suffixes use numeric suffixes instead of alphabetic
-l, --lines=NUMBER put NUMBER lines per output file
--verbose print a diagnostic just before each
output file is opened
--help display this help and exit
--version output version information and exit
SIZE may have a multiplier suffix:
b 512, kB 1000, K 1024, MB 1000*1000, M 1024*1024,
GB 1000*1000*1000, G 1024*1024*1024, and so on for T, P, E, Z, Y.
As already said here synchronized block can use user-defined variable as lock object, when synchronized function uses only "this". And of course you can manipulate with areas of your function which should be synchronized and so on.
But everyone says that no difference between synchronized function and block which covers whole function using "this" as lock object. That is not true, difference is in byte code which will be generated in both situations. In case of synchronized block usage should be allocated local variable which holds reference to "this". And as result we will have a little bit larger size of function (not relevant if you have only few number of functions).
More detailed explanation of the difference you can find here: http://www.artima.com/insidejvm/ed2/threadsynchP.html
Also usage of synchronized block is not good due to following point of view:
The synchronized keyword is very limited in one area: when exiting a synchronized block, all threads that are waiting for that lock must be unblocked, but only one of those threads gets to take the lock; all the others see that the lock is taken and go back to the blocked state. That's not just a lot of wasted processing cycles: often the context switch to unblock a thread also involves paging memory off the disk, and that's very, very, expensive.
For more details in this area I would recommend you read this article: http://java.dzone.com/articles/synchronized-considered
Use the -L
option to follow redirects:
curl -L https://github.com/pinard/Pymacs/tarball/v0.24-beta2 | tar zx
I think you're looking for this:
elements = [10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15]
indices = (1,1,2,1,5)
result_list = [elements[i] for i in indices]
The two structs are different. When you initialize the first struct, about 40 bytes of memory are allocated. When you initialize the second struct, about 10 bytesof memory are allocated. (Actual amount is architecture dependent)
You can use the string literals (string constants) to initalize character arrays. This is why
person p = {"John", "Doe",30};
works in the first example.
You cannot assign (in the conventional sense) a string in C.
The string literals you have ("John") are loaded into memory when your code executes. When you initialize an array with one of these literals, then the string is copied into a new memory location. In your second example, you are merely copying the pointer to (location of) the string literal. Doing something like:
char* string = "Hello";
*string = 'C'
might cause compile or runtime errors (I am not sure.) It is a bad idea because you are modifying the literal string "Hello" which, for example on a microcontroler, could be located in read-only memory.
Try using the overflow
CSS property. There are also separate properties to define the behaviour of just horizontal overflow (overflow-x
) and vertical overflow (overflow-y
).
Since you only want the vertical scroll, try this:
table {
height: 500px;
overflow-y: scroll;
}
EDIT:
Apparently <table>
elements don't respect the overflow
property. This appears to be because <table>
elements are not rendered as display: block
by default (they actually have their own display type). You can force the overflow
property to work by setting the <table>
element to be a block type:
table {
display: block;
height: 500px;
overflow-y: scroll;
}
Note that this will cause the element to have 100% width, so if you don't want it to take up the entire horizontal width of the page, you need to specify an explicit width for the element as well.
This does an in-memory copy that you can mutate independently.
original = CheckoutItem(title="test", ...)
copy = CheckoutItem()
for f in CheckoutItem._meta.fields:
setattr(copy, f.attname, getattr(original, f.attname))
Or, as a method:
def clone(self):
"""Returns a clone of this instance."""
clone = self.__class__()
for f in self.__class__._meta.fields:
setattr(clone, f.attname, getattr(self, f.attname))
return clone
I followed each of the suggestions here (I'm using Angular 7), but nothing worked. My app refused to acknowledge that @angular/material existed, so it showed an error on this line:
import { MatCheckboxModule } from '@angular/material';
Even though I was using the --save
parameter to add Angular Material to my project:
npm install --save @angular/material @angular/cdk
...it refused to add anything to my "package.json
" file.
I even tried deleting the package-lock.json
file, as some articles suggest that this causes problems, but this had no effect.
To fix this issue, I had to manually add these two lines to my "package.json
" file.
{
"devDependencies": {
...
"@angular/material": "~7.2.2",
"@angular/cdk": "~7.2.2",
...
What I can't tell is whether this is an issue related to using Angular 7, or if it's been around for years....
If you simply moved the folder with flutter binary executable as I did, then I suggest following:
echo $PATH
to point to the correct folder. Use export PATH="$PATH:$HOME/flutter/bin"
or whatever you need (and you can also include this into your ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc). Use source ~/.bashrc
to update it without exiting the current terminal windowflutter clean
will clean the build/ folder with old pathsflutter doctor
just to make sure everything is installed in the OS correctlyafter that you should be able to flutter run
which will build a new app.
For me, the solution is:
Check Overwrite the existing database(WITH REPLACE) in optoins tab at left hand side.
Uncheck all other options.
Select source and destination database.
Click ok.
That's it.
I'm using rather specified charset (ISO-8859-2) because not every mail system (for example: http://10minutemail.com) can read UTF-8 mails. If you need this:
function utf8_to_latin2($str)
{
return iconv ( 'utf-8', 'ISO-8859-2' , $str );
}
function my_mail($to,$s,$text,$form, $reply)
{
mail($to,utf8_to_latin2($s),utf8_to_latin2($text),
"From: $form\r\n".
"Reply-To: $reply\r\n".
"X-Mailer: PHP/" . phpversion());
}
I have made another mailer function, because apple device could not read well the previous version.
function utf8mail($to,$s,$body,$from_name="x",$from_a = "[email protected]", $reply="[email protected]")
{
$s= "=?utf-8?b?".base64_encode($s)."?=";
$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";
$headers.= "From: =?utf-8?b?".base64_encode($from_name)."?= <".$from_a.">\r\n";
$headers.= "Content-Type: text/plain;charset=utf-8\r\n";
$headers.= "Reply-To: $reply\r\n";
$headers.= "X-Mailer: PHP/" . phpversion();
mail($to, $s, $body, $headers);
}
As my experience, I suggest you should generate keys from putty, should not generate from linux side. Because the key will be old PEM format. Anyway, just my suggestion. I did as steps below and worked fine with me and with my team.
Generate a key pair with PuTTYGen.exe on your local (type: RSA, length: 2048 bits).
Save private/public key as "id_rsa.ppk/id_rsa.pub" files on your local.
Create "authorized_keys" file on your local, then enter the public key in "id_rsa.pub" to "authorized_keys". Remember content has to begin with "ssh-rsa" and one line only.
Run these commands:
chmod 700 .ssh
chmod 600 .ssh/authorized_keys
chown $USER:$USER .ssh -R
Test your connect setting by load the private key "id_rsa.ppk" in the PuTTY.exe profile, then click open (put your passphrase if have).
My version:
Function Test-RegistryValue($Key, $Name)
{
(Get-ChildItem (Split-Path -Parent -Path $Key) | Where-Object {$_.PSChildName -eq (Split-Path -Leaf $Key)}).Property -contains $Name
}
If your project is on a movie or TV, or anything that has a script, it looks like you definitely want to look at the work of Mark Everingham et al.. The software is available, as are the results on a Buffy episode.
You could also use it clean and simple (but wrong! because you should use format
like Mark Byers said) by doing:
print 'This is my %s formatted with %d arguments' % ('string', 2)
