Just enable parsing of the autoexec.bat in the registry, using these instructions.
:: works only on windows vista and earlier
Run REGEDT32.EXE.
Modify the following value within HKEY_CURRENT_USER:
Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\ParseAutoexec
1 = autoexec.bat is parsed
0 = autoexec.bat is not parsed
I found that because I was using a network-oriented command in my rc.local
, sometimes it would fail. I fixed this by putting sleep 3
at the top of my script. I don't know why but it seems when the script is run the network interfaces aren't properly configured or something, and this just allows some time for the DHCP server or something. I don't fully understand but I suppose you could give it a try.
Since the file is modified by both, Either you need to add it by
git add Whereami.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace/xcuserdatauser.xcuserdatad/UserInterfaceState.xcuserstate
Or if you would like to ignore yoyr changes, then do
git reset HEAD Whereami.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace/xcuserdatauser.xcuserdatad/UserInterfaceState.xcuserstate
After that just switch your branch.This should do the trick.
Python treats \
in literal string in a special way.
This is so you can type '\n'
to mean newline or '\t'
to mean tab
Since '\&'
doesn't mean anything special to Python, instead of causing an error, the Python lexical analyser implicitly adds the extra \
for you.
Really it is better to use \\&
or r'\&'
instead of '\&'
The r
here means raw string and means that \
isn't treated specially unless it is right before the quote character at the start of the string.
In the interactive console, Python uses repr
to display the result, so that is why you see the double '\'. If you print
your string or use len(string)
you will see that it is really only the 2 characters
Some examples
>>> 'Here\'s a backslash: \\'
"Here's a backslash: \\"
>>> print 'Here\'s a backslash: \\'
Here's a backslash: \
>>> 'Here\'s a backslash: \\. Here\'s a double quote: ".'
'Here\'s a backslash: \\. Here\'s a double quote: ".'
>>> print 'Here\'s a backslash: \\. Here\'s a double quote: ".'
Here's a backslash: \. Here's a double quote ".
To Clarify the point Peter makes in his comment see this link
Unlike Standard C, all unrecognized escape sequences are left in the string unchanged, i.e., the backslash is left in the string. (This behavior is useful when debugging: if an escape sequence is mistyped, the resulting output is more easily recognized as broken.) It is also important to note that the escape sequences marked as “(Unicode only)” in the table above fall into the category of unrecognized escapes for non-Unicode string literals.
Just tell request that you are using json:true and forget about header and parse
var options = {
hostname: '127.0.0.1',
port: app.get('port'),
path: '/users',
method: 'GET',
json:true
}
request(options, function(error, response, body){
if(error) console.log(error);
else console.log(body);
});
and the same for post
var options = {
hostname: '127.0.0.1',
port: app.get('port'),
path: '/users',
method: 'POST',
json: {"name":"John", "lastname":"Doe"}
}
request(options, function(error, response, body){
if(error) console.log(error);
else console.log(body);
});

Set the scrollable div to have a max-size
and add overflow-y: scroll;
to it's properties.
Edit: trying to get the jsfiddle to work, but it's not scrolling properly. This will take some time to figure out.
Will take you to the master branch.
git checkout master
To switch to other branches do (ignore the square brackets, it's just for emphasis purposes)
git checkout [the name of the branch you want to switch to]
To create a new branch use the -b like this (ignore the square brackets, it's just for emphasis purposes)
git checkout -b [the name of the branch you want to create]
just do:
type version.txt
and it will be displayed as if you typed:
set /p Build=<version.txt
echo %Build%
Because your question is phrased regarding your error message and not whatever your function is trying to accomplish, I will address the error.
-
is the 'binary operator' your error is referencing, and either CurrentDay
or MA
(or both) are non-numeric.
A binary operation is a calculation that takes two values (operands) and produces another value (see wikipedia for more). +
is one such operator: "1 + 1" takes two operands (1 and 1) and produces another value (2). Note that the produced value isn't necessarily different from the operands (e.g., 1 + 0 = 1).
R only knows how to apply +
(and other binary operators, such as -
) to numeric arguments:
> 1 + 1
[1] 2
> 1 + 'one'
Error in 1 + "one" : non-numeric argument to binary operator
When you see that error message, it means that you are (or the function you're calling is) trying to perform a binary operation with something that isn't a number.
EDIT:
Your error lies in the use of [
instead of [[
. Because Day
is a list, subsetting with [
will return a list, not a numeric vector. [[
, however, returns an object of the class of the item contained in the list:
> Day <- Transaction(1, 2)["b"]
> class(Day)
[1] "list"
> Day + 1
Error in Day + 1 : non-numeric argument to binary operator
> Day2 <- Transaction(1, 2)[["b"]]
> class(Day2)
[1] "numeric"
> Day2 + 1
[1] 3
Transaction
, as you've defined it, returns a list of two vectors. Above, Day
is a list contain one vector. Day2
, however, is simply a vector.
You can remove the whitespaces via css using white-space so you can keep your pretty HTML layout. Don't forget to set the white-space back to normal again if you want your text to wrap inside the columns.
Tested in IE9, Chrome 18, FF 12
.container { white-space: nowrap; }
.column { display: inline-block; width: 50%; white-space: normal; }
<div class="container">
<div class="column">text that can wrap</div>
<div class="column">text that can wrap</div>
</div>
Try changing your code to
// Get the currently selected row using the SelectedRow property.
GridViewRow row = dgCustomer.SelectedRow;
// And you respective cell's value
TextBox1.Text = row.Cells[1].Text
UPDATE: (based on my comment) If all what you are trying to get is the primary key value for the selected row then an alternate approach is to set
datakeynames="yourprimarykey"
for the gridview definition which can be accessed from the code behind like below.
TextBox1.Text = CustomersGridView.SelectedValue.ToString();
At the moment GoogleMap.getMyLocation() always returns null under every circumstance.
There are currently two bug reports towards Google, that I know of, Issue 40932 and Issue 4644.
Implementing a LocationListener as brought up earlier would be incorrect because the LocationListener would be out of sync with the LocationOverlay within the new API that you are trying to use.
Following the tutorial on Vogella's Site, linked earlier by Pramod J George, would give you directions for the Older Google Maps API.
So I apologize for not giving you a method to retrieve your location by that means. For now the locationListener may be the only means to do it, but I'm sure Google is working on fixing the issue within the new API.
Also sorry for not posting more links, StackOverlow thinks I'm spam because I have no rep.
---- Update on February 4th, 2013 ----
Google has stated that the issue will be fixed in the next update to the Google Maps API via Issue 4644. I am not sure when the update will occur, but once it does I will edit this post again.
---- Update on April 10th, 2013 ----
Google has stated the issue has been fixed via Issue 4644. It should work now.
We use Quack to pull a specific module from another Git repository. We need to pull code without the whole code base of the provided repository - we need a very specific module / file from that huge repository and should be updated every time we run update.
So we achieved it in this way:
Create configuration
name: Project Name
modules:
local/path:
repository: https://github.com/<username>/<repo>.git
path: repo/path
branch: dev
other/local/path/filename.txt:
repository: https://github.com/<username>/<repo>.git
hexsha: 9e3e9642cfea36f4ae216d27df100134920143b9
path: repo/path/filename.txt
profiles:
init:
tasks: ['modules']
With the above configuration, it creates one directory from the provided GitHub repository as specified in first module configuration, and the other one is to pull and create a file from the given repository.
Other developers just need to run
$ quack
And it pulls the code from the above configurations.
These are the steps that worked for me (debian behind firewall on the server side, reached over VPN from my local Mac):
check server ip
hostname -i
use JVM params:
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=[jmx port]
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.local.only=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false
-Djava.rmi.server.hostname=[server ip from step 1]
run application
find pid of the running java process
check all ports used by JMX/RMI
netstat -lp | grep [pid from step 4]
open all ports from step 5 on the firewall
Voila.
Note there is a mysqldbcopy command as part of the add on mysql utilities.... https://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-utilities/1.5/en/utils-task-clone-db.html
In my view, "Explicit is always better than implicit." Because at some point, you may got confused with this increments statement y+ = x++ + ++y
. A good programmer always makes his or her code more readable.
You just have to reset the values you don't want to their defaults. No need to get into a mess by using !important
.
#zoomTarget .slikezamenjanje img {
max-height: auto;
padding-right: 0px;
}
I think the key datum you are missing is that CSS comes with default values. If you want to override a value, set it back to its default, which you can look up.
For example, all CSS height
and width
attributes default to auto
.
Often an application needs to execute different functions based upon its context/state. For this, we use a variable where we would store the information about the function to be called. ?According to its need the application will set this variable with the information about function to be called and will call the function using the same variable.
In javascript, the example is below. Here we use method argument as a variable where we store information about function.
function processArray(arr, callback) {
var resultArr = new Array();
for (var i = arr.length-1; i >= 0; i--)
resultArr[i] = callback(arr[i]);
return resultArr;
}
var arr = [1, 2, 3, 4];
var arrReturned = processArray(arr, function(arg) {return arg * -1;});
// arrReturned would be [-1, -2, -3, -4]
Occasionally when a disk runs out of space, the message "transaction log for database XXXXXXXXXX is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'" will be returned when an update SQL statement fails. Check your diskspace :)
According to pip documentation at
http://pip.readthedocs.org/en/stable/user_guide/#configuration
You will need to specify the default install location within a pip.ini file, which, also according to the website above is usually located as follows
On Unix and Mac OS X the configuration file is: $HOME/.pip/pip.conf
On Windows, the configuration file is: %HOME%\pip\pip.ini
The %HOME% is located in C:\Users\Bob
on windows assuming your name is Bob
On linux the $HOME
directory can be located by using cd ~
You may have to create the pip.ini
file when you find your pip directory. Within your pip.ini
or pip.config
you will then need to put (assuming your on windows) something like
[global]
target=C:\Users\Bob\Desktop
Except that you would replace C:\Users\Bob\Desktop
with whatever path you desire. If you are on Linux you would replace it with something like /usr/local/your/path
After saving the command would then be
pip install pandas
However, the program you install might assume it will be installed in a certain directory and might not work as a result of being installed elsewhere.
Checking Google's index page is another way to do it:
#!/bin/bash
WGET="/usr/bin/wget"
$WGET -q --tries=20 --timeout=10 http://www.google.com -O /tmp/google.idx &> /dev/null
if [ ! -s /tmp/google.idx ]
then
echo "Not Connected..!"
else
echo "Connected..!"

Nowadays with HTML5, it's pretty simple:
<input type="search" placeholder="Search..."/>
Most modern browsers will automatically render a usable clear button in the field by default.
(If you use Bootstrap, you'll have to add an override to your css file to make it show)
input[type=search]::-webkit-search-cancel-button {
-webkit-appearance: searchfield-cancel-button;
}
Safari/WebKit browsers can also provide extra features when using type="search"
, like results=5
and autosave="..."
, but they also override many of your styles (e.g. height, borders) . To prevent those overrides, while still retaining functionality like the X button, you can add this to your css:
input[type=search] {
-webkit-appearance: none;
}
See css-tricks.com for more info about the features provided by type="search"
.

Powershell.exe -executionpolicy ByPass -File Rep.ps1
if exist Rep.ps1 del Rep.ps1
echo Done
pause

I found a very good jquery plugin that can ease your life with this type of operation. You can checkout https://github.com/ocombe/jQuery-keepAlive.
$.fn.keepAlive({url: 'your-route/filename', timer: 'time'}, function(response) {
console.log(response);
});//
Try this..

I couldn't find a better algorithm..so decided to write one :) Correct me if this is wrong.
class KthLargestBST{
protected static int findKthSmallest(BSTNode root,int k){//user calls this function
int [] result=findKthSmallest(root,k,0);//I call another function inside
return result[1];
}
private static int[] findKthSmallest(BSTNode root,int k,int count){//returns result[]2 array containing count in rval[0] and desired element in rval[1] position.
if(root==null){
int[] i=new int[2];
i[0]=-1;
i[1]=-1;
return i;
}else{
int rval[]=new int[2];
int temp[]=new int[2];
rval=findKthSmallest(root.leftChild,k,count);
if(rval[0]!=-1){
count=rval[0];
}
count++;
if(count==k){
rval[1]=root.data;
}
temp=findKthSmallest(root.rightChild,k,(count));
if(temp[0]!=-1){
count=temp[0];
}
if(temp[1]!=-1){
rval[1]=temp[1];
}
rval[0]=count;
return rval;
}
}
public static void main(String args[]){
BinarySearchTree bst=new BinarySearchTree();
bst.insert(6);
bst.insert(8);
bst.insert(7);
bst.insert(4);

bst.insert(12);
bst.insert(18);

System.out.println();
System.out.println(findKthSmallest(bst.root,11));

And just in case, if you want to find the coordinates of 'nan' for all the columns instead (supposing they are all numericals), here you go:
df = pd.DataFrame([[0,1,3,4,np.nan,2],[3,5,6,np.nan,3,3]])
df
0 1 2 3 4 5
0 0 1 3 4.0 NaN 2
1 3 5 6 NaN 3.0 3
np.where(np.asanyarray(np.isnan(df)))
(array([0, 1]), array([4, 3]))
This is not possible, it will give you a compile time error,
You can use array for this type of requirement .
For your Reference :
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa288453%28v=vs.71%29.aspx
My requirement was to keep the password in a config file in encrypted form and decrypt when the program runs. For this I used the jasypt
library (jasypt-1.9.3.jar
). This is a very good library and we can accomplish the task with just 4 lines of code.
First, after adding jar to my project I imported the below library.
import org.jasypt.util.text.AES256TextEncryptor;
Then I created the below method. I then called this method by passing the text which I need to encrypt in password
parameter. Using aesEncryptor.encrypt
method, I encrypted the password which is stored to the myEncryptedPassword
variable.
public void EncryptPassword(String password)
{
AES256TextEncryptor aesEncryptor = new AES256TextEncryptor();
aesEncryptor.setPassword("mypassword");
String myEncryptedPassword = aesEncryptor.encrypt(password);
System.out.println(myEncryptedPassword );
}
You might have noticed the method setPassword
method and the value mypassword
is used in the above code. This is to make sure that no one can decrypt the password even if they use the encrypted password using the same library.
Now I can see the value in the myEncryptedPassword
variable something like h9oJ4P5P8ToRy38wvK11PUQCBrT1oH/zbMWuMrbOlI0rfZrj+qSg6f/u0jctOs/ZUf9t3shiwnEt05/nq8bnag==
. This is the encrypted password. Keep this value in the config file.
I then created the below method to decrypt the password to be used in my program. The value of passwordFromConfigFile
is the encrypted text which I got from the EncryptPassword
method. Note that you have to use the same password in the aesEncryptor.setPassword
method that you used to encrypt the password.
public String DecryptPassword(String passwordFromConfigFile)
{
AES256TextEncryptor aesEncryptor = new AES256TextEncryptor();
aesEncryptor.setPassword("mypassword");
String decryptedPassword = aesEncryptor.decrypt(passwordFromConfigFile);
return decryptedPassword;
}
The variable decryptedPassword
will now have the decrypted password value.
Can't you just use Select?
Use select on a connected socket. If the select returns with your socket as Ready but the subsequent Receive returns 0 bytes that means the client disconnected the connection. AFAIK, that is the fastest way to determine if the client disconnected.
I do not know C# so just ignore if my solution does not fit in C# (C# does provide select though) or if I had misunderstood the context.
pathlib
module (python's object-oriented filesystem paths)Just for kicks, this is perhaps the latest pythonic version of the solution.
from pathlib import Path
path = Path(f'{player}.txt')
path.touch() # default exists_ok=True
with path.open('a') as highscore:
highscore.write(f'Username:{player}')
There is also difference in way that return results are processed (its called chaining, done
doesn't chain while then
produces call chains)
promise.then(function (x) { // Suppose promise returns "abc"
console.log(x);
return 123;
}).then(function (x){
console.log(x);
}).then(function (x){
console.log(x)
})
The following results will get logged:
abc
123
undefined
While
promise.done(function (x) { // Suppose promise returns "abc"
console.log(x);
return 123;
}).done(function (x){
console.log(x);
}).done(function (x){
console.log(x)
})
will get the following:
abc
abc
abc
---------- Update:
Btw. I forgot to mention, if you return a Promise instead of atomic type value, the outer promise will wait until inner promise resolves:
promise.then(function (x) { // Suppose promise returns "abc"
console.log(x);
return $http.get('/some/data').then(function (result) {
console.log(result); // suppose result === "xyz"
return result;
});
}).then(function (result){
console.log(result); // result === xyz
}).then(function (und){
console.log(und) // und === undefined, because of absence of return statement in above then
})
in this way it becomes very straightforward to compose parallel or sequential asynchronous operations such as:
// Parallel http requests
promise.then(function (x) { // Suppose promise returns "abc"
console.log(x);
var promise1 = $http.get('/some/data?value=xyz').then(function (result) {
console.log(result); // suppose result === "xyz"
return result;
});
var promise2 = $http.get('/some/data?value=uvm').then(function (result) {
console.log(result); // suppose result === "uvm"
return result;
});
return promise1.then(function (result1) {
return promise2.then(function (result2) {
return { result1: result1, result2: result2; }
});
});
}).then(function (result){
console.log(result); // result === { result1: 'xyz', result2: 'uvm' }
}).then(function (und){
console.log(und) // und === undefined, because of absence of return statement in above then
})
The above code issues two http requests in parallel thus making the requests complete sooner, while below those http requests are being run sequentially thus reducing server load
// Sequential http requests
promise.then(function (x) { // Suppose promise returns "abc"
console.log(x);
return $http.get('/some/data?value=xyz').then(function (result1) {
console.log(result1); // suppose result1 === "xyz"
return $http.get('/some/data?value=uvm').then(function (result2) {
console.log(result2); // suppose result2 === "uvm"
return { result1: result1, result2: result2; };
});
});
}).then(function (result){
console.log(result); // result === { result1: 'xyz', result2: 'uvm' }
}).then(function (und){
console.log(und) // und === undefined, because of absence of return statement in above then
})
Use character classes. A character class beginning with caret will match anything not in the class.
[^,;]
Yes.
This is so that you can control how the class is instantiated. If you make the constructor private, and then create a visible constructor method that returns instances of the class, you can do things like limit the number of creations (typically, guarantee there is exactly one instance) or recycle instances or other construction-related tasks.
Doing new x()
never returns null
, but using the factory pattern, you can return null
, or even return different subtypes.
You might use it also for a class which has no instance members or properties, just static ones - as in a utility function class.
In one line:
String niceFormattedJson = JsonWriter.formatJson(jsonString)
or
System.out.println(JsonWriter.formatJson(jsonString.toString()));
The json-io libray (https://github.com/jdereg/json-io) is a small (75K) library with no other dependencies than the JDK.
In addition to pretty-printing JSON, you can serialize Java objects (entire Java object graphs with cycles) to JSON, as well as read them in.
A simple generator function
def my_gen():
n = 1
print('This is printed first')
# Generator function contains yield statements
yield n
n += 1
print('This is printed second')
yield n
n += 1
print('This is printed at last')
yield n
yield statement pauses the function saving all its states and later continues from there on successive calls.
while 1:
root.update()
... is (very!) roughly similar to:
root.mainloop()
The difference is, mainloop
is the correct way to code and the infinite loop is subtly incorrect. I suspect, though, that the vast majority of the time, either will work. It's just that mainloop
is a much cleaner solution. After all, calling mainloop
is essentially this under the covers:
while the_window_has_not_been_destroyed():
wait_until_the_event_queue_is_not_empty()
event = event_queue.pop()
event.handle()
... which, as you can see, isn't much different than your own while loop. So, why create your own infinite loop when tkinter already has one you can use?
Put in the simplest terms possible: always call mainloop
as the last logical line of code in your program. That's how Tkinter was designed to be used.
Your second for loop should have j++ instead of i++
In my case "el-ri-1.0.jar" was missing.

There is a slightly simpler workaround that works with LINQ to Entities:
var result = from entry in table
where entry.something == value || (value == null && entry.something == null)
select entry;
This works becasuse, as AZ noticed, LINQ to Entities special cases x == null (i.e. an equality comparison against the null constant) and translates it to x IS NULL.
We are currently considering changing this behavior to introduce the compensating comparisons automatically if both sides of the equality are nullable. There are a couple of challenges though:
In any case, whether we get to work on this is going to depend greatly on the relative priority our customers assign to it. If you care about the issue, I encourage you to vote for it in our new Feature Suggestion site: https://data.uservoice.com.
In MySQL, I use <>
to preferentially place specific rows at the front of a sort request.
For instance, under the column topic
, I have the classifications of 'Chair', 'Metabolomics', 'Proteomics', and 'Endocrine'. I always want to list any individual(s) with the topic 'Chair', first, and then list the other members in alphabetical order based on their topic
and then their name_last
.
I do this with:
SELECT scicom_list ORDER BY topic <> 'Chair',topic,name_last;
This outputs the rows in the order of:
Chair
Endocrine
Metabolomics
Proteomics
Notice that topic <> 'Chair'
is used to select all the rows with 'Chair' first. It then sorts the rows where topic = Chair
by name_last
.*
*This is a bit counterintuitive since <>
equals !=
based on other feedback in this post.
This syntax can also be used to prioritize multiple categories. For instance, if I want to have "Chair" and then "Vice Chair" listed before the rest of the topics, I use the following
SELECT scicom_list ORDER BY topic <> 'Chair',topic <> 'Vice Chair',topic,name_last;
This outputs the rows in the order of:
Chair
Vice Chair
Endocrine
Metabolomics
Proteomics
The numpy and scipy libraries include the composite trapezoidal (numpy.trapz) and Simpson's (scipy.integrate.simps) rules.
Here's a simple example. In both trapz
and simps
, the argument dx=5
indicates that the spacing of the data along the x axis is 5 units.
from __future__ import print_function
import numpy as np
from scipy.integrate import simps
from numpy import trapz
# The y values. A numpy array is used here,
# but a python list could also be used.
y = np.array([5, 20, 4, 18, 19, 18, 7, 4])
# Compute the area using the composite trapezoidal rule.
area = trapz(y, dx=5)
print("area =", area)
# Compute the area using the composite Simpson's rule.
area = simps(y, dx=5)
print("area =", area)
Output:
area = 452.5
area = 460.0
You can:
mkdir -p folder/subfolder
The -p
flag causes any parent directories to be created if necessary.
The shortcut command for --upgrade
:
pip install Django --upgrade
Is:
pip install Django -U
use this
if (userProfile.AccountType == AccountType.Retailer)
{
...
}
If you want to get int from your AccountType enum and compare it (don't know why) do this:
if((int)userProfile.AccountType == 1)
{
...
}
Objet reference not set to an instance of an object
exception is because your userProfile is null and you are getting property of null. Check in debug why it's not set.
EDIT (thanks to @Rik and @KonradMorawski) :
Maybe you can do some check before:
if(userProfile!=null)
{
}
or
if(userProfile==null)
{
throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(userProfile)); // or any other exception
}
In the above solution, repeated here:
f = open('file.txt', 'r')
try:
# do stuff with f
finally:
f.close()
if something bad happens (you never know ...) after opening the file successfully and before the try, the file will not be closed, so a safer solution is:
f = None
try:
f = open('file.txt', 'r')
# do stuff with f
finally:
if f is not None:
f.close()
Here are a couple of quick functions I use when bash scripting Kafka Data Load into Demo Environments. In this example I use HDP with no security, but it is easily modified to other environments and intended to be quick and functional rather than particularly robust.
The first retrieves the address of the first ZooKeeper node from the config:
ZKS1=$(cat /usr/hdp/current/zookeeper-client/conf/zoo.cfg | grep server.1)
[[ ${ZKS1} =~ server.1=(.*?):[0-9]*:[0-9]* ]]
export ZKADDR=${BASH_REMATCH[1]}:2181
echo "using ZooKeeper Server $ZKADDR"
The second retrieves the Broker IDs from ZooKeeper:
echo "Fetching list of Kafka Brokers"
export BROKERIDS=$(/usr/hdp/current/kafka-broker/bin/zookeeper-shell.sh ${ZKADDR} <<< 'ls /brokers/ids' | tail -1)
export BROKERIDS=${BROKERIDS//[!0-9 ]/}
echo "Found Kafka Broker IDS: $BROKERIDS"
The third parses ZooKeeper again to retrieve the list of Kafka Brokers Host:port ready for use in the command-line client:
unset BROKERS
for i in $BROKERIDS
do
DETAIL=$(/usr/hdp/current/kafka-broker/bin/zookeeper-shell.sh ${ZKADDR} <<< "get /brokers/ids/$i")
[[ $DETAIL =~ PLAINTEXT:\/\/(.*?)\"\] ]]
if [ -z ${BROKERS+x} ]; then BROKERS=${BASH_REMATCH[1]}; else
BROKERS="${BROKERS},${BASH_REMATCH[1]}"; fi
done
echo "Found Brokerlist: $BROKERS"
You normally forward the request to a JSP for display. JSP is a view technology which provides a template to write plain vanilla HTML/CSS/JS in and provides ability to interact with backend Java code/variables with help of taglibs and EL. You can control the page flow with taglibs like JSTL. You can set any backend data as an attribute in any of the request, session or application scope and use EL (the ${}
things) in JSP to access/display them. You can put JSP files in /WEB-INF
folder to prevent users from directly accessing them without invoking the preprocessing servlet.
Kickoff example:
@WebServlet("/hello")
public class HelloWorldServlet extends HttpServlet {
@Override
protected void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException, IOException {
String message = "Hello World";
request.setAttribute("message", message); // This will be available as ${message}
request.getRequestDispatcher("/WEB-INF/hello.jsp").forward(request, response);
}
}
And /WEB-INF/hello.jsp
look like:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<title>SO question 2370960</title>
</head>
<body>
<p>Message: ${message}</p>
</body>
</html>
When opening http://localhost:8080/contextpath/hello this will show
Message: Hello World
in the browser.
This keeps the Java code free from HTML clutter and greatly improves maintainability. To learn and practice more with servlets, continue with below links.
Also browse the "Frequent" tab of all questions tagged [servlets] to find frequently asked questions.
No, using sessions does not necessarily violate RESTfulness. If you adhere to the REST precepts and constraints, then using sessions - to maintain state - will simply be superfluous. After all, RESTfulness requires that the server not maintain state.
If you look up continue and break they accept a "Label". Experiment with that. Goto itself won't work.
public class BreakContinueWithLabel {
public static void main(String args[]) {
int[] numbers= new int[]{100,18,21,30};
//Outer loop checks if number is multiple of 2
OUTER: //outer label
for(int i = 0; i<numbers.length; i++){
if(i % 2 == 0){
System.out.println("Odd number: " + i +
", continue from OUTER label");
continue OUTER;
}
INNER:
for(int j = 0; j<numbers.length; j++){
System.out.println("Even number: " + i +
", break from INNER label");
break INNER;
}
}
}
}
From Tomcat Documentation
maxConnections When this number has been reached, the server will accept, but not process, one further connection. once the limit has been reached, the operating system may still accept connections based on the acceptCount setting. (The maximum queue length for incoming connection requests when all possible request processing threads are in use. Any requests received when the queue is full will be refused. The default value is 100.) For BIO the default is the value of maxThreads unless an Executor is used in which case the default will be the value of maxThreads from the executor. For NIO and NIO2 the default is 10000. For APR/native, the default is 8192. Note that for APR/native on Windows, the configured value will be reduced to the highest multiple of 1024 that is less than or equal to maxConnections. This is done for performance reasons.
maxThreads
The maximum number of request processing threads to be created by this Connector, which therefore determines the maximum number of simultaneous requests that can be handled. If not specified, this attribute is set to 200. If an executor is associated with this connector, this attribute is ignored as the connector will execute tasks using the executor rather than an internal thread pool.
simple way:

This code is from my typescript project but could be rearranged to pure javascript
MooTools (My Object Oriented Tools) is centered on the idea of classes. You can even extend and implement with inheritance.
When mastered, it makes for ridiculously reusable, powerful javascript.
A modulable version with JQuery, add this at the end of your file:
<script>
$(function() {
$('img[data-src-error]').error(function() {
var o = $(this);
var errorSrc = o.attr('data-src-error');
if (o.attr('src') != errorSrc) {
o.attr('src', errorSrc);
}
});
});
</script>
and on your img
tag:
<img src="..." data-src-error="..." />
Assuming you have a Z:
drive mapped:
Get-ChildItem -Path "Z:" -Recurse | Where-Object { !$PsIsContainer -and [System.IO.Path]::GetFileNameWithoutExtension($_.Name) -eq "hosts" }
Use case match for early return purpose. It will force you to declare all return branches explicitly, preventing the careless mistake of forgetting to write return somewhere.
Great answers from a couple of years ago. Now Bitbucket has made it easier.
Tag the Commit you want to download (as mentioned in answer by Rudy Matela).
Then head over to Downloads and click the "Tags" tab and you'll get multiple options for download.
If you want to avoid the fopen/fputcsv sub-systems here's a snippet that builds an escaped CSV string from an associative array....
$output = '';
foreach ($list as $row) {
$output .= '"' . implode('", "', array_values($row)) . '"' . "\r\n";
}
Or from a list of objects...
foreach ($list as $obj) {
$output .= '"' . implode('", "', array_values((array) $obj)) . '"' . "\r\n";
}
Then you can output the string as desired.
This was happening to me when I had to fix an old project that had not been looked at in a while. The chromedriver associated to the project was not compatible with my version of chrome, so when I updated the chromedriver it worked fine.
Check the trees.config file which located in config folder... sometimes (I don't know why) this file became to be empty like someone delete the content inside... keep backup up of this file in your local pc then when this error appear - replace the server file with your local file. This is what i do when this error happened.
check the available space on the server. sometimes this is the problem.
Good luck.
My favorite approach, without external libraries:
try {
URI uri = new URI(name);
// perform checks for scheme, authority, host, etc., based on your requirements
if ("mailto".equals(uri.getScheme()) {/*Code*/}
if (uri.getHost() == null) {/*Code*/}
} catch (URISyntaxException e) {
}
See below, it will give you sorted ascending and descending both
import java.util.Arrays;
import java.util.Collections;
public class SortTestArray {
/**
* Example method for sorting an Integer array
* in reverse & normal order.
*/
public void sortIntArrayReverseOrder() {
Integer[] arrayToSort = new Integer[] {
new Integer(48),
new Integer(5),
new Integer(89),
new Integer(80),
new Integer(81),
new Integer(23),
new Integer(45),
new Integer(16),
new Integer(2)
};
System.out.print("General Order is : ");
for (Integer i : arrayToSort) {
System.out.print(i.intValue() + " ");
}
Arrays.sort(arrayToSort);
System.out.print("\n\nAscending Order is : ");
for (Integer i : arrayToSort) {
System.out.print(i.intValue() + " ");
}
Arrays.sort(arrayToSort, Collections.reverseOrder());
System.out.print("\n\nDescinding Order is : ");
for (Integer i : arrayToSort) {
System.out.print(i.intValue() + " ");
}
}
/**
* @param args the command line arguments
*/
public static void main(String[] args) {
SortTestArray SortTestArray = new SortTestArray();
SortTestArray.sortIntArrayReverseOrder();
}}
Output will be
General Order is : 48 5 89 80 81 23 45 16 2
Ascending Order is : 2 5 16 23 45 48 80 81 89
Descinding Order is : 89 81 80 48 45 23 16 5 2
Note: You can use Math.ranodm instead of adding manual numbers. Let me know if I need to change the code...
Good Luck... Cheers!!!
I have solved this problem by using the following code segment:
private void jTextField1KeyTyped(java.awt.event.KeyEvent evt) {
boolean max = jTextField1.getText().length() > 4;
if ( max ){
evt.consume();
}
}
I take it you are asking what the return value is in the comparison function.
If the dates are equal then returning NSOrderedSame
If ascending ( 2nd arg > 1st arg ) return NSOrderedAscending
If descending ( 2nd arg < 1st arg ) return NSOrderedDescending
This is not another code as you have already helped yourself; but for you to take a look at the performance when using Excel functions in VBA.
PS:
**On a latter note, if you wish to do pattern matching
then you may consider ScriptingObject **Regex
.
What about this solution?

The only draw back I see is that the include guard doesn't save you if you include it twice in the same file.
This happens when a piped program (e.g. grep) closes the read pipe before the previous program is finished writing the whole page.
In curl "url" | grep -qs foo
, as soon as grep has what it wants it will close the read stream from curl. cURL doesn't expect this and emits the "Failed writing body" error.
A workaround is to pipe the stream through an intermediary program that always reads the whole page before feeding it to the next program.
E.g.
curl "url" | tac | tac | grep -qs foo
tac
is a simple Unix program that reads the entire input page and reverses the line order (hence we run it twice). Because it has to read the whole input to find the last line, it will not output anything to grep until cURL is finished. Grep will still close the read stream when it has what it's looking for, but it will only affect tac, which doesn't emit an error.
Fixnum#to_r is not mentioned here, it was introduced since ruby 1.9. It converts Fixnum into rational form. Below are examples of its uses. This also can give exact division as long as all the numbers used are Fixnum.
a = 1.to_r #=> (1/1)
a = 10.to_r #=> (10/1)
a = a / 3 #=> (10/3)
a = a * 3 #=> (10/1)
a.to_f #=> 10.0
Example where a float operated on a rational number coverts the result to float.
a = 5.to_r #=> (5/1)
a = a * 5.0 #=> 25.0
The top one is a "power" operator, so in this case it is the same as 2 * 2 equal to is 2 to the power of 2. If you put a 3 in the middle position, you will see a difference.
There exist many open source projects that handle all the drawing of line charts for you with a couple of lines of code. Here's how you can draw a line chart from data in a couple text (CSV
) file with the XChart library. Disclaimer: I'm the lead developer of the project.
In this example, two text files exist in ./CSV/CSVChartRows/
. Notice that each row in the files represents a data point to be plotted and that each file represents a different series. series1
contains x
, y
, and error bar
data, whereas series2
contains just x
and y
, data.

If this doesn't work why not simply do a foreach loop over the dictionary adding all the items to the combobox?
foreach(var item in userCache)
{
userListComboBox.Items.Add(new ListItem(item.Key, item.Value));
}
if all things were said didn't work, go back to basics and test if this is working:
<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>
</head>
<body>
<script type="text/javascript">
$('body').click(function() {
// do something here like:
alert('hey! The body click is working!!!')
});
</script>
</body>
</html>
then tell me if its working or not.
remove float left.
Edited: removed reference to align center on an image tag.
Mathias Lin code working beautifully. However, you might want to consider changing this part inside drawPath method:
if (lngLat.length >= 2 && gp1.getLatitudeE6() > 0 && gp1.getLongitudeE6() > 0
&& gp2.getLatitudeE6() > 0 && gp2.getLongitudeE6() > 0) {
GeoPoint can be less than zero as well, I switch mine to:
if (lngLat.length >= 2 && gp1.getLatitudeE6() != 0 && gp1.getLongitudeE6() != 0
&& gp2.getLatitudeE6() != 0 && gp2.getLongitudeE6() != 0) {
Thank you :D
DOM stands for Document Object Model. It is the W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) Standard. It define standard for accessing and manipulating HTML and XML document and The elements of DOM is head,title,body tag etc. So the answer of your first statement is
Statement #1 You can add multiple classes to a single DOM element.
Explanation : "div class="cssclass1 cssclass2 cssclass3"
Here tag is element of DOM and i have applied multiple classes to DOM element.
In my case, none of above answers nor google's official documentation helped me to grab the concept of PendingIntent
class.
And then I found this video, Google I/O 2013, Beyond the Blue Dot session. In this video, ex-googler Jaikumar Ganesh explains what PendingIntent
is, and that was the thing gave me the big picture of this.
Below is just transcription of above video (from 15:24).
So what's a pending intent?
It's a token that your app process will give to the location process, and the location process will use it to wake up your app when an event of interest happens. So this basically means that your app in the background doesn't have to be always running. When something of interest happens, we will wake you up. This saves a lot of battery.
This explanation becomes more clear with this snippet of code(which is included in the session's slide).
PendingIntent mIntent = PendingIntent.getService(...);
mLocationClient.requestLocationUpdates(locationRequest, mIntent);
public void onHandleIntent(Intent intent) {
String action = intent.getAction();
if (ACTION_LOCATION.equals(action)) {
Location location = intent.getParcelableExtra(...)
}
}
No, the dataType
option is for parsing the received data.
To post JSON, you will need to stringify it yourself via JSON.stringify
and set the processData
option to false
.
$.ajax({
url: url,
type: "POST",
data: JSON.stringify(data),
processData: false,
contentType: "application/json; charset=UTF-8",
complete: callback
});
Note that not all browsers support the JSON
object, and although jQuery has .parseJSON
, it has no stringifier included; you'll need another polyfill library.
In case you use jQuery you need to wait for $(window).load
, because the embedded SVG document might not be yet loaded at $(document).ready
$(window).load(function () {
//alert("Document loaded, including graphics and embedded documents (like SVG)");
var a = document.getElementById("alphasvg");
//get the inner DOM of alpha.svg
var svgDoc = a.contentDocument;
//get the inner element by id
var delta = svgDoc.getElementById("delta");
delta.addEventListener("mousedown", function(){ alert('hello world!')}, false);
});
Here I am using iTextSharp dll for generating PDF file. I want to open PDF file instead of downloading it. So I am using below code which is working fine for me. Now pdf file is opening in browser ,now dowloading
Document pdfDoc = new Document(PageSize.A4, 25, 10, 25, 10);
PdfWriter pdfWriter = PdfWriter.GetInstance(pdfDoc, Response.OutputStream);
pdfDoc.Open();
Paragraph Text = new Paragraph("Hi , This is Test Content");
pdfDoc.Add(Text);
pdfWriter.CloseStream = false;
pdfDoc.Close();
Response.Buffer = true;
Response.ContentType = "application/pdf";
Response.Cache.SetCacheability(HttpCacheability.NoCache);
Response.End();
If you want to download file, add below line, after this Response.ContentType = "application/pdf";
Response.AddHeader("content-disposition", "attachment;filename=Example.pdf");

From the bottom of the ?mutate_each
(at least in dplyr 0.5) it looks like that function, as in @docendo discimus's answer, will be deprecated and replaced with more flexible alternatives mutate_if
, mutate_all
, and mutate_at
. The one most similar to what @hadley mentions in his comment is probably using mutate_at
. Note the order of the arguments is reversed, compared to mutate_each
, and vars()
uses select()
like semantics, which I interpret to mean the ?select_helpers
functions.
dat %>% mutate_at(vars(starts_with("fac")),funs(factor)) %>%
mutate_at(vars(starts_with("dbl")),funs(as.numeric))
But mutate_at
can take column numbers instead of a vars()
argument, and after reading through this page, and looking at the alternatives, I ended up using mutate_at
but with grep
to capture many different kinds of column names at once (unless you always have such obvious column names!)
dat %>% mutate_at(grep("^(fac|fctr|fckr)",colnames(.)),funs(factor)) %>%
mutate_at(grep("^(dbl|num|qty)",colnames(.)),funs(as.numeric))
I was pretty excited about figuring out mutate_at
+ grep
, because now one line can work on lots of columns.
EDIT - now I see matches()
in among the select_helpers, which handles regex, so now I like this.
dat %>% mutate_at(vars(matches("fac|fctr|fckr")),funs(factor)) %>%
mutate_at(vars(matches("dbl|num|qty")),funs(as.numeric))
Another generally-related comment - if you have all your date columns with matchable names, and consistent formats, this is powerful. In my case, this turns all my YYYYMMDD columns, which were read as numbers, into dates.
mutate_at(vars(matches("_DT$")),funs(as.Date(as.character(.),format="%Y%m%d")))
The solution is mentioned here: iPhone WebKit CSS animations cause flicker.
For your element, you need to set
-webkit-backface-visibility: hidden;

Hope this can help somebody :)
WordPress does not execute PHP in post/page content by default unless it has a shortcode.
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to use a plugin that allows you to run PHP embedded in post content.
There are two other "quick and easy" ways to accomplish it without a plugin:
Make it a shortcode (put it in functions.php
and have it echo the country name) which is very easy - see here: Shortcode API at WP Codex
Put it in a template file - make a custom template for that page based on your default page template and add the PHP into the template file rather than the post content: Custom Page Templates
Ok, so none of these tips worked for me, unfortunately. I was able to eventually solve the issue. It seems that Visual Studio does not play nicely with network drives. I solved this issue by moving the project from the shared drive to my local and recompiled. No more errors.

If you're working with new versions of Django (>10) and don't want to spend time writing the model definition. you can use the ogrinspect tool.
This will create a code definition for the model .
python manage.py ogrinspect [/path/to/thecsv] Product
The output will be the class (model) definition. In this case the model will be called Product. You need to copy this code into your models.py file.
Afterwards you need to migrate (in the shell) the new Product table with:
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate
More information here: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.11/ref/contrib/gis/tutorial/
Do note that the example has been done for ESRI Shapefiles but it works pretty good with standard CSV files as well.
For ingesting your data (in CSV format) you can use pandas.
import pandas as pd
your_dataframe = pd.read_csv(path_to_csv)
# Make a row iterator (this will go row by row)
iter_data = your_dataframe.iterrows()
Now, every row needs to be transformed into a dictionary and use this dict for instantiating your model (in this case, Product())
# python 2.x
map(lambda (i,data) : Product.objects.create(**dict(data)),iter_data
Done, check your database now.
You can use the dplyr
package to easily remove those particular rows.
library(dplyr)
df <- filter(df, C != "Foo")
int arsize(int st1[]) {
int i = 0;
for (i; !(st1[i] & (1 << 30)); i++);
return i;
}
This works for me :)
If you are using kotlin you can try the following code,
In the sending activity,
val intent = Intent(context, RecorderService::class.java);
intent.putExtra("filename", filename);
context.startService(intent)
In the service,
override fun onStartCommand(intent: Intent, flags: Int, startId: Int): Int {
super.onStartCommand(intent, flags, startId)
if (intent != null && intent.extras != null)
val filename = intent.getStringExtra("filename")
}
Here is a combination of ideas (tested with excel vba 2007) :
' * (this can replace your day to day calling to debug)
Public Sub MyDebug(sPrintStr As String, Optional bClear As Boolean = False)
If bClear = True Then
Application.SendKeys "^g^{END}", True
DoEvents ' !!! DoEvents is VERY IMPORTANT here !!!
Debug.Print String(30, vbCrLf)
End If
Debug.Print sPrintStr
End Sub
I do not like deleting the Immediate content (fear of deleting the code by accident, so the above is a hack on some of the code you all wrote.
This handles the problem Akos Groller writes about above: "Unfortunately, this only works if the caret position is at the end of the Immediate window"
The code opens the Immediate window (or puts the focus on it), sends a CTRL+END, followed by a flood of newlines, so the previous debug content is not in sight.
Please note, that DoEvents is crucial, otherwise the logic would fail (the caret position would not move in time to the end of the Immediate window).
In the latest version of the Android SDK, running "SDK Manager.exe" and/or "AVD Manager.exe" will not open anymore. Even the "Launch Standalone SDK Manager" link in Android Studio, which can be previously found in Android SDK Settings, is now gone.
It is now recommended to perform manual SDK and AVD management inside Android Studio. But for those who do not have an Android Studio or for those who do not like to open Android Studio just to perform SDK management, you can still manage the SDK using the command line tools, "tools/bin/sdkmanager.bat" and "tools/bin/avdmanager.bat".
This information is available when running "tools/android.bat". I think this is true for those who currently have Android SDK tooks v25.3.1 and above.
Please include all the jar files of selenium stand-alone and lib folder, then this error will resolved
The quickest way is:
>>> import time
>>> time.strftime("%Y%m%d")
'20130924'
Here are two methods to achieve the same thing:
Using parameters and return (recommended)
def other_function(parameter):
return parameter + 5
def main_function():
x = 10
print(x)
x = other_function(x)
print(x)
When you run main_function
, you'll get the following output
>>> 10
>>> 15
Using globals (never do this)
x = 0 # The initial value of x, with global scope
def other_function():
global x
x = x + 5
def main_function():
print(x) # Just printing - no need to declare global yet
global x # So we can change the global x
x = 10
print(x)
other_function()
print(x)
Now you will get:
>>> 0 # Initial global value
>>> 10 # Now we've set it to 10 in `main_function()`
>>> 15 # Now we've added 5 in `other_function()`
Responding to pzulw's feedback to sandroid about specifying the intent.
The format of the component name is described in the api docs for ComponentName.unflattenFromString
It splits the string at the first '/', taking the part before as the package name and the part after as the class name. As a special convenience (to use, for example, when parsing component names on the command line), if the '/' is immediately followed by a '.' then the final class name will be the concatenation of the package name with the string following the '/'. Thus "com.foo/.Blah" becomes package="com.foo" class="com.foo.Blah".
Several possibilities:
exec()
is working, and then only on executables in safe_mode_exec_dir
exec
and shell_exec
are disabled in php.iniexec(dirname(__FILE__) . '/myscript.sh');
There is an Excel file with regexps here. You can easily "convert" it to XML and you will be able to determine country by the full phone number.
UPD: The file that I referenced 4 years ago is no longer accessible. I would recommend using Google's libphonenumber.
The answer to Extract code country from phone number [libphonenumber] will show you the proper way to receive country code from a phone number.
You should use the ClearContents method if you want to clear the content but preserve the formatting.
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:G37").ClearContents
You can't use IF like that. You can do what you want with AND and OR:
SELECT t.first_name,
t.last_name,
t.employid,
t.status
FROM employeetable t
WHERE ((status_flag = STATUS_ACTIVE AND t.status = 'A')
OR (status_flag = STATUS_INACTIVE AND t.status = 'T')
OR (source_flag = SOURCE_FUNCTION AND t.business_unit = 'production')
OR (source_flag = SOURCE_USER AND t.business_unit = 'users'))
AND t.first_name LIKE firstname
AND t.last_name LIKE lastname
AND t.employid LIKE employeeid;
Here is a working example: http://jsfiddle.net/rVBzt/ (using jQuery)
<img id="tiger" src="https://twimg0-a.akamaihd.net/profile_images/2642324404/46d743534606515238a9a12cfb4b264a.jpeg">
<a id="toggle">click to toggle</a>
img {display: none;}
a {cursor: pointer; color: blue;}
$('#toggle').click(function() {
$('#tiger').toggle();
});
Rather than hardcode the keycode values in your function, consider using named constants to better convey your meaning:
var KEYCODE_ENTER = 13;
var KEYCODE_ESC = 27;
$(document).keyup(function(e) {
if (e.keyCode == KEYCODE_ENTER) $('.save').click();
if (e.keyCode == KEYCODE_ESC) $('.cancel').click();
});
Some browsers (like FireFox, unsure of others) define a global KeyEvent
object that exposes these types of constants for you. This SO question shows a nice way of defining that object in other browsers as well.
Perhaps a more realistic example about not sorting a Map object but preparing the sorting up front before doing the Map. The syntax gets actually pretty compact if you do it like this. You can apply the sorting before the map function like this, with a sort function before map (Example from a React app I am working on using JSX syntax)
Mark that I here define a sorting function inside using an arrow function that returns -1 if it is smaller and 0 otherwise sorted on a property of the Javascript objects in the array I get from an API.
report.ProcedureCodes.sort((a, b) => a.NumericalOrder < b.NumericalOrder ? -1 : 0).map((item, i) =>
<TableRow key={i}>
<TableCell>{item.Code}</TableCell>
<TableCell>{item.Text}</TableCell>
{/* <TableCell>{item.NumericalOrder}</TableCell> */}
</TableRow>
)
Disclaimer This is by no means standard and there could very well be a better spring way of doing this. None of the above answers address the issues of wiring a public static field.
I wanted to accomplish three things.
My object looks like this
private static String BRANCH = "testBranch";
@Value("${content.client.branch}")
public void finalSetBranch(String branch) {
BRANCH = branch;
}
public static String BRANCH() {
return BRANCH;
}
We have checked off 1 & 2 already now how do we prevent calls to the setter, since we cannot hide it.
@Component
@Aspect
public class FinalAutowiredHelper {
@Before("finalMethods()")
public void beforeFinal(JoinPoint joinPoint) {
throw new FinalAutowiredHelper().new ModifySudoFinalError("");
}
@Pointcut("execution(* com.free.content.client..*.finalSetBranch(..))")
public void finalMethods() {}
public class ModifySudoFinalError extends Error {
private String msg;
public ModifySudoFinalError(String msg) {
this.msg = msg;
}
@Override
public String getMessage() {
return "Attempted modification of a final property: " + msg;
}
}
This aspect will wrap all methods beginning with final and throw an error if they are called.
I dont think this is particularly useful, but if you are ocd and like to keep you peas and carrots separated this is one way to do it safely.
Important Spring does not call your aspects when it calls a function. Made this easier, to bad I worked out the logic before figuring that out.
I noticed that you can also get errors if you don't specify the angles correctly, even when using glm::rotate(Model, angle_in_degrees, glm::vec3(x, y, z))
you still might run into problems. The fix I found for this was specifying the type as glm::rotate(Model, (glm::mediump_float)90, glm::vec3(x, y, z))
instead of just saying glm::rotate(Model, 90, glm::vec3(x, y, z))
Or just write the second argument, the angle in radians (previously in degrees), as a float with no cast needed such as in:
glm::mat4 rotationMatrix = glm::rotate(glm::mat4(1.0f), 3.14f, glm::vec3(1.0));
You can add glm::radians() if you want to keep using degrees. And add the includes:
#include "glm/glm.hpp"
#include "glm/gtc/matrix_transform.hpp"
It's not possible using CSS, but using a CSS preprocessor like less or SASS.
It's top google stackoverflow question, but all answers are not jQuery related!
$(".someclass").click(
function(event)
{
console.log(event, this);
}
);
'event' contains 2 important values:
event.currentTarget - element to which event is triggered ('.someclass' element)
event.target - element clicked (in case when inside '.someclass' [div] are other elements and you clicked on of them)
this - is set to triggered element ('.someclass'), but it's JavaScript element, not jQuery element, so if you want to use some jQuery function on it, you must first change it to jQuery element: $(this)
When your refresh the page and reload the scripts again; this method not work. You have to use jquery "unbind" method.
The core of this is the replace
call. So far, I don't think any of the proposed solutions handle all of the following cases:
1000 => '1,000'
'1000' => '1,000'
10000.00 => '10,000.00'
'01000.00 => '1,000.00'
'1000.00000' => '1,000.00000'
-
or +
: '-1000.0000' => '-1,000.000'
'1000k' => '1000k'
The following function does all of the above.
addCommas = function(input){
// If the regex doesn't match, `replace` returns the string unmodified
return (input.toString()).replace(
// Each parentheses group (or 'capture') in this regex becomes an argument
// to the function; in this case, every argument after 'match'
/^([-+]?)(0?)(\d+)(.?)(\d+)$/g, function(match, sign, zeros, before, decimal, after) {
// Less obtrusive than adding 'reverse' method on all strings
var reverseString = function(string) { return string.split('').reverse().join(''); };
// Insert commas every three characters from the right
var insertCommas = function(string) {
// Reverse, because it's easier to do things from the left
var reversed = reverseString(string);
// Add commas every three characters
var reversedWithCommas = reversed.match(/.{1,3}/g).join(',');
// Reverse again (back to normal)
return reverseString(reversedWithCommas);
};
// If there was no decimal, the last capture grabs the final digit, so
// we have to put it back together with the 'before' substring
return sign + (decimal ? insertCommas(before) + decimal + after : insertCommas(before + after));
}
);
};
You could use it in a jQuery plugin like this:
$.fn.addCommas = function() {
$(this).each(function(){
$(this).text(addCommas($(this).text()));
});
};
Try this way:
HashMap<String, Integer> hashMap = new HashMap();
for (int i=1; i<=3; i++) {
hashMap.put("n" + i, 5);
}
I like the dynamic query way of Dave Rincon as it does not use cursors and is small and easy. Thank you Dave for sharing.
But for my needs on Azure SQL and with a "distinct" in the query, i had to modify the code like this:
Declare @SQL nvarchar(max);
-- Set SQL Variable
-- Prepare exec command for each distinctive tenantid found in Machines
SELECT @SQL = (Select distinct 'exec dbo.sp_S2_Laser_to_cache ' +
convert(varchar(8),tenantid) + ';'
from Dim_Machine
where iscurrent = 1
FOR XML PATH(''))
--for debugging print the sql
print @SQL;
--execute the generated sql script
exec sp_executesql @SQL;
I hope this helps someone...
What is happening here is that database route does not accept any url methods.
I would try putting the url methods in the app route just like you have in the entry_page function:
@app.route('/entry', methods=['GET', 'POST'])
def entry_page():
if request.method == 'POST':
date = request.form['date']
title = request.form['blog_title']
post = request.form['blog_main']
post_entry = models.BlogPost(date = date, title = title, post = post)
db.session.add(post_entry)
db.session.commit()
return redirect(url_for('database'))
else:
return render_template('entry.html')
@app.route('/database', methods=['GET', 'POST'])
def database():
query = []
for i in session.query(models.BlogPost):
query.append((i.title, i.post, i.date))
return render_template('database.html', query = query)

FYI, various credit cards are available in the world. So, your thought is wrong. Credit cards have some format. See the following links. The first one is pure JavaScript and the second one is using jQuery.

As for me, I realized there was another web project in the solution that my VS2017 was loading fine, so I copied over the ProjectTypeGuids
element of it over to the project that wasn't loading. Its diff was:
- <ProjectTypeGuids>{E3E379DF-F4C6-4180-9B81-6769533ABE47};{349c5851-65df-11da-9384-00065b846f21};{fae04ec0-301f-11d3-bf4b-00c04f79efbc}</ProjectTypeGuids>

After this, it loads. Don't ask me why.
While some of the answers were very useful and informative, I thought I would write down the answer I came up with. The answer from Alex was very good, it is however limited in the sense that the height of the div needs to be hard coded in the CSS.
So the solution I came up with uses JS (no jQuery) and is actually a stripped down version (almost to the minimum) of over solutions to solve similar problems I found on Statckoverflow:
HTML
<div class="header">
<p class="menu"><a href="#S1" onclick="test('S1'); return false;">S1</a></p>
<p class="menu"><a href="#S2" onclick="test('S2'); return false;">S2</a></p>
<p class="menu"><a href="#S3" onclick="test('S3'); return false;">S3</a></p>
<p class="menu"><a href="#S4" onclick="test('S4'); return false;">S3</a></p>
</div>
<div style="width: 100%;">
<div id="S1" class="curtain">
blabla
</div>
<div id="S2" class="curtain">
blabla
</div>
<div id="S3" class="curtain">
blabla
</div>
<div id="S4" class="curtain">
blabla
</div>
</div>
NOTE THE "RETURN FALSE;" in the on click call. This is important if you want to avoid having your browser jumping to the link itself (and let the effect being managed by your JS).
JS code:
<script>
function scrollTo(to, duration) {
if (document.body.scrollTop == to) return;
var diff = to - document.body.scrollTop;
var scrollStep = Math.PI / (duration / 10);
var count = 0, currPos;
start = element.scrollTop;
scrollInterval = setInterval(function(){
if (document.body.scrollTop != to) {
count = count + 1;
currPos = start + diff * (0.5 - 0.5 * Math.cos(count * scrollStep));
document.body.scrollTop = currPos;
}
else { clearInterval(scrollInterval); }
},10);
}
function test(elID)
{
var dest = document.getElementById(elID);
scrollTo(dest.offsetTop, 500);
}
</script>
It's incredibly simple. It finds the vertical position of the div in the document using its unique ID (in the function test). Then it calls the scrollTo function passing the starting position (document.body.scrollTop) and the destination position (dest.offsetTop). It performs the transition using some sort of ease-inout curve.
Thanks everyone for your help.
Knowing a bit of coding can help you avoiding (sometimes heavy) libraries, and giving you (the programmer) more control.
If you using JavaScript to test your Regex, try \\.
instead of \.
.
It acts on the same way because JS remove first backslash.
sudo mv /filename /etc/init.d/
sudo chmod +x /etc/init.d/filename
sudo update-rc.d filename defaults
Script should now start on boot. Note that this method also works with both hard links and symbolic links (ln
).
At this point in the boot process PATH isn't set yet, so it is critical that absolute paths are used throughout. BUT, as pointed out in the comments by Steve HHH, explicitly declaring the full file path (/etc/init.d/filename
) for the update-rc.d command is not valid in most versions of Linux. Per the manpage for update-rc.d, the second parameter is a script located in /etc/init.d/*
. Updated above code to reflect this.
Also as pointed out in the comments (by Charles Brandt), /filename
must be an init style script. A good template was also provided - https://github.com/fhd/init-script-template.
Another link to another article just to avoid possible link rot (although it would be saddening if GitHub died) - http://www.linux.com/learn/tutorials/442412-managing-linux-daemons-with-init-scripts
As pointed out in the comments (by Russell Yan), This works only on default mode of update-rc.d.
According to manual of update-rc.d, it can run on two modes, "the machines using the legacy mode will have a file /etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering
", in which case you have to pass sequence and runlevel configuration through command line arguments.
The equivalent argument set for the above example is
sudo update-rc.d filename start 20 2 3 4 5 . stop 20 0 1 6 .
I'm surprised that this question has been around as long as it has, and nobody has provided the pre-mapfile built-in approach yet.
IFS= read -r first_line <file
...puts the first line of the file in the variable expanded by "$first_line"
, easy as that.
Moreover, because read
is built into bash and this usage requires no subshell, it's significantly more efficient than approaches involving subprocesses such as head
or awk
.
I achieved this with in XML with
android:background="@android:color/transparent"
if (foo = bar)
by accident.Therefore I prefer
if (foo == NULL)
{
// null case
}
else
{
// non null case
}
or
if (foo != NULL)
{
// non null case
}
else
{
// null case
}
However, if I were writing a set of style guidelines I would not be putting things like this in it, I would be putting things like:
Make sure you do a null check on the pointer.
use CHAR(10)
for New Line in SQL
char(9)
for Tab
and Char(13)
for Carriage Return
Convert the image to a byte[]
and store that in the database.
Add this column to your model:
public byte[] Content { get; set; }
Then convert your image to a byte array and store that like you would any other data:
public byte[] ImageToByteArray(System.Drawing.Image imageIn)
{
using(var ms = new MemoryStream())
{
imageIn.Save(ms, System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Gif);
return ms.ToArray();
}
}
public Image ByteArrayToImage(byte[] byteArrayIn)
{
using(var ms = new MemoryStream(byteArrayIn))
{
var returnImage = Image.FromStream(ms);
return returnImage;
}
}
Source: Fastest way to convert Image to Byte array
var image = new ImageEntity()
{
Content = ImageToByteArray(image)
};
_context.Images.Add(image);
_context.SaveChanges();
When you want to get the image back, get the byte array from the database and use the ByteArrayToImage
and do what you wish with the Image
This stops working when the byte[]
gets to big. It will work for files under 100Mb
This kind of query should work - after rewriting with explicit JOIN
syntax:
SELECT something
FROM master parent
JOIN master child ON child.parent_id = parent.id
LEFT JOIN second parentdata ON parentdata.id = parent.secondary_id
LEFT JOIN second childdata ON childdata.id = child.secondary_id
WHERE parent.parent_id = 'rootID'
The tripping wire here is that an explicit JOIN
binds before "old style" CROSS JOIN
with comma (,
). I quote the manual here:
In any case
JOIN
binds more tightly than the commas separatingFROM
-list items.
After rewriting the first, all joins are applied left-to-right (logically - Postgres is free to rearrange tables in the query plan otherwise) and it works.
Just to make my point, this would work, too:
SELECT something
FROM master parent
LEFT JOIN second parentdata ON parentdata.id = parent.secondary_id
, master child
LEFT JOIN second childdata ON childdata.id = child.secondary_id
WHERE child.parent_id = parent.id
AND parent.parent_id = 'rootID'
But explicit JOIN
syntax is generally preferable, as your case illustrates once again.
And be aware that multiple (LEFT
) JOIN
can multiply rows:
I came up to this problem.. I think that redirecting to a non existing link on your server might do the trick ! Because the server would return his 404:
header('Redirect abbb.404.nonexist');
< that doesnt exist for sure
Drawable d = ContextCompat.getDrawable(context, R.drawable.***)
d.setBounds(left, top, right, bottom);
d.draw(canvas);
Some googling reveals that potentially you've got a corrupt file:
http://bitterolives.blogspot.com/2009/03/excel-interop-comexception-hresult.html
and that you can tell excel to open it anyway with the CorruptLoad parameter, with something like...
Workbook workbook = excelApplicationObject.Workbooks.Open(path, CorruptLoad: true);
object[] xparams = {
new SqlParameter("@ParametterWithNummvalue", DBNull.Value),
new SqlParameter("@In_Parameter", "Value"),
new SqlParameter("@Out_Parameter", SqlDbType.Int) {Direction = ParameterDirection.Output}};
YourDbContext.Database.ExecuteSqlCommand("exec StoreProcedure_Name @ParametterWithNummvalue, @In_Parameter, @Out_Parameter", xparams);
var ReturnValue = ((SqlParameter)params[2]).Value;
In my case, its Password was longer than 100 characters. Setting it to a smaller character password worked.
Actually I am wondering is there a reference somewhere to that.
Sure it's possible... use Export Wizard in source option use SQL SERVER NATIVE CLIENT 11, later your source server ex.192.168.100.65\SQLEXPRESS next step select your new destination server ex.192.168.100.65\SQL2014
Just be sure to be using correct instance and connect each other
Just pay attention in Stored procs must be recompiled
The best solution I've been able to come up with is to include an "onmouseenter" attribute on your element like this:
<button type="button" class="btn btn-default"
data-placement="left"
title="Tooltip on left"
onmouseenter="$(this).tooltip('show')">
</button>
Disadvantages: Technically, design and initial development of SPA is complex and can be avoided. Other reasons for not using this SPA can be:
Apart from above, other architectural limitations are Navigational Data loss, No log of Navigational History in browser and difficulty in Automated Functional Testing with selenium.

Yes, it must be ways to get msgs from WhatsApp, since there are some tools available on the market help WhatsApp users to backup WhatsApp chat history to their computer, I know this from here. Therefore, you must be able to implement such kind of app. Maybe you can find these tool on the market to see how they work.
This issue happened when I accidently renamed the line
apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
on file app/build.gradle
to some other name. So, I fixed it by changing it to what it was.
Could you try something like this for example I think what you are wanting to utilize is the port.ReadExisting() Method
using System;
using System.IO.Ports;
class SerialPortProgram
{
// Create the serial port with basic settings
private SerialPort port = new SerialPort("COM1",
9600, Parity.None, 8, StopBits.One);
[STAThread]
static void Main(string[] args)
{
// Instatiate this
SerialPortProgram();
}
private static void SerialPortProgram()
{
Console.WriteLine("Incoming Data:");
// Attach a method to be called when there
// is data waiting in the port's buffer
port.DataReceived += new SerialDataReceivedEventHandler(port_DataReceived);
// Begin communications
port.Open();
// Enter an application loop to keep this thread alive
Console.ReadLine();
}
private void port_DataReceived(object sender, SerialDataReceivedEventArgs e)
{
// Show all the incoming data in the port's buffer
Console.WriteLine(port.ReadExisting());
}
}
Or is you want to do it based on what you were trying to do , you can try this
public class MySerialReader : IDisposable
{
private SerialPort serialPort;
private Queue<byte> recievedData = new Queue<byte>();
public MySerialReader()
{
serialPort = new SerialPort();
serialPort.Open();
serialPort.DataReceived += serialPort_DataReceived;
}
void serialPort_DataReceived(object s, SerialDataReceivedEventArgs e)
{
byte[] data = new byte[serialPort.BytesToRead];
serialPort.Read(data, 0, data.Length);
data.ToList().ForEach(b => recievedData.Enqueue(b));
processData();
}
void processData()
{
// Determine if we have a "packet" in the queue
if (recievedData.Count > 50)
{
var packet = Enumerable.Range(0, 50).Select(i => recievedData.Dequeue());
}
}
public void Dispose()
{
if (serialPort != null)
{
serialPort.Dispose();
}
}
It looks like bootstrap less/CSS forces an automatic height to avoid stretching the image when the width has to change to be responsive. I switched it around to make the width auto and fix the height.
<div class="item peopleCarouselImg">
<img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/...">
...
</div>
I then define img with a class peopleCarouselImg
like this:
.peopleCarouselImg img {
width: auto;
height: 225px;
max-height: 225px;
}
I fix my height to 225px. I let the width automatically adjust to keep the aspect ratio correct.
This seems to work for me.
I just thought that I'd add that there is a notion of Z-order in Swing, see [java.awt.Component#setComponentZOrder][1]
which affects the positions of a component in its parents component array, which determines the painting order.
Note that you should override javax.swing.JComponent#isOptimizedDrawingEnabled to return false in the parent container to get your overlapping components to repaint correctly, otherwise their repaints will clobber each other. (JComponents assume no overlapping children unless isOptimizedDrawingEnabled returns false)

cmd.append(jvmArg + " ");
}
cmd.append("-cp ").append(ManagementFactory.getRuntimeMXBean().getClassPath()).append(" ");
cmd.append(Main.class.getName()).append(" ");

}
Runtime.getRuntime().exec(cmd.toString());
System.exit(0);

This program collects all information available to reconstruct the original commandline. Then, it launches it and since it is the very same command, your application starts a second time. Then we exit the original program, the child program remains running (even under Linux) and does the very same thing.

I just created a simple script that will bring back the $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] and $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'] in IIS so you don't have to change every variable. Just paste this text in your php file that is included in every page.
/** IIS IP Check **/
if(!$_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR']){ $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'] = $_SERVER['LOCAL_ADDR']; }
if(!$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']){ $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] = $_SERVER['LOCAL_ADDR']; }
I was able to convert using below method for my WebAPI:
[HttpPost]
public HttpResponseMessage Post(dynamic item) // Passing parameter as dynamic
{
JArray itemArray = item["Region"]; // You need to add JSON.NET library
JObject obj = itemArray[0] as JObject; // Converting from JArray to JObject
Region objRegion = obj.ToObject<Region>(); // Converting to Region object
}

First find the version you are using with the Git command git --version
. If you have a newer version than 1.7.10, then simply use this command:
git config --global credential.helper wincred
Then do the git fetch
, then it prompts for the password update.
Now, it won't prompt for the password for multiple times in Git.

The LANG=C
part's role is to avoid a Invalid collation character

I've had issues using AddDays(-1).
My solution is TimeSpan.
DateTime.Now - TimeSpan.FromDays(1);
You can get value of id,name or value in this way. class name my_class
var id_value = $('.my_class').$(this).attr('id'); //get id value
var name_value = $('.my_class').$(this).attr('name'); //get name value
var value = $('.my_class').$(this).attr('value'); //get value any input or tag
You have to go to its parent and remove it from there in javascript.
"Javascript won't let an element commit suicide, but it does permit infanticide"..:)
try this,
var element=document.getElementsByName(val))
element.parentNode.removeChild(element.options[0]); // to remove first option
The problem is you haven't declared your interface state replace any with your suitable variable type of the 'value'
interface AppProps {
//code related to your props goes here
}
interface AppState {
value: any
}
class App extends React.Component<AppProps, AppState> {
// ...
}

// Get the currently authenticated user's ID...
$id = Auth::id();
Here's an old discussion thread where I listed the main differences and the conditions in which you should use each of these methods. I think you may find it useful to go through the discussion.
To explain the differences as relevant to your posted example:
a. When you use RegisterStartupScript
, it will render your script after all the elements in the page (right before the form's end tag). This enables the script to call or reference page elements without the possibility of it not finding them in the Page's DOM.
Here is the rendered source of the page when you invoke the RegisterStartupScript
method:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head id="Head1"><title></title></head>
<body>
<form name="form1" method="post" action="StartupScript.aspx" id="form1">
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATE" id="__VIEWSTATE" value="someViewstategibberish" />
</div>
<div> <span id="lblDisplayDate">Label</span>
<br />
<input type="submit" name="btnPostback" value="Register Startup Script" id="btnPostback" />
<br />
<input type="submit" name="btnPostBack2" value="Register" id="btnPostBack2" />
</div>
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="__EVENTVALIDATION" id="__EVENTVALIDATION" value="someViewstategibberish" />
</div>
<!-- Note this part -->
<script language='javascript'>
var lbl = document.getElementById('lblDisplayDate');
lbl.style.color = 'red';
</script>
</form>
<!-- Note this part -->
</body>
</html>
b. When you use RegisterClientScriptBlock
, the script is rendered right after the Viewstate tag, but before any of the page elements. Since this is a direct script (not a function that can be called, it will immediately be executed by the browser. But the browser does not find the label in the Page's DOM at this stage and hence you should receive an "Object not found" error.
Here is the rendered source of the page when you invoke the RegisterClientScriptBlock
method:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head id="Head1"><title></title></head>
<body>
<form name="form1" method="post" action="StartupScript.aspx" id="form1">
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATE" id="__VIEWSTATE" value="someViewstategibberish" />
</div>
<script language='javascript'>
var lbl = document.getElementById('lblDisplayDate');
// Error is thrown in the next line because lbl is null.
lbl.style.color = 'green';
Therefore, to summarize, you should call the latter method if you intend to render a function definition. You can then render the call to that function using the former method (or add a client side attribute).
Edit after comments:
For instance, the following function would work:
protected void btnPostBack2_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
System.Text.StringBuilder sb = new System.Text.StringBuilder();
sb.Append("<script language='javascript'>function ChangeColor() {");
sb.Append("var lbl = document.getElementById('lblDisplayDate');");
sb.Append("lbl.style.color='green';");
sb.Append("}</script>");
//Render the function definition.
if (!ClientScript.IsClientScriptBlockRegistered("JSScriptBlock"))
{
ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "JSScriptBlock", sb.ToString());
}
//Render the function invocation.
string funcCall = "<script language='javascript'>ChangeColor();</script>";
if (!ClientScript.IsStartupScriptRegistered("JSScript"))
{
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(this.GetType(), "JSScript", funcCall);
}
}
Usually you don’t have to create the Response
object yourself because make_response()
will take care of that for you.
from flask import Flask, make_response
app = Flask(__name__)
@app.route('/')
def index():
bar = '<body>foo</body>'
response = make_response(bar)
response.headers['Content-Type'] = 'text/xml; charset=utf-8'
return response
One more thing, it seems that no one mentioned the after_this_request
, I want to say something:
Executes a function after this request. This is useful to modify response objects. The function is passed the response object and has to return the same or a new one.
so we can do it with after_this_request
, the code should look like this:
from flask import Flask, after_this_request
app = Flask(__name__)
@app.route('/')
def index():
@after_this_request
def add_header(response):
response.headers['Content-Type'] = 'text/xml; charset=utf-8'
return response
return '<body>foobar</body>'
Don't know if the question is still relevant but I have found the following on Sequelize's documentation.
User.destroy('`name` LIKE "J%"').success(function() {
// We just deleted all rows that have a name starting with "J"
})
http://sequelizejs.com/blog/state-of-v1-7-0
Hope it helps!
Also, on the Intel Macs, can I use generic x86 asm? or is there a modified instruction set? Any information about post Intel Mac assembly helps.
It's the same instruction set; it's the same chips.

I packaged ideas from several SQL based answers here, mainly the root answer by Alex Aza, into klassify, a console application that generates all the classes for a specified database at once:
For example, given a table Users
that looks like this:
+----+------------------+-----------+---------------------+
| Id | Name | Username | Email |
+----+------------------+-----------+---------------------+
| 1 | Leanne Graham | Bret | [email protected] |
| 2 | Ervin Howell | Antonette | [email protected] |
| 3 | Clementine Bauch | Samantha | [email protected] |
+----+------------------+-----------+---------------------+
klassify
will generate a file called Users.cs
that looks like this:
public class User
{
public int Id {get; set; }
public string Name { get;set; }
public string Username { get; set; }
public string Email { get; set; }
}
It will output one file for every table. Discard what you don't use.
Usage
--out, -o:
output directory << defaults to the current directory >>
--user, -u:
sql server user id << required >>
--password, -p:
sql server password << required >>
--server, -s:
sql server << defaults to localhost >>
--database, -d:
sql database << required >>
--timeout, -t:
connection timeout << defaults to 30 >>
--help, -h:
show help
Simple Example:
func method(arg: Bool, completion: (Bool) -> ()) {
print("First line of code executed")
// do stuff here to determine what you want to "send back".
// we are just sending the Boolean value that was sent in "back"
completion(arg)
}
How to use it:
method(arg: true, completion: { (success) -> Void in
print("Second line of code executed")
if success { // this will be equal to whatever value is set in this method call
print("true")
} else {
print("false")
}
})
In the tradition of itoa()
:
#define btoa(x) ((x)?"true":"false")
bool x = true;
printf("%s\n", btoa(x));
This link will help you in understanding pass by reference in C#. Basically,when an object of reference type is passed by value to an method, only methods which are available on that object can modify the contents of object.
For example List.sort() method changes List contents but if you assign some other object to same variable, that assignment is local to that method. That is why myList remains unchanged.
If we pass object of reference type by using ref keyword then we can assign some other object to same variable and that changes entire object itself.
(Edit: this is the updated version of the documentation linked above.)
I would like to add, that yes. While using the NAT adapter settings in Vmware and turning off windows firewall I was able to ping other guest machines in my test environment.
Sidenote: Best practice would be to implement a hardware firewall in larger environments and turn off windows firewall on the Domain Controller.
You can do:
User.find_or_create_by(first_name: 'Penélope', last_name: 'Lopez')
User.where(first_name: 'Penélope', last_name: 'Lopez').first_or_create
Or to just initialize:
User.find_or_initialize_by(first_name: 'Penélope', last_name: 'Lopez')
User.where(first_name: 'Penélope', last_name: 'Lopez').first_or_initialize
For those who want to implement a hack for Safari 7.0 and below, but not 7.1 and above -- use:
.myclass { (;property: value;); }
.myclass { [;property: value;]; }
From ?read.table
: The number of data columns is determined by looking at the first five lines of input (or the whole file if it has less than five lines), or from the length of col.names if it is specified and is longer. This could conceivably be wrong if fill or blank.lines.skip are true, so specify col.names if necessary.
So, perhaps your data file isn't clean. Being more specific will help the data import:
d = read.table("foobar.txt",
sep="\t",
col.names=c("id", "name"),
fill=FALSE,
strip.white=TRUE)
will specify exact columns and fill=FALSE
will force a two column data frame.
However -just for the record- this is invalid:
<address class="vcard">
<svg viewBox="0 0 800 400">
<rect width="800" height="400" fill="#000">
</svg>
</address>
And a slash here would make it valid again:
<rect width="800" height="400" fill="#000"/>
object.runtimeType
returns the type of object
For example:
print("HELLO".runtimeType); //prints String
var x=0.0;
print(x.runtimeType); //prints double
If a case-insensitive comparison is acceptable, just use =
:
=IF(A1="ENG",1,0)
It's not that different from uploading one file - $_FILES
is an array containing any and all uploaded files.
There's a chapter in the PHP manual: Uploading multiple files
If you want to enable multiple file uploads with easy selection on the user's end (selecting multiple files at once instead of filling in upload fields) take a look at SWFUpload. It works differently from a normal file upload form and requires Flash to work, though. SWFUpload was obsoleted along with Flash. Check the other, newer answers for the now-correct approach.
import (the name of the file without the extension)
You can always use CSS to constrain the width of the fieldset, which would also constrain the controls inside.
I find that I often have to constrain the width of select
controls, or else really long option text will make it totally unmanageable.
When you use an ORDER BY
clause inside of a sub query used in conjunction with a UNION
mysql will optimise away the ORDER BY
clause.
This is because by default a UNION
returns an unordered list so therefore an ORDER BY
would do nothing.
The optimisation is mentioned in the docs and says:
To apply ORDER BY or LIMIT to an individual SELECT, place the clause inside the parentheses that enclose the SELECT:
(SELECT a FROM t1 WHERE a=10 AND B=1 ORDER BY a LIMIT 10) UNION (SELECT a FROM t2 WHERE a=11 AND B=2 ORDER BY a LIMIT 10);
However, use of ORDER BY for individual SELECT statements implies nothing about the order in which the rows appear in the final result because UNION by default produces an unordered set of rows. Therefore, the use of ORDER BY in this context is typically in conjunction with LIMIT, so that it is used to determine the subset of the selected rows to retrieve for the SELECT, even though it does not necessarily affect the order of those rows in the final UNION result. If ORDER BY appears without LIMIT in a SELECT, it is optimized away because it will have no effect anyway.
The last sentence of this is a bit misleading because it should have an effect. This optimisation causes a problem when you are in a situation where you need to order within the subquery.
To force MySQL to not do this optimisation you can add a LIMIT clause like so:
(SELECT 1 AS rank, id, add_date FROM my_table WHERE distance < 5 ORDER BY add_date LIMIT 9999999999)
UNION ALL
(SELECT 2 AS rank, id, add_date FROM my_table WHERE distance BETWEEN 5 AND 15 ORDER BY rank LIMIT 9999999999)
UNION ALL
(SELECT 3 AS rank, id, add_date from my_table WHERE distance BETWEEN 5 and 15 ORDER BY id LIMIT 9999999999)
A high LIMIT
means that you could add an OFFSET
on the overall query if you want to do something such as pagination.
This also gives you the added benefit of being able to ORDER BY
different columns for each union.
Just as a heads up, the if/then loop is more efficient than the switch for enums. If you have the switch against the raw enum integer, then it's more efficient, but against the variable, if/then is more efficient, at least for Java 5, 6, and 7.
I.e., for some reason (after some performance tests)
if (ordinalValue == 1) {
...
} else (ordinalValue == 2 {
...
}
is faster than
switch( myEnum.ordinal() ) {
case 1:
...
break;
case 2:
...
break;
}
I see that a few people are doubting me, so I'll post code here that you can run yourself to see the difference, along with output I have from Java 7. The results of the following code with 10 enum values are as follows. Note the key here is the if/then using an integer value comparing against ordinal constants of the enum, vs. the switch with an enum's ordinal value against the raw int ordinal values, vs. a switch with the enum against each enum name. The if/then with an integer value beat out both other switches, although the last switch was a little faster than the first switch, it was not faster than the if/else.
If / else took 23 ms
Switch took 45 ms
Switch 2 took 30 ms

Much like above, using CALL, EXIT /B, SETLOCAL & ENDLOCAL you can implement functions with local variables and return values.
example:
@echo off
set x=xxxxx
call :fun 10
echo "%x%"
echo "%y%"
exit /b
:fun
setlocal
set /a y=%1 + 1
endlocal & set x=%y%
exit /b
This will print:
"11"
""
The y variable never leaves the local scope, but because of the way CMD resolves a single line at a time, you can extract the value into the x variable in the parent scope.
Just use the select query to display the table varialble, where ever you want to check.

use the ternary operator ?:
change this
<?php if ($requestVars->_name == '') echo $redText; ?>
with
<?php echo ($requestVars->_name == '') ? $redText : ''; ?>
In short
// (Condition)?(thing's to do if condition true):(thing's to do if condition false);
Find the ANDROID_HOME path values from environment variable. In my case it is like C:\Users\RuwanPr\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk. If this value not found please add ANDROID_HOME value as your sdk path. (To go to environment variable right click on my computer -> Properties -> Advance System Settings -> Environment Variable ) Then open cmd on windows and go to sdk folder and then go to tools folder Type emulator -list-avds in comd. It will shows avd name list. Then type emulator -avd avd-name. Ex - think avd-name shows as J2_Api_22 emulator -avd J2_Api_22
As another anwsers told, you can change in a Session Listener. But you can change it directly in your servlet, for example.
getRequest().getSession().setMaxInactiveInterval(123);
import java.util.ArrayList;
public class TestClass {
public static void main(String[] args) {
ArrayList<ArrayList<String>> listOLists = new ArrayList<ArrayList<String>>();
ArrayList<String> List_1 = new ArrayList<String>();
List_1.add("1");
List_1.add("2");
listOLists.add(List_1);
ArrayList<String> List_2 = new ArrayList<String>();
List_2.add("4");
List_2.add("5");
List_2.add("10");
List_2.add("11");
listOLists.add(List_2);
for (int i = 0; i < listOLists.size(); i++) {
System.out.print("list " + i + " :");
for (int j = 0; j < listOLists.get(i).size(); j++) {
System.out.print(listOLists.get(i).get(j) + " ;");
}
System.out.println();
}
}
}

export my store variable
export const store = createStore(rootReducer, applyMiddleware(ReduxThunk));
in action file or your file need them import this (store)
import {store} from "./path...";
this step get sate from store variable with function
const state = store.getState();
and get all of state your app
The problem you're having, is that you are using a Group Selector
, whereas you should be using a Multiples selector
! To be more specific, you're using $('.a, .b')
whereas you should be using $('.a.b')
.
For more information, see the overview of the different ways to combine selectors herebelow!

The completion of a CSS Transition generates a corresponding DOM Event. An event is fired for each property that undergoes a transition. This allows a content developer to perform actions that synchronize with the completion of a transition.
To determine when a transition completes, set a JavaScript event listener function for the DOM event that is sent at the end of a transition. The event is an instance of WebKitTransitionEvent, and its type is
webkitTransitionEnd
.
box.addEventListener( 'webkitTransitionEnd',
function( event ) { alert( "Finished transition!" ); }, false );
There is a single event that is fired when transitions complete. In Firefox, the event is
transitionend
, in Opera,oTransitionEnd
, and in WebKit it iswebkitTransitionEnd
.
There is one type of transition event available. The
oTransitionEnd
event occurs at the completion of the transition.
The
transitionend
event occurs at the completion of the transition. If the transition is removed before completion, the event will not fire.
Stack Overflow: How do I normalize CSS3 Transition functions across browsers?
Good question here. I think you cannot terminate the script execution. Although I have never looked for it, I have been using the chrome debugger for quite a long time at work. I usually set breakpoints in my javascript code and then I debug the portion of code I'm interested in. When I finish debugging that code, I usually just run the rest of the program or refresh the browser.
If you want to prevent the rest of the script from being executed (e.g. due to AJAX calls that are going to be made) the only thing you can do is to remove that code in the console on-the-fly, thus preventing those calls from being executed, then you could execute the remaining code without problems.
I hope this helps!
P.S: I tried to find out an option for terminating the execution in some tutorials / guides like the following ones, but couldn't find it. As I said before, probably there is no such option.

SOLUTION: DELETE THAT LINE OF CODE [*IF YOU COPIED IT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE DOCUMENT] AND TYPE IT YOURSELF.
Error: stray '\240' in program is simply a character encoding error message.
From my experience, it is just a matter of character encoding. For example, if you copy a piece of code from a web page or you first write it in a text editor before copying and pasting in an IDE, it can come with the character encoding of the source document or editor.
Use the following query:
SELECT * FROM SAMPLE_TABLE ORDER BY ROWID ASC LIMIT 1
Note: Sqlite's row id references are detailed here.
This error occurred because your settings are not correct.
For example I receive
cannot open output file Project1.exe: Permission denied collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status mingw32-make.exe: *** [Project1.exe] Error 1
Because I have no permission to write on my exe
file.
Type "ctor" and press the TAB key twice this will add the default constructor automatically
@Chaibi Alaa, To make the user able to add only once, and move the marker; You can set the marker on first click and then just change the position on subsequent clicks.
var marker;
google.maps.event.addListener(map, 'click', function(event) {
placeMarker(event.latLng);
});
function placeMarker(location) {
if (marker == null)
{
marker = new google.maps.Marker({
position: location,
map: map
});
}
else
{
marker.setPosition(location);
}
}
color
and fill
are separate aesthetics. Since you want to modify the color you need to use the corresponding scale:
d + scale_color_manual(values=c("#CC6666", "#9999CC"))
is what you want.
