Reset the file in a correct state, commit, and push again.

If you're sure nobody else has fetched your changes yet, you can use --amend when committing, to modify your previous commit (i.e. rewrite history), and then push. I think you'll have to use the -f option when pushing, to force the push, though.

Some time has passed and I changed my approach now when building forms. I've done thousands of them till today and got really tired of typing id for every label/input pair, so this was flushed down the toilet. In my case, I was getting this error despite registering an existing instance for the interface in question.

Turned out, it was because I was using Unity in WebForms by way of the Unity.WebForms Nuget package, and I had specified a Hierarchical Lifetime manager for the dependency I was providing an instance for, yet a Transient lifetime manager for a subsequent type that depended on the previous type - not usually an issue - but with Unity.WebForms, the lifetime managers work a little differently... your injected types seem to require a Hierarchical lifetime manager, but a new container is still created for every web request (because of the architecture of web forms I guess) as explained excellently in this post.

Anyway, I resolved it by simply not specifying a lifetime manager for the types/instances when registering them.

i.e.

I don't know about openca, but I will try this answer since you got very little traffic so far.

A base dn is the point from where a server will search for users. So I would try to simply use admin as a login name.

If openca behaves like most ldap aware applications, this is what is going to happen :

1. An ldap search for the user admin will be done by the server starting at the base dn (dc=example,dc=com).
2. When the user is found, the full dn (cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com) will be used to bind with the supplied password.
3. The ldap server will hash the password and compare with the stored hash value. If it matches, you're in.

Getting step 1 right is the hardest part, but mostly because we don't get to do it often. Things you have to look out for in your configuraiton file are :

• The dn your application will use to bind to the ldap server. This happens at application startup, before any user comes to authenticate. You will have to supply a full dn, maybe something like cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com.
• The authentication method. It is usually a "simple bind".
• The user search filter. Look at the attribute named objectClass for your admin user. It will be either inetOrgPerson or user. There will be others like top, you can ignore them. In your openca configuration, there should be a string like (objectClass=inetOrgPerson). Whatever it is, make sure it matches your admin user's object Class. Just an addition to the solved answer:

This COULD be a problem with Android Studio's Instant Run feature, for example, if you realized you forgot to add the line of code: finish() to your activity after opening another one, and you already re-opened the activity you shouldn't have reopened (which the finish() solved), then you add finish() and Instant Run occurs, then the app will crash since the logic has been broken.

I remember my CompSci professor saying never to use floats for currency.

The reason for that is how the IEEE specification defines floats in binary format. Basically, it stores sign, fraction and exponent to represent a Float. It's like a scientific notation for binary (something like +1.43*10^2). Because of that, it is impossible to store fractions and decimals in Float exactly.

That's why there is a Decimal format. If you do this:

whereas if you just do

=> "0.1" # the interprer rounds the number for you

However, it should be noted that despite being less accurate, floats are processed faster. Here's a benchmark:

Answer

Use float when you don't care about precision too much. For example, some scientific simulations and calculations only need up to 3 or 4 significant digits. This is useful in trading off accuracy for speed. Since they don't need precision as much as speed, they would use float.

Use decimal if you are dealing with numbers that need to be precise and sum up to correct number (like compounding interests and money-related things). Remember: if you need precision, then you should always use decimal.

why? In my case, I had large zip files with assets and some PSDs pushed as well - to big for the buffer I guess.

How to do this http.postbuffer: execute that command within your project src directory, next to the .git folder, not on the server.

be aware, large temp (chunk) files will be created of that buffer size.

Note: Just check your largest files, then set the buffer.

Edit: Hash versus Array

As cincodenada correctly pointed out in the comment, ysth gave a better answer: I should have answered your question with another question: "Do you really want to use a Perl array? A hash may be more appropriate."

An array allocates memory for all possible indices up to the largest used so-far. In your example, you allocate 24 cells (but use only 3). By contrast, a hash only allocates space for those fields that are actually used.

Array solution: scalar grep

Here are two possible solutions (see below for explanation):

In a recent episode of Adventures in Angular Ben Lesh and Ward Bell discuss the issues around how/when to unsubscribe in a component. The discussion starts at about 1:05:30.

Ward mentions right now there's an awful takeUntil dance that takes a lot of machinery and Shai Reznik mentions Angular handles some of the subscriptions like http and routing.

In response Ben mentions that there are discussions right now to allow Observables to hook into the Angular component lifecycle events and Ward suggests an Observable of lifecycle events that a component could subscribe to as a way of knowing when to complete Observables maintained as component internal state.

That said, we mostly need solutions now so here are some other resources.

1. A recommendation for the takeUntil() pattern from RxJs core team member Nicholas Jamieson and a tslint rule to help enforce it. https://ncjamieson.com/avoiding-takeuntil-leaks/

2. Lightweight npm package that exposes an Observable operator that takes a component instance (this) as a parameter and automatically unsubscribes during ngOnDestroy. https://github.com/NetanelBasal/ngx-take-until-destroy

I mention in a comment to Nicholas' blog that over-use of takeUntil() could be a sign that your component is trying to do too much and that separating your existing components into Feature and Presentational components should be considered. You can then | async the Observable from the Feature component into an Input of the Presentational component, which means no subscriptions are necessary anywhere. Read more about this approach here

--- Edit 3 - The 'Official' Solution (2017/04/09)

I spoke with Ward Bell about this question at NGConf (I even showed him this answer which he said was correct) but he told me the docs team for Angular had a solution to this question that is unpublished (though they are working on getting it approved). He also told me I could update my SO answer with the forthcoming official recommendation.

The solution we should all use going forward is to add a private ngUnsubscribe = new Subject(); field to all components that have .subscribe() calls to Observables within their class code.

We then call this.ngUnsubscribe.next(); this.ngUnsubscribe.complete(); in our ngOnDestroy() methods.

The secret sauce (as noted already by @metamaker) is to call takeUntil(this.ngUnsubscribe) before each of our .subscribe() calls which will guarantee all subscriptions will be cleaned up when the component is destroyed.

For this question there are (2) kinds of Observables - finite value and infinite value.

http Observables produce finite (1) values and something like a DOM event listener Observables produce infinite values.

If you manually call subscribe (not using async pipe), then unsubscribe from infinite Observables.

Don't worry about finite ones, RxJs will take care of them.

I tracked down an answer from Rob Wormald in Angular's Gitter here.

He states (i reorganized for clarity and emphasis is mine)

if its a single-value-sequence (like an http request) the manual cleanup is unnecessary (assuming you subscribe in the controller manually)

i should say "if its a sequence that completes" (of which single value sequences, a la http, are one)

if its an infinite sequence, you should unsubscribe which the async pipe does for you

Also he mentions in this youtube video on Observables that they clean up after themselves... in the context of Observables that complete (like Promises, which always complete because they are always producing 1 value and ending - we never worried about unsubscribing from Promises to make sure they clean up xhr event listeners, right?).

Also in the Rangle guide to Angular 2 it reads

In most cases we will not need to explicitly call the unsubscribe method unless we want to cancel early or our Observable has a longer lifespan than our subscription. The default behavior of Observable operators is to dispose of the subscription as soon as .complete() or .error() messages are published. Keep in mind that RxJS was designed to be used in a "fire and forget" fashion most of the time.

When does the phrase our Observable has a longer lifespan than our subscription apply?

It applies when a subscription is created inside a component which is destroyed before (or not 'long' before) the Observable completes.

I read this as meaning if we subscribe to an http request or an observable that emits 10 values and our component is destroyed before that http request returns or the 10 values have been emitted, we are still ok!

When the request does return or the 10th value is finally emitted the Observable will complete and all resources will be cleaned up.

If we look at this example from the same Rangle guide we can see that the Subscription to route.params does require an unsubscribe() because we don't know when those params will stop changing (emitting new values).

The component could be destroyed by navigating away in which case the route params will likely still be changing (they could technically change until the app ends) and the resources allocated in subscription would still be allocated because there hasn't been a completion.

Ran into a similar issue, in that creating custom error messages for my custom exceptions make ugly code. This was my solution:

This separates the logic for creating the messages. I had originally thought about overriding what(), but then you have to capture your message somewhere. std::runtime_error already has an internal buffer.

As looking on your error #1062 - Duplicate entry '2-S. Name' for key 'PRIMARY' it is saying that you use primary key in your number field that's why it is showing duplicate Error on Number Field. So Remove this primary Key then it inset duplicate also.

An alternative to javax.comm is the rxtx library which supports more platforms than javax.comm.

The code won't even compile. Only an fullworthy Object can be null, like Integer. Here's a basic example to show when you can test for null:

On the other hand, if check() is declared to return int, it can never be null and the whole if-else block is then superfluous.

Autoboxing problems doesn't apply here as well when check() is declared to return int. If it had returned Integer, then you may risk NullPointerException when assigning it to an int instead of Integer. Assigning it as an Integer and using the if-else block would then indeed have been mandatory.

1. static_cast<>() gives you a compile time checking ability, C-Style cast doesn't.
2. static_cast<>() can be spotted easily anywhere inside a C++ source code; in contrast, C_Style cast is harder to spot.
3. Intentions are conveyed much better using C++ casts.

The static cast performs conversions between compatible types. It is similar to the C-style cast, but is more restrictive. For example, the C-style cast would allow an integer pointer to point to a char.

This is an old question, but is still regularly viewed/needed. I want to post to caution readers like me that whitespace as mentioned in the OP's question is not the same as Regex's definition, to include newlines, tabs, and space characters -- Git asks you to be explicit. As stated, git diff -b or git diff --ignore-space-change will ignore spaces at line ends. If you desire that setting to be your default behavior, the following line adds that intent to your .gitconfig file, so it will always ignore the space at line ends:

git config --global core.whitespace trailing-space

In my case, I found this question because I was interested in ignoring "carriage return whitespace differences", so I needed this:

git diff --ignore-cr-at-eol or git config --global core.whitespace cr-at-eol from here.

You can also make it the default only for that repo by omitting the --global parameter, and checking in the settings file for that repo. For the CR problem I faced, it goes away after check-in if warncrlf or autocrlf = true in the [core] section of the .gitconfig file.

Building on the answer by @JoelCoehoorn, my approach is to leave all my PRINT statements in place, and simply follow them with the RAISERROR statement to cause the flush.

For example:

Following redsquare: You should not use in href attribute javascript code like "javascript:void();" - it is wrong. Better use for example href="#" and then in Your event handler as a last command: "return false;". And even better - use in href correct link - if user have javascript disabled, web browser follows the link - in this case Your webpage should reload with input filled with value of that link.

The issue is how you're attempting to get the value. Things like...

won't work. You need to find the element you want to get the value of first. It's not quite like a server side language where you can type in an object's reference name and a period to get or assign values.

As a replacement for some of orsogufo's code, because I recently went with a dictionary for this same problem myself, here is my [] operator:

Code: for row in data:
Error message: TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

Which object is it complaining about? Choice of two, row and data. In for row in data, which needs to be iterable? Only data.

What's the problem with data? Its type is NoneType. Only None has type NoneType. So data is None.

You can verify this in an IDE, or by inserting e.g. print "data is", repr(data) before the for statement, and re-running.

Think about what you need to do next: How should "no data" be represented? Do we write an empty file? Do we raise an exception or log a warning or keep silent?

I experienced the same error in my Xamarin.Android solution.

I verified that my JSON was correct, and noticed that the error only appeared when I ran the app as a Release build.

It turned out that the Linker was removing a library from Newtonsoft.JSON, causing the JSON to be parsed incorrectly.

I fixed the error by adding Newtonsoft.Json to the Ignore assemblies setting in the Android Build Configuration (screen shot below)

A pure virtual function is usually not (but can be) implemented in a base class and must be implemented in a leaf subclass.

You denote that fact by appending the "= 0" to the declaration, like this:

Then you cannot declare and instantiate a subclass without it implementing the pure virtual function:

You need to use brackets when using the fileExists step in an if condition or assign the returned value to a variable

Using variable:

There's no difference, in fact map is implemented in C as rb_ary_collect and enum_collect (eg. there is a difference between map on an array and on any other enum, but no difference between map and collect).

Why do both map and collect exist in Ruby? The map function has many naming conventions in different languages. Wikipedia provides an overview:

The map function originated in functional programming languages but is today supported (or may be defined) in many procedural, object oriented, and multi-paradigm languages as well: In C++'s Standard Template Library, it is called transform, in C# (3.0)'s LINQ library, it is provided as an extension method called Select. Map is also a frequently used operation in high level languages such as Perl, Python and Ruby; the operation is called map in all three of these languages. A collect alias for map is also provided in Ruby (from Smalltalk) [emphasis mine]. Common Lisp provides a family of map-like functions; the one corresponding to the behavior described here is called mapcar (-car indicating access using the CAR operation).

Ruby provides an alias for programmers from the Smalltalk world to feel more at home.

Why is there a different implementation for arrays and enums? An enum is a generalized iteration structure, which means that there is no way in which Ruby can predict what the next element can be (you can define infinite enums, see Prime for an example). Therefore it must call a function to get each successive element (typically this will be the each method).

Arrays are the most common collection so it is reasonable to optimize their performance. Since Ruby knows a lot about how arrays work it doesn't have to call each but can only use simple pointer manipulation which is significantly faster.

Similar optimizations exist for a number of Array methods like zip or count.

As per some of the other answers listed here, you can pass parameters into the base class constructor. It is advised to call your base class constructor at the beginning of the constructor for your inherited class.

I note that in your example you never made use of the extraInfo parameter, so I assumed you might want to concatenate the extraInfo string parameter to the Message property of your exception (it seems that this is being ignored in the accepted answer and the code in your question).

The results of the execution time directly contradict the results of the Query Cost, but I'm having difficulty determining what "Query Cost" actually means.

Query cost is what optimizer thinks of how long your query will take (relative to total batch time).

The optimizer tries to choose the optimal query plan by looking at your query and statistics of your data, trying several execution plans and selecting the least costly of them.

Here you may read in more detail about how does it try to do this.

As you can see, this may differ significantly of what you actually get.

The only real query perfomance metric is, of course, how long does the query actually take.

You are confusing quantmod's 'symbol' (a term relating to a code for some financial thingamuwot) with R's 'symbol', which is a 'type' in R.

Well almost. What it does is create objects with those names in the specified environment. What I think you want to do is to get things out of an environment by name. And for that you need 'get'. Here's how, example code, working in the default environment:

so you have a vector of characters of the things you want:

and then the magic:

If the database is InnoDB then it might be a better idea to use foreign keys and cascade on delete, this would do what you want and also result in no redundant data being stored.

For this example however I don't think you need the first s:

Besides that your indention is wrong. The code wont work. I know you are using python 3. something. I am using python 2.7.3 the code that will actually work for what you trying accomplish is this.

The only difference I would tell python that number is a string of character for the code to work. If not is going to think is a Integer. When somebody runs the code they are inputing a string not an integer. There are many ways of changing this code but this is the easy solution I wanted to provide there is another way that I cant think of without making the 23 into a string. Or you could of "23" put quotations or you could of use int() function in the input. that would transform anything they input into and integer a number.

you can use PHP's end()

Please check the directory path whether exists or not. This error comes up if the folder doesn't exists from where you are running the command. Probably you have executed a remove command from same path in command line.

Whether to use comma or period for the decimal separator is entirely up to the browser. The browser makes it decision based on the locale of the operating system or browser, or some browsers take hints from the website. I made a browser comparison chart showing how different browsers support handle different localization methods. Safari being the only browser that handle commas and periods interchangeably.

Basically, you as a web author cannot really control this. Some work-arounds involves using two input fields with integers. This allows every user to input the data as yo expect. Its not particular sexy, but it will work in every case for all users.

In the future, you will be able to use a --from-lock-file (or similar) flag to install only from the package-lock.json without modifying it.

This will be useful for CI, etc. environments where reproducible builds are important.

I had this problem and it took me hours to figure out. The mainly reason of this error is the SoapClient cannot stream the web service file from the host. I uncommented this line "extension=php_openssl.dll" in my php.ini file and it works.

I think that the easiest and most understandable method in 2020 is to just create a global function like log() and you can pick one of the following methods:

You could say that the downside of these features is that:

1. You are still calling the functions on runtime

And my retorts to these statements is that this is the only method that won't completely remove the console or console.log function which I think is bad programming because other developers who are working on the website would have to realize that you ignorantly removed them. Also, you can't edit JavaScript source code in JavaScript, so if you really want something to just wipe all of those from the code you could use a minifier that minifies your code and removes all console.logs. Now, the choice is yours, what will you do?

1) Set the classpath for the testng.jar in the environment variables
(either manually or via command line).

2) Create a new folder "MyTest".

3) Compile all your classes(testNG+java) and put them(.class files )
in a new folder "Mytest\bin".

4) Put your 'testng.xml' and '.properties' files to "Mytest\bin"
again.

5) Put all the .jar files (testng,selenium... etc) in a new folder
"Mytest\lib".

6) Browse to the folder "bin" via command line and run the command
java -cp "..\lib\*;" org.testng.TestNG testng.xml

this should run your testNG cases.

Yes, there is a bool data type (which inherits from int and has only two values: True and False).

But also Python has the boolean-able concept for every object, which is used when function bool([x]) is called.

As Yaron mentioned, there isn't any difference between where and filter.

filter is an overloaded method that takes a column or string argument. The performance is the same, regardless of the syntax you use.

We can use explain() to see that all the different filtering syntaxes generate the same Physical Plan. Suppose you have a dataset with person_name and person_country columns. All of the following code snippets will return the same Physical Plan below:

The syntax doesn't change how filters are executed under the hood, but the file format / database that a query is executed on does. Spark will execute the same query differently on Postgres (predicate pushdown filtering is supported), Parquet (column pruning), and CSV files. See here for more details.

I had also entered the path of MinGW complier for C++. After removing it, the error disappeared.

I'll suggest that you use this as it will check for both single and multiple occurrence of white space (as suggested by Lucas Green).

Changed from this:

You may want to go over this, but it seems to do the trick - notice that the parameter going into the function is considered to be a Series object labelled "row".

Next, use the apply function in pandas to apply the function - e.g.

Hope this tip will save someone else's life. In my case the problem was that I ran out of memory, but only slightly, was hard to think about it. Wasted 3hrs on that. I recommend running:

sudo htop

or

sudo free -m

...along with running problematic requests on the server to see if your memory doesn't run out. And if it does like in my case, you need to create swap file (unless you already have one).

You can use the jQuery find method

Type safety means that the compiler will validate types while compiling, and throw an error if you try to assign the wrong type to a variable.

Some simple examples:

// Fails, Trying to put an integer in a string

This also applies to method arguments, since you are passing explicit types to them:

The compiler would throw an error, because I am passing a string ("5"), and it is expecting an integer.

In a loosely typed language, such as javascript, I can do the following:

if I call it like this:

Sum = AddTwoNumbers(5, "5");

Javascript automaticly converts the 5 to a string, and returns "55". This is due to javascript using the + sign for string concatenation. To make it type-aware, you would need to do something like:

function AddTwoNumbers(a, b)
{
    return Number(a) + Number(b);
}

Or, possibly:

function AddOnlyTwoNumbers(a, b)
{
    if (isNaN(a) || isNaN(b))
        return false;
    return Number(a) + Number(b);
}

if I call it like this:

Sum = AddTwoNumbers(5, " dogs");

Javascript automatically converts the 5 to a string, and appends them, to return "5 dogs".

Not all dynamic languages are as forgiving as javascript (In fact a dynamic language does not implicity imply a loose typed language (see Python)), some of them will actually give you a runtime error on invalid type casting.

While its convenient, it opens you up to a lot of errors that can be easily missed, and only identified by testing the running program. Personally, I prefer to have my compiler tell me if I made that mistake.

Now, back to C#...

C# supports a language feature called covariance, this basically means that you can substitute a base type for a child type and not cause an error, for example:

 public class Foo : Bar
 {
 }

Here, I created a new class (Foo) that subclasses Bar. I can now create a method:

 void DoSomething(Bar myBar)

And call it using either a Foo, or a Bar as an argument, both will work without causing an error. This works because C# knows that any child class of Bar will implement the interface of Bar.

However, you cannot do the inverse:

void DoSomething(Foo myFoo)

In this situation, I cannot pass Bar to this method, because the compiler does not know that Bar implements Foo's interface. This is because a child class can (and usually will) be much different than the parent class.

Of course, now I've gone way off the deep end and beyond the scope of the original question, but its all good stuff to know :)

If you plan to use the signed distance calculation snippet posted by phi (like I did) and your b might have value 0, you probably want to fix the code as described below:

display is not an attribute - it's a CSS property. You need to access the style object for this:

Preforking, which is the default, starts a number of Apache processes (2 by default here, though I believe one can configure this through httpd.conf). Worker MPM will start a new thread per request, which I would guess, is more memory efficient. Historically, Apache has used prefork, so it's a better-tested model. Threading was only added in 2.0.

The reason why I add this answer is that I want to explain the relationship of . and text() .

The first thing is when using [], there are only two types of data:

1. [number] to select a node from node-set
2. [bool] to filter a node-set from node-set

In this case, the value is evaluated to boolean by function boolean(), and there is a rule:

Filters are always evaluated with respect to a context.

When you need to compare text() or . with a string "Data", it first uses string() function to transform those to string type, than gets a boolean result.

There are two important rule about string():

1. The string() function converts a node-set to a string by returning the string value of the first node in the node-set, which in some instances may yield unexpected results.

   text() is relative path that return a node-set contains all the text node of current node(context node), like ["Data"]. When it is evaluated by string(["Data"]), it will return the first node of node-set, so you get "Data" only when there is only one text node in the node-set.

2. If you want the string() function to concatenate all child text, you must then pass a single node instead of a node-set.

   For example, we get a node-set ['a', 'b'], you can pass there parent node to string(parent), this will return 'ab', and of cause string(.) in you case will return an concatenated string "Data".

Both way will get same result only when there is a text node.

The use of that is not really necessary if you make a workaround with the use of call() or apply():

If you do not want to install anything at all you can "build your own" batch file that does the job from standard Windows commands. Here are some pointers as to how to do it.

1) Using find /c /v "" yourinput.file, get the number of lines in your input file. The output is something like:

2) Using for /f, parse this output to get the number 15.

3) Using set /a, calculate the number of head lines that needs to be skipped

4) Using for /f "skip=n" skip the head lines and echo/process the tail lines.

If you think about it, comparing numbers to logical statements doesn't make much sense. However, since 0 is often associated with "Off" or "False" and 1 with "On" or "True", R has decided to allow 1 == TRUE and 0 == FALSE to both be true. Any other numeric-to-boolean comparison should yield false, unless it's something like 3 - 2 == TRUE.

When you perform a boolean comparison between two vectors in R, the "expectation" is that both vectors are of the same length, so that R can compare each corresponding element in turn.

R has a much loved (or hated) feature called recycling, whereby in many circumstances if you try to do something where R would normally expect objects to be of the same length, it will automatically extend, or recycle, the shorter object to force both objects to be of the same length.

If the longer object is a multiple of the shorter, this amounts to simply repeating the shorter object several times. Oftentimes R programmers will take advantage of this to do things more compactly and with less typing.

But if they are not multiples, R will worry that you may have made a mistake, and perhaps didn't mean to perform that comparison, hence the warning.

Actually, you can do this, but with additional code.

There is Guava equivalent of ParameterizedTypeReference and it's called TypeToken.

Guava's class is much more powerful then Spring's equivalent. You can compose the TypeTokens as you wish. For example:

Since Firefox 32 there is also a full page screenshot button in the developer tools (F12). If it is not enabled go to the developer tools settings (gear button) and choose "Take a fullpage screenshot" at the "Available Toolbox Buttons" section.

I found that only adding padding-top pushed down the grey dropdown arrow box on the right, which was undesirable.

The method that worked for me was to go into the inspector and incrementally add padding until the text was centered. This will also reduce the size of the dropdown icon, but it will be centered as well so it isn't as visually disturbing.

Another possible case (but rare) could be if you have server to server communications and have set server.maxConnections to a very low value.

Install Aptana plugin to your Eclipse installation.

It has built-in FTP support, and it works excellently.

You can:

• Edit files directly from the FTP server
• Perform file/folder management (copy, delete, move, rename, etc.)
• Upload/download files to/from FTP server
• Synchronize local files with FTP server. You can make several profiles (actually projects) for this so you won't have to reinput over and over again.

You need to wait for Javascript and jQuery to finish loading. Execute Javascript to check if jQuery.active is 0 and document.readyState is complete, which means the JS and jQuery load is complete.

If you are creating a V2 Module, you can use an automatic variable called $PSScriptRoot.

You've probably tried this, but are your specifications such that you can do this?

Singletons are handy when you've got a lot code being run when you initialize and object. For example, when you using iBatis when you setup a persistence object it has to read all the configs, parse the maps, make sure its all correct, etc.. before getting to your code.

If you did this every time, performance would be much degraded. Using it in a singleton, you take that hit once and then all subsequent calls don't have to do it.

I think that you have Spring Security on your class path and then spring security is automatically configured with a default user and generated password

Please look into your pom.xml file for:

For me the error occurred due to my browser using a cached version of the js file containing the module. Clearing the cache and reloading the page solved the problem.

Text block is defined using three double quotes (""") as the opening and closing delimiters. The opening delimiter can be followed by zero or more white spaces and a line terminator.

why make the listOfTopicAuthors variable at all?

the "...." represents however your set came into play, whether it's new or came from another location.

All valid characters that can be used in a URI (a URL is a type of URI) are defined in RFC 3986.

All other characters can be used in a URL provided that they are "URL Encoded" first. This involves changing the invalid character for specific "codes" (usually in the form of the percent symbol (%) followed by a hexadecimal number).

It sounds like you're looking for a multimap. Guava has various Multimap implementations, usually created via the Multimaps class.

I would suggest that using that implementation is likely to be simpler than rolling your own, working out what the API should look like, carefully checking for an existing list when adding a value etc. If your situation has a particular aversion to third party libraries it may be worth doing that, but otherwise Guava is a fabulous library which will probably help you with other code too :)

If you need only one upper case and special character then this should work:

The problem might originate from a macro instruction in SDL_main.h

In that macro your main(){} is renamed to SDL_main(){} because SDL needs its own main(){} on some of the many platforms they support, so they change yours. Mostly it achieves their goal, but on my platform it created problems, rather than solved them. I added a 2nd line in SDL_main.h, and for me all problems were gone.

If you don't like the compiler warning caused by this pair of lines, comment both lines out.

If your code is in WinApp(){} you don't have this problem at all. This answer only might help if your main code is in main(){} and your platform is similar to mine.
