This should do it:

UPDATE ProductReviews
SET    ProductReviews.status = '0'
FROM   ProductReviews
       INNER JOIN products
         ON ProductReviews.pid = products.id
WHERE  ProductReviews.id = '17190'
       AND products.shopkeeper = '89137'
