css 100 width div not taking up full width of parent

Question

html  body     width 100       This tells the html to be 100  wide  But 100  refers to the whole browser window width  so no more than that   You may want to set a min width instead   html  body     min-width 100       So it will be 100  as a minimum  bot more if needed

Remove the width 100   declarations   Block elements should take up the whole available width by default
