How to make button fill table cell

I have this HTML       lt p align  center  gt   lt table width  100   gt   lt tr gt   lt td align  center  gt  lt form gt  lt input type submit value  click me  gt  lt  form gt  lt  td gt   lt  tr gt   lt  table gt   lt  p gt        which results in a table and button that looks like this            which is fine  but how would I make the button fill the entire cell   Thanks

For starters    lt p align  center  gt   lt table width  100   gt   lt tr gt   lt td align  center  gt  lt form gt  lt input type submit value  click me  style  width 100   gt  lt  form gt  lt  td gt   lt  tr gt   lt  table gt   lt  p gt    Note  if the width of the input button is 100   you wont need the attribute  align  center   anymore   This would be the optimal solution    lt p align  center  gt   lt table width  100   gt   lt tr gt   lt td gt  lt form gt  lt input type submit value  click me  style  width 100   gt  lt  form gt  lt  td gt   lt  tr gt   lt  table gt   lt  p gt
