[css] Label on the left side instead above an input field

You can use form-inline class for each form-group :)

    <div class="form-group form-inline">                            
        <label for="exampleInputEmail1">Email address</label>
            <input type="email" class="form-control" id="exampleInputEmail1" placeholder="Email">
