Probably somewhere you have DBconnection->close();
and then some queries try to execute .
Hint: It's sometimes mistake to insert ...->close();
in __destruct()
(because __destruct
is event, after which there will be a need for execution of queries)
I realize this is an old question and has been answered but this could help someone.
In your activity
private ScheduledExecutorService scheduleTaskExecutor;
In onCreate
scheduleTaskExecutor = Executors.newScheduledThreadPool(5);
//Schedule a task to run every 5 seconds (or however long you want)
scheduleTaskExecutor.scheduleAtFixedRate(new Runnable() {
@Override
public void run() {
// Do stuff here!
runOnUiThread(new Runnable() {
@Override
public void run() {
// Do stuff to update UI here!
Toast.makeText(MainActivity.this, "Its been 5 seconds", Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
}
});
}
}, 0, 5, TimeUnit.SECONDS); // or .MINUTES, .HOURS etc.
Try changing to this line:
PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getBroadcast(getContext(), 0, i, 0);
Default-Values are only considered for parameters NOT given to the function.
So given a function
procedure foo( bar1 IN number DEFAULT 3,
bar2 IN number DEFAULT 5,
bar3 IN number DEFAULT 8 );
if you call this procedure with no arguments then it will behave as if called with
foo( bar1 => 3,
bar2 => 5,
bar3 => 8 );
but 'NULL' is still a parameter.
foo( 4,
bar3 => NULL );
This will then act like
foo( bar1 => 4,
bar2 => 5,
bar3 => Null );
( oracle allows you to either give the parameter in order they are specified in the procedure, specified by name, or first in order and then by name )
one way to treat NULL the same as a default value would be to default the value to NULL
procedure foo( bar1 IN number DEFAULT NULL,
bar2 IN number DEFAULT NULL,
bar3 IN number DEFAULT NULL );
and using a variable with the desired value then
procedure foo( bar1 IN number DEFAULT NULL,
bar2 IN number DEFAULT NULL,
bar3 IN number DEFAULT NULL )
AS
v_bar1 number := NVL( bar1, 3);
v_bar2 number := NVL( bar2, 5);
v_bar3 number := NVL( bar3, 8);
I came across this problem recently, and I found it helpful to explore the new documentation by Google on debugging Analytics. It didn't actually care about sending tracking info to Google Analytics, I just wanted to ensure that the events were firing correctly, and the debugging tools gave me the info I needed. YMMV, I realize doesn't exactly answer the question.
Uncomment the following line : [System.Web.Script.Services.ScriptService]
Service will start working fine.
[WebService(Namespace = "http://tempuri.org/")]
[WebServiceBinding(ConformsTo = WsiProfiles.BasicProfile1_1)]
To allow this Web Service to be called from script, using ASP.NET AJAX, uncomment the following line.
[System.Web.Script.Services.ScriptService]
public class WebService : System.Web.Services.WebService

Apart from fixing the imports, do a fresh maven clean compile -U
. Note the -U
option, that brings in new dependencies which sometimes the editor has hard time with. Let the compilation fail due to un-imported classes, but at least you have an option to import them after the maven command.
Just doing Maven->Reimport from Intellij did not work for me.
Similar to Shizzmo's answer, but uglier and more accurate. If you're using it often, modify it to suit and put it in a script.
This example:
find
)find . \! \( \( -path ./lib -o -path ./node_modules -o -path ./vendor -o -path ./any/other/path/to/skip -o -wholename ./not/this/specific/file.php -o -name '*.min.js' -o -name '*.min.css' \) -prune \) -type f \( -name '*.php' -o -name '*.inc' -o -name '*.js' -o -name '*.scss' -o -name '*.css' \) -print0 | xargs -0 cat | grep -vcE '^[[:space:]]*$'
If you are doing this in a virtual environment whether using Visual Studio or otherwise, try
easy_install MySQL-python
As mentioned by @Tom, the cut and awk approaches actually don't work for CSVs with quoted strings. An alternative is a module for python that provides the command line tool csvfilter. It works like cut, but properly handles CSV column quoting:
csvfilter -f 1,3,5 in.csv > out.csv
If you have python (and you should), you can install it simply like this:
pip install csvfilter
Please take note that the column indexing in csvfilter starts with 0 (unlike awk, which starts with $1). More info at https://github.com/codeinthehole/csvfilter/
Please remember if you have two versions of Postgres installed you need to Uninstall one of them, in my case on MacOS I had one version installed via .dmg
and one via brew
.
What worked for me was to uninstall the one installed via .dmg
using the following steps
/Library/PostgreSQL/13
.then try
psql postgres
it should work.
How about
$([your selector]).attr('colspan',3);
I would imagine that to work but have no way to test at the moment. Using .attr()
would be the usual jQuery way of setting attributes of elements in the wrapped set.
As has been mentioned in another answer, in order to get this to work would require removing the td elements that have no text in them from the DOM. It may be easier to do this all server side
EDIT:
As was mentioned in the comments, there is a bug in attempting to set colspan using attr() in IE, but the following works in IE6 and FireFox 3.0.13.
notice the use of the attribute colSpan
and not colspan
- the former works in both IE and Firefox, but the latter does not work in IE. Looking at jQuery 1.3.2 source, it would appear that attr()
attempts to set the attribute as a property of the element if
colSpan
exists as a property and defaults to 1 on <td>
HTMLElements in IE and FireFox) using colSpan
as opposed to colspan
works with attr()
because the former is a property defined on the element whereas the latter is not.
the fall-through for attr()
is to attempt to use setAttribute()
on the element in question, setting the value to a string, but this causes problems in IE (bug #1070 in jQuery)
// convert the value to a string (all browsers do this but IE) see #1070
elem.setAttribute( name, "" + value );
In the demo, for each row, the text in each cell is evaluated. If the text is a blank string, then the cell is removed and a counter incremented. The first cell in the row that does not have class="colTime"
has a colspan attribute set to the value of the counter + 1 (for the span it occupies itself).
After this, for each row, the text in the cell with class="colspans"
is set to the colspan attribute values of each cell in the row from left to right.

This is just a demonstration to show that attr()
can be used, but to be aware of it's implementation and the cross-browser quirks that come with it. I've also made some assumptions about your table layout in the demo (i.e. apply the colspan to the first "non-Time" cell in each row), but hopefully you get the idea.
This solution handles the fact that System.getenv("SECONDARY_STORAGE")
is of no use with Marshmallow.
Tested and working on:

You'd normally use java.net.URLConnection
to fire HTTP requests. You'd also normally use multipart/form-data
encoding for mixed POST content (binary and character data). Click the link, it contains information and an example how to compose a multipart/form-data
request body. The specification is in more detail described in RFC2388.
Here's a kickoff example:
String url = "http://example.com/upload";
String charset = "UTF-8";
String param = "value";
File textFile = new File("/path/to/file.txt");
File binaryFile = new File("/path/to/file.bin");
String boundary = Long.toHexString(System.currentTimeMillis()); // Just generate some unique random value.
String CRLF = "\r\n"; // Line separator required by multipart/form-data.
URLConnection connection = new URL(url).openConnection();
connection.setDoOutput(true);
connection.setRequestProperty("Content-Type", "multipart/form-data; boundary=" + boundary);
try (
OutputStream output = connection.getOutputStream();
PrintWriter writer = new PrintWriter(new OutputStreamWriter(output, charset), true);
) {
// Send normal param.
writer.append("--" + boundary).append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"param\"").append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Type: text/plain; charset=" + charset).append(CRLF);
writer.append(CRLF).append(param).append(CRLF).flush();
// Send text file.
writer.append("--" + boundary).append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"textFile\"; filename=\"" + textFile.getName() + "\"").append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Type: text/plain; charset=" + charset).append(CRLF); // Text file itself must be saved in this charset!
writer.append(CRLF).flush();
Files.copy(textFile.toPath(), output);
output.flush(); // Important before continuing with writer!
writer.append(CRLF).flush(); // CRLF is important! It indicates end of boundary.
// Send binary file.
writer.append("--" + boundary).append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"binaryFile\"; filename=\"" + binaryFile.getName() + "\"").append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Type: " + URLConnection.guessContentTypeFromName(binaryFile.getName())).append(CRLF);
writer.append("Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary").append(CRLF);
writer.append(CRLF).flush();
Files.copy(binaryFile.toPath(), output);
output.flush(); // Important before continuing with writer!
writer.append(CRLF).flush(); // CRLF is important! It indicates end of boundary.
// End of multipart/form-data.
writer.append("--" + boundary + "--").append(CRLF).flush();
}
// Request is lazily fired whenever you need to obtain information about response.
int responseCode = ((HttpURLConnection) connection).getResponseCode();
System.out.println(responseCode); // Should be 200
This code is less verbose when you use a 3rd party library like Apache Commons HttpComponents Client.
The Apache Commons FileUpload as some incorrectly suggest here is only of interest in the server side. You can't use and don't need it at the client side.
There are many variants of Base64, so consider just determining if your string resembles the varient you expect to handle. As such, you may need to adjust the regex below with respect to the index and padding characters (i.e. +
, /
, =
).
class String
def resembles_base64?
self.length % 4 == 0 && self =~ /^[A-Za-z0-9+\/=]+\Z/
end
end
Usage:
raise 'the string does not resemble Base64' unless my_string.resembles_base64?
Save the count as you go - and use validation to enforce it. I hacked this together - for keeping a count of unique votes and counts which keeps coming up!. But this time I have tested my suggestion! (notwithstanding cut/paste errors!).
The 'trick' here is to use the node priority to as the vote count...
The data is:
vote/$issueBeingVotedOn/user/$uniqueIdOfVoter = thisVotesCount, priority=thisVotesCount vote/$issueBeingVotedOn/count = 'user/'+$idOfLastVoter, priority=CountofLastVote
,"vote": {
".read" : true
,".write" : true
,"$issue" : {
"user" : {
"$user" : {
".validate" : "!data.exists() &&
newData.val()==data.parent().parent().child('count').getPriority()+1 &&
newData.val()==newData.GetPriority()"
user can only vote once && count must be one higher than current count && data value must be same as priority.
}
}
,"count" : {
".validate" : "data.parent().child(newData.val()).val()==newData.getPriority() &&
newData.getPriority()==data.getPriority()+1 "
}
count (last voter really) - vote must exist and its count equal newcount, && newcount (priority) can only go up by one.
}
}
Test script to add 10 votes by different users (for this example, id's faked, should user auth.uid in production). Count down by (i--) 10 to see validation fail.
<script src='https://cdn.firebase.com/v0/firebase.js'></script>
<script>
window.fb = new Firebase('https:...vote/iss1/');
window.fb.child('count').once('value', function (dss) {
votes = dss.getPriority();
for (var i=1;i<10;i++) vote(dss,i+votes);
} );
function vote(dss,count)
{
var user='user/zz' + count; // replace with auth.id or whatever
window.fb.child(user).setWithPriority(count,count);
window.fb.child('count').setWithPriority(user,count);
}
</script>
The 'risk' here is that a vote is cast, but the count not updated (haking or script failure). This is why the votes have a unique 'priority' - the script should really start by ensuring that there is no vote with priority higher than the current count, if there is it should complete that transaction before doing its own - get your clients to clean up for you :)
The count needs to be initialised with a priority before you start - forge doesn't let you do this, so a stub script is needed (before the validation is active!).
Hope this is work, this is working in my app
SmsManager.getDefault().sendTextMessage("Phone Number", null, "Message", null, null);
The code for the confirmation dialogue can be written shorter this way:
$scope.$on('$locationChangeStart', function( event ) {
var answer = confirm("Are you sure you want to leave this page?")
if (!answer) {
event.preventDefault();
}
});
I guess something like this would do the job.
var option = document.createElement("option");
option.text = "Text";
option.value = "myvalue";
var select = document.getElementById("daySelect");
select.appendChild(option);
It turns out, I was using the fetch
method incorrectly.
fetch
expects two parameters: an endpoint to the API, and an optional object which can contain body and headers.
I was wrapping the intended object within a second object, which did not get me any desired result.
Here's how it looks on a high level:
fetch('API_ENDPOINT', OBJECT)
.then(function(res) {
return res.json();
})
.then(function(resJson) {
return resJson;
})
I structured my object as such:
var obj = {
method: 'POST',
headers: {
'Accept': 'application/json',
'Content-Type': 'application/json',
'Origin': '',
'Host': 'api.producthunt.com'
},
body: JSON.stringify({
'client_id': '(API KEY)',
'client_secret': '(API SECRET)',
'grant_type': 'client_credentials'
})
If you are a Notepad++ user, try doing the following:
Open your .gitignore file using Notepad++ and do:
Menu Edit → EOL Conversion → Windows Format → Save.
Try using git status
again and see if it works for you.
I have posted the answer to a similar question here.
Even without cloning or fetching, you can check the list of tags on the upstream repo with git ls-remote
:
git ls-remote --tags /url/to/upstream/repo
(as illustrated in "When listing git-ls-remote why there's “^{}
” after the tag name?")
xbmono illustrates in the comments that quotes are needed:
git ls-remote --tags /some/url/to/repo "refs/tags/MyTag^{}"
Note that you can always push your commits and tags in one command with (git 1.8.3+, April 2013):
git push --follow-tags
See Push git commits & tags simultaneously.
Regarding Atlassian SourceTree specifically:
Note that, from this thread, SourceTree ONLY shows local tags.
There is an RFE (Request for Enhancement) logged in SRCTREEWIN-4015
since Dec. 2015.
A simple workaround:
see a list of only unpushed tags?
git push --tags
or check the "
Push all tags
" box on the "Push" dialog box, all tags will be pushed to your remote.
That way, you will be "sure that they are present in remote so that other developers can pull them".
The correct recursive command is:
sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/lampp/htdocs
-R
: change every sub folder including the current folder

This may help someone else, I started out testing for the string type of the variable s, but for my application, it made more sense to simply return s as utf-8. The process calling return_utf, then knows what it is dealing with and can handle the string appropriately. The code is not pristine, but I intend for it to be Python version agnostic without a version test or importing six. Please comment with improvements to the sample code below to help other people.

You can try ng-file-upload angularjs plugin (instead of ng-upload).
It's fairly easy to setup and deal with angularjs specifics. It also supports progress, cancel, drag and drop and is cross browser.

angular.module('myApp', ['ngFileUpload']);
var MyCtrl = [ '$scope', '$upload', function($scope, $upload) {
$scope.onFileSelect = function($files) {

for (var i = 0; i < $files.length; i++) {
var file = $files[i];
$scope.upload = $upload.upload({
url: 'server/upload/url', //upload.php script, node.js route, or servlet url
data: {myObj: $scope.myModelObj},
file: file,

console.log('percent: ' + parseInt(100.0 * evt.loaded / evt.total));
}).then(function(response) {
var data = response.data;
// file is uploaded successfully
console.log(data);
});
}
};
}];
I find InputFilter to be more appropriate to validate text inputs on android.
Here's a simple example: How do I use InputFilter to limit characters in an EditText in Android?
You could add a Toast to feedback the user about your restrictions. Also check the android:inputType tag out.
in C (and other languages probably) a single |
or &
is a bitwise comparison.
The double ||
or &&
is a logical comparison.
Edit: Be sure to read Mehrdad's comment below regarding "without short-circuiting"
In practice, since true
is often equivalent to 1
and false
is often equivalent to 0
, the bitwise comparisons can sometimes be valid and return exactly the same result.
There was once a mission critical software component I ran a static code analyzer on and it pointed out that a bitwise comparison was being used where a logical comparison should have been. Since it was written in C and due to the arrangement of logical comparisons, the software worked just fine with either. Example:
if ( (altitide > 10000) & (knots > 100) )
...

I only use MicrosoftAdvertising.Mobile and Microsoft.Advertising.Mobile.UI and I am served ads. The SDK should only add the DLLs not reference itself.
Note: You need to explicitly set width and height Make sure the phone dialer, and web browser capabilities are enabled
Followup note: Make sure that after you've removed the SDK DLL, that the xmlns references are not still pointing to it. The best route to take here is
Here is the xmlns reference:

$("#yourElementID").hide()
You could use PHP's dirname function.
<?php echo dirname(__DIR__); ?>
.
That will give you the name of the parent directory of __DIR__
, which stores the current directory.
You urls are not in the same repository, so you can't do it with the svn diff
command.

Another way you could do it, is export each repos using svn export

// Export repositories
svn export http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/boost/extension/ repos1
svn export http://cloudobserver.googlecode.com/svn/branches/v0.4/Boost.Extension.Tutorial/libs/boost/extension/ repos2
// Compare exported directories

Cursor phones = context.getContentResolver().query(ContactsContract.CommonDataKinds.Phone.CONTENT_URI, null, null, null, null);
for (Cursor phone : new IterableCursor(phones)) {
String name = phone.getString(phone.getColumnIndex(ContactsContract.CommonDataKinds.Phone.DISPLAY_NAME));
String phoneNumber = phone.getString(phone.getColumnIndex(ContactsContract.CommonDataKinds.Phone.NUMBER));
Log.d("name=" + name + " phoneNumber=" + phoneNumber);
}
phones.close();
}
select date_format(str_to_date('31/12/2010', '%d/%m/%Y'), '%Y%m');
or
select date_format(str_to_date('12/31/2011', '%m/%d/%Y'), '%Y%m');
hard to tell from your example
If the table is already created in the database, then you can add a unique constraint later on by using this SQL query:
ALTER TABLE dbo.User
ADD CONSTRAINT ucCodes UNIQUE (fcode, scode, dcode)
I've found that this error is also generated if the document is empty. In this case it's also because there is no root element - but the error message "Extra content and the end of the document" is misleading in this situation.
Simply pass the desired value as first argument, like 0
, math.inf
or, here, np.nan
. The constructor then initializes and fills the value array to the size specified by arguments index
and columns
:
>>> import numpy as np
>>> import pandas as pd
>>> df = pd.DataFrame(np.nan, index=[0, 1, 2, 3], columns=['A', 'B'])
>>> df.dtypes
A float64
B float64
dtype: object
>>> df.values
array([[nan, nan],
[nan, nan],
[nan, nan],
[nan, nan]])
Here is my recursive approach:
function visit(object) {
if (isIterable(object)) {
forEachIn(object, function (accessor, child) {
visit(child);
});
}
else {
var value = object;
console.log(value);
}
}
function forEachIn(iterable, functionRef) {
for (var accessor in iterable) {
functionRef(accessor, iterable[accessor]);
}
}
function isIterable(element) {
return isArray(element) || isObject(element);
}
function isArray(element) {
return element.constructor == Array;
}
function isObject(element) {
return element.constructor == Object;
}
Using
Dim myarray As Variant
works but
Dim myarray As String
doesn't so I sitck to Variant
You can animate the scrolltop of the page with jQuery.
$('html, body').animate({

See this site: http://papermashup.com/jquery-page-scrolling/
You need the ?Rscript
command to run an R script from the terminal.

I implemented UICollectionViewDelegateFlowLayout
on my UICollectionViewController
and override the method responsible for determining the size of the Cell. I then took the screen width and divided it with my column requirement. For example, I wanted to have 3 columns on each screen size. So here's what my code looks like -
- (CGSize)collectionView:(UICollectionView *)collectionView
layout:(UICollectionViewLayout *)collectionViewLayout
sizeForItemAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath
{
CGRect screenRect = [[UIScreen mainScreen] bounds];
CGFloat screenWidth = screenRect.size.width;
float cellWidth = screenWidth / 3.0; //Replace the divisor with the column count requirement. Make sure to have it in float.
CGSize size = CGSizeMake(cellWidth, cellWidth);
return size;
}
Use this method:
$_product = wc_get_product( $id );
Official API-docs: wc_get_product
First add an Enrty
and Category
class:
public class Entry { public string Id { get; set; } public string Title { get; set; } public string Updated { get; set; } public string Summary { get; set; } public string GPoint { get; set; } public string GElev { get; set; } public List<string> Categories { get; set; } } public class Category { public string Label { get; set; } public string Term { get; set; } }
Then use LINQ to XML
XDocument xDoc = XDocument.Load("path"); List<Entry> entries = (from x in xDoc.Descendants("entry") select new Entry() { Id = (string) x.Element("id"), Title = (string)x.Element("title"), Updated = (string)x.Element("updated"), Summary = (string)x.Element("summary"), GPoint = (string)x.Element("georss:point"), GElev = (string)x.Element("georss:elev"), Categories = (from c in x.Elements("category") select new Category { Label = (string)c.Attribute("label"), Term = (string)c.Attribute("term") }).ToList(); }).ToList();
I arrived to this question looking for the same but for Chromium (actually I'm using https://ungoogled-software.github.io). So in case anyone else is looking for the same:

This seems to be the default behavior on iOS 10.3 based on behavior people have been witnessing in beta #2. Haven't found any official documentation about this yet so please comment if you have.
There're 3 ways to achieve this after conda
4.6. (The last method has the highest priority.)
Use sub-command conda config
to change the setting.
conda config --set auto_activate_base false
In fact, the former conda config
sub-command is changing configuration file .condarc
. We can modify .condarc
directly. Add following content into .condarc
under your home directory,
# auto_activate_base (bool)
# Automatically activate the base environment during shell
# initialization. for `conda init`
auto_activate_base: false
Set environment variable CONDA_AUTO_ACTIVATE_BASE
in the shell's init file. (.bashrc
for bash, .zshrc
for zsh)
CONDA_AUTO_ACTIVATE_BASE=false
To convert from the
condarc
file-based configuration parameter name to the environment variable parameter name, make the name all uppercase and prependCONDA_
. For example, conda’salways_yes
configuration parameter can be specified using aCONDA_ALWAYS_YES
environment variable.
The environment settings take precedence over corresponding settings in .condarc
file.
Another approach with the Array.ForEach<T> Method (T[], Action<T>)
method of the Array
class
Array.ForEach(myArray, Console.WriteLine);
That takes only one iteration compared to array.ToList().ForEach(Console.WriteLine)
which takes two iterations and creates internally a second array for the List
(double iteration runtime and double memory consumtion)
Maybe I'm overthinking this but..
str_l = next((k for k,v in locals().items() if id(l) == id(v)))
>>> bar = True
>>> foo = False
>>> my_dict=dict(bar=bar, foo=foo)
>>> next((k for k,v in locals().items() if id(bar) == id(v)))
'bar'
>>> next((k for k,v in locals().items() if id(foo) == id(v)))
'foo'
>>> next((k for k,v in locals().items() if id(my_dict) == id(v)))
'my_dict'
There are CSS options for the audio tag.

But if you play around with it you'll see results can be unexpected - as of August 2012.
data.table
has a really intuitive way of doing this as well:
library(data.table)
sample_fxn = function(x,y,z){
return((x+y)*z)
}
df = data.table(A = 1:5,B=seq(2,10,2),C = 6:10)
> df
A B C
1: 1 2 6
2: 2 4 7
3: 3 6 8
4: 4 8 9
5: 5 10 10
The :=
operator can be called within brackets to add a new column using a function
df[,new_column := sample_fxn(A,B,C)]
> df
A B C new_column
1: 1 2 6 18
2: 2 4 7 42
3: 3 6 8 72
4: 4 8 9 108
5: 5 10 10 150
It's also easy to accept constants as arguments as well using this method:
df[,new_column2 := sample_fxn(A,B,2)]
> df
A B C new_column new_column2
1: 1 2 6 18 6
2: 2 4 7 42 12
3: 3 6 8 72 18
4: 4 8 9 108 24
5: 5 10 10 150 30
My Method:
protected void processRequest(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
throws ServletException, IOException {
try {
String path = request.getRealPath("/WEB-INF/conf.properties");
Properties p = new Properties();
p.load(new FileInputStream(path));
String StringConexion=p.getProperty("StringConexion");
String User=p.getProperty("User");
String Password=p.getProperty("Password");
}
catch(Exception e){
String msg = "Excepcion " + e;
}
}
crcany will generate efficient C code for any CRC, and includes a library of over one hundred known CRC definitions.
Efficient CRC code uses tables instead of bit-wise calculations. crcany generates both byte-wise routines and word-wise routines, the latter tuned to the architecture they are generated on. Word-wise is the fastest. Byte-wise is still much faster than bit-wise, but the implementation is more easily portable over architectures.
You do not seem to have a protocol definition with a specific CRC definition that you need to match. In this case, you can pick any 16-bit CRC in the catalog, and you will get good performance.
If you have a relatively low bit error rate, e.g. single digit number of errors per packet, and you want to maximize your error detection performance, you would need to look at the packet size you are applying the CRC to, assuming that that is constant or bounded, and look at the performance of the best polynomials in Philip Koopman's extensive research. The classic CRCs, such as the CCITT/Kermit 16-bit CRC or the X.25 16-bit CRC are not the best performers.
One of the good 16-bit performers in Koopman's tables that is also in the catalog of CRCs used in practice is CRC-16/DNP. It has very good performance detecting up to 6-bit errors in a packet. Following is the code generated by crcany for that CRC definition. This code assumes a little-endian architecture for the word-wise calculation, e.g. Intel x86 and x86-64, and it assumes that uintmax_t
is 64 bits. crcany can be used to generate alternative code for big-endian and other word sizes.
crc16dnp.h:
// The _bit, _byte, and _word routines return the CRC of the len bytes at mem,
// applied to the previous CRC value, crc. If mem is NULL, then the other
// arguments are ignored, and the initial CRC, i.e. the CRC of zero bytes, is
// returned. Those routines will all return the same result, differing only in
// speed and code complexity. The _rem routine returns the CRC of the remaining
// bits in the last byte, for when the number of bits in the message is not a
// multiple of eight. The low bits bits of the low byte of val are applied to
// crc. bits must be in 0..8.

If you only need to exclude out enter
, escape
and spacebar
keys, you can do the following:
$("#text1").keyup(function(event) {
if (event.keyCode != '13' && event.keyCode != '27' && event.keyCode != '32') {
alert('test');
}
});
You can refer to the complete list of keycode here for your further modification.
You're effectively scanning the list once to find the min value, then scanning it again to find the index, you can do both in one go:
from operator import itemgetter
min(enumerate(a), key=itemgetter(1))[0]
var stack = [];
stack.push(2); // stack is now [2]
stack.push(5); // stack is now [2, 5]
var i = stack.pop(); // stack is now [2]
alert(i); // displays 5
var queue = [];
queue.push(2); // queue is now [2]
queue.push(5); // queue is now [2, 5]
var i = queue.shift(); // queue is now [5]
alert(i); // displays 2

/**

if (Modifier.isPublic(mod) && !Modifier.isStatic(mod) && !Modifier.isFinal(mod)) {
name = method.getName();
break;
}
}
return name;
}
}
Example:
public enum Foo {
ONE("eins"), TWO("zwei"), THREE("drei");
private String value;
private Foo(String value) {
this.value = value;
}
public String getValue() {
return value;
}
}
EnumUtil.from(Foo.class, "drei")
returns Foo.THREE
, because it will use getValue
to match "drei", which is unique public, not final and not static method in Foo.
In case Foo has more than on public, not final and not static method, for example, getTranslate
which returns "drei", the other method can be used: EnumUtil.from(Foo.class, "drei", "getTranslate")
.
I believe the WAVE module does not support recording, just processing existing files. You might want to look at PyAudio for actually recording. WAV is about the world's simplest file format. In paInt16 you just get a signed integer representing a level, and closer to 0 is quieter. I can't remember if WAV files are high byte first or low byte, but something like this ought to work (sorry, I'm not really a python programmer:
from array import array
# you'll probably want to experiment on threshold
# depends how noisy the signal
threshold = 10
max_value = 0
as_ints = array('h', data)
max_value = max(as_ints)
if max_value > threshold:
# not silence
PyAudio code for recording kept for reference:
import pyaudio
import sys
chunk = 1024
FORMAT = pyaudio.paInt16
CHANNELS = 1
RATE = 44100
RECORD_SECONDS = 5
p = pyaudio.PyAudio()
stream = p.open(format=FORMAT,
channels=CHANNELS,
rate=RATE,
input=True,
output=True,
frames_per_buffer=chunk)
print "* recording"
for i in range(0, 44100 / chunk * RECORD_SECONDS):
data = stream.read(chunk)
# check for silence here by comparing the level with 0 (or some threshold) for
# the contents of data.
# then write data or not to a file
print "* done"
stream.stop_stream()
stream.close()
p.terminate()
In a linked question, there's some Objective-C code to get the mime type for a file URL. I've created a Swift extension based on that Objective-C code to get the mime type:
import Foundation
import MobileCoreServices
extension URL {
var mimeType: String? {
guard self.pathExtension.count != 0 else {
return nil
}
let pathExtension = self.pathExtension as CFString
if let preferredIdentifier = UTTypeCreatePreferredIdentifierForTag(kUTTagClassFilenameExtension, pathExtension, nil) {
guard let mimeType = UTTypeCopyPreferredTagWithClass(preferredIdentifier.takeRetainedValue(), kUTTagClassMIMEType) else {
return nil
}
return mimeType.takeRetainedValue() as String
}
return nil
}
}
if you still looking for the answer you can use input type="number" in place of type="range" min max work if it set in that order:
1-name
2-maxlength
3-size
4-min
5-max
just copy it
<input name="X" maxlength="3" size="2" min="1" max="100" type="number" />
pch=20 returns a symbol sized between "." and 19.
It's a filled symbol (which is probably what you want).
Aside from that, even the base graphics system in R allows a user fine-grained control over symbol size, color, and shape. E.g.,
dfx = data.frame(ev1=1:10, ev2=sample(10:99, 10), ev3=10:1)
with(dfx, symbols(x=ev1, y=ev2, circles=ev3, inches=1/3,
ann=F, bg="steelblue2", fg=NULL))
You can just use numpy arrays. Look at the numpy for matlab users page for a detailed overview of the pros and cons of arrays w.r.t. matrices.
As I mentioned in the comment, having to use the dot()
function or method for mutiplication of vectors is the biggest pitfall. But then again, numpy arrays are consistent. All operations are element-wise. So adding or subtracting arrays and multiplication with a scalar all work as expected of vectors.
Edit2: Starting with Python 3.5 and numpy 1.10 you can use the @
infix-operator for matrix multiplication, thanks to pep 465.
Edit: Regarding your comment:
Yes. The whole of numpy is based on arrays.
Yes. linalg.norm(v)
is a good way to get the length of a vector. But what you get depends on the possible second argument to norm! Read the docs.
To normalize a vector, just divide it by the length you calculated in (2). Division of arrays by a scalar is also element-wise.
An example in ipython:
In [1]: import math
In [2]: import numpy as np
In [3]: a = np.array([4,2,7])
In [4]: np.linalg.norm(a)
Out[4]: 8.3066238629180749
In [5]: math.sqrt(sum([n**2 for n in a]))
Out[5]: 8.306623862918075
In [6]: b = a/np.linalg.norm(a)
In [7]: np.linalg.norm(b)
Out[7]: 1.0
Note that In [5]
is an alternative way to calculate the length. In [6]
shows normalizing the vector.

If you're using IPython 4.x/Jupyter, run
$ jupyter notebook --generate-config
This will create a file jupyter_notebook_config.py
in ~/.jupyter
. This file already has a line starting with # c.NotebookApp.notebook_dir=u''
.
All you need to do is to uncomment this line and change the value to your desired location, e.g., c.NotebookApp.notebook_dir=u'/home/alice/my_ipython_notebooks'
The error is:
Can not deserialize instance of java.lang.String out of START_ARRAY token at [Source: line: 1, column: 1095] (through reference chain: JsonGen["platforms"])

look like this:
"platforms": [
{
"platform": "iphone"
},
{
"platform": "ipad"
},
{
"platform": "android_phone"
},
{
"platform": "android_tablet"
}
]
So try change your pojo to something like this:
private List platforms;
public List getPlatforms(){
return this.platforms;
}
public void setPlatforms(List platforms){
this.platforms = platforms;
}
EDIT: you will need change mobile_networks
too. Will look like this:
private List mobile_networks;
public List getMobile_networks() {
return mobile_networks;
}
public void setMobile_networks(List mobile_networks) {
this.mobile_networks = mobile_networks;
}

This solve my problem
I suppose one thing that may be concerning you is whether or not the entries could change, so that the 2 becomes a different number, for instance. You can put your mind at ease here, because in Python, integers are immutable, meaning they cannot change after they are created.
Not everything in Python is immutable, though. For example, lists are mutable---they can change after being created. So for example, if you had a list of lists
>>> a = [[1], [2], [3]]
>>> a[0].append(7)
>>> a
[[1, 7], [2], [3]]
Here, I changed the first entry of a
(I added 7
to it). One could imagine shuffling things around, and getting unexpected things here if you are not careful (and indeed, this does happen to everyone when they start programming in Python in some way or another; just search this site for "modifying a list while looping through it" to see dozens of examples).
It's also worth pointing out that x = x + [a]
and x.append(a)
are not the same thing. The second one mutates x
, and the first one creates a new list and assigns it to x
. To see the difference, try setting y = x
before adding anything to x
and trying each one, and look at the difference the two make to y
.
Your "workaround" (hiding the actionBar yourself) is the normal way. But google recommands to always hide the ActionBar when the TitleBar is hidden. Have a look here: https://developer.android.com/training/system-ui/status.html

Matching:
>>> import re
>>> p=re.compile('\\s*(.*\\S)?\\s*')
>>> m=p.match(' \t blah ')
>>> m.group(1)
'blah'
>>> m=p.match(' \tbl ah \t ')
>>> m.group(1)
'bl ah'
>>> m=p.match(' \t ')
>>> print m.group(1)
None
Searching (you have to handle the "only spaces" input case differently):
>>> p1=re.compile('\\S.*\\S')
>>> m=p1.search(' \tblah \t ')
>>> m.group()
'blah'
>>> m=p1.search(' \tbl ah \t ')
>>> m.group()
'bl ah'
>>> m=p1.search(' \t ')
>>> m.group()

The error MethodNotAllowedHttpException means the route exists, but the HTTP method (GET) is wrong. You have to change it to POST:
Route::post('test/register', array('uses'=>'TestController@create'));
Also, you need to hash your passwords:
public function create()
{
$user = new User;
$user->username = Input::get('username');
$user->email = Input::get('email');
$user->password = Hash::make(Input::get('password'));
$user->save();
return Redirect::back();
}
And I removed the line:
$user= Input::all();
Because in the next command you replace its contents with
$user = new User;
To debug your Input, you can, in the first line of your controller:
dd( Input::all() );
It will display all fields in the input.

. You have other errors, but this one is very basic.
Try:
exec('drop table #tab') -- you can add condition 'if table exists'
exec('select * into #tab from tab')
Use convert
from http://www.imagemagick.org. (Readily supplied as a package in most Linux distributions.)
Here is a hack, but it's funny that it works (Git 2.2.1). Similar to what @Teka suggested, but easier to remember:
git submodule add path_to_repo
).submodules
. Commit a change..submodules
file and commit the change.Now, you have a directory that gets created when commit is checked out. An interesting thing though is that if you look at the content of tree object of this file you'll get:
fatal: Not a valid object name b64338b90b4209263b50244d18278c0999867193
I wouldn't encourage to use it though since it may stop working in the future versions of Git. Which may leave your repository corrupted.
If someone wants total control over the path of the source and destination paths, then using maven-antrun-plugin
's copy
task is the best option. This approach will allow you to copy between any paths on the system, irrespective of the concerned paths being within the mvn
project or not. I had a situation where I had to do some unusual stuff like copy generated source files from target
directory back to the src
directory for further processing. In my situation, this was the only option that worked without fuss. Sample code snippet from pom.xml
:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-antrun-plugin</artifactId>
<version>1.8</version>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>process-resources</phase>
<configuration>
<tasks>
<copy file="${basedir}/target/myome/minifyJsSrcDir/myome.min.js" todir="${basedir}/src/main/webapp/app/minifyJsSrcDir"/>
</tasks>
</configuration>
<goals>
<goal>run</goal>
</goals>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
First, you have to start mongod server then after in another terminal you have to start mongo shell.
For starting, mongo server
1. If you path is Default path (data/db) simple fired mongod in terminal
2. If your path is not data/db then you command like as follow: mongod --dbpath 'here your path comes' .
For starting mongo shell, Simply fired mongo in another terminal
If you get this waiting for connections on port 27017, then your mongo successfully started.
Hope you can get my point
String a="string with multi spaces ";
//or this
String b= a.replaceAll("\\s+"," ");
String c= a.replace(" "," ").replace(" "," ").replace(" "," ").replace(" "," ").replace(" "," ");
//it work fine with any spaces
*don't forget space in sting b

It's not working because console.log() it's not in a "executable area" of the class "App".
A class is a structure composed by attributes and methods.
The only way to have your code executed is to place it inside a method that is going to be executed. For instance: constructor()
console.log('It works here')_x000D_
_x000D_
@Component({..)_x000D_
export class App {_x000D_
s: string = "Hello2";_x000D_
_x000D_
constructor() {_x000D_
console.log(this.s) _x000D_
} _x000D_
}
_x000D_
Think of class like a plain javascript object.
Would it make sense to expect this to work?
class: {_x000D_
s: string,_x000D_
console.log(s)_x000D_
}
_x000D_
If you still unsure, try the typescript playground where you can see your typescript code generated into plain javascript.
Just because it is so difficult to find and it has to be spread: in mySQL this can be done much simpler, but I don't know if it works in other SQL.
SELECT * FROM `comments`
WHERE `comments`.`id` IN ('12','5','3','17')
ORDER BY FIELD(`comments`.`id`,'12','5','3','17')
Use the Oracle documentation and search for keyword "trigger" in your browser.
This approach should work with other metadata type questions.
.gradle
dataMy problem was fixed with this method.
Here is a snippet of code I often use. It returns the full available screen area (even on multi-monitor setups) while retaining the native monitor positions.
public static Rectangle getMaximumScreenBounds() {
int minx=0, miny=0, maxx=0, maxy=0;
GraphicsEnvironment environment = GraphicsEnvironment.getLocalGraphicsEnvironment();
for(GraphicsDevice device : environment.getScreenDevices()){
Rectangle bounds = device.getDefaultConfiguration().getBounds();
minx = Math.min(minx, bounds.x);
miny = Math.min(miny, bounds.y);
maxx = Math.max(maxx, bounds.x+bounds.width);
maxy = Math.max(maxy, bounds.y+bounds.height);
}
return new Rectangle(minx, miny, maxx-minx, maxy-miny);
}
On a computer with two full-HD monitors, where the left one is set as the main monitor (in Windows settings), the function returns
java.awt.Rectangle[x=0,y=0,width=3840,height=1080]
On the same setup, but with the right monitor set as the main monitor, the function returns
java.awt.Rectangle[x=-1920,y=0,width=3840,height=1080]
I fought this problem for HOURS.
I tried to update requests. Then I updated certifi. I pointed verify to certifi.where() (The code does this by default anyways). Nothing worked.
Finally I updated my version of python to python 2.7.11. I was on Python 2.7.5 which had some incompatibilities with the way that the certificates are verified. Once I updated Python (and a handful of other dependencies) it started working.
I use natbib
in combination with bibliographystyle{apa}
. Eg:
\begin{document}
The body of the document goes here...
\newpage
\bibliography{bibliography} % Or whatever you decided to call your .bib file
\usepackage[round, comma, sort&compress ]{natbib}
bibliographystyle{apa}
\end{document}
This error can also happen if the server only sends its leaf certificate and does not send all the chain certificates needed to build the trust chain to the root CA. Unfortunately this is a common misconfiguration of servers.
Most browsers work around this problem if they already know the missing chain certificate from earlier visits or maybe download the missing certificate if the leaf certificate contains a URL for CA issuers in Authority Information Access (AIA). But this behavior is usually restricted to desktop browsers and other tools simply fail because they cannot build the trust chain.
You can make the JRE to automatically download the intermediate certificate by setting com.sun.security.enableAIAcaIssuers
to true
To verify if the server is sending all the chain certificates you can enter the host in the following SSL certificate validation tool https://www.digicert.com/help/
that was a standard but heavily differs per browser now. (since Nielsen gave it up ;)
I am writing my answer here because it may be helpful to other readers, who might have a slightly different requirement than the questioner here.
I prepare an .xlsx template; all the cells which will be populated with dates, are already formatted as date cells (using Excel).
I open the .xlsx template using Apache POI and then just write the date to the cell, and it works.
In the example below, cell A1 is already formatted from within Excel with the format [$-409]mmm yyyy
, and the Java code is used only to populate the cell.
FileInputStream inputStream = new FileInputStream(new File("Path to .xlsx template"));
Workbook wb = new XSSFWorkbook(inputStream);
Date date1=new Date();
Sheet xlsMainTable = (Sheet) wb.getSheetAt(0);
Row myRow= CellUtil.getRow(0, xlsMainTable);
CellUtil.getCell(myRow, 0).setCellValue(date1);
WHen the Excel is opened, the date is formatted correctly.
To RESTORE your pictures from /storage/emulated/0/ simply open the 100Andro file..there you will see your pictures although you may not have access to them in you pc explorer. There open each picture one by one, go on setting (three dots..) and save the picture. It will show up in the android file 'Pictures' from where you can also copy them by using your explorer. There is no 'save all' function, however so it must be done one by one, but it works.
QT
This is older but placing this here for my reference too. boto3.resource is just implementing the default Session, you can pass through boto3.resource session details.
Help on function resource in module boto3:
resource(*args, **kwargs)
Create a resource service client by name using the default session.
See :py:meth:`boto3.session.Session.resource`.
https://github.com/boto/boto3/blob/86392b5ca26da57ce6a776365a52d3cab8487d60/boto3/session.py#L265
you can see that it just takes the same arguments as Boto3.Session
import boto3
S3 = boto3.resource('s3', region_name='us-west-2', aws_access_key_id=settings.AWS_SERVER_PUBLIC_KEY, aws_secret_access_key=settings.AWS_SERVER_SECRET_KEY)
S3.Object( bucket_name, key_name ).delete()
I do this in a more permanent way - instead of installing the APKs each time with adb
, permanently add them to the system image that the emulator uses. You will need Yaffey on Windows, or a similar utility on other systems, to modify YAFFS2 images. Copy GoogleLoginService.apk
, GoogleServicesFramework.apk
, and Phonesky.apk
(or Vending.apk
in older versions of Android) to the /system/app
folder of the system.img
file of the emulator. Afterwards I can start the emulator normally, without messing with adb, and Play Store is always there.
Downloading Google Apps from some Internet site may not be quite legal, but if you have a phone or tablet with a corresponding Android version, just pull them out of your device:
adb -d root
adb -d pull /system/app/GoogleLoginService.apk
adb -d pull /system/app/GoogleServicesFramework.apk
adb -d pull /system/app/Phonesky.apk
You must have root-level access (run adb root) to the device in order to pull these files from it.
Now start yaffey
on Windows or a similar utility on Linux or Mac, and open system.img
for the emulator image you want to modify. I modify most often the one in [...]\android-sdk\system-images\android-17\x86
.
Rename the original system.img
to system-original.img
. Under yaffey, copy the APK files you pulled from your device to /app folder. Save your modified image as system.img
in the original folder. Then start your emulator (in my case it would be Android 4.2 emulator with Intel Atom processor running under Intel HAX, super-fast on Windows machines) and you'll have Play Store there. I did not find it necessary to delete SdkSetup.apk
and SdkSetup.odex
- the Play Store and other services still work fine for me with these files present.
When finished with your testing, to alleviate your conscience guilty of temporarily pirating the Google Apps from your device, you may delete the modified system.img
and restore the original from system-original.img
.
The answer to that can be quite broad.
Essentially, the major difference for me that usually influences my decisions on which to use is that with a SQLDataReader, you are "streaming" data from the database. With a SQLDataAdapter, you are extracting the data from the database into an object that can itself be queried further, as well as performing CRUD operations on.
Obviously with a stream of data SQLDataReader is MUCH faster, but you can only process one record at a time. With a SQLDataAdapter, you have a complete collection of the matching rows to your query from the database to work with/pass through your code.
WARNING: If you are using a SQLDataReader, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure that you write proper code to close the connection since you are keeping the connection open with the SQLDataReader. Failure to do this, or proper error handling to close the connection in case of an error in processing the results will CRIPPLE your application with connection leaks.
Pardon my VB, but this is the minimum amount of code you should have when using a SqlDataReader:
Using cn As New SqlConnection("..."), _
cmd As New SqlCommand("...", cn)
cn.Open()
Using rdr As SqlDataReader = cmd.ExecuteReader()
While rdr.Read()
''# ...
End While
End Using
End Using
equivalent C#:
using (var cn = new SqlConnection("..."))
using (var cmd = new SqlCommand("..."))
{
cn.Open();
using(var rdr = cmd.ExecuteReader())
{
while(rdr.Read())
{
//...
}
}
}
del parentpath
(or just place the .bat file inside parent folder) *.txt /s
That will delete all .txt files in the parent and all sub folders. If you want to delete multiple file extensions just add a space and do the same thing. Ex. *.txt *.dll *.xml
I have encountered the very similar problem today. For some reason IntelliJ IDEA
haven't included Spring Security jar files while deploying the application. I think I should agree with the majority of posters here.
As an aside, in C++, it is somewhat odd to have a const reference member. You have to assign it in the constructor list. Who owns the actually memory of that object and what is it's lifetime?
As for style, I agree with the others that you don't want to expose your privates. :-) I like this pattern for setters/getters
class Foo
{
public:
const string& FirstName() const;
Foo& FirstName(const string& newFirstName);
const string& LastName() const;
Foo& LastName(const string& newLastName);
const string& Title() const;
Foo& Title(const string& newTitle);
};
This way you can do something like:
Foo f;
f.FirstName("Jim").LastName("Bob").Title("Programmer");
EDIT 2017-04-29: As pointed to by some of the commenters, the JoinTable
example does not need the mappedBy
annotation attribute. In fact, recent versions of Hibernate refuse to start up by printing the following error:
org.hibernate.AnnotationException:
Associations marked as mappedBy must not define database mappings
like @JoinTable or @JoinColumn
Let's pretend that you have an entity named Project
and another entity named Task
and each project can have many tasks.
You can design the database schema for this scenario in two ways.
The first solution is to create a table named Project
and another table named Task
and add a foreign key column to the task table named project_id
:
Project Task
------- ----
id id
name name
project_id
This way, it will be possible to determine the project for each row in the task table. If you use this approach, in your entity classes you won't need a join table:
@Entity
public class Project {
@OneToMany(mappedBy = "project")
private Collection<Task> tasks;
}
@Entity
public class Task {
@ManyToOne
private Project project;
}
The other solution is to use a third table, e.g. Project_Tasks
, and store the relationship between projects and tasks in that table:
Project Task Project_Tasks
------- ---- -------------
id id project_id
name name task_id
The Project_Tasks
table is called a "Join Table". To implement this second solution in JPA you need to use the @JoinTable
annotation. For example, in order to implement a uni-directional one-to-many association, we can define our entities as such:
Project
entity:
@Entity
public class Project {
@Id
@GeneratedValue
private Long pid;
private String name;
@JoinTable
@OneToMany
private List<Task> tasks;
public Long getPid() {
return pid;
}
public void setPid(Long pid) {
this.pid = pid;
}
public String getName() {
return name;
}
public void setName(String name) {
this.name = name;
}
public List<Task> getTasks() {
return tasks;
}
public void setTasks(List<Task> tasks) {
this.tasks = tasks;
}
}
Task
entity:
@Entity
public class Task {
@Id
@GeneratedValue
private Long tid;
private String name;
public Long getTid() {
return tid;
}
public void setTid(Long tid) {
this.tid = tid;
}
public String getName() {
return name;
}
public void setName(String name) {
this.name = name;
}
}
This will create the following database structure:
The @JoinTable
annotation also lets you customize various aspects of the join table. For example, had we annotated the tasks
property like this:
@JoinTable(
name = "MY_JT",
joinColumns = @JoinColumn(
name = "PROJ_ID",
referencedColumnName = "PID"
),
inverseJoinColumns = @JoinColumn(
name = "TASK_ID",
referencedColumnName = "TID"
)
)
@OneToMany
private List<Task> tasks;
The resulting database would have become:
Finally, if you want to create a schema for a many-to-many association, using a join table is the only available solution.
The safest bet is to go with a shared service instead of a @Input
parameter.
Also, @Input
parameter does not detect changes in complex nested object type.
A simple example service is as follows:
Service.ts
import { Injectable } from '@angular/core';
import { Subject } from 'rxjs/Subject';
@Injectable()
export class SyncService {
private thread_id = new Subject<number>();
thread_id$ = this.thread_id.asObservable();
set_thread_id(thread_id: number) {
this.thread_id.next(thread_id);
}
}
Component.ts
export class ConsumerComponent implements OnInit {
constructor(
public sync: SyncService
) {
this.sync.thread_id$.subscribe(thread_id => {
**Process Value Updates Here**
}
}
selectChat(thread_id: number) { <--- How to update values
this.sync.set_thread_id(thread_id);
}
}
You can use a similar implementation in other components and all your compoments will share the same shared values.

Here is the only answer that managed to work for my problem, got it figured out with the help of this webpage (nice reference).
powershell -command "& {&'some-command' someParam}"
Also, here is a neat way to do multiple commands:
powershell -command "& {&'some-command' someParam}"; "& {&'some-command' -SpecificArg someParam}"
For example, this is how I ran my 2 commands:
powershell -command "& {&'Import-Module' AppLocker}"; "& {&'Set-AppLockerPolicy' -XmlPolicy myXmlFilePath.xml}"
I can see only 1 things happening here: You did't set properly dependences to thelibrary.lib in your project meaning that thelibrary.lib is built in the wrong order (Or in the same time if you have more then 1 CPU build configuration, which can also explain randomness of the error). ( You can change the project dependences in: Menu->Project->Project Dependencies )
Distinct method returns distinct elements from a sequence.
If you take a look on its implementation with Reflector, you'll see that it creates DistinctIterator
for your anonymous type. Distinct iterator adds elements to Set
when enumerating over collection. This enumerator skips all elements which are already in Set
. Set
uses GetHashCode
and Equals
methods for defining if element already exists in Set
.
How GetHashCode
and Equals
implemented for anonymous type? As it stated on msdn:
Equals and GetHashCode methods on anonymous types are defined in terms of the Equals and GetHashcode methods of the properties, two instances of the same anonymous type are equal only if all their properties are equal.
So, you definitely should have distinct anonymous objects, when iterating on distinct collection. And result does not depend on how many fields you use for your anonymous type.
To use requests (or any other blocking libraries) with asyncio, you can use BaseEventLoop.run_in_executor to run a function in another thread and yield from it to get the result. For example:
import asyncio
import requests
@asyncio.coroutine
def main():
loop = asyncio.get_event_loop()
future1 = loop.run_in_executor(None, requests.get, 'http://www.google.com')
future2 = loop.run_in_executor(None, requests.get, 'http://www.google.co.uk')
response1 = yield from future1
response2 = yield from future2
print(response1.text)
print(response2.text)
loop = asyncio.get_event_loop()
loop.run_until_complete(main())
This will get both responses in parallel.
With python 3.5 you can use the new await
/async
syntax:
import asyncio
import requests
async def main():
loop = asyncio.get_event_loop()
future1 = loop.run_in_executor(None, requests.get, 'http://www.google.com')
future2 = loop.run_in_executor(None, requests.get, 'http://www.google.co.uk')
response1 = await future1
response2 = await future2
print(response1.text)
print(response2.text)
loop = asyncio.get_event_loop()
loop.run_until_complete(main())

I was having a problem with ASP.NET MVC 5 where CheckBoxFor would not check my checkboxes on server-side validation failure even though my model clearly had the value set to true. My Razor markup/code looked like:
@Html.CheckBoxFor(model => model.MyBoolValue, new { @class = "mySpecialClass" } )
To get this to work, I had to change this to:
@{
var checkboxAttributes = Model.MyBoolValue ?
(object) new { @class = "mySpecialClass", @checked = "checked" } :
(object) new { @class = "mySpecialClass" };
}
@Html.CheckBox("MyBoolValue", checkboxAttributes)
I would solve this problem more like this
import json
import urllib2
def last_song(user, limit):
# Assembling strings with "foo" + str(bar) + "baz" + ... generally isn't
# as nice as using real string formatting. It can seem simpler at first,
# but leaves you less happy in the long run.
url = 'http://gsuser.com/lastSong/%s/%d/' % (user, limit)
# urllib.urlopen is deprecated in favour of urllib2.urlopen
site = urllib2.urlopen(url)
# The json module has a function load for loading from file-like objects,
# like the one you get from `urllib2.urlopen`. You don't need to turn
# your data into a string and use loads and you definitely don't need to
# use readlines or readline (there is seldom if ever reason to use a
# file-like object's readline(s) methods.)
songs = json.load(site)
# I don't know why "lastSong" stuff returns something like this, but
# your json thing was a JSON array of two JSON objects. This will
# deserialise as a list of two dicts, with each item representing
# each of those two songs.
#
# Since each of the songs is represented by a dict, it will iterate
# over its keys (like any other Python dict).
baby, feel_good = songs
# Rather than printing in a function, it's usually better to
# return the string then let the caller do whatever with it.
# You said you wanted to make the output pretty but you didn't
# mention *how*, so here's an example of a prettyish representation
# from the song information given.
return "%(SongName)s by %(ArtistName)s - listen at %(link)s" % baby
Personally none of the above worked for me. What did:
new_str = [str(x) for x in old_obj][0]
You can use the "New Class" dialog, but that leaves other steps you need to do by hand (e.g. adding an entry to the manifest file). If you want those steps to be automated, you can create the activity via the manifest editor like this:
When you click Finish from the new class dialog, it'll take you to your new activity class so you can start coding.
Five steps might seem a lot, but I'm just trying to be extra detailed here so that it's clear. It's pretty quick when you actually do it.
Check your WEB-INF/web.xml file for the servlet Mapping.
I would use git submodules
.
have a look here Git repository in a Git repository
As per February2019, I would suggest Monorepos
This works, even when the delimiter is not present in the string.
String.prototype.beforeLastIndex = function (delimiter) {
return this.split(delimiter).slice(0,-1).join(delimiter) || this + ""
}
"image".beforeLastIndex(".") // "image"
"image.jpeg".beforeLastIndex(".") // "image"
"image.second.jpeg".beforeLastIndex(".") // "image.second"
"image.second.third.jpeg".beforeLastIndex(".") // "image.second.third"
Can also be used as a one-liner like this:
var filename = "this.is.a.filename.txt";
console.log(filename.split(".").slice(0,-1).join(".") || filename + "");
EDIT: This is a more efficient solution:
String.prototype.beforeLastIndex = function (delimiter) {
return this.substr(0,this.lastIndexOf(delimiter)) || this + ""
}

Very late answer :( but for someone who is in need, this works Angular js works too :) URLSearchParams Let's have a look at how we can use this new API to get values from the location!
// Assuming "?post=1234&action=edit"
var urlParams = new URLSearchParams(window.location.search);
console.log(urlParams.has('post')); // true
console.log(urlParams.get('action')); // "edit"
console.log(urlParams.getAll('action')); // ["edit"]
console.log(urlParams.toString()); // "?post=1234&action=edit"
console.log(urlParams.append('active', '1')); // "?
post=1234&action=edit&active=1"
use this function from instead of URLSearchParams
urlParam = function (name) {
var results = new RegExp('[\?&]' + name + '=([^&#]*)')
.exec(window.location.search);
return (results !== null) ? results[1] || 0 : false;
}
console.log(urlParam('action')); //edit
I've found a way (workaround) to do this without making it sync.
So as it was mentioned before Promise.all

so... Use an enclosing promise to catch and force resolve.

})
})
})

A logging script that I have written some time ago might be of help, although it is not exactly what you want. It acts in a way like a System.out.println but with much more information about StackTrace etc. It also provides Clickable text for Eclipse:

Notice this outputs to the console, you can change that, see http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/logging/Logger.html for more information on that.
Now, the following will probably do what you want. It will go through all causes of a Throwable and save it in a String. Note that this does not use StringBuilder
, so you can optimize by changing it.
Throwable e = ...
String detail = e.getClass().getName() + ": " + e.getMessage();
for( final StackTraceElement s : e.getStackTrace() )
detail += "\n\t" + s.toString();
while( ( e = e.getCause() ) != null ) {
detail += "\nCaused by: ";
for( final StackTraceElement s : e.getStackTrace() )
detail += "\n\t" + s.toString();
}

You can also encode bytes to Base64. How to get this from a stream see here: How to convert an Stream into a byte[] in C#?
Or I think it should be also possible to use the .ToString() method and encode this.
other.component.ts
So final correct solution is :
import { Component, OnInit } from '@angular/core';
import { Location } from '@angular/common';
import { Router } from '@angular/router';
/* 'router' it must be in small case */
@Component({
selector: 'app-other',
templateUrl: './other.component.html',
styleUrls: ['./other.component.css']
})
export class OtherComponent implements OnInit {
public href: string = "";
url: string = "asdf";
constructor(private router : Router) {} // make variable private so that it would be accessible through out the component
ngOnInit() {
this.href = this.router.url;
console.log(this.router.url);
}
}
active directory is the directory service database to store the organizational based data,policy,authentication etc whereas ldap is the protocol used to talk to the directory service database that is ad or adam.
Programmatically (Swift 4 & 5)

It doesn't appear that iframes display and scroll properly. You can use an object tag to replace an iframe and the contents will be scrollable with 2 fingers. Here's a simple example:
<html>
<head>
<meta name="viewport" content="minimum-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1.0; user-scalable=false; initial-scale=1.0;"/>
</head>
<body>
<div>HEADER - use 2 fingers to scroll contents:</div>
<div id="scrollee" style="height:75%;" >
<object id="object" height="90%" width="100%" type="text/html" data="http://en.wikipedia.org/"></object>
</div>
<div>FOOTER</div>
</body>
</html>
I just used the following code:
<form method="post">
<input id="user1" value="user1" name="invite[]" type="checkbox">
<input id="user2" value="user2" name="invite[]" type="checkbox">
<input type="submit">
</form>
<?php
if(isset($_POST['invite'])){
$invite = $_POST['invite'];
print_r($invite);
}
?>
When I checked both boxes, the output was:
Array ( [0] => user1 [1] => user2 )
I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but it gives you a working example to reference and hopefully helps you solve the problem.
The dot itself is not an operator, .^
is.
The .^
is a pointwise¹ (i.e. element-wise) power, as .*
is the pointwise product.
.^
Array power.A.^B
is the matrix with elementsA(i,j)
to theB(i,j)
power. The sizes ofA
andB
must be the same or be compatible.
C.f.
¹) Hence the dot.
ALTER TABLE tableName MODIFY columnName columnType NULL;
You can use opendir and readdir to read directory entries and unlink to delete them.
$text='<span style="font-weight: bold;">Foo</span>';
$text=preg_replace( '/<span style="font-weight: bold;">(.*?)<\/span>/', '<strong>$1</strong>',$text);
Note: only work for your example.
Configuring JDKs
Maven
BUT IF you are using maven, provided that you have your latest JRE (Windows/Preferences/Installed JREs) -for example JDK 1.8
You can select the level 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 by configuring the maven-compiler-plugin source and target attributes, like this
<plugin>
<artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
<version>3.3</version>
<configuration>
<source>1.8</source>
<target>1.8</target>
</configuration>
</plugin>
And ideally, if you have a parent pom, you can do it for all the modules (Eclipse projects) in the parent pom, in one single place.
Source and Target If we want to use the Java 8 language features the –source should be set to 1.8. Also, for the compiled classes to be compatible with JVM 1.8, the –target value should be 1.8.
Updating JRE library that is broken in many projects at once (with Maven)
Rather than updating one by one the JRE library, let Maven do it for you.
Selecting the projects and right-clicking for Maven -> Update Project, will set the system library to the path of the installed JDK, in case the paths are broken (because you installed a new JDK or imported from another computer, etc.) and set the JDK compliance according to the maven source and target setting in the pom.
To answer your specific question, you cannot have two methods with the same name and the same arguments in a single class; using the HttpGet and HttpPost attributes doesn't distinguish the methods.
To address this, I'd typically include the view model for the form you're posting:
public class HomeController : Controller
{
[HttpGet]
public ActionResult Index()
{
Some Code--Some Code---Some Code
return View();
}
[HttpPost]
public ActionResult Index(formViewModel model)
{
do work on model --
return View();
}
}
There are 2 ways to fix this:
Just add a return
statement after your Response.Redirect(someUrl);
( if the method signature is not "void", you will have to return that "type", of course )
as so:
Response.Redirect("Login.aspx");
return;
Note the return allows the server to perform the redirect...without it, the server wants to continue executing the rest of your code...
Response.Redirect(someUrl)
the LAST executed statement in the method that is throwing the exception. Replace your Response.Redirect(someUrl)
with a string VARIABLE named "someUrl", and set it to the redirect location... as follows://......some code
string someUrl = String.Empty
.....some logic
if (x=y)
{
// comment (original location of Response.Redirect("Login.aspx");)
someUrl = "Login.aspx";
}
......more code
// MOVE your Response.Redirect to HERE (the end of the method):
Response.Redirect(someUrl);
return;
Thread th = new Thread(function1);
th.Start();
th.Abort();
void function1(){
//code here
}
void atoh(char *ascii_ptr, char *hex_ptr,int len)
{
int i;
for(i = 0; i < (len / 2); i++)
{
*(hex_ptr+i) = (*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)) <= '9') ? ((*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)) - '0') * 16 ) : (((*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)) - 'A') + 10) << 4);
*(hex_ptr+i) |= (*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)+1) <= '9') ? (*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)+1) - '0') : (*(ascii_ptr+(2*i)+1) - 'A' + 10);
}
}
Another way to collect uniq columns with sql:
Model.group(:rating).pluck(:rating)

This is the top hit on Google for "nginx redirect". If you got here just wanting to redirect a single location:

Possible solutions for code that deal with RTTI and non-RTTI libraries:
a) Recompile everything with either -frtti or -fno-rtti
b) If a) is not possible for you, try the following:
Assume libfoo is built without RTTI. Your code uses libfoo and compiles with RTTI. If you use a class (Foo) in libfoo that has virtuals, you're likely to run into a link-time error that says: missing typeinfo for class Foo.
Define another class (e.g. FooAdapter) that has no virtual and will forward calls to Foo that you use.
Compile FooAdapter in a small static library that doesn't use RTTI and only depends on libfoo symbols. Provide a header for it and use that instead in your code (which uses RTTI). Since FooAdapter has no virtual function it won't have any typeinfo and you'll be able to link your binary. If you use a lot of different classes from libfoo, this solution may not be convenient, but it's a start.

All the above answers are correct, but I noticed something very important. Leaving a space between the variable and the equal sign might result in a problem. For example, (?variablename =value)
Use position: relative on the parent element.
Also note that had you not added any position attributes to any of the divs you wouldn't have seen this behavior. Juan explains further.
Lots of good answers here, just out of curiosity after looking into this today, is it not best to use setInterval
rather than the setTimeout
?
setInterval(function() {
location.reload();
}, 30000);

I'm a newbie in Ansible, but I would suggest next solution:
playbook.yml
...
vars:
command_output_full:
stdout: will be overriden below
command_output: {{ command_output_full.stdout }}
...
...
...
tasks:
- name: Create variable from command
command: "echo Hello"
register: command_output_full
- debug: msg="{{ command_output }}"
It should work (and works for me) because Ansible uses lazy evaluation. But it seems it checks validity before the launch, so I have to define command_output_full.stdout
in vars.
And, of course, if it is too many such vars in vars
section, it will look ugly.
invalidate cache in android studio will resolve this issue. Go to file-> click on invalidate cache/restart option.
If you want cmd buttons that loop through the form's records, try adding this code to your cmdNext_Click

VBA.
I have found it works well and copes with BOF / EOF issues:
On Error Resume Next
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNext
On Error Goto 0
On Error Resume Next
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acPrevious
On Error Goto 0
Good luck! PT
As the basic answer has already give by other people, I would like to add some to it.
Following are the commands in REDIS
to perform basic operations with HashMap/Dictionary/Mapping
type values.
Following are their respective methods in redis-py
library :-
All of the above setter methods creates the mapping, if it doesn't exists. All of the above getter methods doesn't raise error/exceptions, if mapping/key in mapping doesn't exists.
Example:
=======
In [98]: import redis
In [99]: conn = redis.Redis('localhost')
In [100]: user = {"Name":"Pradeep", "Company":"SCTL", "Address":"Mumbai", "Location":"RCP"}
In [101]: con.hmset("pythonDict", {"Location": "Ahmedabad"})
Out[101]: True
In [102]: con.hgetall("pythonDict")
Out[102]:
{b'Address': b'Mumbai',
b'Company': b'SCTL',
b'Last Name': b'Rajpurohit',
b'Location': b'Ahmedabad',
b'Name': b'Mangu Singh'}
In [103]: con.hmset("pythonDict", {"Location": "Ahmedabad", "Company": ["A/C Pri
...: sm", "ECW", "Musikaar"]})
Out[103]: True
In [104]: con.hgetall("pythonDict")
Out[104]:
{b'Address': b'Mumbai',
b'Company': b"['A/C Prism', 'ECW', 'Musikaar']",
b'Last Name': b'Rajpurohit',
b'Location': b'Ahmedabad',
b'Name': b'Mangu Singh'}
In [105]: con.hget("pythonDict", "Name")
Out[105]: b'Mangu Singh'
In [106]: con.hmget("pythonDict", "Name", "Location")
Out[106]: [b'Mangu Singh', b'Ahmedabad']
I hope, it makes things more clear.
In TS and ES6 you can create a new Set with the property to be unique and compare it's size to the original array.
const values = [_x000D_

{ name: 'someName2' },_x000D_
{ name: 'someName3' },_x000D_
{ name: 'someName1' }_x000D_
]_x000D_
_x000D_
const uniqueValues = new Set(values.map(v => v.name));_x000D_
_x000D_
if (uniqueValues.size < values.length) {_x000D_
console.log('duplicates found')_x000D_
}
_x000D_
Here is a step-by-step solution:
Add a script called run.py
in /home/bodacydo/work/project
and edit it like this:
import programs.my_python_program programs.my_python_program.main()
(replace main()
with your equivalent method in my_python_program
.)
/home/bodacydo/work/project
run.py
Explanation:
Since python appends to PYTHONPATH the path of the script from which it runs, running run.py
will append /home/bodacydo/work/project
. And voilà, import foo.tasks
will be found.
When you decide between fixed width and fluid width you need to think in terms of your ENTIRE page. Generally, you want to pick one or the other, but not both. The examples you listed in your question are, in-fact, in the same fixed-width page. In other words, the Scaffolding page is using a fixed-width layout. The fixed grid and fluid grid on the Scaffolding page are not meant to be examples, but rather the documentation for implementing fixed and fluid width layouts.
The proper fixed width example is here. The proper fluid width example is here.
When observing the fixed width example, you should not see the content changing sizes when your browser is greater than 960px wide. This is the maximum (fixed) width of the page. Media queries in a fixed-width design will designate the minimum widths for particular styles. You will see this in action when you shrink your browser window and see the layout snap to a different size.
Conversely, the fluid-width layout will always stretch to fit your browser window, no matter how wide it gets. The media queries indicate when the styles change, but the width of containers are always a percentage of your browser window (rather than a fixed number of pixels).
The 'responsive' media queries are all ready to go. You just need to decide if you want to use a fixed width or fluid width layout for your page.
Previously, in bootstrap 2, you had to use row-fluid
inside a fluid container and row
inside a fixed container. With the introduction of bootstrap 3, row-fluid
was removed, do no longer use it.
EDIT: As per the comments, some jsFiddles for:
These fiddles are completely Bootstrap-free, based on pure CSS media queries, which makes them a good starting point, for anyone willing to craft similar solution without using Twitter Bootstrap.
There is also read_csv
in Pandas, which is fast and supports non-comma column separators and automatic typing by column:
import pandas as pd
df = pd.read_csv('your_file',sep='\t')
It can be converted to a NumPy array if you prefer that type with:
import numpy as np
arr = np.array(df)
This is by far the easiest and most mature text import approach I've come across.
string = 'string%d' % (i,)
Read the data:
foo <- read.table(text="1 349
1 393
1 392
4 459
3 49
3 32
2 94")
And sort:
foo[order(foo$V1),]
This relies on the fact that order
keeps ties in their original order. See ?order
.
Wrap the iframe in a class, float that left.
The paragraph with then be forced up and to the right as long as there is room for it. Then set your paragraph to display:inline-block, and add some left margin to tidy it up.
<div class="left">
<img src="http://lorempixel.com/300/300" /> <!--placeholder for iframe-->
</div>
<p>Lorem Paragraph Text</p>
.left { float: left; }
p { display: inline-block; margin-left: 30px; }
Here's a fiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/4DACH/
To sum up the other answers...
This works on all Java versions:
"cat".split("(?!^)")
This only works on Java 8 and up:
"cat".split("")
UPDATE - Even less wordy version
INSERT INTO tableName (col1, col2, col3, col4, col5)
VALUES ('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5'),
('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5'),
('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5'),
('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5')
The following also works for DB2 and is slightly less wordy
INSERT INTO tableName (col1, col2, col3, col4, col5)
VALUES ('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5') UNION ALL
VALUES ('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5') UNION ALL
VALUES ('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5') UNION ALL
VALUES ('val1', 'val2', 'val3', 'val4', 'val5')
This question is old, but I wanted to add my two-cents. I read the question as " I want to run a query to my [my]SQL database and store the returned data as Pandas data structure [DataFrame]."
From the code it looks like you mean mysql database and assume you mean pandas DataFrame.
import MySQLdb as mdb
import pandas.io.sql as sql
from pandas import *
conn = mdb.connect('<server>','<user>','<pass>','<db>');
df = sql.read_frame('<query>', conn)
For example,
conn = mdb.connect('localhost','myname','mypass','testdb');
df = sql.read_frame('select * from testTable', conn)
This will import all rows of testTable into a DataFrame.
append
actually changes the list. Also, it takes an item, not a list. Hence, all you need is
for i in range(n):
list1.append(i)
(By the way, note that you can use range(n)
, in this case.)
I assume your actual use is more complicated, but you may be able to use a list comprehension, which is more pythonic for this:
list1 = [i for i in range(n)]
Or, in this case, in Python 2.x range(n)
in fact creates the list that you want already, although in Python 3.x, you need list(range(n))
.
For Single valued associations, i.e.-One-to-One and Many-to-One:-
Default Lazy=proxy
Proxy lazy loading:- This implies a proxy object of your associated entity is loaded. This means that only the id connecting the two entities is loaded for the proxy object of associated entity.
Eg: A and B are two entities with Many to one association. ie: There may be multiple A's for every B. Every object of A will contain a reference of B.
`
public class A{
int aid;
//some other A parameters;
B b;
}
public class B{
int bid;
//some other B parameters;
}
`
The relation A will contain columns(aid,bid,...other columns of entity A).
The relation B will contain columns(bid,...other columns of entity B)
Proxy implies when A is fetched, only id is fetched for B and stored into a proxy object of B which contains only id.
Proxy object of B is a an object of a proxy-class which is a subclass of B with only minimal fields.
Since bid is already part of relation A, it is not necessary to fire a query to get bid from the relation B.
Other attributes of entity B are lazily loaded only when a field other than bid is accessed.
For Collections, i.e.-Many-to-Many and One-to-Many:-
Default Lazy=true
Please also note that the fetch strategy(select,join etc) can override lazy.
ie: If lazy='true' and fetch='join', fetching of A will also fetch B or Bs(In case of collections). You can get the reason if you think about it.
Default fetch for single valued association is "join".
Default fetch for collections is "select".
Please verify the last two lines. I have deduced that logically.

I followed Telvin's suggestion and it worked on Windows 7:
The simplest way is to generate a random nuber between 0-1 then strech it by multiplying, and shifting it.
So yo would multiply by (x-y) so the result is in the range of 0 to x-y,
Then add x and you get the random number between x and y.
To get a five multiplier use rounding. If this is unclear let me know and I'll add code snippets.
You could also use a CTE to grab groups of information you want and join them together, if you wanted them in the same row. Example, depending on which SQL syntax you use, here:
WITH group1 AS (
SELECT testA
FROM tableA
),
group2 AS (
SELECT testB
FROM tableB
)
SELECT *
FROM group1
JOIN group2 ON group1.testA = group2.testB --your choice of join
;
You decide what kind of JOIN you want based on the data you are pulling, and make sure to have the same fields in the groups you are getting information from in order to put it all into a single row. If you have multiple columns, make sure to name them all properly so you know which is which. Also, for performance sake, CTE's are the way to go, instead of inline SELECT's and such. Hope this helps.
In your activity, where you defined your listview
you write
listview.setOnItemClickListener(new OnItemClickListener(){
@Override
public void onItemClick(AdapterView<?>adapter,View v, int position){
ItemClicked item = adapter.getItemAtPosition(position);
Intent intent = new Intent(Activity.this,destinationActivity.class);
//based on item add info to intent
startActivity(intent);
}
});
in your adapter's getItem you write
public ItemClicked getItem(int position){
return items.get(position);
}
Another answer to the OP's exact question is to set the consumes
content type to "text/plain"
and then declare a @RequestBody String
input parameter. This will pass the text of the POST data in as the declared String
variable (postPayload
in the following example).
Of course, this presumes your POST payload is text data (as the OP stated was the case).
Example:
@RequestMapping(value = "/your/url/here", method = RequestMethod.POST, consumes = "text/plain")
public ModelAndView someMethod(@RequestBody String postPayload) {
// ...
}
NOTE: In 2016, you can probably use
flexbox
to solve this problem easier.
This method works correctly IE7+ and all major browsers, it's been tried and tested in a number of complex viewport-based web applications.
<style>
.container {
font-size: 0;
}
.ie7 .column {
font-size: 16px;
display: inline;
zoom: 1;
}
.ie8 .column {
font-size:16px;
}
.ie9_and_newer .column {
display: inline-block;
width: 50%;
font-size: 1rem;
}
</style>
<div class="container">
<div class="column">text that can wrap</div>
<div class="column">text that can wrap</div>
</div>
Live demo: http://output.jsbin.com/sekeco/2
The only downside to this method for IE7/8, is relying on body {font-size:??px}
as basis for em/%-based font-sizing.
IE7/IE8 specific CSS could be served using IE's Conditional comments
Down-casting and up-casting was as follows:
Upcasting: When we want to cast a Sub class to Super class, we use Upcasting(or widening). It happens automatically, no need to do anything explicitly.
Downcasting : When we want to cast a Super class to Sub class, we use Downcasting(or narrowing), and Downcasting is not directly possible in Java, explicitly we have to do.
Dog d = new Dog();
Animal a = (Animal) d; //Explicitly you have done upcasting. Actually no need, we can directly type cast like Animal a = d; compiler now treat Dog as Animal but still it is Dog even after upcasting
d.callme();
a.callme(); // It calls Dog's method even though we use Animal reference.
((Dog) a).callme2(); // Downcasting: Compiler does know Animal it is, In order to use Dog methods, we have to do typecast explicitly.
// Internally if it is not a Dog object it throws ClassCastException
in laravel used decimal column type for migration
$table->decimal('latitude', 10, 8);
$table->decimal('longitude', 11, 8);
for more information see available column type
You can create extension to use delay function easily (Syntax: Swift 4.2+)
extension UIViewController {
func delay(_ delay:Double, closure:@escaping ()->()) {
DispatchQueue.main.asyncAfter(
deadline: DispatchTime.now() + Double(Int64(delay * Double(NSEC_PER_SEC))) / Double(NSEC_PER_SEC), execute: closure)
}
}
How to use in UIViewController
self.delay(0.1, closure: {
//execute code
})
32-bit
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\[version]\config\machine.config
64-bit
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\[version]\config\machine.config
[version]
should be equal to v1.0.3705
, v1.1.4322
, v2.0.50727
or v4.0.30319
.
v3.0
and v3.5
just contain additional assemblies to v2.0.50727
so there should be no config\machine.config
. v4.5.x
and v4.6.x
are stored inside v4.0.30319
.
I'm writing this because I found the other answers hard to understand.
Essentially your JRE is not updated and/or Eclipse is not configured to use the most recent JRE.
On Windows, go to Control Panel -> Programs -> Java -> update and proceed to update java
or if you don't have Java, go to Oracle's website and download the most recent JRE.
Once this is done, go into eclipse, and under the project view, right click on your project, select Java Build Path, double click on JRE System Library, then Select Workspace Default JRE 14.1.
If a recent version of Java doesn't show up here, it probably isn't installed. Check you JRE(NOT JDK) version and make sure it's recent. If it is, try restarting the computer then trying this again.
I have tried the above answers and the best i think is this one
@item.First_Name.Substring(0,1)
In this i could get the first letter of the string
Just to clarify PHP uses copy on write, so basically everything is a reference until you modify it, but for objects you need to use clone and the __clone() magic method like in the accepted answer.
An answer that helps those who desperately want to get rid of the redirect cache:
Chrome caches the 301 redirect infinitely (in the local disk cache). To clear this cache:
F12
)F5
)When everything is okay, you can uncheck "Disable cache" and everything will continue to work as expected.
Use FileInfo.Exists
Property:
DirectoryInfo di = new DirectoryInfo(ProcessingDirectory);
FileInfo[] TXTFiles = di.GetFiles("*.xml");
if (TXTFiles.Length == 0)
{
log.Info("no files present")
}
foreach (var fi in TXTFiles)
log.Info(fi.Exists);
or File.Exists
Method:
string curFile = @"c:\temp\test.txt";
Console.WriteLine(File.Exists(curFile) ? "File exists." : "File does not exist.");
From what I know, the correct syntax is:
function ChangeBackgroungImageOfTab(tabName, imagePrefix)
{
document.getElementById(tabName).style.backgroundImage = "url('buttons/" + imagePrefix + ".png')";
}
So basically, getElementById(tabName).backgroundImage
and split the string like:
"cssInHere('and" + javascriptOutHere + "/cssAgain')";
For return value 3 "OutOfMemory exception" i added following in gradle android section
android {
............
dexOptions {
incremental = true;
preDexLibraries = false
javaMaxHeapSize "4g" // 2g should be also OK
}
............
}
And for 2nd issue with return value 2, earlier i had following in gradle dependencies for JDK 7
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:+'
compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services:7+'
compile 'com.facebook.android:facebook-android-sdk:+'
compile 'com.android.support:recyclerview-v7:+'
compile 'com.android.support:support-v4:+'
Then i updated my JDK to 8 and it started to give me error (probably for jdk 8 there were more than one libs available with 7+ ) while running the application. What fixed my issue is giving specific version instead of 7+. i.e.
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.1.0'
compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services:8.1.0'
compile 'com.facebook.android:facebook-android-sdk:4.7.0'
compile 'com.android.support:recyclerview-v7:23.1.0'
compile 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.1.0'
This is ancient history but I just ran into this issue and the fix for me was recycling the application pool of the website in IIS. Easy fix, for once.
psexec \\RemoteComputer cmd.exe
or use ssh or TeamViewer or RemoteDesktop!

You can use subscript syntax to retrieve a value from the dictionary for a particular key. Because it is possible to request a key for which no value exists, a dictionary’s subscript returns an optional value of the dictionary’s value type. If the dictionary contains a value for the requested key, the subscript returns an optional value containing the existing value for that key. Otherwise, the subscript returns nil:
if let airportName = airports["DUB"] {
print("The name of the airport is \(airportName).")
} else {
print("That airport is not in the airports dictionary.")
}
// prints "The name of the airport is Dublin Airport."
To make a child fill its parent, simply wrap it into a FittedBox
FittedBox(
child: Image.asset('foo.png'),
fit: BoxFit.fill,
)

Well, technically any such object will wind up being built over a C-style thread library because C++ only just specified a stock std::thread
model in c++0x, which was just nailed down and hasn't yet been implemented. The problem is somewhat systemic, technically the existing c++ memory model isn't strict enough to allow for well defined semantics for all of the 'happens before' cases. Hans Boehm wrote an paper on the topic a while back and was instrumental in hammering out the c++0x standard on the topic.
http://www.hpl.hp.com/techreports/2004/HPL-2004-209.html
That said there are several cross-platform thread C++ libraries that work just fine in practice. Intel thread building blocks contains a tbb::thread object that closely approximates the c++0x standard and Boost has a boost::thread library that does the same.
http://www.threadingbuildingblocks.org/
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_37_0/doc/html/thread.html
Using boost::thread you'd get something like:
#include <boost/thread.hpp>
void task1() {
// do stuff
}
void task2() {
// do stuff
}
int main (int argc, char ** argv) {
using namespace boost;
thread thread_1 = thread(task1);
thread thread_2 = thread(task2);
// do other stuff
thread_2.join();
thread_1.join();
return 0;
}
