Just as an extension to @Steven Lavine answer in case you want to open the browser login window. I found it hard to properly return the Response (MDN HTTP Authentication) from the Filter in case that the user wasn't authenticated yet
This helped me to build the Response to force browser login, note the additional modification of the headers. This will set the status code to 401 and set the header that causes the browser to open the username/password dialog.

pseudo class in CSS3, but that only selects textual content, not tags or elements, so you're out of luck.

The others have already said that methods in onClick are searched in activities, not fragments. Nevertheless, if you really want it, it is possible.
Basically, each view has a tag (probably null). We set the root view's tag to the fragment that inflated that view. Then, it is easy to search the view parents and retrieve the fragment containing the clicked button. Now, we find out the method name and use reflection to call the same method from the retrieved fragment. Easy!

It is of course up to you to design your application so that the data live in the Model rather than in Activities or Fragments (which are Controllers from the MVC, Model-View-Controller point of view). The View is what you define via xml, plus the custom view classes (if you define them, most people just reuse what already is). A rule of thumb: if some data definitely must survive the screen turn, they belong to Model.

My reason for adding the visibility references were tabs. Apparently if you used the attached property on any other tab outside of the initially visible tab, the attached property didn't work until you manually focused the control.
The other obstacle was creating a more elegant way of resetting the underlying property to false when it lost focus. That's where the lost focus events came in.

I have been dealing with this problem for a while. I have changed everything as described in this post and even thought error occured. In that case make sure that you clean the project when changing settings in .xml or .properties file. In eclipse environment. Choose Project -> Clean

There is one way I know how to achieve a strictly* one-to-one relationship without using triggers, computed columns, additional tables, or other 'exotic' tricks (only foreign keys and unique constraints), with one small caveat.
I will borrow the chicken-and-the-egg concept from the accepted answer to help me explain the caveat.
It is a fact that either a chicken or an egg must come first (in current DBs anyway). Luckily this solution does not get political and does not prescribe which has to come first - it leaves it up to the implementer.
The caveat is that the table which allows a record to 'come first' technically can have a record created without the corresponding record in the other table; however, in this solution, only one such record is allowed. When only one record is created (only chicken or egg), no more records can be added to any of the two tables until either the 'lonely' record is deleted or a matching record is created in the other table.
Solution:
Add foreign keys to each table, referencing the other, add unique constraints to each foreign key, and make one foreign key nullable, the other not nullable and also a primary key. For this to work, the unique constrain on the nullable column must only allow one null (this is the case in SQL Server, not sure about other databases).

To insert, first an egg must be inserted (with null for Chicken). Now, only a chicken can be inserted and it must reference the 'unclaimed' egg. Finally, the added egg can be updated and it must reference the 'unclaimed' chicken. At no point can two chickens be made to reference the same egg or vice-versa.
To delete, the same logic can be followed: update egg's Chicken to null, delete the newly 'unclaimed' chicken, delete the egg.
This solution also allows swapping easily. Interestingly, swapping might be the strongest argument for using such a solution, because it has a potential practical use. Normally, in most cases, a one-to-one relationship of two tables is better implemented by simply refactoring the two tables into one; however, in a potential scenario, the two tables may represent truly distinct entities, which require a strict one-to-one relationship, but need to frequently swap 'partners' or be re-arranged in general, while still maintaining the one-to-one relationship after re-arrangement. If the more common solution were used, all data columns of one of the entities would have to be updated/overwritten for all pairs being re-arranged, as opposed to this solution, where only one column of foreign keys need to be re-arranged (the nullable foreign key column).
Well, this is the best I could do using standard constraints (don't judge :) Maybe someone will find it useful.
With Python older than 2.7/3.1, that's pretty much how you do it.

This is obviously a stack-based solution due to the lack of parent pointer in the tree. (We wouldn't need a stack if there's parent pointer).
We would push the root node to the stack first. While the stack is not empty, we keep pushing the left child of the node from top of stack. If the left child does not exist, we push its right child. If it's a leaf node, we process the node and pop it off the stack.
We also use a variable to keep track of a previously-traversed node. The purpose is to determine if the traversal is descending/ascending the tree, and we can also know if it ascend from the left/right.
If we ascend the tree from the left, we wouldn't want to push its left child again to the stack and should continue ascend down the tree if its right child exists. If we ascend the tree from the right, we should process it and pop it off the stack.

RPMs are usually built from source, not the binaries.
You need to write the spec file that covers how to configure and compile your application; also, which files to include in your RPM.
A quick glance at the manual shows that most of what you need is covered in Chapter 8 -- also, as most RPM-based distributions have sources available, there's literally a zillion of examples of different approaches you could look at.
It probably means that your MySQL server is only listening the localhost interface.
If you have lines like this :

configuration file, you should comment them (add a # at the beginning of the lines), and restart MySQL.

Think of the outer div
as a movie screen and the inner div
as the setting in which the characters move around. If you were viewing the setting in person, that is without a screen around it, you would be able to see all of the characters at once assuming your eyes have a large enough field of vision. That would mean the setting wouldn't have to scroll (move left to right) in order for you to see more of it and so it would stay still.
However, you are not at the setting in person, you are viewing it from your computer screen which has a width of 500px while the setting has a width of 1000px. Thus, you will need to scroll (move left to right) the setting in order to see more of the characters inside of it.

ASMX Web services can only be invoked by HTTP (traditional webservice with .asmx). While WCF Service or a WCF component can be invoked by any protocol (like http, tcp etc.) and any transport type.
Second, ASMX web services are not flexible. However, WCF Services are flexible. If you make a new version of the service then you need to just expose a new end. Therefore, services are agile and which is a very practical approach looking at the current business trends.
We develop WCF as contracts, interface, operations, and data contracts. As the developer we are more focused on the business logic services and need not worry about channel stack. WCF is a unified programming API for any kind of services so we create the service and use configuration information to set up the communication mechanism like HTTP/TCP/MSMQ etc
When you assign a variable (x = ...
), you are creating a variable in the current scope (e.g. local to the current function). If it happens to shadow a variable fron an outer (e.g. global) scope, well too bad - Python doesn't care (and that's a good thing). So you can't do this:

inset/outset -- whether the shadow is inside or outside the box. If not specified it will default to outset.
h-offset -- the horizontal offset of the shadow (required value)
v-offset -- the vertical offset of the shadow (required value)
blur -- as it says, the blur of the shadow
spread -- moves the shadow away from the box equally on all sides. A positive value causes the shadow to expand, negative causes it to contract. Though this value isn't often used, it is useful with multiple shadows.

There is an example in the launcher app of Android (that I've made a library out of it, here), inside the class that handles wallpapers-picking ("WallpaperPickerActivity") .

One of the first differences that I can recall from top of my head are multiple domains running in the same server, partial resource retrieval, this allows you to retrieve and speed up the download of a resource (it's what almost every download accelerator does).
If you want to develop an application like a website or similar, you don't need to worry too much about the differences but you should know the difference between GET

I know this was answered a long time ago, but I've recently spent hours trying to solve a similar problem. The setup is local PC running Debian 8 using Eclipse CDT Neon.2, remote ARM7 board (Olimex) running Debian 7. Tool chain is Linaro 4.9 using gdbserver on the remote board and the Linaro GDB on the local PC. My issue was that the debug session would start and the program would execute, but breakpoints did not work and when manually paused "no source could be found" would result. My compile line options (Linaro gcc) included -ggdb -O0 as many have suggested but still the same problem. Ultimately I tried gdb proper on the remote board and it complained of no symbols. The curious thing was that 'file' reported debug not stripped on the target executable.
I ultimately solved the problem by adding -g to the linker options. I won't claim to fully understand why this helped, but I wanted to pass this on for others just in case it helps. In this case Linux did indeed need -g on the linker options.

The SaveFileDialog
control won't do any saving at all. All it does is providing you a convenient interface to actually display Windows' default file save dialog.
Set the property InitialDirectory
to the drive you'd like it to show some other default. Just think of other computers that might have a different layout. By default windows will save the directory used the last time and present it again.
That is handled outside the control. You'll have to check the dialog's results and then do the saving yourself (e.g. write a text or binary file).

Since XML is a text format and images are usually not (except some ancient and archaic formats) there is no really sensible way to do it. Looking at things like ODT or OOXML also shows you that they don't embed images directly into XML.
What you can do, however, is convert it to Base64 or similar and embed it into the XML.
XML's whitespace handling may further complicate things in such cases, though.

changes your working copy parent revision and also changes the file content to match this new parent revision. This means that new commits will carry on from the revision you update to.
hg revert
changes the file content only and leaves the working copy parent revision alone. You typically use hg revert
when you decide that you don't want to keep the uncommited changes you've made to a file in your working copy.
hg branch
starts a new named branch. Think of a named branch as a label you assign to the changesets. So if you do hg branch red
, then the following changesets will be marked as belonging on the "red" branch. This can be a nice way to organize changesets, especially when different people work on different branches and you later want to see where a changeset originated from. But you don't want to use it in your situation.
If you use hg update --rev 38

is the extended slice operator. It allows you to take substrings. Basically, it works by specifying which elements you want as [begin:end:step], and it works for all sequences. Two neat things about it:
For begin and end, if you give a negative number, it means to count from the end of the sequence. For instance, if I have a list:
l = [1,2,3]
Then l[-1]
is 3, l[-2]
is 2, and l[-3]
is 1.
For the step
argument, a negative number means to work backwards through the sequence. So for a list::

Removing the href
attribute definitely seems to the way to go. If for some reason you need it later, I would just store it in another attribute, e.g.

This is the only way to do it that will make the link appear disabled as well without writing custom CSS. Just binding a click handler to false will make the link appear like a normal link, but nothing will happen when clicking on it, which may be confusing to users. If you are going to go the click handler route, I would at least also .addClass("link-disabled")
and write some CSS that makes links with that class appear like normal text.
My problem was my Target profile didn't have the proper code signing option selected:

For Mac, using Safari is a good alternate option for local development purpose and the feature is built into the browser (so no need to add browser extension or launch Chrome using bash command like [open -a Google\ Chrome --args --disable-web-security --user-data-dir=""].
To disable cross origin restriction using Safari (v11+): From menu click “Develop > Disable Cross Origin Restriction”.
This does not require relaunching the browser and since its a toggle you can easily switch to secure mode.

They are not different from the point of view of JVM. Immutable objects don't have methods that can change the instance variables. And the instance variables are private; therefore you can't change it after you create it. A famous example would be String. You don't have methods like setString, or setCharAt. And s1 = s1 + "w" will create a new string, with the original one abandoned. That's my understanding.
If you are using T-SQL then it appears from previous posts that UNION removes duplicates. But if you are not, you could use distinct. This doesn't quite feel right to me either but it could get you the result you are looking for

as a key to another dict

file extension is mapped to msiexec (same way typing a .txt filename on a command prompt launches Notepad/default .txt

ldpi is 0.75x dimensions of mdpi
hdpi is 1.5x dimensions of mdpi
xhdpi is 2x dimensinons of mdpi
Usually, I design mdpi images for a 320x480 screen and then multiply the dimensions as per the above rules to get images for other resolutions.
