The problem is almost certainly that you're not using the MPI compiler wrappers. Whenever you're compiling an MPI program, you should use the MPI wrappers:

• C - mpicc
• C++ - mpiCC, mpicxx, mpic++
• FORTRAN - mpifort, mpif77, mpif90

These wrappers do all of the dirty work for you of making sure that all of the appropriate compiler flags, libraries, include directories, library directories, etc. are included when you compile your program.

A couple of notes:

1. Apache ant doesn't know anything about JAVA_OPTS, while Tomcat's startup scripts do. For Apache ant, use ANT_OPTS to affect the environment for the JVM that runs /ant/, but not for the things that ant might launch.

2. The maximum heap size you can set depends entirely on the environment: for most 32-bit systems, the maximum amount of heap space you can request, regardless of available memory, is in the 2GiB range. The largest heap on a 64-bit system is "really big". Also, you are practically limited by physical memory as well, since the heap is managed by the JVM and you don't want a lot of swapping going on to the disk.

3. For server environments, you typically want to set -Xms and -Xmx to the same value: this will fix the size of the heap at a certain size and the garbage collector has less work to do because the heap will never have to be re-sized.

To fix this error, I updated the connection string in the web.config in the website project to match the app.config in my EntityFramework project.

If it does not, with the piece of code you already have you can install the onCLick handler. Now instead of trying to attach style directly to row, you can modify state, by for instance adding selected: true to row data. That would trigger rerender. Now you only have to override how are rows with selected === true rendered. Something along lines of:

Besides the already stated answers about using Vector, Vector also has a bunch of methods around enumeration and element retrieval which are different than the List interface, and developers (especially those who learned Java before 1.2) can tend to use them if they are in the code. Although Enumerations are faster, they don't check if the collection was modified during iteration, which can cause issues, and given that Vector might be chosen for its syncronization - with the attendant access from multiple threads, this makes it a particularly pernicious problem. Usage of these methods also couples a lot of code to Vector, such that it won't be easy to replace it with a different List implementation.

Regardless to what is said above, on my ubuntu 16 i had to do :

If you just need to get a few items from the JSON object, I would use Json.NET's LINQ to JSON JObject class. For example:

The use of "closed" vs. "open" reflects whether or not we are locked in to using a certain position or data structure (this is an extremely vague description, but hopefully the rest helps).

For instance, the "open" in "open addressing" tells us the index (aka. address) at which an object will be stored in the hash table is not completely determined by its hash code. Instead, the index may vary depending on what's already in the hash table.

The "closed" in "closed hashing" refers to the fact that we never leave the hash table; every object is stored directly at an index in the hash table's internal array. Note that this is only possible by using some sort of open addressing strategy. This explains why "closed hashing" and "open addressing" are synonyms.

Contrast this with open hashing - in this strategy, none of the objects are actually stored in the hash table's array; instead once an object is hashed, it is stored in a list which is separate from the hash table's internal array. "open" refers to the freedom we get by leaving the hash table, and using a separate list. By the way, "separate list" hints at why open hashing is also known as "separate chaining".

In short, "closed" always refers to some sort of strict guarantee, like when we guarantee that objects are always stored directly within the hash table (closed hashing). Then, the opposite of "closed" is "open", so if you don't have such guarantees, the strategy is considered "open".

Your select statement is returning a sequence of anonymous type , not a sequence of DataRows. CopyToDataTable() is only available on IEnumerable<T> where T is or derives from DataRow. You can select r the row object to call CopyToDataTable on it.

I think you may be misunderstanding a few things about Flask. For one, you can't nest multiple functions in a single route. You're not making a set of functions available for a particular route, you're defining the one specific thing the server will do when that route is called.

With that in mind, you would be able to solve your problem with a page reload by changing your app.py to look more like this:

I used to check $_POST until I got into a trouble with larger POST data and uploaded files. There are configuration directives post_max_size and upload_max_filesize - if any of them is exceeded, $_POST array is not populated.

So the "safe way" is to check $_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD']. You still have to use isset() on every $_POST variable though, and it does not matter, whether you check or don't check $_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'].

1. If you are using Anaconda Prompt/PowerShell for the first time, type "Anaconda" in the search field of your Windows task bar and you will see the suggested software.

However, you need to pick the fields you ACTUALLY WANT then select only those and group by them. SELECT * and GROUP BY Email will give you RANDOM VALUES for all the fields but Email. Most RDBMS will not even allow you to do this because of the issues it creates, but MySQL is the exception.

Had the same problem and did two changes: (a) did not over-write existing data (not ideal if that is your intention but you can run a delete query beforehand), and (b) counted the columns and found that the csv had an empty column so it always pays to go back to your original work even though all 'seems' to look correct.

We use a combination of two:

1. Honeypot field with name="email" (already mentioned by other answers) just be sure to use a sophisticated way to hide it , like moving off the screen or something. Because bots can detect display:none
2. A hidden field that is set by JavaScript when the user clicks (or focuses if you want to be TAB-friendly) on a required field (wasn't mentioned in other answers)

The 2nd option can even protect from a headless-browser type of spam (using phatnom.js or Selenium) because even JavaScript-bots don't bother actually clicking textboxes.

Blocks 99% of bots.

PS. Make sure to use the focus trick only on fields that are not being filled by password managers like LastPass or 1Passwor.

I was curious about performance of various methods for a single int in the range [0, 255], so I decided to do some timing tests.

Based on the timings below, and from the general trend I observed from trying many different values and configurations, struct.pack seems to be the fastest, followed by int.to_bytes, bytes, and with str.encode (unsurprisingly) being the slowest. Note that the results show some more variation than is represented, and int.to_bytes and bytes sometimes switched speed ranking during testing, but struct.pack is clearly the fastest.

Results in CPython 3.7 on Windows:

The ConnectionManager will replace the ConnectionString and Provider to what ever is in the App.Config.

You can use the same ConnectionManager for all ObjectContexts (so they all read the same settings from App.Config), or edit the T4 so it creates one ConnectionManager for each (in its own namespace), so that each reads separate settings.

I encounter this problem without using com.google.gms:google-services. The solution solving this kind problem as below:

1. check build.gradle files of all projects and modules. Or just global search key word 'compile' to find where cause this warning.
2. if above method cannot solve this warning, then use CLI Command, ./gradlew assembleDebug -d > gradle.log
   print detail debug information to a file named gradle.log or any else, as the information is too much. Then search word "WARNING" to find the position in gradle.log, usually you can find what dependence or plugin cause the warning.

As other answers mentioned, Docker's default local bridge network only supports 30 different networks (each one of them uniquely identifiable by their name). If you are not using them, then docker network prune will do the trick.

However, you might be interested in establishing more than 30 containers, each with their own network. Were you interested in doing so then you would need to define an overlay network. This is a bit more tricky but extremely well documented here.

JSON has no functions as data types. You can only serialize strings, numbers, objects, arrays, and booleans (and null)

You could create your own toJson method, only passing the data that really has to be serialized:

To reduce the amount of work, you could consider to store all the data that needs to be serialized in a special "data" property for each Person instance. For example:

I've been struggling to get reliable communications to COM10 in C#/.NET. As an example, if I have a device on COM9 and COM10, traffic intended for COM10 goes to the device on COM9! If I remove the device on COM9, COM10 traffic goes to the device on COM10.

I still haven't figured how to use the handle returned by CreateFile to create a C#/.NET style SerialPort object, if I knew how to do that, then I think I could use COM10+ just fine from C#.

In my experience, the "I" convention applies to interfaces that are intended to provide a contract to a class, particularly when the interface itself is not an abstract notion of the class.

For example, in your case, I'd only expect to see IUser if the only user you ever intend to have is User. If you plan to have different types of users - NoviceUser, ExpertUser, etc. - I would expect to see a User interface (and, perhaps, an AbstractUser class that implements some common functionality, like get/setName()).

I would also expect interfaces that define capabilities - Comparable, Iterable, etc. - to be named like that, and not like IComparable or IIterable.

As @bmu mentioned, pandas auto detects (by default) the size of the display area, a summary view will be used when an object repr does not fit on the display. You mentioned resizing the IDLE window, to no effect. If you do print df.describe().to_string() does it fit on the IDLE window?

The terminal size is determined by pandas.util.terminal.get_terminal_size() (deprecated and removed), this returns a tuple containing the (width, height) of the display. Does the output match the size of your IDLE window? There might be an issue (there was one before when running a terminal in emacs).

Note that it is possible to bypass the autodetect, pandas.set_printoptions(max_rows=200, max_columns=10) will never switch to summary view if number of rows, columns does not exceed the given limits.

The 'max_colwidth' option helps in seeing untruncated form of each column.

You can build one with the HttpListener class to listen for incoming requests and the HttpWebRequest class to relay the requests.

The Python with statement is built-in language support of the Resource Acquisition Is Initialization idiom commonly used in C++. It is intended to allow safe acquisition and release of operating system resources.

The with statement creates resources within a scope/block. You write your code using the resources within the block. When the block exits the resources are cleanly released regardless of the outcome of the code in the block (that is whether the block exits normally or because of an exception).

Many resources in the Python library that obey the protocol required by the with statement and so can used with it out-of-the-box. However anyone can make resources that can be used in a with statement by implementing the well documented protocol: PEP 0343

Use it whenever you acquire resources in your application that must be explicitly relinquished such as files, network connections, locks and the like.

Similar to Chris Marasti-Georg's example, instead using inline javascript. Essentially add onkeypress to the fields you want the enter key to work with. This example acts on the password field.

Yes scaling horizontally means adding more machines, but it also implies that the machines are equal in the cluster. MySQL can scale horizontally in terms of Reading data, through the use of replicas, but once it reaches capacity of the server mem/disk, you have to begin sharding data across servers. This becomes increasingly more complex. Often keeping data consistent across replicas is a problem as replication rates are often too slow to keep up with data change rates.

Couchbase is also a fantastic NoSQL Horizontal Scaling database, used in many commercial high availability applications and games and arguably the highest performer in the category. It partitions data automatically across cluster, adding nodes is simple, and you can use commodity hardware, cheaper vm instances (using Large instead of High Mem, High Disk machines at AWS for instance). It is built off the Membase (Memcached) but adds persistence. Also, in the case of Couchbase, every node can do reads and writes, and are equals in the cluster, with only failover replication (not full dataset replication across all servers like in mySQL).

From the documentation:

The $.browser property is deprecated in jQuery 1.3, and its functionality may be moved to a team-supported plugin in a future release of jQuery.

So, yes, it is deprecated, but your existing implementations will continue to work. If the functionality is removed, it will likely be easily accessible using a plugin.

As to whether there is an alternative... The answer is "yes, probably". It is far, far better to do feature detection using $.support rather than browser detection: detect the actual feature you need, not the browser that provides it. Most important features that vary from browser to browser are detected with that.

Update 16 February 2013: In jQuery 1.9, this feature was removed (docs). It is far better not to use it. If you really, really must use its functionality, you can restore it with the jQuery Migrate plugin.

These old date-time classes have been supplanted by the java.time framework built into Java 8 and later.

If you simply want the current time in UTC, use the Instant class.

EST is not a time zone, as explained in the correct Answer by Jon Skeet. Such 3-4 letter codes are neither standardized nor unique, and further the confusion over Daylight Saving Time (DST). Use a proper time zone name in the "continent/region" format.

One tricky thing not covered by the other answers here is that the .gitignore file won't work if you have inline comments, like this:

Vim has a nifty feature that converts code to HTML format preserving syntax highlighting, font style, background color and even line numbers. Run :TOhtml and vim creates a new buffer containing html markup.

java.time

The java.time framework built into Java 8 and later supplants both the old date-time classes bundled with the earliest versions of Java and the Joda-Time library. The java.time classes have been back-ported to Java 6 & 7 and to Android.

The Instant class represents a moment on the timeline in UTC with a resolution of nanoseconds.

Instant instant = Instant.now();

Apply an offset-from-UTC (a number of hours and possible minutes and seconds) to get an OffsetDateTime.

Database

Hopefully the JDBC drivers will be updated to work directly with the java.time classes. Until then we must use the java.sql classes to move date-time values to/from the database. But limit your use of the java.sql classes to the chore of database transit. Do not use them for business logic. As part of the old date-time classes they are poorly designed, confusing, and troublesome.

Use new methods added to the old classes to convert to/from java.time. Look for to… and valueOf methods.

Use the java.sql.Timestamp class for date-time values.

java.sql.Timestamp ts = java.sql.Timestamp.valueOf( instant );

And going the other direction…

Instant instant = ts.toInstant();

For date-time data you virtually always want the TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data type rather than WITHOUT when designing your table columns in your database.

When executing SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe on my Windows seven system, I kept runing into compatibility issues. The trick is to run SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe in compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2. Edit the installer properties and enable compatibility mode with XP (service pack 2), then you'll be able to access Mr Doug (answered Mar 4 at 15:09) resolution.

There is no such functionality in jQuery. Use JSON.stringify or alternatively any jQuery plugin with similar functionality (e.g jquery-json).

Intro: I assume that you have a matrix X where each row/line is a sample/observation and each column is a variable/feature (this is the expected input for any sklearn ML function by the way -- X.shape should be [number_of_samples, number_of_features]).

Core of method: The main idea is to normalize/standardize i.e. µ = 0 and s = 1 your features/variables/columns of X, individually, before applying any machine learning model.

StandardScaler() will normalize the features i.e. each column of X, INDIVIDUALLY, so that each column/feature/variable will have µ = 0 and s = 1.

P.S: I find the most upvoted answer on this page, wrong. I am quoting "each value in the dataset will have the sample mean value subtracted" -- This is neither true nor correct.

Jlordo approach covers specific situation. If you try to build an abstract method out of it, you can face a difficulty to check if 'textFrom' is before 'textTo'. Otherwise method can return a match for some other occurance of 'textFrom' in text.

You can use Comparator.reverseOrder() to have a comparator giving the reverse of the natural ordering.

My issue was that I used a non-root user with sudo access. But even sudo git clone ... didn't work. The solution was to create the folder for the project, chown user projectfolder and then run the clone without sudo.

Instead of comparing the dates directly, compare the getTime() value of the date. The getTime() function returns the number of milliseconds since Jan 1, 1970 as an integer-- should be trivial to determine if one integer falls between two other integers.

For more complex scraping applications, I would recommend the IRobotSoft web scraper. It is a dedicated free software for screen scraping. It has a strong query language for HTML pages, and it provides a very simple web recording interface that will free you from many programming effort.

You should use promises for async operations where you don't know when it will be completed. A promise "represents an operation that hasn't completed yet, but is expected in the future." (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Promise)

Well, let's suppose the call to getData() took 10 seconds to complete. If the function didn't return anything in that time, it would effectively become normal synchronous code and would hang the browser until it completed.

With the promise returning instantly though, the browser is free to continue on with other code in the meantime. Once the promise resolves/fails, the then() call is triggered. So it makes much more sense this way, even if it might make the flow of your code a bit more complex (complexity is a common problem of async/parallel programming in general after all!)

As of Node.js 14.3.0 the top-level await is supported.

You can run System.out.println(object); on just about any object and get some information about it.

It's a good practice to initialize the local variables inside the method block before using it. Here is a mistake that a beginner may commit.

You may expect the console will show '5' but instead the compiler will throw 'variable a might not be initialized' error. Though one may think variable a is 'initialized' inside the for loop, the compiler does not think in that way. What if arr.length is 0? The for loop will not be run at all. Hence, the compiler will give variable a might not have been initialized to point out the potential danger and require you to initialize the variable.

To prevent this kind of error, just initialize the variable when you declare it.

Well, weeks ago I made a very similiar question (Get CDN url from uploaded file via Storage): I wanted the CDN url to show the image in my view (as you are requiring ).

However, after review the package API I confirmed that there is no way do this task. So, my solution was avoid using flysystem. In my case, I needed to play with RackSpace. So, finally decide to create my use package and make my own storage package using The PHP SDK for OpenStack.

By this way, you have full access for functions that you need like getPublicUrl() in order to get the public URL from a cdn container:

The advantage of this method is that you don't need to change anything if you add new database or delete a database, you don't even need to list the databases in the script. Answer from JohnB is better/simpler for server with one database, this approach is more suitable for multi database servers.
