inflater.inflate(R.menu.more_tab_menu, menu);
// return true so that the menu pop up is opened

}
}
and don't forget to press the menu button or icon on Emulator or device
Let me explain a bit by bit.

appends the command output to /dev/null
.

You can add multiple classes by separating classes names by spaces
$('.page-address-edit').addClass('test1 test2 test3');
What you could do is also to take the next token as a String, converts this string to a char array and test that each character in the array is a digit.
I think that's correct, if you don't want to deal with the exceptions.
To see local changes compare to your current branch
git diff .
To see local changed compare to any other existing branch
git diff <branch-name> .
To see changes of a particular file
git diff <branch-name> -- <file-path>
Make sure you run git fetch
at the beginning.
Advance for loop
works better for this case
public void deleteRow(DataRow selectedRow)
{
foreach (DataRow in StudentTable.Rows)
{
if (SR[TableColumn.StudentID.ToString()].ToString() == StudentIndex)
SR.Delete();
}
StudentTable.AcceptChanges();
}
Angular CLI version 9 (used to create Angular 9 projects) now picks up
style
from schematics instead ofstyleext
. Use the command like this:
ng config schematics.@schematics/angular:component.style scss
and the resulting angular.json shall look like this"schematics": { "@schematics/angular:component": { "style": "scss" } }
Other possible solutions & explanations:
To create a new project with angular CLI with sass support, try this:
ng new My_New_Project --style=scss
You can also use --style=sass
& if you don't know the difference, read this short & easy article and if you still don't know, just go with scss
& keep learning.
If you have an angular 5 project, use this command to update the config for your project.
ng set defaults.styleExt scss
For Latest Versions
For Angular 6 to set new style on existing project with CLI:
ng config schematics.@schematics/angular:component.styleext scss
Or Directly into angular.json:
"schematics": {
"@schematics/angular:component": {
"styleext": "scss"
}
}
I'm looking at a similar problem, and I've found some of the best references come from chemistry (from peaks finding in mass-spec data). For a good thorough review of peaking finding algorithms read this. This is one of the best clearest reviews of peak finding techniques that I've run across. (Wavelets are the best for finding peaks of this sort in noisy data.).
It looks like your peaks are clearly defined and aren't hidden in the noise. That being the case I'd recommend using smooth savtizky-golay derivatives to find the peaks (If you just differentiate the data above you'll have a mess of false positives.). This is a very effective technique and is pretty easy to implemented (you do need a matrix class w/ basic operations). If you simply find the zero crossing of the first S-G derivative I think you'll be happy.
Thank you RobertoAV96.
You're my hero. But it's not enough. In my case, I changed both compileSdkVersion, and buildToolsVersion. Now it work. Hope this help
buildscript {
repositories {
mavenCentral()
}

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:0.6.+'
}
}
apply plugin: 'android'

assets.srcDirs = ['assets']
}
// Move the tests to tests/java, tests/res, etc...
instrumentTest.setRoot('tests')
// Move the build types to build-types/<type>
// For instance, build-types/debug/java, build-types/debug/AndroidManifest.xml, ..
// This moves them out of them default location under src/<type>/... which would
// conflict with src/ being used by the main source set.
// Adding new build types or product flavors should be accompanied
// by a similar customization.
debug.setRoot('build-types/debug')

You can do this programmatically using a VBA macro. You can make the sheet hidden or very hidden:
Sub HideSheet()
Dim sheet As Worksheet
Set sheet = ActiveSheet
' this hides the sheet but users will be able
' to unhide it using the Excel UI
sheet.Visible = xlSheetHidden
' this hides the sheet so that it can only be made visible using VBA
sheet.Visible = xlSheetVeryHidden
End Sub
also, you can fetch all data and count in the blade file. for example:
your code in the controller
$posts = Post::all();
return view('post', compact('posts'));
your code in the blade file.
{{ $posts->count() }}
finally, you can see the total of your posts.
$(document).ready(function() {
var referrer = document.referrer;
if(referrer.equals("Setting.jsp")){
function goBack() {
window.history.go();
}
}
if(referrer.equals("http://localhost:8080/Ads/Terms.jsp")){
window.history.forward();
function noBack() {
window.history.forward();
}
}
});
using this you can avoid load previous page load

That occasionally occurs to me while using emulator. I just plug in a device and run the app. The Logcat gets back to work and so it does when I get back to the emulator. I guess that just switching two devices and/or emulators does the trick as well.
You can read existing sheets of your interests, for example, 'x1', 'x2', into memory and 'write' them back prior to adding more new sheets (keep in mind that sheets in a file and sheets in memory are two different things, if you don't read them, they will be lost). This approach uses 'xlsxwriter' only, no openpyxl involved.
import pandas as pd
import numpy as np
path = r"C:\Users\fedel\Desktop\excelData\PhD_data.xlsx"
# begin <== read selected sheets and write them back
df1 = pd.read_excel(path, sheet_name='x1', index_col=0) # or sheet_name=0
df2 = pd.read_excel(path, sheet_name='x2', index_col=0) # or sheet_name=1
writer = pd.ExcelWriter(path, engine='xlsxwriter')
df1.to_excel(writer, sheet_name='x1')
df2.to_excel(writer, sheet_name='x2')
# end ==>
# now create more new sheets
x3 = np.random.randn(100, 2)
df3 = pd.DataFrame(x3)
x4 = np.random.randn(100, 2)
df4 = pd.DataFrame(x4)
df3.to_excel(writer, sheet_name='x3')
df4.to_excel(writer, sheet_name='x4')
writer.save()
writer.close()
If you want to preserve all existing sheets, you can replace above code between begin and end with:
# read all existing sheets and write them back
writer = pd.ExcelWriter(path, engine='xlsxwriter')
xlsx = pd.ExcelFile(path)
for sheet in xlsx.sheet_names:
df = xlsx.parse(sheet_name=sheet, index_col=0)
df.to_excel(writer, sheet_name=sheet)
Since a lot of people still do:
using (System.IO.StreamReader r = new System.IO.StreamReader(""))
using (System.IO.StreamReader r2 = new System.IO.StreamReader("")) {
//code
}
I guess a lot of people still don't know that you can do:
using (System.IO.StreamReader r = new System.IO.StreamReader(""), r2 = new System.IO.StreamReader("")) {
//code
}
If someone is using react, following will be useful:
https://stackoverflow.com/a/62111884/1015678
const valueSetter = Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(this.textInputRef, 'value').set;
const prototype = Object.getPrototypeOf(this.textInputRef);
const prototypeValueSetter = Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(prototype, 'value').set;
if (valueSetter && valueSetter !== prototypeValueSetter) {
prototypeValueSetter.call(this.textInputRef, 'new value');
} else {
valueSetter.call(this.textInputRef, 'new value');
}
this.textInputRef.dispatchEvent(new Event('input', { bubbles: true }));
Try to invert #one

In SVG, z-index is defined by the order the element appears in the document. You can have a look to this page too if you want : https://stackoverflow.com/a/482147/1932751
I think we can write this fewer styles, without changing the existing color. The following worked for me (in Bootstrap 3.2.0)
.navbar-nav > li > a { padding-top: 5px !important; padding-bottom: 5px !important; }
.navbar { min-height: 32px !important; }
.navbar-brand { padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 10px; }
The last one ('navbar-brand') is actually needed only if you have text as your 'brand' name.
Spinner don't support Hint, i recommend you to make a custom spinner adapter.

Sorry for the necro-add, but there's something I really wanted to insert that's missing in the existing answers (for anyone like me stumbling onto this question via google): refactor your code. Not only will it make it easier to read/maintain, but it'll often remove these types of control-routing issues entirely.
Here's what I'd lean towards if I had to program the function above:
private const string CatchupLineToIndicateLogDump = "mp4:production/CATCHUP/";
private const string BatchFileLocation = "Command.bat";
private void CheckLog()
{
while (true)
{
Thread.Sleep(5000);
if (System.IO.File.Exists(BatchFileLocation))
{
if (doesFileContainStr(BatchFileLocation, CatchupLineToIndicateLogDump))
{
RemoveLogAndDump();
return;
}
}
}
}
private bool doesFileContainStr(string FileLoc, string StrToCheckFor)
{
// ... code for checking the existing of a string within a file
// (and returning back whether the string was found.)
}
private void RemoveLogAndDump()
{
// ... your code to call RemoveEXELog and kick off test.exe
}
you can just add 1
<li v-for="(catalog, itemObjKey) in catalogs">this index : {{itemObjKey + 1}}</li>
to get the length of an array/objects
{{ catalogs.length }}
psql -h <host> -p <port> -U <user> -d <db>
and update /var/lib/pgsql/10/data/pg_hba.conf
to change the auth method to cert
. Check the following link for more information:
That will almost work.
When pushing to a non-default branch, you need to specify the source ref and the target ref:
git push origin branch1:branch2
Or
git push <remote> <branch with new changes>:<branch you are pushing to>
You can use the org.openqa.selenium.interactions.Actions
class to move to an element.
Java:
WebElement element = driver.findElement(By.id("my-id"));
Actions actions = new Actions(driver);
actions.moveToElement(element);
actions.perform();
Python:
from selenium.webdriver.common.action_chains import ActionChains
ActionChains(driver).move_to_element(driver.sl.find_element_by_id('my-id')).perform()
Technically you can if you use something like OpenCL, but Nvidia's CUDA is much better and OpenCL requires other steps that may or may not work. I would recommend if you have an AMD gpu, use something like Google Colab where they provide a free Nvidia GPU you can use when coding.
The random_state is an integer value which implies the selection of a random combination of train and test. When you set the test_size as 1/4 the there is a set generated of permutation and combination of train and test and each combination has one state. Suppose you have a dataset---> [1,2,3,4]
Train | Test | State
[1,2,3] [4] **0**
[1,3,4] [2] **1**
[4,2,3] [1] **2**
[2,4,1] [3] **3**
We need it because while param tuning of model same state will considered again and again. So that there won't be any inference with the accuracy.
But in case of Random forest there is also similar story but in a different way w.r.t the variables.
All you need to do is to add app.UseStaticFiles();
in your startup.cs -> public void Configure(IApplicationBuilder app, IHostingEnvironment env)
.
ASP.net core provides an excellent way to get static files. That is using the wwwroot folder. Please read Static files in ASP.NET Core.
Using the <Link />
is not a very good idea. Why would someone add the link tag on each HTML or cshtml for the favicon.ico?
Armin Ronacher has the correct idea. The problem is random strings can collide. I would use:
<img src="picture.jpg?1222259157.415" alt="">
Where "1222259157.415" is the current time on the server.
Generate time by Javascript with performance.now()
or by Python with time.time()
From the output of java -X
:
-Xloggc:<file> log GC status to a file with time stamps
Documented here:
-Xloggc:filename
Sets the file to which verbose GC events information should be redirected for logging. The information written to this file is similar to the output of
-verbose:gc
with the time elapsed since the first GC event preceding each logged event. The-Xloggc
option overrides-verbose:gc
if both are given with the samejava
command.Example:
-Xloggc:garbage-collection.log
So the output looks something like this:
0.590: [GC 896K->278K(5056K), 0.0096650 secs] 0.906: [GC 1174K->774K(5056K), 0.0106856 secs] 1.320: [GC 1670K->1009K(5056K), 0.0101132 secs] 1.459: [GC 1902K->1055K(5056K), 0.0030196 secs] 1.600: [GC 1951K->1161K(5056K), 0.0032375 secs] 1.686: [GC 1805K->1238K(5056K), 0.0034732 secs] 1.690: [Full GC 1238K->1238K(5056K), 0.0631661 secs] 1.874: [GC 62133K->61257K(65060K), 0.0014464 secs]
Since this is a matter of finding files, let's use find
!
Using GNU find you can use the -regex
option to find those files in the tree of directories whose extension is either .h
or .cpp
:
find -type f -regex ".*\.\(h\|cpp\)"
# ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Then, it is just a matter of executing grep
on each of its results:
find -type f -regex ".*\.\(h\|cpp\)" -exec grep "your pattern" {} +
If you don't have this distribution of find you have to use an approach like Amir Afghani's, using -o
to concatenate options (the name is either ending with .h
or with .cpp
):
find -type f \( -name '*.h' -o -name '*.cpp' \) -exec grep "your pattern" {} +
# ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
And if you really want to use grep
, follow the syntax indicated to --include
:
grep "your pattern" -r --include=*.{cpp,h}
# ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Your code could look more like:
<?php
session_start();
$errorMsg = "";
$validUser = $_SESSION["login"] === true;
if(isset($_POST["sub"])) {
$validUser = $_POST["username"] == "admin" && $_POST["password"] == "password";
if(!$validUser) $errorMsg = "Invalid username or password.";
else $_SESSION["login"] = true;
}
if($validUser) {
header("Location: /login-success.php"); die();
}
?>
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
<title>Login</title>
</head>
<body>
<form name="input" action="" method="post">
<label for="username">Username:</label><input type="text" value="<?= $_POST["username"] ?>" id="username" name="username" />
<label for="password">Password:</label><input type="password" value="" id="password" name="password" />
<div class="error"><?= $errorMsg ?></div>
<input type="submit" value="Home" name="sub" />
</form>
</body>
</html>
Now, when the page is redirected based on the header('LOCATION:wherever.php)
, put session_start()
at the top of the page and test to make sure $_SESSION['login'] === true
. Remember that ==
would be true if $_SESSION['login'] == 1
as well.
Of course, this is a bad idea for security reasons, but my example may teach you a different way of using PHP.
Slight improvement to Astander's answer. I like to put my criteria at top, and make it easier to reuse day to day:

You should push the new viewcontroller by using current navigation controller, not present.
self.navigationController.pushViewController(nextViewController, animated: true)
You can't. With inline styles you are targeting the element directly. You can't use other selectors there.
What you can do however is define different classes in your stylesheet that define different colours and then add the class to the element.
You can write complete apps for almost any smartphone platform (Android, iOS,...) using Phonegap. (http://www.phonegap.com)
It is an open source framework that exposes native capabilities to a web view, so that you can do anything a native app can do.
This is very suitable for cross platform development if you're not building something that has to be pixel perfect in every way, or is very hardware intensive.
If you are looking for UI Frameworks that can be used to build such apps, there is a wide range of different libraries. (Like Sencha, jQuery mobile, ...)
And to be a little biased, there is something I built as well: http://www.m-gwt.com
This will help you.

Ant is already installed on some older versions of Mac OS X, so you should run ant -version
to test if it is installed before attempting to install it.
If it is not already installed, then your best bet is to install Homebrew (brew install ant
) or MacPorts (sudo port install apache-ant
), and use those tools to install Apache Ant.
Alternatively, though I would highly advise using Homebrew or MacPorts instead, you can install Apache Ant manually. To do so, you would need to:
The commands that you would need, assuming apache-ant-1.8.1-bin.tar.gz
(replace 1.8.1 with the actual version) were still in your Downloads directory, would be the following (explanatory comments included):
cd ~/Downloads # Let's get into your downloads folder.
tar -xvzf apache-ant-1.8.1-bin.tar.gz # Extract the folder
sudo mkdir -p /usr/local # Ensure that /usr/local exists
sudo cp -rf apache-ant-1.8.1-bin /usr/local/apache-ant # Copy it into /usr/local
# Add the new version of Ant to current terminal session
export PATH=/usr/local/apache-ant/bin:"$PATH"
# Add the new version of Ant to future terminal sessions
echo 'export PATH=/usr/local/apache-ant/bin:"$PATH"' >> ~/.profile
# Verify new version of ant
ant -version
I find that the best solution to comparing a datetime field to a date field is the following:
DECLARE @StartDate DATE = '5/1/2013',
@EndDate DATE = '5/1/2013'
SELECT *
FROM cases
WHERE Datediff(day, created_at, @StartDate) <= 0
AND Datediff(day, created_at, @EndDate) >= 0
This is equivalent to an inclusive between statement as it includes both the start and end date as well as those that fall between.
ls /sys/block
You can use MODIFY COLUMN
to do this. Just do...
ALTER TABLE YourTable
MODIFY COLUMN your_column
your_previous_column_definition COMMENT "Your new comment"
substituting:
YourTable
with the name of your tableyour_column
with the name of your commentyour_previous_column_definition
with the column's column_definition, which I recommend getting via a SHOW CREATE TABLE YourTable
command and copying verbatim to avoid any traps.*Your new comment
with the column comment you want.For example...
mysql> CREATE TABLE `Example` (
-> `id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
-> `some_col` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
-> PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
-> );
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.18 sec)
mysql> ALTER TABLE Example
-> MODIFY COLUMN `id`
-> int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT COMMENT 'Look, I''m a comment!';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.07 sec)
Records: 0 Duplicates: 0 Warnings: 0
mysql> SHOW CREATE TABLE Example;
+---------+---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Table | Create Table |
+---------+---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Example | CREATE TABLE `Example` (

) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 |

* Whenever you use MODIFY
or CHANGE
clauses in an ALTER TABLE
statement, I suggest you copy the column definition from the output of a SHOW CREATE TABLE
statement. This protects you from accidentally losing an important part of your column definition by not realising that you need to include it in your MODIFY
or CHANGE
clause. For example, if you MODIFY
an AUTO_INCREMENT
column, you need to explicitly specify the AUTO_INCREMENT
modifier again in the MODIFY
clause, or the column will cease to be an AUTO_INCREMENT
column. Similarly, if the column is defined as NOT NULL
or has a DEFAULT
value, these details need to be included when doing a MODIFY
or CHANGE
on the column or they will be lost.
Its better to perform this over Master branch

Here is the answer for those of you who need a Boostrap 3 solution.
In bootstrap 3 use 'shown.bs.tab' instead of 'shown' in the next line
// tab
$('#rowTab a:first').tab('show');
$('a[data-toggle="tab"]').on('shown.bs.tab', function (e) {
//show selected tab / active
console.log ( $(e.target).attr('id') );
});
How about this?
Map properties = new Properties();
Map<String, String> map = new HashMap<String, String>(properties);
Will cause a warning, but works without iterations.
To me, it sounds like you want to create a new attribute? Do you want
<option value="2" value2="somethingElse">...
To do this, you can do
$(your selector).attr('value2', 'the value');
And then to retrieve it, you can use
$(your selector).attr('value2')
It's not going to be valid code, but I guess it does the job.
You don't. Your array doesn't have a key [1]
. You could:
Make a new array, which contains the keys:
$newArray = array_keys($array);
echo $newArray[0];
But the value "one" is at $newArray[0]
, not [1]
.
A shortcut would be:
echo current(array_keys($array));
Get the first key of the array:
reset($array);
echo key($array);
Get the key corresponding to the value "value":
echo array_search('value', $array);
This all depends on what it is exactly you want to do. The fact is, [1]
doesn't correspond to "one" any which way you turn it.
Bootstrap 3 now has Responsive tables out of the box. Hooray! :)
You can check it here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/css/#tables-responsive
Add a <div class="table-responsive">
surrounding your table and you should be good to go:
<div class="table-responsive">
<table class="table">
...
</table>
</div>
To make it work on all layouts you can do this:
.table-responsive

Visual Studio 2015 does include Xamarin Starter edition https://xamarin.com/starter
Xamarin Starter is free and allows developers to build and publish simple apps with the following limitations:
Xamarin Starter installs automatically with Visual Studio 2015, and works with VS 2012, 2013, and 2015 (including Community Editions). When your app outgrows Starter, you will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to a paid subscription, which you can learn more about here: https://store.xamarin.com/
A couple of things to enhance the other answers. First, you should never return a HashMap
, which is a specific implementation. Return instead a plain old java.util.Map
. But that's actually not right for this example, anyway. Your code only returns the last row of the ResultSet as a (Hash)Map. You instead want to return a List<Map<String,Object>>
. Think about how you should modify your code to do that. (Or you could take Dave Newton's suggestion).
Here's an alternative since you don't like the cast to int:
foreach(byte b in System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str.ToCharArray()))
Console.Write(b.ToString());
Definitely a view is better than a nested query for SQL Server. Without knowing exactly why it is better (until I read Mark Brittingham's post), I had run some tests and experienced almost shocking performance improvements when using a view versus a nested query. After running each version of the query several hundred times in a row, the view version of the query completed in half the time. I'd say that's proof enough for me.
As long as you're doing a fast-forward merge, then you can simply use
git fetch <remote> <sourceBranch>:<destinationBranch>
Examples:
# Merge local branch foo into local branch master,
# without having to checkout master first.
# Here `.` means to use the local repository as the "remote":
git fetch . foo:master
# Merge remote branch origin/foo into local branch foo,
# without having to checkout foo first:
git fetch origin foo:foo
While Amber's answer will also work in fast-forward cases, using git fetch
in this way instead is a little safer than just force-moving the branch reference, since git fetch
will automatically prevent accidental non-fast-forwards as long as you don't use +
in the refspec.
You cannot merge a branch B into branch A without checking out A first if it would result in a non-fast-forward merge. This is because a working copy is needed to resolve any potential conflicts.
However, in the case of fast-forward merges, this is possible, because such merges can never result in conflicts, by definition. To do this without checking out a branch first, you can use git fetch
with a refspec.
Here's an example of updating master
(disallowing non-fast-forward changes) if you have another branch feature
checked out:
git fetch upstream master:master
This use-case is so common, that you'll probably want to make an alias for it in your git configuration file, like this one:
[alias]
sync = !sh -c 'git checkout --quiet HEAD; git fetch upstream master:master; git checkout --quiet -'
What this alias does is the following:
git checkout HEAD
: this puts your working copy into a detached-head state. This is useful if you want to update master
while you happen to have it checked-out. I think it was necessary to do with because otherwise the branch reference for master
won't move, but I don't remember if that's really right off-the-top of my head.
git fetch upstream master:master
: this fast-forwards your local master
to the same place as upstream/master
.
git checkout -
checks out your previously checked-out branch (that's what the -
does in this case).
git fetch
for (non-)fast-forward mergesIf you want the fetch
command to fail if the update is non-fast-forward, then you simply use a refspec of the form
git fetch <remote> <remoteBranch>:<localBranch>
If you want to allow non-fast-forward updates, then you add a +
to the front of the refspec:
git fetch <remote> +<remoteBranch>:<localBranch>
Note that you can pass your local repo as the "remote" parameter using .
:
git fetch . <sourceBranch>:<destinationBranch>
From the git fetch
documentation that explains this syntax (emphasis mine):
<refspec>
The format of a
<refspec>
parameter is an optional plus+
, followed by the source ref<src>
, followed by a colon:
, followed by the destination ref<dst>
.The remote ref that matches
<src>
is fetched, and if<dst>
is not empty string, the local ref that matches it is fast-forwarded using<src>
. If the optional plus+
is used, the local ref is updated even if it does not result in a fast-forward update.
css :hover
kinda is like js onmouseover
row1 {
// your css
}
row1:hover {
color: red;
}
row1:hover #a, .b, .c:nth-child[3] {
border: 1px solid red;
}
not too sure how it works but css applies styles to echo'ed ids
You can use CREATE SYNONYM to remote object.
\setcounter{topnumber}{2}
\setcounter{bottomnumber}{2}
\setcounter{totalnumber}{4}
\renewcommand{\topfraction}{0.85}
\renewcommand{\bottomfraction}{0.85}
\renewcommand{\textfraction}{0.15}
\renewcommand{\floatpagefraction}{0.7}
You can also try this.
consider today's date '28 Dec 2018'(for example)
this.date = new Date().toISOString().slice(0,10);
new Date() we get as: Fri Dec 28 2018 11:44:33 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time)
toISOString will convert to : 2018-12-28T06:15:27.479Z
slice(0,10) we get only first 10 characters as date which contains yyyy-mm-dd : 2018-12-28.
If you are wanting to just copy the whole column, you can simplify the code a lot by doing something like this:
Sub CopyCol()
Sheets("Sheet1").Columns(1).Copy
Sheets("Sheet2").Columns(2).PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
End Sub
Or
Sub CopyCol()
Sheets("Sheet1").Columns("A").Copy
Sheets("Sheet2").Columns("B").PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
End Sub
Or if you want to keep the loop
Public Sub CopyrangeA()
Dim firstrowDB As Long, lastrow As Long
Dim arr1, arr2, i As Integer
firstrowDB = 1
arr1 = Array("BJ", "BK")
arr2 = Array("A", "B")
For i = LBound(arr1) To UBound(arr1)
Sheets("Sheet1").Columns(arr1(i)).Copy
Sheets("Sheet2").Columns(arr2(i)).PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
Next
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End Sub
If you are returning a complex json object you need to modify you success function of your auto-complete as follows.
$.ajax({
url: "/Employees/SearchEmployees",
dataType: "json",
data: {
searchText: request.term
},
success: function (data) {
response($.map(data.employees, function (item) {
return {
label: item.name,
value: item.id
};
}));
}
});
try the class-name
Query query = session.createQuery("from Employee");
instead of the table name
Query query = session.createQuery("from EMPLOYEE");
Since we're on a subject, one can use regular expressions too
"aaabcd".replaceFirst(".$",""); //=> aaabc
from threading import Thread
from time import sleep
def run(name):
for x in range(10):
print("helo "+name)
sleep(1)
def run1():
for x in range(10):
print("hi")
sleep(1)
T=Thread(target=run,args=("Ayla",))
T1=Thread(target=run1)
T.start()
sleep(0.2)
T1.start()
T.join()
T1.join()
print("Bye")
You could use sed,
sed 's/.\{4\}$//' <<< "$var"
EXample:
$ var="some string.rtf"
$ var1=$(sed 's/.\{4\}$//' <<< "$var")
$ echo $var1
some string
In case anyone else is looking for this... as of April 2013, you can still get the free Visual Studio edition of Crystal Reports from this web site: SAP Crystal Reports - Downloads (updated url).
It installs into Visual Studio 2010 or VS 2012, and you can edit and save RPT files with as much capability as the standard Crystal Reports editor.
Can this code be simplified in one if test instead two?
nil
and ''
are different values. If you need to test that s
is neither, IMO you should just compare against both, because it makes your intent the most clear.
That and a few alternatives, with their generated bytecode:
if not foo or foo == '' then end
GETGLOBAL 0 -1 ; foo
TEST 0 0 0
JMP 3 ; to 7
GETGLOBAL 0 -1 ; foo
EQ 0 0 -2 ; - ""
JMP 0 ; to 7
if foo == nil or foo == '' then end
GETGLOBAL 0 -1 ; foo
EQ 1 0 -2 ; - nil
JMP 3 ; to 7
GETGLOBAL 0 -1 ; foo
EQ 0 0 -3 ; - ""
JMP 0 ; to 7
if (foo or '') == '' then end
GETGLOBAL 0 -1 ; foo
TEST 0 0 1
JMP 1 ; to 5
LOADK 0 -2 ; ""
EQ 0 0 -2 ; - ""
JMP 0 ; to 7
The second is fastest in Lua 5.1 and 5.2 (on my machine anyway), but difference is tiny. I'd go with the first for clarity's sake.
In Eclipse Ganymede (3.4.0):
or try this code
String status = "The status of my combobox is " + comboBoxTest.SelectedItem.ToString();
For me, no combination of window.requestAnimationFrame
or setTimeout
produced consistent results. Sometimes it worked, but not alwaysāor sometimes it would be too late.
I fixed it by looping window.requestAnimationFrame
as many times as necessary.
(Typically 0 or 2-3 times)
The key is diff > 0
: here we can ensure exactly when the page updates.
// Ensure new image was loaded before scrolling
if (oldH > 0 && images.length > prevState.images.length) {
(function scroll() {
const newH = ref.scrollHeight;
const diff = newH - oldH;
if (diff > 0) {
const newPos = top + diff;
window.scrollTo(0, newPos);
} else {
window.requestAnimationFrame(scroll);
}
}());
}
First things first, you need to loop to < a.length
rather than a.length - 1
. As this is strictly less than you need to include the upper bound.
So, to check all pairs of elements you can do:
for (int i = 0; i < a.length; i++) {
for (int k = 0; k < a.length; k++) {
if (a[i] != a[k]) {
//do stuff
}
}
}
But this will compare, for example a[2]
to a[3]
and then a[3]
to a[2]
. Given that you are checking !=
this seems wasteful.
A better approach would be to compare each element i
to the rest of the array:
for (int i = 0; i < a.length; i++) {
for (int k = i + 1; k < a.length; k++) {
if (a[i] != a[k]) {
//do stuff
}
}
}
So if you have the indices [1...5] the comparison would go
1 -> 2
1 -> 3
1 -> 4
1 -> 5
2 -> 3
2 -> 4
2 -> 5
3 -> 4
3 -> 5
4 -> 5
So you see pairs aren't repeated. Think of a circle of people all needing to shake hands with each other.
Just use:
$('#selectedDueDate').val(dateText).trigger('input');
instead of:
$('#selectedDueDate').val(dateText);
You should use contains not matches
if(nom.contains("."))
System.out.println("OK");
else
System.out.println("Bad");
I think your date format does not make sense. There is no 13:00 PM. Remove the "aaa" at the end of your format or turn the HH into hh.
Nevertheless, this works fine for me:
String testDate = "29-Apr-2010,13:00:14 PM";
DateFormat formatter = new SimpleDateFormat("d-MMM-yyyy,HH:mm:ss aaa");
Date date = formatter.parse(testDate);
System.out.println(date);
It prints "Thu Apr 29 13:00:14 CEST 2010".
int id = getResources().getIdentifier("gameover", "drawable", getPackageName());
ImageView imageView = new ImageView(this);
LinearLayout.LayoutParams vp =
new LinearLayout.LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT,
LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT);
imageView.setLayoutParams(vp);
imageView.setImageResource(id);
someLinearLayout.addView(imageView);

Waht about: http://www.mattkruse.com/javascript/calendarpopup/
Select the month-select example
Or, if you are doing a split - join:
GROUP_CONCAT(split(thing, " "), '----') AS thing_name,
You may want to inclue WITHIN RECORD
, like this:
GROUP_CONCAT(split(thing, " "), '----') WITHIN RECORD AS thing_name,
from BigQuery API page
I am reiterating some of the other points already made, but including a 3rd example that helps when you have files across folders that you want to concatenate.
Example 1 (files in the same folder):
copy file1.txt+file2.txt+file3.txt file123.txt
Example 2 (files in same folder):
type *.txt > combined.txt
Example 3 (files exist across multiple folders, assumes newfileoutput.txt doesn't exist):
for /D %f in (folderName) DO type %f/filename.txt >> .\newfileoutput.txt
So, simplejson.loads takes a json string and returns a data structure, which is why you are getting that type error there.
simplejson.dumps(data) comes back with
'[["apple", "cat"], ["banana", "dog"], ["pear", "fish"]]'
Which is a json array, which is what you want, since you gave this a python array.
If you want to get an "object" type syntax you would instead do
>>> data2 = {'apple':'cat', 'banana':'dog', 'pear':'fish'}
>>> simplejson.dumps(data2)
'{"pear": "fish", "apple": "cat", "banana": "dog"}'
which is javascript will come out as an object.

There are two semantically correct solutions to this question:
I've tried a couple of plugins doing this and my favourite is jekyll-figure
.
jekyll-figure
One way to install jekyll-figure
is to add gem "jekyll-figure"
to your Gemfile in your plugins group.
Then run bundle install
from your terminal window.
jekyll-figure
Simply wrap your markdown in {% figure %}
and {% endfigure %}
tags.
You caption goes in the opening {% figure %}
tag, and you can even style it with markdown!
Example:
{% figure caption:"Le logo de **Jekyll** et son clin d'oeil Ć Robert Louis Stevenson" %}
![Le logo de Jekyll](/assets/images/2018-08-07-jekyll-logo.png)
{% endfigure %}
Now that your images and captions are semantically correct, you can apply CSS as you wish to:
figure
(for both image and caption)figure img
(for image only)figcaption
(for caption only)You'll need to create an image.html
file in your _includes
folder, and include it using Liquid in Markdown.
Create the image.html
document in your _includes folder :
<!-- _includes/image.html -->
<figure>
{% if include.url %}
<a href="{{ include.url }}">
{% endif %}
<img
{% if include.srcabs %}
src="{{ include.srcabs }}"
{% else %}
src="{{ site.baseurl }}/assets/images/{{ include.src }}"
{% endif %}
alt="{{ include.alt }}">
{% if include.url %}
</a>
{% endif %}
{% if include.caption %}
<figcaption>{{ include.caption }}</figcaption>
{% endif %}
</figure>
An image in /assets/images
with a caption:
This is [Jekyll](https://jekyllrb.com)'s logo :
{% include image.html
src="jekyll-logo.png" <!-- image filename (placed in /assets/images) -->
alt="Jekyll's logo" <!-- alt text -->
caption="This is Jekyll's logo, featuring Dr. Jekyll's serum!" <!-- Caption -->
%}
An (external) image using an absolute URL: (change src=""
to srcabs=""
)
This is [Jekyll](https://jekyllrb.com)'s logo :
{% include image.html
srcabs="https://jekyllrb.com/img/logo-2x.png" <!-- absolute URL to image file -->
alt="Jekyll's logo" <!-- alt text -->
caption="This is Jekyll's logo, featuring Dr. Jekyll's serum!" <!-- Caption -->
%}
A clickable image: (add url=""
argument)
This is [Jekyll](https://jekyllrb.com)'s logo :
{% include image.html
src="https://jekyllrb.com/img/logo-2x.png" <!-- absolute URL to image file -->
url="https://jekyllrb.com" <!-- destination url -->
alt="Jekyll's logo" <!-- alt text -->
caption="This is Jekyll's logo, featuring Dr. Jekyll's serum!" <!-- Caption -->
%}
An image without a caption:
This is [Jekyll](https://jekyllrb.com)'s logo :
{% include image.html
src="https://jekyllrb.com/img/logo-2x.png" <!-- absolute URL to image file -->
alt="Jekyll's logo" <!-- alt text -->
%}
Now that your images and captions are semantically correct, you can apply CSS as you wish to:
figure
(for both image and caption)figure img
(for image only)figcaption
(for caption only)If you want to run a script to a database:
mysql -u user -p data_base_name_here < db.sql
Alternatively you can also accomplish this with getElementsByName
<select id="mySelect" name="val" size="1" >
<option value="A">Apple</option>
<option value="C">Cars</option>
<option value="H">Honda</option>
<option value="F">Fiat</option>
<option value="I">Indigo</option>
</select>
So in matching on the option value of "C" we could remove Cars from the list.
var selectobject = document.getElementsByName('val')[0];
for (var i=0; i<selectobject.length; i++){
if (selectobject.options[i].value == 'C' )
selectobject.remove(i);
}
Most straightforward option:
plot(var1[var3<155],var2[var3<155])
It does not look good because of code redundancy, but is ok for fastn
dirty hacking.
It's pretty straightforward using [
to extract:
grep
will give you the position in which it matched your search pattern (unless you use value = TRUE
).
grep("^G45", My.Data$x)
# [1] 2
Since you're searching within the values of a single column, that actually corresponds to the row index. So, use that with [
(where you would use My.Data[rows, cols]
to get specific rows and columns).
My.Data[grep("^G45", My.Data$x), ]
# x y
# 2 G459 2
The help-page for subset
shows how you can use grep
and grepl
with subset
if you prefer using this function over [
. Here's an example.
subset(My.Data, grepl("^G45", My.Data$x))
# x y
# 2 G459 2
As of R 3.3, there's now also the startsWith
function, which you can again use with subset
(or with any of the other approaches above). According to the help page for the function, it's considerably faster than using substring
or grepl
.
subset(My.Data, startsWith(as.character(x), "G45"))
# x y
# 2 G459 2
Also happens when you forget to change the ConnectionString and ask a table that has no idea about the changes you're making locally.
Most compact method, assuming all sub-dirs are git repos:
ls | parallel git -C {} pull
If you're comfortable with numba it allows to create a fast short-circuit (stops as soon as a NaN is found) function:
import numba as nb
import math
@nb.njit
def anynan(array):
array = array.ravel()
for i in range(array.size):
if math.isnan(array[i]):
return True
return False
If there is no NaN
the function might actually be slower than np.min
, I think that's because np.min
uses multiprocessing for large arrays:
import numpy as np
array = np.random.random(2000000)
%timeit anynan(array) # 100 loops, best of 3: 2.21 ms per loop
%timeit np.isnan(array.sum()) # 100 loops, best of 3: 4.45 ms per loop
%timeit np.isnan(array.min()) # 1000 loops, best of 3: 1.64 ms per loop
But in case there is a NaN in the array, especially if it's position is at low indices, then it's much faster:
array = np.random.random(2000000)
array[100] = np.nan
%timeit anynan(array) # 1000000 loops, best of 3: 1.93 Āµs per loop
%timeit np.isnan(array.sum()) # 100 loops, best of 3: 4.57 ms per loop
%timeit np.isnan(array.min()) # 1000 loops, best of 3: 1.65 ms per loop
Similar results may be achieved with Cython or a C extension, these are a bit more complicated (or easily avaiable as bottleneck.anynan
) but ultimatly do the same as my anynan
function.
keytool
comes with the JDK installation (in the bin
folder):
keytool -importcert -file "your.cer" -keystore your.jks -alias "<anything>"
This will create a new keystore and add just your certificate to it.
So, you can't convert a certificate to a keystore: you add a certificate to a keystore.
Try this instead
=IF(ISBLANK(C1),TRUE,(TRIM(C1)=""))
This will return true for cells that are either truly blank, or contain nothing but white space.
See this post for a few other options.
edit
To reflect the comments and what you ended up doing: Instead of evaluating to "" enter another value such as 'deleteme' and then search for 'deleteme' instead of blanks.
=IF(ISBLANK(C1),TRUE,(TRIM(C1)="deleteme"))
As one of the answers above says: " then drag the formula fill handle." This KEY feature is not mentioned in MS's explanation, nor in others here. I spent over an hour trying to follow the various instructions, to no avail. This is because you have to click and hold near the bottom of the cell just right (and at least on my computer that is not at all easy) so that a sort of "handle" appears. Once you're luck enough to get that, then carefully slide ["drag"] your cursor down to the lowermost of the cells you want to be multiplied by the constant. The products should show up in each cell as you move down. Just dragging down will give you only the answer in the first cell and a lot of white space.
There's a great piece of code related to the resizing of images + several other operations. I came around this one when trying to figure ou how to resize images... http://vocaro.com/trevor/blog/2009/10/12/resize-a-uiimage-the-right-way/
The full procedure that worked for me to transfer ALL branches and tags is, combining the answers of @vikas027 and @kumarahul:
~$ git clone <url_of_old_repo>
~$ cd <name_of_old_repo>
~$ git remote add new-origin <url_of_new_repo>
~$ git push new-origin --mirror
~$ git push new-origin refs/remotes/origin/*:refs/heads/*
~$ git push new-origin --delete HEAD
The last step is because a branch named HEAD
appears in the new remote due to the wildcard
This issue boiled down to how I was building my select2 select box. In one javascript file I had...
$(function(){
$(".select2").select2();
});
And in another js file an override...
$(function(){
var employerStateSelector =
$("#registration_employer_state").select2("destroy");
employerStateSelector.select2({
placeholder: 'Select a State...'
});
});
Moving the second override into a window load event resolved the issue.
$( window ).load(function() {
var employerStateSelector =
$("#registration_employer_state").select2("destroy");
employerStateSelector.select2({
placeholder: 'Select a State...'
});
});
This issue blossomed inside a Rails application
Thanks guys :-) I used the below because I only cared about those two columns and not so much about the rest. Worked great

As said in the documentation:
Must: The clause (query) must appear in matching documents.
Should: The clause (query) should appear in the matching document. In a boolean query with no must clauses, one or more should clauses must match a document. The minimum number of should clauses to match can be set using the minimum_should_match parameter.
In other words, results will have to be matched by all the queries present in the must clause ( or match at least one of the should clauses if there is no must clause.
Since you want your results to satisfy all the queries, you should use must.
You can indeed use filters inside a boolean query.

<button>
is flexible in that it can contain HTML. Moreover, it is much easier to style using CSS, and the styling actually gets applied across all browsers. However, there are some drawbacks regarding Internet Explorer (Eww! IE!). Internet Explorer does not detect the value attribute properly, using the tag's content as the value. All of the values in a form are sent to the server-side, regardless of whether or not the button is clicked. This makes using it as a <button type="submit">
tricky and a pain.
<input type="submit">
on the other hand doesn't have any value or detection issues, but you can't, however, add HTML like you can with <button>
. It's also harder to style, and the styling doesn't always respond well across all browsers. Hope this helped.
64 bit version will allow a single process to use more RAM than 32 bit, however you may find that the memory footprint doubles depending on what you are storing in RAM (Integers in particular).
For example if your app requires > 2GB of RAM, so you switch from 32bit to 64bit you may find that your app is now requiring > 4GB of RAM.
Check whether all of your 3rd party modules are available in 64 bit, otherwise it may be easier to stick to 32bit in the meantime

With the advent of library system, creating a library per big set of assets could be a solution.
It is still problematic as one must avoid using the same names within all the assets but using a prefix scheme per library should help with that.
It's not as simple as being able to create folders but that helps keeping things sane...
On linux (Ubuntu in my case) just install gradle:
sudo apt-get install gradle
Edit: It seems as though ubuntu repo only has gradle 2.10, for newer versions: https://www.vultr.com/docs/how-to-install-gradle-on-ubuntu-16-10
In my case, it was also caused by old dlls. Clean all your files then rebuild.
Open Applicaction -> Accessories -> Terminal
Type commandline as below...
sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jdk
Type commandline as below...
apt-cache search jdk
(Note: openjdk-7-jdk is symbolically used here. You can choose the JDK version as per your requirement.)
For "JAVA_HOME" (Environment Variable) type command as shown below, in "Terminal" using your installation path...
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk
(Note: "/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk" is symbolically used here just for demostration. You should use your path as per your installation.)
For "PATH" (Environment Variable) type command as shown below, in "Terminal" using your installation path...
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/bin
(Note: "/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk" is symbolically used here just for demostration. You should use your path as per your installation.)
Check for "open jdk" installation, just type command in "Terminal" as shown below
javac -version
The application automatically stops when the last Stage
is closed. At this moment, the stop()
method of your Application
class is called, so you don't need an equivalent to setDefaultCloseOperation()
If you want to stop the application before that, you can call Platform.exit()
, for example in your onCloseRequest
call.
You can have all these information on the javadoc page of Application
: http://docs.oracle.com/javafx/2/api/javafx/application/Application.html
There are a few ways depending on what version you have - see the oracle documentation on string aggregation techniques. A very common one is to use LISTAGG
:
SELECT pid, LISTAGG(Desc, ' ') WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY seq) AS description
FROM B GROUP BY pid;
Then join to A
to pick out the pids
you want.
Note: Out of the box, LISTAGG
only works correctly with VARCHAR2
columns.
Try:
import socket
print ([ip for ip in socket.gethostbyname_ex(socket.gethostname())[2] if not ip.startswith("127.")][:1])
Try this
ifnull(X,Y)
e.g
select ifnull(InfoDetail,'') InfoDetail; -- this will replace null with ''
select ifnull(NULL,'THIS IS NULL');-- More clearly....
The ifnull()
function returns a copy of its first non-NULL argument, or NULL if both arguments are NULL. Ifnull()
must have exactly 2 arguments. The ifnull()
function is equivalent to coalesce()
with two arguments.
You can use the RANK function in Excel without necessarily sorting the data. Type =RANK(C2,$C$2:$C$7). Excel will find the relative position of the data in C2 and display the answer. Copy the formula through to C7 by dragging the small node at the right end of the cell cursor.
For people landing here from google like me and just want to build containers using multiple docker-compose files with one shared service:
Sometimes you have different projects that would share e.g. a database docker container. Only the first run should start the DB-Docker, the second should be detect that the DB is already running and skip this. To achieve such a behaviour we need the Dockers to lay in the same network and in the same project. Also the docker container name needs to be the same.
1st: Set the same network and container name in docker-compose
docker-compose in project 1:
version: '3'
services:
service1:
depends_on:
- postgres
# ...
networks:
- dockernet
postgres:
container_name: project_postgres
image: postgres:10-alpine
restart: always
# ...
networks:
- dockernet
networks:
dockernet:
docker-compose in project 2:
version: '3'
services:
service2:
depends_on:
- postgres
# ...
networks:
- dockernet
postgres:
container_name: project_postgres
image: postgres:10-alpine
restart: always
# ...
networks:
- dockernet
networks:
dockernet:
2nd: Set the same project using -p
param or put both files in the same directory.
docker-compose -p {projectname} up
I have a small script interruptableloop.py that runs the code at an interval (default 1sec), it pumps out a message to the screen while it's running, and traps an interrupt signal that you can send with CTL-C:
#!/usr/bin/python3
from interruptableLoop import InterruptableLoop
loop=InterruptableLoop(intervalSecs=1) # redundant argument
while loop.ShouldContinue():
# some python code that I want
# to keep on running
pass
When you run the script and then interrupt it you see this output, (the periods pump out on every pass of the loop):
[py36]$ ./interruptexample.py

Take a look at the MSDN Topic Thread Synchronization (C# Programming Guide)
Generally, it is best to avoid locking on a public type, or on object instances beyond the control of your application. For example, lock(this) can be problematic if the instance can be accessed publicly, because code beyond your control may lock on the object as well. This could create deadlock situations where two or more threads wait for the release of the same object. Locking on a public data type, as opposed to an object, can cause problems for the same reason. Locking on literal strings is especially risky because literal strings are interned by the common language runtime (CLR). This means that there is one instance of any given string literal for the entire program, the exact same object represents the literal in all running application domains, on all threads. As a result, a lock placed on a string with the same contents anywhere in the application process locks all instances of that string in the application. As a result, it is best to lock a private or protected member that is not interned. Some classes provide members specifically for locking. The Array type, for example, provides SyncRoot. Many collection types provide a SyncRoot member as well.
If the texts has different sizes and they must be underlined this is the solution:
<table>
<tr>
<td class='left'>January</td>
<td class='right'>2014</td>
</tr>
</table>
css:
table{
width: 100%;
border-bottom: 2px solid black;
/*this is the size of the small text's baseline over part (Ė25px*3/4)*/
line-height: 19.5px;
}
table td{
vertical-align: baseline;
}
.left{
font-family: Arial;
font-size: 40px;
text-align: left;
}
.right{
font-size: 25px;
text-align: right;
}
There's no difference between list implementations in both of your examples. There's however a difference in a way you can further use variable myList in your code.
When you define your list as:
List myList = new ArrayList();
you can only call methods and reference members that are defined in the List interface. If you define it as:
ArrayList myList = new ArrayList();
you'll be able to invoke ArrayList-specific methods and use ArrayList-specific members in addition to those whose definitions are inherited from List.
Nevertheless, when you call a method of a List interface in the first example, which was implemented in ArrayList, the method from ArrayList will be called (because the List interface doesn't implement any methods).
That's called polymorphism. You can read up on it.
I haven't used it yet but I would take a look at http://www.zoneminder.com/ The documentation explains you can install it on a modest machine with linux and use IP cameras for remote recording.
Andrew
For posix (Linux, BSD, etc... only need /proc directory to be mounted) it's easier to work with os files in /proc. It's pure python, no need to call shell programs outside.
Works on python 2 and 3 ( The only difference (2to3) is the Exception tree, therefore the "except Exception", which I dislike but kept to maintain compatibility. Also could've created a custom exception.)
#!/usr/bin/env python
import os
import sys
for dirname in os.listdir('/proc'):
if dirname == 'curproc':
continue
try:
with open('/proc/{}/cmdline'.format(dirname), mode='rb') as fd:
content = fd.read().decode().split('\x00')
except Exception:
continue
for i in sys.argv[1:]:
if i in content[0]:
print('{0:<12} : {1}'.format(dirname, ' '.join(content)))
Sample Output (it works like pgrep):
phoemur ~/python $ ./pgrep.py bash
1487 : -bash
1779 : /bin/bash
Our variable:
Map<String, List<Integer>> map = new HashMap<String, List<Integer>>();
To store:
map.put("mango", new ArrayList<Integer>(Arrays.asList(0, 4, 8, 9, 12)));
To add numbers one and one, you can do something like this:
String key = "mango";
int number = 42;
if (map.get(key) == null) {
map.put(key, new ArrayList<Integer>());
}
map.get(key).add(number);
In Java 8 you can use putIfAbsent
to add the list if it did not exist already:
map.putIfAbsent(key, new ArrayList<Integer>());
map.get(key).add(number);
Use the map.entrySet()
method to iterate on:
for (Entry<String, List<Integer>> ee : map.entrySet()) {
String key = ee.getKey();
List<Integer> values = ee.getValue();
// TODO: Do something.
}
JpaRepository
The Spring Data JpaRepository
defines the following two methods:
getOne
, which returns an entity proxy that is suitable for setting a @ManyToOne
or @OneToOne
parent association when persisting a child entity.findById
, which returns the entity POJO after running the SELECT statement that loads the entity from the associated tableHowever, in your case, you didn't call either getOne
or findById
:
Person person = personRepository.findOne(1L);
So, I assume the findOne
method is a method you defined in the PersonRepository
. However, the findOne
method is not very useful in your case. Since you need to fetch the Person
along with is roles
collection, it's better to use a findOneWithRoles
method instead.
You can define a PersonRepositoryCustom
interface, as follows:
public interface PersonRepository
extends JpaRepository<Person, Long>, PersonRepositoryCustom {
}
public interface PersonRepositoryCustom {
Person findOneWithRoles(Long id);
}
And define its implementation like this:
public class PersonRepositoryImpl implements PersonRepositoryCustom {
@PersistenceContext
private EntityManager entityManager;
@Override
public Person findOneWithRoles(Long id)() {
return entityManager.createQuery("""
select p
from Person p
left join fetch p.roles
where p.id = :id
""", Person.class)
.setParameter("id", id)
.getSingleResult();
}
}
That's it!
In my case the issue was resolved by installing Oracle's official JDK 10 as opposed to using the default OpenJDK that came with my Ubuntu. This is the guide I followed: https://www.linuxuprising.com/2018/04/install-oracle-java-10-in-ubuntu-or.html
Do this:
from threading import Thread
def func1():
print('Working')
def func2():
print("Working")
if __name__ == '__main__':
Thread(target = func1).start()
Thread(target = func2).start()
Using the mysqli PHP driver, you can't get the insert_id after you commit.
The real solution is this:
function add_post($post_data){
$this->db->trans_begin();
$this->db->insert('posts',$post_data);
$item_id = $this->db->insert_id();
if( $this->db->trans_status() === FALSE )
{
$this->db->trans_rollback();
return( 0 );
}
else
{
$this->db->trans_commit();
return( $item_id );
}
}

You can use the FromStr
trait's from_str
method, which is implemented for i32
:
let my_num = i32::from_str("9").unwrap_or(0);
A straight forward way, that iterates through all the chidren of the contenteditable div until it hits the endContainer. Then I add the end container offset and we have the character index. Should work with any number of nestings. uses recursion.
Note: requires a poly fill for ie to support Element.closest('div[contenteditable]')

If you are using navigation components and navigation graph create a bundle like this
val bundle = bundleOf(KEY to VALUE) // or whatever you would like to create the bundle
then when navigating to the other fragment use this:
findNavController().navigate(
R.id.action_navigate_from_frag1_to_frag2,
bundle
)
and when you land the destination fragment u can access that bundle using
Bundle b = getArguments()// in Java
or
val b = arguments// in kotlin
Provided that the remote repository is origin, and that you're interested in master:
git fetch origin
git reset --hard origin/master
This tells it to fetch the commits from the remote repository, and position your working copy to the tip of its master branch.
All your local commits not common to the remote will be gone.
The version of the errorHandler middleware bundled with some (perhaps older?) versions of express seems to have the status code hardcoded. The version documented here: http://www.senchalabs.org/connect/errorHandler.html on the other hand lets you do what you are trying to do. So, perhaps trying upgrading to the latest version of express/connect.

I'm very late to this game, but my problem started when I upgraded php on my server. I was able to just remove the .socket file and restart my services. Then, everything worked. Not sure why it made a difference, since the file is size 0 and the ownership and permissions are the same, but it worked.
var canonicallink = Request.Url.Scheme + "://" + Request.Url.Authority + Request.Url.AbsolutePath.ToString();
set /a countfiles-=%countfiles%
This will set countfiles to 0. I think you want to decrease it by 1, so use this instead:
set /a countfiles-=1
I'm not sure if the for loop will work, better try something like this:
:loop
cscript /nologo c:\deletefile.vbs %BACKUPDIR%
set /a countfiles-=1
if %countfiles% GTR 21 goto loop
but if you have other ways to do it please share.
You can compare two arrays. If any of the values in the left array overlap the values in the right array, then it returns true. It's kind of hackish, but it works.
SELECT '{1}' && '{1,2,3}'::int[]; -- true
SELECT '{1,4}' && '{1,2,3}'::int[]; -- true
SELECT '{4}' && '{1,2,3}'::int[]; -- false
1
is in the right arraytrue
, even though the value 4
is not contained in the right array4
) are in the right array, so it returns false
Simply git checkout have 2 uses
git checkout <existing_local_branch_name>
git checkout -b <new_feature_branch_name>
will create a new branch with the contents of master and switch to newly created branchYou can find more options at the official site
You don't need the executable for setuptools.
You can download the source code, unpack it, traverse to the downloaded directory and run python setup.py install
in the command prompt
The answers given above are good CRT answers, but if you want you can also use the Win32 solution to this. It's almost identical but IMO if you're programming for Windows you might as well just use its API (although I don't know if you are programming in Windows).
char* arrDayNames[7] = {"Sunday", "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", "Thursday", "Friday", "Saturday"};
SYSTEMTIME st;
GetLocalTime(&st); // Alternatively use GetSystemTime for the UTC version of the time
printf("The current date and time are: %d/%d/%d %d:%d:%d:%d", st.wDay, st.wMonth, st.wYear, st.wHour, st.wMinute, st.wSecond, st.wMilliseconds);
printf("The day is: %s", arrDayNames[st.wDayOfWeek]);
Anyway, this is a Windows solution. I hope it will be helpful for you sometime!
You map your dispatcher on *.do:
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>Dispatcher</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>*.do</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
but your controller is mapped on an url without .do:
@RequestMapping("/editPresPage")
Try changing this to:
@RequestMapping("/editPresPage.do")
CREATE FUNCTION ActionState_Preassigned()

CREATE FUNCTION ActionState_Unassigned()

Where performance matters, still use the hard values.
There is no "better" but the more common one is ||
. They have different precedence and ||
would work like one would expect normally.
See also: Logical operators (the following example is taken from there):
// The result of the expression (false || true) is assigned to $e
// Acts like: ($e = (false || true))
$e = false || true;
// The constant false is assigned to $f and then true is ignored
// Acts like: (($f = false) or true)
$f = false or true;
This functionality can also be added using JavaScript. Carto.net has an example:
http://old.carto.net/papers/svg/textFlow/
Something else that also might be useful to are you are editable text areas:
Try
location ~ ^/(first/location|second/location)/ {
...
}
The ~
means to use a regular expression for the url. The ^
means to check from the first character. This will look for a /
followed by either of the locations and then another /
.

I found that, when you use EXTERNAL TABLE and LOCATION together, Hive creates table and initially no data will present (assuming your data location is different from the Hive 'LOCATION').
When you use 'LOAD DATA INPATH' command, the data get MOVED (instead of copy) from data location to location that you specified while creating Hive table.
If location is not given when you create Hive table, it uses internal Hive warehouse location and data will get moved from your source data location to internal Hive data warehouse location (i.e. /user/hive/warehouse/).
Same question as @Dan - why not StringReader ?
If it has to be InputStreamReader, then:
String charset = ...; // your charset
byte[] bytes = string.getBytes(charset);
ByteArrayInputStream bais = new ByteArrayInputStream(bytes);
InputStreamReader isr = new InputStreamReader(bais);
If I were you, I would use BABEL: http://babel.pocoo.org/en/latest/index.html
I got the same issue here using Docker, I've tried every single step and didn't work well, always getting locale error, so I decided to use BABEL, and everything worked well.
Since ffmpeg transpose command is very slow, use the command below to rotate a video by 90 degrees clockwise.
Fast command (Without encoding)-
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c copy -metadata:s:v:0 rotate=270 output.mp4
For full video encoding (Slow command, does encoding)
ffmpeg -i inputFile -vf "transpose=1" -c:a copy outputFile
If a GPU device has, for example, 4 multiprocessing units, and they can run 768 threads each: then at a given moment no more than 4*768 threads will be really running in parallel (if you planned more threads, they will be waiting their turn).
threads are organized in blocks. A block is executed by a multiprocessing unit. The threads of a block can be indentified (indexed) using 1Dimension(x), 2Dimensions (x,y) or 3Dim indexes (x,y,z) but in any case xyz <= 768 for our example (other restrictions apply to x,y,z, see the guide and your device capability).
Obviously, if you need more than those 4*768 threads you need more than 4 blocks. Blocks may be also indexed 1D, 2D or 3D. There is a queue of blocks waiting to enter the GPU (because, in our example, the GPU has 4 multiprocessors and only 4 blocks are being executed simultaneously).
Suppose we want one thread to process one pixel (i,j).
We can use blocks of 64 threads each. Then we need 512*512/64 = 4096 blocks (so to have 512x512 threads = 4096*64)
It's common to organize (to make indexing the image easier) the threads in 2D blocks having blockDim = 8 x 8 (the 64 threads per block). I prefer to call it threadsPerBlock.
dim3 threadsPerBlock(8, 8); // 64 threads
and 2D gridDim = 64 x 64 blocks (the 4096 blocks needed). I prefer to call it numBlocks.
dim3 numBlocks(imageWidth/threadsPerBlock.x, /* for instance 512/8 = 64*/
imageHeight/threadsPerBlock.y);
The kernel is launched like this:
myKernel <<<numBlocks,threadsPerBlock>>>( /* params for the kernel function */ );
Finally: there will be something like "a queue of 4096 blocks", where a block is waiting to be assigned one of the multiprocessors of the GPU to get its 64 threads executed.
In the kernel the pixel (i,j) to be processed by a thread is calculated this way:
uint i = (blockIdx.x * blockDim.x) + threadIdx.x;
uint j = (blockIdx.y * blockDim.y) + threadIdx.y;
When objects are constructed, it is always first construct base class subobject, therefore, base class constructor is called first, then call derived class constructors. The reason is that derived class objects contain subobjects inherited from base class. You always need to call the base class constructor to initialze base class subobjects. We usually call the base class constructor on derived class's member initialization list. If you do not call base class constructor explicitly, the compile will call the default constructor of base class to initialize base class subobject. However, implicit call on default constructor does not necessary work at all times (for example, if base class defines a constructor that could not be called without arguments).
When objects are out of scope, it will first call destructor of derived class,then call destructor of base class.

One thing that has caught me out in the past is that if you have the services viewer running then that prevents the services from being fully deleted, so close that beforehand
The easiest way is to do:
chmod -R u+rwX,go+rX,go-w /path/to/dir
which basically means:
to ch
ange file mod
es -R
ecursively by giving:
u
ser: r
ead, w
rite and eX
ecute permissions,g
roup and o
ther users: r
ead and eX
ecute permissions, but not -w
rite permission.Please note that X
will make a directory executable, but not a file, unless it's already searchable/executable.
+X
- make a directory or file searchable/executable by everyone if it is already searchable/executable by anyone.
Please check man chmod
for more details.

From angular 7 and up, since ngModel is deprecated, we can simply use the control to get the new selected value very easily in a reactive way.
Example:
<form [formGroup]="frmMyForm">
<select class="form-control" formControlName="fieldCtrl">
<option value=""></option>
<option value="val1">label val 1</option>
<option value="val2">label val 2</option>
<option value="val3">label val 3</option>
</select>
</form>
this.frmMyForm.get('fieldCtrl').valueChanges.subscribe( value => {
this.selectedValue = value;
});
By using this fully reactive way, we can upgrade older angular application version to newer ones more easily.
If by easy you mean a lines of code that are easy to decipher but per chance inefficient?
string[] lines = System.IO.File.RealAllLines($filename);
int cnt = lines.Count();
That's probably the quickest way to know how many lines.
You could also do (depending on if you are buffering it in)
#for large files
while (...reads into buffer){
string[] lines = Regex.Split(buffer,System.Enviorment.NewLine);
}
There are other numerous ways but one of the above is probably what you'll go with.
time = Time.now.strftime('%a_%e_%Y_%l_%m_%p_%M_%S')
file_path = File.expand_path(File.dirname(__FILE__) + 'screens_shot')+'/'+time +'.png'
#driver.save_screenshot(file_path)
page.driver.browser.save_screenshot file_path
In Jboss you can perform the following
nohup $JBOSS_HOME/bin/run.sh -c yourinstancename $JBOSS_OPTS >> console-$(date +%Y%m%d).out 2>&1 < /dev/null &
kill -3 <java_pid>
This will redirect your output/threadump to the file console specified in the above command.
Don't use tabs.
Note: The reason for 8 spaces for tabs is so that you immediately notice when tabs have been inserted unintentionally - such as when copying and pasting from example code that uses tabs instead of spaces.
You don't have to track whether you've already changed the character from upper to lower. Your code is already doing that since it's basically:
1 for each character x:
2 if x is uppercase:
3 convert x to lowercase
4 else:
5 if x is lowercase:
6 convert x to uppercase.
The fact that you have that else
in there (on line 4) means that a character that was initially uppercase will never be checked in the second if
statement (on line 5).
Example, start with A
. Because that's uppercase, it will be converted to lowercase on line
3 and then you'll go back up to line 1 for the next character.
If you start with z
, the if
on line 2 will send you directly to line 5 where it will be converted to uppercase. Anything that's neither upper nor lowercase will fail both if
statements and therefore remain untouched.
Another way to do simultaneous animations if you want to call them separately (eg. from different code) is to use queue
. Again, as with Tinister's answer you would have to use animate for this and not fadeIn:
$('.tooltip').css('opacity', 0);
$('.tooltip').show();
...
$('.tooltip').animate({opacity: 1}, {queue: false, duration: 'slow'});
$('.tooltip').animate({ top: "-10px" }, 'slow');
The problem can also be that you have a wrong session.save_handler
value in your php.ini
. I got this error when I changed it to memcached
, and worked again when changing back to files
Although I am not sure if this is the result you expect, you can save your DataFrame in png by plotting the DataFrame with Seaborn Heatmap with annotations on, like this:
http://stanford.edu/~mwaskom/software/seaborn/generated/seaborn.heatmap.html#seaborn.heatmap
It works right away with a Pandas Dataframe. You can look at this example: Efficiently ploting a table in csv format using Python
You might want to change the colormap so it displays a white background only.
Hope this helps.

You just need to append your command after start in the string that you are passing.
String command = "cmd.exe /c start "+"*your command*";
Process child = Runtime.getRuntime().exec(command);
I found if you have issues with including or mixing your page with something like http://www.example.com, you can fix that by putting //www.example.com instead
Angular's $http has a cache built in. According to the docs:
cache ā {boolean|Object} ā A boolean value or object created with $cacheFactory to enable or disable caching of the HTTP response. See $http Caching for more information.
So you can set cache
to true in its options:
$http.get(url, { cache: true}).success(...);
or, if you prefer the config type of call:
$http({ cache: true, url: url, method: 'GET'}).success(...);
You can also use a cache factory:
var cache = $cacheFactory('myCache');
$http.get(url, { cache: cache })
You can implement it yourself using $cacheFactory (especially handly when using $resource):
var cache = $cacheFactory('myCache');
var data = cache.get(someKey);
if (!data) {
$http.get(url).success(function(result) {
data = result;
cache.put(someKey, data);
});
}
You can use online converter, developed by me at N'counter.
This is the easiest way to open SPSS file in Excel.
1) You just have to upload your file to SPSS coN'verter at https://secure.ncounter.de/SpssConverter
2) Select some options
3) And your converted Excel file will be downloaded
No information about your file contents is retained on our server. The file travels to our server, is converted in-memory, and is immediately discarded: We don't peer into your data at any time!
scala.util.parsing.json.JSON
is deprecated.
Here is another approach with circe
. FYI documentation: https://circe.github.io/circe/cursors.html
Add the dependency in build.sbt
, I used scala 2.13.4, note the scala version must align with the library version.
val circeVersion = "0.14.0-M2"
libraryDependencies ++= Seq(
"io.circe" %% "circe-core" % circeVersion,
"io.circe" %% "circe-generic" % circeVersion,
"io.circe" %% "circe-parser" % circeVersion
)
Example 1:
case class Person(name: String, age: Int)
object Main {
def main(args: Array[String]): Unit = {
val input =
"""
|{
| "kind": "Listing",
| "data": [
| {
| "name": "Frodo",
| "age": 51
| },
| {
| "name": "Bilbo",
| "age": 60
| }
| ]
|}
|""".stripMargin
implicit val decoderPerson: Decoder[Person] = deriveDecoder[Person] // decoder required to parse to custom object
val parseResult: Json = circe.parser.parse(input).getOrElse(Json.Null)
val data: ACursor = parseResult.hcursor.downField("data") // get the data field
val personList: List[Person] = data.as[List[Person]].getOrElse(null) // parse the dataField to a list of Person
for {
person <- personList
} println(person.name + " is " + person.age)
}
}
Example 2, json has an object within an object:
case class Person(name: String, age: Int, position: Position)
case class Position(x: Int, y: Int)
object Main {
def main(args: Array[String]): Unit = {
val input =
"""
|{
| "kind": "Listing",
| "data": [
| {
| "name": "Frodo",
| "age": 51,
| "position": {
| "x": 10,
| "y": 20
| }
| },
| {
| "name": "Bilbo",
| "age": 60,
| "position": {
| "x": 75,
| "y": 85
| }
| }
| ]
|}
|""".stripMargin
implicit val decoderPosition: Decoder[Position] = deriveDecoder[Position] // must be defined before the Person decoder
implicit val decoderPerson: Decoder[Person] = deriveDecoder[Person]
val parseResult = circe.parser.parse(input).getOrElse(Json.Null)
val data = parseResult.hcursor.downField("data")
val personList = data.as[List[Person]].getOrElse(null)
for {
person <- personList
} println(person.name + " is " + person.age + " at " + person.position)
}
}
A. Grab file data from the file field
The first thing to do is bind a function to the change event on your file field and a function for grabbing the file data:
// Variable to store your files
var files;
// Add events
$('input[type=file]').on('change', prepareUpload);
// Grab the files and set them to our variable
function prepareUpload(event)
{
files = event.target.files;
}
This saves the file data to a file variable for later use.
B. Handle the file upload on submit
When the form is submitted you need to handle the file upload in its own AJAX request. Add the following binding and function:
$('form').on('submit', uploadFiles);
// Catch the form submit and upload the files
function uploadFiles(event)
{
event.stopPropagation(); // Stop stuff happening
event.preventDefault(); // Totally stop stuff happening
// START A LOADING SPINNER HERE
// Create a formdata object and add the files
var data = new FormData();
$.each(files, function(key, value)
{
data.append(key, value);
});
$.ajax({
url: 'submit.php?files',
type: 'POST',
data: data,
cache: false,
dataType: 'json',
processData: false, // Don't process the files
contentType: false, // Set content type to false as jQuery will tell the server its a query string request
success: function(data, textStatus, jqXHR)
{
if(typeof data.error === 'undefined')
{
// Success so call function to process the form
submitForm(event, data);
}
else
{
// Handle errors here
console.log('ERRORS: ' + data.error);
}
},
error: function(jqXHR, textStatus, errorThrown)
{
// Handle errors here
console.log('ERRORS: ' + textStatus);
// STOP LOADING SPINNER
}
});
}
What this function does is create a new formData object and appends each file to it. It then passes that data as a request to the server. 2 attributes need to be set to false:
C. Upload the files
Quick and dirty php script to upload the files and pass back some info:
<?php // You need to add server side validation and better error handling here
$data = array();
if(isset($_GET['files']))
{
$error = false;
$files = array();
$uploaddir = './uploads/';
foreach($_FILES as $file)
{
if(move_uploaded_file($file['tmp_name'], $uploaddir .basename($file['name'])))
{
$files[] = $uploaddir .$file['name'];
}
else
{
$error = true;
}
}
$data = ($error) ? array('error' => 'There was an error uploading your files') : array('files' => $files);
}
else
{
$data = array('success' => 'Form was submitted', 'formData' => $_POST);
}
echo json_encode($data);
?>
IMP: Don't use this, write your own.
D. Handle the form submit
The success method of the upload function passes the data sent back from the server to the submit function. You can then pass that to the server as part of your post:
function submitForm(event, data)
{
// Create a jQuery object from the form
$form = $(event.target);
// Serialize the form data
var formData = $form.serialize();
// You should sterilise the file names
$.each(data.files, function(key, value)
{
formData = formData + '&filenames[]=' + value;
});
$.ajax({
url: 'submit.php',
type: 'POST',
data: formData,
cache: false,
dataType: 'json',
success: function(data, textStatus, jqXHR)
{
if(typeof data.error === 'undefined')
{
// Success so call function to process the form
console.log('SUCCESS: ' + data.success);
}
else
{
// Handle errors here
console.log('ERRORS: ' + data.error);
}
},
error: function(jqXHR, textStatus, errorThrown)
{
// Handle errors here
console.log('ERRORS: ' + textStatus);
},
complete: function()
{
// STOP LOADING SPINNER
}
});
}
Final note
This script is an example only, you'll need to handle both server and client side validation and some way to notify users that the file upload is happening. I made a project for it on Github if you want to see it working.
Sorry for the belabored question. To solve my problem I just told apache 2.4 to listen to a different port in httpd.conf. Since System was using pid 4 which was listening on port 80, I did not want to explore this any further.
I put the following into httpd.conf. Listen 127.0.0.1:122
sortedWith
+ compareBy
(taking a vararg of lambdas) do the trick:
val sortedList = list.sortedWith(compareBy({ it.age }, { it.name }))
You can also use the somewhat more succinct callable reference syntax:
val sortedList = list.sortedWith(compareBy(Person::age, Person::name))
I would say remove them and define a default: branch.
If the error is at the time of any calculation, double check that the values does not contains any comma(,). Values must be only in integer/ float format.
Although you should have no problem running a 2005 instance of the database engine beside a 2008 instance, The tools are installed into a shared directory, so you can't have two versions of the tools installed. Fortunately, the 2008 tools are backwards-compatible. As we speak, I'm using SSMS 2008 and Profiler 2008 to manage my 2005 Express instances. Works great.
Before installing the 2008 tools, you need to remove any and all "shared" components from 2005. Try going to your Add/Remove programs control panel, find Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and click "Change." Then choose "Workstation Components" and remove everything there (this will not remove your database engine).
I believe the 2008 installer also has an option to upgrade shared components only. You might try that. Good luck!
You can also remove the line
require: 'ngModel',
if you don't need ngModel
in this directive. Removing ngModel
will allow you to make a directive without thatngModel
error.
Recommendedations from the Python 2.7 docs for the time
module
I assume you don't want to rebind the event, but call the handler.
You can use trigger()
to trigger events:
$('#billing_state_id').trigger('change');
If your handler doesn't rely on the event context and you don't want to trigger other handlers for the event, you could also name the function:
function someFunction() {
//do stuff
}
$(document).ready(function(){
//Load City by State
$('#billing_state_id').live('change', someFunction);
$('#click_me').live('click', function() {
//do something
someFunction();
});
});
Also note that live()
is deprecated, on()
is the new hotness.
The following code works fine:
@using (Html.BeginForm("Upload", "Upload", FormMethod.Post,
new { enctype = "multipart/form-data" }))
{
@Html.ValidationSummary(true)
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
}
and generates as expected:
<form action="/Upload/Upload" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post">
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
</form>
On the other hand if you are writing this code inside the context of other server side construct such as an if
or foreach
you should remove the @
before the using
. For example:
@if (SomeCondition)
{
using (Html.BeginForm("Upload", "Upload", FormMethod.Post,
new { enctype = "multipart/form-data" }))
{
@Html.ValidationSummary(true)
<fieldset>
Select a file <input type="file" name="file" />
<input type="submit" value="Upload" />
</fieldset>
}
}
As far as your server side code is concerned, here's how to proceed:
[HttpPost]
public ActionResult Upload(HttpPostedFileBase file)
{
if (file != null && file.ContentLength > 0)
{
var fileName = Path.GetFileName(file.FileName);
var path = Path.Combine(Server.MapPath("~/content/pics"), fileName);
file.SaveAs(path);
}
return RedirectToAction("Upload");
}
Use modulo
whenever a number x is a multiple of some number y, then always x % y equal to 0, which can be used as a check. So use
if (j % 4 == 0)
A simple possible syntax will be:
<div className={`wrapper searchDiv ${this.state.something}`}>
Your keystore will be in your JAVA_HOME---> JRE -->lib---> security--> cacerts
. You need to check where your JAVA_HOME is configured, possibly one of these places,
Computer--->Advanced --> Environment variables---> JAVA_HOME
Your server startup batch files.
In your import command -keystore cacerts (give full path to the above JRE here instead of just saying cacerts).
Guava's function Maps.transformValues
is what you are looking for, and it works nicely with lambda expressions:
Maps.transformValues(originalMap, val -> ...)
If you're file isn't too big you can always sort by the column that has the - and once they're all together just highlight and delete. Then re-sort back to what you want.
In my case, if your version of build tools in the build.gradle file in the root folder like :
classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.x.x' <--- version of tools
is not supported by the Gradle installed in your project, you can check the build tools/plugin supported versions here, and make sure that the version installed in your project is supported by that version of Gradle.
You don't need to upgrade Gradle, you just check if it supports the plugin installed in your project or not.
If you look in the source code of the JDK, you can see that for unix systems the property is read at compile time from the paths.h or hard coded. For windows the function GetTempPathW
from win32 returns the tmpdir
name.
For posix systems you might expect the standard TMPDIR
to work, but that is not the case. You can confirm that TMPDIR
is not used by running TMPDIR=/mytmp java -XshowSettings

var y = (x*100).rounded()/100
print(y) // 1.57
There is no single magic function to force a frame to a minimum or fixed size. However, you can certainly force the size of a frame by giving the frame a width and height. You then have to do potentially two more things: when you put this window in a container you need to make sure the geometry manager doesn't shrink or expand the window. Two, if the frame is a container for other widget, turn grid or pack propagation off so that the frame doesn't shrink or expand to fit its own contents.
Note, however, that this won't prevent you from resizing a window to be smaller than an internal frame. In that case the frame will just be clipped.
import Tkinter as tk
root = tk.Tk()
frame1 = tk.Frame(root, width=100, height=100, background="bisque")
frame2 = tk.Frame(root, width=50, height = 50, background="#b22222")
frame1.pack(fill=None, expand=False)
frame2.place(relx=.5, rely=.5, anchor="c")
root.mainloop()

Disclaimer: This is not a solution, it is more of a hack to test out something. User-defined functions cannot be used to perform actions that modify the database state.
I found one way to make INSERT
, UPDATE
or DELETE
in function using xp_cmdshell
.
So you need just to replace the code inside @sql variable.
CREATE FUNCTION [dbo].[_tmp_func](@orderID NVARCHAR(50))
RETURNS INT
AS
BEGIN
DECLARE @sql varchar(4000), @cmd varchar(4000)
SELECT @sql = 'INSERT INTO _ord (ord_Code) VALUES (''' + @orderID + ''') '
SELECT @cmd = 'sqlcmd -S ' + @@servername +
' -d ' + db_name() + ' -Q "' + @sql + '"'
EXEC master..xp_cmdshell @cmd, 'no_output'
RETURN 1
END
I had a similar challenge when writing a Powershell script to interact with AWS CLI using the AWS Powershell Tools
I ran the command:
Get-S3Bucket // List AWS S3 buckets
And then I got the error:
Get-S3Bucket : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument list
Here's how I fixed it:
Get-S3Bucket
does not accept // List AWS S3 buckets
as an attribute.
I had put it there as a comment, but it's not acceptable by the AWS CLI as a comment. AWS CLI rather sees it as a parameter.
I had to do it this way:
#List AWS S3 buckets
Get-S3Bucket
That's all.
I hope this helps
My situation is just a little different. I'm running a batch file on startup to distribute the latest version of internal business applications.
In this situation I'm using the Windows Registry Run Key with the following string
cmd /c copy \\serverName\SharedFolder\startup7.bat %USERPROFILE% & %USERPROFILE%\startup7.bat
This runs two commands on startup in the correct sequence. First copying the batch file locally to a directory the user has permission to. Then executing the same batch file. I can create a local directory c:\InternalApps and copy all of the files from the network.
This is probably too late to solve the original poster's question but it may help someone else.
