This worked perfectly for me:
func switchScreen() {
let mainStoryboard = UIStoryboard(name: "Main", bundle: Bundle.main)
if let viewController = mainStoryboard.instantiateViewController(withIdentifier: "yourVcName") as? UIViewController {
self.present(viewController, animated: true, completion: nil)
}
}
Check official git documentation:
If you use the SSH transport for connecting to remotes, it’s possible for you to have a key without a passphrase, which allows you to securely transfer data without typing in your username and password. However, this isn’t possible with the HTTP protocols – every connection needs a username and password. This gets even harder for systems with two-factor authentication, where the token you use for a password is randomly generated and unpronounceable.
Fortunately, Git has a credentials system that can help with this. Git has a few options provided in the box:
The default is not to cache at all. Every connection will prompt you for your username and password.
The “cache” mode keeps credentials in memory for a certain period of time. None of the passwords are ever stored on disk, and they are purged from the cache after 15 minutes.
The “store” mode saves the credentials to a plain-text file on disk, and they never expire. This means that until you change your password for the Git host, you won’t ever have to type in your credentials again. The downside of this approach is that your passwords are stored in cleartext in a plain file in your home directory.
If you’re using a Mac, Git comes with an “osxkeychain” mode, which caches credentials in the secure keychain that’s attached to your system account. This method stores the credentials on disk, and they never expire, but they’re encrypted with the same system that stores HTTPS certificates and Safari auto-fills.
If you’re using Windows, you can install a helper called “Git Credential Manager for Windows.” This is similar to the “osxkeychain” helper described above, but uses the Windows Credential Store to control sensitive information. It can be found at https://github.com/Microsoft/Git-Credential-Manager-for-Windows.
You can choose one of these methods by setting a Git configuration value:
$ git config --global credential.helper cache
$ git config --global credential.helper store
Use "javascript.validate.enable": false
in your VS Code settings, It doesn't disable ESLINT. I use both ESLINT & Flow. Simply follow the instructions Flow For Vs Code Setup
Adding this line in settings.json. Helps
"javascript.validate.enable": false
Basically, fs.readFileSync
throws an error when a file is not found. This error is from the Error
prototype and thrown using throw
, hence the only way to catch is with a try / catch
block:
var fileContents;
try {
fileContents = fs.readFileSync('foo.bar');
} catch (err) {
// Here you get the error when the file was not found,
// but you also get any other error
}
Unfortunately you can not detect which error has been thrown just by looking at its prototype chain:
if (err instanceof Error)
is the best you can do, and this will be true for most (if not all) errors. Hence I'd suggest you go with the code
property and check its value:
if (err.code === 'ENOENT') {
console.log('File not found!');
} else {
throw err;
}
This way, you deal only with this specific error and re-throw all other errors.
Alternatively, you can also access the error's message
property to verify the detailed error message, which in this case is:
ENOENT, no such file or directory 'foo.bar'
Hope this helps.
Here is example with above methods:

<input type="radio" name="radio-choice-2" id="radio-choice-4" value="choice4">
<label for="radio-choice-4">Lizard</label>
</fieldset>
</div>
In javascript:
$("[name = 'radio-choice-2'][value='choice3']").prop('checked', true).checkboxradio('refresh');

Since a ternary operator is usually used when assigning value, it should return a value. This is the way that can work:
$var=@("value if false","value if true")[[byte](condition)]
Stupid, but working. Also this construction can be used to quickly turn an int into another value, just add array elements and specify an expression that returns 0-based non-negative values.
This happened for me when my ajax was replacing contents on the page and ending up with two elements the same class for the dialog which meant when my line to close the dialog executed based on the CSS class selector, it found two elements not one and the second one had never been initialised.
$(".dialogClass").dialog("close"); //This line was expecting to find one element but found two where the second had not been initialised.
For anyone on ASP.NET MVC this occured because my controller action was returning a full view including the shared layout page which had the element when it should have been returning a partial view since the javascript was replacing only the main content area.
$('#search').autocomplete( { source: items } );
$('#search:focus').autocomplete('search', $('#search').val() );
This seems to be the only one that worked for me.
From Here you can deserialize an object from file in two way.
string json = File.ReadAllText(@"c:\myObj.json");
MyObject myObj = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<MyObject>(json);
using (StreamReader file = File.OpenText(@"c:\myObj.json"))
{
JsonSerializer serializer = new JsonSerializer();
MyObject myObj2 = (MyObject)serializer.Deserialize(file, typeof(MyObject));
}
from here you can serialize an object to file in two way.
string json = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(myObj);
File.WriteAllText(@"c:\myObj.json", json);
using (StreamWriter file = File.CreateText(@"c:\myObj.json"))
{
JsonSerializer serializer = new JsonSerializer();
serializer.Serialize(file, myObj);
}
You can download Newtonsoft.Json from NuGet by following command

I wrote a simple ini config library in golang.
goroutine-safe, easy to use
package cfg
import (
"testing"
)
func TestCfg(t *testing.T) {
c := NewCfg("test.ini")
if err := c.Load() ; err != nil {
t.Error(err)
}
c.WriteInt("hello", 42)
c.WriteString("hello1", "World")
v, err := c.ReadInt("hello", 0)
if err != nil || v != 42 {
t.Error(err)
}
v1, err := c.ReadString("hello1", "")
if err != nil || v1 != "World" {
t.Error(err)
}
if err := c.Save(); err != nil {
t.Error(err)
}
}
===================Update=======================
Recently I need an INI parser with section support, and I write a simple package:
github.com/c4pt0r/cfg
u can parse INI like using "flag" package:
package main
import (
"log"
"github.com/c4pt0r/ini"
)
var conf = ini.NewConf("test.ini")
var (
v1 = conf.String("section1", "field1", "v1")
v2 = conf.Int("section1", "field2", 0)
)
func main() {
conf.Parse()
log.Println(*v1, *v2)
}
if all the above solution not work then in your project folder their will be two files index.html and index.php, rename index.html to index_1.html and browse your project.
Here are some forEachAsync
prototypes. Note you'll need to await
them:
Array.prototype.forEachAsync = async function (fn) {
for (let t of this) { await fn(t) }
}
Array.prototype.forEachAsyncParallel = async function (fn) {
await Promise.all(this.map(fn));
}
Note while you may include this in your own code, you should not include this in libraries you distribute to others (to avoid polluting their globals).
Yes... I am using Hue 3.7.0 - The Hadoop UI and to get current date/time information we can use below commands in Hive:
SELECT from_unixtime(unix_timestamp()); --/Selecting Current Time stamp/
SELECT CURRENT_DATE; --/Selecting Current Date/
SELECT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP; --/Selecting Current Time stamp/
However, in Impala you will find that only below command is working to get date/time details:
SELECT from_unixtime(unix_timestamp()); --/Selecting Current Timestamp /
Hope it resolves your query :)
Make sure you have Internet Connection then:
1.For Window Users Go to > C:\Users\username\.gradle\wrapper\dists
2.For Linux users
Go to $HOME/.gradle (~/.gradle)
and/or (Under Specific project)
<PROJECT_DIR>/.gradle
3.Delete the gradle file(s) with the problem(i.e the zipped folders with missing with no its extracted file )
4.Sync the project with gradle files.

I had the same problem: I needed to know just the records which their count match the maximus count (it could be one or several records).
I have to learn more about "ALL clause", and this is exactly the kind of simple solution that I was looking for.
This is an old thread, but there doesn't seem to be an answer with code that addresses the issues with Anavanka's accepted answer: it doesn't work if you set the property in the viewmodel to false, or if you set your property to true, the user manually clicks on something else, and then you set it to true again. I couldn't get Zamotic's solution to work reliably in these cases either.
Pulling together some of the discussions above gives me the code below which does address these issues I think:
public static class FocusExtension
{
public static bool GetIsFocused(DependencyObject obj)
{
return (bool)obj.GetValue(IsFocusedProperty);
}
public static void SetIsFocused(DependencyObject obj, bool value)
{
obj.SetValue(IsFocusedProperty, value);
}
public static readonly DependencyProperty IsFocusedProperty =
DependencyProperty.RegisterAttached(
"IsFocused", typeof(bool), typeof(FocusExtension),
new UIPropertyMetadata(false, null, OnCoerceValue));
private static object OnCoerceValue(DependencyObject d, object baseValue)
{
if ((bool)baseValue)
((UIElement)d).Focus();
else if (((UIElement) d).IsFocused)
Keyboard.ClearFocus();
return ((bool)baseValue);
}
}
Having said that, this is still complex for something that can be done in one line in codebehind, and CoerceValue isn't really meant to be used in this way, so maybe codebehind is the way to go.

midlist.sort()

midl = (lens / 2)
res = midlist[midl]
else:

ev = (lens / 2)
res = float(midlist[odd] + midlist[ev]) / float(2)
return res

When dealing with situations where I don't exactly know what type of exception might come out of a method, a little "trick" I like to do is to recover the Exception's class name and add it to the error log so there is more information.
try
{
<code>
} catch ( Exception caughtEx )
{
throw new Exception("Unknown Exception Thrown: "
+ "\n Type: " + caughtEx.GetType().Name
+ "\n Message: " + caughtEx.Message);
}
I do vouch for always handling Exceptions types individually, but the extra bit of info can be helpful, specially when dealing with code from people who love to capture catch-all generic types.
There is also an alternative way to use MarkupExtension
in order to use Binding
for a ConverterParameter
. With this solution you can still use the default IValueConverter
instead of the IMultiValueConverter
because the ConverterParameter
is passed into the IValueConverter
just like you expected in your first sample.
Here is my reusable MarkupExtension
:
/// <summary>
/// <example>
/// <TextBox>
/// <TextBox.Text>
/// <wpfAdditions:ConverterBindableParameter Binding="{Binding FirstName}"
/// Converter="{StaticResource TestValueConverter}"
/// ConverterParameterBinding="{Binding ConcatSign}" />
/// </TextBox.Text>
/// </TextBox>
/// </example>
/// </summary>
[ContentProperty(nameof(Binding))]
public class ConverterBindableParameter : MarkupExtension
{
#region Public Properties
public Binding Binding { get; set; }
public BindingMode Mode { get; set; }
public IValueConverter Converter { get; set; }
public Binding ConverterParameter { get; set; }
#endregion
public ConverterBindableParameter()
{ }
public ConverterBindableParameter(string path)
{
Binding = new Binding(path);
}
public ConverterBindableParameter(Binding binding)
{
Binding = binding;
}
#region Overridden Methods
public override object ProvideValue(IServiceProvider serviceProvider)
{
var multiBinding = new MultiBinding();
Binding.Mode = Mode;
multiBinding.Bindings.Add(Binding);
if (ConverterParameter != null)
{
ConverterParameter.Mode = BindingMode.OneWay;
multiBinding.Bindings.Add(ConverterParameter);
}
var adapter = new MultiValueConverterAdapter
{
Converter = Converter
};
multiBinding.Converter = adapter;
return multiBinding.ProvideValue(serviceProvider);
}
#endregion
[ContentProperty(nameof(Converter))]
private class MultiValueConverterAdapter : IMultiValueConverter
{
public IValueConverter Converter { get; set; }
private object lastParameter;
public object Convert(object[] values, Type targetType, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)
{
if (Converter == null) return values[0]; // Required for VS design-time
if (values.Length > 1) lastParameter = values[1];
return Converter.Convert(values[0], targetType, lastParameter, culture);
}
public object[] ConvertBack(object value, Type[] targetTypes, object parameter, CultureInfo culture)
{
if (Converter == null) return new object[] { value }; // Required for VS design-time
return new object[] { Converter.ConvertBack(value, targetTypes[0], lastParameter, culture) };
}
}
}
With this MarkupExtension
in your code base you can simply bind the ConverterParameter
the following way:
<Style TargetType="FrameworkElement">
<Setter Property="Visibility">
<Setter.Value>
<wpfAdditions:ConverterBindableParameter Binding="{Binding Tag, RelativeSource={RelativeSource Mode=FindAncestor, AncestorType={x:Type UserControl}"
Converter="{StaticResource AccessLevelToVisibilityConverter}"
ConverterParameterBinding="{Binding RelativeSource={RelativeSource Mode=Self}, Path=Tag}" />
</Setter.Value>
</Setter>
Which looks almost like your initial proposal.
In my case, I've loaded both the js
and css
visjs
files using the above technique - which works great. I call the new function from ngOnInit()
Note: I could not get it to load by simply adding a <script>
and <link>
tag to the html template file.
loadVisJsScript() {_x000D_
console.log('Loading visjs js/css files...');_x000D_
let script = document.createElement('script');_x000D_
script.src = "../../assets/vis/vis.min.js";_x000D_
script.type = 'text/javascript';_x000D_
script.async = true;_x000D_
script.charset = 'utf-8';_x000D_
document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(script); _x000D_
_x000D_
let link = document.createElement("link");_x000D_
link.type = "stylesheet";_x000D_
link.href = "../../assets/vis/vis.min.css";_x000D_
document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(link); _x000D_
}
_x000D_
Basic approach:
This should add HTML-formatted content and show the newly added row.
var myHtmlContent = "<h3>hello</h3>"
var tableRef = document.getElementById('myTable').getElementsByTagName('tbody')[0];
var newRow = tableRef.insertRow(tableRef.rows.length);
newRow.innerHTML = myHtmlContent;
use this artisan command for create shortcut in public folder
php artisan storage:link
Than you will able to access posted img or file
You can try below code to solve your problem:
By default, first option select: jQuery('.select').find('option')[0].selected=true;

You have to let the compiler know where the mysql.h file can be found. This can be done by giving the path to the header before compiling. In IDEs you have a setting where you can give these paths.
This link gives you more info on what options to use while compiling.
To your second problem You need to link the libraries. The linker needs to know where the library files are which has the implementation for the mysql functions that you use.
This link gives you more info on how to link libraries.
Windows 7
Try this,
run cmd as Admin.
Unistall all iis.
start /w pkgmgr.exe /uu:IIS-WebServerRole;WAS-WindowsActivationService
Reinstall iis and normaly it's work

function autosize(textarea) {
$(textarea).height(1); // temporarily shrink textarea so that scrollHeight returns content height when content does not fill textarea
$(textarea).height($(textarea).prop("scrollHeight"));
}
$(document).ready(function () {
$(document).on("input", "textarea", function() {
autosize(this);
});
$("textarea").each(function () {
autosize(this);
});
});
(This will not work in Internet Explorer 9 or older as it makes use of the input
event)
You can also add an extension method to the Enum type rather than an instance of the Enum:
/// <summary> Enum Extension Methods </summary>
/// <typeparam name="T"> type of Enum </typeparam>
public class Enum<T> where T : struct, IConvertible
{
public static int Count
{
get
{
if (!typeof(T).IsEnum)
throw new ArgumentException("T must be an enumerated type");
return Enum.GetNames(typeof(T)).Length;
}
}
}
You can invoke the extension method above by doing:
var result = Enum<Duration>.Count;
It's not a true extension method. It only works because Enum<> is a different type than System.Enum.
From Stack Overflow question What is the Python 3 equivalent of "python -m SimpleHTTPServer":

You should read about discrete javascript, and use a frameworks bind method to bind callbacks to dom events.
TL;DR: The biggest difference in everyday use isn't nested dependencies... it's the difference between modules and globals.
I think the previous posters have covered well some of the basic distinctions. (npm's use of nested dependencies is indeed very helpful in managing large, complex applications, though I don't think it's the most important distinction.)
I'm surprised, however, that nobody has explicitly explained one of the most fundamental distinctions between Bower and npm. If you read the answers above, you'll see the word 'modules' used often in the context of npm. But it's mentioned casually, as if it might even just be a syntax difference.
But this distinction of modules vs. globals (or modules vs. 'scripts') is possibly the most important difference between Bower and npm. The npm approach of putting everything in modules requires you to change the way you write Javascript for the browser, almost certainly for the better.
<script>
TagsAt root, Bower is about loading plain-old script files. Whatever those script files contain, Bower will load them. Which basically means that Bower is just like including all your scripts in plain-old <script>
's in the <head>
of your HTML.
So, same basic approach you're used to, but you get some nice automation conveniences:
bower install
and instantly have what they need, locally.bower.json
, those'll be downloaded for you as well.But beyond that, Bower doesn't change how we write javascript. Nothing about what goes inside the files loaded by Bower needs to change at all. In particular, this means that the resources provided in scripts loaded by Bower will (usually, but not always) still be defined as global variables, available from anywhere in the browser execution context.
All code in Node land (and thus all code loaded via npm) is structured as modules (specifically, as an implementation of the CommonJS module format, or now, as an ES6 module). So, if you use NPM to handle browser-side dependencies (via Browserify or something else that does the same job), you'll structure your code the same way Node does.
Smarter people than I have tackled the question of 'Why modules?', but here's a capsule summary:
window.variable
. The one accident that still tends to occur is assigning this.variable
, not realizing that this
is actually window
in the current context.)To me, the use of modules for front-end code boils down to: working in a much narrower context that's easier to reason about and test, and having greater certainty about what's going on.
It only takes about 30 seconds to learn how to use the CommonJS/Node module syntax. Inside a given JS file, which is going to be a module, you first declare any outside dependencies you want to use, like this:
var React = require('react');
Inside the file/module, you do whatever you normally would, and create some object or function that you'll want to expose to outside users, calling it perhaps myModule
.
At the end of a file, you export whatever you want to share with the world, like this:
module.exports = myModule;
Then, to use a CommonJS-based workflow in the browser, you'll use tools like Browserify to grab all those individual module files, encapsulate their contents at runtime, and inject them into each other as needed.
AND, since ES6 modules (which you'll likely transpile to ES5 with Babel or similar) are gaining wide acceptance, and work both in the browser or in Node 4.0, we should mention a good overview of those as well.
More about patterns for working with modules in this deck.
EDIT (Feb 2017): Facebook's Yarn is a very important potential replacement/supplement for npm these days: fast, deterministic, offline package-management that builds on what npm gives you. It's worth a look for any JS project, particularly since it's so easy to swap it in/out.
EDIT (May 2019) "Bower has finally been deprecated. End of story." (h/t: @DanDascalescu, below, for pithy summary.)
And, while Yarn is still active, a lot of the momentum for it shifted back to npm once it adopted some of Yarn's key features.
I tried all the proposals to fix the render performance problem in my phonegap app. But nothing realy worked.
Finally, after a whole day of searching, I made it. I set within the tag (not the tag) of my AndroidManifest
<application android:hardwareAccelerated="false" ...
Now the app behaves in the same fast way as my webbrowser. Seems like, if hardware acceleration is not always the best feature...
The detailed problem I had: https://stackoverflow.com/a/24467920/3595386
I had similar issues. I work on a Windows tool chain with a shared repository with Linux guys, and they happily create files with the same (except for case) names in a given folder.
The effect is that I can clone the repository and immediately have dozens of 'modified' files that, if I checked in, would create havoc.
I have Windows set to case sensitive and Git to not ignore case, but it still fails (in the Win32 API calls apparently).
If I gitignore the files then I have to remember to not track the .gitignore file.
But I found a good answer here:
http://archive.robwilkerson.org/2010/03/02/git-tip-ignore-changes-to-tracked-files/index.html
Since the exact question is "what does enable bitcode do", I'd like to give a few thin technical details I've figured out thus far. Most of this is practically impossible to figure out with 100% certainty until Apple releases the source code for this compiler
First, Apple's bitcode does not appear to be the same thing as LLVM bytecode. At least, I've not been able to figure out any resemblance between them. It appears to have a proprietary header (always starts with "xar!") and probably some link-time reference magic that prevents data duplications. If you write out a hardcoded string, this string will only be put into the data once, rather than twice as would be expected if it was normal LLVM bytecode.
Second, bitcode is not really shipped in the binary archive as a separate architecture as might be expected. It is not shipped in the same way as say x86 and ARM are put into one binary (FAT archive). Instead, they use a special section in the architecture specific MachO binary named "__LLVM" which is shipped with every architecture supported (ie, duplicated). I assume this is a short coming with their compiler system and may be fixed in the future to avoid the duplication.
C code (compiled with clang -fembed-bitcode hi.c -S -emit-llvm
):
#include <stdio.h>
int main() {
printf("hi there!");
return 0;
}

The data array that is in the IR also changes depending on the optimization and other code generation settings of clang. It's completely unknown to me what format or anything that this is in.
EDIT:
Following the hint on Twitter, I decided to revisit this and to confirm it. I followed this blog post and used his bitcode extractor tool to get the Apple Archive binary out of the MachO executable. And after extracting the Apple Archive with the xar utility, I got this (converted to text with llvm-dis of course)

The only notable difference really between the non-bitcode IR and the bitcode IR is that filenames have been stripped to just 1, 2, etc for each architecture.
I also confirmed that the bitcode embedded in a binary is generated after optimizations. If you compile with -O3 and extract out the bitcode, it'll be different than if you compile with -O0.
And just to get extra credit, I also confirmed that Apple does not ship bitcode to devices when you download an iOS 9 app. They include a number of other strange sections that I don't recognized like __LINKEDIT, but they do not include __LLVM.__bundle, and thus do not appear to include bitcode in the final binary that runs on a device. Oddly enough, Apple still ships fat binaries with separate 32/64bit code to iOS 8 devices though.
The problem is in this line:
with pattern.findall(row) as f:
You are using the with
statement. It requires an object with __enter__
and __exit__
methods. But pattern.findall
returns a list
, with
tries to store the __exit__
method, but it can't find it, and raises an error. Just use
f = pattern.findall(row)
instead.
As of API 24, sending a file://
URI to another app will throw a FileUriExposedException. Instead, use FileProvider to send a content://
URI:
public File getFile(Context context, String fileName) {
if (!Environment.getExternalStorageState().equals(Environment.MEDIA_MOUNTED)) {
return null;
}
File storageDir = context.getExternalFilesDir(null);
return new File(storageDir, fileName);
}
public Uri getFileUri(Context context, String fileName) {
File file = getFile(context, fileName);
return FileProvider.getUriForFile(context, BuildConfig.APPLICATION_ID + ".provider", file);
}
You must also define the FileProvider in your manifest:
<provider
android:name="android.support.v4.content.FileProvider"
android:authorities="com.mydomain.fileprovider"
android:exported="false"
android:grantUriPermissions="true">
<meta-data
android:name="android.support.FILE_PROVIDER_PATHS"
android:resource="@xml/file_paths" />
</provider>
Example file_paths.xml:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<paths xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
<external-files-path name="name" path="path" />
</paths>
Replace "name" and "path" as appropriate.
To give the PDF viewer access to the file, you also have to add the FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION
flag to the intent:
private void displayPdf(String fileName) {
Uri uri = getFileUri(this, fileName);
Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW);
intent.setDataAndType(uri, "application/pdf");
// FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION is needed on API 24+ so the activity opening the file can read it
intent.setFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_NO_HISTORY | Intent.FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION);
if (intent.resolveActivity(getPackageManager()) == null) {
// Show an error
} else {
startActivity(intent);
}
}
See the FileProvider documentation for more details.
Use the size()
function.
>> size(A,2)
Ans =
3
The second argument specifies the dimension of which number of elements are required which will be '2' if you want the number of columns.
Use set -e
#!/bin/bash
set -e
/bin/command-that-fails
/bin/command-that-fails2
The script will terminate after the first line that fails (returns nonzero exit code). In this case, command-that-fails2 will not run.
If you were to check the return status of every single command, your script would look like this:
#!/bin/bash
# I'm assuming you're using make
cd /project-dir
make
if [[ $? -ne 0 ]] ; then
exit 1
fi
cd /project-dir2
make
if [[ $? -ne 0 ]] ; then
exit 1
fi
With set -e it would look like:
#!/bin/bash
set -e
cd /project-dir
make
cd /project-dir2
make
Any command that fails will cause the entire script to fail and return an exit status you can check with $?. If your script is very long or you're building a lot of stuff it's going to get pretty ugly if you add return status checks everywhere.
So I realize this is kind of old, but after much Googling, I couldn't find an answer I was happy with, so I came up with my own solution for breaking a FOR loop that immediately stops iteration, and thought I'd share it.
It requires the loop to be in a separate file, and exploits a bug in CMD error handling to immediately crash the batch processing of the loop file when redirecting the STDOUT of DIR to STDIN.
MainFile.cmd
ECHO Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
ECHO.
CMD /C %~dp0\LOOP.cmd
ECHO.
ECHO After LOOP
PAUSE
LOOP.cmd
FOR /L %%A IN (1,1,10) DO (
ECHO %%A
IF %%A EQU 3 DIR >&0 2>NUL )
)
When run, this produces the following output. You'll notice that both iteration and execution of the loop stops when %A = 3.
:>MainFile.cmd
:>ECHO Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
:>ECHO.
:>CMD /C Z:\LOOP.cmd
:>FOR /L %A IN (1 1 10) DO (
ECHO %A
IF %A EQU 3 DIR 1>&0 2>NUL
)
:>(
ECHO 1
IF 1 EQU 3 DIR 1>&0 2>NUL
)
1
:>(
ECHO 2
IF 2 EQU 3 DIR 1>&0 2>NUL
)
2
:>(
ECHO 3
IF 3 EQU 3 DIR 1>&0 2>NUL
)
3
:>ECHO.
:>ECHO After LOOP
After LOOP
:>PAUSE
Press any key to continue . . .
If you need to preserve a single variable from the loop, have the loop ECHO the result of the variable, and use a FOR /F loop in the MainFile.cmd to parse the output of the LOOP.cmd file.
Example (using the same LOOP.cmd file as above):
MainFile.cmd
@ECHO OFF
ECHO.
ECHO Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
ECHO.
FOR /F "delims=" %%L IN ('CMD /C %~dp0\LOOP.cmd') DO SET VARIABLE=%%L
ECHO After LOOP
ECHO.
ECHO %VARIABLE%
ECHO.
PAUSE
Output:
:>MainFile.cmd
Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
After LOOP
3
Press any key to continue . . .
If you need to preserve multiple variables, you'll need to redirect them to temporary files as shown below.
MainFile.cmd
@ECHO OFF
ECHO.
ECHO Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
ECHO.
CMD /C %~dp0\LOOP.cmd
ECHO After LOOP
ECHO.
SET /P VARIABLE1=<%TEMP%\1
SET /P VARIABLE2=<%TEMP%\2
ECHO %VARIABLE1%
ECHO %VARIABLE2%
ECHO.
PAUSE
LOOP.cmd
@ECHO OFF
FOR /L %%A IN (1,1,10) DO (
IF %%A EQU 1 ECHO ONE >%TEMP%\1
IF %%A EQU 2 ECHO TWO >%TEMP%\2
IF %%A EQU 3 DIR >&0 2>NUL
)
Output:
:>MainFile.cmd
Simple test demonstrating loop breaking.
After LOOP
ONE
TWO
Press any key to continue . . .
I hope others find this useful for breaking loops that would otherwise take too long to exit due to continued iteration.
There are several ways to do it. The simplest is using \t
in your text. However, it's possible that \t
doesn't work in some situations, like PdfReport
nuget package.
You can simply put all the files in its specified folder in public like
public/css
public/js
public/images
Then just call the files as in normal html like
<link href="css/file.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
It works just fine in any version of Laravel
You have a few options, all varying in "correctness" and ease of use. As always, the right design depends on your needs.
You could simply create two columns in Ticket, OwnedByUserId and OwnedByGroupId, and have nullable Foreign Keys to each table.
You could create M:M reference tables enabling both ticket:user and ticket:group relationships. Perhaps in future you will want to allow a single ticket to be owned by multiple users or groups? This design does not enforce that a ticket must be owned by a single entity only.
You could create a default group for every user and have tickets simply owned by either a true Group or a User's default Group.
Or (my choice) model an entity that acts as a base for both Users and Groups, and have tickets owned by that entity.
Heres a rough example using your posted schema:
create table dbo.PartyType
(
PartyTypeId tinyint primary key,
PartyTypeName varchar(10)
)
insert into dbo.PartyType
values(1, 'User'), (2, 'Group');
create table dbo.Party
(
PartyId int identity(1,1) primary key,
PartyTypeId tinyint references dbo.PartyType(PartyTypeId),
unique (PartyId, PartyTypeId)
)
CREATE TABLE dbo.[Group]
(
ID int primary key,
Name varchar(50) NOT NULL,
PartyTypeId as cast(2 as tinyint) persisted,
foreign key (ID, PartyTypeId) references Party(PartyId, PartyTypeID)
)
CREATE TABLE dbo.[User]
(
ID int primary key,
Name varchar(50) NOT NULL,
PartyTypeId as cast(1 as tinyint) persisted,
foreign key (ID, PartyTypeId) references Party(PartyID, PartyTypeID)
)
CREATE TABLE dbo.Ticket
(
ID int primary key,
[Owner] int NOT NULL references dbo.Party(PartyId),
[Subject] varchar(50) NULL
)
I tried the solution of Oskar (and many others) but for me it finaly only worked with:
jQuery(function($){
// Your jQuery code here, using the $
});
See: https://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/avoid-conflicts-other-libraries/
Nothing special. Just as same as common Java Class Instance.
But those class are Synthetic proxy classes
created by java.lang.reflect.Proxy#newProxyInstance
Introduced in 1.3
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.3/docs/relnotes/features.html#reflection
It is a part of Java. so each JVM should support it.
In short : they are created using JVM ASM tech ( defining javabyte code at runtime )
something using same tech:
java.lang.reflect.Proxy#newProxyInstance
getProxyClass0
to obtain a `Class
`
ProxyGenerator.generateProxyClass
which return a byte[]define class
to load the generated $Proxy
Class (the classname you have seen)each method is build with same bytecode like
invocation handler
's invoke()
invocation handler
's invoke()
the class(bytecode) represent in form of byte[]
How to draw a class
Thinking your java codes are compiled into bytecodes, just do this at runtime
core method in sun/misc/ProxyGenerator.java
generateClassFile
/**
* Generate a class file for the proxy class. This method drives the
* class file generation process.
*/
private byte[] generateClassFile() {
/* ============================================================

/*
* Record that proxy methods are needed for the hashCode, equals,
* and toString methods of java.lang.Object. This is done before
* the methods from the proxy interfaces so that the methods from
* java.lang.Object take precedence over duplicate methods in the
* proxy interfaces.
*/
addProxyMethod(hashCodeMethod, Object.class);
addProxyMethod(equalsMethod, Object.class);
addProxyMethod(toStringMethod, Object.class);
/*
* Now record all of the methods from the proxy interfaces, giving
* earlier interfaces precedence over later ones with duplicate
* methods.
*/
for (int i = 0; i < interfaces.length; i++) {
Method[] methods = interfaces[i].getMethods();
for (int j = 0; j < methods.length; j++) {

You need %in%
instead of ==
:
library(dplyr)
target <- c("Tom", "Lynn")
filter(dat, name %in% target) # equivalently, dat %>% filter(name %in% target)
Produces
days name
1 88 Lynn
2 11 Tom
3 1 Tom
4 222 Lynn
5 2 Lynn
To understand why, consider what happens here:
dat$name == target
# [1] FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE TRUE
Basically, we're recycling the two length target
vector four times to match the length of dat$name
. In other words, we are doing:
Lynn == Tom
Tom == Lynn
Chris == Tom
Lisa == Lynn
... continue repeating Tom and Lynn until end of data frame
In this case we don't get an error because I suspect your data frame actually has a different number of rows that don't allow recycling, but the sample you provide does (8 rows). If the sample had had an odd number of rows I would have gotten the same error as you. But even when recycling works, this is clearly not what you want. Basically, the statement dat$name == target
is equivalent to saying:
return
TRUE
for every odd value that is equal to "Tom" or every even value that is equal to "Lynn".
It so happens that the last value in your sample data frame is even and equal to "Lynn", hence the one TRUE
above.
To contrast, dat$name %in% target
says:
for each value in
dat$name
, check that it exists intarget
.
Very different. Here is the result:
[1] TRUE TRUE FALSE FALSE FALSE TRUE TRUE TRUE
Note your problem has nothing to do with dplyr
, just the mis-use of ==
.
In my case one unmanaged dll was depending on another which was missing. In that case the error will point to the existing dll instead of the missing one which can be really confusing.
That is exactly what had happen in my case. Hope this helps someone else.
Another possible solution that works for me is something like -
cat a.txt | xargs bash -c 'command1 $@; command2 $@' bash
Note the 'bash' at the end - I assume it is passed as argv[0] to bash. Without it in this syntax the first parameter to each command is lost. It may be any word.
Example:
cat a.txt | xargs -n 5 bash -c 'echo -n `date +%Y%m%d-%H%M%S:` ; echo " data: " $@; echo "data again: " $@' bash
In addition to the missing quotes around 100Mb
in the last else
, you also want to quote the constants in your if-statements if tSizeAns == "1":
, because raw_input
returns a string, which in comparison with an integer will always return false.
However the missing quotes are not the reason for the particular error message, because it would result in an syntax error before execution. Please check your posted code. I cannot reproduce the error message.
Also if ... elif ... else
in the way you use it is basically equivalent to a case
or switch
in other languages and is neither less readable nor much longer. It is fine to use here. One other way that might be a good idea to use if you just want to assign a value based on another value is a dictionary lookup:
tSize = {"1": "100Mb", "2": "200Mb"}[tSizeAns]
This however does only work as long as tSizeAns
is guaranteed to be in the range of tSize
. Otherwise you would have to either catch the KeyError
exception or use a defaultdict:
lookup = {"1": "100Mb", "2": "200Mb"} try: tSize = lookup[tSizeAns] except KeyError: tSize = "100Mb"
or
from collections import defaultdict [...] lookup = defaultdict(lambda: "100Mb", {"1": "100Mb", "2": "200Mb"}) tSize = lookup[tSizeAns]
In your case I think these methods are not justified for two values. However you could use the dictionary to construct the initial output at the same time.

I am buliding up on Kolja's answer, to explain how viewBox works
The viewBox is a coordinate system.
Syntax: viewBox="posX posY width height"
viewBox="0 0 4 4"
will create this coordinate system:
The yellow area is the visible area.
So if you like to center something in it, then you need to use viewBox='-2 -2 4 4'
I know it looks completly retarded and I also don't understand why they designed it this way...
ul {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='-2 -2 4 4'><circle r='1' /></svg>");
}
.x {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='-2 -2 4 4'><circle r='.5' /></svg>");
}
.y {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='-3 -2 4 4'><circle r='.5' /></svg>");
}
.z {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='-3.5 -2 4 4'><circle r='.5' /></svg>");

But there is a much easier method, you can just use the circles cx
and cy
attributes.
.centered {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='0 0 100 100'><circle cx='50%' cy='50%' r='20' /></svg>");
}
.x {
list-style-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='10' height='10' viewBox='0 0 100 100'><circle cx='50%' cy='50%' r='10' /></svg>");
}
_x000D_
Centered Circle (cx/xy) Radius 20 [viewBox='0 0 100 100', circle cx='50%' cy='50%' r='20']:
<ul class="centered_a">
<li>foo</li>
<li>bar</li>
<li>baz</li>
</ul>
Centered Circle (cx/xy) Radius 10 [viewBox='0 0 100 100', circle cx='50%' cy='50%' r='10']:
<ul class="x">
<li>foo</li>
<li>bar</li>
<li>baz</li>

You should implement an LRU cache manager when dealing with bitmap
http://developer.android.com/reference/android/util/LruCache.html http://developer.android.com/training/displaying-bitmaps/cache-bitmap.html When should I recycle a bitmap using LRUCache?
OR
Use a tier library like Universal Image Loader :
https://github.com/nostra13/Android-Universal-Image-Loader
EDIT :
Now when dealing with images and most of the time with bitmap I use Glide which let you configure a Glide Module and a LRUCache
You can use Recordmp3js from GitHub to achieve your requirements. You can record from user's microphone and then get the file as an mp3. Finally upload it to your server.
I used this in my demo. There is a already a sample available with the source code by the author in this location : https://github.com/Audior/Recordmp3js
The demo is here: http://audior.ec/recordmp3js/
But currently works only on Chrome and Firefox.
Seems to work fine and pretty simple. Hope this helps.
Its a combination from other answers with a plus
import zipfile
with zipfile.ZipFile(path_to_zip_file, 'r') as zip_ref:
zip_ref.extractall(directory_to_extract_to)
That's pretty much it!
You can hover to .ipython
folder (i.e. you can type $ ipython locate
in your terminal/bash OR CMD.exe Prompt
from your Anaconda Navigator to see where is your ipython is located)
Then, in .ipython
, you will see profile_default
directory which is the default one. This directory will have static/custom/custom.css
file located.
You can now apply change to this custom.css
file. There are a lot of styles in the custom.css
file that you can use or search for. For example, you can see this link (which is my own customize custom.css
file)
Basically, this custom.css
file apply changes to your browser. You can use inspect elements in your ipython notebook to see which elements you want to change. Then, you can changes to the custom.css
file. For example, you can add these chunk to change font in .CodeMirror pre
to type Monaco
.CodeMirror pre {font-family: Monaco; font-size: 9pt;}
Note that now for Jupyter notebook version >= 4.1, the custom css file is moved to ~/.jupyter/custom/custom.css
instead.
Try:
php_value error_reporting 2039
I could also fix this. PYTHONPATH and PYTHONHOME were in cause.
run this in a terminal
touch ~/.bash_profile
open ~/.bash_profile
and then delete all useless parts of this file, and save. I do not know how recommended it is to do that !

For multiline TextView you should use android.text.style.CharacterStyle like this:
SpannableString spannable = new SpannableString(text);
spannable.setSpan(new StrikethroughSpan(), 0, text.length(), Spanned.SPAN_INCLUSIVE_EXCLUSIVE);
remoteViews.setTextViewText(R.id.itemText, spannable);
Have you tried os.mkdir?
You might also try this little code snippet:
mypath = ...
if not os.path.isdir(mypath):
os.makedirs(mypath)
makedirs creates multiple levels of directories, if needed.
Prior to 0.20.203, and officially deprecated in 2.6.0:
hadoop fs -dus [directory]
Since 0.20.203 (dead link) 1.0.4 and still compatible through 2.6.0:
hdfs dfs -du [-s] [-h] URI [URI …]
You can also run hadoop fs -help
for more info and specifics.
It depends, you can use jQuery to adjust the ranges proportionally I think. Why do you use an image map by the way? Can't you use scaling divs or other elements for it?
The primary flag seems to only work for vagrant ssh
for me.
In the past I have used the following method to hack around the issue.
# stage box intended for configuration closely matching production if ARGV[1] == 'stage' config.vm.define "stage" do |stage| box_setup stage, \ "10.9.8.31", "deploy/playbook_full_stack.yml", "deploy/hosts/vagrant_stage.yml" end end
this is the best way I used
Go to java file, after onCreate
:
@Override
protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState)
{
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
// Take instance of Action Bar
// using getSupportActionBar and
// if it is not Null
// then call hide function
if (getSupportActionBar() != null) {
getSupportActionBar().hide();
}
}

g1
here is a DataFrame. It has a hierarchical index, though:
In [19]: type(g1)
Out[19]: pandas.core.frame.DataFrame
In [20]: g1.index
Out[20]:
MultiIndex([('Alice', 'Seattle'), ('Bob', 'Seattle'), ('Mallory', 'Portland'),
('Mallory', 'Seattle')], dtype=object)
Perhaps you want something like this?
In [21]: g1.add_suffix('_Count').reset_index()
Out[21]:
Name City City_Count Name_Count
0 Alice Seattle 1 1
1 Bob Seattle 2 2
2 Mallory Portland 2 2
3 Mallory Seattle 1 1
Or something like:
In [36]: DataFrame({'count' : df1.groupby( [ "Name", "City"] ).size()}).reset_index()
Out[36]:
Name City count
0 Alice Seattle 1
1 Bob Seattle 2
2 Mallory Portland 2
3 Mallory Seattle 1
Those solutions mentioned change how your program work.
You can off course put #if DEBUG
and #endif
around the Console calls, but if you really want to prevent the window from closing only on your dev machine under Visual Studio or if VS isn't running only if you explicitly configure it, and you don't want the annoying 'Press any key to exit...'
when running from the command line, the way to go is to use the System.Diagnostics.Debugger
API's.
If you only want that to work in DEBUG
, simply wrap this code in a [Conditional("DEBUG")] void BreakConditional()
method.
// Test some configuration option or another
bool launch;
var env = Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("LAUNCH_DEBUGGER_IF_NOT_ATTACHED");
if (!bool.TryParse(env, out launch))
launch = false;
// Break either if a debugger is already attached, or if configured to launch
if (launch || Debugger.IsAttached) {
if (Debugger.IsAttached || Debugger.Launch())
Debugger.Break();
}
This also works to debug programs that need elevated privileges, or that need to be able to elevate themselves.
I had this problem when creating a new table. It turns out the Foreign Key name I gave was already in use. Renaming the key fixed it.
I simply closed all pages of visual studio and reopened ..it worked.
A simple question should be followed by a short, simple and clear answer.
When we are getting a value of the property it fires its get{}
part.
When we are setting a value to the property it fires its set{}
part.
PS. When setting a value to the property, SWIFT automatically creates a constant named "newValue" = a value we are setting. After a constant "newValue" becomes accessible in the property's set{}
part.
Example:
var A:Int = 0
var B:Int = 0
var C:Int {
get {return 1}
set {print("Recived new value", newValue, " and stored into 'B' ")
B = newValue
}
}
//When we are getting a value of C it fires get{} part of C property
A = C
A //Now A = 1
//When we are setting a value to C it fires set{} part of C property
C = 2
B //Now B = 2
Step-1: Your Model class
public class RechargeMobileViewModel
{
public string CustomerFullName { get; set; }
public string TelecomSubscriber { get; set; }
public int TotalAmount { get; set; }
public string MobileNumber { get; set; }
public int Month { get; set; }
public List<SelectListItem> getAllDaysList { get; set; }
// Define the list which you have to show in Drop down List
public List<SelectListItem> getAllWeekDaysList()
{
List<SelectListItem> myList = new List<SelectListItem>();
var data = new[]{
new SelectListItem{ Value="1",Text="Monday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="2",Text="Tuesday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="3",Text="Wednesday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="4",Text="Thrusday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="5",Text="Friday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="6",Text="Saturday"},
new SelectListItem{ Value="7",Text="Sunday"},
};
myList = data.ToList();
return myList;
}
}
Step-2: Call this method to fill Drop down in your controller Action
namespace MvcVariousApplication.Controllers
{
public class HomeController : Controller
{
public ActionResult Index()
{
RechargeMobileViewModel objModel = new RechargeMobileViewModel();
objModel.getAllDaysList = objModel.getAllWeekDaysList();
return View(objModel);
}
}
}
Step-3: Fill your Drop-Down List of View as follows
@model MvcVariousApplication.Models.RechargeMobileViewModel
@{
ViewBag.Title = "Contact";
}
@Html.LabelFor(model=> model.CustomerFullName)
@Html.TextBoxFor(model => model.CustomerFullName)
@Html.LabelFor(model => model.MobileNumber)
@Html.TextBoxFor(model => model.MobileNumber)
@Html.LabelFor(model => model.TelecomSubscriber)
@Html.TextBoxFor(model => model.TelecomSubscriber)
@Html.LabelFor(model => model.TotalAmount)
@Html.TextBoxFor(model => model.TotalAmount)
@Html.LabelFor(model => model.Month)
@Html.DropDownListFor(model => model.Month, new SelectList(Model.getAllDaysList, "Value", "Text"), "-Select Day-")
enum Orientations
{
None, North, East, South, West
}
private Orientations? _orientation { get; set; }
public Orientations? Orientation
{
get
{
return _orientation ?? Orientations.None;
}
set
{
_orientation = value;
}
}
If you set the property to null will return Orientations.None on get. The property _orientation is null by default.
My favourites have always been
use constant FALSE => 1==0;
use constant TRUE => not FALSE;
which is completely independent from the internal representation.
If you are more comfortable with a GUI, you can use the pgAdmin software.
Because when I use one or another I get a window prompt asking me to download the file for both of them.
This behavior depends on the browser and the file you are trying to serve. With inline, the browser will try to open the file within the browser.
For example, if you have a PDF file and Firefox/Adobe Reader, an inline disposition will open the PDF within Firefox, whereas attachment will force it to download.
If you're serving a .ZIP file, browsers won't be able to display it inline, so for inline and attachment dispositions, the file will be downloaded.
I think the following image helps for those needing to come by T

std C libraries provide time()
.
This is seconds from the epoch and can be converted to date and H:M:S
using standard C functions. Boost also has a time/date library that you can check.
time_t timev;
time(&timev);
Reinstalling python based on instructions from here solved this problem for me: How can I install a previous version of Python 3 in macOS using homebrew?
With safety-mirror on the classpath you get something similar to C#'s delegates and events.
Examples from the project's README:
Delegate.With1Param<String, String> greetingsDelegate = new Delegate.With1Param<>();
greetingsDelegate.add(str -> "Hello " + str);
greetingsDelegate.add(str -> "Goodbye " + str);
DelegateInvocationResult<String> invocationResult =
greetingsDelegate.invokeAndAggregateExceptions("Sir");
invocationResult.getFunctionInvocationResults().forEach(funInvRes ->
System.out.println(funInvRes.getResult()));
//prints: "Hello sir" and "Goodbye Sir"
//Create a private Delegate. Make sure it is private so only *you* can invoke it.
private static Delegate.With0Params<String> trimDelegate = new Delegate.With0Params<>();
//Create a public Event using the delegate you just created.
public static Event.With0Params<String> trimEvent= new Event.With0Params<>(trimDelegate)

This question already had many highly upvoted answers and an accepted answer, but all of them so far were distracted by various ways to express the boolean problem and missed a crucial point:
I have a python script that can receive either zero or three command line arguments. (Either it runs on default behavior or needs all three values specified)
This logic should not be the responsibility of your code in the first place, rather it should be handled by argparse
module. Don't bother writing a complex if statement, instead prefer to setup your argument parser something like this:
#!/usr/bin/env python
import argparse as ap
parser = ap.ArgumentParser()
parser.add_argument('--foo', nargs=3, default=['x', 'y', 'z'])
args = parser.parse_args()
print(args.foo)
And yes, it should be an option not a positional argument, because it is after all optional.
edited: To address the concern of LarsH in the comments, below is an example of how you could write it if you were certain you wanted the interface with either 3 or 0 positional args. I am of the opinion that the previous interface is better style, because optional arguments should be options, but here's an alternative approach for the sake of completeness. Note the overriding kwarg usage
when creating your parser, because argparse
will auto-generate a misleading usage message otherwise!
#!/usr/bin/env python
import argparse as ap
parser = ap.ArgumentParser(usage='%(prog)s [-h] [a b c]\n')
parser.add_argument('abc', nargs='*', help='specify 3 or 0 items', default=['x', 'y', 'z'])
args = parser.parse_args()
if len(args.abc) != 3:
parser.error('expected 3 arguments')
print(args.abc)
Here are some usage examples:
# default case
wim@wim-zenbook:/tmp$ ./three_or_none.py
['x', 'y', 'z']
# explicit case
wim@wim-zenbook:/tmp$ ./three_or_none.py 1 2 3
['1', '2', '3']
# example failure mode
wim@wim-zenbook:/tmp$ ./three_or_none.py 1 2
usage: three_or_none.py [-h] [a b c]
three_or_none.py: error: expected 3 arguments
if (row.Columns.Contains("US_OTHERFRIEND"))
<meta name="viewport" content="width=320, initial-scale=1.0, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no"/>
Also making sure height=device-height
is not present in this meta tag helps prevent additional footer padding that normally would not exist on the page. The menubar height adds to the viewport height causing a fixed background to become scrollable.
You can use express body parser.
var express = require('express');
var app = express();
var bodyParser = require('body-parser');
app.use(bodyParser.urlencoded({ extended: true }));
You should have something like this:
$('body').click(function() {
// do something here
});
The callback function will be called when the user clicks somewhere on the web page. You can trigger the callback programmatically with:
$('body').trigger('click');
Here's an alternative since you don't like the cast to int:
foreach(byte b in System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str.ToCharArray()))
Console.Write(b.ToString());
When everything sounded so complicated, this command worked for me:
keytool -genkey -alias foo -keystore cacerts -dname cn=test -storepass changeit -keypass changeit
When a developer is in trouble, I believe a simple working solution snippet is more than enough for him. Later he could diagnose the root cause and basic understanding related to the issue.
Use this:
@Override
public void onBackPressed() {
int fragments = getFragmentManager().getBackStackEntryCount();
if (fragments == 1) {
finish();
}
super.onBackPressed();
}
MySQL function NOW()
returns the current timestamp. The only way I found for PHP is using the following code.
$curr_timestamp = date('Y-m-d H:i:s');
Why don't you build a DataTable
first then assign it to the DataGridView
as DataSource
:
DataTable table4DataSource=new DataTable();
table4DataSource.Columns.Add("col00");
table4DataSource.Columns.Add("col01");
table4DataSource.Columns.Add("col02");
...
(add your rows, manually, in a circle or via a DataReader
from a database table)
(assign the datasource)
dtGrdViewGrid.DataSource = table4DataSource;
and then use:
(dtGrdViewGrid.DataSource as DataTable).DefaultView.RowFilter = "col00 = '" + textBoxSearch.Text+ "'";
dtGrdViewGrid.Refresh();
You can even put this piece of code within your textbox_textchange
event and your filtered values will be showing as you write.
$('#dropdownid').empty();
That will remove all <option>
elements underneath the dropdown element.
If you want to unselect selected items, go with the code from Russ.
you can use setInterval()
in javascript
<script>
//Call the yourAjaxCall() function every 1000 millisecond
setInterval("yourAjaxCall()",1000);
function yourAjaxCall(){...}
</script>
I prefer the promise notation, where you need e.g.
Model.findOneAndRemove({_id:id})
.then( doc => .... )
a = ['it']
b = ['was']
c = ['annoying']
a.extend(b)
a.extend(c)
# a now equals ['it', 'was', 'annoying']
Use That :
$(selector).trigger("change");
OR
$('#id').trigger("click");
OR
$('.class').trigger(event);
Trigger can be any event that javascript support.. Hope it's easy to understandable to all of You.
Pure/vanilla JS solution (working example here)
// All elements with data-company="Microsoft" below "Companies"
let a = document.querySelectorAll("[data-group='Companies'] [data-company='Microsoft']");
// All elements with data-company!="Microsoft" below "Companies"
let b = document.querySelectorAll("[data-group='Companies'] :not([data-company='Microsoft'])");
In querySelectorAll you must use valid CSS selector (currently Level3)
SPEED TEST (2018.06.29) for jQuery and Pure JS: test was performed on MacOs High Sierra 10.13.3 on Chrome 67.0.3396.99 (64-bit), Safari 11.0.3 (13604.5.6), Firefox 59.0.2 (64-bit). Below screenshot shows results for fastest browser (Safari):
PureJS was faster than jQuery about 12% on Chrome, 21% on Firefox and 25% on Safari. Interestingly speed for Chrome was 18.9M operation per second, Firefox 26M, Safari 160.9M (!).
So winner is PureJS and fastest browser is Safari (more than 8x faster than Chrome!)

I know that this is an old question, but exp1orer's answer is very slow for datasets with a large number unique groups (probably because of the lambda). I built off of their answer to turn it into an array calculation so now it's super fast! Below is the example code:
Create the test dataframe with 50,000 unique groups
import random
import string
import pandas as pd
import numpy as np
np.random.seed(0)
# This is the total number of groups to be created
NumberOfGroups = 50000
# Create a lot of groups (random strings of 4 letters)
Group1 = [''.join(random.choice(string.ascii_uppercase) for _ in range(4)) for x in range(NumberOfGroups/10)]*10
Group2 = [''.join(random.choice(string.ascii_uppercase) for _ in range(4)) for x in range(NumberOfGroups/2)]*2
FinalGroup = [''.join(random.choice(string.ascii_uppercase) for _ in range(4)) for x in range(NumberOfGroups)]
# Make the numbers
NumbersForPercents = [np.random.randint(100, 999) for _ in range(NumberOfGroups)]
# Make the dataframe
df = pd.DataFrame({'Group 1': Group1,
'Group 2': Group2,
'Final Group': FinalGroup,
'Numbers I want as percents': NumbersForPercents})
When grouped it looks like:
Numbers I want as percents
Group 1 Group 2 Final Group

# Initial grouping (basically a sorted version of df)
PreGroupby_df = df.groupby(["Group 1","Group 2","Final Group"]).agg({'Numbers I want as percents': 'sum'}).reset_index()
# Get the sum of values for the "final group", append "_Sum" to it's column name, and change it into a dataframe (.reset_index)

# Drop the extra _Sum column

There are a couple ways to do this.
First, instead of going into openssl command prompt mode, just enter everything on one command line from the Windows prompt:
E:\> openssl x509 -pubkey -noout -in cert.pem > pubkey.pem
If for some reason, you have to use the openssl command prompt, just enter everything up to the ">". Then OpenSSL will print out the public key info to the screen. You can then copy this and paste it into a file called pubkey.pem.
openssl> x509 -pubkey -noout -in cert.pem
Output will look something like this:

Been a while since I was in ASP land, but iirc there's a couple of ways:
try catch finally
can be reasonably simulated in VBS (good article here here) and there's an event called class_terminate
you can watch and catch exceptions globally in. Then there's the possibility of changing your scripting language...
This is from an interview with Gosling and others, about simplicity:
Gosling: For me as a language designer, which I don't really count myself as these days, what "simple" really ended up meaning was could I expect J. Random Developer to hold the spec in his head. That definition says that, for instance, Java isn't -- and in fact a lot of these languages end up with a lot of corner cases, things that nobody really understands. Quiz any C developer about unsigned, and pretty soon you discover that almost no C developers actually understand what goes on with unsigned, what unsigned arithmetic is. Things like that made C complex. The language part of Java is, I think, pretty simple. The libraries you have to look up.
John Woo's answer is correct, as far as it goes. Here are a few additional points.
A primary key is always one of the candidate keys. Fairly often, it's the only candidate.
A table with no candidate keys does not represent a relation. If you're using the relational model to help you build a good database, then every table you design will have at least one candidate key.
The relational model would be complete without the concept of primary key. It wasn't in the original presentation of the relational model. As a practical matter, the use of foreign key references without a declared primary key leads to a mess. It could be a logically correct mess, but it's a mess nonetheless. Declaring a primary key lets the DBMS help you enforce the data rules. Most of the time, having the DBMS help you enforce the data rules is a good thing, and well worth the cost.
Some database designers and some users have some mental confusion about whether the primary key identifies a row (record) in a table or an instance of an entity in the subject matter that the table represents. In an ideal world, it's supposed to do both, and there should be a one-for-one correspondence between rows in an entity table and instances of the corresponding entity.
In the real world, things get screwed up. Somebody enters the same new employee twice, and the employee ends up with two ids. Somebody gets hired, but the data entry slips through the cracks in some manual process, and the employee doesn't get an id, until the omission is corrected. A database that does not collapse the first time things get screwed up is more robust than one that does.
Here's another example that was tested, and will match search & replace patterns:
import fileinput
import sys
def replaceAll(file,searchExp,replaceExp):
for line in fileinput.input(file, inplace=1):
if searchExp in line:
line = line.replace(searchExp,replaceExp)
sys.stdout.write(line)
Example use:
replaceAll("/fooBar.txt","Hello\sWorld!$","Goodbye\sWorld.")
The selected answer would work for as long as you know the key itself that you want to delete but if it should be truly dynamic you would need to use the [] notation instead of the dot notation.
For example:
var keyToDelete = "key1";
var myObj = {"test": {"key1": "value", "key2": "value"}}
//that will not work.
delete myObj.test.keyToDelete
instead you would need to use:
delete myObj.test[keyToDelete];
Substitute the dot notation with [] notation for those values that you want evaluated before being deleted.
you can use String format to include variables within strings
i use this code to include 2 variable in string:
String myString = String.format("this is my string %s %2d", variable1Name, variable2Name);
The best way I found is:
!isNaN(Date.parse("some date test"))
//
!isNaN(Date.parse("22/05/2001")) // true
!isNaN(Date.parse("blabla")) // false

There are mentions of it in this post but no one explicitly addresses it, so maybe this will save people some time. If you are like me and have multiple classes extending one root class which extends ActionBarActivity, it may not be immediately obvious that trying to set that activity to a NoTitleBar/NoActionBar will throw an error, specifically:
"You need to use a Theme.AppCompat theme (or descendant) with this activity"
You can fix this changing the extends to Activity.
You could use String.slice
:
var str = '12345678value';
var strshortened = str.slice(0,8);
alert(strshortened); //=> '12345678'
Using this, a String extension could be:
String.prototype.truncate = String.prototype.truncate ||
function (n){
return this.slice(0,n);
};
var str = '12345678value';
alert(str.truncate(8)); //=> '12345678'
I'd use a 'where not exists' -- exactly as you suggest in your title:
SELECT `voter`.`ID`, `voter`.`Last_Name`, `voter`.`First_Name`,
`voter`.`Middle_Name`, `voter`.`Age`, `voter`.`Sex`,
`voter`.`Party`, `voter`.`Demo`, `voter`.`PV`,
`household`.`Address`, `household`.`City`, `household`.`Zip`
FROM (`voter`)
JOIN `household` ON `voter`.`House_ID`=`household`.`id`
WHERE `CT` = '5'
AND `Precnum` = 'CTY3'
AND `Last_Name` LIKE '%Cumbee%'
AND `First_Name` LIKE '%John%'
AND NOT EXISTS (
SELECT * FROM `elimination`
WHERE `elimination`.`voter_id` = `voter`.`ID`
)
ORDER BY `Last_Name` ASC
LIMIT 30
That may be marginally faster than doing a left join (of course, depending on your indexes, cardinality of your tables, etc), and is almost certainly much faster than using IN.
You're on the right track. The two constructors accept arguments, or you can specify them post-construction with ProcessBuilder#command(java.util.List)
and ProcessBuilder#command(String...)
.
You cannot concatenate a string
with an int
. You would need to convert your int
to a string
using the str
function, or use formatting
to format your output.
Change: -
print("Ok. Your balance is now at " + balanceAfterStrength + " skill points.")
to: -
print("Ok. Your balance is now at {} skill points.".format(balanceAfterStrength))
or: -
print("Ok. Your balance is now at " + str(balanceAfterStrength) + " skill points.")
or as per the comment, use ,
to pass different strings to your print
function, rather than concatenating using +
: -
print("Ok. Your balance is now at ", balanceAfterStrength, " skill points.")
Whatever advice path you go down, make a copy of your project folder, and rename the external most one to reflect what XCode version it is being opened in. Your choice on whether you want it to update syntax or not, but the main reason for all this bovver is your storyboard will be altered just by looking. It may be resolved by the time a new reader coming across this in the future, or
I updated to Yosemite and Android Studio wouldn't clean my projects or Run them on virtual or real device because of the following error:
Failed to complete Gradle execution.Cause:Supplied javaHome is not a valid folder. You supplied: /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home
After some research and trouble shooting, I found that the JDK file that was being pointed to at "/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home" wasn't there; all of "JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home" was missing from "/System/Library/Java". So, I copied "JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home" over from "/Library/Java/" to "/System/Library/Java/" and cha ching! I was back in business.
200 (cache) means Firefox is simply using the locally cached version. This is the fastest because no request to the Web server is made.
304 means Firefox is sending a "If-Modified-Since" conditional request to the Web server. If the file has not been updated since the date sent by the browser, the Web server returns a 304 response which essentially tells Firefox to use its cached version. It is not as fast as 200 (cache) because the request is still sent to the Web server, but the server doesn't have to send the contents of the file.
To your last question, I don't know why the two JavaScript files in the same directory are returning different results.
Use get_the_category()
like this:
<?php
foreach((get_the_category()) as $category) {
echo $category->cat_name . ' ';
}
?>
It returns a list because a post can have more than one category.
The documentation also explains how to do this from outside the loop.
You want to make the format/style explicit and don't rely on interpretation based on local settings (which may vary among your clients infrastructure).

Note that the T in the ISO 8601 is actually the letter T and not a variable.
public class FindDigitFromString
{
public static void main(String[] args)
{
String s=" Hi How Are You 11 ";
String s1=s.replaceAll("[^0-9]+", "");
//*replacing all the value of string except digit by using "[^0-9]+" regex.*
System.out.println(s1);
}
}
Output: 11
A string needs no encoding. It is simply a sequence of Unicode characters.
You need to encode when you want to turn a String into a sequence of bytes. The charset the you choose (UTF-8, cp1255, etc.) determines the Character->Byte mapping. Note that a character is not necessarily translated into a single byte. In most charsets, most Unicode characters are translated to at least two bytes.
Encoding of a String is carried out by:
String s1 = "some text";
byte[] bytes = s1.getBytes("UTF-8"); // Charset to encode into
You need to decode when you have ? sequence of bytes and you want to turn them into a String. When y?u d? that you need to specify, again, the charset with which the byt?s were originally encoded (otherwise you'll end up with garbl?d t?xt).
Decoding:
String s2 = new String(bytes, "UTF-8"); // Charset with which bytes were encoded
If you want to understand this better, a great text is "The Absolute Minimum Every Software Developer Absolutely, Positively Must Know About Unicode and Character Sets (No Excuses!)"
Also, be aware of differences in casting, especially when working with bitmasks, due to casting to signed char:
bool a = 0x0100;
a == true; // expression true
BOOL b = 0x0100;
b == false; // expression true on !((TARGET_OS_IPHONE && __LP64__) || TARGET_OS_WATCH), e.g. MacOS
b == true; // expression true on (TARGET_OS_IPHONE && __LP64__) || TARGET_OS_WATCH
If BOOL is a signed char instead of a bool, the cast of 0x0100 to BOOL simply drops the set bit, and the resulting value is 0.
If you are using Node.js Express and Typescript here is a working example, this works with javascript also, just change the let to var and the import to includes etc...
first import the following make sure you install formidable by running the following command:
npm install formidable
than import the following:
import * as formidable from 'formidable';
import * as fs from 'fs';
then your function like bellow:
uploadFile(req, res) {
let form = new formidable.IncomingForm();
form.parse(req, function (err, fields, files) {
let oldpath = files.file.path;
let newpath = 'C:/test/' + files.file.name;
fs.rename(oldpath, newpath, function (err) {
if (err) throw err;
res.write('File uploaded and moved!');
res.end();
});
});
}
There are a number of ways to make Python speak in both Python3 and Python2, two great methods are:
If you are on mac you will have the os module built into your computer. You can import the os module using:
import os
You can then use os to run terminal commands using the os.system command:
os.system("Your terminal")
In terminal, the way you make your computer speak is using the "say" command, thus to make the computer speak you simply use:
os.system("say 'some text'")
If you want to use this to speak a variable you can use:
os.system("say " + myVariable)
The second way to get python to speak is to use
You will have to install this using
pip isntall pyttsx3
or for Python3
pip3 install pyttsx3
You can then use the following code to get it to speak:
import pyttsx3
engine = pyttsx3.init()
engine.say("Your Text")
engine.runAndWait()
I hope this helps! :)
The documentation is here: http://docs.jquery.com/Ajax/jQuery.ajax
But, to summarize, the ajax call takes a bunch of options. the ones you are looking for are error and success.
You would call it like this:
$.ajax({
url: 'mypage.html',
success: function(){
alert('success');
},
error: function(){
alert('failure');
}
});
I have shown the success and error function taking no arguments, but they can receive arguments.
The error function can take three arguments: XMLHttpRequest, textStatus, and errorThrown.
The success function can take two arguments: data and textStatus. The page you requested will be in the data argument.
If you really want to got nuts, add a new method to the prototype:
if (!('empty' in Array.prototype)) {
Array.prototype.empty = function () {
return this.length === 0;
};
}
[1, 2].empty() // false
[].empty() // true
I was getting this problem and it turned out I had included my controller both in ui.router and in the html template as in
.config(['$stateProvider',
function($stateProvider) {
$stateProvider.state('dashboard', {
url: '/dashboard',
templateUrl: 'dashboard/views/index.html',
controller: 'DashboardController'
});
}
]);
and
<section data-ng-controller="DashboardController">
You can also use dplyr
's distinct()
function! It tends to be more efficient than alternative options, especially if you have loads of observations.
distinct_data <- dplyr::distinct(yourdata)
You're making an HTTP POST, but trying to pass parameters with the GET query string syntax. In a POST, the data are passed as named parameters and do not use the param=value&foo=bar
syntax. Using jQuery's ajax method lets you create a javascript object with the named parameters, like so:
$.ajax({
url: '/Home/SaveChart',
type: 'POST',
async: false,
dataType: 'text',
processData: false,
data: {
input: JSON.stringify(IVRInstant.data),
name: $("#wrkname").val()
},
success: function (data) { }
});
think simple
<button id="button1" onclick="Click();">ok</button>
<script>
var buttonClick = false;
function Click() {
if (buttonClick) {
return;
}
else {
buttonClick = true;
//todo
alert("ok");
//buttonClick = false;
}
}
</script>
if you want run once :)
I've run into cases where __file__
doesn't work as expected. But the following hasn't failed me so far:
import inspect
src_file_path = inspect.getfile(lambda: None)
This is the closest thing to a Python analog to C's __FILE__
.
The behavior of Python's __file__
is much different than C's __FILE__
. The C version will give you the original path of the source file. This is useful in logging errors and knowing which source file has the bug.
Python's __file__
only gives you the name of the currently executing file, which may not be very useful in log output.
No need for mysqladmin:
just use mysql command line
mysql -u [username] -p[password] -e 'drop database db-name;'
This will send the drop command although I wouldn't pass the password this way as it'll be exposed to other users of the system via ps aux

Use collectl
which has extensive process I/O monitoring including monitoring threads.
Be warned that there are I/O counters for I/O being written to cache and I/O going to disk. collectl
reports them separately. If you're not careful you can misinterpret the data. See http://collectl.sourceforge.net/Process.html
Of course, it shows a lot more than just process stats because you'd want one tool to provide everything rather than a bunch of different one that displays everything in different formats, right?
It is likely because they used a single function for escaping attributes and text nodes. &
doesn't do any harm so why complicate your code and make it more error-prone by having two escaping functions and having to pick between them?
If you want to use jQuery, there is $.merge()
Example:
a = [1, 2];
b = [3, 4, 5];
$.merge(a,b);
Result: a = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
To get to a specific committed code, you need the hash code of that commit. You can get that hash code in two ways:
git log
and check your recent commits on that branch. It will show you the hash code of your commit and the message you leaved while you were committing your code. Just copy and then do git checkout commit_hash_code
After moving to that code, if you want to work on it and make changes, you should make another branch with git checkout -b <new-branch-name>
, otherwise, the changes will not be retained.
You must add an ObjectSerialization class to your program the following may work
import java.io.ByteArrayInputStream;
import java.io.ByteArrayOutputStream;
import java.io.IOException;
import java.io.ObjectInputStream;
import java.io.ObjectOutputStream;
import java.io.Serializable;
public class ObjectSerializer {
public static String serialize(Serializable obj) throws IOException {

ObjectOutputStream objStream = new ObjectOutputStream(serialObj);
objStream.writeObject(obj);
objStream.close();
return encodeBytes(serialObj.toByteArray());
} catch (Exception e) {
throw new RuntimeException(e);
}
}
public static Object deserialize(String str) throws IOException {
if (str == null || str.length() == 0) return null;
try {
ByteArrayInputStream serialObj = new ByteArrayInputStream(decodeBytes(str));
ObjectInputStream objStream = new ObjectInputStream(serialObj);
return objStream.readObject();
} catch (Exception e) {
throw new RuntimeException(e);
}
}
public static String encodeBytes(byte[] bytes) {
StringBuffer strBuf = new StringBuffer();
for (int i = 0; i < bytes.length; i++) {
strBuf.append((char) (((bytes[i] >> 4) & 0xF) + ((int) 'a')));

if you are using to store an array with SharedPreferences than use following:-
SharedPreferences sharedPreferences = this.getSharedPreferences(getPackageName(),MODE_PRIVATE);
To Serialize:-
sharedPreferences.putString("name",ObjectSerializer.serialize(array));
To Deserialize:-
newarray = (CAST_IT_TO_PROPER_TYPE) ObjectSerializer.deSerialize(sharedPreferences.getString(name),null);
To get rid of the error, roll back the last (erroneous) transaction after you've fixed your code:
from django.db import transaction
transaction.rollback()
You can use try-except to prevent the error from occurring:
from django.db import transaction, DatabaseError
try:
a.save()
except DatabaseError:
transaction.rollback()

; alternatively setShadowLayer() ?
Try to send an e-mail through that SMTP server manually/from an interactive mailer (e.g. Mozilla Thunderbird). From the errors, it seems the server won't accept your credentials. Is that SMTP running on the port, or is it SSL+SMTP? You don't seem to be using secure connection in the code you've posted, and I'm not sure if PHPMailer actually supports SSL+SMTP.
(First result of googling your SMTP server's hostname: http://podpora.ebola.cz/idx.php/0/006/article/Strucny-technicky-popis-nastaveni-sluzeb.html seems to say "SMTPs mail sending: secure SSL connection,port: 465" . )
It looks like PHPMailer does support SSL; at least from this. So, you'll need to change this:
define('SMTP_SERVER', 'smtp.ebola.cz');
into this:
define('SMTP_SERVER', 'ssl://smtp.ebola.cz');

the problem is mostly in packages organization. You should arrange your classes in folders properly regarding to the package classifications in your source code.
On Compiling process use this command:
javac -d . [FileName.java]
To Run the class please use this command:
java [Package].[ClassName]
You can do that using count
:
my_dict = {i:MyList.count(i) for i in MyList}
>>> print my_dict #or print(my_dict) in python-3.x
{'a': 3, 'c': 3, 'b': 1}
Or using collections.Counter
:
from collections import Counter
a = dict(Counter(MyList))
>>> print a #or print(a) in python-3.x
{'a': 3, 'c': 3, 'b': 1}
Thought I knew I had read about that in the standard; but can't find it. Keeps looking. Old; answering heading; not Q-tex ;P:
The following program would determine that:
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdint.h>
int is_big_endian(void)
{
union {
uint32_t i;
char c[4];
} e = { 0x01000000 };
return e.c[0];
}
int main(void)
{
printf("System is %s-endian.\n",
is_big_endian() ? "big" : "little");
return 0;
}
You also have this approach; from Quake II:
byte swaptest[2] = {1,0};
if ( *(short *)swaptest == 1) {
bigendien = false;
And !is_big_endian()
is not 100% to be little as it can be mixed/middle.
Believe this can be checked using same approach only change value from 0x01000000
to i.e. 0x01020304
giving:
switch(e.c[0]) {
case 0x01: BIG
case 0x02: MIX
default: LITTLE
But not entirely sure about that one ...
For #4, the closest thing to starting java with a jar file for your app is a new feature in Python 2.6, executable zip files and directories.
python myapp.zip
Where myapp.zip is a zip containing a __main__.py
file which is executed as the script file to be executed. Your package dependencies can also be included in the file:
__main__.py
mypackage/__init__.py
mypackage/someliblibfile.py
You can also execute an egg, but the incantation is not as nice:
# Bourn Shell and derivatives (Linux/OSX/Unix)
PYTHONPATH=myapp.egg python -m myapp
rem Windows
set PYTHONPATH=myapp.egg
python -m myapp
This puts the myapp.egg on the Python path and uses the -m argument to run a module. Your myapp.egg will likely look something like:
myapp/__init__.py
myapp/somelibfile.py
And python will run __init__.py
(you should check that __file__=='__main__'
in your app for command line use).
Egg files are just zip files so you might be able to add __main__.py
to your egg with a zip tool and make it executable in python 2.6 and run it like python myapp.egg
instead of the above incantation where the PYTHONPATH environment variable is set.
More information on executable zip files including how to make them directly executable with a shebang can be found on Michael Foord's blog post on the subject.
If you are using an <img>
tag for the SVG, then you cannot manipulate its contents (as far as I know).
As the accepted answer shows, using <object>
is an option.
I needed this recently and used gulp-inject
during my gulp build to inject the contents of an SVG file directly into the HTML document as an <svg>
element, which is then very easy to work with using CSS selectors and querySelector
/getElementBy*
.
Calendar calendar = Calendar.getInstance();
calendar.setTime(new Date());
int mSec = calendar.get(Calendar.MILLISECOND);
Though, the above technique works for the general case, it didn't work on Amazon Web Services (AWS) PEM files.
I did find in the AWS docs the following command works:
ssh-keygen -y
http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-key-pairs.html
edit Thanks @makenova for the complete line:
ssh-keygen -y -f key.pem > key.pub
You can use double splat operator which is available since Ruby 2.0:
h = { a: 1, b: 2 }
h = { **h, c: 3 }
p h
# => {:a=>1, :b=>2, :c=>3}
Faced the problem of missing stdlib.h
and stdio.h
(and maybe more) after installing VS2017 Community on a new computer and migrating a solution from VS2013 to VS2017.
Used @Maxim Akristiniy's proposal, but still got error message regarding toolset compatibility. However VS itself suggested to do solution retarget by right-clicking on the solution in Solution Explorer, then selecting Retarget solution
from the menu and the updated Windows SDK Version
from the drop-down list.
Now my projects build w/o a problem.
Note that you may need to make the project your startup project for the retargeting to catch.
A CustomValidator would also work here:
<asp:CustomValidator runat="server"
ID="valDateRange"
ControlToValidate="txtDatecompleted"
onservervalidate="valDateRange_ServerValidate"
ErrorMessage="enter valid date" />
Code-behind:
protected void valDateRange_ServerValidate(object source, ServerValidateEventArgs args)
{
DateTime minDate = DateTime.Parse("1000/12/28");
DateTime maxDate = DateTime.Parse("9999/12/28");
DateTime dt;
args.IsValid = (DateTime.TryParse(args.Value, out dt)
&& dt <= maxDate
&& dt >= minDate);
}
The best way would be to do:
print eval("2 + 2")
If you wanted to you could use a variable:
addition = eval("2 + 2")
print addition
If you really wanted to, you could use a function:
def add(num1, num2):
eval("num1 + num2")
i encountered this error in quite a stupid way
@Autowired
// private Bean bean;
public void myMethod() {
return;
}
what happened is that I commented a line for some reason and left the annotation which made spring think that the method needs to be autowired
If you run the server in normal mode you can recover the log by restarting the main project in debug mode. It seems that NB opens a new server log when the server run mode changes.
In Ubuntu the file path is ./opt/lampp/var/mysql
Just create the variables in a class. And then inherit from that class to access its variables. But before accessing them, the parent class has to be called to initiate the variables.
class a:
def func1(self):
a.var1 = "Stack "
class b:
def func2(self):
b.var2 = "Overflow"
class c(a,b):
def func3(self):
c.var3 = a.var1 + b.var2
print(c.var3)
a().func1()
b().func2()
c().func3()
You are encoding the form incorrectly. You should only encode the values:
StringBuilder postData = new StringBuilder();
postData.Append("username=" + HttpUtility.UrlEncode(uname) + "&");
postData.Append("password=" + HttpUtility.UrlEncode(pword) + "&");
postData.Append("url_success=" + HttpUtility.UrlEncode(urlSuccess) + "&");
postData.Append("url_failed=" + HttpUtility.UrlEncode(urlFailed));
edit
I was incorrect. According to RFC1866 section 8.2.1 both names and values should be encoded.
But for the given example, the names do not have any characters that needs to be encoded, so in this case my code example is correct ;)
The code in the question is still incorrect as it would encode the equal sign which is the reason to why the web server cannot decode it.
A more proper way would have been:
StringBuilder postData = new StringBuilder();
postData.AppendUrlEncoded("username", uname);
postData.AppendUrlEncoded("password", pword);
postData.AppendUrlEncoded("url_success", urlSuccess);
postData.AppendUrlEncoded("url_failed", urlFailed);
//in an extension class
public static void AppendUrlEncoded(this StringBuilder sb, string name, string value)
{
if (sb.Length != 0)
sb.Append("&");
sb.Append(HttpUtility.UrlEncode(name));
sb.Append("=");
sb.Append(HttpUtility.UrlEncode(value));
}
class receipt_model extends CI_Model {
public function index(){
$this->db->select('*');
$this->db->from('donor_details');
$this->db->order_by('donor_id','desc');
$query=$this->db->get();
$row=$query->row();
return $row;
}
}
file__IO = input('\nEnter file name here to analize with path:: ')
with open(file__IO, 'r') as f:
data = f.read()
line = data.splitlines()
words = data.split()
spaces = data.split(" ")
charc = (len(data) - len(spaces))
print('\n Line number ::', len(line), '\n Words number ::', len(words), '\n Spaces ::', len(spaces), '\n Charecters ::', (len(data)-len(spaces)))
I tried this code & it works as expected.
I was not able to find any solution for this type of animation using ViewPropertyAnimator.
Here's an example:
Layout:
<FrameLayout
android:id="@+id/child_view_container"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content">
<EditText
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:id="@+id/child_view"
android:gravity="center_horizontal"
android:layout_gravity="center_horizontal"
/>
</FrameLayout>
Animate - Right to left and exit view:
final childView = findViewById(R.id.child_view);
View containerView = findViewById(R.id.child_view_container);
childView.animate()
.translationXBy(-containerView.getWidth())
.setDuration(TRANSLATION_DURATION)
.setInterpolator(new AccelerateDecelerateInterpolator())
.setListener(new AnimatorListenerAdapter() {
@Override
public void onAnimationEnd(Animator animation) {
childView.setVisibility(View.GONE);
}
});
Animate - Right to left enter view:
final View childView = findViewById(R.id.child_view);
View containerView = findViewById(R.id.child_view_container);
childView.setTranslationX(containerView.getWidth());
childView.animate()

Coming here from first Google hit:
You can turn off the behavior AND and warning by exporting GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM=1
.
On heroku, if you heroku config:set GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM=1
the warning will go away.
It's probably because you are building a gem from source and the gemspec shells out to git
, like many do today. So, you'll still get the warning fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
but addressing that is for another day :)
My answer is a duplicate of: - comment GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM problem when working with terminal and MacFusion
this works for ubuntu 15.10:
sudo locale-gen "en_US.UTF-8"
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
If you want to generate the class with auto properties, convert the XSD to XML using this then convert the XML to JSON using this and copy to clipboard the result. Then in VS, inside the file where your class will be created, go to Edit>Paste Special>Paste JSON as classes.
I never had any luck with that approach. I always do this (hope this helps):
var obj = {};
obj.first_name = $("#namec").val();
obj.last_name = $("#surnamec").val();
obj.email = $("#emailc").val();
obj.mobile = $("#numberc").val();
obj.password = $("#passwordc").val();
Then in your ajax:
$.ajax({
type: "POST",
url: hb_base_url + "consumer",
contentType: "application/json",
dataType: "json",
data: JSON.stringify(obj),
success: function(response) {
console.log(response);
},
error: function(response) {
console.log(response);
}
});
I had some data I had to get from mssql into mysql, had difficulty finding a solution. So what I did in the end (a bit of a long winded way to do it, but as a last resort it works) was:
Click the top left corner box to select whole table:
Copy data to clipboard (ctrl + v)
Hope this helps
Yes even I got the same error. So I did the following changes
-> Check the error in the Problems tab located near the Console tab
-> See where the error persists, Its possible that some jar file may be corrupted or is outdated so, pom isn't activated in the Project.
-> I found one of my jar was outdated version so I updated it by getting the dependencies from maven repository from this link https://mvnrepository.com
So to conclude, do check where the error persist and which jar file is outdated and make changes accordingly
>>> a=["a","b","c","d","e"]
>>> a[0],a[3] = a[3],a[0]
>>> a
['d', 'b', 'c', 'a', 'e']
As @Devart says, the total length of your index is too long.
The short answer is that you shouldn't be indexing such long VARCHAR columns anyway, because the index will be very bulky and inefficient.
The best practice is to use prefix indexes so you're only indexing a left substring of the data. Most of your data will be a lot shorter than 255 characters anyway.
You can declare a prefix length per column as you define the index. For example:
...
KEY `index` (`parent_menu_id`,`menu_link`(50),`plugin`(50),`alias`(50))
...
But what's the best prefix length for a given column? Here's a method to find out:
SELECT
ROUND(SUM(LENGTH(`menu_link`)<10)*100/COUNT(`menu_link`),2) AS pct_length_10,
ROUND(SUM(LENGTH(`menu_link`)<20)*100/COUNT(`menu_link`),2) AS pct_length_20,
ROUND(SUM(LENGTH(`menu_link`)<50)*100/COUNT(`menu_link`),2) AS pct_length_50,
ROUND(SUM(LENGTH(`menu_link`)<100)*100/COUNT(`menu_link`),2) AS pct_length_100
FROM `pds_core_menu_items`;
It tells you the proportion of rows that have no more than a given string length in the menu_link
column. You might see output like this:
+---------------+---------------+---------------+----------------+
| pct_length_10 | pct_length_20 | pct_length_50 | pct_length_100 |
+---------------+---------------+---------------+----------------+
| 21.78 | 80.20 | 100.00 | 100.00 |
+---------------+---------------+---------------+----------------+
This tells you that 80% of your strings are less than 20 characters, and all of your strings are less than 50 characters. So there's no need to index more than a prefix length of 50, and certainly no need to index the full length of 255 characters.
PS: The INT(1)
and INT(32)
data types indicates another misunderstanding about MySQL. The numeric argument has no effect related to storage or the range of values allowed for the column. INT
is always 4 bytes, and it always allows values from -2147483648 to 2147483647. The numeric argument is about padding values during display, which has no effect unless you use the ZEROFILL
option.
You can use PapaParse to help. https://www.papaparse.com/
Here is a CodePen. https://codepen.io/sandro-wiggers/pen/VxrxNJ
Papa.parse(e, {
header:true,
before: function(file, inputElem){ console.log('Attempting to Parse...')},
error: function(err, file, inputElem, reason){ console.log(err); },
complete: function(results, file){ $.PAYLOAD = results; }
});
In the action you can call:
this.Request.PhysicalPath
that returns the physical path in reference to the current controller. If you only need the root path call:
this.Request.PhysicalApplicationPath
Fatal Error gave a straightforward possibility: source your second script! if you're worried that this second script may alter some of your precious variables, you can always source it in a subshell:
( . ./test2.sh )
The parentheses will make the source happen in a subshell, so that the parent shell will not see the modifications test2.sh
could perform.
There's another possibility that should definitely be referenced here: use set -a
.
From the POSIX set
reference:
-a
: When this option is on, the export attribute shall be set for each variable to which an assignment is performed; see the Base Definitions volume of IEEE Std 1003.1-2001, Section 4.21, Variable Assignment. If the assignment precedes a utility name in a command, the export attribute shall not persist in the current execution environment after the utility completes, with the exception that preceding one of the special built-in utilities causes the export attribute to persist after the built-in has completed. If the assignment does not precede a utility name in the command, or if the assignment is a result of the operation of the getopts or read utilities, the export attribute shall persist until the variable is unset.
From the Bash Manual:
-a
: Mark variables and function which are modified or created for export to the environment of subsequent commands.
So in your case:
set -a
TESTVARIABLE=hellohelloheloo
# ...
# Here put all the variables that will be marked for export
# and that will be available from within test2 (and all other commands).
# If test2 modifies the variables, the modifications will never be
# seen in the present script!
set +a
./test2.sh
# Here, even if test2 modifies TESTVARIABLE, you'll still have
# TESTVARIABLE=hellohelloheloo
Observe that the specs only specify that with set -a
the variable is marked for export. That is:
set -a
a=b
set +a
a=c
bash -c 'echo "$a"'
will echo c
and not an empty line nor b
(that is, set +a
doesn't unmark for export, nor does it “save” the value of the assignment only for the exported environment). This is, of course, the most natural behavior.
Conclusion: using set -a
/set +a
can be less tedious than exporting manually all the variables. It is superior to sourcing the second script, as it will work for any command, not only the ones written in the same shell language.
Wouldn't it be significantly more readable to do a positive match and reject those strings - rather than match the negative to find strings to accept?

unfortunately didn't work for me.
This is what worked for me:

compile 'com.google.zxing:core:3.2.0'
}

You're trying to access an element based on the name
attribute which works for postbacks to the server, but JavaScript responds to the id
attribute. Add an id
with the same value as name
and all should work fine.

If there is other content not being shown inside the outer-div (the green box), why not have that content wrapped inside another div, let's call it "content"
. Have overflow hidden on this new inner-div, but keep overflow visible on the green box.
The only catch is that you will then have to mess around to make sure that the content div doesn't interfere with the positioning of the red box, but it sounds like you should be able to fix that with little headache.
<div id="1" background: #efe; padding: 5px; width: 125px">
<div id="content" style="overflow: hidden;">
</div>
<div id="2" style="position: relative; background: #fee; padding: 2px; width: 100px; height: 100px">
<div id="3" style="position: absolute; top: 10px; background: #eef; padding: 2px; width: 75px; height: 150px"/>
</div>
</div>
Flexboxes can accomplish this by using align-items: flex-end;
with display: flex;
or display: inline-flex;
div#imageContainer {
height: 160px;
align-items: flex-end;
display: flex;
/* This is the default value, so you only need to explicitly set it if it's already being set to something else elsewhere. */
/*flex-direction: row;*/
}

Had the same issue. I used a dirty trick like so:
var s = '<div id="myDiv"></div>';
var temp = document.createElement('div');
temp.innerHTML = s;
var htmlObject = temp.firstChild;
Now, you can add styles the way you like:
htmlObject.style.marginTop = something;
Another oh-so-easy mistake, which was the source of the problem for me: I’d written my own shouldComponentUpdate
method, which didn’t check the new state change I’d added.
Standard keybinding for VS Code on macOS:
Selection to upper case ?+K, ?+U and to lower case: ?+K, ?+L.
All key combinations can be opened with ?+K ?+S (like Keyboard Settings), where you can also search for specific key combinations.
Sure, convert the file to ascii and blast all unicode characters away. It will probably work.... BUT...
Two more sugrical approaches to fixing the problem:
Regex search all unicode characters not part non-extended ascii. In notepad++ I can search up to FFFF, which hasn't failed me yet.
[\x{80}-\x{FFFF}]
80 is hex for 128, the first extended ascii character.
After hitting "find next" and highlighting what appears to be empty space, you can close your search dialog and press CTRL+C to copy to clipboard.
Then paste the character into a unicode search tool. I usually use an online one. http://unicode.scarfboy.com/
Example: I had a bullet point (•) in my code somehow. The unicode value is 2022 (hex), but when read as ascii by the compiler you get \342 \200 \242 (3 octal values). It's not as simple as converting each octal values to hex and smashing them together. So "E2 80 A2" is NOT the hex unicode point in your code.
Apple released code at WWDC as a category on UIImage that includes this functionality, if you have a developer account you can grab the UIImage category (and the rest of the sample code) by going to this link: https://developer.apple.com/wwdc/schedule/ and browsing for section 226 and clicking on details. I haven't played around with it yet but I think the effect will be a lot slower on iOS 6, there are some enhancements to iOS 7 that make grabbing the initial screen shot that is used as input to the blur a lot faster.
