You can add some code like this
ListView.builder{
shrinkWrap: true,
}
when new props or states being received (like you call setState
here), React will invoked some functions, which are called componentWillUpdate
and componentDidUpdate
in your case, just simply add a componentDidUpdate
function to call this.drawGrid()
here is working code in JS Bin
as I mentioned, in the code, componentDidUpdate
will be invoked after this.setState(...)
then componentDidUpdate
inside is going to call this.drawGrid()
read more about component Lifecycle in React https://facebook.github.io/react/docs/component-specs.html#updating-componentwillupdate
by the way it DOES work even in Xcode Version 8.3.1 (8E1000a) adding an image for iOS 11 beta. I added 11.0 (15A5278f) inside
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/
and works with my iPhone 7plus with new iOS 11 beta.
After a long reserch and digging too deep i found the solution of certificate pinning in android and yes its different from iOS where we need a certificate itself but in android we just need a hash pin and that's it.
How to get hash pin for certificate?
Initially just use a wrong hash pin and your java class will throw an error with correct hash pins or pin chain, just copy and paste into your code thats it.
This solution fixed my problem : https://stackoverflow.com/a/45853669/3448003
If you're trying to take advantage of polymorphic behavior, you need to ensure that the methods visible to outside classes (that need polymorphism) have the same signature. That means they need to have the same name, number and order of parameters, as well as the parameter types.
In your case, you might do better to have a generic draw()
method, and rely on the subclasses (Rectangle
, Ellipse
) to implement the draw()
method as what you had been thinking of as "drawEllipse" and "drawRectangle".
Use FileSaver.js
. It supports Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and IE 10+ (and probably IE < 10 with a few "polyfills" - see Note 4). FileSaver.js
implements the saveAs() FileSaver interface in browsers that do not natively support it:
https://github.com/eligrey/FileSaver.js
Minified version is really small at < 2.5KB, gzipped < 1.2KB.
Usage:
/* TODO: replace the blob content with your byte[] */
var blob = new Blob([yourBinaryDataAsAnArrayOrAsAString], {type: "application/octet-stream"});
var fileName = "myFileName.myExtension";
saveAs(blob, fileName);
You might need Blob.js in some browsers (see Note 3). Blob.js implements the W3C Blob interface in browsers that do not natively support it. It is a cross-browser implementation:
https://github.com/eligrey/Blob.js
Consider StreamSaver.js if you have files larger than blob's size limitations.
Complete example:
/* Two options_x000D_

Tested on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and IE 11 (use FileSaver.js
for supporting IE 11).
You can also save from a canvas
element. See https://github.com/eligrey/FileSaver.js#saving-a-canvas.

Change the img-class responsive to:
.img-responsive, x:-moz-any-link {
display: block;
max-width: 100%;
width: auto;
height: auto;
Just leave out the "dot-slash" ./

D:\Gesture Recognition\Gesture Recognition\Debug>"Gesture Recognition.exe"
Though, if you wanted to, you could use .\
and it would work.
D:\Gesture Recognition\Gesture Recognition\Debug>.\"Gesture Recognition.exe"
Encountered a similar error, this how I resolved it:
Access Project explorer view on Netbeans IDE 8.2. Proceed to your project under Dependencies hover the cursor over the log4j-over-slf4j.jar to view the which which dependencies have indirectly imported as shown below.
Right click an import jar file and select Exclude Dependency
4. Initiate maven clean install and run your project. Good luck!
The reason why there are so many different answers is because the exception probably doesn't have anything to do with the SECRET_KEY. It is probably an earlier exception that is being swallowed. Turn on debugging using DEBUG=True to see the real exception.
I faced the same problem when I did DEBUG = FALSE
. Here is a consolidated solution as scattered in answers above and other posts.
By default, in settings.py we have ALLOWED_HOSTS = []
. Here are possible changes you will have to make in ALLOWED_HOSTS
value as per scenario to get rid of the error:
1: Your domain name:
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['www.example.com'] # Your domain name here
2: Your deployed server IP if you don't have domain name yet (which was my case and worked like a charm):
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['123.123.198.123'] # Enter your IP here
3: If you are testing on local server, you can edit your settings.py
or settings_local.py
as:
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['localhost', '127.0.0.1']
4: You can also provide '*' in the ALLOWED_HOSTS
value but its not recommended in the production environment due to security reasons:
ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['*'] # Not recommended in production environment
I have also posted a detailed solution on my blog which you may want to refer.
You could try to save the image using this approach
SaveFileDialog dialog = new SaveFileDialog();
if (dialog.ShowDialog() == DialogResult.OK)
{
int width = Convert.ToInt32(drawImage.Width);
int height = Convert.ToInt32(drawImage.Height);
Bitmap bmp = new Bitmap(width,height);
drawImage.DrawToBitmap(bmp, new Rectangle(0, 0, width, height);
bmp.Save(dialog.FileName, ImageFormat.Jpeg);
}
Got the same error when tried to export a large Excel file (~150.000 rows) Fixed with the following code
Application xlApp = new Application();
xlApp.DefaultSaveFormat = XlFileFormat.xlOpenXMLWorkbook;

There is not a drawTriangle method neither in Graphics nor Graphics2D. You need to do it by yourself. You can draw three lines using the drawLine
method or use one these methods:
These methods work with polygons. You may change the prefix draw
to fill
when you want to fill the polygon defined by the point set. I inserted the documentation links. Take a look to learn how to use them.
There is the GeneralPath class too. It can be used with Graphics2D, which is capable to draw Shapes. Take a look:
In kotlin :
private fun File.writeBitmap(bitmap: Bitmap, format: Bitmap.CompressFormat, quality: Int) {
outputStream().use { out ->
bitmap.compress(format, quality, out)
out.flush()
}
}
usage example:
File(exportDir, "map.png").writeBitmap(bitmap, Bitmap.CompressFormat.PNG, 85)
Your code is drawing the center of the baseline of the text, at the center of the view. In order to center the text at some point, x, y, you need to calculate the center of the text, and put that at the point.
This method will draw text centered at the point x, y. If you pass it the center of your view, it will draw the text centered.
private void drawTextCentered(String text, int x, int y, Paint paint, Canvas canvas) {
int xPos = x - (int)(paint.measureText(text)/2);
int yPos = (int) (y - ((textPaint.descent() + textPaint.ascent()) / 2)) ;
canvas.drawText(text, xPos, yPos, textPaint);
}
Another great solution to debug the Network calls before redirecting to other pages is to select the beforeunload
event break point
This way you assure to break the flow right before it redirecting it to another page, this way all network calls, network data and console logs are still there.
This solution is best when you want to check what is the response of the calls
P.S: You can also use XHR break points if you want to stop right before a specific call or any call (see image example)

Quick and dirty way:

android:layout_width="48dp"

android:background="@color/bar_red" />
I wanted to share a solution I came up with using jQuery that works if you have multiple YouTube videos embedded on a single page. In my case, I have defined a modal popup for each video as follows:
<div id="videoModalXX">
...
<button onclick="stopVideo(videoID);" type="button" class="close"></button>
...
<iframe width="90%" height="400" src="//www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/video_id?rel=0&enablejsapi=1&version=3" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
...
</div>
In this case, videoModalXX represents a unique id for the video. Then, the following function stops the video:
function stopVideo(id)
{
$("#videoModal" + id + " iframe")[0].contentWindow.postMessage('{"event":"command","func":"pauseVideo","args":""}', '*');
}
I like this approach because it keeps the video paused where you left off in case you want to go back and continue watching later. It works well for me because it's looking for the iframe inside of the video modal with a specific id. No special YouTube element ID is required. Hopefully, someone will find this useful as well.
paint.setStrokeWidth(3);
paint.setColor(BLACK);
and either one of your drawRect
should work.
var results = list.GroupBy(x => x.Category)
.Select(g => g.OrderBy(x => x.SortByProp).FirstOrDefault());
For those wondering how to do this for groups that are not necessarily sorted correctly, here's an expansion of this answer that uses method syntax to customize the sort order of each group and hence get the desired record from each.
Note: If you're using LINQ-to-Entities you will get a runtime exception if you use First() instead of FirstOrDefault() here as the former can only be used as a final query operation.
My contribution with a Swift extension:
extension UIView {
func asCircle() {
self.layer.cornerRadius = self.frame.width / 2;
self.layer.masksToBounds = true
}
}
Just call myView.asCircle()

HFOE put a good link as the first comment on this thread. Camickr also has a description of active painting vs. drawing to a BufferedImage
in the Custom Painting Approaches article.
See also this approach using painting in a BufferedImage

You should try. When you clear your Graphics you must choose color. SystemColors.Control is native color of form
Graphics g = pB.CreateGraphics();
g.Clear(SystemColors.Control);
@borislemke you can do this by similar way like

ByteArrayOutputStream byteArrayOutputStream = new ByteArrayOutputStream();

byteArrayOutputStream.write(i);
i = inputStream.read();
}
inputStream.close();
} catch (IOException e) {
// TODO Auto-generated catch block
e.printStackTrace();
}
return byteArrayOutputStream.toString();

At first you need to add semi colon (;) after quantity INT NOT NULL)
then remove ** from ,genre,quantity)**
.
to insert a value with numeric data type like int, decimal, float, etc you don't need to add single quote.

Subclass UILabel, and override -drawInRect:
Well I know this might be a big change or even not suitable for your project, but did you consider not performing the push until you already have the data? That way you only need to draw the view once and the user experience will also be better - the push will move in already loaded.
The way you do this is in the UITableView
didSelectRowAtIndexPath
you asynchronously ask for the data. Once you receive the response, you manually perform the segue and pass the data to your viewController in prepareForSegue
.
Meanwhile you may want to show some activity indicator, for simple loading indicator check https://github.com/jdg/MBProgressHUD
You may need to check who the actual owner of the stored procedure is. If it is a specific different user then that could be why you can't access it.
In your current code, you save the GState
of the current context, configure it to draw a shadow .. and the restore it to what it was before you configured it to draw a shadow. Then, finally, you invoke the superclass's implementation of drawRect
: .
Any drawing that should be affected by the shadow setting needs to happen after
CGContextSetShadow(currentContext, CGSizeMake(-15, 20), 5);
but before
CGContextRestoreGState(currentContext);
So if you want the superclass's drawRect:
to be 'wrapped' in a shadow, then how about if you rearrange your code like this?
- (void)drawRect:(CGRect)rect {
CGContextRef currentContext = UIGraphicsGetCurrentContext();
CGContextSaveGState(currentContext);
CGContextSetShadow(currentContext, CGSizeMake(-15, 20), 5);
[super drawRect: rect];
CGContextRestoreGState(currentContext);
}
If you are looking for a modern >1.7 Dojo way of destroying all node's children this is the way:
// Destroys all domNode's children nodes
// domNode can be a node or its id:
domConstruct.empty(domNode);
Safely empty the contents of a DOM element. empty() deletes all children but keeps the node there.
Check "dom-construct" documentation for more details.
// Destroys domNode and all it's children
domConstruct.destroy(domNode);
Destroys a DOM element. destroy() deletes all children and the node itself.

I've been wrestling with the same issue, and just had a breakthrough! We've established that if you give the image a background color or image, the png displays properly on top of it. The black border is gone, but now you've got an opaque background, and that pretty much defeats the purpose.
Then I remembered a rgba to ie filter converter I came across. (Thanks be to Michael Bester). So I wondered what would happen if I gave my problem pngs an ie filtered background emulating rgba(255,255,255,0), fully expecting it not to work, but lets try it anyway...
.item img {
background: transparent;
-ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr=#00FFFFFF,endColorstr=#00FFFFFF)"; /* IE8 */
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr=#00FFFFFF,endColorstr=#00FFFFFF); /* IE6 & 7 */
zoom: 1;
}
Presto! Goodbye black, and hello working alpha channels in ie7 and 8. Fade your pngs in and out, or animate them across the screen - it's all good.
Without enumerate()
:
>>> mylist = ["aa123", "bb2322", "aa354", "cc332", "ab334", "333aa"]
>>> l = [mylist.index(i) for i in mylist if 'aa' in i]
>>> l
[0, 2, 5]
Old post but as you said "why is it not using the correct certificate" I would like to offer an way to find out which SSL certificate is used for SMTP (see here) which required openssl:
openssl s_client -connect exchange01.int.contoso.com:25 -starttls smtp
This will outline the used SSL certificate for the SMTP service. Based on what you see here you can replace the wrong certificate (like you already did) with a correct one (or trust the certificate manually).
You can use Excel Automation (it is basically a COM Base stuff) e.g:
Excel.Application xlApp ;
Excel.Workbook xlWorkBook ;
Excel.Worksheet xlWorkSheet ;
xlApp = new Excel.ApplicationClass();
xlWorkBook = xlApp.Workbooks.Open("1.xls", 0, true, 5, "", "", true, Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.XlPlatform.xlWindows, "\t", false, false, 0, true, 1, 0);
xlWorkSheet = (Excel.Worksheet)xlWorkBook.Worksheets.get_Item(1);

Another source of this problem occurs if you are using Geronimo with its embedded Tomcat. In this case, after many iterations of testing commons-io and commons-fileupload, the problem arises from a parent classloader handling the commons-xxx jars. This has to be prevented. The crash always occurred at:
fileItems = uploader.parseRequest(request);
Note that the List type of fileItems has changed with the current version of commons-fileupload to be specifically List<FileItem>
as opposed to prior versions where it was generic List
.
I added the source code for commons-fileupload and commons-io into my Eclipse project to trace the actual error and finally got some insight. First, the exception thrown is of type Throwable not the stated FileIOException nor even Exception (these will not be trapped). Second, the error message is obfuscatory in that it stated class not found because axis2 could not find commons-io. Axis2 is not used in my project at all but exists as a folder in the Geronimo repository subdirectory as part of standard installation.
Finally, I found 1 place that posed a working solution which successfully solved my problem. You must hide the jars from parent loader in the deployment plan. This was put into geronimo-web.xml with my full file shown below.

You can see that your locks are pretty much working as you are using them, if you slow down the process and make them block a bit more. You had the right idea, where you surround critical pieces of code with the lock. Here is a small adjustment to your example to show you how each waits on the other to release the lock.
import threading
import time
import inspect
class Thread(threading.Thread):
def __init__(self, t, *args):
threading.Thread.__init__(self, target=t, args=args)
self.start()
count = 0
lock = threading.Lock()
def incre():
global count
caller = inspect.getouterframes(inspect.currentframe())[1][3]
print "Inside %s()" % caller
print "Acquiring lock"
with lock:
print "Lock Acquired"
count += 1
time.sleep(2)
def bye():
while count < 5:
incre()
def hello_there():
while count < 5:
incre()
def main():
hello = Thread(hello_there)
goodbye = Thread(bye)
if __name__ == '__main__':
main()
Sample output:
...
Inside hello_there()
Acquiring lock
Lock Acquired
Inside bye()
Acquiring lock
Lock Acquired
...
So I figured out what is wrong with this statement:
Import-Csv H:\Programs\scripts\SomeText.csv |`
(Original)
Import-Csv H:\Programs\scripts\SomeText.csv -Delimiter "|"
(Proposed, You must use quotations; otherwise, it will not work and ISE will give you an error)
It requires the -Delimiter "|"
, in order for the variable to be populated with an array of items. Otherwise, Powershell ISE does not display the list of items.
I cannot say that I would recommend the |
operator, since it is used to pipe cmdlets into one another.
I still cannot get the if statement to return true and output the values entered via the prompt.
If anyone else can help, it would be great. I still appreciate the post, it has been very helpful!
In standard SQL syntax, you would use:
WHERE mydate <= DATE '2008-11-20'
That is, the keyword DATE should precede the string. In some DBMS, however, you don't need to be that explicit; the system will convert the DATE column into a string, or the string into a DATE value, automatically. There are nominally some interesting implications if the DATE is converted into a string - if you happen to have dates in the first millennium (0001-01-01 .. 0999-12-31) and the leading zero(es) are omitted by the formatting system.
Note that you may need to do something like ./gradlew <module_directory>:<module_name>:dependencies
if the module has extra directory before reach its build.gradle. When in doubt, do ./gradlew tasks --all
to check the name.
Better way is just to add "save action" so when you save the project it will clear the unused import's and format the code as well if you like .
Go to Window > Preferences > Java > Editor > Save Actions
and pick what ever you want .
I tried closing a modal window with a bootstrap CSS loaded. The close () method does not really close the modal window. So I added the display style to "none".
function closeDialog() {
let d = document.getElementById('d')
d.style.display = "none"
d.close()
}
The HTML code includes a button into the dialog window.
<input type="submit" value="Confirm" onclick="closeDialog()"/>
To access Oracle from python you need (additionally) the cx_Oracle module. The module must be located either in the system python path or you have to set the PYTHONPATH appropriate.
I use this:
if ($('.div1').size() || $('.div2').size()) {
console.log('ok');
}
The first part of your question can be solved with just HTML & CSS; you'll need to use Javascript for the second part.
I'm not sure what you mean by "next to": on the same line and near, or on separate lines? If you want all of the radio buttons on the same line, just use margins to push them apart. If you want each of them on their own line, you have two options (unless you want to venture into float:
territory):
<br />s
to split the options apart and some CSS to vertically align them:<style type='text/css'>
.input input
{
width: 20px;
}
</style>
<div class="input radio">
<fieldset>
<legend>What color is the sky?</legend>
<input type="hidden" name="data[Submit][question]" value="" id="SubmitQuestion" />
<input type="radio" name="data[Submit][question]" id="SubmitQuestion1" value="1" />
<label for="SubmitQuestion1">A strange radient green.</label>
<br />
<input type="radio" name="data[Submit][question]" id="SubmitQuestion2" value="2" />
<label for="SubmitQuestion2">A dark gloomy orange</label>
<br />
<input type="radio" name="data[Submit][question]" id="SubmitQuestion3" value="3" />
<label for="SubmitQuestion3">A perfect glittering blue</label>
</fieldset>
</div>
Styling the <label>
is why you'll need to resort to Javascript. A library like jQuery
is perfect for this:
<style type='text/css'>
.input label.focused
{
background-color: #EEEEEE;
font-style: italic;
}
</style>
<script type='text/javascript' src='jquery.js'></script>
<script type='text/javascript'>
$(document).ready(function() {
$('.input :radio').focus(updateSelectedStyle);
$('.input :radio').blur(updateSelectedStyle);
$('.input :radio').change(updateSelectedStyle);
})
function updateSelectedStyle() {
$('.input :radio').removeClass('focused').next().removeClass('focused');
$('.input :radio:checked').addClass('focused').next().addClass('focused');
}
</script>
The focus
and blur
hooks are needed to make this work in IE.
one-liner with streams
Stream.concat(Arrays.stream( array ), Stream.of( newElement )).toArray();
int a = 10;
To get the address of a, you do: &a
(address of a
) which returns an int*
(pointer to int)
int *p = &a;
Then you store the address of a in p
which is of type int*
.
Finally, if you do &p
you get the address of p
which is of type int**
, i.e. pointer to pointer to int:
int** p_ptr = &p;
just seen your edit:
to print out the pointer's address, you either need to convert it:
printf("address of pointer is: 0x%0X\n", (unsigned)&p);
printf("address of pointer to pointer is: 0x%0X\n", (unsigned)&p_ptr);
or if your printf supports it, use the %p
:
printf("address of pointer is: %p\n", p);
printf("address of pointer to pointer is: %p\n", p_ptr);
I would use pandas
. The computationally heavy parts are written in cython or c-extensions to speed up the process and the syntax is very clean. For example, if you want to turn "Sheet1" from the file "your_workbook.xls" into the file "your_csv.csv", you just use the top-level function read_excel
and the method to_csv
from the DataFrame
class as follows:
import pandas as pd
data_xls = pd.read_excel('your_workbook.xls', 'Sheet1', index_col=None)
data_xls.to_csv('your_csv.csv', encoding='utf-8')
Setting encoding='utf-8'
alleviates the UnicodeEncodeError
mentioned in other answers.

undefined index means that somewhere in the $_POST array, there isn't an index (key) for the key username.
You should be setting your posted values into variables for a more clean solution, and it's a good habit to get into.
If I was having a similar error, I'd do something like this:
$username = $_POST['username']; // you should really do some more logic to see if it's set first
echo $username;
If username didn't turn up, that'd mean I was screwing up somewhere. You can also,
var_dump($_POST);
To see what you're posting. var_dump is really useful as far as debugging. Check it out: var_dump
There was a time when adding strings into an array and finalising the string by using join

This .NET core command line app here calculates directory sizes for a given path:
https://github.com/garethrbrown/folder-size
The key method is this one which recursively inspects sub-directories to come up with a total size.
private static long DirectorySize(SortDirection sortDirection, DirectoryInfo directoryInfo, DirectoryData directoryData)
{
long directorySizeBytes = 0;
// Add file sizes for current directory
FileInfo[] fileInfos = directoryInfo.GetFiles();
foreach (FileInfo fileInfo in fileInfos)
{
directorySizeBytes += fileInfo.Length;
}
directoryData.Name = directoryInfo.Name;
directoryData.SizeBytes += directorySizeBytes;
// Recursively add subdirectory sizes
DirectoryInfo[] subDirectories = directoryInfo.GetDirectories();
foreach (DirectoryInfo di in subDirectories)
{
var subDirectoryData = new DirectoryData(sortDirection);
directoryData.DirectoryDatas.Add(subDirectoryData);
directorySizeBytes += DirectorySize(sortDirection, di, subDirectoryData);
}
directoryData.SizeBytes = directorySizeBytes;
return directorySizeBytes;
}
}
Looks a little bit strange but works great and takes into consideration image orientation:
var image:UIImage = ...
let img = CIImage(image: image)!.imageByCroppingToRect(rect)
image = UIImage(CIImage: img, scale: 1, orientation: image.imageOrientation)
string strvalue="11".PadRight(4, '0');
output= 1100
string strvalue="301".PadRight(4, '0');
output= 3010
string strvalue="11".PadLeft(4, '0');
output= 0011
string strvalue="301".PadLeft(4, '0');
output= 0301
The most obvious cause of this (included for completeness) is improperly casting a pointer and calling a method of the wrong class.
NSArray* array = [[NSArray alloc] init];
[(NSDictionary*)array objectForKey: key]; // array is not a dictionary, hence exception
Use the timestamp you get by calling valueOf
on the date object:
var diff = date2.valueOf() - date1.valueOf();
var diffInHours = diff/1000/60/60; // Convert milliseconds to hours

In Apache 2.4, the authorization configuration syntax has changed, and the Order
, Deny
or Allow
directives should no longer be used.
The new way to do this would be:
<VirtualHost *:8080>
<Location />
Require ip 192.168.1.0
</Location>
...
</VirtualHost>
Further examples using the new syntax can be found in the Apache documentation: Upgrading to 2.4 from 2.2

Just putting my dime in. I just performed a test. A sneeky one at that. I just let g++ create the assembly files of the same mini-program using pointers compared to using references. When looking at the output they are exactly the same. Other than the symbolnaming. So looking at performance (in a simple example) there is no issue.
Now on the topic of pointers vs references. IMHO I think clearity stands above all. As soon as I read implicit behaviour my toes start to curl. I agree that it is nice implicit behaviour that a reference cannot be NULL.
Dereferencing a NULL pointer is not the problem. it will crash your application and will be easy to debug. A bigger problem is uninitialized pointers containing invalid values. This will most likely result in memory corruption causing undefined behaviour without a clear origin.
This is where I think references are much safer than pointers. And I agree with a previous statement, that the interface (which should be clearly documented, see design by contract, Bertrand Meyer) defines the result of the parameters to a function. Now taking this all into consideration my preferences go to using references wherever/whenever possible.
Scott's answer will work for classes of checkboxes. If you want individual checkboxes, you have to be a little sneakier. If you're just doing one box, it's better to do it with IDs. This example does it by specific check boxes and doesn't require jQuery. It's also a nice little example of how you can get those pesky control IDs into your Javascript.
The .ascx:
<script type="text/javascript">
function checkAgreement(source, args)
{
var elem = document.getElementById('<%= chkAgree.ClientID %>');
if (elem.checked)
{
args.IsValid = true;
}
else
{
args.IsValid = false;
}
}
function checkAge(source, args)
{
var elem = document.getElementById('<%= chkAge.ClientID %>');
if (elem.checked)
{
args.IsValid = true;
}
else
{
args.IsValid = false;
}
}
</script>
<asp:CheckBox ID="chkAgree" runat="server" />
<asp:Label AssociatedControlID="chkAgree" runat="server">I agree to the</asp:Label>
<asp:HyperLink ID="lnkTerms" runat="server">Terms & Conditions</asp:HyperLink>
<asp:Label AssociatedControlID="chkAgree" runat="server">.</asp:Label>
<br />
<asp:CustomValidator ID="chkAgreeValidator" runat="server" Display="Dynamic"
ClientValidationFunction="checkAgreement">
You must agree to the terms and conditions.
</asp:CustomValidator>
<asp:CheckBox ID="chkAge" runat="server" />
<asp:Label AssociatedControlID="chkAge" runat="server">I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.</asp:Label>
<asp:CustomValidator ID="chkAgeValidator" runat="server" Display="Dynamic"
ClientValidationFunction="checkAge">
You must be 18 years or older to continue.
</asp:CustomValidator>
And the codebehind:
Protected Sub chkAgreeValidator_ServerValidate(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Web.UI.WebControls.ServerValidateEventArgs) _
Handles chkAgreeValidator.ServerValidate
e.IsValid = chkAgree.Checked
End Sub
Protected Sub chkAgeValidator_ServerValidate(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Web.UI.WebControls.ServerValidateEventArgs) _
Handles chkAgeValidator.ServerValidate
e.IsValid = chkAge.Checked

Most likely the headers you are setting is incorrect or not acceptable.
Example: connnection.setRequestProperty("content-type", "application/json");
For the 24-hour time, you need to use HH24
instead of HH
.
For the 12-hour time, the AM/PM indicator is written as A.M.
(if you want periods in the result) or AM
(if you don't). For example:
SELECT invoice_date,
TO_CHAR(invoice_date, 'DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS') "Date 24Hr",
TO_CHAR(invoice_date, 'DD-MM-YYYY HH:MI:SS AM') "Date 12Hr"
FROM invoices
;
For more information on the format models you can use with TO_CHAR
on a date, see http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16655_01/server.121/e17750/ch4datetime.htm#NLSPG004.
This is also caused (on Windows at least) by text files that have UTF-8 with BOM encoding. Changing the encoding to regular UTF-8 immediately made Git see the file as type=text
Alternative solution (you can replace createElement with a your own element)
var mvar = $('.mbox').wrapAll(document.createElement('div')).closest('div').text();
console.log(mvar);
Try -
Call CatSubProduktAreakum(Stattyp, Daty + UBound(SubCategories) + 2)
As for the reason, this from MSDN via this question - What does the Call keyword do in VB6?
You are not required to use the Call keyword when calling a procedure. However, if you use the Call keyword to call a procedure that requires arguments, argumentlist must be enclosed in parentheses. If you omit the Call keyword, you also must omit the parentheses around argumentlist. If you use either Call syntax to call any intrinsic or user-defined function, the function's return value is discarded.
Yeah I had an issue where my querystring would overflow and duplicate, but this was due to my own sluggishness. so I played a bit and worked up some js jquery(actualy sizzle) and C# magick.
So i just realized that after the server has done with the passed values, the values doesn't matter anymore, there is no reuse, if the client wanted to do the same thing evidently it will always be a new request, even if its the same parameters being passed. And thats all clientside, so some caching/cookies etc could be cool in that regards.
JS:
$(document).ready(function () {
$('#ser').click(function () {
SerializeIT();
});
function SerializeIT() {
var baseUrl = "";
baseUrl = getBaseUrlFromBrowserUrl(window.location.toString());
var myQueryString = "";
funkyMethodChangingStuff(); //whatever else before serializing and creating the querystring
myQueryString = $('#fr2').serialize();
window.location.replace(baseUrl + "?" + myQueryString);
}
function getBaseUrlFromBrowserUrl(szurl) {
return szurl.split("?")[0];
}
function funkyMethodChangingStuff(){
//do stuff to whatever is in fr2
}
});
HTML:
<div id="fr2">
<input type="text" name="qURL" value="http://somewhere.com" />
<input type="text" name="qSPart" value="someSearchPattern" />
</div>
<button id="ser">Serialize! and go play with the server.</button>

No duplicates, each request as unique as you modified it, and due to how this is structured,easy to add more queries dynamicaly from wthin the dom.
Maven

are Java
s tools for building.
If you are a newbie in Java though just build using your IDE since Maven
has a steep learning curve.
This will get you the generic link:
selenium.FindElement(By.XPath("xpath=//a[contains(@href,'listDetails.do')")).Click();
If you want to have it specify a parameter then you will have to test for each one:
...
int i = 1;
selenium.FindElement(By.XPath("xpath=//a[contains(@href,'listDetails.do?camp=" + i.ToString() + "')")).Click();
...
The above could utilize a for loop which navigates to and from each camp numbers' page, which could verify a static list of camps.
Please excuse if the code is not perfect, I have not tested myself.
It's a good practice if you need them. It's also a good practice is they make sense, so future coders can understand what you're doing.
But generally, no it's not a good practice to attach 10 class names to an object because most likely whatever you're using them for, you could accomplish the same thing with far fewer classes. Probably just 1 or 2.
To qualify that statement, javascript plugins and scripts may append far more classnames to do whatever it is they're going to do. Modernizr for example appends anywhere from 5 - 25 classes to your body tag, and there's a very good reason for it. jQuery UI appends lots of classnames when you use one of the widgets in that library.

Before Container Creation :
If you to explore the structure of the image that is mounted inside the container you can do
sudo docker image save image_name > image.tar
tar -xvf image.tar
This would give you the visibility of all the layers of an image and its configuration which is present in json files.
After container creation :
For this there are already lot of answers above. my preferred way to do this would be -
docker exec -t -i container /bin/bash

The difference between this two tables ItemBack1
and #ItemBack1
is that the first on is persistent (permanent) where as the other is temporary.
Now if take a look at your question again
Is it necessary to Use # for creating temp table in sql server?
The answer is Yes, because without this preceding #
the table will not be a temporary table, it will be independent of all sessions and scopes.
Simply put inside your script :

Just in case of someone has the same problem. I'am using vim with YouCompleteMe, failed to start ycmd with this error message, what I did is: export LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
, the problem is gone.
You don't import methods in Java, only types:
import Dan.Vik;
class Kab
{
public static void main(String args[])
{
Vik Sam = new Vik();
Sam.disp();
}
}
The exception is so-called "static imports", which let you import class (static
) methods from other types.
The Header
property of the TreeViewItem
is statically typed to be of type object
.
Therefore the ==
yields false
. You can reproduce this with the following simple snippet:
object s1 = "Hallo";
// don't use a string literal to avoid interning
string s2 = new string(new char[] { 'H', 'a', 'l', 'l', 'o' });
bool equals = s1 == s2; // equals is false
equals = string.Equals(s1, s2); // equals is true
I just want one result
implies that you expect only one row to be returned. So either adapt your query, e.g.
SELECT player_id
FROM players p
WHERE CONCAT(p.first_name, ' ', p.last_name) = ?
LIMIT 0, 1
(and then use getSingleResult()
as recommended by AdrienBrault) or fetch rows as an array and access the first item:
// ...
$players = $query->getArrayResult();
$myPlayer = $players[0];
Just add quotes around the size in your code. Using this you can use percentage in width, height
input: {
width: '80%'
}
If you want the #header
to be the same width as your container, with 10px of padding, you can leave out its width declaration. That will cause it to implicitly take up its entire parent's width (since a div is by default a block level element).
Then, since you haven't defined a width on it, the 10px of padding will be properly applied inside the element, rather than adding to its width:
#container {
position: relative;
width: 80%;
}
#header {
position: relative;
height: 50px;
padding: 10px;
}
You can see it in action here.
The key when using percentage widths and pixel padding/margins is not to define them on the same element (if you want to accurately control the size). Apply the percentage width to the parent and then the pixel padding/margin to a display: block
child with no width set.
Update
Another option for dealing with this is to use the box-sizing CSS rule:
#container {
-webkit-box-sizing: border-box; /* Safari/Chrome, other WebKit */
-moz-box-sizing: border-box; /* Firefox, other Gecko */
box-sizing: border-box; /* Opera/IE 8+ */
/* Since this element now uses border-box sizing, the 10px of horizontal
padding will be drawn inside the 80% width */
width: 80%;
padding: 0 10px;
}
Here's a post talking about how box-sizing works.
What I just did, to open a simple python script by double clicking. I just added a batch file to the directory containing the script:
@echo off
python exercise.py
pause>nul
(I have the python executable on my system path. If not one would need include its complete path of course.)
Then I just can double click on the batch file to run the script. The third line keeps the cmd window from being dismissed as soon as the script ends, so you can see the results. :) When you're done just close the command window.
Sample Code:
ListView list = (ListView) findViewById(R.id.listview);
list.setOnItemClickListener(new AdapterView.OnItemClickListener() {
@Override
public void onItemClick(AdapterView<?> parent, View view, int position, long id) {
Object listItem = list.getItemAtPosition(position);
}
});
In the sample code above, the listItem
should contain the selected data for the textView
.
$("input#A").attr("myattr") == null
if(!preg_match('/^[\w-]+$/', $string1)) {
echo "String 1 not acceptable acceptable";
// String2 acceptable
}
Unless you're trying to upload the file using ajax, just submit the form to /upload/image
.
<form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="/upload/image" method="post">
<input id="image-file" type="file" />
</form>
If you do want to upload the image in the background (e.g. without submitting the whole form), you can use ajax:
Apparently, _JAVA_OPTIONS
works on Linux, too:
$ export _JAVA_OPTIONS="-Xmx1g"
$ java -jar jconsole.jar &
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xmx1g
Another option is to create a exclude list, this is particulary usefull when you have a long list of things to exclude.
vi /root/scripts/exclude_list.txt
Now add what you would like to exclude
Nopaging the limit is
keyword to remove is
Now use grep to remove lines from your file log file and view information not excluded.
grep -v -f /root/scripts/exclude_list.txt /var/log/admin.log
To have your own scroll speed and flexibility to customize marquee properties, use the following:
<TextView
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:ellipsize="marquee"
android:fadingEdge="horizontal"
android:lines="1"
android:id="@+id/myTextView"
android:padding="4dp"
android:scrollHorizontally="true"
android:singleLine="true"
android:text="Simple application that shows how to use marquee, with a long text" />
Within your activity:
private void setTranslation() {
TranslateAnimation tanim = new TranslateAnimation(
TranslateAnimation.ABSOLUTE, 1.0f * screenWidth,
TranslateAnimation.ABSOLUTE, -1.0f * screenWidth,
TranslateAnimation.ABSOLUTE, 0.0f,
TranslateAnimation.ABSOLUTE, 0.0f);
tanim.setDuration(1000);
tanim.setInterpolator(new LinearInterpolator());
tanim.setRepeatCount(Animation.INFINITE);
tanim.setRepeatMode(Animation.ABSOLUTE);
textView.startAnimation(tanim);
}
I noted that you asked for a solution that does not rely on finish()
, but I wonder if this may help nonetheless.
I tracked whether an exit flag is raised with a static class variable, which survives the entire app lifespan. In each relevant activity's onResume()
, use
@Override
public void onResume() {
super.onResume();
if (ExitHelper.isExitFlagRaised) {
this.finish();
}
}
The ExitHelper class
public class ExitHelper {
public static boolean isExitFlagRaised = false;
}
Let's say in mainActivity, a user presses a button to exit - you can set ExitHelper.isExitFlagRaised = true;
and then finish()
. Thereafter, other relevant activities that are resumed automatically will be finished as well.
There is not a program but you can make a batch file and run a command like that :
powershell "start-process 'C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express\iisexpress.exe' -workingdirectory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express\' -windowstyle Hidden"
Despite JAVA 8 SDK there is a lot of collection tools libraries can help you to work with, for instance: http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-collections/
Predicate condition = new Predicate() {
boolean evaluate(Object obj) {
return ((Sample)obj).myField.equals("myVal");
}
};
List result = CollectionUtils.select( list, condition );
Use c_str() to convert the std::string to const char *.
cout << "String is : " << text.c_str() << endl ;
The .success
syntax was correct up to Angular v1.4.3.
For versions up to Angular v.1.6, you have to use then
method. The then()
method takes two arguments: a success
and an error
callback which will be called with a response object.
Using the then()
method, attach a callback
function to the returned promise
.
Something like this:
app.controller('MainCtrl', function ($scope, $http){
$http({
method: 'GET',
url: 'api/url-api'
}).then(function (response){
},function (error){
});
}
See reference here.
Shortcut
methods are also available.
$http.get('api/url-api').then(successCallback, errorCallback);
function successCallback(response){
//success code
}
function errorCallback(error){
//error code
}
The data you get from the response is expected to be in JSON
format.
JSON is a great way of transporting data, and it is easy to use within AngularJS
The major difference between the 2 is that .then()
call returns a promise
(resolved with a value returned from a callback
) while .success()
is more traditional way of registering callbacks
and doesn't return a promise
.
Apache commons collections has a BidiMap
str_replace ( mixed $search , mixed $replace , mixed $subject [, int &$count ] )
now does what you want.
$str = "bla_string_bla_bla_bla";
str_replace("bla_","",$str,1);
This should work
if(!Directory.Exists(@"C:\MP_Upload")) {
Directory.CreateDirectory(@"C:\MP_Upload");
}
Quoting from the Conda blog:
Having been involved in the python world for so long, we are all aware of pip, easy_install, and virtualenv, but these tools did not meet all of our specific requirements. The main problem is that they are focused around Python, neglecting non-Python library dependencies, such as HDF5, MKL, LLVM, etc., which do not have a setup.py in their source code and also do not install files into Python’s site-packages directory.
So Conda is a packaging tool and installer that aims to do more than what pip
does; handle library dependencies outside of the Python packages as well as the Python packages themselves. Conda also creates a virtual environment, like virtualenv
does.
As such, Conda should be compared to Buildout perhaps, another tool that lets you handle both Python and non-Python installation tasks.
Because Conda introduces a new packaging format, you cannot use pip
and Conda interchangeably; pip
cannot install the Conda package format. You can use the two tools side by side (by installing pip
with conda install pip
) but they do not interoperate either.
Since writing this answer, Anaconda has published a new page on Understanding Conda and Pip, which echoes this as well:
This highlights a key difference between conda and pip. Pip installs Python packages whereas conda installs packages which may contain software written in any language. For example, before using pip, a Python interpreter must be installed via a system package manager or by downloading and running an installer. Conda on the other hand can install Python packages as well as the Python interpreter directly.
and further on
Occasionally a package is needed which is not available as a conda package but is available on PyPI and can be installed with pip. In these cases, it makes sense to try to use both conda and pip.
What you need to do is just set the ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH
to NO
(at least works for me). Below is a screenshot for it:
As far as I know (please point it out if there's something wrong, thanks), if you set ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH
to YES
, it means the Xcode will only build for the active architecture (which refers to the device that's active in Xcode currently). Seems Xcode's default setting is set Debug to YES
, so it won't build binaries for other architectures when you only want to build for a special device that connected to your Mac.
The reason failed to build might be that, the project does not support the architecture of the device you connected. So the best solution is to add the right architecture for your device. Below is a list for architectures & the devices that support:
iPhone 6
, iPhone 5s
, iPad Air
, Retina iPad Mini
iPhone 5
, iPhone 5c
, iPad 4
iPhone 3GS
, iPhone 4
, iPhone 4S
, iPod 3G/4G/5G
, iPad
, iPad 2
, iPad 3
, iPad Mini
iPhone
, iPhone 3G
, iPod 1G/2G
So why "set the ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH
to NO
" works? Because the device can still run the binary that built for all architectures you added (pass the build), but will lose some performance. This's just a quick solution, but not best.
Note: The more architectures you added, the bigger the binary will be generated. So it's good to choose right architectures for your project. ;)
"Visual Studio does not support std::cout as debug tool for non-console applications"

Which means if you use it, Visual Studio shows nothing in the "output" window (in my case VS2008)
There is a better way to write polar(), here it is:
def polar(x,y):
`returns r, theta(degrees)`
return math.hypot(x,y),math.degrees(math.atan2(y,x))
All other answers are useful but they may not help you in case nginx
is not on PATH
so you're getting command not found
when trying to run nginx
:
I have nginx 1.2.1 on Debian 7 Wheezy, the nginx
executable is not on PATH
, so I needed to locate it first. It was already running, so using ps aux | grep nginx
I have found out that it's located on /usr/sbin/nginx
, therefore I needed to run /usr/sbin/nginx -t
.
If you want to use a non-default configuration file (i.e. not /etc/nginx/nginx.conf
), run it with the -c
parameter: /usr/sbin/nginx -c <path-to-configuration> -t
.
You may also need to run it as root
, otherwise nginx may not have permissions to open for example logs, so the command would fail.

Color is not data.
The Get.cell technique has flaws.
That does not surprise, since the Get.cell uses an old XML command, i.e. a command from the macro language Excel used before VBA was introduced. At that time, Excel colors were limited to less than 60.
Again: Color is not data.
If you want to color-code your cells, use conditional formatting based on the cell values or based on rules that can be expressed with logical formulas. The logic that leads to conditional formatting can also be used in other places to report on the data, regardless of the color value of the cell.
Do you have Enable Autogrowth and Unrestricted File Growth both enabled for the log file? You can edit these via SSMS in "Database Properties > Files"
From MSDN:
To change security authentication mode:
In SQL Server Management Studio Object Explorer, right-click the server, and then click Properties.
On the Security page, under Server authentication, select the new server authentication mode, and then click OK.
In the SQL Server Management Studio dialog box, click OK to acknowledge the requirement to restart SQL Server.
In Object Explorer, right-click your server, and then click Restart. If SQL Server Agent is running, it must also be restarted.
To enable the SA login:
In Object Explorer, expand Security, expand Logins, right-click SA, and then click Properties.
On the General page, you might have to create and confirm a password for the login.
On the Status page, in the Login section, click Enabled, and then click OK.

The LIMIT clause can be used to constrain the number of rows returned by the SELECT statement. LIMIT takes one or two numeric arguments, which must both be nonnegative integer constants (except when using prepared statements).
With two arguments, the first argument specifies the offset of the first row to return, and the second specifies the maximum number of rows to return. The offset of the initial row is 0 (not 1):
SELECT * FROM tbl LIMIT 5,10; # Retrieve rows 6-15
To retrieve all rows from a certain offset up to the end of the result set, you can use some large number for the second parameter. This statement retrieves all rows from the 96th row to the last:
SELECT * FROM tbl LIMIT 95,18446744073709551615;
With one argument, the value specifies the number of rows to return from the beginning of the result set:
SELECT * FROM tbl LIMIT 5; # Retrieve first 5 rows
In other words, LIMIT row_count is equivalent to LIMIT 0, row_count.

Your solution is correct, but your outer loop is still longer than needed. You don't need to compare the last element with anything else because it's been already compared with all the others in the previous iterations. Your inner loop still prevents that, but since we're talking about collision detection you can save the unnecessary check.
Using the same language you used to illustrate your algorithm, you'd come with something like this:
for (int i = 0, i < mylist.size() - 1; ++i)
for (int j = i + 1, j < mylist.size(); --j)
compare(mylist[i], mylist[j])
Simplest way is to use dimensions in % or em. Just change the base font size everything will change.

You could use viewport units (vh,vw...) but they dont work on Android < 4.4
No need to add extra elements. While flexbox uses very non-intuitive property names if you know what it can do you'll find yourself using it quite often.
<div style="display: flex; justify-content: space-between;">
<span>Item Left</span>
<span>Item Right</span>
</div>
Plan on needing this often?
.align_between {display: flex; justify-content: space-between;}
I see other people using secondary words in the primary position which makes a mess of information hierarchy. If align is the primary task and right, left, and/or between are the secondary the class should be .align_outer
, not .outer_align
as it will make sense as you vertically scan your code:
.align_between {}
.align_left {}
.align_outer {}
.align_right {}
Good habits over time will allow you to get to bed sooner than later.
There is no way you can delete a pull request yourself -- you and the repo owner (and all users with push access to it) can close it, but it will remain in the log. This is part of the philosophy of not denying/hiding what happened during development.
However, if there are critical reasons for deleting it (this is mainly violation of Github Terms of Service), Github support staff will delete it for you.
Whether or not they are willing to delete your PR for you is something you can easily ask them, just drop them an email at [email protected]
UPDATE: Currently Github requires support requests to be created here: https://support.github.com/contact
It works for me if I tick the box 'Prompt for workspace on startup', which you find in Window > Preferences > General > Startup and Shutdown > Workspaces.

You might want to run python manage.py collectstatic
after you set DEBUG = False
and ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['127.0.0.1']
in settings.py
. After these two steps my web application ran well in my local server even with DEBUG=False mode.
BTW I have these settings in settings.py
.
MIDDLEWARE = [
'django.middleware.security.SecurityMiddleware',
'whitenoise.middleware.WhiteNoiseMiddleware', # what i added
'django.middleware.common.CommonMiddleware', # and so on...
]
STATICFILES_STORAGE = 'whitenoise.storage.CompressedManifestStaticFilesStorage'
I assume maybe whitenoise setting has something to do with collectstatic command.

I have recently started working on a project using Vue JS, JSON Schema. I am trying to access nested JSON Objects from a JSON Schema file in the Vue app. I tried the below code and now I can load different JSON objects inside different Vue template tags. In the script tag add the below code
import {JsonObject1name, JsonObject2name} from 'your Json file path';
Now you can access JsonObject1,2 names in data section of export default part as below:
data: () => ({
schema: JsonObject1name,
schema1: JsonObject2name,
model: {}
}),
Now you can load the schema, schema1 data inside Vue template according to your requirement. See below code for example :
<SchemaForm id="unique name representing your Json object1" class="form" v-model="model" :schema="schema" :components="components">
</SchemaForm>
<SchemaForm id="unique name representing your Json object2" class="form" v-model="model" :schema="schema1" :components="components">
</SchemaForm>
SchemaForm is the local variable name for @formSchema/native library. I have implemented the data of different JSON objects through forms in different CSS tabs.
I hope this answer helps someone. I can help if there are any questions.
It's just shorthand for $(document).ready()
, as in: $(document).ready(function() {
YOUR_CODE_HERE
});
. Sometimes you have to use it because your function is running before the DOM finishes loading.
Everything is explained here: http://docs.jquery.com/Tutorials:Introducing_$(document).ready()
I tried multiple solutions, but his is the only one that actually worked for me in all the browsers
let newTab = window.open();
newTab.location.href = url;
use the val() function
The whole lot is encrypted† - all the headers. That's why SSL on vhosts doesn't work too well - you need a dedicated IP address because the Host header is encrypted.
†The Server Name Identification (SNI) standard means that the hostname may not be encrypted if you're using TLS. Also, whether you're using SNI or not, the TCP and IP headers are never encrypted. (If they were, your packets would not be routable.)
$(document).ready(function () {
$("img").on('contextmenu', function (e) {
e.preventDefault();
});
});
Use beforeSend
:
$.ajax({
url: "http://localhost/PlatformPortal/Buyers/Account/SignIn",
data: { signature: authHeader },
type: "GET",
beforeSend: function(xhr){xhr.setRequestHeader('X-Test-Header', 'test-value');},
success: function() { alert('Success!' + authHeader); }
});

Arrays in C++ are very different from those in Java in that they are completely unmanaged. The compiler or run-time have no idea whatsoever what size the array is.
The information is only known at compile-time if the size is defined in the declaration:
char array[256];
In this case, sizeof(array) gives you the proper size.
If you use a pointer as an array however, the "array" will just be a pointer, and sizeof will not give you any information about the actual size of the array.
STL offers a lot of templates that allow you to have arrays, some of them with size information, some of them with variable sizes, and most of them with good accessors and bounds checking.
Horizontal centering is easy: text-align: center;
. Vertical centering of text inside an element can be done by setting line-height
equal to the container height, but this has subtle differences between browsers. On small elements, like a notification badge, these are more pronounced.
Better is to set line-height
equal to font-size
(or slightly smaller) and use padding. You'll have to adjust your height to accomodate.
Here's a CSS-only, single <div>
solution that looks pretty iPhone-like. They expand with content.
Demo: http://jsfiddle.net/ThinkingStiff/mLW47/
Output:
CSS:
.badge {
background: radial-gradient( 5px -9px, circle, white 8%, red 26px );
background-color: red;
border: 2px solid white;
border-radius: 12px; /* one half of ( (border * 2) + height + padding ) */
box-shadow: 1px 1px 1px black;
color: white;
font: bold 15px/13px Helvetica, Verdana, Tahoma;
height: 16px;
min-width: 14px;
padding: 4px 3px 0 3px;
text-align: center;
}
HTML:
<div class="badge">1</div>
<div class="badge">2</div>
<div class="badge">3</div>
<div class="badge">44</div>
<div class="badge">55</div>
<div class="badge">666</div>
<div class="badge">777</div>
<div class="badge">8888</div>
<div class="badge">9999</div>
This is a way to create tables dynamically using T-SQL stored procedures:
declare @cmd nvarchar(1000), @MyTableName nvarchar(100);
set @MyTableName = 'CustomerDetails';
set @cmd = 'CREATE TABLE dbo.' + quotename(@MyTableName, '[') + '(ColumnName1 int not null,ColumnName2 int not null);';
Execute it as:
exec(@cmd);
Perhaps something like this :
LinkedHashMap<Integer, String> myMap;
public String getFirstKey() {
String out = null;
for (int key : myMap.keySet()) {
out = myMap.get(key);
break;
}
return out;
}
public String getLastKey() {
String out = null;
for (int key : myMap.keySet()) {
out = myMap.get(key);
}
return out;
}
Besides all the mentioned answers, their is still an alternative way of doing this, lets say you have two classes , class A and class B.
Class A you have made some activities like checkbox select, printed out some data and intent to class B. Class B, you would like to pass multiple values to class A and maintain the previous state of class A, you can use, try this alternative method or download source code to demonstrate this
or

Edit (2020.12.28): GitHub change default master branch to main branch since October 2020. See https://github.com/github/renaming
Update March 2013
Git 1.8.2 added the possibility to track branches.
"
git submodule
" started learning a new mode to integrate with the tip of the remote branch (as opposed to integrating with the commit recorded in the superproject's gitlink).
# add submodule to track master branch
git submodule add -b master [URL to Git repo];
# update your submodule
git submodule update --remote
If you had a submodule already present you now wish would track a branch, see "how to make an existing submodule track a branch".
Also see Vogella's tutorial on submodules for general information on submodules.
Note:
git submodule add -b . [URL to Git repo];
^^^
A special value of
.
is used to indicate that the name of the branch in the submodule should be the same name as the current branch in the current repository.
See commit b928922727d6691a3bdc28160f93f25712c565f6:
submodule add
: If --branch
is given, record it in .gitmodules
This allows you to easily record a
submodule.<name>.branch
option in.gitmodules
when you add a new submodule. With this patch,
$ git submodule add -b <branch> <repository> [<path>]
$ git config -f .gitmodules submodule.<path>.branch <branch>
reduces to
$ git submodule add -b <branch> <repository> [<path>]
This means that future calls to
$ git submodule update --remote ...
will get updates from the same branch that you used to initialize the submodule, which is usually what you want.

Original answer (February 2012):
A submodule is a single commit referenced by a parent repo.
Since it is a Git repo on its own, the "history of all commits" is accessible through a git log
within that submodule.
So for a parent to track automatically the latest commit of a given branch of a submodule, it would need to:
gitslave (that you already looked at) seems to be the best fit, including for the commit operation.
It is a little annoying to make changes to the submodule due to the requirement to check out onto the correct submodule branch, make the change, commit, and then go into the superproject and commit the commit (or at least record the new location of the submodule).
Other alternatives are detailed here.
Not since Lollipop. Starting with Android 5.0, the guidelines say:
Notification icons must be entirely white.
Even if they're not, the system will only consider the alpha channel of your icon, rendering them white
The only way to have a coloured icon on Lollipop is to lower your targetSdkVersion
to values <21
, but I think you would do better to follow the guidelines and use white icons only.
If you still however decide you want colored icons, you could use the DrawableCompat.setTint method from the new v4 support library.
You want the handling file uploads section of the PHP manual, and you would also do well to look at fgetcsv() and explode().
"\n".charCodeAt(0);
As declaration of array list in java is like
public class ArrayList<E> extends AbstractList<E> implements List<E>, RandomAccess, Cloneable, Serializable
There is numerous way you can create and initialize array list in java.
1) List list = new ArrayList();
2) List<type> myList = new ArrayList<>();
3) List<type> myList = new ArrayList<type>();
4) Using Utility class
List<Integer> list = Arrays.asList(8, 4);
Collections.unmodifiableList(Arrays.asList("a", "b", "c"));
5) Using static factory method
List<Integer> immutableList = List.of(1, 2);
6) Creation and initializing at a time
List<String> fixedSizeList = Arrays.asList(new String[] {"Male", "Female"});
Again you can create different types of list. All has their own characteristics
List a = new ArrayList();
List b = new LinkedList();
List c = new Vector();
List d = new Stack();
List e = new CopyOnWriteArrayList();
This is a solutions that takes care of single and double quotes:
<?php
$php_data = array("title"=>"Example string's with \"special\" characters");
$escaped_data = json_encode( $php_data, JSON_HEX_QUOT|JSON_HEX_APOS );
$escaped_data = str_replace("\u0022", "\\\"", $escaped_data );
$escaped_data = str_replace("\u0027", "\\'", $escaped_data );
?>
<script>
// no need to use JSON.parse()...
var js_data = <?= $escaped_data ?>;
alert(js_data.title); // should alert `Example string's with "special" characters`
</script>

Only stopped containers can be listed using:
docker ps --filter "status=exited"
or
docker ps -f "status=exited"
You can use jQuery's hover
event to keep track manually:
$(...).hover(
function() { $.data(this, 'hover', true); },
function() { $.data(this, 'hover', false); }
).data('hover', false);
if ($(something).data('hover'))
//Hovered!
while(scanf("%d %d",a,b)!=EOF)
{
//do .....
}
Protocol Buffers seems to have a more compact representation, but that's only an impression I get from reading the Thrift whitepaper. In their own words:
We decided against some extreme storage optimizations (i.e. packing small integers into ASCII or using a 7-bit continuation format) for the sake of simplicity and clarity in the code. These alterations can easily be made if and when we encounter a performance-critical use case that demands them.
Also, it may just be my impression, but Protocol Buffers seems to have some thicker abstractions around struct versioning. Thrift does have some versioning support, but it takes a bit of effort to make it happen.
I was having the same Issue on Mac.
The solution was to use only PIP to install everything, and touch some things.
First install PIP from: https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/
Then you want to make sure if path to pg_config is in your PATH (echo $PATH), if not you can edit your bash_profile:
vi /Users/<user>/.bash_profile
and add this line:
export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/pg_config/bin
If you don't know where pg_config is you can use the "locate" tool, but be sure your locate.db is up to date (i was using an old locate.db and using paths that does not exists).
sudo /usr/libexec/locate.updatedb
locate pg_config
Then install Django (if needed) and psycopg2.
sudo pip install Django
sudo pip install psycopg2
And then in settings.py (localhost:defaultport)
DATABASES = {
'default': {
'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.postgresql_psycopg2',
'NAME': 'dbname',
'USER': 'postgres',
'PASSWORD': 'postgres',
'HOST': '',
'PORT': '',
}
}
Greets!
you can use the below command on terminal
export LC_ALL=C
If you want get output only when php fail:
php -r 'echo file_get_contents(http://www.example.com/cronit.php);'
This way you receive an email from cronjob only when the script fails and not whenever the php is called.
List is interface and ArrayList is implemented concrete class. It is always recommended to use.
List<String> arrayList = new ArrayList<String>();
Because here list reference is flexible. It can also hold LinkedList or Vector
object.

With the perspective of the OS X v10.7 and iOS 5 launches, probably the first thing to recommend now is NSJSONSerialization
, Apple's supplied JSON parser. Use third-party options only as a fallback if you find that class unavailable at runtime.
So, for example:
NSData *returnedData = ...JSON data, probably from a web request...
// probably check here that returnedData isn't nil; attempting
// NSJSONSerialization with nil data raises an exception, and who
// knows how your third-party library intends to react?
if(NSClassFromString(@"NSJSONSerialization"))
{
NSError *error = nil;
id object = [NSJSONSerialization
JSONObjectWithData:returnedData
options:0
error:&error];
if(error) { /* JSON was malformed, act appropriately here */ }
// the originating poster wants to deal with dictionaries;
// assuming you do too then something like this is the first
// validation step:
if([object isKindOfClass:[NSDictionary class]])
{
NSDictionary *results = object;
/* proceed with results as you like; the assignment to
an explicit NSDictionary * is artificial step to get
compile-time checking from here on down (and better autocompletion
when editing). You could have just made object an NSDictionary *
in the first place but stylistically you might prefer to keep
the question of type open until it's confirmed */
}
else
{
/* there's no guarantee that the outermost object in a JSON
packet will be a dictionary; if we get here then it wasn't,
so 'object' shouldn't be treated as an NSDictionary; probably
you need to report a suitable error condition */
}
}
else
{
// the user is using iOS 4; we'll need to use a third-party solution.
// If you don't intend to support iOS 4 then get rid of this entire
// conditional and just jump straight to
// NSError *error = nil;
// [NSJSONSerialization JSONObjectWithData:...
}
For my part, and without any plug-in, simply saving the file either from the File menu or with keyboards shortcuts
CTRL + S (Windows, Linux) or CMD + S (Mac OS)
briefly displays the current encoding - between parentheses - in the status bar, at the bottom of the editor's window. This suggestion works in Sublime Text 2 and 3.
Note that the displayed encoding to the right in the status bar of Sublime Text 3, may display the wrong encoding of the file if you have attempted to save the file with an encoding that can't represent all the characters in your file. In this case you would have seen an informational dialog and Sublime telling you it's falling back to UTF-8. This may not be the case, so be careful.
If you are using Windows.Data.Xml.Dom.XmlDocument
version of XmlDocument
(used in UWP apps for example), you can use yourXmlDocument.GetXml()
to get the XML as a string.
If you use the Mongoose API and looking to pull a sub/child object: Read this document Don't forget to use save() when you're done editing otherwise the changes won't be saved to the database.
I created a package that makes this a lot easier to use.
You can handle simple things like and object:
const world = {
locations: {
europe: 'Munich',
usa: 'Indianapolis'
}
};
world.dig('locations', 'usa');
// => 'Indianapolis'
world.dig('locations', 'asia', 'japan');
// => 'null'
or a little more complicated:
const germany = () => 'germany';
const world = [0, 1, { location: { europe: germany } }, 3];
world.dig(2, 'location', 'europe') === germany;
world.dig(2, 'location', 'europe')() === 'germany';
If you don't want it to add it to a link, you can just enclose it within a span and that would work.
<span id='clickableAwesomeFont'><i class="fa fa-behance-square fa-4x"></span>
in your css, then you can:
#clickableAwesomeFont {
cursor: pointer
}
Then in java script, you can just add a click handler.
In cases where it's actually not a link, I think this is much cleaner and using a link would be changing its semantics and abusing its meaning.
When you run the Windows Command Prompt, and type in python
, it starts the Python interpreter.
Typing it again tries to interpret python
as a variable, which doesn't exist and thus won't work:

Don't try to get them inside its constructor. Try Call them in onDraw()
method.
Here's how I solved it, with nullable double extension method.
public static bool NearlyEquals(this double? value1, double? value2, double unimportantDifference = 0.0001)
{
if (value1 != value2)
{
if(value1 == null || value2 == null)
return false;
return Math.Abs(value1.Value - value2.Value) < unimportantDifference;
}
return true;
}
...
double? value1 = 100;
value1.NearlyEquals(100.01); // will return false
value1.NearlyEquals(100.000001); // will return true
value1.NearlyEquals(100.01, 0.1); // will return true

I have constructed this JavaScript script to parse a CSV in string to array object. I find it better to break down the whole CSV into lines, fields and process them accordingly. I think that it will make it easy for you to change the code to suit your need.
//
//
// CSV to object
//
//
const new_line_char = '\n';
const field_separator_char = ',';
function parse_csv(csv_str) {
var result = [];
let line_end_index_moved = false;
let line_start_index = 0;
let line_end_index = 0;
let csr_index = 0;
let cursor_val = csv_str[csr_index];
let found_new_line_char = get_new_line_char(csv_str);
let in_quote = false;
// Handle \r\n
if (found_new_line_char == '\r\n') {
csv_str = csv_str.split(found_new_line_char).join(new_line_char);
}
// Handle the last character is not \n
if (csv_str[csv_str.length - 1] !== new_line_char) {
csv_str += new_line_char;
}
while (csr_index < csv_str.length) {
if (cursor_val === '"') {
in_quote = !in_quote;
} else if (cursor_val === new_line_char) {
if (in_quote === false) {
if (line_end_index_moved && (line_start_index <= line_end_index)) {
result.push(parse_csv_line(csv_str.substring(line_start_index, line_end_index)));
line_start_index = csr_index + 1;
} // Else: just ignore line_end_index has not moved or line has not been sliced for parsing the line
} // Else: just ignore because we are in a quote

Filters can be chained using a Pandas query:
df = pd.DataFrame(np.random.randn(30, 3), columns=['a','b','c'])
df_filtered = df.query('a > 0').query('0 < b < 2')
Filters can also be combined in a single query:
df_filtered = df.query('a > 0 and 0 < b < 2')
Why not use the extension methods?
Consider the following code:
var intArray = new int[] { 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4 };
// Replaces the first occurance and returns the index
var index = intArray.Replace(1, 0);
// {0, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4}; index=1
var stringList = new List<string> { "a", "a", "c", "d"};
stringList.ReplaceAll("a", "b");
// {"b", "b", "c", "d"};
var intEnum = intArray.Select(x => x);
intEnum = intEnum.Replace(0, 1);
// {0, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4} => {1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4}
The source code:
namespace System.Collections.Generic
{
public static class Extensions
{
public static int Replace<T>(this IList<T> source, T oldValue, T newValue)
{
if (source == null)
throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(source));
var index = source.IndexOf(oldValue);
if (index != -1)
source[index] = newValue;
return index;
}
public static void ReplaceAll<T>(this IList<T> source, T oldValue, T newValue)
{
if (source == null)
throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(source));
int index = -1;
do
{
index = source.IndexOf(oldValue);
if (index != -1)
source[index] = newValue;
} while (index != -1);
}
public static IEnumerable<T> Replace<T>(this IEnumerable<T> source, T oldValue, T newValue)
{
if (source == null)
throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(source));
return source.Select(x => EqualityComparer<T>.Default.Equals(x, oldValue) ? newValue : x);
}
}
}
The first two methods have been added to change the objects of reference types in place. Of course, you can use just the third method for all types.
P.S. Thanks to mike's observation, I've added the ReplaceAll method.
Dim SourcePath As String = "c:\SomeFolder\SomeFileYouWantToCopy.txt" 'This is just an example string and could be anything, it maps to fileToCopy in your code.
Dim SaveDirectory As string = "c:\DestinationFolder"
Dim Filename As String = System.IO.Path.GetFileName(SourcePath) 'get the filename of the original file without the directory on it
Dim SavePath As String = System.IO.Path.Combine(SaveDirectory, Filename) 'combines the saveDirectory and the filename to get a fully qualified path.
If System.IO.File.Exists(SavePath) Then
'The file exists
Else
'the file doesn't exist
End If
If regex used in the above solutions is getting you confused, try this code:
function titleCase(str) {
return str.split(' ').map(function(val){
return val.charAt(0).toUpperCase() + val.substr(1).toLowerCase();
}).join(' ');
}
Razor View Server Side variable can be read to Client Side JavaScript using @ While and JavaScript client side variable can read to Razor View using @:
You could use tabs instead of spaces between columns, and/or set maximum size for a column in format strings ...
In general .Net collections do not support being enumerated and modified at the same time. If you try to modify the collection list during enumeration, it raises an exception. So the issue behind this error is, we can not modify the list/dictionary while we are looping through the same.
If we iterate a dictionary using a list of its keys, in parallel we can modify the dictionary object, as we are iterating through the key-collection and not the dictionary(and iterating its key collection).
//get key collection from dictionary into a list to loop through
List<int> keys = new List<int>(Dictionary.Keys);
// iterating key collection using a simple for-each loop
foreach (int key in keys)
{
// Now we can perform any modification with values of the dictionary.
Dictionary[key] = Dictionary[key] - 1;
}
Here is a blog post about this solution.
And for a deep dive in StackOverflow: Why this error occurs?
$('div.alldivs :first-child');
Or you can just refer to the id directly:
$('#div1');
As suggested, you might be better of using the child selector:
$('div.alldivs > div:first-child')
If you dont have to use first-child
, you could use :first
as also suggested, or $('div.alldivs').children(0)
.
Have you tried logging in as the jenkins user?
Try this:
sudo -i -u jenkins #For RedHat you might have to do 'su' instead.
git clone [email protected]:your/repo.git
Often times you see failure if the host has not been added or authorized (hence I always manually login as hudson/jenkins for the first connection to github/bitbucket) but that link you included supposedly fixes that.
If the above doesn't work try recopying the key. Make sure its the pub key (ie id_rsa.pub). Maybe you missed some characters?
IMO, you need to work with such directories as usual, but instead of checking permissions before use, provide the correct way to handle UnauthorizedAccessException and react accordingly. This method is easier and much less error prone.
That should work. Better if you pass a function to val
:
$('#replyBox').val(function(i, text) {
return text + quote;
});
This way you avoid searching the element and calling val
twice.
IIUC, if you make your (unfortunately named) List
into an ndarray
, you can simply index into it naturally.
>>> import numpy as np
>>> m = np.arange(16)*10
>>> m[df.A]
array([ 0, 40, 50, 60, 150, 150, 140, 130])
>>> df["D"] = m[df.A]
>>> df
A B C D
0 0 NaN NaN 0
1 4 NaN NaN 40
2 5 NaN NaN 50
3 6 NaN NaN 60
4 15 NaN NaN 150
5 15 NaN NaN 150
6 14 NaN NaN 140
7 13 NaN NaN 130
Here I built a new m
, but if you use m = np.asarray(List)
, the same thing should work: the values in df.A
will pick out the appropriate elements of m
.
Note that if you're using an old version of numpy
, you might have to use m[df.A.values]
instead-- in the past, numpy
didn't play well with others, and some refactoring in pandas
caused some headaches. Things have improved now.
To undo a github pull request with commits throughout that you do not want to delete, you have to run a:
git reset --hard --merge <commit hash>
with the commit hash being the commit PRIOR to merging the pull request. This will remove all commits from the pull request without influencing any commits within the history.
A good way to find this is to go to the now closed pull request and finding this field:
After you run the git reset
, run a:
git push origin --force <branch name>
This should revert the branch back before the pull request WITHOUT affecting any commits in the branch peppered into the commit history between commits from the pull request.
EDIT:
If you were to click the revert button on the pull request, this creates an additional commit on the branch. It DOES NOT uncommit or unmerge. This means that if you were to hit the revert button, you cannot open a new pull request to re-add all of this code.
Not a direct answer to your question..
One scenario when this can come is listed below -
If your application is under Debugging process - say by "Attach to Process" debugging, this error may come
using (SqlConnection connection = new SqlConnection(connectionString))
{
connection.Open();
using (SqlCommand command = connection.CreateCommand())
{
command.CommandText = "INSERT INTO klant(klant_id,naam,voornaam) VALUES(@param1,@param2,@param3)";
command.Parameters.AddWithValue("@param1", klantId));
command.Parameters.AddWithValue("@param2", klantNaam));
command.Parameters.AddWithValue("@param3", klantVoornaam));
command.ExecuteNonQuery();
}
}
I was also facing the same issue.
I was using the code below in .aspx page without writing authentication configuration in web.config file. After writing the settings in Web.config, I am able to run my code.

I've been looking for an answer for this question in SO and some other sites, but one gave an answer was very complex to me and some others answers simply doesn't work correctly, so after a lot code testing I solved this puzzle.
Note: I'm using Windows 8 and my taskbar isn't on auto-hide mode.
I discovered that setting the WindowState to Normal before performing any modifications will stop the error with the not covered taskbar.
I created this class that have two methods, the first enters in the "full screen mode" and the second leaves the "full screen mode". So you just need to create an object of this class and pass the Form you want to set full screen as an argument to the EnterFullScreenMode method or to the LeaveFullScreenMode method:
class FullScreen
{
public void EnterFullScreenMode(Form targetForm)
{
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal;
targetForm.FormBorderStyle = FormBorderStyle.None;
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized;
}
public void LeaveFullScreenMode(Form targetForm)
{
targetForm.FormBorderStyle = System.Windows.Forms.FormBorderStyle.Sizable;
targetForm.WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal;
}
}
private void fullScreenToolStripMenuItem_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
FullScreen fullScreen = new FullScreen();
if (fullScreenMode == FullScreenMode.No) // FullScreenMode is an enum
{
fullScreen.EnterFullScreenMode(this);
fullScreenMode = FullScreenMode.Yes;
}
else
{
fullScreen.LeaveFullScreenMode(this);
fullScreenMode = FullScreenMode.No;
}
}
I have placed this same answer on another question that I'm not sure if is a duplicate or not of this one. (Link to the other question: How do I make a WinForms app go Full Screen)
I would first suggest that you step back and look at organizing your plays to not require such complexity, but if you really really do, use the following:
vars:
myvariable: "{{[param1|default(''), param2|default(''), param3|default('')]|join(',')}}"
I have been struggling with the problem for a few days now.
The problem for me originated with VirtualBox/Ubuntu. I have lots of USB serial ports on my machine. When I tried to assign one of them to the VM it clobbered all of them - i.e. the host and other VMs were no longer able to use their USB serial devices.
My solution is to set up a stand-alone serial server on a netbook I happen to have in the closet.
I tried ser2net and it worked to put the serial port on the wire, but remtty did not work. I need to get the port as a tty on the VM.
socat worked perfectly.
There are good instructions here:
<a data-title="A Title" data-placement="top" data-html="true" data-content="<form><input type='text'/></form>" data-trigger="hover" rel="popover" class="btn btn-primary" id="test">Top popover</a>
just state data-html="true"
James' answer is correct, of course, but I should remind you that the whole ASMX thing is, if not obsolete, at least not the current method. I strongly suggest that you look into WCF, if only to avoid learning things you will need to forget.
I was running into this issue and it turned out that I needed to do this:
docker run ${image_name} bash -c "${command}"
Hope that helps someone who finds this error.
@bogatron has it right, you can use where
, it's worth noting that you can do this natively in pandas:
df1 = df.where(pd.notnull(df), None)
Note: this changes the dtype of all columns to object
.
Example:
In [1]: df = pd.DataFrame([1, np.nan])
In [2]: df
Out[2]:
0
0 1
1 NaN
In [3]: df1 = df.where(pd.notnull(df), None)
In [4]: df1
Out[4]:
0
0 1
1 None
Note: what you cannot do recast the DataFrames dtype
to allow all datatypes types, using astype
, and then the DataFrame fillna
method:
df1 = df.astype(object).replace(np.nan, 'None')
Unfortunately neither this, nor using replace
, works with None
see this (closed) issue.
As an aside, it's worth noting that for most use cases you don't need to replace NaN with None, see this question about the difference between NaN and None in pandas.
However, in this specific case it seems you do (at least at the time of this answer).
If you need only change url but prevent change state:
Change location with (add .replace if you want to replace in history):
this.$location.path([Your path]).replace();
Prevent redirect to your state:
$transitions.onBefore({}, function($transition$) {
if ($transition$.$to().name === '[state name]') {
return false;
}
});
$('.close').click(function() {
//Code to be executed when close is clicked
$('#result').html('yes,result');
});
With jQuery > 1.6.1 should be better to use this syntax:
$('#span_id select option[value="' + some_value + '"]').prop('selected', true);
Simply make an object and extract arguments from that object.
let checkIfNumbersAddToTen = function (a, b) {
return new Promise(function (resolve, reject) {
let c = parseInt(a)+parseInt(b);
let promiseResolution = {
c:c,
d : c+c,
x : 'RandomString'
};
if(c===10){
resolve(promiseResolution);
}else {
reject('Not 10');
}
});
};
Pull arguments from promiseResolution.
checkIfNumbersAddToTen(5,5).then(function (arguments) {
console.log('c:'+arguments.c);
console.log('d:'+arguments.d);
console.log('x:'+arguments.x);
},function (failure) {
console.log(failure);
});
Yes you can handle with the catch operator like this and show alert as you want but firstly you have to import Rxjs
for the same like this way
import {Observable} from 'rxjs/Rx';
return this.http.request(new Request(this.requestoptions))
.map((res: Response) => {
if (res) {
if (res.status === 201) {
return [{ status: res.status, json: res }]
}
else if (res.status === 200) {
return [{ status: res.status, json: res }]
}
}
}).catch((error: any) => {
if (error.status === 500) {
return Observable.throw(new Error(error.status));
}
else if (error.status === 400) {
return Observable.throw(new Error(error.status));
}
else if (error.status === 409) {
return Observable.throw(new Error(error.status));
}
else if (error.status === 406) {
return Observable.throw(new Error(error.status));
}
});
}
also you can handel error (with err block) that is throw by catch block while .map
function,
like this -
...
.subscribe(res=>{....}
err => {//handel here});
as required for any status without checking particluar one you can try this: -
return this.http.request(new Request(this.requestoptions))
.map((res: Response) => {
if (res) {
if (res.status === 201) {
return [{ status: res.status, json: res }]
}
else if (res.status === 200) {
return [{ status: res.status, json: res }]
}
}
}).catch((error: any) => {
if (error.status < 400 || error.status ===500) {
return Observable.throw(new Error(error.status));
}
})
.subscribe(res => {...},
err => {console.log(err)} );
var str = "PER 343573";
var right6 = string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(str) ? string.Empty
: str.Length < 6 ? str
: str.Substring(str.Length - 6); // "343573"
// alternative
var alt_right6 = new string(str.Reverse().Take(6).Reverse().ToArray()); // "343573"
this supports any number of character in the str
. the alternative code not support null
string. and, the first is faster and the second is more compact.
i prefer the second one if knowing the str
containing short string. if it's long string the first one is more suitable.
e.g.
var str = "";
var right6 = string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(str) ? string.Empty
: str.Length < 6 ? str
: str.Substring(str.Length - 6); // ""
// alternative
var alt_right6 = new string(str.Reverse().Take(6).Reverse().ToArray()); // ""
or
var str = "123";
var right6 = string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(str) ? string.Empty
: str.Length < 6 ? str
: str.Substring(str.Length - 6); // "123"
// alternative
var alt_right6 = new string(str.Reverse().Take(6).Reverse().ToArray()); // "123"
the user pressing enter or spaces is the same.
int count = 5;
int list[count]; // array of known length
cout << "enter the sequence of " << count << " numbers space separated: ";
// user inputs values space separated in one line. Inputs more than the count are discarded.
for (int i=0; i<count; i++) {
cin >> list[i];
}
Among bash one-liner I think this is the prettiest:
svn status | tee >(awk '/^?/{print $2}' | xargs -r svn add >&2) | awk '/^!/{print $2}' | xargs -r svn delete
It will add all new files and delete all missing files. Use with caution, possibly set an alias for quick access.
NOTE for Macs: in xargs -r
is a GNU extension: it might not be supported. In that case just remove it and ignore warnings when there are no files to add or to delete
Turns out string starting with a newline (or anything other than "<") is not considered HTML string in jQuery 1.9
http://stage.jquery.com/upgrade-guide/1.9/#jquery-htmlstring-versus-jquery-selectorstring
I have a very simple solution for this problem. You don't need to use the console.
TLDR: Create repo, move files to existing projects folder, SourceTree will ask you where his files are, locate the files. Done, your repo is in another folder.
Long answer:
Tips: Clone in SourceTree option is not available right after you create new repository so you first have to click on Create Readme File for that option to become available.
Try something like this:
HTML:
<img src='/folder/image1.jpg' id='imageid'/>
jQuery: ?
$('#imageid').hover(function() {
$(this).attr('src', '/folder/image2.jpg');
}, function() {
$(this).attr('src', '/folder/image1.jpg');
});
EDIT: (After OP HTML posted)
HTML:
<a href="#" id="name">
<img title="Hello" src="/ico/view.png"/>
</a>
jQuery:
$('#name img').hover(function() {
$(this).attr('src', '/ico/view1.png');
}, function() {
$(this).attr('src', '/ico/view.png');
});
You could put a _ViewStart.cshtml
file inside the /Views/Public
folder which would override the default one in the /Views
folder and specify the desired layout:
@{
Layout = "~/Views/Shared/_PublicLayout.cshtml";
}
By analogy you could put another _ViewStart.cshtml
file inside the /Views/Staff
folder with:
@{
Layout = "~/Views/Shared/_StaffLayout.cshtml";
}
You could also specify which layout should be used when returning a view inside a controller action but that's per action:
return View("Index", "~/Views/Shared/_StaffLayout.cshtml", someViewModel);
Yet another possibility is a custom action filter which would override the layout. As you can see many possibilities to achieve this. Up to you to choose which one fits best in your scenario.
UPDATE:
As requested in the comments section here's an example of an action filter which would choose a master page:
public class LayoutInjecterAttribute : ActionFilterAttribute
{
private readonly string _masterName;
public LayoutInjecterAttribute(string masterName)
{
_masterName = masterName;
}
public override void OnActionExecuted(ActionExecutedContext filterContext)
{
base.OnActionExecuted(filterContext);
var result = filterContext.Result as ViewResult;
if (result != null)
{
result.MasterName = _masterName;
}
}
}
and then decorate a controller or an action with this custom attribute specifying the layout you want:
[LayoutInjecter("_PublicLayout")]
public ActionResult Index()
{
return View();
}
As far as how to use unwind segues in StoryBoard...
Step 1)
Go to the code for the view controller that you wish to unwind to and add this:
Objective-C
- (IBAction)unwindToViewControllerNameHere:(UIStoryboardSegue *)segue {
//nothing goes here
}
Be sure to also declare this method in your .h file in Obj-C
Swift
@IBAction func unwindToViewControllerNameHere(segue: UIStoryboardSegue) {
//nothing goes here
}
Step 2)
In storyboard, go to the view that you want to unwind from and simply drag a segue from your button or whatever up to the little orange "EXIT" icon at the top right of your source view.
There should now be an option to connect to "- unwindToViewControllerNameHere"
That's it, your segue will unwind when your button is tapped.
This problem was solved for me by repairing vmware
with the run installer which fixed the services correctly.
OS X prior to Mavericks (10.9) actually comes with Maven 3 built in.
If you're on OS X Lion, you won't have java installed by default. Run java
by itself and it'll prompt you to install it.
Assuming qualifications are met, run mvn -version
and see some output like this:
Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 12:31:09-0500)
Maven home: /usr/share/maven
Java version: 1.6.0_29, vendor: Apple Inc.
Java home: /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: MacRoman
OS name: "mac os x", version: "10.7.2", arch: "x86_64", family: "mac"
Try this
--Generate number from 2 to 90
;with numcte as(
select 2 as rn
union all
select rn+1 from numcte where rn<90)
--Program that formats the number based on length
select case when LEN(rn) = 1 then '00'+CAST(rn as varchar(10)) else CAST(rn as varchar(10)) end number
from numcte
Partial Output:

Better late than never, they always say.
Normally I'd use jQuery to solve such a situation. However, when working on a site for a client which required a javascript-less solution, I came up with the following:
<div class="hover-container">
<div class="hover-content">
<p>Content with<br />
normal formatting</p>
</div>
</div>
By using the following css, you get the same situation as with a title:
.hover-container {
position: relative;
}
.hover-content {
position: absolute;
bottom: -10px;
right: 10px;
display: none;
}
.hover-container:hover .hover-content {
display: block;
}
This gives you the option to style it according to your needs as well, and it works in all browsers. Even the ones where javascript is disabled.
Well it's been almost 9 years since I originally posted this and to be honest, Java has made a couple improvements since then. I'll leave my original answer below, but there's no need for people to do what is in it. 9 years ago, during code review I would have questioned why they did it and maybe approved it, maybe not. With modern lambdas available, it's irresponsible to have such a highly voted answer recommending an antiquated approach (that, in all fairness, was dubious to begin with...) In modern Java, that code review would be immediately rejected, and this would be suggested:
void foo(final String str) {
Thread t = new Thread(() -> someFunc(str));
t.start();
}
As before, details like handling that thread in a meaningful way is left as an exercise to the reader. But to put it bluntly, if you're afraid of using lambdas, you should be even more afraid of multi-threaded systems.
Original answer, just because:
You can declare a class right in the method
void Foo(String str) {
class OneShotTask implements Runnable {
String str;
OneShotTask(String s) { str = s; }
public void run() {
someFunc(str);
}
}
Thread t = new Thread(new OneShotTask(str));
t.start();
}
You need to call the AddAddress
method once for every recipient. Like so:
$mail->AddAddress('[email protected]', 'Person One');
$mail->AddAddress('[email protected]', 'Person Two');
// ..
To make things easy, you should loop through an array to do this.
$recipients = array(
'[email protected]' => 'Person One',
'[email protected]' => 'Person Two',
// ..
);
foreach($recipients as $email => $name)
{
$mail->AddAddress($email, $name);
}
Better yet, add them as Carbon Copy recipients.
$mail->AddCC('[email protected]', 'Person One');
$mail->AddCC('[email protected]', 'Person Two');
// ..
To make things easy, you should loop through an array to do this.
$recipients = array(
'[email protected]' => 'Person One',
'[email protected]' => 'Person Two',
// ..
);
foreach($recipients as $email => $name)
{
$mail->AddCC($email, $name);
}
UPDATED ANSWER:
Old answer, correct method nowadays is to use jQuery's .prop()
. IE, element.prop("selected", true)
OLD ANSWER:
Use this instead:
$("#routetype option[value='quietest']").attr("selected", "selected");
Fiddle'd: http://jsfiddle.net/x3UyB/4/
You might be better asking this on the WiX-users mailing list.
WiX is best used with a firm understanding of what Windows Installer is doing. You might consider getting "The Definitive Guide to Windows Installer".
The action that removes an existing product is the RemoveExistingProducts action. Because the consequences of what it does depends on where it's scheduled - namely, whether a failure causes the old product to be reinstalled, and whether unchanged files are copied again - you have to schedule it yourself.
RemoveExistingProducts
processes <Upgrade>
elements in the current installation, matching the @Id
attribute to the UpgradeCode
(specified in the <Product>
element) of all the installed products on the system. The UpgradeCode
defines a family of related products. Any products which have this UpgradeCode, whose versions fall into the range specified, and where the UpgradeVersion/@OnlyDetect
attribute is no
(or is omitted), will be removed.
The documentation for RemoveExistingProducts
mentions setting the UPGRADINGPRODUCTCODE
property. It means that the uninstall process for the product being removed receives that property, whose value is the Product/@Id
for the product being installed.
If your original installation did not include an UpgradeCode
, you will not be able to use this feature.
I had a similar problem and found that if you remove the size definition, it works for some reason.
Remove:
<size
android:width="60dp"
android:height="40dp" />
from the shape.
Let me know if this works!
There's no built in equivalent to that function you want.
You can write your own function that converts to .lower() each character at a time to avoid duplicating both strings, but I'm sure it will very cpu-intensive and extremely inefficient.
Unless you are working with extremely long strings (so long that can cause a memory problem if duplicated) then I would keep it simple and use
str1.lower() == str2.lower()
You'll be ok
Personally, I'd code it as tinyint and:
Reasons:
It will take on average 8 bytes to store text, 1 byte for tinyint. Over millions of rows, this will make a difference.
What about collation? Is "Daily" the same as "DAILY"? It takes resources to do this kind of comparison.
Finally, what if you want to add "Biweekly" or "Hourly"? This requires a schema change when you could just add new rows to a lookup table.
To generate a shared library you need first to compile your C code with the -fPIC
(position independent code) flag.
gcc -c -fPIC hello.c -o hello.o
This will generate an object file (.o), now you take it and create the .so file:
gcc hello.o -shared -o libhello.so
EDIT: Suggestions from the comments:
You can use
gcc -shared -o libhello.so -fPIC hello.c
to do it in one step. – Jonathan Leffler
I also suggest to add -Wall
to get all warnings, and -g
to get debugging information, to your gcc
commands. – Basile Starynkevitch
If you want to use an array, you have to keep a counter which contains the number of cars in the garage. Better use an ArrayList
instead of array:
List<Car> garage = new ArrayList<Car>();
garage.add(redCar);
Just to save some of you time...
On my Galaxy S v.2.3.3 Shared Preferences are not stored in:/data/data/YOUR_PACKAGE_NAME/shared_prefs/YOUR_PREFS_NAME.xml
but are now located in: /dbdata/databases/YOUR_PACKAGE_NAME/shared_prefs/YOUR_PREFS_NAME.xml
I believe they changed this in 2.3
The following 3 functions work in browsers which don't support classList
:
function hasClass(el, className)
{
if (el.classList)
return el.classList.contains(className);
return !!el.className.match(new RegExp('(\\s|^)' + className + '(\\s|$)'));
}
function addClass(el, className)
{
if (el.classList)
el.classList.add(className)
else if (!hasClass(el, className))
el.className += " " + className;
}
function removeClass(el, className)
{
if (el.classList)
el.classList.remove(className)
else if (hasClass(el, className))
{
var reg = new RegExp('(\\s|^)' + className + '(\\s|$)');
el.className = el.className.replace(reg, ' ');
}
}

Try jQuery animate()
method, ex.
$("#divid").animate({'width':perc+'%'});
You don't need to call DateTime.Today
multiple times, just use it single time and format the date object in your desire format.. like that
string result = DateTime.Now.Date.AddDays(-1).ToString("yyyy-MM-dd");
OR
string result = DateTime.Today.AddDays(-1).ToString("yyyy-MM-dd");
formData = new FormData();
formData.append('_token', "{{csrf_token()}}");
formData.append('file', blobInfo.blob(), blobInfo.filename());
xhr.send(formData);
I actually just had to do something similar but with a 2D array yesterday. I am not that up to speed on vbscript and this process really bogged me down. I found that the articles here were very well written and got me on the road to sorting in vbscript.
If you need security as a dependency but don't want Spring Boot to configure it for you, you can use this exclusion:
@EnableAutoConfiguration(exclude = {
org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.security.SecurityAutoConfiguration.class
})
For me the solution was to delete the gradle cache folder (.gradle/caches) in the home directory and build again. Possibly due to a duplicate class loading issue.
One is a function that prints to stdout. The other is an object that provides several member functions and overloads of operator<<
that print to stdout. There are many more differences that I could enumerate, but I'm not sure what you are after.
